The response of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrient accumulation, yield and output value of flue-cured tobacco in multi-planting area of tobacco-rice to the nitrogen application and basal-topdressing ratio was studied to provide a theoretical basis for the development of fertilizer application strategies for paddy-tobacco. Cultivar Yunyan 87 was used and three nitrogen application treatments (150 kg/hm2, 165 kg/hm2 and 180 kg/hm2) and two basal-topdressing ratio of nitrogen treatments (3∶7 and 5∶5) were set up. The effects of nitrogen application and basal-topdressing ratio on the accumulation and distribution of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrients, also on yield, output value and fertilizer utilization of paddy-tobacco, and the contribution rate of nitrogen application and basal-topdressing ratio and the interaction to the accumulation of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium were analysed using the effect value (). The results showed that nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrients accumulated by flue-cured tobacco were mainly allocated to tobacco leaves, and the proportion allocated to tobacco leaves decreased with the growth of flue-cured tobacco. With the increase of nitrogen application, nitrogen accumulation and tobacco yield and output value of flue-cured tobacco increased, meanwhile reducing the proportion of base fertilizer nitrogen could significantly increase the nitrogen accumulation of the tobacco plant and yield and output value of tobacco leaf, also significantly increase the utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer and the partial productivity and the partial production benefit of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers. On average, nitrogen application and basal-topdressing ratio and the interactions contributed 42.89%, 29.63% and 27.47% to nitrogen accumulation of flue-cured tobacco, and 38.62%, 24.12% and 37.25% to phosphorus accumulation, and 41.22%, 21.24% and 37.54% to potassium accumulation, and 62.13%, 6.34% and 31.53% to yield, and 47.30%, 14.74% and 37.95% to output. Throughout the reproductive period, nitrogen accumulation was relatively high in the nitrogen treatments of 180 kg/hm2 and the 3∶7 basal-topdressing N ratio. In the rosette stage and dome stage, the accumulation of phosphorus and potassium was relatively high in the nitrogen treatments of 180 kg/hm2 and 3∶7 basal-topdressing N ratio. The highest yield and output value were achieved in the nitrogen treatments of 180 kg/hm2 and 3∶7 basal-topdressing N ratio. Therefore, in the multi-planting area of tobacco-rice, the nitrogen application has the greatest influence on the accumulation of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrients in flue-cured tobacco, and the reduction of the proportion of base fertilizer nitrogen from 50% to 30% can increase the accumulation of nitrogen of tobacco leaf, which is conducive to the improvement of the yield and output value of tobacco leaf and the utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer.

探究烟稻复种区烤烟氮、磷、钾养分积累,烟叶产量、产值对施氮量和基追肥氮比例的响应,为稻茬烤烟制定施肥策略。以云烟87为材料,设计氮用量水平150、165、180 kg/hm2和基追肥氮比例为3∶7、5∶5,采用效应值()分析氮用量、基追肥氮比例及其互作对氮、磷、钾养分积累的贡献率。结果表明:烤烟积累的氮、磷、钾养分主要分配给烟叶,且随着烤烟生长,分配给烟叶的比例也减少。随着氮用量的增加,烤烟的氮积累量、烟叶产量、产值也增加;减少基肥氮比例,可显著提高烟株氮积累量和烟叶产量、产值,显著提高氮肥利用率和氮、磷、钾肥的偏生产力、偏生产效益。氮用量、基追肥氮比例及其互作对烤烟氮积累的贡献率平均值分别42.89%、29.63%、27.47%,对磷积累的贡献率平均值分别为38.62%、24.12%、37.25%,对钾积累的贡献率平均值分别为41.22%、21.24%、37.54%,对产量的贡献率平均值分别为62.13%、6.34%、31.53%,产值的贡献率平均值分别为47.30%、14.74%、37.95%。整个生育期,施氮量180 kg/hm2和基追肥氮比例3∶7处理的氮积累量相对较多;在团棵期和圆顶期,施氮量180 kg/hm2和基追肥氮比例3∶7处理的磷、钾积累量相对较多;施氮量180 kg/hm2和基追肥氮比例3∶7处理烤烟产量和产值最高。因此,在烟稻复种区,氮用量对烤烟氮、磷、钾养分积累的影响最大,烤烟生产中基肥氮比例由50%减少至30%,可提高烟叶氮积累量,有利于烟叶产量、产值及氮肥利用率的提高。

