The study was aimed to evaluate the adaptability of new sugarcane varieties from the 2021 national regional trials in Kaiyuan and other sugarcane-growing regions of Yunnan, and to provide a scientific basis for the promotion in Yunnan and other ecologically similar sugarcane regions. 13 new sugarcane varieties from the 15th round of the national sugarcane regional trials were used. Guiliu 05136 and Yunzhe 05-51 were used as the controls. The trial was carried out in Kaiyuan, Yunnan, with one year of plant and two years of ratoon crops. A comprehensive evaluation was conducted on 12 traits, including cane yield, sugar yield, early-stage average sucrose content, full-cycle average sucrose content, germination rate, ratoon tillering rate, tillering rate, plant height, stalk diameter, millable stalks, dead heart rate and smut incidence, using the DTOPSIS method. The results showed that the varieties ranked by the DTOPSIS analysis (Ci values) were as follows: Liucheng 1539>Yunzhe 15505>Zhongtang 1211>Guiliu 05136>Yunzhe 05-51>Guitang 13334>Zhongzhe No. 14>Zhongzhe No. 8>Guitang 14811>Funong 1311808>Guitang 161253>Funong 141854>Yuegan No.59>Guinan Ya 146210>Yunrui 14662. The top three varieties based on Ci values were Liucheng 1539 (0.7413), Yunzhe 15505 (0.6225) and Zhongtang 1211 (0.5975), all of which exhibited superior comprehensive traits and outperformed both controls. Liucheng 1539 had the highest cane yield (141 279.00 kg/hm2) and sugar yield (19 930.44 kg/hm2) among the tested varieties, with rapid early growth, good tillering, healthy leaves, strong vigor, good clumping and easy defoliation. It also showed low rates of dead hearts and smut incidence. Zhongtang 1211 had the highest number of millable stalks (107 226 stalk/hm2), rapid early growth, healthy leaves, high yield potential, and relatively high sucrose content and sugar yield, along with low rates of dead hearts, smut, and mosaic disease incidence. Yunzhe 15505 demonstrated the strongest disease resistance, with the lowest rates of dead hearts (2.29%) and smut incidence (0.14%), easy defoliation, lodging resistance, and relatively high sucrose content and sugar yield. Varieties Liucheng 1539, Yunzhe 15505, and Zhongtang 1211 exhibited significant advantages in early field performance, yield traits, and stress resistance, demonstrating excellent overall performance. They show great potential for large-scale promotion in Kaiyuan, Yunnan, and other ecologically similar areas.

为评估2021年国家区试甘蔗新品种在云南开远及云南其他蔗区的适应性,并为云南及其他相似生态蔗区的推广提供科学依据。本研究以参加第十五轮国家甘蔗区试的13个甘蔗新品种为材料,以桂柳05136和云蔗05-51为对照,在云南开远开展1 a新植2 a宿根的比较试验,并基于DTOPSIS法对蔗产量、产糖量、前期平均蔗糖分、全期平均蔗糖分、出苗率、宿根发株率、分蘖率、株高、茎径、有效茎、枯心苗率和黑穗病发病率等12个性状进行综合评价。结果表明:按照DTOPSIS分析结果,各品种的相对接近度(Ci)依次为柳城1539>云蔗15505>中糖1211>桂柳05136>云蔗05-51>桂糖13334>中蔗14号>中蔗8号>桂糖14811>福农1311808>桂糖161253>福农141854>粤甘59号>桂南亚146210>云瑞14662,其中排前三的品种柳城1539、云蔗15505和中糖1211的Ci值分别为0.7413、0.6225和0.5975,这些品种综合性状优良且大于对照桂柳05136和云蔗05-51。在参试品种中,柳城1539的蔗产量(141 279.00 kg/hm2)和产糖量(19 930.44 kg/hm2)均最高,前期发株快,分蘖好,叶片清秀,生势强、丛生性好,脱叶性较好,枯心苗率、黑穗病发病率均较低;中糖1211有效茎数最多(107 226条/hm2),前期发株快,叶片清秀,丰产性好,蔗糖分和产糖量较高,枯心苗率、黑穗病、花叶病发病率均较低;云蔗15505抗病性最强,枯心苗率(2.29%)和黑穗病发病率(0.14%)最低,脱叶性好,抗倒伏,蔗糖分和产糖量较高。甘蔗新品种柳城1539、云蔗15505和中糖1211在田间前期性状、产量性状及抗逆性等方面均展现显著优势,综合表现良好,具备在云南开远及相似生态区大规模推广的潜力。

