The study on the ecological suitability regionalization for jackfruit (Artocarpus heterophyllus Lam.) is of great significance for guiding its cultivation layout and digging its development potential, via utilization of environmental resources efficiently in tropical and subtropical regions. Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and GIS, this study constructed a suitability analysis model for jackfruit cultivation using four evaluation factors: temperature, precipitation, sunshine hours and soil index. The results of the regionalization are then validated in conjunction with previous research findings and the actual distribution of jackfruit, while further explore the spatial potential for jackfruit cultivation by integrating land use spatial data. The results indicate that the zones able to plant are primarily distributed in tropical and subtropical monsoon climate regions. The suitable zones for planting are mainly found in Hainan, southern Guangxi, southern Guangdong, parts of southern Yunnan and southern Fujian, where there is sufficient heat throughout the year, favorable wintering conditions, and a good combination of light, heat and water. Total plantable area for jackfruit in China is approximately 47.85×104km2, of which 22.71×104km2 is suitable for cultivating, comprising 8.89×104km2 of arable land and 182.05 km2 of unused land. In comparison to previous research findings, this study expanded the amount of potentially viable arable land for jackfruit cultivation by about 58 times the existing cultivating area. Considering comprehensive land use, ecological environment, and policy support, jackfruit has a high potential for production in suitable and relatively suitable arable and unused land in China. Priority should be given to developing suitable planting areas in the southern regions of Guangxi and Yunnan. The study findings could provide scientific and analytic references for optimizing the regional layout and development planning of jackfruit cultivation in China.