探究烟稻复种区烤烟氮、磷、钾养分积累,烟叶产量、产值对施氮量和基追肥氮比例的响应,为稻茬烤烟制定施肥策略。以云烟87为材料,设计氮用量水平150、165、180 kg/hm2和基追肥氮比例为3∶7、5∶5,采用效应值()分析氮用量、基追肥氮比例及其互作对氮、磷、钾养分积累的贡献率。结果表明:烤烟积累的氮、磷、钾养分主要分配给烟叶,且随着烤烟生长,分配给烟叶的比例也减少。随着氮用量的增加,烤烟的氮积累量、烟叶产量、产值也增加;减少基肥氮比例,可显著提高烟株氮积累量和烟叶产量、产值,显著提高氮肥利用率和氮、磷、钾肥的偏生产力、偏生产效益。氮用量、基追肥氮比例及其互作对烤烟氮积累的贡献率平均值分别42.89%、29.63%、27.47%,对磷积累的贡献率平均值分别为38.62%、24.12%、37.25%,对钾积累的贡献率平均值分别为41.22%、21.24%、37.54%,对产量的贡献率平均值分别为62.13%、6.34%、31.53%,产值的贡献率平均值分别为47.30%、14.74%、37.95%。整个生育期,施氮量180 kg/hm2和基追肥氮比例3∶7处理的氮积累量相对较多;在团棵期和圆顶期,施氮量180 kg/hm2和基追肥氮比例3∶7处理的磷、钾积累量相对较多;施氮量180 kg/hm2和基追肥氮比例3∶7处理烤烟产量和产值最高。因此,在烟稻复种区,氮用量对烤烟氮、磷、钾养分积累的影响最大,烤烟生产中基肥氮比例由50%减少至30%,可提高烟叶氮积累量,有利于烟叶产量、产值及氮肥利用率的提高。

The response of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrient accumulation, yield and output value of flue-cured tobacco in multi-planting area of tobacco-rice to the nitrogen application and basal-topdressing ratio was studied to provide a theoretical basis for the development of fertilizer application strategies for paddy-tobacco. Cultivar Yunyan 87 was used and three nitrogen application treatments (150 kg/hm2, 165 kg/hm2 and 180 kg/hm2) and two basal-topdressing ratio of nitrogen treatments (3∶7 and 5∶5) were set up. The effects of nitrogen application and basal-topdressing ratio on the accumulation and distribution of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrients, also on yield, output value and fertilizer utilization of paddy-tobacco, and the contribution rate of nitrogen application and basal-topdressing ratio and the interaction to the accumulation of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium were analysed using the effect value (). The results showed that nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrients accumulated by flue-cured tobacco were mainly allocated to tobacco leaves, and the proportion allocated to tobacco leaves decreased with the growth of flue-cured tobacco. With the increase of nitrogen application, nitrogen accumulation and tobacco yield and output value of flue-cured tobacco increased, meanwhile reducing the proportion of base fertilizer nitrogen could significantly increase the nitrogen accumulation of the tobacco plant and yield and output value of tobacco leaf, also significantly increase the utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer and the partial productivity and the partial production benefit of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers. On average, nitrogen application and basal-topdressing ratio and the interactions contributed 42.89%, 29.63% and 27.47% to nitrogen accumulation of flue-cured tobacco, and 38.62%, 24.12% and 37.25% to phosphorus accumulation, and 41.22%, 21.24% and 37.54% to potassium accumulation, and 62.13%, 6.34% and 31.53% to yield, and 47.30%, 14.74% and 37.95% to output. Throughout the reproductive period, nitrogen accumulation was relatively high in the nitrogen treatments of 180 kg/hm2 and the 3∶7 basal-topdressing N ratio. In the rosette stage and dome stage, the accumulation of phosphorus and potassium was relatively high in the nitrogen treatments of 180 kg/hm2 and 3∶7 basal-topdressing N ratio. The highest yield and output value were achieved in the nitrogen treatments of 180 kg/hm2 and 3∶7 basal-topdressing N ratio. Therefore, in the multi-planting area of tobacco-rice, the nitrogen application has the greatest influence on the accumulation of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrients in flue-cured tobacco, and the reduction of the proportion of base fertilizer nitrogen from 50% to 30% can increase the accumulation of nitrogen of tobacco leaf, which is conducive to the improvement of the yield and output value of tobacco leaf and the utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer.