为评估2021年国家区试甘蔗新品种在云南开远及云南其他蔗区的适应性,并为云南及其他相似生态蔗区的推广提供科学依据。本研究以参加第十五轮国家甘蔗区试的13个甘蔗新品种为材料,以桂柳05136和云蔗05-51为对照,在云南开远开展1 a新植2 a宿根的比较试验,并基于DTOPSIS法对蔗产量、产糖量、前期平均蔗糖分、全期平均蔗糖分、出苗率、宿根发株率、分蘖率、株高、茎径、有效茎、枯心苗率和黑穗病发病率等12个性状进行综合评价。结果表明:按照DTOPSIS分析结果,各品种的相对接近度(Ci)依次为柳城1539>云蔗15505>中糖1211>桂柳05136>云蔗05-51>桂糖13334>中蔗14号>中蔗8号>桂糖14811>福农1311808>桂糖161253>福农141854>粤甘59号>桂南亚146210>云瑞14662,其中排前三的品种柳城1539、云蔗15505和中糖1211的Ci值分别为0.7413、0.6225和0.5975,这些品种综合性状优良且大于对照桂柳05136和云蔗05-51。在参试品种中,柳城1539的蔗产量(141 279.00 kg/hm2)和产糖量(19 930.44 kg/hm2)均最高,前期发株快,分蘖好,叶片清秀,生势强、丛生性好,脱叶性较好,枯心苗率、黑穗病发病率均较低;中糖1211有效茎数最多(107 226条/hm2),前期发株快,叶片清秀,丰产性好,蔗糖分和产糖量较高,枯心苗率、黑穗病、花叶病发病率均较低;云蔗15505抗病性最强,枯心苗率(2.29%)和黑穗病发病率(0.14%)最低,脱叶性好,抗倒伏,蔗糖分和产糖量较高。甘蔗新品种柳城1539、云蔗15505和中糖1211在田间前期性状、产量性状及抗逆性等方面均展现显著优势,综合表现良好,具备在云南开远及相似生态区大规模推广的潜力。

The study was aimed to evaluate the adaptability of new sugarcane varieties from the 2021 national regional trials in Kaiyuan and other sugarcane-growing regions of Yunnan, and to provide a scientific basis for the promotion in Yunnan and other ecologically similar sugarcane regions. 13 new sugarcane varieties from the 15th round of the national sugarcane regional trials were used. Guiliu 05136 and Yunzhe 05-51 were used as the controls. The trial was carried out in Kaiyuan, Yunnan, with one year of plant and two years of ratoon crops. A comprehensive evaluation was conducted on 12 traits, including cane yield, sugar yield, early-stage average sucrose content, full-cycle average sucrose content, germination rate, ratoon tillering rate, tillering rate, plant height, stalk diameter, millable stalks, dead heart rate and smut incidence, using the DTOPSIS method. The results showed that the varieties ranked by the DTOPSIS analysis (Ci values) were as follows: Liucheng 1539>Yunzhe 15505>Zhongtang 1211>Guiliu 05136>Yunzhe 05-51>Guitang 13334>Zhongzhe No. 14>Zhongzhe No. 8>Guitang 14811>Funong 1311808>Guitang 161253>Funong 141854>Yuegan No.59>Guinan Ya 146210>Yunrui 14662. The top three varieties based on Ci values were Liucheng 1539 (0.7413), Yunzhe 15505 (0.6225) and Zhongtang 1211 (0.5975), all of which exhibited superior comprehensive traits and outperformed both controls. Liucheng 1539 had the highest cane yield (141 279.00 kg/hm2) and sugar yield (19 930.44 kg/hm2) among the tested varieties, with rapid early growth, good tillering, healthy leaves, strong vigor, good clumping and easy defoliation. It also showed low rates of dead hearts and smut incidence. Zhongtang 1211 had the highest number of millable stalks (107 226 stalk/hm2), rapid early growth, healthy leaves, high yield potential, and relatively high sucrose content and sugar yield, along with low rates of dead hearts, smut, and mosaic disease incidence. Yunzhe 15505 demonstrated the strongest disease resistance, with the lowest rates of dead hearts (2.29%) and smut incidence (0.14%), easy defoliation, lodging resistance, and relatively high sucrose content and sugar yield. Varieties Liucheng 1539, Yunzhe 15505, and Zhongtang 1211 exhibited significant advantages in early field performance, yield traits, and stress resistance, demonstrating excellent overall performance. They show great potential for large-scale promotion in Kaiyuan, Yunnan, and other ecologically similar areas.

