Cowpea aphids, two-spotted spider mites, and bean thrips are main pests during the cowpea seedling stage, severely impacting the growth and development of cowpea plants. To evaluate the safety and control efficacy of four seed coating treatments, 10% clothianidin flowable concentrate for seed treatment FS, 30% thiamethoxan FS, 600 g/L imidacloprid flowable concentrate for seed coating FSC and 8% fipronil FSC on three common pests during the cowpea seedling stage, this study conducted indoor pot experiments with insect infestations. The experiments aimed to evaluate the impact of the four seed coatings on cowpea emergence and the effectiveness in controlling cowpea aphids, two-spotted spider mites, and bean thrips. The results indicated that the germination rate of cowpea treated with 10% clothianidin FS, 30% thiamethoxan FS, 600 g/L imidacloprid FSC, and 8% fipronil FSC was 95.83%, 91.67%, 95.83% and 95.83%, respectively. The rate was slightly lower than that of the control (100%), but did not significantly affect crop growth. The findings revealed that 30% thiamethoxan FS exhibited the highest control efficacy against both cowpea aphids and bean thrips. Specifically, the control efficacy against cowpea aphids at 3, 7 and 14 days post-infestation was 65.04%, 81.10% and 72.35%, respectively. For bean thrips, the control efficacy at the same time points was 15.41%, 58.61% and 54.89%, respectively. As the infestation period progressed, the effectiveness of the seed coating treatments in controlling cowpea aphids and bean thrips gradually decreased. None of the four seed coating treatments demonstrated significant control efficacy against two-spotted spider mites. This research provides technical support for pest management during the seedling stage of cowpea production.

豇豆蚜、二斑叶螨、豆大蓟马是豇豆苗期的重要害虫,严重影响豇豆苗期生长发育。为明确4种种衣剂10%噻虫胺种子处理悬浮剂(FS)、30%噻虫嗪FS、600 g/L吡虫啉悬浮种衣剂(FSC)、8%氟虫腈FSC对豇豆的安全性及对3种豇豆苗期害虫的防控作用,本研究通过室内盆栽接虫试验,研究4种衣剂对豇豆出苗的影响及对豇豆蚜、二斑叶螨、豆大蓟马的防治效果。结果表明:10%噻虫胺FS、30%噻虫嗪FS、600 g/L吡虫啉FSC、8%氟虫腈FSC处理的豇豆发芽率分别为95.83%、91.67%、95.83%、95.83%,略低于对照的发芽率(100%),但对豇豆生长无明显影响。30%噻虫嗪FS对豇豆蚜和豆大蓟马的防效均最好,接虫3、7、14 d后对豇豆蚜的防效分别为65.04%、81.10%和72.35%,对豆大蓟马的防效分别为15.41%、58.61%和54.89%;随着接虫时间的推迟,种衣剂处理对豇豆蚜、豆大蓟马的防治效果有所下降;4种种衣剂包衣处理对二斑叶螨的防治效果均不显著。研究结果为生产上豇豆苗期害虫的防控提供技术支撑。

豇豆蚜、二斑叶螨、豆大蓟马是豇豆苗期的重要害虫,严重影响豇豆苗期生长发育。为明确4种种衣剂10%噻虫胺种子处理悬浮剂(FS)、30%噻虫嗪FS、600 g/L吡虫啉悬浮种衣剂(FSC)、8%氟虫腈FSC对豇豆的安全性及对3种豇豆苗期害虫的防控作用,本研究通过室内盆栽接虫试验,研究4种衣剂对豇豆出苗的影响及对豇豆蚜、二斑叶螨、豆大蓟马的防治效果。结果表明:10%噻虫胺FS、30%噻虫嗪FS、600 g/L吡虫啉FSC、8%氟虫腈FSC处理的豇豆发芽率分别为95.83%、91.67%、95.83%、95.83%,略低于对照的发芽率(100%),但对豇豆生长无明显影响。30%噻虫嗪FS对豇豆蚜和豆大蓟马的防效均最好,接虫3、7、14 d后对豇豆蚜的防效分别为65.04%、81.10%和72.35%,对豆大蓟马的防效分别为15.41%、58.61%和54.89%;随着接虫时间的推迟,种衣剂处理对豇豆蚜、豆大蓟马的防治效果有所下降;4种种衣剂包衣处理对二斑叶螨的防治效果均不显著。研究结果为生产上豇豆苗期害虫的防控提供技术支撑。

Cowpea aphids, two-spotted spider mites, and bean thrips are main pests during the cowpea seedling stage, severely impacting the growth and development of cowpea plants. To evaluate the safety and control efficacy of four seed coating treatments, 10% clothianidin flowable concentrate for seed treatment FS, 30% thiamethoxan FS, 600 g/L imidacloprid flowable concentrate for seed coating FSC and 8% fipronil FSC on three common pests during the cowpea seedling stage, this study conducted indoor pot experiments with insect infestations. The experiments aimed to evaluate the impact of the four seed coatings on cowpea emergence and the effectiveness in controlling cowpea aphids, two-spotted spider mites, and bean thrips. The results indicated that the germination rate of cowpea treated with 10% clothianidin FS, 30% thiamethoxan FS, 600 g/L imidacloprid FSC, and 8% fipronil FSC was 95.83%, 91.67%, 95.83% and 95.83%, respectively. The rate was slightly lower than that of the control (100%), but did not significantly affect crop growth. The findings revealed that 30% thiamethoxan FS exhibited the highest control efficacy against both cowpea aphids and bean thrips. Specifically, the control efficacy against cowpea aphids at 3, 7 and 14 days post-infestation was 65.04%, 81.10% and 72.35%, respectively. For bean thrips, the control efficacy at the same time points was 15.41%, 58.61% and 54.89%, respectively. As the infestation period progressed, the effectiveness of the seed coating treatments in controlling cowpea aphids and bean thrips gradually decreased. None of the four seed coating treatments demonstrated significant control efficacy against two-spotted spider mites. This research provides technical support for pest management during the seedling stage of cowpea production.

