In order to understand the dynamic changes of leaf mineral elements in different key seasonal periods of Sapindus Yuanhua clonal raw material forests, and to reveal the characteristics of nutrient demand of this clonal lineage, we provided a theoretical basis for the scientific development of nutrient management system. The 5 a, 6 a and 7 a years old Sapindus Yuanhua clonal forests in Jianning county, Fujian province were used for the study, and the contents of N, P, K, Ca, S, Mg, Fe, Zn and B were measured at the leaf development stage, the end of inflorescence, the end of anthesis, the beginning of fruit expansion, the fruit color change stage and the fruit ripening stage. The contents of N, P, K, Ca and Mg in the leaves of Yuanhua clonal forest showed a general trend of decreasing, then increasing and then decreasing in different critical periods, and all of them reached the highest in the early stage of fruit expansion. There were significant differences in the contents of N and P in the end of inflorescence and the early stage of fruit expansion. K content at the beginning of fruit expansion was significantly higher than the other key reproductive periods, and there was no significant difference between the rest of the reproductive periods, while Ca content and Mg content were significantly different between the leaf expansion period and the beginning of fruit expansion (P<0.05). Fe and B content showed a tendency of increasing and then decreasing, with Fe content being significantly higher than that of the rest of the reproductive periods during the fruit color change period and B content decreasing dramatically at the end of the flowering period, and being significantly lower than that of the rest of the reproductive periods (P<0.05). Zn and S contents did not change significantly throughout the year. The N, K, P and Mg contents of leaves in the three stand ages were significantly and positively correlated. Ca, K and Fe contents were significantly and positively correlated. S and Zn contents were significantly and negatively correlated, and Zn content was significantly and negatively correlated with S and B contents, respectively. The fruit-sitting period (June to the end of July) can be a suitable period for leaf nutritional diagnosis. Fertilizer application should consider the correlation between elements. At the end of inflorescence extraction, N, P and B fertilizers should be applied early. In the fruit-sitting period, an appropriate amount of fertilizer should be applied, combined with the application of micronutrient fertilizer at the same time.

