Sugarcane (Saccharum hybrids spp.) is an important sugar crop and cash crop in Guangxi. Revealing the characteristics of sugarcane nutrient requirements is an important foundation for promoting high yield, high quality and efficient cultivation of sugarcane. In recent years, the selection and application of new sugarcane varieties in China have been rapid. A field experiment was conducted in the main sugarcane producing areas of Guangxi on red upland soil to promote the efficient cultivation of new sugarcane varieties. The dry matter accumulation, nutrient accumulation, and nutrient efficiency of GT44, GT49, GT55, GT58 and YT00-236 in both plant and ratoon crops were analyzed. The results showed that the dry matter accumulation in the 2nd ratoon crop of the five varieties was significantly higher than that in the plant and 1st ratoon crops. The accumulated amount of stalk dry matter and whole crop dry matter in three crops were the highest in GT58, reaching 66 946 kg/hm2 and 96 785 kg/hm2, respectively, which was 6.48%-19.01% and 2.57%-25.06% more than that in the other varieties, followed by YT 00-236, and the least in GT 49. The accumulation of N, P and K in the 2nd ratoon crop was significantly higher than that in the plant and 1st ratoon crops for all the varieties. In different crops, the accumulation of N, P and K in the five varieties was 99.81-212.18, 11.04-27.01, 150.09-400.29 kg/hm2, respectively. The accumulated amount of N, P and K in the three crops was the highest in GT58, which increased by 5.16%-20.75%, 4.38%-31.85% and 6.29%-21.45%, respectively, compared with the other varieties, and that in GT49 was the lowest. The N, P, K requirement of a ton cane in different crops for the five varieties was 1.66-2.59, 0.19-0.30 and 2.76-3.76 kg, respectively, but GT44 and GT55 had more requirements while GT49 had less requirements. The economic efficiency of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the three crops was higher in GT49, and the physiological efficiency of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium was higher in YT00-236. In conclusion, the biological production of GT58 is better, and the nutrient efficiency of GT49 and YT0026 is higher.

