Aiming at the optimal dispatching problem of cascade hydropower stations in the lower reaches of the Jinshajiang River during the drawdown period, based on the analysis of the reservoir water balance, water level, discharge flow rate, and unit output, a daily-scale refined scheduling model was established by maximizing the total power generation of cascaded reservoirs and considering the actual scheduling requirements. The model was solved using the DPSA-POA algorithm. The effectiveness of the model and solution method was verified by the actual case. The results show that the proposed scheduling model can make full use of water resources and maximize the power generation in the drawdown period under the premise of ensuring the safe operation of each reservoir. Thus, it provides theoretical basis and technical support for the refined scheduling management of the cascaded reservoirs.

针对金沙江下游梯级水电站在消落期的优化调度问题,结合实际调度需求,在分析水库水量平衡、水位、下泄流量及机组出力等多种约束条件的基础上,选取消落期内梯级水库群的发电量总和最大为优化目标,构建了金沙江下游梯级水电站的日尺度精细化调度模型,并采用DPSA-POA算法对模型进行优化求解,通过实际算例验证了模型及求解方法的有效性。研究结果表明,该调度模型能够在保证各梯级水库安全运行的前提下,充分利用水资源,最大化消落期的总发电量,为梯级水库群的精细化调度管理提供了理论基础和技术支持。

针对金沙江下游梯级水电站在消落期的优化调度问题,结合实际调度需求,在分析水库水量平衡、水位、下泄流量及机组出力等多种约束条件的基础上,选取消落期内梯级水库群的发电量总和最大为优化目标,构建了金沙江下游梯级水电站的日尺度精细化调度模型,并采用DPSA-POA算法对模型进行优化求解,通过实际算例验证了模型及求解方法的有效性。研究结果表明,该调度模型能够在保证各梯级水库安全运行的前提下,充分利用水资源,最大化消落期的总发电量,为梯级水库群的精细化调度管理提供了理论基础和技术支持。

Aiming at the optimal dispatching problem of cascade hydropower stations in the lower reaches of the Jinshajiang River during the drawdown period, based on the analysis of the reservoir water balance, water level, discharge flow rate, and unit output, a daily-scale refined scheduling model was established by maximizing the total power generation of cascaded reservoirs and considering the actual scheduling requirements. The model was solved using the DPSA-POA algorithm. The effectiveness of the model and solution method was verified by the actual case. The results show that the proposed scheduling model can make full use of water resources and maximize the power generation in the drawdown period under the premise of ensuring the safe operation of each reservoir. Thus, it provides theoretical basis and technical support for the refined scheduling management of the cascaded reservoirs.

金沙江下游A、B、C、D四座巨型水电站总防洪库容达154.93×108 m3,是长江中下游防洪体系的重要组成部分,在汛期能够有效调节上游洪水,削减洪峰,减轻川渝地区和长江中下游的洪水压力。四库的总装机容量高达46 460 MW,是“西电东送”战略中的核心电源点[1],在能源结构优化中发挥着重要作用。除了发电和防洪,这些水电站还在农业灌溉、航运发展、生态环境保护等方面发挥了多重功能,是国家水利工程中的重要节点。对于梯级水库优化调度问题,针对防洪、兴利、生态、航运等不同的调度目标,已有许多经典的模型和优化方法,WINDSOR J S[2]最早使用线性规划算法(LP)对水库调度问题进行求解;张明等[3]考虑最大削峰和保障防洪安全准则对水电站优化调度进行建模,并选用动态规划(DP)对所构建模型加以求解,同时采用动态水位约束及变动离散机制对DP进行有效降维,以提升算法求解性能;蔡望等[4]将改进遗传算法(GA)应用于某梯级电站日优化调度模型,克服了智能算法早收敛的缺点;此外,也有关于粒子群优化及其变形改进类方法的研究并将其应用于水库发电优化调度问题中[5],取得了良好的应用效果。水库中长期确定性优化调度虽然能够提供整体的规划和方向,但在实际调度中,水库的入库流量和下泄流量会因天气条件、流域降水、径流变化等短期因素发生波动,而中长期调度难以充分应对这些日常变化,日尺度的精细化调度则可根据最新水文气象数据动态调整水库运行策略。因此,制定梯级水库的日尺度精细化调度计划十分必要。本文结合金沙江下游梯级水库实际情况,通过构建精细化日尺度调度模型,考虑实际调度中的各种复杂约束条件,采用DPSA-POA方法进行日尺度优化调度模型求解,探索如何在满足多种约束的情况下,提升消落期梯级水库的整体运行效益,为金沙江下游梯级水库的科学管理提供理论依据和技术支持。
以金沙江下游A、B、C、D四座水库组成的梯级水库群为研究对象,重点研究其在消落期内的精细化优化调度计划制定问题。以消落期内梯级水库总发电量最大为目标函数,可表示为:

对梯级水库优化调度模型进行求解时,需考虑梯级水库间的水力关系:
式中,为水库i的紧邻直接上游水库i-1库在时段步长t出库流量;为水库i在时段步长t的区间入流。
同时还需要考虑弃水情况:
式中,为第i个水库在第t时段的发电流量;为第i个水库在第t时段的弃水流量。
(2)水位上、下限制。关系式为:
式中,为水库i在时段步长t的水位;分别为水库i在时段t的最小、最大水位限制。
(3)出库下泄流量上、下限制。关系式为:
式中,为水库i在时段步长t出库下泄流量;为水库i在时段步长t的非负出库下泄流量下限(考虑到水库综合利用需求,可按航运和生态流量要求设置);为水库i在时段步长t允许的最大出库流量。
(4)水电站发电出力上、下限制。关系式为:
式中,为水库i在时段步长t的水电站发电出力最小值;为水库i在时段步长t的水电站发电出力允许最大值。
(5)水力联系约束。关系式为:
式中,为当前电站第t时段的尾水位;分别为无顶托、有顶托时的尾水位曲线;为下游电站第t时段的坝前水位。
根据电站之间是否存在顶托效应和计算时能否获得下游电站的坝前水位,选择是否采用顶托尾水位曲线。
(6)边界限制约束。关系式为:
式中,为第i座水库在调度期的起调水位;为第i座水库在调度期末的控制水位。
(7)水位变幅约束。关系式为:
其中,为第i座水库在第t时段水位允许的最大降幅;为第i座水库在第t时段水位允许的最大升幅。
DPSA-POA是求解水库群优化调度模型的有效方法之一。DPSA是一种有效的DP降维方法,它基于逐次迭代逼近最优解的思想,将一个多阶段高维梯级水库优化调度问题划分为由多个两阶段构成的子问题加以迭代求解。各两阶段水库优化调度子问题通过选定的状态变量加以耦联,优化过程中每次先将其他阶段的待求变量保持不变的固定取值,然后只对当前待求解的水库优化两阶段子问题的决策变量(如水位等)在其预先规定的离散范围区间内进行搜索改变其取值,从而寻优搜索比较以得到此阶段水库调度最优目标函数取值;同时,将此阶段搜寻得到的变量最优取值作为下一阶段水库调度变量寻优的初始取值,进行下一个两阶段水库优化调度子问题的离散寻优过程。进而对水库所有调度时段对应的划分子阶段往复循环离散寻优过程,直至调度时段对应的每个两阶段水库调度问题前后两次寻优结果差值小于事先设定的精度为止。
采用DPSA-POA方法求解梯级水库优化调度模型的步骤如下。
步骤1 输入各水库的基本参数和特征曲线及径流序列资料,水库数量用i表示,时刻用t表示,迭代次数用j表示,并令初始值i=1,t=1,j=1。
步骤2 开始第j次迭代计算,对第i个水库t时刻的水位进行优化,优化时固定其余时刻的水位和运行状态不变。令t=t+1,按同样的步骤进行水位更新,直至遍历完调度期内所有时段。
步骤3i=i+1,重复步骤2,直至遍历所有水库。
步骤4j=j+1,重复步骤2、3,直至满足迭代条件或达到最大迭代次数为止。
步骤5 停止优化,输出最终优化结果。
日尺度调度计算模型能够考虑中长期优化调度模型难以充分涵盖水库短期运行中的某些约束条件。对于金沙江下游梯级,由于消落期电网侧直流检修对各电站出力有较大限制,此时如果只考虑机组最大出力约束和预想出力曲线的限制难以满足实际调度需求。故金沙江下游梯级水库消落期精细化日尺度调度模型在构建过程中除考虑水位限制、流量限制和机组发电出力等约束条件后,还需进一步考虑梯级水库在消落期的机组和电网联络线检修约束,以使得发电运行计划尽可能贴近实际。该约束可表示为:
式中,为第i座水库在考虑机组和电网联络线检修后t时段允许的出力上限。
选取某年1月1日至6月30日为梯级水库运行的消落期,综合考虑四座电站机组出力特性、机组检修计划、电网侧直流检修计划。
现给定四座水电站日入库径流和区间径流过程。同时,各水库对应消落期起始时刻和结束时刻的水位控制边界条件按表1进行设置。
金沙江下游梯级水库消落期日尺度调度结果分析现以四座水电站A、B、C、D组成的金沙江下游梯级水库为例,开展计划模拟仿真计算。在给定的初始边界条件和约束条件对应的过程数据,应用DPSA-POA算法求解本文所构建的梯级水库消落期精细化日尺度优化调度模型,得到在消落期内四座水库的出力变化过程、水位变化过程和出库流量变化过程分别见图12