菠萝蜜种植生态适宜性区划研究对于科学有效地利用热区生态环境资源,指导菠萝蜜种植布局和挖掘其产业发展潜力具有重要意义。基于层次分析法(AHP)和地理信息系统(GIS)技术,选择温度、降水量、日照时数、土壤4个评价因子构建菠萝蜜种植适宜性区划研究模型,并根据前人研究成果和我国实际菠萝蜜种植区的分布情况对区划结果进行验证,同时进一步结合土地利用空间数据探索菠萝蜜种植空间潜力。结果表明:菠萝蜜可种植区主要分布在热带和亚热带季风气候区,其中适宜区主要分布在全年热量充足、越冬条件佳、光热水条件好的海南岛、广西南部、广东南部、云南南部部分地区和福建南部。菠萝蜜在中国可种植的总面积约为47.85×104km2,适宜种植的区域面积约达22.71×104km2,包括可耕地8.89×104km2和未利用地182.05 km2,仅潜在适宜种植的可耕地面积为前人研究成果中现有种植面积的58倍。通过综合分析土地利用、生态环境、政策扶持等因素,表明菠萝蜜在中国适宜和较适宜的可耕地及未利用地上有较高的发展空间和生产潜力,并且可优先开发广西及云南的南部等菠萝蜜适宜种植区域。本研究结果可为优化我国菠萝蜜种植的区域布局与产业规划提供科学参考和数据支撑。

菠萝蜜种植生态适宜性区划研究对于科学有效地利用热区生态环境资源,指导菠萝蜜种植布局和挖掘其产业发展潜力具有重要意义。基于层次分析法(AHP)和地理信息系统(GIS)技术,选择温度、降水量、日照时数、土壤4个评价因子构建菠萝蜜种植适宜性区划研究模型,并根据前人研究成果和我国实际菠萝蜜种植区的分布情况对区划结果进行验证,同时进一步结合土地利用空间数据探索菠萝蜜种植空间潜力。结果表明:菠萝蜜可种植区主要分布在热带和亚热带季风气候区,其中适宜区主要分布在全年热量充足、越冬条件佳、光热水条件好的海南岛、广西南部、广东南部、云南南部部分地区和福建南部。菠萝蜜在中国可种植的总面积约为47.85×104km2,适宜种植的区域面积约达22.71×104km2,包括可耕地8.89×104km2和未利用地182.05 km2,仅潜在适宜种植的可耕地面积为前人研究成果中现有种植面积的58倍。通过综合分析土地利用、生态环境、政策扶持等因素,表明菠萝蜜在中国适宜和较适宜的可耕地及未利用地上有较高的发展空间和生产潜力,并且可优先开发广西及云南的南部等菠萝蜜适宜种植区域。本研究结果可为优化我国菠萝蜜种植的区域布局与产业规划提供科学参考和数据支撑。

The study on the ecological suitability regionalization for jackfruit (Artocarpus heterophyllus Lam.) is of great significance for guiding its cultivation layout and digging its development potential, via utilization of environmental resources efficiently in tropical and subtropical regions. Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and GIS, this study constructed a suitability analysis model for jackfruit cultivation using four evaluation factors: temperature, precipitation, sunshine hours and soil index. The results of the regionalization are then validated in conjunction with previous research findings and the actual distribution of jackfruit, while