This study explored the spatial patterns of land use and the driving forces affecting the rural community in Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park. It focused on three representative rural communities: Maoyang Township, Nankai Township, and Shuiman Township. Utilizing remote sensing images from 2000, 2010, 2018, and 2023, we analyzed the evolution of land use in the communities from 2000 to 2023 through a comprehensive approach including land use transfer matrices, a comprehensive index of land use degree, landscape pattern indices, and geodetector analysis. Forest land constituted the primary land use type in the rural communities, with the area of forest land increasing from 2000 to 2018 and decreasing from 2018 to 2023. In contrast, cultivated land initially decreased (2000—2018) before experiencing an increase (2018—2023). The land use changes in the communities can be categorized into two phases, the conversion of farmland to forest (2000—2018) and the conversion of forest land to cropland and construction land (2018—2023). Changes in land use types primarily drived changes in the landscape patterns of the rural communities. The landscape characteristics reflect reduced aggregation, increased fragmentation, and enhanced diversity of landscape types. Spatially, the fragmentation of the landscape exhibited a high central area surrounded by lower-density regions. The land use change in the typical rural community of Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park were influenced by policy and human factors. The normalized difference vegetation index and proximity to roads were consistently identified as significant influences on land use changes. At the same time, the digital elevation model also played a significant role. Interaction detection results revealed that the relationships among the factors displayed either two-factor enhancement or non-linear enhancement, with the explanatory power of two-factor interactions surpassing that of individual factors. This study aims to offer recommendations for the sustainable construction and development of rural communities within national parks.