湖南烟稻复种区的烤烟大田前期雨水多[1],肥料流失严重[2],其施氮量一般在180 kg/hm2,远高于云南和河南烟区[3-4],不仅增加了烤烟生产成本,还污染烟区生态环境,减少烤烟生产的氮肥施用量迫在眉睫。改进施氮方式,采用合理的基追肥氮比例,使烟田供肥强度与烟株需肥强度一致[2-3],使烟株充分吸收养分,能有效减少肥料流失,从而提高烟叶产量和品质。在多雨的南方烟区,采用地膜覆盖[5]、减少基肥氮比例具有较好的减氮效应[6-7]。烤烟基肥中添加微生物菌剂可提高烟叶产量、产值及品质,也可减少氮肥施用[8];施用生物炭基肥可改善土壤功能细菌群落结构,显著提高减氮条件下的土壤养分积累并保障烟株成熟期养分需求[9];施用生物有机肥不仅可改良土壤和减少氮肥用量,而且还具有防控烟草青枯病的效果[10]。施用土壤改良剂可促进烤烟根系生长,提高减氮条件下的烟叶产量和质量[11];施用腐殖酸碳肥可促进烤烟根系生长,提高氮肥施用效果[12];采用促根灌蔸肥并适当减少基肥氮比例的促根减氮施肥模式,在促进烤烟根系生长的情况下提高根系对氮肥的吸收,提高稻茬烤烟种植经济效益和环境效益[13]。针对湖南烟稻复种区雨水多的特点,如何通过合理基追肥氮比例并搭配适宜的施氮量来减少氮肥用量的研究报道较少,特别是对烤烟养分积累与分配及肥料利用效率的研究还是空白。据此,本研究采用氮用量和基追肥氮比例的双因素试验方法,探讨其对烤烟氮磷钾养分积累与分配、烟叶产量和产值、肥料利用率的影响,为南方烟稻复种区制定烤烟施肥技术提供理论依据和技术支撑。
试验于2022—2023年在湖南省郴州市桂阳县进行。试验田地处亚热带季风湿润气候区,为烟稻复种连作烟田,土壤pH为7.71,有机质为46.83 g/kg,全氮为1.40 g/kg,全磷为1.90 g/kg,全钾为1.90 g/kg,碱解氮为142.05 mg/kg,速效磷为46.31 mg/kg,速效钾为219.42 mg/kg。基肥为烟草专用基肥[N(m)∶P2O5m)∶K2O(m)=8∶17∶7,总养分≥32%,湖南金叶众望科技股份有限公司]、发酵菜籽饼肥(总养分≥8%,有机质≥47%,云南云烟化肥股份有限公司)、过磷酸钙[m(N)∶m(P2O5)∶ m(K2O)=0∶12∶0,岳阳新港工贸有限公司];追肥有烟草专用提苗肥[m(N)∶m(P2O5)∶m(K2O)=20∶9∶0,湖南金叶众望科技股份有限公司]、烟草专用追肥[m(N)∶m(P2O5)∶m(K2O)=11∶0∶31,陕西秦川肥业有限公司]、硫酸钾肥[m(N)∶m(P2O5)∶m(K2O)=0∶0∶52,国投新疆罗布泊钾盐有限责任公司]。供试烤烟品种为云烟87。
氮肥施用方式设施氮量(A)、基追肥氮比例(B)2个因素。施氮量设置:A1,施氮量为150 kg/hm2;A2,施氮量为165 kg/hm2;A3,施氮量为180 kg/hm2。基追肥氮比例设置:B1,氮的基肥和追肥比例为3∶7;B2,氮的基肥和追肥比例为5∶5。同时设计1个不施氮肥处理。大田试验设置7个处理,3次重复,21个小区,小区面积为200 m2,随机区组排列。氮磷钾比例为10.0∶13.4∶29.0;以烟草专用基肥和专用追肥的施用量来控制施氮量和基追肥氮比例,磷不足用过磷酸钙调节,钾不足用硫酸钾调节。烟草专用基肥、发酵菜籽饼肥(450 kg/hm2)、过磷酸钙等在烤烟移栽前10 d做基肥穴施;提苗肥于移栽后7、15、25 d分3次兑水浇施;烟草专用追肥和硫酸钾于移栽后25、35、45 d兑水浇施。两段式育苗,单垄栽培。3月4日施基肥;3月14日移栽。种植密度为50 cm(株距)×120 cm(行距)。其他管理措施同当地生产技术方案。