为了解无患子媛华无性系原料林叶片矿质元素在不同关键物候期动态变化规律,揭示该无性系养分需求特征,为科学制定营养管理制度提供理论依据。以福建省建宁县树龄5、6、7 a的无患子媛华无性系原料林为研究对象,测定展叶期、花序抽生末期、花期末、果实膨大初期、果实转色期、果实成熟期N、P、K、Ca、S、Mg、Fe、Zn、B等含量指标。无患子媛华无性系原料林不同关键物候期叶片中N、P、K、Ca、Mg含量总体呈先降低、再上升、后降低趋势,均在果实膨大初期达到最高;N和P的含量在花序抽生末期和果实膨大初期之间存在显著差异,其K含量在果实膨大初期显著高于其他关键生育期,且在其余生育期之间无显著差异,而Ca含量和Mg含量在展叶期和果实膨大初期存在显著差异(P<0.05),Fe、B含量呈先上升后降低趋势,Fe含量在果实转色期显著高于其余生育期,B含量在花期末急剧降低,且显著低于其余生育期(P<0.05),Zn含量和S含量全年总体无明显变化。3个树龄叶片中N含量和K、P、Mg含量分别呈显著正相关,Ca含量和K、Fe含量分别呈显著正相关,S含量和Zn含量呈显著负相关,Zn含量和S、B含量分别呈显著负相关。坐果期(6—7月底)可作为叶片营养诊断的适宜时期;施肥应考虑各元素间的关联;在花序抽生末期时,此时应及早追施N、P和B肥;在坐果期要适量追肥,同时结合追施微肥。

为了解无患子媛华无性系原料林叶片矿质元素在不同关键物候期动态变化规律,揭示该无性系养分需求特征,为科学制定营养管理制度提供理论依据。以福建省建宁县树龄5、6、7 a的无患子媛华无性系原料林为研究对象,测定展叶期、花序抽生末期、花期末、果实膨大初期、果实转色期、果实成熟期N、P、K、Ca、S、Mg、Fe、Zn、B等含量指标。无患子媛华无性系原料林不同关键物候期叶片中N、P、K、Ca、Mg含量总体呈先降低、再上升、后降低趋势,均在果实膨大初期达到最高;N和P的含量在花序抽生末期和果实膨大初期之间存在显著差异,其K含量在果实膨大初期显著高于其他关键生育期,且在其余生育期之间无显著差异,而Ca含量和Mg含量在展叶期和果实膨大初期存在显著差异(P<0.05),Fe、B含量呈先上升后降低趋势,Fe含量在果实转色期显著高于其余生育期,B含量在花期末急剧降低,且显著低于其余生育期(P<0.05),Zn含量和S含量全年总体无明显变化。3个树龄叶片中N含量和K、P、Mg含量分别呈显著正相关,Ca含量和K、Fe含量分别呈显著正相关,S含量和Zn含量呈显著负相关,Zn含量和S、B含量分别呈显著负相关。坐果期(6—7月底)可作为叶片营养诊断的适宜时期;施肥应考虑各元素间的关联;在花序抽生末期时,此时应及早追施N、P和B肥;在坐果期要适量追肥,同时结合追施微肥。

In order to understand the dynamic changes of leaf mineral elements in different key seasonal periods of Sapindus Yuanhua clonal raw material forests, and to reveal the characteristics of nutrient demand of this clonal lineage, we provided a theoretical basis for the scientific development of nutrient management system. The 5 a, 6 a and 7 a years old Sapindus Yuanhua clonal forests in Jianning county, Fujian province were used for the study, and the contents of N, P, K, Ca, S, Mg, Fe, Zn and B were measured at the leaf development stage, the end of inflorescence, the end of anthesis, the beginning of fruit expansion, the fruit color change stage and the fruit ripening stage. The contents of N, P, K, Ca and Mg in the leaves of Yuanhua clonal forest showed a general trend of decreasing, then increasing and then decreasing in different critical periods, and all of them reached the highest in the early stage of fruit expansion. There were significant differences