甘蔗作为全球最重要的糖料作物,其产业地位具有不可替代性,全球食糖供应中超过85%源自甘蔗制糖[1]。对我国而言,甘蔗产业的稳定与发展不仅关乎民生需求,更是国家食糖安全的重要保障。种业是农业的芯片,甘蔗品种改良对蔗糖产业的科技贡献率超过60%[2-3],是甘蔗产业可持续发展的重要支撑[4]。甘蔗品种试验与审(鉴)定是连接甘蔗新品种选育与推广应用的关键纽带,国家甘蔗品种区域试验通过不同生态环境的多年多点试验,鉴定甘蔗新品种的丰产性、稳定性、适应性及品质、抗性等特性,为甘蔗新品种的登记、推广提供科学依据[5],可加快科研育种成果的转化和利用,确保新育成品种及引进品种尽快应用于生产。
DTOPSIS法是姚兴涛等[6]提出的综合评价方法,即通过对各个性状指标进行无量纲化处理,使每个性状均在统一的标准下进行比较分析,通过综合分析不同的性状,准确评价作物在不同生态区的综合表现。目前已广泛应用于水稻[7]、谷子[8]、玉米[9]、小麦[10]和马铃薯[11]等作物的综合农艺性状评价。在甘蔗品种综合评价中,秦昌鲜等[12]对7个甘蔗新品种(系)进行1 a新植2 a宿根田间比较试验,采用DTOPSIS法进行筛选与评价,筛选出的甘蔗新品种河糖11-157和桂糖10-1042可在桂西南蔗区特别是龙州蔗区进行推广应用。郭强等[13]对9个甘蔗新品系进行1 a新植和2 a宿根比较试验,利用方差分析和DTOPSIS法进行评价,筛选出的桂糖10-2018和桂糖10-434等高产高糖且抗逆性强的甘蔗新品种,适合在广西崇左蔗区推广应用。桃联安等[14]通过对云瑞17系列品种比较试验中的11份创新品系进行DTOPSIS评价,筛选出云瑞17-744、云瑞17-613、云瑞17-637等3份综合表现优良的材料。本研究采用DTOPSIS法对2021年第十五轮国家甘蔗区试中13个新品种(系)在云南开远蔗区的适应性进行综合评价,为筛选适宜云南开远及相似生态蔗区推广的优良品种提供科学决策依据。
试验地点为云南省农业科学院甘蔗研究所第三试验基地,位于云南省弥勒市朋普镇马保村(23°42′N,103°15′E,海拔1200 m)。试验期间年平均气温为20.15 ℃,年降水量为731.41 mm。试验地土壤为沙壤土,前作为甘蔗。
供试品种为2021年第十五轮国家甘蔗区试开远点参试品种,包括中蔗8号、中蔗14号、中糖1211、云蔗15505、云瑞14662、粤甘59号、柳城1539、桂糖161253、桂糖14811、桂糖13334、桂南亚146210、福农141854、福农1311808共13个品种,以柳城05-136、云蔗05-51为对照。
于2021年1月29日栽种,试验采用随机区组设计,设置3次重复,4行区,行长8 m,行距1 m,小区面积32 m2,双芽双行接顶下种,下种量为120 000芽/hm2。栽种时施底肥:尿素150 kg/hm2,普钙375 kg/hm2,硫酸钾150 kg/hm2;5月初追施:尿素225 kg/hm2;6月中旬大培土:施尿素和普钙各375 kg/hm2。新植蔗于2022年3月7—8日砍收,宿根蔗(第1年)于2023年3月6—7日砍收,砍收后及时进行铲兜、浇水与盖膜等田间管理。
在甘蔗收获前调查出苗率(emergence rate, ER)、宿根发株率(sprouting rate, ST)、分蘖率(tillering rate, TR)、株高(plant height, PH)、茎径(stem diameter, SD)、有效茎(millable stems, MS)、蔗产量(cane yield, CY)、糖产量(sugar yield, SY)、枯心苗率(witheredheart rate, WR)和黑穗病发病率(smut rate, SR)等指标,每年11月至翌年2月测定甘蔗蔗糖分,计算前期平均蔗糖分(early mean sucrose content, EMSC)和全期平均蔗糖分(mean sucrose content, MSC)。根据中华人民共和国农业部发布的《农作物品种试验技术操作规程 甘蔗》对试验各环节进行调查和测试。
运用Excel和SPSS软件进行数据统计、处理和分析。