further explore the spatial potential for jackfruit cultivation by integrating land use spatial data. The results indicate that the zones able to plant are primarily distributed in tropical and subtropical monsoon climate regions. The suitable zones for planting are mainly found in Hainan, southern Guangxi, southern Guangdong, parts of southern Yunnan and southern Fujian, where there is sufficient heat throughout the year, favorable wintering conditions, and a good combination of light, heat and water. Total plantable area for jackfruit in China is approximately 47.85×104km2, of which 22.71×104km2 is suitable for cultivating, comprising 8.89×104km2 of arable land and 182.05 km2 of unused land. In comparison to previous research findings, this study expanded the amount of potentially viable arable land for jackfruit cultivation by about 58 times the existing cultivating area. Considering comprehensive land use, ecological environment, and policy support, jackfruit has a high potential for production in suitable and relatively suitable arable and unused land in China. Priority should be given to developing suitable planting areas in the southern regions of Guangxi and Yunnan. The study findings could provide scientific and analytic references for optimizing the regional layout and development planning of jackfruit cultivation in China.

菠萝蜜(Artocarpus heterophyllus Lam.)原产于印度和东南亚热带地区,享有“热带水果皇后”的美称[1],分布范围包括我国琼、粤、桂、滇、闽诸省以及川南等热带至亚热带区域,面积约1500 km2[2]。其果肉蜜甜、香气浓郁且营养丰富,果皮营养丰富,可作牛羊饲料,还有根、树皮提取的活性成分可入药,木材更是优质家具材料[3-4]。随着菠萝蜜日益被国内消费者青睐以致市场需求逐渐增大,其种植面积以每年约15%的速度增长[5]。但我国热带地区的经纬度范围宽广,地形地貌复杂多样,各地的生态环境和资源条件存在差异性,导致部分地区的菠萝蜜生长、产量和品质均受到严重影响。