in the contents of N and P in the end of inflorescence and the early stage of fruit expansion. K content at the beginning of fruit expansion was significantly higher than the other key reproductive periods, and there was no significant difference between the rest of the reproductive periods, while Ca content and Mg content were significantly different between the leaf expansion period and the beginning of fruit expansion (P<0.05). Fe and B content showed a tendency of increasing and then decreasing, with Fe content being significantly higher than that of the rest of the reproductive periods during the fruit color change period and B content decreasing dramatically at the end of the flowering period, and being significantly lower than that of the rest of the reproductive periods (P<0.05). Zn and S contents did not change significantly throughout the year. The N, K, P and Mg contents of leaves in the three stand ages were significantly and positively correlated. Ca, K and Fe contents were significantly and positively correlated. S and Zn contents were significantly and negatively correlated, and Zn content was significantly and negatively correlated with S and B contents, respectively. The fruit-sitting period (June to the end of July) can be a suitable period for leaf nutritional diagnosis. Fertilizer application should consider the correlation between elements. At the end of inflorescence extraction, N, P and B fertilizers should be applied early. In the fruit-sitting period, an appropriate amount of fertilizer should be applied, combined with the application of micronutrient fertilizer at the same time.

无患子(Sapindus mukorossi Gaertn.)为无患子科无患子属落叶乔木,种植范围广泛,栽培历史悠久[1-2]。无患子春季花期,夏秋果期,具有较高的利用价值,其果皮富含皂苷约20%,同时也是集生物质能源、生物化工、绿化美化等功能于一体的多功能原料树种[3]。无患子主要分布于我国淮河流域以南地区,集中种植于我国的东部和南部以及西南部地区,其在印度和美国等国家也有分布[4-5]。近年来,无患子产业在我国发展迅速,仅福建省种植面积达到2万hm2。从福建省众多优良品种中选育出媛华新品种,正在逐渐发展成为福建建宁地区的主推品种。该品种具有高产、稳产、抗病虫等特点,也能够自然矮化,深受种植企业和种植户的欢迎,拥有广阔的市场前景。但在实际生产上对其营养特性的了解较少,不利于林地施肥管理。叶片作为树体重要的营养器官,对树体营养状况反应敏感,叶片分析诊断被开发为诊断树木营养状况的手段[6-7];近年来,叶片营养诊断被确定为未来施肥需求的推荐方法[8-11]。因此,探讨无患子无性系叶片的养分含量变化规律并进行养分诊断,对制定科学施肥技术,从而提高其产量和质量具有重要的指导意义。