为探究海南热带雨林国家公园天窗社区土地利用空间格局及驱动力,本研究以海南热带雨林国家公园3个典型天窗社区毛阳镇、南开乡和水满乡为研究对象。基于2000、2010、2018、2023年的遥感影像,通过综合运用土地利用转移矩阵、土地利用程度综合指数、景观格局指数、地理探测器等方法,对海南热带雨林国家公园典型天窗社区2000—2023年土地利用演变驱动力进行分析。结果表明:(1)林地是典型天窗社区主要用地类型,林地面积演变趋势呈先升高(2000—2018年)后降低(2018—2023年),耕地面积演变趋势呈先减少(2000—2018年)后增加(2018—2023年)。典型天窗社区土地利用变化主要经历退耕还林(2000—2018年)、林地转化为耕地和建设用地(2018—2023年)2个阶段。(2)典型天窗社区景观格局变化主要是由于用地类型的改变,典型天窗社区景观类型呈现聚集度降低,破碎化程度增加,景观类型多样性增加的特征。在空间分布上,天窗社区景观破碎化程度呈现中心高,四周低的特征。(3)2000—2018年,距道路的距离是典型天窗社区土地利用变化主要驱动力;2018—2023年,NDVI和距道路的距离共同驱动典型天窗社区土地利用变化。NDVI、距道路的距离始终是影响土地利用变化的主要因子,DEM是影响土地利用变化的重要因子。交互探测结果表明,各因子间交互作用均表现为双因子增强或非线性增强,双因子交互对土地利用变化解释度大于单因子解释度。以期为国家公园天窗社区的科学合理建设发展提供参考。

为探究海南热带雨林国家公园天窗社区土地利用空间格局及驱动力,本研究以海南热带雨林国家公园3个典型天窗社区毛阳镇、南开乡和水满乡为研究对象。基于2000、2010、2018、2023年的遥感影像,通过综合运用土地利用转移矩阵、土地利用程度综合指数、景观格局指数、地理探测器等方法,对海南热带雨林国家公园典型天窗社区2000—2023年土地利用演变驱动力进行分析。结果表明:(1)林地是典型天窗社区主要用地类型,林地面积演变趋势呈先升高(2000—2018年)后降低(2018—2023年),耕地面积演变趋势呈先减少(2000—2018年)后增加(2018—2023年)。典型天窗社区土地利用变化主要经历退耕还林(2000—2018年)、林地转化为耕地和建设用地(2018—2023年)2个阶段。(2)典型天窗社区景观格局变化主要是由于用地类型的改变,典型天窗社区景观类型呈现聚集度降低,破碎化程度增加,景观类型多样性增加的特征。在空间分布上,天窗社区景观破碎化程度呈现中心高,四周低的特征。(3)2000—2018年,距道路的距离是典型天窗社区土地利用变化主要驱动力;2018—2023年,NDVI和距道路的距离共同驱动典型天窗社区土地利用变化。NDVI、距道路的距离始终是影响土地利用变化的主要因子,DEM是影响土地利用变化的重要因子。交互探测结果表明,各因子间交互作用均表现为双因子增强或非线性增强,双因子交互对土地利用变化解释度大于单因子解释度。以期为国家公园天窗社区的科学合理建设发展提供参考。

This study explored the spatial patterns of land use and the driving forces affecting the rural community in Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park. It focused on three representative rural communities: Maoyang Township, Nankai Township, and Shuiman Township. Utilizing remote sensing images from 2000, 2010, 2018, and 2023, we analyzed the evolution of land use in the communities from 2000 to 2023 through a comprehensive approach including land use transfer matrices, a comprehensive index of land use degree, landscape pattern indices, and geodetector analysis. Forest land constituted the primary land use type in the rural communities, with the area of forest land increasing from 2000 to 2018 and decreasing from 2018 to 2023. In contrast, cultivated land initially decreased (2000—2018) before experiencing an increase (2018—2023). The land use changes in the communities can be categorized