Spinetoram is a common pesticide used to control thrips on mango. The addition of pesticide spray adjuvants can improve the utilization efficacy of the pesticide. Reasonable selection and use of additive products are crucial to improve the utilization efficiency of pesticides and reduce the use of pesticides. In this study, the wetting and spreading behavior of different types of pesticide adjuvants on the surface of mango leaves was investigated by measuring the static and dynamic surface tension, contact angle, spreading area, and evaporation time of spinetoram solution after adding five different types and different concentrations of pesticide adjuvant products. The results showed that adding different adjuvants could effectively reduce the static and dynamic surface tension of the spinetoram solution, reduce the contact angle and increase the spreading area of the solution on the leaf surface. Except polymer adjuvants (Noposion Tiandun) showing evaporation resistance, other adjuvant products shortened the evaporation time. The wettability of different types of adjuvants on mango leaves was not consistent, organosilicone (Jirun) had the best wettability, followed by metal silicate composite salt (Maidao), modified vegetable oil (Maifei), orange peel essential oil (Danluofeng), and polymer (Noposion Tiandun). By comparing the wetting and spreading behavior of different treatments on the front and back of mango leaves, it was found that the back of mango leaves was more difficult to be wetted by pesticide solution than the front. Therefore, the physicochemical properties of the solution and the surface structure of the leaves were important factors affecting the wetting behavior of the spray droplets on the leaves. The mango thrips often feed on the back of the leaves, so in the prevention and control of mango thrips, the appropriate concentration should be selected according to the type of adjuvants and the harm characteristics of thrips to achieve a better control effect. The results revealed the wetting and spreading behavior of different additives on mango leaves and provided data support for the rational use of pesticide adjuvants.