分别在烤烟移栽后30、60、90 d的团棵期、打顶期、圆顶期每处理选取5棵烟株,洗净根系泥土,分离根系和地上部分,置于烘箱中105 ℃杀青30 min,然后70 ℃烘干至恒重,作为烟株不同器官的干物质质量。样品用H2SO4-H2O2法消煮,全氮采用凯氏定氮法测定,全磷采用钼锑抗比色法测定,全钾采用火焰光度法测定[14]。烤烟氮(磷、钾)积累量=烟株氮(磷、钾)浓度×烤烟干物质质量;烤烟器官氮(磷、钾)分配率=某器官氮(磷、钾)积累量/烤烟氮(磷、钾)总积累量×100%。
采用Excel 2010及SPSS 20.0等软件进行统计分析。采用新复极差法进行多重比较。采用效应值()表示施氮量、基追肥氮比例及其互作对烤烟某一性状贡献的大小,该值越大说明贡献越大。以某一性状所有指标的之和所占百分比作为某一性状指标总变异贡献率的大小[15-17]
肥料利用效率采用烤烟圆顶期样本统计数据进行计算:氮(磷、钾)肥利用率=[施肥处理烤烟氮(磷、钾)素吸收量–不施肥处理烤烟氮(磷、钾)素吸收量]/施氮(磷、钾)量×100%;氮肥(磷、钾)偏生产力(kg/kg)=不同处理烟叶产量/施氮(磷、钾)量;氮肥(磷、钾)偏生产效益(元/kg)=不同处理烟叶产值/施氮(磷、钾)量[18-19]
表1可见,在团棵期,A3烤烟根的氮积累量较A1、A2分别高36.84%、13.04%,且差异显著;A3烤烟茎、叶的氮积累量和氮积累总量显著高于A1、A2;在各器官中,A1叶的氮素分配率较A3高5.56%。在打顶期,A2、A3烤烟根的氮积累量显著高于A1,分别高26.74%、20.75%;A2、A3烤烟茎的氮积累量显著高于A1;A2、A3烤烟叶的氮积累量较A1高5.19%、6.24%,且差异达显著水平;A2、A3烤烟氮的积累总量显著高于A1,分别高12.92%、15.48%;在各器官中,A3茎的氮素分配率显著大于A1、A2;A1、A2叶的氮素分配率显著大于A3。在圆顶期,A3烤烟根的氮积累量较A1、A2分别高20.90%、12.90%,且差异显著;A3烤烟叶的氮积累量较A1、A2高36.04%、12.24%,且差异显著;A3烤烟氮的积累总量较A1、A2分别高20.90%、8.10%,差异达显著水平;在各器官中,A1茎的氮素分配率显著大于A2、A3;A3叶的氮素分配率显著大于A1。在3个时期中,随施氮量增加,烟株积累氮素量增加;A1、A2、A3的烤烟氮素均主要分配给烟叶(52.24%~79.65%),其中团棵期在75.45%~79.65%之间,打顶期在58.09%~62.78%之间,圆顶期在52.54%~59.13%之间。
表2可见,在团棵期,B1烤烟根、茎、叶的氮积累量和氮积累总量较B2分别高7.70%、33.33%、37.61%、32.82%,且差异显著;在各器官中,二者在根、茎、叶的分配率差异不显著。在打顶期,B1烤烟根、茎、叶的氮积累量和氮积累总量较B2分别高6.68%、32.86%、0.14%、6.75%;在各器官中,B1茎的氮素分配率显著大于B2,但B2叶的氮素分配率显著大于B1。在圆顶期,B1烤烟根、茎、叶的氮积累量和氮积累总量较B2分别高24.49%、0.33%、1.42%、1.34%;在各器官中,B1根的氮素分配率显著大于B2,茎、叶的氮素分配率差异不显著。在3个时期中,随基肥氮比例增加,烟株积累氮素减少;B1、B2的烤烟氮素主要分配给烟叶,且分配率随着烤烟生长而降低。