into two phases, the conversion of farmland to forest (2000—2018) and the conversion of forest land to cropland and construction land (2018—2023). Changes in land use types primarily drived changes in the landscape patterns of the rural communities. The landscape characteristics reflect reduced aggregation, increased fragmentation, and enhanced diversity of landscape types. Spatially, the fragmentation of the landscape exhibited a high central area surrounded by lower-density regions. The land use change in the typical rural community of Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park were influenced by policy and human factors. The normalized difference vegetation index and proximity to roads were consistently identified as significant influences on land use changes. At the same time, the digital elevation model also played a significant role. Interaction detection results revealed that the relationships among the factors displayed either two-factor enhancement or non-linear enhancement, with the explanatory power of two-factor interactions surpassing that of individual factors. This study aims to offer recommendations for the sustainable construction and development of rural communities within national parks.

社区广布是中国自然保护地的显著特点[1]。相较于其他国家,中国自然保护地内的社区具有数量众多、大小不一、类型多样的特征。其中天窗社区(rural community)是被国家公园完全包围,但又不属于国家公园管控范围内的人类居住区、农用地等区域,往往在国家公园规划图中明确划出。同时,天窗社区大多位于生态保护红线以外,与国家公园保护区相区别[2]。社区居民依赖国家公园的自然资源维持生计,尽管通过可持续旅游发展将国家公园与国家公园附近居民生计联系起来,以此解决国家公园保护与社区居民生存、发展的矛盾,但处理不当仍会对国家公园生态系统保护造成消极影响[3]。针对上述问题,中国采取改革措施,将国家公园划分为核心保护区和一般控制区。对核心保护区的社区采用生态搬迁的方式,对一般管控区则保留部分的社区[1,4]
海南热带雨林国家公园作为中国国家公园体制建设的首批正式设立的5个国家公园之一,是岛屿型热带雨林的代表,不仅是维护中国生物多样性的关键,还是世界上最濒危的灵长类动物海南长臂猿(Nomascus hainanus)唯一分布区,占据十分重要的生态区位[46]。然而,居住在海南热带雨林国家公园的园内社区、天窗社区和周边毗邻社区可能扰动国家公园及其周边的土地利用/覆盖变化(land use and land use change,LUCC),造成保护地破碎化[7],对热带雨林生态系统保护和管理产生一定影响。因此,天窗社区规划管理成为国家公园园地融合发展与建设的首要因素。
天窗社区农业活动可能会导致国家公园土地利用变化,放牧、砍伐等活动导致国家公园土地利用变化[8-9]。此外,大量研究表明建筑施工、政策因素等多种因素导致土地利用变化[10-11]。例如,洪湖湿地自然保护区,土地利用变化主要由于人为筑堤驱动[12]。对黄河流域土地利用分析发现,人口规模是促进土地利用变化的最核心因素,其主要动力是经济发展[13]。对Korup国家公园土地利用分析发现,保护政策是土地利用变化驱动力[10]。因此,鉴于天窗社区与国家公园紧密连接,息息相关,有必要探究天窗社区土地利用变化驱动力,以此维护天窗社区土地利用格局的稳定性。目前,对海南热带雨林国家公园天窗社区土地利用变化直接研究较少,但海南岛及海南热带雨林国家公园土地利用变化研究日渐丰富。就海南热带雨林国家公园及天窗社区土地利用变化而言,LEI等[5]基于土地利用变化对海南热带雨林国家公园生境质量变化进行评估,李霖明[14]计算海南热带雨林国家公园及其天窗社区生态服务价值,陈圣天等[15]分析海南热带雨林国家公园景观格局变化,WU等[16]调查了海南岛土地利用退化原因,姚小兰等[17]、吴挺勋等[18]分析了天窗社区中高速公路建设带来的生态风险。