表1中可以看出,在田间前期性状中,参试品种中平均出苗率最高的为柳城1539(95.83%),其次为中糖1211(91.32%)和中蔗14号(87.15%),均高于对照桂柳05136(85.76%)和云蔗05-51(71.18%);宿根发株率最高的为中糖1211(139.86%),其次为桂糖13334(132.65%),均高于对照桂柳05136(121.78%)和云蔗05-51(121.07%);平均分蘖率高于双对照的有6个品种,依次为桂糖161253(196.40%)、桂糖13334(175.83%)、福农1311808(168.55%)、福农141854(164.90%)、粤甘59号(164.75%)和柳城1539(163.17%)。
在产量相关农艺性状中,参试品种中平均株高最高的为桂糖161253(272.80 cm),且高于双对照,其次为柳城1539(267.09 cm)、中蔗14号(265.58 cm)、中蔗8号(262.02 cm)和云瑞14662(253.82 cm),高于对照桂柳05136(247.64 cm);平均茎径大于双对照的有云瑞14662(3.05 cm)和云蔗15505(3.04 cm),其他参试品种茎径均小于双对照;平均有效茎最多的为中糖1211(107 226条/hm2),其次为桂糖14811(105 768条/hm2)、桂南亚146210(101 601条/hm2)、桂糖13334(100 212条/hm2)和福农1311808(96 253条/hm2),均大于双对照。
在产量性状中,平均蔗产量最高的为柳城1539(141 279.00 kg/hm2),高于双对照,其次为中蔗8号(137 106.21 kg/hm2)和中糖1211(134 649.83 kg/hm2),高于对照桂柳05136(133 373.37 kg/hm2),其余参试品种的蔗产量均低于双对照;参试品种的糖产量均低于双对照,最高的为柳城1539(19 930.44 kg/hm2),其次为中蔗8号(18 102.91 kg/hm2)、桂糖14811(17 648.45 kg/hm2)等;前期平均蔗糖分最高的为桂南亚146210(16.23%),其次为桂糖161253(15.69%)、云瑞14662(15.56%)、桂糖14811(15.19%)等,但均低于双对照;全期平均蔗糖分最高的为桂南亚146210(16.36%),与对照桂柳05136(16.36%)相当,而高于对照云蔗05-51(16.15%),其次为桂糖161253(16.00%)、云瑞14662(15.95%)和桂糖14811(15.70%)等,均低于双对照。
在抗病虫害性状中,参试品种的枯心苗率在2.29%~8.86%之间;黑穗病发病率最高的为云瑞14662(11.44%),其次为中蔗8号(6.05%)和福农1311808(4.14%),其他品种黑穗病发病率均较低。
由于各性状指标的原始数据存在量纲差异,无法直接进行比较分析,因此,首先对原始数据进行无量纲化处理。12个性状中,出苗率、发株率、分蘖率、株高、茎径、有效茎、蔗产量、糖产量、前期平均蔗糖分和全期平均蔗糖分是正向指标,性状数值越大越好,其最优解取参试品种中该性状的最大值;枯心苗率和黑穗病发病率是负向指标,发病率越低越好,其最优解取参试品种中该性状的最小值。在正向指标中,以15个品种中最大值为分母,各品种的该指标值为分子;在逆向指标中,以各品种中最小值为分子,各品种该指标数值为分母。参考相关文献[15-16]并基于甘蔗育种目标及多年育种实践经验,对参试品种的12个关键性状指标进行系统化分配权重系数(Wj, 0<Wj<1, ∑Wj=1),得到无量纲化计算结果矩阵Z表2)。
用各性状指标权重系数(Wj)乘矩阵Z的第j列得到决策矩阵R表3),其中正(负)理想解数列Xj+Xj-)由表3中12个性状数值的最大(小)值构成。
根据欧几里德范数作为距离测度计算各品种材料与正(负)理想解的距离Si+Si-[17],计算公式为。根据公式计算出品种理想解的相对接近度(Ci),计算公式为Ci=Si-/(Si++Si-)。由表4可知,各参试品种的Ci值排序为柳城1539>云蔗15505>中糖1211>桂柳05136(CK1)>云蔗05-51(CK2)>桂糖13334>中蔗14号>中蔗8号>桂糖14811>福农1311808>桂糖161253>福农141854>粤甘59号>桂南亚146210>云瑞14662,柳城1539、云蔗15505和中糖1211的Ci值大于双对照,其他参试品种的Ci值均小于双对照。