从双因素互作效果看(表3),在团棵期,A3B1的根、茎、叶氮素积累量和氮积累总量相对较高;在各器官中,A2B2、A3B2根的氮素分配率显著高于其他处理,但A1B2、A2B2、A3B2叶的氮素分配率显著低于其他处理。在打顶期,A3B1在根、茎、叶及烟株的氮素积累量显著高于其他处理;在各器官中,A2B1根的氮素分配率显著高于其他处理,A3B1茎的氮素分配率显著高于其他处理,A2B2叶的氮素分配率显著高于其他处理。在圆顶期,A3B1的根、叶和烟株的氮素积累总量相对较高,A3B2的茎的氮素积累量相对较高;在各器官中,A1B1的根、茎的氮素分配率相对较高;A3B2在叶的氮素分配率相对较高。总体上看,以A3B1积累的氮素较多;氮素积累以烟叶为主,占48.95%~80.20%,特别是团棵期占比更大。
表4可见,在团棵期,氮用量(A)对根氮素积累的影响最大,氮用量和基追肥氮比例互作(A×B)对茎氮素积累的影响最大,基追肥比例(B)对叶氮素积累和氮素积累总量的影响最大;综合来看,基追肥氮比例(B)对烤烟氮素积累的贡献率最大,为37.28%。在打顶期,氮用量和基追肥氮比例互作(A×B)对根氮素积累的影响最大,氮用量(A)对茎、叶氮素积累的影响最大,氮用量(A)对氮素积累总量的影响最大;综合来看,氮用量(A)对烤烟氮素积累的贡献率最大,为42.10%。在圆顶期,基追肥氮比例(B)对根氮素积累的影响最大,氮用量和基追肥氮比例互作(A×B)对茎氮素积累的影响最大,氮用量(A)对叶氮素积累的影响最大,氮用量(A)对氮素积累总量的影响最大。综合来看,氮用量(A)对烤烟氮素积累的贡献率最大,为53.42%。将3个时期的贡献率平均,氮用量、基追肥氮比例及其互作对烤烟氮素积累的贡献率分别为42.89%、29.63%、27.47%。
表5可见,在团棵期,A2、A3烤烟根的磷积累量显著高于A1,分别高35.48%、38.71%;A3烤烟茎、叶的磷积累量和磷积累总量显著高于A1、A2;在各器官中,A2在根的磷素分配率较A1显著高33.13%,A3在茎的磷素分配率较A2显著高25.46%,A1在叶的磷素分配率显著高于A2、A3。在打顶期,A2、A3烤烟茎的磷积累量较A1高31.13%、32.03%;A3烤烟叶的磷积累量和磷积累总量显著高于A1;在各器官中,A1、A2、A3在根、茎、叶的磷素分配率差异不显著。在圆顶期,A1烤烟根的磷积累量较A2高25.85%,且差异显著;A3烤烟茎的磷积累量较A2高20.72%,且差异达显著水平;A3烤烟叶的磷积累量较A1、A2高31.62%、25.14%,且差异显著;A3烤烟磷积累总量较A2显著高21.27%;在各器官中,A1、A2、A3在根、茎、叶的磷素分配率差异不显著。可见,烤烟对磷素的积累与氮用量的关系不明显,磷素积累主要分配给烟叶,特别是烤烟生长前期在75.90%~79.15%之间。
表6可见,在团棵期,B1、B2烤烟根、茎、叶的磷积累量和磷积累总量差异不显著;在各器官中,二者在根、茎、叶的分配率同样差异不显著。在打顶期,B2烤烟茎的磷积累量较B1显著高73.90%;B2烤烟磷积累总量较B1高11.48%;在各器官中,B2茎的磷素分配率显著大于B1,但B1叶的磷素分配率显著大于B2。在圆顶期,B1、B2烤烟根、茎、叶的磷积累量和磷积累总量差异不显著;在各器官中,二者在根、茎、叶的磷素分配率同样差异不显著。可见,基追肥氮比例对烤烟的磷素积累无明显影响。