豇豆[Vigna unguiculata(L.)Walp.]是我国重要的豆类蔬菜作物之一,在我国南北方广泛种植,2021年全国豇豆总产量达1490万t,人均年消费量超过10 kg[1]。近年来,海南豇豆种植面积稳定在2万hm2以上,年产量近60万t,仅次于辣椒,是海南冬季瓜菜的主要种植品种,也是当地农民的重要收入来源[2]。豇豆蚜(Aphis craccivora Koch)、二斑叶螨(Tetranychus urticae Koch)、豆大蓟马(Megalurothrips usitatus Bagnall)是豇豆苗期的3种重要害虫,由于其体型小、繁殖能力强、隐蔽性强等特点,严重影响豇豆苗期生长发育。目前对豇豆蚜、二斑叶螨、豆大蓟马的防治主要依赖化学农药,而长期使用化学农药面临环境污染、害虫抗药性不断升高等问题,且用药不规范、不科学导致的农药残留问题日趋严重。2021年5月31日,农业农村部印发《食用农产品“治违禁、控药残、促提升”三年行动方案》,豇豆作为“三棵菜”(豇豆、韭菜、芹菜)之一被列入重点治理清单,豇豆质量安全问题受到广泛关注[3],因此寻求豇豆苗期害虫的绿色防控方法成为亟待解决的生产需求。与传统施药方式相比,种子包衣施药技术是一种“定点施药”方式,具有给药精准、释放缓慢、药效期长和天敌昆虫安全等特点,同时还具有省时省力、节约劳动成本等优点,能实现提高防治效果、减少化学农药使用量的目标[4-5]。种衣剂包衣处理防治病虫害作为一种最经济有效的方法,已在我国大宗粮食作物和经济作物生产中广泛应用,并且取得了颇为显著的经济、社会及生态效益[6-10]。我国农药登记中常用于种衣剂的杀虫剂主要有噻虫嗪、吡虫啉、噻虫胺和氟虫腈等内吸性农药,多用于防治蚜虫、飞虱、蓟马、金针虫和蛴螬等害虫,当前应用种衣剂防治豇豆苗期害虫的药剂尚无相关产品登记,也鲜有相关研究报道。本研究选用4种市场常见种衣剂10%噻虫胺FS、30%噻虫嗪FS、600 g/L吡虫啉FSC、8%氟虫腈FSC,采取室内盆栽接虫试验,评价其对豇豆蚜、二斑叶螨、豆大蓟马的防治效果及对豇豆出苗、生长的安全性,以期为生产上豇豆苗期害虫的防控提供技术支撑。
供试种衣剂信息见表1
豇豆蚜(Aphis craccivora Koch)、二斑叶螨(Tetranychus urticae Koch)、豆大蓟马(Megalurothrips usitatus Bagnall))均为本实验室养殖繁育多代的虫源,其中豇豆蚜、二斑叶螨均用豇豆苗饲养,豆大蓟马用油豆角豆荚饲养。养虫室条件:温度为(26±2)℃,12(光照)∶12(黑暗)。
用移液枪移取10%噻虫胺FS 120 μL、30%噻虫嗪FS 60 μL、600 g/L吡虫啉FSC 60 μL、8%氟虫腈FSC 40 μL,分别加入0.50 mL去离子水调成浆状药液,然后将药液倒入饱满、均一的4份豇豆种子(每份50粒,约10 g)中,充分搅拌,待均匀着药后,于通风阴凉处摊开晾干。设置清水处理作为对照。将处理后的种子播入盛有约30 g基质(山东绿珠农业科技发展有限公司,有机质含量>30%)的塑料盆中(长×宽×高为5 cm×4.5 cm×6 cm),每盆播种1粒豇豆种子,置于光照温室内进行统一管理,每隔4~5 d浇水30 mL,播种14 d后统计发芽数,计算发芽率,测定株高、鲜质量和叶绿素(SPAD-502Plus便携式叶绿素仪)相对含量。