叶片矿物质营养元素对果树生长、产量和果实品质具有重要的作用[7]。植物叶片矿物质元素含量的吸收和利用主要受树木本身(反映果树树体的营养状况)以及外部环境(果树林地土壤的供肥能力)的影响,是果树养分管理的重要依据[12-13]。国内外学者在经济林关键物候期营养需求规律做了大量的研究,主要集中在苹果(Malus pumila Mill.)、蓝莓(Vaccinium spp.)、杧果(Mangifera indicaL.)、脐橙[Citrus sinensis(L.) Osbeck]、葡萄(Vitis vinifera L.)和板栗(Castanea mollissima)等果树[14-19]。由于不同品种和不同关键时期的营养特性不同,需肥规律也存在明显差异[20-22]。康专苗等[16]研究认为,宜在每年1月采集第1蓬叶进行帕拉英达芒果叶片营养诊断。袁紫倩等[23]研究薄壳山核桃马汉叶片主要矿质营养元素生育期动态变化特征,结果表明,叶片中N与P含量间呈极显著正相关,N与Ca和P与Ca含量间呈极显著负相关,P与K呈显著正相关,叶片对矿质营养元素的吸收具有明显季节性,其中开花授粉期对N、P、K、Cu的需求量较大,坐果期和果实膨大期对N、P、K的需求量较大。而板栗在开花授粉期对N、P、K、Ca、B与果实膨大期对N、P、K、Ca需求量较大;果实发育期间板栗对Fe和Mn的需求有持续增加的趋势;不同物候期板栗对Cu和Mn的需求量变化较小[19]。九叶青花椒叶片中大、中量元素N和P、K之间均呈极显著正相关,Ca和N、P之间均呈极显著负相关。N和K之间呈显著正相关关系,同时建议施肥以N、K、Ca、P肥为主,B、Zn、Mg肥为辅,在花椒开花授粉和坐果期适当补充追肥[24]
近年来,国内外学者对无患子原料林的研究主要在品种选育、林产品产量提升、修枝整形等方面[25-28]。目前国内对无患子无性系叶片矿质元素含量的研究鲜有报道,导致不同树龄无患子无性系的叶片营养诊断时期不明,因此难以准确地诊断无患子无性系营养亏缺程度,致使福建建宁地区主产区无患子原料林的施肥管理带有盲目性,未做到科学配方施肥,因此,有必要探究无患子无性系关键物候期营养需求规律。本研究以不同树龄(5、6、7 a)无患子媛华原料林为研究对象,对叶片养分进行不同关键时期跟踪采样,探究无患子媛华不同物候期叶片矿物质元素动态变化规律以及养分需求规律,以期为无患子养分管理和合理施肥管理提供理论参考。
试验地点设在有“中国无患子之乡”之称的福建建宁,于2021年建成无患子国家级种质资源库。属中亚热带海洋性季风气候,又兼有大陆性山地气候特点,年均气温17.0 ℃,年均降雨量1792 mm,多集中在春夏两季,年均相对湿度84%。试验地土壤为砂质黏壤土,土壤养分有机碳含量为7.75 g/kg,全氮含量为1.40 g/kg,全磷含量为0.36 g/kg,全钾含量为27.95 g/kg,速效钾含量为48.16 mg/kg,有效磷含量为1.32 mg/kg,碱解氮含量为36.01 mg/kg[28],交换性钙含量为90.13 mg/kg,交换性镁含量为88.67 mg/kg,有效铜含量为0.52 mg/kg,有锌含量为0.99 mg/kg,有效铁含量为29.46 mg/kg,有效硼含量为0.25 mg/kg。在2020年该试验样地在试验期间无施肥,避免施肥对树体养分的影响。媛华原料林于2014年、2015年、2016年分别在1年生苗木砧上嫁接。选取立地条件较为一致和生长健康的的无患子媛华原料林为研究对象,2017年开始移栽造林,株行距为4 m×4 m,栽植密度为600~650株/hm2,试验林地采用统一的营林管护措施:全年除草3次,5、6、7、9每月除草1次;全年杀虫5次,4、6、9月每月喷施杀虫剂1次,7月喷施杀虫剂2次。媛华原料林基本特征见表1
2020年,选取树龄5、6、7 a的原料林为试验对象。将无患子生殖生长的关键物候期分为6个阶段:展叶期、花序抽生末期、花期末、果实膨大初期、果实转色期和果实成熟期[29-30]。从样树中进行取样。取样方法在展叶期到果实成熟期各单株树冠四方外围中上部采集健康的结果枝顶端的叶片20~30片,105 ℃杀青30 min,然后在70 ℃恒温下烘干,粉碎过l mm筛,将干粉干燥保存备用。
全氮含量采用凯氏定氮法测定[31];全磷含量采用钼锑抗比色法测定[32];全钾含量采用火焰光度法测定[32];钙、镁、铁、硫、锌元素含量等采用AAS法[33];硼元素含量采用干灰化-甲亚胺比色法[33]
试验数据采用Excel 2016和SPSS 21.0软件进行统计分析,采用Origin 2018软件作图。使用SPSS 21.0软件进行单向分组资料的方差分析(Oneway ANOVA)和新复极差法(Duncan’s)多重比较,使用Pearson相关性分析一元线性相关性。
结果如图1所示,自展叶期到果实成熟期,无患子原料林叶片中元素N和P的含量呈下降-上升-下降趋势。N和P元素含量的最高值均出现在果实膨大初期,最低值均出现在花序抽生末期;P含量在果实转色期和果实成熟期之间无显著差异,N含量则有显著差异。进入坐果期,叶片中的N、P含量迅速升高;进入果实转色期,N、P含量迅速下降,尤其是N的降幅最大。在整个生长发育过程中,叶片中K、Ca、Mg等含量总体呈现升高-降低趋势,K、Ca、Mg含量的最高值均出现在果实膨大初期;K含量显著高于其他关键生育期,且在其余生育期(花序抽生期、花期末、果实转色期、果实成熟期)之间无显著差异;Ca和Mg含量在展叶期和果实膨大初期存在显著差异;进入果实发育初期,特别是膨大期,叶片K、Ca、Mg等含量急剧升高,而且K、Ca含量升幅较大,当果实逐渐成熟时,叶片中K含量明显下降;S含量全年无显著变化。说明无患子在花序抽生期对N、P的需求较高;在果实发育期仍需大量N、P、K、Ca、Mg元素,S元素在整个无患子关键生育期的需求不高。