甘蔗(Saccharum hybrids spp.)是广西重要的糖料作物和经济作物。了解和掌握甘蔗养分需求特性,是促进甘蔗高产、优质及高效栽培的重要基础。近年我国甘蔗新品种选育和推广迅速,为促进甘蔗新品种高效栽培,结合广西甘蔗新品种推广种植情况,在当地甘蔗主产区红壤旱地,采用田间试验,分析桂糖44号、桂糖49号、桂糖55号、桂糖58号及粤糖00-236新植蔗和宿根蔗干物质积累、养分积累及养分效率。结果表明:各品种2 a宿根蔗干物质积累量均明显多于新植蔗和1 a宿根蔗;三季甘蔗茎和全株干物质的积累量总量均以桂糖58号最多,分别为66 946、96 785 kg/hm2,较其余品种分别增加6.48%~19.01%、2.57%~25.06%,其次是粤糖00-236,而桂糖49号最少;各品种2 a宿根蔗N、P及K积累量均明显多于新植蔗和1 a宿根蔗;各品种不同作物季N、P及K积累量分别为99.81~212.18、11.04~27.01、150.09~400.29 kg/hm2,其中三季的累积量均以桂糖58号最多,分别较其余品种增加5.16%~20.75%、4.38%~31.85%、6.29%~21.45%,而桂糖49号均最少;各品种不同作物季每生产1 t蔗茎需N、P及K分别为1.66~2.59、0.19~0.30、2.76~3.76 kg,其中三季均以桂糖44号和桂糖55号较多,而桂糖49号较少;三季甘蔗N、P及K经济效率均以桂糖49号较高,生理效率均以粤糖00-236较高。可见,桂糖58的生物产量性状较好,桂糖49号、粤糖00-236养分效率较高。

甘蔗(Saccharum hybrids spp.)是广西重要的糖料作物和经济作物。了解和掌握甘蔗养分需求特性,是促进甘蔗高产、优质及高效栽培的重要基础。近年我国甘蔗新品种选育和推广迅速,为促进甘蔗新品种高效栽培,结合广西甘蔗新品种推广种植情况,在当地甘蔗主产区红壤旱地,采用田间试验,分析桂糖44号、桂糖49号、桂糖55号、桂糖58号及粤糖00-236新植蔗和宿根蔗干物质积累、养分积累及养分效率。结果表明:各品种2 a宿根蔗干物质积累量均明显多于新植蔗和1 a宿根蔗;三季甘蔗茎和全株干物质的积累量总量均以桂糖58号最多,分别为66 946、96 785 kg/hm2,较其余品种分别增加6.48%~19.01%、2.57%~25.06%,其次是粤糖00-236,而桂糖49号最少;各品种2 a宿根蔗N、P及K积累量均明显多于新植蔗和1 a宿根蔗;各品种不同作物季N、P及K积累量分别为99.81~212.18、11.04~27.01、150.09~400.29 kg/hm2,其中三季的累积量均以桂糖58号最多,分别较其余品种增加5.16%~20.75%、4.38%~31.85%、6.29%~21.45%,而桂糖49号均最少;各品种不同作物季每生产1 t蔗茎需N、P及K分别为1.66~2.59、0.19~0.30、2.76~3.76 kg,其中三季均以桂糖44号和桂糖55号较多,而桂糖49号较少;三季甘蔗N、P及K经济效率均以桂糖49号较高,生理效率均以粤糖00-236较高。可见,桂糖58的生物产量性状较好,桂糖49号、粤糖00-236养分效率较高。

Sugarcane (Saccharum hybrids spp.) is an important sugar crop and cash crop in Guangxi. Revealing the characteristics of sugarcane nutrient requirements is an important foundation for promoting high yield, high quality and efficient cultivation of sugarcane. In recent years, the selection and application of new sugarcane varieties in China have been rapid. A field experiment was conducted in the main sugarcane producing areas of Guangxi on red upland soil to promote the efficient cultivation of new sugarcane varieties. The dry matter accumulation, nutrient accumulation, and nutrient efficiency of GT44, GT49, GT55, GT58 and YT00-236 in both plant and ratoon crops were analyzed. The results showed that the dry matter accumulation in the 2nd ratoon crop of the five varieties was significantly higher than that in the plant and 1st ratoon crops. The accumulated amount of stalk dry matter and whole crop dry matter in three crops were the highest in GT58, reaching 66 946 kg/hm2 and 96 785 kg/hm2, respectively, which was 6.48%-19.01% and 2.57%-25.06% more than that in the other varieties, followed by YT 00-236, and the least in GT 49. The accumulation of N, P and K in the 2nd ratoon crop was