从双因素互作效果看(表7),在团棵期,以A3B1的磷积累量最高;其中,A2B1、A3B1、A2B2、A3B2在根的磷素积累量显著高于A1B1和A1B2;A3B1在茎、叶的磷素积累量和磷积累总量显著高于其他处理;在各器官中,A2B1、A3B2在根的磷素分配率显著高于其他处理;A3B1在茎的磷素分配率显著高于A2B1;A1B2在叶的磷素分配率显著高于A2B2、A3B2。在打顶期,A1B2在根的磷素积累量高于其他处理,A2B2、A3B2在茎的磷素积累量显著高于其他处理,A2B1、A3B2在叶的磷素积累量显著高于其他处理;A3B2在磷素积累总量高于其他处理;在各器官中,A1B2在根的磷素分配率显著高于其他处理,A2B2在茎的磷素分配率显著高于其他处理,A2B1在叶的磷素分配率显著高于其他处理。在圆顶期,A1B1在根的磷素积累量相对较高,A3B1在茎、叶的磷素积累量和磷积累总量高于其他处理。在各器官中,A1B1在根、茎的磷素分配率显著高于其他处理,但A1B1在叶的磷素分配率显著低于其他处理;A3B1在叶的磷素分配率显著高于其他处理。总体上看,团棵期和圆顶期以A3B1的磷积累量相对较多,打顶期以A3B2的磷积累量相对较多。
表8可见,在团棵期,氮用量(A)对根磷素积累的影响相对较大;氮用量和基追肥氮比例互作(A×B)对茎、叶和烟株的磷素积累的影响相对较大;综合来看氮用量(A)对烤烟氮素积累的贡献率相对较大,为40.31%。在打顶期,氮用量和基追肥氮比例互作(A×B)对根、茎、叶磷素积累的影响相对较大;基追肥氮比例(B)对磷素积累总量的影响相对较大;综合来看,氮用量和基追肥氮比例互作(A×B)对烤烟氮素积累的贡献率相对较大,为43.68%。在圆顶期,氮用量(A)对根、茎、叶和烟株的磷素积累影响相对较大;综合来看,氮用量(A)对烤烟磷素积累的贡献率相对较大,为44.29%。将3个时期的贡献率平均,氮用量、基追肥氮比例及其互作对烤烟磷素积累的贡献率分别为38.62%、24.12%、37.25%。
表9可见,在团棵期,A3烤烟根的钾积累量显著高于A1、A2;A1、A3烤烟茎、叶的钾积累量显著高于A2;A3钾积累总量显著高于A1、A2,分别高6.07%、4.80%;在各器官中,A2、A3在根的磷素分配率较A1分别高46.51%、40.77%,A1在叶的钾素分配率较A2、A3分别高3.03%、3.72%。在打顶期,A3、A2烤烟茎的钾积累量显著高于A1;A3烤烟叶的钾积累量和钾积累总量显著高于A1;在各器官中,A2在茎的钾素分配率较A3高47.20%;A3在叶的钾素分配率较A2高14.22%。在圆顶期,A1、A2、A3在烤烟根、茎、叶的钾积累量和钾积累总量,以及氮素器官分配率中差异不显著。总体上看,3个时期均以A3的钾积累量相对最高。
表10可见,在团棵期,B1、B2烤烟根、茎、叶的钾积累量和钾积累总量差异不显著;在各器官中,二者在根、茎、叶的分配率同样差异不显著。在打顶期,B2烤烟茎的钾积累量较B1显著高42.39%;B2烤烟钾积累总量较B1高18.88%;在各器官中,B2茎的钾素分配率显著大于B1,但B1叶的钾素分配率显著大于B2。在圆顶期,B1、B2烤烟根、茎、叶的钾积累量和钾积累总量差异不显著;在各器官中,二者的根、茎、叶的钾素分配率同样差异不显著。可见,基追肥氮比例对烤烟钾素积累的影响不明显。
从双因素互作效果看(表11),在团棵期,A3B1在根的钾素积累量显著高于其他处理;A1B2在茎的钾素积累量显著高于其他处理;A3B1、A1B2在叶的钾素积累量显著高于其他处理;A3B1的钾积累总量显著高于A1B1、A2B1;在各器官中,A2B1在根的钾素分配率显著高于A1B2,但A1B2在叶的钾素分配率显著高于A2B1、A3B2。在打顶期,A2B2在根的钾素积累量高于其他处理,A3B2在茎的钾素积累量显著高于其他处理,A2B2在叶的钾素积累量高于其他处理;A1B2、A2B2、A3B2的钾素积累总量显著高于其他处理。在各器官中,根的钾素分配率差异不显著;A3B2在茎的钾素分配率显著高于其他处理;A2B1在叶的钾素分配率显著高于其他处理。在圆顶期,A2B1在根的钾素积累量相对较高,A3B1在茎、叶和烟株的钾素积累量相对较高;在各器官中,A1B1、A2B1在根的钾素分配率显著高于其他处理;A3B1、A2B2在叶的钾素分配率显著高于其他处理。总体上看,在团棵期和圆顶期,A3B1的钾积累量较高;在打顶期,A2B2的钾积累量较高。