乙基多杀菌素是防治杧果蓟马的常用药剂之一,农药喷雾助剂的添加可以提高农药的药效。合理选择和使用助剂产品,对提高农药利用率、减少农药使用量至关重要。本研究通过测定添加5种不同类型、不同浓度的农药助剂产品后乙基多杀菌素药液的静态、动态表面张力,以及药液在杧果叶片正面、背面的接触角、铺展面积和蒸发时间,探究不同类型农药助剂产品在杧果叶片表面的润湿铺展行为。结果表明:添加不同助剂产品均能有效降低乙基多杀菌素药液的静态、动态表面张力,同时降低药液在叶片表面的接触角,提高药液在杧果叶片表面的铺展面积。除高分子类助剂(诺普信天盾)在叶片背面表现出抗蒸发性外,其他助剂产品均缩短了蒸发时间。不同类型的助剂产品在杧果叶片上的润湿性表现并不一致,有机硅类助剂(极润)润湿性最好,其余依次为硅酸金属复合盐类助剂(迈道)、改性植物油(迈飞)、橙皮精油(丹罗丰)、高分子类助剂(诺普信天盾)。通过比较不同处理组药液在杧果叶片正面、背面的润湿铺展行为,得出叶片背面比正面更难以被农药药液润湿。药液的理化性质和叶片的表面结构是影响喷雾液滴在叶片上润湿行为的重要因素。杧果蓟马常常在叶片背面活动取食,因此在防治杧果蓟马时,应根据助剂的类型、蓟马的为害特点选择合适的浓度,才能取得较好的防治效果。研究结果揭示了不同类型助剂在杧果叶片上的润湿铺展行为,为合理选择使用农药喷雾助剂产品提供数据支撑。

乙基多杀菌素是防治杧果蓟马的常用药剂之一,农药喷雾助剂的添加可以提高农药的药效。合理选择和使用助剂产品,对提高农药利用率、减少农药使用量至关重要。本研究通过测定添加5种不同类型、不同浓度的农药助剂产品后乙基多杀菌素药液的静态、动态表面张力,以及药液在杧果叶片正面、背面的接触角、铺展面积和蒸发时间,探究不同类型农药助剂产品在杧果叶片表面的润湿铺展行为。结果表明:添加不同助剂产品均能有效降低乙基多杀菌素药液的静态、动态表面张力,同时降低药液在叶片表面的接触角,提高药液在杧果叶片表面的铺展面积。除高分子类助剂(诺普信天盾)在叶片背面表现出抗蒸发性外,其他助剂产品均缩短了蒸发时间。不同类型的助剂产品在杧果叶片上的润湿性表现并不一致,有机硅类助剂(极润)润湿性最好,其余依次为硅酸金属复合盐类助剂(迈道)、改性植物油(迈飞)、橙皮精油(丹罗丰)、高分子类助剂(诺普信天盾)。通过比较不同处理组药液在杧果叶片正面、背面的润湿铺展行为,得出叶片背面比正面更难以被农药药液润湿。药液的理化性质和叶片的表面结构是影响喷雾液滴在叶片上润湿行为的重要因素。杧果蓟马常常在叶片背面活动取食,因此在防治杧果蓟马时,应根据助剂的类型、蓟马的为害特点选择合适的浓度,才能取得较好的防治效果。研究结果揭示了不同类型助剂在杧果叶片上的润湿铺展行为,为合理选择使用农药喷雾助剂产品提供数据支撑。

Spinetoram is a common pesticide used to control thrips on mango. The addition of pesticide spray adjuvants can improve the utilization efficacy of the pesticide. Reasonable selection and use of additive products are crucial to improve the utilization efficiency of pesticides and reduce the use of pesticides. In this study, the wetting and spreading behavior of different types of pesticide adjuvants on the surface of mango leaves was investigated by measuring the static and dynamic surface tension, contact angle, spreading area, and evaporation time of spinetoram solution after adding five different types and different concentrations of pesticide adjuvant products. The results showed that adding different adjuvants could effectively reduce the static and dynamic surface tension of the spinetoram solution, reduce the contact angle and increase the spreading area of the solution on the leaf surface. Except polymer adjuvants (Noposion Tiandun) showing evaporation resistance, other adjuvant products shortened the evaporation time. The wettability of different types of adjuvants on mango leaves was not consistent, organosilicone (Jirun) had the best wettability, followed by metal silicate composite salt (Maidao), modified vegetable oil (Maifei), orange peel essential oil (Danluofeng), and polymer (Noposion Tiandun). By comparing the wetting and spreading behavior of different treatments on the front and back of mango leaves, it was found that the back of mango leaves was more difficult to be wetted by pesticide solution than the front. Therefore, the physicochemical properties of the solution and the surface structure of the leaves were important factors affecting the wetting behavior of the spray droplets on the leaves. The mango thrips often feed on the back of the leaves, so in the prevention and control of mango thrips, the appropriate concentration should be selected according to the type of adjuvants and the harm characteristics of thrips to achieve a better control effect. The results revealed the wetting and spreading behavior of different additives on mango leaves and provided data support for the rational use of pesticide adjuvants.

杧果又称芒果(Mangifera indica L.),是一种热带和亚热带重要的经济作物,2021年我国种植面积约为37.46万hm2,产量395.8万t,我国是世界第二大生产国。蓟马是为害杧果的重要害虫,以成虫和若虫在嫩梢、嫩叶等部位锉吸组织汁液,造成叶片主脉两侧有红褐色条痕,甚至干枯、脱落,新梢顶芽生长点受抑制[1],可造成果园10%~25%的损失,严重的果园损失能达到42%以上[2]。我国针对杧果蓟马的防治主要采用化学防治的方法,主要利用乙基多杀菌素、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、啶虫脒等药剂。化学农药的施用主要通过喷雾的方式进行[3],然而喷雾过程大量农药雾滴无法在植物叶片表面润湿铺展[4],降低了农药在植物叶片上的沉积,使农药的应用效果不能达到预期。据统计,全世界每年使用的农药60%以上会通过雾滴脱靶、弹跳滚落或被雨水冲刷等方式进入周围的环境中[5],不仅会造成农药资源的浪费,还会对人类和环境的健康产生威胁。
在病虫害防治过程中常通过加入农药助剂改变药液在靶标叶片上的润湿性和持留性来提高农药制剂的防治效果[6-8]。药液的润湿持留能力与药液的表面张力和其在靶标叶片上的接触角密切相关[4]。液滴在叶片上的铺展面积和蒸发时间决定了农药制剂的作用范围和吸收效果[9]。研究表明,药液中加入助剂可以降低药液的表面张力和药液在植物叶片或虫体表面上的接触角,提高药液的润湿、铺展和附着性[10-14],并降低农药雾滴飘移的风险。随着农药助剂产品的应用,市场上销售的农药助剂产品多种多样,成分复杂,农药助剂的种类和浓度对药液在植物叶片上的润湿铺展性影响较大[15-16]。研究发现,矿物油类助剂和有机硅类助剂能有效提高氟啶虫胺腈药液在苹果叶片上的润湿性[17];改性植物油类助剂迈飞和Agrospred 910能显著改变氯虫苯甲酰胺药液的理化性质,提高药液在玉米叶片上的润湿性[18];不同种类助剂对药液在作物叶片上的润湿铺展效果有显著差异[19-20]
叶片的表面结构[21-22]也是影响农药雾滴润湿铺展的关键因素之一。郭晓君等[17]、ZHU等[21]研究发现,药液在不同生长时期、同一时期不同部位叶片的润湿性有显著差异。一些植物叶片被白粉病侵染后,其表面结构发生改变,进而影响液滴在叶片上的润湿性和沉积性[23-24]。植物叶片的正、背面的表面结构通常也有显著差异而导致润湿性不同[25]。为害植物的病虫害由于生活习性不同,在叶片主要活动和产生危害的部位也不尽相同。因此研究不同种类助剂对药液在杧果叶片上的润湿行为,提高农药在叶片的铺展附着能力,从而减少农药的脱靶,提高农药利用率,减少农药使用量,对农业资源的可持续利用及安全生产具有重要意义。
我国目前常用的助剂种类主要有植物油类、无机盐类、有机硅类和高分子类等。其中植物油类和有机硅类助剂性价比高,在我国应用广泛。高分子类助剂作为一类新型助剂产品,具有较强的抗飘移、抗蒸发性,较好的环境安全性,是助剂产品的发展趋势。为探究不同种类助剂对乙基多杀菌素药液在杧果叶片上的润湿铺展行为,研究5种助剂产品(改性植物油类、烯萜类化合物、硅酸金属复合盐、有机硅类、高分子类)在不同浓度下对乙基多杀菌素药液静态表面张力、动态表面张力、在杧果叶片正面和背面的接触角、铺展面积和蒸发时间的影响,以期为合理选择、使用助剂产品提供参考依据。