菠萝蜜最适宜在年平均气温超过21 ℃、最冷月份平均气温不低于13 ℃,且绝对最低气温高于–1 ℃的地域生长[6],幼树对霜冻极为敏感,0 ℃的低温会对叶片造成冻害,而–1 ℃则会对枝条产生不利影响,在–3~–2 ℃的极端低温下,整个树体均有可能被冻死;成年结果树较幼树的耐寒能力稍强,短期耐受低温可达–3.89~–3.33 ℃,但一旦温度降至–6.67 ℃,植株将迅速死亡[1]。1974年冬季出现极端低温,福建经济植物研究所[7]通过对福州、莆田、厦门、晋江及龙溪等地区的热带果树种植基地进行寒害调查,提出菠萝蜜成年树抗寒能力相对较强,但幼树越冬要做好防寒保温措施。2008年出现罕见低温阴雨冻害,吕庆芳等[8]对广东湛江的菠萝蜜果园进行调查,发现菠萝蜜顶芽变黑枯死、枝叶失水脱落枯死等严重的寒害症状。2017—2019年的冬春时节,李宗锴等[9]对云南省河口县内不同地域、不同海拔高度、不同品种以及不同种植年限的菠萝蜜遭受的低温伤害情况进行了详细的调查,发现受冬季长时间低温、寡照等不良天气影响导致菠萝蜜嫩芽和幼叶枯萎,严重的可导致幼苗冻死。宋奇琦等[10]通过观测广西南宁冬季低温对不同菠萝蜜种质资源的影响,认为低温寒害已成为制约菠萝蜜产业健康可持续发展的关键问题。因此,温度是决定菠萝蜜产量、品质以及能否进行经济栽培的关键环境因子。此外,降雨、日照时数、土壤等环境因子也与菠萝蜜丰产优质息息相关。有研究表明菠萝蜜的根系深扎土壤,具备一定的耐旱能力[2]。年降雨量达到1500 mm以上时,菠萝蜜能确保良好的稳产和丰产性[1]。菠萝蜜树偏好充足的阳光,日照时数高对菠萝蜜生长有明显的促进作用[11]。菠萝蜜对盐分敏感,偏好有机质丰富的土壤环境,最适宜的土壤pH范围为6.0~7.5,且以砂壤土或冲积土为佳[8]。李瑞梅等[1]研究认为,菠萝蜜具有相对较广的适应性,能够在海拔1524 m以下的环境中正常生长,而鲜见报道在高于1500 m以上地区栽培菠萝蜜。鉴于此,进行菠萝蜜种植的生态适宜性区域划分,对于有效利用生态环境资源及科学安排菠萝蜜的种植布局具有极其重要的意义。
随着遥感、地理信息系统、全球定位系统(3S)技术的不断进步,生态适宜性区划的研究正朝着更加量化、模型化的方向发展。国内外学者广泛利用多种预测模型开展各类水果、中药材、蔬菜等经济作物种植生态适宜性区划分析,如王栋[12]通过结合专家评分与层次分析法,应用地理信息系统(GIS)分析出云南省马铃薯的最适种植区主要位于该省东北、西北部的高海拔生态区;叶吉等[13]应用最大熵模型(MaxEnt)和GIS技术对苍术生境适宜性进行了评估和区划;程江珂等[14]基于GIS及模糊神经网络,为攀枝花西南山地种植烤烟区域规划提供了生态适宜性指标数据;张明洁等[15]基于GIS和层次分析法,对我国芒果进行种植气候适宜性区划研究。目前针对菠萝蜜的研究,仍多集中在菠萝蜜品种选育、栽培、加工和生物学特性等方面[16],在菠萝蜜种植区划方面的研究鲜有报道。本研究参考前人研究成果开展区划指标体系构建,分析我国菠萝蜜生长所需的环境条件,从温度(年平均气温、年积温、越冬期平均气温)、年降水量、年日照时长、土壤类型等多个因素中筛选,构建菠萝蜜生态适宜性区划的指标体系,该体系将指标分为促进菠萝蜜生长和限制菠萝蜜生长两大类,排除不适宜菠萝蜜生长的区域,并利用相关研究中菠萝蜜种植区域、品种采集分布点等进行区划结果验证,以确保最终区划结果的精确可靠,且紧密贴合实际情况。研究结果可为优化我国菠萝蜜种植的区域布局与产业规划提供科学参考和数据支撑。
本研究采用的数据资料包括气象、地理信息数据以及菠萝蜜的种植信息。其中,气象数据来源于中国气象局(https://www.cma.gov.cn/),包含我国大陆地区(不含台湾省)2412个国家基本气象站1980—2020年的逐日气象记录,具体要素有气温、降水、日照时长等,个别缺失的数据点采用其前后2 d的平均值进行填补,使用反距离权重法插值得到全国逐日的气温、降水、日照时长栅格数据(空间尺度为1 km)。中国1∶1 000 000土壤数据集(包括土壤pH、土壤质地、有机质含量等土壤理化性质指标),来源于国家青藏高原科学数据中心(https://data.tpdc.ac.cn/home),空间尺度为1 km。海拔数据基于中国区域的90 m数字高程模型(Digital Elevation Model,DEM)数据,来源于https://srtm.csi.cgiar.org/。中国2023年1∶100 000土地利用遥感监测数据生成的城镇/居民/建设用地、水域、耕地、林地和未利用地1 km2栅格数据,来源于中国科学院资源环境科学数据中心(https://www.resdc.cn/)。菠萝蜜种植信息来源于统计年鉴、各省(区)涉农有关部门的研究报告及文献资料,涵盖我国当前菠萝蜜产区的分布情况、部分市(县)菠萝蜜种植面积及产量等具体数据。目前我国菠萝蜜的主要产区集中在热带与亚热带区域,覆盖海南、广东、广西、云南、福建以及四川(南部零星地区)等省(区)[1]