表12可见,在团棵期,氮用量(A)对根、茎钾素积累的影响相对较大;氮用量和基追肥氮比例互作(A×B)对叶、烟株钾素积累的影响相对较大;综合来看,氮用量(A)对烤烟钾素积累的贡献率相对较大,为50.76%。在打顶期,氮用量和基追肥氮比例互作(A×B)对根、叶钾素积累的影响最大;基追肥比例(B)对茎、烟株钾素积累总量的影响相对较大;综合来看,氮用量和基追肥氮比例互作(A×B)对烤烟钾素积累的贡献率相对较大,为35.94%。在圆顶期,基追肥氮比例(B)对根钾素积累的影响相对较大;氮用量和基追肥氮比例互作(A×B)对茎、叶、烟株钾素积累的影响相对较大;综合来看,氮用量和基追肥氮比例互作(A×B)对烤烟钾素积累的贡献率最大,为46.25%。将3个时期的贡献率平均,氮用量、基追肥氮比例及其互作对烤烟钾素积累的贡献率分别为41.22%、21.24%、37.54%。
图1可见,A3、A2的产量显著高于A1,分别高15.21%、11.84%;B1的产量较B2显著高6.37%。从两因素互作看,产量排序为A3B1>A2B1>A2B2>A3B2>A1B1>A1B2,A3B1显著高于A1B1、A1B2。可见,随施氮量增加,烟叶产量增加;随基肥氮比例降低,产量增加;施氮量为180 kg/hm2和基追肥比例为3∶7的处理烤烟产量最高。
A、B及A×B的效应值()分别为0.735、0.075、0.373,氮用量、基追肥氮比例及其互作对烤烟产量的贡献率分别为62.13%、6.34%、31.53%,以氮用量对产量的影响最大。
图2可见,A3的产值比A1、A2分别高14.81%、5.82%,其中A3显著高于A1;B1的产值较B2显著高7.12%。从两因素互作看,产值排序为A3B1>A2B1>A3B2>A2B2>A1B1>A1B2,A3B1显著高于其他处理。可见,随施氮量增加,烟叶产值增加;随基肥氮比例降低,产值增加;施氮量为180 kg/hm2和基追肥氮比例为3∶7的处理烤烟产值最高。
A、B及A×B的效应值()分别为0.754、0.235、0.605,氮用量、基追肥氮比例及其互作对烤烟产值的贡献率分别为47.30%、14.74%、37.95%,以氮用量对产量的影响最大。
表13可见,A1、A2、A3氮肥利用率差异不显著;B1氮肥利用率较B2显著高7.73%;A2B1、A3B1氮肥利用率显著高于A1B2。A1、A2、A3磷肥利用率差异不显著;B1、B2磷肥利用率差异不显著;A3B1、A1B2磷肥利用率显著高于A2B2。A1、A2、A3钾肥利用率差异不显著,B1、B2钾肥利用率差异不显著;A2B1、A3B1、A1B2钾肥利用率显著高于A1B1。可见减少基肥氮比例可提高氮肥利用率。
表13可见,A2氮肥偏生产力较A3显著高5.95%;B1氮肥偏生产力较B2显著高6.27%;A3B2氮肥偏生产力相对较低。A2磷肥偏生产力较A3显著高5.95%;B1磷肥偏生产力较B2显著高6.27%;A3B2磷肥偏生产力相对较低。A2钾肥偏生产力较A3显著高5.86%;B1钾肥偏生产力较B2显著高6.17%;A3B2钾肥偏生产力相对较低。可见,减少基肥氮可提高氮、磷、钾肥的偏生产力。