供试叶片:杧果叶片采自中国热带农业科学院热带作物品种资源研究所儋州五队基地大棚内,品种为贵妃芒。
供试药剂:60 g/L乙基多杀菌素悬浮剂,供试助剂种类、生产厂家等信息见表1
试验仪器:JK99F全自动张力仪(上海中晨数字技术设备有限公司);DSA100接触角测量仪[德国克吕士科学仪器(上海)有限公司];BP100动态表面张力仪[德国克吕士科学仪器(上海)有限公司];VHX-2000超景深显微系统(基恩士中国有限公司)。
对照组为质量分数为0.1%的60 g/L乙基多杀菌素悬浮剂;分别向质量分数0.1%的乙基多杀菌素药液中加入5种不同种类的助剂产品,使每种助剂在药液中的质量浓度分别为0.1%、0.05%、0.025%,试验共设16个处理组。
每个处理组取30 mL药液放入JK99F全自动张力仪中,在(30±5)℃、相对湿度为60%~75%条件下,使用铂金板法测定每个处理组的表面张力,每个处理重复3次,每次测量后铂金板需清洗干净,以避免各处理组之间互相干扰测定结果。
使用座滴法测量药液液滴在叶片上的接触角。使用剪刀避开叶脉将杧果叶片剪成1 cm×2 cm大小,并将其固定在载玻片上,在(30±5)℃、相对湿度为60%~75%条件下,将载玻片固定在DSA100接触角测量仪操作台上,注射器每次注射2 μL各处理组药液。记录药液液滴接触叶片正面和背面后1 min的接触角,每个处理组测定3次。
使用气泡压力法测定药液的动态表面张力,每个处理组取30 mL药液放入BP100全自动张力仪中,在(30±5)℃、相对湿度为60%~75%条件下,测定每个处理组气泡年龄在10~2000 ms时的表面张力。
挑选生长时期相同,无损伤健康的叶片,使用剪刀避开叶脉将杧果叶片剪成1 cm×2 cm大小,将叶片固定在VHX-2000超景深显微镜操作台上,使用移液枪准确移取0.3 μL各处理组药液滴在杧果叶片正面和背面上,使用VHX-2000超景深显微镜记录液滴从接触叶片到完全蒸发的整个过程,得到药液在叶片正面和背面的干燥时间,并测量药液液滴在叶片正面和背面上铺展到最大时的面积,每次试验重复3次。
采用SPSS 20.0软件对试验数据进行单因素方差分析,应用Tukey检验法进行差异显著性检验。
添加不同种类助剂产品后乙基多杀菌素药液静态表面张力的变化见图1。结果表明,不同助剂产品均能显著降低乙基多杀菌素药液的静态表面张力。除诺普信天盾外,其他助剂产品均随着浓度的增加,乙基多杀菌素药液的静态表面张力越小。添加不同质量分数助剂的药液静态表面张力变化基本一致,静态表面张力下降程度依次为极润>迈道>迈飞>诺普信天盾>橙皮精油。助剂质量分数为0.1%时,各处理组静态表面张力下降最为显著,与CK相比,下降程度依次为极润(58.38%)>迈道(44.86%)>迈飞(27.52%)>橙皮精油(22.69%)>诺普信天盾(17.21%)。
某种液体形成新的表面时,其表面张力与溶剂本身的表面张力相当,需要经过一段时间表面张力才会降低到吸附平衡时的状态。农业上对病虫害进行防治时,药液某段时间的动态表面张力越低,药液从喷头喷出雾滴的粒径越小,并且越容易在叶片上铺展润湿[26]。添加不同种类助剂产品后乙基多杀菌素药液动态表面张力的变化见图2。当气泡年龄小于100 ms时,药液表面张力接近溶剂(水)的表面张力,之后随着气泡表面年龄的增加,各处理组表面张力的差异越显著。助剂质量分数为0.1%时,动态表面张力的下降程度为极润>迈道>迈飞>诺普信天盾>橙皮精油。助剂质量分数为0.05%和0.025%时,随着助剂含量的降低,添加极润药液的动态表面张力降低到最小,其次是迈道,其他助剂产品的差异越来越不明显。
由于不同的病虫害为害部位不同,且植物叶片正面和背面结构差异较大,通过测量添加不同类型助剂后乙基多杀菌素药液在杧果叶片正面和背面的接触角(图3),结果表明,随着助剂浓度的提高,药液在叶片正面、背面的接触角也显著增加。每个处理组药液在叶片背面的接触角大于在叶片正面。助剂质量分数为0.025%时,药液在叶片正面接触角最小的为极润,其他助剂依次为迈道、迈飞、诺普信天盾、橙皮精油。助剂质量分数为0.05%时药液在叶片正面液接触角最小的为极润,其次为迈道,迈飞和诺普信天盾间无显著差异,接触角最大的为橙皮精油。助剂质量分数为0.1%时,药液在叶片正面接触角最小的为极润;其次为迈道和迈飞,且二者无显著差异;接触角较大的是诺普信天盾和橙皮精油,且二者无显著差异。叶片背部不同浓度各处理组药液液滴在叶片上的接触角表现基本一致,添加助剂后接触角下降程度依次为极润>迈道>橙皮精油>迈飞>诺普信天盾。
助剂对乙基多杀菌素药液在杧果叶片铺展面积的影响如图4所示,无论在叶片正面还是背面,药液在叶片上的铺展面积均随助剂浓度的增大而明显增大。药液在正面的铺展面积大于背面。在叶片正面,极润对药液的铺展面积影响最大,与CK相比,质量分数为0.025%时,其铺展面积增大2.49倍,质量分数为0.05%时,增大4.75倍,质量分数为0.1%时,增大8.27倍;其次是迈道,随着浓度的增大,其铺展面积分别增加了1.72倍、3.67倍、4.51倍;诺普信天盾对药液铺展面积的影响最小。在叶片背面,助剂质量分数为0.1%时,各处理组对药液铺展面积的影响较为显著,与CK相比,铺展面积的增大程度依次为极润(6.12倍)>诺普信天盾(1.97倍)>迈道(1.87倍)>迈飞(1.68倍)>橙皮精油(1.32倍)。