significantly higher than that in the plant and 1st ratoon crops for all the varieties. In different crops, the accumulation of N, P and K in the five varieties was 99.81-212.18, 11.04-27.01, 150.09-400.29 kg/hm2, respectively. The accumulated amount of N, P and K in the three crops was the highest in GT58, which increased by 5.16%-20.75%, 4.38%-31.85% and 6.29%-21.45%, respectively, compared with the other varieties, and that in GT49 was the lowest. The N, P, K requirement of a ton cane in different crops for the five varieties was 1.66-2.59, 0.19-0.30 and 2.76-3.76 kg, respectively, but GT44 and GT55 had more requirements while GT49 had less requirements. The economic efficiency of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the three crops was higher in GT49, and the physiological efficiency of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium was higher in YT00-236. In conclusion, the biological production of GT58 is better, and the nutrient efficiency of GT49 and YT0026 is higher.

甘蔗(Saccharum hybrids spp.)是我国主要的糖料作物和经济作物,广西是我国糖料蔗种植面积最大的省区,发展糖料蔗种植对广西经济发展和农民增收有着极其重要的作用[1-2]。甘蔗品种是甘蔗糖业发展的重要基础,因地制宜选择合适的优良品种种植是甘蔗糖业可持续发展的关键[1]。近年来,我国甘蔗育种取得了很大进步,选育出粤糖、桂糖、桂柳及云蔗等系列性状良好的品种,但甘蔗品种的区域适应性较强,生长表现与气候条件、土壤条件及栽培措施等多种因素密切相关,因此不同品种在同一蔗区或同一品种在不同蔗区的产量差异较大[1,3-6],同一品种在相同蔗区不同作物季或不同降雨条件下的蔗茎产量或生物产量有的相差1~2倍以上[2,4-77]。甘蔗属于高光效的C4植物,具有生长快、生长周期长及生物产量高等特点,整个生育期需从土壤中吸收大量的养分[2,8-9]。氮、磷、钾养分是甘蔗产量和品质形成的重要基础,但不同品种甘蔗对养分的吸收与利用差异较大,不同栽培条件下积累氮、磷、钾变幅也大,有的相差2~3倍或甚至更多[2,8-12]。同一品种在不同作物季吸收积累氮、磷、钾也存在差异,有的表现为新植季明显多于宿根季,有的表现为宿根季多于新植季,具体因甘蔗长势而异[2,11,13-15]。了解和掌握甘蔗养分需求规律,是调控甘蔗科学施肥和提高养分效率的重要前提和基础,对促进甘蔗高产、优质及高效栽培有重要意义[2,9-11,16]。为此,笔者结合广西甘蔗主产区甘蔗品种推广和替代情况,对当地新种植的5个甘蔗品种一季新植和两季宿根的干物质积累、养分积累及养分效率进行分析,进一步了解甘蔗养分需求特点,为当地甘蔗高效栽培提供科学依据。
在自然降雨条件下,试验于2021年3月—2023年12月在广西柳州市柳东新区“双高”糖料蔗基地进行。试验地为红壤,0~20、20~40 cm土层pH分别为4.29、4.64,有机质分别为19.06、14.74 g/kg,全氮分别为0.92、0.73 g/kg,全磷分别为1.19、0.81 g/kg,全钾分别为4.49、4.04 g/kg,碱解氮分别为89.60、59.33 mg/kg,速效磷分别为87.93、46.65 mg/kg,速效钾分别为239.00、126.50 mg/kg,已连续种植甘蔗35 a。化肥为甘蔗药肥(含噻虫胺、N、P2O5、K2O分别为0.6、170、60、120 g/kg,广西田园生化股份有限公司)和氯化钾(含K2O为600 g/kg,青海盐湖工业股份有限公司)。
供试甘蔗为当地新推广品种桂糖44号、桂糖49号、桂糖55号、桂糖58号及粤糖00-236,分别编号为GT44、GT49、GT55、GT58、GT44、YT00-236,每品种种植8行,行距1.0 m,行长40 m,重复3次。
按当地蔗农生产方式,播种前用拖拉机牵引四铧犁翻土深30 cm,用旋耕机旋耕碎土深25 cm,用开沟犁开种植沟。2021年3月中旬砍收上年种植的春植蔗整条作为种茎,人工摆种,下种量1 t/hm2,约为12万芽/hm2,摆种后人工用小锄在行沟内砍种2~3芽/段,施甘蔗药肥375 kg/hm2,覆土厚度约5 cm。2021年5月30日,新植蔗用机械施甘蔗药肥1500 kg/hm2和氯化钾200 kg/hm2,并培土覆盖。后续宿根蔗于当年4月30日用机械破垄、施甘蔗药肥1875 kg/hm2和氯化钾200 kg/hm2,并培土覆盖。每季甘蔗收获后全田焚烧蔗叶。蔗地杂草和病虫采用机械喷洒药剂防治。