在无患子叶片微量元素中(图2),自展叶期到果实转色期,无患子原料林叶片中元素Fe含量呈逐渐升高趋势,Fe元素的含量最高值出现在果实转色期,并显著高于其余生育期,且前3个时期无显著差异,从展叶期到花期末,无患子结果枝叶片B含量急剧降低,并在花期末达到最低,且显著低于其他生育期(P<0.05),相反,Zn元素含量在花期末达到最高,在花序抽生期最低,其在花序抽生期与展叶期、花期末、果实膨大初期存在显著差异(P<0.05),其他时期无差异。说明无患子在花器官发育期对B和Zn的需求较高;进入果实发育期对Fe的需求较高。
表2可知,不同树龄原料林叶片大量元素中的N、K元素含量和微量元素中的Zn、B元素含量的均值差异均不显著,但P、Ca、S、Mg、Fe元素含量的均值存在不同程度的显著差异,尤其7 a树龄原料林叶片P、Mg、Fe含量显著高于5 a树龄。
表3所示,5、6、7 a三个树龄叶片中N含量和P、K、Mg等含量之间均呈显著正相关,Ca含量和K、Fe含量之间均呈显著正相关,S含量和Zn含量之间呈负相关,Zn含量和B含量之间呈负相关,表明大量元素与微量元素含量间也存在较强的相关性。同理,在5 a树龄原料林中,叶片N含量与S含量呈显著负相关,而K含量与Zn含量呈负相关,说明各个元素间关系较为密切。因此,无患子人工林植株各营养元素间吸收、转运存在不同程度的协同或拮抗作用。
叶片矿物质营养元素对果树生长、产量和果实品质具有重要的作用。叶片的营养状况可以反映土壤的供给能力、植株对营养元素的吸收以及需求利用。N元素是生长发育必需元素,是组成蛋白质的主要成分,被称为生命元素[34]。本研究结果表明,无患子叶片N含量在整个不同关键期(物候关键期)呈下降-上升-下降趋势。在花器官发育时期,N含量降低,说明新梢生长,花原基分化,花芽形成会消耗大量的N元素。这与曹尚银等[35]研究果树花芽分化机理时发现花芽分化及雄花序发育过程中需要消耗大量的营养物质的结果基本一致。相关研究表明,果树在发芽分化机理时发现花芽分化及雄花序发育过程中需要消耗大量的营养物质[36-37]。这与本研究的结果基本一致。无患子进入坐果期,果实逐渐发育膨大,会消耗大量的N元素,导致叶片中N含量急剧下降。这与陈在新等[38]的研究结果相似,因为在果实发育过程,需要叶片通过光合作用产生的物质和能量,由叶片养分物质转运到果实,造成果实光合产物的积累。无患子叶片P含量的变化趋势与N含量相似,说明无患子在花芽分化期需要消耗大量的P,也意味着P元素对花器官发育起到很重要的作用,P肥应在花芽分化前施用。在整个生长发育过程中,K含量总体呈现升高-降低趋势。从展叶期开始,叶面积逐渐增大,叶色渐渐加深,光合作用逐渐增强,需K量逐渐增加,随着关键物候期树体的生长,叶片K含量逐渐降低,这是因为K素与树体生命活动代谢过程有着密切关系,并为多种酶的活化剂,参与糖和淀粉的合成、运输和转化,致使叶片中的营养物质被消耗[39-40]。说明在该时期追施K肥有助于促进果实膨大。进入果实生长发育末期,树体逐渐进入休眠期,叶片老化、气孔导度降低[41],导致含量降低,也有研究表明增施Ca肥可有效减少果实采后病害,也可延长储存时间[42-43]。其机理有待于进一步研究。Mg是叶绿素的成分,又是核糖核酸聚合酶等多种酶的活化剂[34]。研究结果表明,媛华无患子叶片中Mg含量随着关键物候时期呈现升高-降低。这可能是因为Mg移动性较强,随着无患子树体的叶幕逐渐建成,叶片逐渐成熟,Mg渐渐储存到叶片中,叶片发挥Mg的储存库作用,生理分化结束后,Mg用于形态分化,导致含量降低[34]。这与郑诚乐等[44]研究结果相似。Zn是许多酶所必需的元素,并且在DNA转录、维持生物膜完整性,抗逆性等过程中起着重要作用[45]。叶片中Zn元素是可移动元素,Zn含量在不同的关键物候期波动幅度不大,这与王衍安等[46]的研究结果一致。从无患子展叶期到果实转色期,叶片中的Fe含量升高,表明无患子树体需要充足的Fe元素,在果实发育期间,许多生理过程需要叶片通过光合作用产生的物质和能量,其中Fe元素直接参与叶片的光合作用过程,叶片保持较高的Fe含量,对于提高叶片光合作用进而保证树体生长发育正常进行有重要作用。B可以参与作物体内碳水化合物的运输和代谢,涉及细胞信号转导和渗透调节等生理过程。在开花授粉期间,无患子人工林叶片B含量急剧降低,在花期末有一个低谷,这与B元素有促进花芽器官分化的作用有关[47]。B元素对无患子的生理作用密切相关,B元素参与花芽分化,导致叶片中的B元素转运到花芽中,造成B元素大量消耗,该时期注意追施硼肥。总之,在花器官的发育过程中,N、P、Zn、B元素在叶片和花之间的吸收、转运及分配较为活跃和频繁;S、Fe、K、Ca、Mg元素在叶片和花之间的吸收、转运及分配水平较低。在果器官的发育过程中,N、P、K、Fe、Ca、Mg元素在叶片和果之间的吸收、转运及分配较为活跃和频繁;S、Zn、B元素在叶片和果之间的吸收、转运及分配水平较低。植物矿质离子间存在复杂的相互作用关系,而且在不同植物或树种间表现不同[48-50]。本研究结果表明,无患子叶片中N元素含量和K、P、Mg元素含量之间均呈显著正相关,这与袁紫倩等[23]研究结果一致。Ca含量和K、Fe含量之间均呈显著正相关,S含量和Zn含量之间呈负相关,Zn元含量和B含量之间呈负相关,这与陈强等[15]对蓝莓叶片营养分析的研究结果不一致,其原因可能是不同树种对养分的需求不同而导致营养元素间相互作用的差异。
综上所述,在无患子的生产栽培上,应考虑各元素间的关联,在花序抽生末期,应及早追施氮肥、磷肥和硼肥;在坐果期要适量追肥,同时结合追施微肥。坐果期(6—7月底)可作为叶片营养诊断的适宜时期;在今后的研究中,应深入研究媛华无患子不同器官矿质养分的吸收利用能力,制定针对媛华无患子叶片营养诊断的标准,采取测土配方施肥方案,为媛华无患子无性系养分管理提供科学依据。