目前,天窗社区居民与自然环境之间的主要矛盾集中体现在资源利用与自然资源保护之间的冲突上[19]。就天窗社区自身而言,受限于资金和用地条件,社区主要面临自身发展能力不足的问题[20]。根据《海南热带雨林国家公园生态保护修复专项规划(2024—2030年)》,天窗社区的发展策略是以生态旅游为主导,辅以科学发展相关产业。但是,以社区内部交通不便,基础设施建设滞后[21],以及青壮年居民流失为主的不利因素,共同制约着天窗社区生态旅游发展。其次,由于天窗社区地理位置的特殊性,其道路建设和基础设施建设的推进受到严格的管控[22]
海南热带雨林国家公园内共有46个天窗社区,总面积为16 752.21 hm2,社区分布较为分散、面积大小不一,其中毛阳镇、南开乡和水满乡是园区内面积最大的3个天窗社区,分别占天窗社区总面积的62.28%、17.83%和8.68%。因此,为引导天窗社区科学发展,特别是对天窗内土地的科学利用,本研究选择海南热带雨林国家公园内有代表性的毛阳镇、南开乡和水满乡3个典型天窗社区作为研究对象。从海南国际旅游岛建设前、海南国际旅游岛建设后、海南热带雨林国家公园开始建设、海南热带雨林国家公园建设后共4个时间节点的土地利用数据,分析海南热带雨林国家公园建设前后(2000—2023年)天窗社区土地利用变化特征及其驱动力因素,从而为科学合理的建设发展国家公园天窗社区提供建议。
本研究选择海南热带雨林国家公园毛阳镇(18°51′~18°59′N,109°26′~109°34′E)、南开乡(19°00′~19°05′N,109°06′~109°26′E)和水满乡(18°51′~18°54′N,109°38′~109°40′E)3个有代表性的典型天窗社区(图1)。研究区位于海南岛中部山区,属典型的热带季风海洋性气候,年平均温度23.8~26.2 ℃,年平均降水量1000~2500 mm,海拔157~963 m,其中毛阳镇和南开乡地势中部高,四周低,水满乡地势平坦。
研究数据包含研究区域的遥感影像数据、地形数据、气象数据和社会经济数据(表1)。从Google Earth中获取了海南岛不同时期的历史影像,分别为海南国际旅游岛建设前(2000年)、海南国际旅游岛成立时(2010年)、海南热带雨林国家公园试点期(2018年)和海南热带雨林国家公园成立后(2023年)。
通过在Google Earth中目视解译进行样本标记,并与实地调研数据相结合,获取土地利用分布数据,将天窗社区划分为耕地、林地、建设用地和水体4种地类。通过在Google Earth中采集300个样本点进行实地验证,验证后正确样本点为272个,土地利用分类结果精度超过85%,满足数据分析要求。坐标系统一设置为CGCS2000_3_Degree_GK_CM_111E。借助ArcGIS 10.8输出软件研究区4期土地利用类型图(图2)。
(1)土地利用转移矩阵。土地利用转移矩阵通过研究各地类相互转移的数量和方向,反映研究区域在某一时间段内各地类的演变方向和程度[23]。基于土地利用数据,分别计算2000、2010、2018、2023年不同时间点海南热带雨林国家公园天窗社区的土地利用转移矩阵。并采用弦图对土地利用转移情况进行可视化,直观地展现不同类型之间的转化方向。公式为:
式中,P为每种土地利用类型的面积,n为土地类型的数量(本研究为4种)。
(2)土地利用方式变化率。土地利用方式变化率是指在一定时间范围内,特定区域内土地利用类型发生变化的速率。该指标用于衡量土地利用动态变化,通常用来描述和比较不同时间段或不同地区土地利用变化的快慢程度[24]。公式为:
式中,At代表某年的特定土地利用类型的面积,At-1代表前一年的特定土地利用类型的面积。
(3)土地利用程度综合指数。土地利用程度综合指数是一种用于定量评估特定区域土地利用程度的指标,该指数根据土地利用程度分类指标和各土地利用类型的面积百分比进行计算[25-26]。本研究中分类指标如下:林地或水域为2;耕地为3;建设用地为4。逐一计算土地利用综合指数,公式为:
式中,Ai为第i级土地利用程度分级数;Ci为第i级土地利用程度分级面积百分比;La为土地利用程度综合指数;n为土地利用程度等级的分类指标。
景观格局指数(landscape pattern index)是景观生态学中用来定量描述和评价景观格局特征的一类指标,反映景观的空间结构特征和生态过程。景观格局指数通常用于景观规划、生态评价、生物多样性保护以及生态系统服务功能的研究中。