气象数据、土壤数据、海拔数据和土地利用空间数据通过ArcGIS 10.8投影转换、重采样和提取分析,转为具有统一WDSC地理坐标系统的1 km2栅格数据。
通过文献检索、咨询种植专家的方式,考虑我国菠萝蜜生长的生态环境特征,本研究将温度[年平均气温、≥10 ℃积温、越冬期(12月至次年2月)平均气温]、降水(年降水量)、日照(年日照时数)、土壤(土壤pH、土壤质地、有机质含量)作为菠萝蜜种植生态适宜性区划的重要因子,即评估我国菠萝蜜种植生态适宜性区划指标。其中,利用限制菠萝蜜生长的指标,即年极端最低气温和最冷月平均气温的最小值,划分出我国菠萝蜜的可种植区和不可种植区。根据菠萝蜜的生物学特性,结合我国菠萝蜜现有产区生态资料和文献,划分出区划指标等级(表1)。
本研究中,将温度、降水、日照、土壤等关键指标划分为适宜、次适宜与不适宜3个等级,以此为基础开展菠萝蜜单因子适宜性区划,单因子区划中的适宜、次适宜和不适宜区分别赋值3、2、1。运用层次分析法(AHP)综合评估温度、降水、日照、土壤4个维度下的8个生态适宜性评价指标。通过咨询气象、农业领域的专家以及种植经验丰富的种植大户,赋分用于区划菠萝蜜生态适宜性的各项指标,在此基础上构建判断矩阵,并做层次排序和一致性检验,以得到各项指标的特征向量权重(表2)。结合各指标特征向量权重(等级值和权重值),根据公式(1)加权求和计算出种植适宜性区划指数,最终评价和区划我国菠萝蜜种植生态适宜性。
式中,y为菠萝蜜种植生态适宜性区划指数;z为各区划指标的等级值,分别以3、2、1赋值适宜区、次适宜区、不适宜区;W代表与各个区划指标相对应的权重值;i=1, 2, 3, 4。
基于计算所得的种植生态适宜性区划指数,将指数大于2.3的区域设为适宜区,指数在2.0~2.3之间的区域设为次适宜区,指数小于2.0的区域设为不适宜区[15],得到菠萝蜜可种植及适宜区域空间分布数据。结合2023年土地利用遥感监测数据,在初步划分的菠萝蜜可种植区域基础上,选取可耕种地和未利用地,并计算出可耕种地分布区和未利用地分布区在各适宜区划(适宜区、次适宜区、不适宜区)的面积占比。其中,可耕种地主要涵盖旱地、疏林地以及其他类型的林地,包括苗圃、果园、桑园、茶园、热带作物种植园、迹地在内的各类园地等;而未利用地则主要包括沙地、戈壁、盐碱地、沼泽地、裸土地、裸岩地以及其他尚未被利用的土地类型。
我国菠萝蜜可种植区分布在海南岛全域,滇、桂、粤部分地区,并零星分布在四川东南、贵州南部等少数地区,总面积约为47.85×104km2,占我国陆地总面积的4.98%。该区域地处热带季风气候与亚热带季风气候的交汇地带,气候特征表现为冬季温暖、夏季炎热,降雨量按照季节分布,其中夏季降雨量最充沛,冬季最少。这些地区基本处于我国热区范围内,具有丰富的热量资源,年平均气温为15~27 ℃,其中最冷月均温不低于5.6 ℃,年极端最低气温不低于–3.4 ℃,大于10 ℃的年积温高达4600~9800 ℃。菠萝蜜能够顺利安全过冬。
从温度适宜性区划结果来看,海南岛全域、广西西南部至东南部、广东西南部至东南部、云南西南部和南部部分地区、福建南部部分地区为最适宜区,总面积约为23.24×104km2,占可种植区面积的48.57%,这些地区的各项温度指标均能高度满足菠萝蜜的生长发育需求;广西中部和北部、广东中西部和北部、云南南部部分地区、福建东部部分地区、四川及贵州南部零星地区为次适宜区,总面积约为20.53×104km2,占可种植区面积的42.90%;广西百色北部及贵州南部的零星地区、云南南部部分地区为不适宜区,总面积约为4.31×104km2,占可种植区面积的9.01%。其中,由于云南临沧、普洱、保山、德宏等地区位于横断山脉地区,气候及地形受到高黎贡山、无量山和哀牢山等影响,海拔高且地形起伏大,气温随地势高低垂直变化异常明显,不适宜区呈碎片化分布,此结果与张明达等[17]的研究结论一致。
从降水适宜性区划结果来看,海南岛大部及广西、广东、云南、福建4省(区)南部部分地区为最适宜区,总面积约为37.14×104km2,占可种植区面积的77.62%;海南岛西部部分地区、广西西南部部分地区、云南南部部分地区,福建、四川及贵州南部零星地区为次适宜区,总面积约为10.71×104km2,占可种植区面积的22.38%。以上地区降水丰富,年降水量大多为800~1600 mm,均基本满足菠萝蜜正常生长的水分需求,在菠萝蜜可种植区内无不适宜区。