表13可见,A1氮肥偏生产效益较A2、A3分别高1.39%、4.53%,A1显著高于A3;B1氮肥偏生产效益较B2显著高7.04%;A1B1氮肥偏生产效益高于其他处理。A1磷肥偏生产效益较A2、A3分别高1.39%、4.52%,A1显著高于A3;B1磷肥偏生产效益较B2显著高6.97%;A1B1磷肥偏生产效益显著高于其他处理(除A2B1外)。A1钾肥偏生产效益较A2、A3分别高1.38%、4.53%,B1钾肥偏生产效益较B2显著高6.97%;A1B1、A2B1、A3B1钾肥偏生产效益高于其他处理。可见,减少基肥氮可提高氮、磷、钾肥的偏生产效益。
在烟株生长过程中,氮、磷、钾是不可或缺的三大营养元素。烤烟对氮、磷、钾养分的吸收受施肥水平、根系发育、土壤养分供应等的影响,其产量和质量也与氮、磷、钾养分的吸收及在植株内的分配密切相关[19-20]。烟株积累的氮、磷、钾养分主要分配给叶片,且随烤烟生长,养分在叶片的占比减少,这与多数人的研究结论一致[21-23]。施氮水平能引起植株氮磷钾养分吸收和分配的差异,且合理的施肥模式能显著提高氮肥的肥料利用率[24]。本研究表明,随氮用量增加,烟株氮、钾积累量增加,这说明施用氮肥与烤烟的生长发育密切相关,与前人研究结果相似[23-24];A3处理在圆顶期各器官钾积累量无显著差异,以及磷积累量与氮用量规律不明显,这可能与烤烟后期供肥主要来自土壤供肥有关[25]
肥料氮是烤烟的主要氮素来源之一。改变氮肥施用时期对肥料氮在土壤中的残留和分布有显著影响,适当延后氮肥追施时期或增加追肥氮比例有利于减少肥料氮的损失[26-27]。增加追肥氮比例能够减少肥料氮的损失,提高肥料氮的利用率[5-6];在多雨烟区的烤烟追肥氮比例由50%提高到65%时,上部烟叶营养得到改善,烟叶产值和烟叶质量均得到提升[28]。本研究表明,减少基肥氮比例可增加烟株的氮积累总量,显著提高烟叶产量和产值,以及提高氮肥利用效率和氮、磷、钾的偏生产力与偏生产效益;这与前人的研究结果一致[5-6,26-28]。南方稻茬烤烟大田前期常遇低温多雨天气,农田土壤养分流失迅速,过多的基肥氮会增加肥料流失率[3],从而降低肥料利用率,影响烤烟生长和烟叶产量、产值[3,28]
烤烟对氮素敏感,不适量或不适时的氮素供应均会造成烟叶产量和质量下降。施氮水平对烟株氮磷钾积累与分配具有重要影响,适时提供烟株氮素是提高烟叶产量和质量的有效措施。在广东多雨烟区,追肥氮比例偏高条件下适度加大施氮量才能有效满足不同生育期烤烟氮养分需求,对促进烤烟氮素吸收利用、增产增效有显著作用[29],这与本研究结果基本一致。本研究表明,烟叶产量和产值随施氮量增加而增加,随基肥氮比例降低而增加,以施氮量为180 kg/hm2和基追肥氮比例为3∶7的处理烤烟产量最高。因此,在烤烟生产中更需要合理施用氮肥,以实现烟叶产量、产值和品质提升,以及氮肥高效和环境友好的目标。
本研究结果表明,随氮用量增加,烤烟氮积累量和烟叶产量、产值增加;减少基肥氮比例,可显著提高烟株氮积累量和烟叶产量与产值,以及显著提高氮肥的利用率和氮磷钾肥的偏生产力、偏生产效益。氮用量和基追肥氮比例及其互作对烤烟氮积累的贡献率分别为42.89%、29.63%、27.47%,对磷贡献率分别为38.62%、24.12%、37.25%,对钾积累的贡献率分别为41.22%、21.24%、37.54%。因此,在烟稻复种区,氮用量对烤烟氮磷钾养分积累的影响最大,烤烟生产中减少基肥氮比例可提高烟叶氮积累量,有利于提高烟叶产量和产值及氮肥利用率。