移动窗口是通过对窗口内所选中景观指标进行统计计算,输出对应于所选景观指数栅格图[27]。在景观格局分析中,移动窗口法通常用于中小尺度的精细分析,如小流域、市县级景观。这种方法可以在窗口进行计算,从而反映出景观格局的细节特征及内部空间上的差异。为确定景观格局分析研究尺度,将300、600、900、1200、1500、1800 m设置为窗口半径,分别在Fragstats 4.2软件中计算,对比发现900 m为最适窗口半径。
使用Fragstats 4.2软件评估天窗社区土地利用类型的空间格局,从景观类型和景观水平上分别选取指标。其中景观类型水平选取斑块类型面积(CA)、斑块密度(PD)、最大斑块指数(LPI)、边缘密度(ED)、斑块形状指数(LSI)、聚集度指数(AI)等6个指标;在景观水平上选取PD、LPI、香浓多样性指数(SHDI)、香浓均匀度指数(SHEI)、蔓延度指数(CONTAG)、AI等6个指标。各指数计算方法及生态学意义见表2[28]
地理探测器是一种用于检测环境变量对空间分布影响的空间分析模型,可以用于识别影响土地利用变化的主要驱动因素。地理探测器包括因子探测器、交互探测器、风险区探测器以及生态探测器[29-30]。因子探测器用于探测Y的空间分异性;以及探测某因子X多大程度上解释属性Y的空间分异。交互探测器用于识别不同风险因子Xs之间的交互作用,即评估因子X1X2共同作用时是否会增加或减弱对因变量Y的解释度,或这些因子对Y的影响是相互独立的。风险区探测器用于判断2个子区域间的属性均值是否有显著的差别,用t统计量来检验。生态探测器用于比较两因子X1X2对属性Y的空间分布影响是否有显著差异,以F统计量来衡量[29]
研究通过R软件,参考相关文献[3133]选择12个因子作为自变量(X)探究土地利用变化(Y)的影响。12个因子分别为:数字高程模型(digital elevation model,DEM)(X1)、坡度(X2)、坡向(X3)、年平均温度(X4)、年平均降水量(X5)、国内生产总值(gross domestic product,GDP)(X6)、人口密度(X7)、距水体的距离(X8)、距道路的距离(X9)、归一化植被指数(normalized difference vegetation index,NDVI)(X10)、距生态红线的距离(X11)、距核心保护区的距离(X12)。采用因子探测器、交互探测器和生态探测器对典型天窗社区土地利用变化驱动力进行探究[34]
式中,h=1,2,……;L为变量Y或者X的分类(分层或分区);NhN分别为图层h和整个区域中的单元数,σ2为整个区域中图层hY值的方差。
本研究采用ArcGIS 10.8软件提取土地利用类型,Excel 2021软件计算土地利用转移矩阵和土地利用程度综合指数,结合Fragstats 4.2软件进行景观格局分析,运用移动窗口法绘图。借助R 4.3.2中GD包进行驱动力分析。利用Excel 2021软件进行数据分析、整理,采用Origin 2022软件制图。
2000、2010、2018和2023年典型天窗社区的土地利用分布情况如图2所示。结合图3图4的分析结果可知,在研究期间,毛阳镇主要呈现林地、耕地与建设用地之间转化演变,水体面积保持相对静态。其中2000—2010年,毛阳镇的耕地面积大幅减少398.93 hm2,耕地利用变化率为31.33%,林地面积增加3.33%。2010—2018年间,林地面积增加3.54%,耕地面积减少18.85%,建设用地面积减少12.75%。2018—2023年间,主要呈现林地向耕地转化趋势,林地面积减少6.77%,耕地面积显著增加78.62%。
南开乡在2000—2010年间,林地面积减少0.76%,耕地面积增加35.04 hm2,耕地利用变化率为11.03%,主要由林地转化而来。2010—2018年间,耕地和建设用地转化为林地。耕地面积大幅减少28.61%;建设用地面积减少31.35 hm2,变化率为37.92%,林地面积增加4.20%。2018—2023年间,耕地面积增加44.88%,建设用地面积显著增加134.34%,林地面积减少5.77%。
水满乡土地利用变迁轨迹与南开乡相似。其中,2000—2010年间,耕地面积略微增加1.63%,建设用地面积增加32.48%。2010—2018年,耕地面积减少23.97%;建设用地面积增加18.34 hm2,变化率为23.84%;林地面积增加3.67%。2018—2023年间,耕地面积增加48.69%,建设用地面积增加70.24%,林地面积减少13.67%。
从空间分布来看(图2),典型天窗社区土地利用转变主要集中于内部。毛阳镇和水满乡主要于建设用地和耕地逐渐从中心区域向四周辐射扩张。南开乡南部地区土地利用类型转变较大,建设用地逐渐向林地扩张。
2000—2023年典型天窗社区的土地利用程度综合指数如图5所示,其中,水满乡土地利用程度综合指数最高,南开乡土地利用程度综合指数最低。2000—2018年,毛阳镇土地利用程度综合指数从218.69下降至213.76;2018—2023年,海南热带雨林国家公园建立后,毛阳镇土地利用程度综合指数上升至220.71,表明社区居民对天窗社区内土地开发利用程度呈先下降后上升趋势。南开乡于2000—2010年间土地利用程度综合指数略有上升,从212.53上升至213.16,2010—2018年从213.16下降至208.88;直到2023年,土地利用程度综合指数上升至215.93,说明海南热带雨林国家公园成立后,社区居民对天窗社区内土地开发利用程度增强。而水满乡在2000—2018年间,土地利用程度综合指数较为平稳,保持在225.26~228.13;水满乡在2018—2023年间,土地利用程度综合指数显著上升至242.14,说明海南热带雨林国家公园成立后,社区居民对天窗社区内土地开发利用程度有影响。