在甘蔗工艺成熟期(2021年12月25日、2022年12月10日、2023年12月5日)调查新植蔗、宿根蔗茎数和蔗茎产量;同时每处理连续取6株蔗叶附着完整的甘蔗,在基部周围15 cm、深至地下种茎处连同土壤挖出,然后冲洗干净,分根、茎及叶烘干,计算单位面积干物质积累量平均值,按NY/T 2017—2011[17]测全氮(N)、全磷(P)及全钾(K)含量,计算单位面积N、P、K积累量平均值。干物质积累量=干物质积累量(g/株)×茎数/1000;N、P或K积累量=N、P或K含量×干物质积累量/100;N、P或K经济效率=茎干物质积累量/甘蔗N、P或K积累总量;N、P或K生理效率=甘蔗干物质积累总量/甘蔗N、P或K积累总量;每生产1 t蔗茎N、P或K需求量=N、P或K积累总量/蔗茎产量。
采用Excel 2010及SPSS 19.0软件进行数据处理与统计分析,采用Duncan新复极差法进行多重比较。
表1显示,各品种甘蔗干物质积累量均以2 a宿根的最高,其中茎干物质积累量和干物质积累总量分别是新植的1.58倍、1.51倍以上,是1 a宿根的1.69倍、1.67倍以上。新植季,各器官干物质积累量均以GT58最高,其中茎干物质积累量和干物质积累总量显著高于其余品种,其次是YT00-236。1 a宿根季,GT58根、茎干物质积累量较YT00-236增加,叶干物质积累量和干物质积累总量较YT00-236减少,但二者茎、叶干物质积累量和干物质积累总量显著高于其余品种。2 a宿根季,GT58茎干物质积累量和干物质积累总量较其余品种增加,其中茎干物质积累量显著高于GT49;GT58根干物质积累量与GT44差异不显著,但二者显著高于GT49、GT55;GT58叶干物质积累量显著低于YT00-236,但显著高于GT49、GT55。三季甘蔗茎和全株干物质积累量总量均以GT58最多,分别为66 946、96 785 kg/hm2,较其余品种增加6.48%~19.01%、2.57%~25.06%,其次是YT00-236,而GT49最少;三季甘蔗叶干物质积累量总量以YT00-236最多,较其余品种增加6.04%~50.19%,其次为GT58,而GT49最少。三季甘蔗干物质在茎、叶的分配率分别为64.62%~73.33%、25.36%~34.04%,分别以GT49、YT00-236最多。可见GT58生物产量较高,GT49生物产量较低。
表2显示,各品种三季甘蔗N积累总量为99.81~212.18 kg/hm2,但均以2 a宿根的最高,分别是新植和1 a宿根的1.31倍、1.67倍以上。新植季,GT58茎、叶N积累量和N积累总量较其余品种显著增加,而GT49、YT00-236积累总量较少;GT58根N积累量显著低于GT44,但显著高于其余品种。1 a宿根季,GT58茎N积累量和N积累总量较其余品种显著增加,而GT49最少;GT58根N积累量显著低于GT44,但显著高于GT49、GT55;GT58叶N积累量显著低于YT00-236,但显著高于GT49、GT55。2 a宿根季,GT58叶N积累量和N积累总量较其余品种增加,与GT49、YT00-236差异均达显著水平,而GT49显著较少;GT58根、茎N积累量与GT44差异不显著,但二者均显著高于GT49、YT00-236。三季甘蔗茎、叶、全株N积累量总量均以GT58最多,其全株积累量总量为500.63 kg/hm2,较其余品种增加5.16%~20.75%,其次是GT44,而GT49最少。三季甘蔗N在茎、叶的分配率分别为61.04%~69.23%、29.24%~37.30%,分别以GT49、YT00-236最多,二者的差异均达显著水平。可见GT58吸收积累N较多,GT49吸收积累N较少。
各品种三季甘蔗P积累总量为11.04~27.01 kg/hm2,均以2 a宿根的最高,分别是新植和1 a宿根的1.39倍、1.62倍以上。新植季,GT58根、茎P积累量和P积累总量显著高于其余品种,叶P积累量显著高于GT44、GT49、GT55,而GT49最低。1 a宿根季,GT58根、茎P积累量较其余品种增加,与GT49、GT55差异均达显著水平;GT58叶P积累量显著低于YT00-236,但显著高于其余品种;GT58 P积累总量与YT00-236差异不显著,但二者显著高于其余品种,而GT49最少。2 a宿根季,GT58根P积累量与GT44差异不显著,但二者显著高于其余品种;GT58茎P积累量显著低于GT55,但显著高于GT49、YT00-236;GT58叶P积累量和P积累总量显著高于GT49,但与其余品种的差异均不显著。三季甘蔗茎、全株P积累量总量均以GT58最多,其全株P积累量总量为59.78 kg/hm2,较其余品种增加4.38%~31.85%,其次是YT00-236,而GT49最少;三季甘蔗叶P积累量总量以YT00-236最多,较其余品种增加1.92%~41.03%,其次是GT58,而GT49最少。三季甘蔗P在茎、叶的分配率分别为63.78%~68.66%、30.98%~34.96%,分别以GT49、YT00-236最多。可见GT58吸收积累P较多,而GT49吸收积累P较少。