根据图12可知,对金沙江下游梯级四座水电站开展消落期联合日尺度调度,所得调度策略不仅满足考虑电站机组检修和电网直流联络线检修计划后各水电站的出力上限约束,还兼顾了各水库在消落期不同时段出力和水位变化,确保了在满足各水电站机组检修和电网直流联络线检修计划前提条件下,实现了梯级水库消落期内的发电量最大化。
从梯级各水库的水位变化过程来看,水库A在消落期的水位波动较大,其先在1月至3月中旬运行期间逐步消落,并在3月下旬至5月底回蓄了部分水量,而后在6月加大出库流量,逐步完成消落。水库B的水位在1月上旬略有抬升,升高了约1.87 m,再逐步开始消落,直至3月下旬,并在之后保持相对稳定的水位运行。水库C的水位在1~5月期间整体较高,基本处在585~600 m之间,6月开始以每天0.06~1.75 m的速度消落,并在6月底回蓄少部分水量直至消落期末控制水位。水库D在1月上旬蓄水至378 m左右,之后为了满足最小出库流量1 700 m3/s的要求,水库的出库流量大于入库流量,水位开始下降。在1月下旬至6月下旬,水库D基本维持高水位运行,在接近6月底时以较快的速度消落。
从梯级各水库的出力变化过程来看,水库A在1月至3月上旬牺牲了部分发电量,确保下游水库B、C、D的发电出力维持在较高水平,这与水库A作为上游龙头水电站的调节作用密切相关,在消落期初期,水库A通过减少了自身的发电出力,为下游水库提供更多的水量支持,保障了下游梯级电站的发电能力。随着3月中旬至5月下旬检修期来临,梯级各水库的发电出力受到了较大限制,电站机组的出力上限降低较为明显。在此调度运行期间,尽管各水库的出力有所下降,但依然最大限度地利用了水库的兴利调节水量,确保了在检修期内机组的稳定运行。在6月来水较多的时段,各电站此时不受集中检修出力的限制,可以充分利用来水加大电站发电出力。
通过分析图2梯级各水库出库流量变化过程,发现金沙江下游梯级水库在消落期的调度过程中,部分调度时段会出现弃水现象,主要集中在水库C、D。在水库运行过程中,由于发电出力限制,尤其是在丰水期来临时,部分入库流量无法通过发电完全消耗,导致出现了弃水现象。水库C在3月27~28日出现了弃水,水库D的弃水主要出现在6月中下旬,在消落期后期,为消落到预先指定水位,水库D产生的弃水相对较多。
值得注意的是,调度过程中的出力上限约束对于优化调度结果起到了关键作用。首先,在检修期内,由于出力上限受到限制,各水库的出力均有所下降,尤其是水库C、D的出力受到明显影响。水库A作为龙头水库,在此运行期间继续发挥水库的调节作用,在合理控制自身发电出力的同时,确保了下游水库的稳定运行,这种调度安排不仅符合消落期检修约束的要求,还有效避免了水资源的浪费。其次,在消落期的后期,各水库的出力上限逐渐解除,尤其是在6月,各水库的机组发电得以恢复正常运行,充分利用了入库来水,使水库发电出力水平得到较大提升。这种灵活的调度安排确保了水库在不同的运行时期最大限度地提高发电量,同时避免了在检修期内因超出出力上限而引发的不必要风险。
最后,水库B在1月初略微提高了水位,这一调度安排是为了确保在后续消落期中能够有充足的水量储备。随着消落期的推进,水库B的水位逐步下降,虽然在检修期出力上限受到限制,但仍然能够通过合理调度运行维持较高的发电出力水平。同样,水库C在消落期内保持较高的水位运行,这使得其在检修期内的发电出力得以维持在合理水平。到6月时,随着水量增多,水库C逐步完成了消落任务,并在短时间内迅速恢复出力,最大限度地利用了入库来水。
综上所述,金沙江下游梯级水库在消落期的优化调度结果不仅遵循了出力上限的约束要求,还灵活应对了消落期内检修计划的特殊需求,确保了整个梯级水库群在消落期内的总发电量最大化,这一调度结果为水库消落期的精细化日尺度优化调度提供了理论支持。
a. 对金沙江下游梯级水电站消落期的日尺度精细化联合优化调度研究,展示了在多重约束条件下进行梯级水电站群联合调度的可行性与有效性。梯级水库在消落期的日优化调度合理安排各水库的水位消落、发电出力,并协调各水电站机组和电网直流联络线的检修计划,确保了各水电站的高效运行。
b. 在考虑消落期机组检修及梯级水库间复杂水力联系条件下,精细化的日尺度调度策略能够平衡各水电站的运行需求,实现发电量的最大化。因此,研究结果为梯级水库消落期精细化调度管理提供了一种切实可行且可操作的技术,为进一步研究梯级水电站联合优化调度奠定了基础。