助剂对乙基多杀菌素药液在杧果叶片蒸发时间的影响见图5,在叶片背面,除诺普信天盾随浓度的升高,蒸发时间增大外,其他助剂无论在叶片正面还是背面均随着浓度的升高,蒸发时间逐渐减小。除质量分数为0.025%的诺普信天盾助剂在叶片正面的蒸发时间大于背面,其他处理组药液在叶片正面的蒸发时间均小于背面。
在叶片正面,助剂质量分数为0.025%和0.05%时,各处理组表现基本一致,与CK相比,添加助剂减少了药液的蒸发时间,极润的蒸发时间降低最为显著,其余分别是迈道>橙皮精油>迈飞>诺普信天盾。助剂质量分数为0.1%时,添加极润的蒸发时间缩短87.53%,其次是迈道缩短66.99%,橙皮精油和迈飞分别缩短62.35%和59.90%,诺普信天盾缩短24.69%(图5A)。
叶片背面,助剂质量分数为0.025%时,与CK相比,极润助剂能使药液蒸发时间缩短34.84%,其次是诺普信天盾缩短12.56%,而迈道和迈飞与CK间无显著差异,而橙皮精油的蒸发时间增加9.24%;助剂质量分数为0.05%时,极润助剂使药液蒸发时间缩短41.00%,其次是迈道和迈飞均缩短9.72%,而橙皮精油和诺普信天盾与CK无显著差异;助剂质量分数为0.1%时,极润助剂使药液蒸发时间缩短53.79%,其次是迈道缩短34.36%,橙皮精油和迈飞则分别缩短13.27%和13.04%,而诺普信天盾的蒸发时间增加31.28%(图5B)。
农药助剂的应用可以有效提高农药的利用率,从而降低农药的使用量。然而由于市场上助剂产品和农药制剂生产厂家工艺技术的不同,导致不同助剂产品的性质和施用效果不同[20]。因此合理选择和使用农药助剂产品非常重要。本文研究了5种不同类型不同浓度的助剂产品对乙基多杀菌素药液静态和动态表面张力,及药液在杧果叶片正面和背面的接触角、铺展面积和蒸发时间的影响,以了解不同种类助剂产品对药液在杧果叶片润湿行为的影响,为合理利用助剂,提高植保作业喷雾质量效果提供参考。
药液的静态表面张力及其在叶片上的接触角是评价药液在植物叶片表面润湿性的重要参数[27-28]。接触角和表面张力越小药液越容易在植物叶片表面润湿铺展。研究结果表明,添加助剂产品能够显著降低乙基多杀菌素药液的静态表面张力及其在杧果叶片上的接触角,每种助剂产品随添加浓度的增大,静态、动态表面张力和接触角逐渐降低,药液在叶片上的润湿性与助剂的添加浓度呈正相关。同一浓度下,不同种类的助剂产品对药液静态、动态表面张力和接触角的影响有差异,有机硅类助剂(极润)对药液的静态表面张力和接触角的降低程度最大,其次是硅酸金属复合盐类助剂(迈道)、改性植物油(迈飞)、橙皮精油(丹罗丰)和高分子类助剂(诺普信天盾)。添加不同助剂后液滴在杧果叶片上的铺展面积和蒸发时间的表现与表面张力和接触角基本一致。高分子类助剂(诺普信天盾)表现出抗蒸发性。已有研究表明,有机硅类助剂产品对降低表面张力和接触角方面要优于其他助剂产品,如,景亮亮等[29]研究发现,有机硅类和植物油类助剂产品在降低液滴在番茄叶片上的接触角方面表现最优。有机硅类助剂具有超级展开功能,然而其超强的渗透性也导致其容易对作物产生药害。张伟等[30]发现有机硅能使大樱桃红灯品种果实产生粉红色或红色晕圈。刘保友等[31]发现有机硅500~2000倍与48%毒死蜱EC混用可在红富士苹果幼果表面产生不同程度的药害。因此,使用有机硅助剂时应谨慎选择稀释浓度。改性植物油也表现出较好的润湿铺展性,这与王潇楠等[18]的研究结果一致。郭晓君等[17]也发现有机硅类和改性植物油类助剂能显著提高药液润湿性,并显著增加药液的持留量。
药液离开喷头形成雾滴后将产生新的表面,而药液中的表面活性剂迁移到表面需要一定时间,当表面活性剂达到吸附平衡时的表面张力被称为静态表面张力,平衡所需时间与助剂的种类和分子结构关系密切[32]。而喷雾施药过程中雾滴从喷头喷出到接触叶片往往只需很短的时间,此时动态表面张力比静态表面张力能更好地反映药液体系的润湿性。相同时间下,表面张力的降低依次为有机硅类助剂(极润)>硅酸金属复合盐类助剂(迈道)>改性植物油(迈飞)>橙皮精油(丹罗丰)>高分子类助剂(诺普信天盾)。通过对比药液在杧果叶片正、背面的接触角,铺展面积和蒸发时间表明,药液在杧果叶正面的接触角更小,铺展面积更大,蒸发时间更短,这与高荣等[9]的研究结果一致。杧果叶片的背面比正面更难以被药液润湿,可能是由于杧果叶片正面和背面的表面结构不同造成的,而叶片的表面结构是影响润湿性的重要因素[22]。郑江韬等[25]也研究发现同种作物的叶片正、背面的微观结构差异显著,导致药液在叶片背面的接触角显著大于正面。叶片的表面活性剂和表面特性均会影响液滴的润湿行为,这与NAIRN等[33]的研究结果一致。
在田间喷施农药时多采用大容量喷施,药液在植物叶片表面的润湿行为对提高农药的利用率至关重要。药液中表面活性剂类型、浓度和叶片表面性质是影响药液润湿性的重要因素。由于白天杧果蓟马喜欢在叶片背面活动,因此在防治杧果蓟马时,应根据助剂的类型选择合适的浓度,才能更好地润湿叶片背面,达到最佳防治效果。研究结果不仅有助于了解不同种类助剂对药液在杧果叶片润湿性的影响,同时对杧果种植户正确、合理使用助剂产品具有重要的指导意义。