各品种三季甘蔗K积累总量为150.09~400.29 kg/hm2,均以2 a宿根的最高,分别是新植和1 a宿根的1.91倍、1.91倍以上。新植季,GT58茎、叶K积累量及K积累总量较其余品种显著增加,而GT49积累总量最少;GT58根K积累量显著低于GT44,但显著高于GT49、GT55。1 a宿根季,GT58茎K积累量显著高于其余品种,K积累总量显著高于GT44、GT49、GT55,而GT49最少;GT58根K积累量显著低于GT44、YT00-236,叶K积累量较YT00-236减少,但显著高于其余品种。2 a宿根季,GT58根K积累量显著低于GT44,但显著高于GT49、GT55;GT58茎K积累量和K积累总量与GT44、GT55差异不显著,但三者显著高于其余品种,而GT49均最少;GT58叶K积累量显著高于GT49,但与其余品种的差异均不显著。三季甘蔗茎、叶、全株K积累量总量均以GT58最多,其全株积累量总量为794.60 kg/hm2,较其余品种增加6.29%~21.45%,其次是GT44,而GT49最少。三季甘蔗K在茎、叶的分配率分别为64.72%~72.80%、26.77%~34.68%,分别以GT49、YT00-236最多。可见,GT58吸收积累K较多,而GT49吸收积累K较少。
表3显示,各品种三季甘蔗每生产1 t蔗茎需N、P及K分别为1.66~2.59、0.19~0.30、2.76~3.76 kg,其中2 a宿根需N、P较新植和1 a宿根的少,而新植需K较宿根的少。三季甘蔗,每生产1 t蔗茎GT44需N、P及K与GT55的差异均不显著,但二者均显著多于GT49、YT00-236,GT44、GT55需P均显著多于GT58,而GT49需P均最少。可见,GT49需N、P及K较少。
表4显示,各品种三季甘蔗均以P经济效率和生理效率最高,分别是N、K的7.65倍、10.34倍以上;N、P经济效率和生理效率以2 a宿根最高,而新植最低;K经济效率和生理效率以新植最高,而2 a宿根最低。三季甘蔗,GT49的N、K经济效率与YT00-236差异均不显著,但二者均显著高于GT44、GT55;GT49的P经济效率均显著高于其余品种;YT00-236的N、K生理效率显著高于其余品种;YT00-236的P生理效率与GT49差异不显著,但二者均显著高于GT44、GT55。可见,GT49的N、P及K经济效率较高,YT00-236的N、P及K生理效率较高。
甘蔗产量表现因品种和栽培条件而异[1-4,6-7,10]。本研究表明,各供试品种甘蔗干物质积累总量均以2 a宿根较多,而新植和1 a宿根较少,与前期当地种植其他品种的不同[2],这主要是因为新植和1 a宿根季在夏秋出现连续高温干旱天气引起植株矮小和茎数减少所致[4,7]。但GT58、YT00-236干物质积累总量在新植和1 a宿根季均较其余品种显著增加,这可能是两品种抵御干旱能力较强而发挥了中大茎品种茎粗、叶大的生产优势[4-5]。此外,三季甘蔗茎干物质积累量均以GT58最多,累积较其余品种增加6.48%~19.01%,其次是YT00-236,而GT49最少,说明GT58的产量优势明显。但三季甘蔗干物质在茎的分配率均以GT49最多,在叶的分配率均以YT00-236最多,这主要是品种特性不同引起成熟期绿叶数量、叶面积及叶鞘质量差异的缘故[1,10]
据报道,国内甘蔗成熟期N、P及K积累量分别为125.3~352.4、11.8~42.6、127.5~599.9 kg/hm2,具体因品种、水肥条件及田间管理而异[8-11,13-15,18-19]。本研究中,各品种三季甘蔗N、P及K积累量分别为99.81~212.18、11.04~27.01、150.09~400.29 kg/hm2,其中2 a宿根均较其余两季大幅增加,P、K积累量也较前期当地种植其他品种的明显增加[2],这可能是品种、生产方式及降雨条件不同的缘故,也可能是新植和1 a宿根蔗因干旱吸收养分较少而残留P、K肥较多,使2 a宿根蔗在降雨足量下吸收了更多养分。因此,生产中需根据上季干旱情况调整下季宿根蔗的施肥量。此外,三季甘蔗N、P及K积累量总量以GT58较多,较其余品种分别增加5.16%~20.75%、4.38%~31.85%、6.29%~21.45%,而GT49较少,说明GT58吸收N、P及K能力较强。另外,各品种三季甘蔗N、P及K积累量均有61%以上分配在茎,与其他品种的相似[2,10,19]。但是,三季甘蔗N、P及K在茎的分配率均以GT49最多,与YT00-236的差异均达显著水平,说明GT49体内养分向茎转移分配效率较高。
前人研究表明,广西、广东及云南蔗区每生产1 t蔗茎需要N、P、K分别为1.66~2.89、0.11~0.52、1.93~4.09 kg,具体因品种、水肥条件及气象条件而异[2,8,9,12,16]。本研究中,各品种三季甘蔗每生产1 t蔗茎需N、P、K分别为1.66~2.59、0.19~0.30、2.76~3.76 kg,处于广西蔗区的范围值[8,11,12,20-22]。但是,2 a宿根蔗需N、P明显少于新植和1 a宿根蔗,而新植蔗需K明显少于宿根蔗,与以往旱地宿根蔗养分需要量较新植蔗少的趋势不尽相同[20-22],这可能与本研究条件下土壤速效钾含量较高和新植季、1 a宿根季残留钾肥较多而引起2 a宿根蔗奢侈吸收钾有关[15],也可能是1 a宿根蔗生长中前期吸收钾较多,但因在7—11月受极端干旱天气未能转化为产量效应的缘故[13]。然而,GT49、YT00-236每生产1 t蔗茎需N、P、K较GT44、GT55显著减少,这可能是两品种分别具有较高的养分经济效率和生理效率的缘故。
可见,5个品种甘蔗之间及其在3个作物季的生物产量、养分积累与需求差异较大,其中GT58生物产量优势明显,GT49养分经济效率较高,YT00-236养分生理效率较高。生产中应根据种植的甘蔗品种及其上季生长表现调控施肥量,以提高养分生产效率。