从日照适宜性区划结果来看,海南岛、广东南部沿海一带、云南南部及中部零星地区、福建南部零星地区为最适宜区,总面积约为21.57×104km2,占可种植区面积的45.08%;广西及广东南部、云南东南部及福建东南部零星地区为次适宜区,总面积约为19.57×104km2,占可种植区面积的40.90%;广西北部地区、四川及贵州南部零星地区为不适宜区,总面积约为6.71×104km2,占可种植区面积的14.02%。
从土壤适宜性区划结果来看,海南岛北部和南部、广西东南部、广东中南部、云南南部及中部、福建南部少数地区为最适宜区,呈碎片化分布,总面积约为6.58×104km2,仅占可种植区面积的13.75%;海南岛西南部、广西北部和西南部、广东中部零星地区、云南南部和中部零星地区为次适宜区,总面积约为5.68×104km2,占可种植区面积的11.87%;海南岛大部、广西南部、广东南部、云南南部、福建南部的大部地区、四川及贵州南部零星地区均为不适宜区,总面积约为35.59×104km2,占可种植区面积的74.38%,不适宜区面积占比较高,其原因在于滇南的大部,广西、广东的南部,福建的东南部,其土壤类型主要为赤红壤;海南岛、雷州半岛、西双版纳等地的土壤类型主要为砖红壤,以上地区土壤质地黏重或较黏重,肥力差,呈酸性或强酸性[18]
根据种植生态适宜性指数,结合海拔数据,得到菠萝蜜种植生态适宜性区划图,主要省份种植生态适宜性区划见图1
适宜区包括海南岛全域;广西南部的崇左、北海、玉林、防城港、南宁西部、钦州西南部、贵港东部、梧州东南部等市(县)的部分和全部地区,以及广西西部的百色南部地区;广东南部的湛江、阳江、江门、云浮、汕尾、揭阳、汕头、佛山、中山、惠州、潮州、肇庆南部、广州南部、河源南部的部分地区;云南南部的西双版纳、普洱、红河、临沧、德宏、保山、玉溪、元谋的部分地区并成条状分布;福建漳州东南部地区,总面积约为22.71×104km2,占可种植区面积的47.46%。这些地区的种植生态适宜性指数高于2.3,相关因子均属于适宜范围,其中年平均气温高于22 ℃,越冬期平均气温达13.5 ℃,大于10 ℃年积温超7200 ℃,年日照时数大于1900 h、降水量大于1300 mm,土壤pH为4.5~7.5,有机质含量大于3%,该区域非常适合菠萝蜜的高产与优质品质的形成。
次适宜区包括广西百色西部、南宁东部、防城港及钦州大部、玉林北部、贵港西部、梧州北部地区;广东肇庆中部、茂名东北部、惠州北部、河源中部、梅州东南部地区;云南西双版纳西南部、普洱东部、红河大部、玉溪西南部、临沧及德宏的零星地区;福建漳州西南部地区;贵州黔西南东部地区,总面积约为15.18×104km2,占可种植区面积的31.72%。这些地区的种植生态适宜性指数为2.0~2.3,年平均气温为15.5~22.0 ℃,越冬期平均气温为7.0~13.5 ℃,大于10 ℃年积温为5000~7200 ℃,年降水量为600~1300 mm,年日照时数为1300~1900 h,土壤pH为4.5~7.5,有机质含量为2%~3%,该区域可适度开展菠萝蜜种植。
不适宜区包括广西南宁及贵港北部、梧州西北部、来宾、河池、柳州南部;云南西双版纳北部零星地区、普洱北部,红河、临沧、保山、德宏零星地区;四川宜宾、贵州黔南南部部分地区,总面积约为9.96×104km2,占可种植区面积的20.82%。这些地区的种植生态适宜性指数低于2.0,年平均气温低于15.5 ℃,越冬期平均气温低于7.0 ℃,大于10 ℃年积温小于5000 ℃,菠萝蜜在该区域种植易遭受寒害;同时年降水量低于600 mm,年日照时数低于1300 h,有机质含量为1%~2%。这些地区不适宜菠萝蜜的种植。
根据前人研究成果,广西菠萝蜜的主要种植区包括玉林市、钦州市、防城港市、北海市、崇左市等东部和南部亚热带地区(广西壮族自治区亚热带作物研究所未公开报告,2023);云南菠萝蜜主要种植区包括红河州、西双版纳、临沧市、玉溪市[19];曾祥有等[20]的研究结果表明,广东省湛江、茂名、高州一带菠萝蜜种植较多。结合现有研究中菠萝蜜品种采集分布点来看(广西壮族自治区亚热带作物研究所,2023),现有的42个采集点主要分布在广东南部、广西西南及东南部,云南南部边境、海南岛南部等地,在福建南部零星有分布。总体上,本研究所得结论与上述研究结果大体相符,并且在适宜区的范围上有所拓展,区划结果的可靠性得到了验证。