播种14 d后,每处理(4个药剂处理+对照)选取生长发育一致(五叶一心)的豇豆幼苗30盆,即每种害虫接种10盆豇豆。接虫时,将每盆豇豆苗置于养虫笼中(长×宽×高为28 cm×28 cm×50 cm)后分别接入豇豆蚜、二斑叶螨和豆大蓟马,其中每株接种10头豇豆蚜成虫,每株接种10头二斑叶螨雌成螨,每笼接种20头豆大蓟马雌成虫。接虫后3、7、14 d调查每株或每笼的害虫数量,调查所有成虫和幼虫,不含卵,共调查3次,按照公式计算虫口减退率和防治效果。虫口减退率=(接入虫口基数-接虫后n d活虫数)/接入虫口基数×100%;校正防效=(种衣剂处理组虫口减退率-对照虫口减退率)/(100-对照虫口减退率)×100%。
采用Excel 2019软件进行数据处理,采用Graphpad prism 9.5软件进行绘图。使用DPS软件(V7.05-V9.01)采用单因素方差(Tukey检验法)进行不同处理间差异分析。
图1A可知,10%噻虫胺FS、30%噻虫嗪FS、600 g/L吡虫啉FSC、8%氟虫腈FSC处理后豇豆的发芽率分别为95.83%、91.67%、95.83%、95.83%,发芽率均在90%以上,低于CK发芽率(100%),表明种衣剂处理对豇豆发芽率存在一定影响。播种14 d后,4种种衣剂处理的豇豆苗株高分别为31.18、29.88、36.19、35.19 cm,其中吡虫啉处理的苗株高显著高于CK,噻虫胺和噻虫嗪处理略低于CK,但与CK无显著性差异(图1B)。4种种衣剂处理豇豆苗的鲜质量与CK无显著性差异(图1C)。种衣剂处理的豇豆苗根长表现出相同的趋势,4种种衣剂处理的根长分别为7.85、7.81、8.33、8.38 cm,而CK的根长为7.96 cm,4种处理与CK无显著性差异(图1D)。4种处理的叶绿素相对含量与CK无显著性差异(图1E)。
表2可知,接虫后3 d调查发现,10%噻虫胺FS、30%噻虫嗪FS、600 g/L吡虫啉FSC、8%氟虫腈FSC处理组均对豇豆蚜有一定的防治效果,噻虫嗪、吡虫啉和氟虫腈处理的防效分别为65.04%、62.95%和60.24%,显著高于噻虫胺处理的防效(12.39%);接虫后7 d,噻虫嗪、吡虫啉和氟虫腈的防效进一步提高分别达到81.10%、79.02%和74.56%;接虫后14 d,噻虫嗪、吡虫啉和氟虫腈的防效有所下降,分别为72.35%、70.81%和66.53%。综上,噻虫嗪、吡虫啉和氟虫腈种衣剂包衣均对豇豆蚜有较好的防效,其中噻虫嗪的防效最好,噻虫胺防效最差。4种种衣剂处理对豇豆蚜14 d的防治效果见图2
接虫后3 d由于二斑叶螨的数量未发生变化,因此未计算其校正防效,其原因是二斑叶螨产的卵还未孵化为幼螨。由表3可知,接虫后7 d调查发现,10%噻虫胺FS、30%噻虫嗪FS、600 g/L吡虫啉FSC、8%氟虫腈FSC处理对二斑叶螨的防治效果较差,噻虫胺、噻虫嗪、吡虫啉和氟虫腈处理的防效分别为8.26%、7.25%、4.17%和4.68%;接虫后14 d,噻虫胺、噻虫嗪、吡虫啉和氟虫腈处理的防效分别为6.41%、1.46%、5.59%和1.43%。综上,噻虫胺、噻虫嗪、吡虫啉和氟虫腈种衣剂包衣对豇豆苗期二斑叶螨基本均无防治效果。4种种衣剂处理对二斑叶螨14 d的防治效果见图3
表4可知,接虫后3 d调查发现,10%噻虫胺FS、30%噻虫嗪FS、600 g/L升吡虫啉FSC、8%氟虫腈FSC处理均对豆大蓟马防效较低,噻虫胺、噻虫嗪、吡虫啉和氟虫腈处理组的防效分别为10.35%、15.41%、1.93%和0.57%;接虫后7 d,4种种衣剂处理组的防效有所提高,分别达到50.64%、58.61%、38.13%和29.23%,其中噻虫嗪和噻虫胺的防效无显著性差异,而噻虫嗪的防效显著高于吡虫啉和氟虫腈;接虫后14 d,4种种衣剂处理的防效有所下降,分别为48.32%、54.89%、30.96%和23.25%。综上,噻虫嗪处理对豆大蓟马的防效最好,氟虫腈的防效最差。4种种衣剂处理对豆大蓟马14 d的防治效果见图4