甘蔗新品种的产量构成、蔗糖分及抗逆性表现等关键性状指标的综合评价是甘蔗新品种推广决策的重要科学依据。甘蔗新品种综合评价方法主要有DTOPSIS法[18]、灰色关联法[19]和主成分分析法[20]等。灰色关联度分析法虽具有样本容量要求低、方法简单、工作量少等优势,但在甘蔗品种综合评价中存在明显局限性。首先,该方法需要预先确定各指标的最优参考值,而甘蔗的某些复杂性状(如抗逆性)难以确定明确的最优阈值;其次,甘蔗评价体系包含产量、品质、抗性等多维度性状指标,这些指标不仅量纲不统一,且有些指标存在显著的负相关关系,导致难以筛选出各性状均达到理想水平的品种。这些局限性降低了灰色关联度法在甘蔗品种综合评价中的适用性和可靠性[21]。主成分分析可以在最大限度保留原始数据信息的前提下,通过多个指标综合评价作物品种的适应性[22],其不足之处是该方法适合于大样本分析,当样本容量小于变量个数时,则无法提供完善的结论及算法,且需要各指标之间具有较好的线性关系,因此,具有一定的局限性[23]。与灰色关联分析和主成分分析相比,DTOPSIS法在多目标决策评价中具有显著优势,能有效解决多性状指标量纲不统一的问题,同时,该方法通过计算相对接近度,可实现对品种综合性状的量化评估,这与本研究对新品种综合评价的需求高度契合。
在DTOPSIS法的综合评价体系中,权重系数的科学赋值是评价方法应用的核心环节[24],直接决定DTOPSIS方法计算结果的可靠性。权重系数的赋值方法分为客观赋权法和主观赋权法[25],客观赋权法能有效排除人为干扰因素,提高评价的科学性和客观性。但这些方法需要大样本量且要求数据服从标准分布,还会出现非常重要的性状指标(如产量)计算出的权重却极低的情况[26-27],与育种目标不相符。因此应根据育种目标和样本数据合理地选取权重系数赋值方法。本研究构建的甘蔗品种综合评价体系包含12个关键指标,这些指标涵盖了产量构成因素、糖分积累特性以及抗逆性表现等核心农艺性状,能够全面反映品种的生产潜力和生态适应性。其中蔗茎产量是评价甘蔗品种优劣的主要因素之一,关系到种植者和制糖企业的经济效益,也关系到品种是否能在生产上得到推广应用[28]。蔗糖分作为核心工艺品质指标,直接影响糖厂的经济效益[29],较高的蔗糖分可显著降低吨糖耗蔗量,同时提高产糖率和原料利用率[30]。基于糖料蔗品种“双高”(高糖、高产)的育种目标导向,本研究在DTOPSIS法评价体系中,对产糖量、蔗糖分及甘蔗产量等关键经济性状赋予较高权重,以确保评价结果与产业需求的契合度。
根据DTOPSIS法综合评估原理,品种的Ci值与其综合性状表现呈正相关,Ci值越大,表明该品种与理想解的距离越近,其综合性状表现越优。本研究中,Ci值大于双对照的品种有柳城1539、云蔗15505和中糖1211,说明这些品种的综合性状优于对照。柳城1539中大茎,前期发株快,分蘖好,叶片清秀,无毛,生势强,丛生性好,脱叶性较好,高产高糖,蔗产量和产糖量在参试品种中均排名第一,其枯心苗率、黑穗病发病率均较低。中糖1211中大茎,前期发株快,分蘖差,叶片清秀,毛少,有效茎多(排名第一),丰产性好,高产高糖,枯心苗率、黑穗病、花叶病发病率均较低。云蔗15505中大茎,前期发株慢,分蘖一般,叶片清秀,毛量中等,实心,脱叶性好,抗倒伏,高产高糖,枯心苗率和黑穗病发病率最低。
本研究的参试品种在其他区试点也进行了评价,在国家甘蔗品种第十五轮区试云南保山试点中[31],综合分析各品种的产量性状指标、品质性状指标及田间长势,认为云蔗15505和柳城1539表现较好,可在低海拔和中海拔区域进行推广应用。在第十五轮国家甘蔗品种区域试验广西北海试点中[32],福农1311808、柳城1539和桂糖11-2367在田间前期性状、产量性状及品质性状等综合表现较好,在北海蔗区有较大的推广潜力。可以看出云蔗15505和柳城1539具有较广的生态适应性,在不同地区均有较好的表现。
通过DTOPSIS法对参加第十五轮国家甘蔗区域试验的13个甘蔗新品种的12个性状进行综合评价,结果表明,在云南开远蔗区的生态条件下,综合评价结果优秀的甘蔗新品种有柳城1539、中糖1211和云蔗15505,这些品种可进一步示范推广。