(1)菠萝蜜在可耕地的分布面积。由图2可知,我国菠萝蜜可种植区内尚有可耕种地面积8.89×104km2,分布在广西(4.19×104km2)、云南(2.77×104km2)、海南(1.11×104km2)、广东(0.46×104km2)、福建(0.15×104km2)。其中有71.72%的可耕种地分布在菠萝蜜种植的适宜区和次适宜区,面积为6.37×104km2。广西的适宜可耕种地主要集中在崇左、玉林大部,南宁、百色、钦州局部也有分布;云南主要集中在西双版纳、普洱、临沧;海南主要集中在北部地区,儋州、临高、定安、文昌和海口等地;广东南部大部分区域均有分布,主要集中在雷州半岛、茂名、阳江和云浮等地;福建主要集中在漳州东南部。
(2)菠萝蜜在未利用地的可能分布区域。菠萝蜜在我国未利用地可能分布的区域不多,总面积约为182.05 km2,其中有160.25 km2分布在菠萝蜜种植适宜区,仅占适宜区面积的0.70‰。在1 km2的中国空间分布图上依稀可以辨别,该分布区域主要集中在广东(76.92 km2)、海南(47.44 km2)、广西(15.38 km2),云南、福建亦有零星分布,分别占各省(区)适宜区面积的0.85‰、1.46‰、0.34‰、0.21‰和2.30‰。
综上,菠萝蜜在中国可种植的总面积约为47.85×104km2,适宜种植的区域面积约达22.71×104km2,包括可耕地8.89×104km2和未利用地182.05 km2,远大于现有菠萝蜜种植面积(约1500 km2[2],表明菠萝蜜在中国具有可种植开发的广阔潜力。从省域面积上考虑,目前我国菠萝蜜的最大产区集中在海南岛全境和广东,种植面积分别为800、300 km2,而广西和云南的种植面积仅分别为66.7、133.3 km2[6]。而在分析出的可耕种地在我国适宜及次适宜区分布区域中(图3),广西、云南、海南岛3省(区)面积占比较大,广东次之,其中广西占47.15%,约为4.19×104km2,居全国第1位,云南占31.17%,约为2.77×104km2,居全国第2位,目前广西、云南2省(区)具有较大的种植潜力。
本研究利用菠萝蜜的温度、降水、日照、土壤4个方面8个生态环境因子和空间基础数据,建立了菠萝蜜种植生态适宜性区划指标体系。
结合层次分析结果,温度是限制菠萝蜜种植的关键性因子,其次是日照和降水因子,土壤因子的影响最小。温度适宜性因子中,越冬期平均气温决定了温度适宜性的空间分布,根据近5 a的气象数据显示,中国大部分热区土地受寒害和风暴气候的制约情况加剧,台风导致菠萝蜜等热带果树大面积倒伏,寒害和极端低温轻则造成菠萝蜜成花率、座果率低、产量降低,重则造成植株死亡[21]。广东和海南岛是热带气旋灾害多发省份,风暴频率和强度均较大[22-23],广东和广西2省(区)中北部遭受寒害可能性较高[24]。根据杜英俊等[25]的研究,已在广西本土的菠萝蜜品系中初步筛选出菠萝蜜抗寒关键基因。建议加快开展菠萝蜜抗寒改良、耐寒良种选育及配套技术的研究,可以考虑在广东、广西、云南适宜区及较适宜区适当引进、扩种抗寒品种;在日照、降水因素方面,除桂北地区、四川及贵州零星地区外,可种植区的日照、年降水量基本满足菠萝蜜的生长需求,因此不考虑在可种植区内的广西北部、四川和贵州开展菠萝蜜种植;土壤适宜性因子中,我国菠萝蜜主要种植区的大部分土壤含黏粒均超过55%且呈弱酸性,导致其土壤理化性质大部分为不适宜,由于土壤因子对菠萝蜜适宜性区划的影响权重有限,建议在可耕种区加强田间管理,注重土壤酸化的改良,对pH较低的土壤撒施生石灰或者土壤调节剂,配施有机肥来维持或者提高土壤pH,以弥补土壤性质的不足。在政策导向及技术支撑上,广西、云南和海南岛均以农业为主要产业,广东大部分可栽种地区正在向工业进行转型。其中广西“退桉还耕”和树种结构调整优化方案等相关政策为菠萝蜜产业的发展提供契机,由于广西全区桉树林面积、储蓄量居全国第1位,其中南宁与玉林地区面积最大(广西壮族自治区林业科学研究院《广西桉树产业发展报告》,2021)。2015年以来,广西每年约有66.67 km2的桉树纯林更新改造为乡土树种、珍贵树种和混交林等[26]。同时姚利好等[27]在热区六省农业产业竞争力评估中显示云南和广西的农业技术竞争力在热区中靠前。综合来看,若要长期可持续地规划菠萝蜜种植地,可优先开发广西和云南的可耕地和未利用地区域,如广西东南部的博白、浦北、陆川、北流、合浦等地,广西西南部的崇左龙州、大新等地和云南南部的勐腊、江城、景洪、普洱、金平等地。