本研究室内评估了市面常见的4种种衣剂10%噻虫胺FS、30%噻虫嗪FS、600 g/L吡虫啉FSC、8%氟虫腈FSC对3种豇豆苗期害虫的防控作用,其中30%噻虫嗪FS对豇豆蚜和豆大蓟马的防效均最好,推测与噻虫嗪在试验剂量下豇豆苗可高效内吸传导至地上部分对豇豆蚜和豆大蓟马发挥药效有关。陆晴等[11]也研究发现,22.6%噻虫嗪FS对小麦蚜虫的防效高于18%噻虫胺FS和60%吡虫啉FSC。噻虫嗪是第2代新烟碱类杀虫剂,具有杀虫谱广、内吸性好、持效期长的优点,可用于叶面喷雾、种子和土壤处理[12]。目前已登记的包含噻虫嗪成分防治蚜虫的种衣剂达45种,防治蓟马的种衣剂有30种(中国农药信息网),可见噻虫嗪种子包衣处理对2种害虫的防治潜力。本研究结果表明,4种种衣剂处理对二斑叶螨基本无防治效果,与其杀螨活性较差有关,后续可以研究具有内吸活性的杀螨剂,如虫螨腈、丁醚脲等种子处理对二斑叶螨的防控效果。
本研究发现10%噻虫胺FS、30%噻虫嗪FS、600 g/L吡虫啉FSC、8%氟虫腈FSC处理的豇豆发芽率分别为95.83%、91.67%、95.83%、95.83%,低于CK发芽率(100%),同时噻虫胺、噻虫嗪处理的株高和根长略低于CK。种衣剂的安全性是利用该技术进行苗期病虫害防控的重点关注的问题。魏晨等[13]研究表明70%吡虫啉水分散粒剂的用量高于5 g/kg不仅明显抑制玉米种子萌发,还使根系活力和叶绿素含量显著下降,且叶部出现药害症状;房锋等[14]研究发现15%克百威·福美双·三唑酮种衣剂处理后,玉米幼苗的株高、初根长和鲜质量明显受到抑制。种衣剂的安全性与以下因素有关:(1)种衣剂由杀虫剂、杀菌剂、驱鼠剂、复合肥、微量元素、植物生长调节剂、增效剂、缓释剂、成膜剂及助剂(分散剂、悬浮剂、表面活性剂等)制备而成[15],其中各组分因剂量配比、功能叠加以及配伍关系均可能引发药害;(2)温度等环境原因造成的种衣剂安全性问题,如低温引起种苗代谢停止,药剂不能快速排出体外而中毒;(3)农艺措施造成的种衣剂安全性问题,包括拌种温度、播种深度、拌种与播种间隔时间等[16]。因此,造成种衣剂副作用的因素很多,大田使用前应综合考虑拌种剂量、区域性气候差异和农艺措施对种衣剂安全性的潜在影响,以免造成不必要的损失。
种衣剂的防治效果与使用剂量相关,黄红霞等[17]使用3个剂量(150、250、350 mL/100 kg种子)的246 g/L吡虫啉·戊唑醇FS防治水稻蓟马的研究表明,350 mL/100 kg种子处理对蓟马的整体防治效果最好;王猛[18]也得出相似的研究结果,48.00 g/100 kg种子的12%苯醚甲环唑·氟虫腈FS对玉米丝黑穗病的防效高于36.00、42.00 g/100 kg种子2个剂量处理。在使用剂量不变的情况下,种衣剂的防治效果与种子的包衣药量有关,本研究拌种时发现,由于豇豆种子表皮光滑,包衣时包被到种子表面的药剂较少,多数被滞留在拌种器皿表面,因此应研发与豇豆种子匹配的成膜剂以增加种衣剂在豇豆种子表面的负载量。
当前种衣剂的研发以两元复配和三元复配为主[19-20],达到作物苗期病虫害的多重防治的目的。本研究结果表明,噻虫嗪对豇豆蚜和豆大蓟马的防效较好,后续可以与筛选出的防治豇豆二斑叶螨、斑潜蝇的药剂或者豇豆苗期的重要病害枯萎病的药剂进行复配。同时,本研究结果仅在室内进行,田间防效还有待进一步验证。