对于可开发的土地利用潜力,菠萝蜜可耕地包括旱地、疏林地和包括苗圃、果园、桑园、茶园、热带作物种植园、迹地在内的各类园地等,这部分区域基本已经覆盖种植物,但仍有部分生产潜力。对于一些零散和不成规模的小型果园,以及相对偏远而落后的零散种植地区,相对于其他热带水果,菠萝蜜的管理模式粗放而灵活[28],可以作为低投放、高效益的重要产业,有引导性地投放到这些地区作为特色水果种植。对于部分林地,尤其是对生态环境存在一定争议的桉树地[29],由于桉树主要栽种于海拔600 m以下的无霜冻区[30],与菠萝蜜适宜栽种区域大致重合,在目前“退桉还林、退桉还耕”的政策导向下[26],亦有转变为菠萝蜜果园的潜力。对于本研究中的未利用地,南方地区主要包括沙地、裸岩地及裸土地等,通过区划分析,可种植菠萝蜜的面积为182.05 km2,其中适宜区为160.25 km2。考虑到未来规划中社会经济等未利用地开发条件的限制(如集中连片种植、灌溉及运输条件等),菠萝蜜在中国未利用地的生产潜力会有所减少。且在南方未利用地如裸土地、沙地等,可能存在土壤养分不足、板结等问题,种植菠萝蜜会因为需要增加灌溉和施肥而增加生产成本和能源投入,在实际种植规划中需要各地区充分考虑这些特点,做好预评估、酌情开发。
本研究在广泛查阅文献、深入咨询菠萝蜜种植领域的专家以及结合前期研究成果的基础上,全面考虑影响全国菠萝蜜生长的多种生态环境条件,建立的区划指标体系在很大程度上提升了区划结果的精确度。然而,需要指出的是,菠萝蜜的种植区划不仅受气候等生态因子的制约,还受地形地貌、土壤厚度、气候灾害等多重因素的影响。因此,在未来的研究中,可以进一步补充和完善这些影响因子的相关指标,使区划结果更加贴近生产实际,更具指导意义。此外,在当前全球气候快速变化的背景下,未来气候变化趋势可能会对我国菠萝蜜的种植适宜性产生新的影响,导致适宜种植区域发生变化。同时,本研究中区划指标权重的计算单纯依据查阅文件及咨询专家具有一定主观性,未来可考虑应用多种权重计算方法进行对比分析,优选确定权重,从而进一步提升区划结果的准确性和客观性。对于其他研究较为深入、产业数据较为翔实的作物,作为小宗作物的菠萝蜜栽培和产业的基础数据还有待进一步积累和挖掘,未来可以考虑以本研究划分的适宜指标和适宜区为基础开展数据收集和调查,进一步收集原始数据,验证区划结果,不断提高适宜性分析的精准度和对科学规划产业、提升种植效率提供参考的准确度。
本研究立足我国菠萝蜜种植的实际状况,以菠萝蜜安全越冬、不受寒害的关键需求,及其他影响其产量和品质的气候要素为因子,对我国现有菠萝蜜产区生态条件进行深入分析。研究首先选择年极端最低气温和最冷月平均气温最低值作为划分我国菠萝蜜可种植区的关键指标,在此基础上,选取温度、降水、日照、土壤等4个方向因子,并细化成8个具体指标作为区划依据,初步评估菠萝蜜在单因子下的种植生态适宜性。最后利用GIS的空间分析功能并兼顾海拔高度的影响,开展我国菠萝蜜种植生态适宜性的综合评估与区划。研究结果为优化我国菠萝蜜种植的地理布局、推动产业发展规划提供科学依据和数据参考,同时为进一步开展菠萝蜜资源的调查收集以及评价分析奠定基础。主要结论如下:(1)中国适宜菠萝蜜种植的地区主要集中在18°~30°N,属于热带季风气候和亚热带季风气候区的海南岛、广东、广西、云南、福建南部等热区地区,也可在四川、贵州气候适宜的零星地区尝试种植。通过对比分析,本研究得到的菠萝蜜种植生态适宜性区域在范围上相较于以往的研究结果有所扩展,但我国现有的主要菠萝蜜产区基本上均位于扩展后的适宜性区域内,证明了本研究区划结果的可靠性和合理性。菠萝蜜在中国可种植的总面积约为47.85×104 km2,适宜种植的区域面积约达22.71×104 km2。其中适宜菠萝蜜种植的可耕地为8.89×104 km2,未利用地为182.05 km2,由于前人尚未开展有关菠萝蜜种植的空间研究,仅潜在适宜种植的可耕地面积为现有种植面积的58倍。(2)菠萝蜜在中国有较高的空间生产潜力,在实际种植规划决策中应充分考虑种植开发成本和能源投入等问题的前提下,优先开发广西及云南的南部等菠萝蜜适宜种植区域。