从景观格局时序变化(表3)可知,2000—2023年,毛阳镇建设用地CA、PD、LPI、ED、LSI增加,AI减少,说明建设用地斑块数量增加,斑块形状变得不规则,破碎化程度增加;耕地斑块面积略微下降,斑块形状趋于复杂化,破碎化程度增加;林地斑块数量增加,破碎化程度略微增加;水体斑块面积减少,聚集度指数下降。南开乡在2000—2023年间,耕地斑块面积增加,斑块形状趋于复杂化,破碎化程度增加;建设用地斑块面积增加,斑块密度增加、聚集度指数增加,破碎化程度下降;林地斑块数量下降,景观分散程度增加,破碎化程度增加;水体变化较小。水满乡在2000—2023年间,耕地斑块面积增加,斑块形状变得复杂,破碎化程度增加;建设用地CA、PD、ED、LSI、LPI增加,AI减少,斑块面积增加,形状复杂程度增加,破碎化程度增加;林地CA、LPI、AI减少,ED和LSI增加,说明斑块面积减少,分散程度增加,破碎化程度增加;水体斑块面积减少,斑块形状趋于规则,破碎化程度降低。
典型天窗社区景观格局空间分布情况如表4图6图7所示。毛阳镇、南开乡和水满乡均呈现中心破碎化程度高,边缘破碎化程度低的趋势。
在毛阳镇,AI和LPI变化较大部分区域集中于建设用地和耕地区域;CONTAG变化较大部分区域集中在建设用地、耕地与林地交界处;而SHDI和SHEI变化较大部分区域集中于建设用地和耕地。在南开乡,AI和LPI变化较大部分区域集中于建设用地以及耕地;CONTAG变化较大部分区域集中于林地附近;建设用地和耕地处的SHDI和SHEI变化较大。在水满乡,AI和LPI变化较大部分区域由内而外呈星状分布;CONTAG变化较大部分区域主要集中在水满乡北部和南部;SHDI和SHEI变化较大部分区域分布在水满乡中心处。
2000—2018年,各因子对典型天窗社区LUCC的解释度q表5),反映在95%的置信水平上自变量对因变量的解释度。其中距核心保护区的距离(X12)在2000—2018年对土地利用程度综合指数影响不显著,其余因子通过5%水平的假设性检验。
2000—2018年,各因子对典型天窗社区LUCC的解释度排序为:X9>X10>X1=X4=X7>X2=X6>X8>X3=X11>X5。其中距道路的距离、NDVI对土地利用程度综合指数的影响显著,超过25%,解释度分别为0.28和0.25。
2018—2023年,各因子对典型天窗社区LUCC的解释度排序为:X10=X9>X2=X4>X6=X1>X7>X8>X11=X3>X12=X5。其中NDVI和距道路的距离对典型天窗社区LUCC解释度均为0.26,是主要的驱动力因子。距生态红线的距离、坡向、距核心保护区距离和年平均降水量对LUCC的解释度不足10%,驱动作用较弱。
总体来看,社会经济因素和自然因素是2000—2023年海南热带雨林国家公园典型天窗社区土地利用变化主导因素。其中距道路的距离、NDVI的解释度位居前列,说明道路建设和NDVI持续对土地利用变化产生影响。地形因素中,DEM和坡度在2个时段中分别排至第3,说明地形因素限制土地利用变化,是典型天窗社区土地利用变化重要驱动力。然而,距生态红线的距离和距核心保护区的距离解释度较低,说明海南热带雨林国家公园生态建设对典型天窗社区土地利用变化影响力较小。
图8交互探测结果可知,因子对土地利用变化的影响呈现协同增强作用,2个因子对土地利用变化的解释度均高于单个影响因子的解释度呈现出双因子增强或非线性增强,两两因子结合的交互作用显著增强了各因素单独对土地利用变化的作用。
2000—2018年,NDVI和距道路的距离交互作用解释度最高(0.36),其次为NDVI和距水体的距离(0.35)。说明该时段土地利用变化主要所受到政策、人为活动和道路建设因子共同作用。
2018—2023年,与前一时段相似,NDVI和距道路的距离交互作用解释度最高(0.39),且解释度略微增加。距水体的距离和GDP以及NDVI和DEM交互作用解释度均为0.36;其次为距道路的距离和GDP交互作用(0.35)。表明该时段同样由自然因素和道路建设因素共同影响,经济因素和地形因素影响有所增强。

在95%的置信水平上,年平均温度与DEM、坡度,GDP和DEM、坡度、年平均温度,距生态红线的距离与坡向,以上6组因子在2个时间段检测中对土地利用程度综合指数空间分布无显著性差异。说明上述因子对典型天窗社区土地利用变化空间分布的影响不随时间的变化而变化,具有相似的驱动机理和稳定性。
在95%的置信水平上,DEM和坡向、年平均降水量、距水体的距离、距道路的距离、距生态红线的距离;坡度和坡向、年平均降水量、距水体的距离、距道路的距离、NDVI和距生态红线的距离;坡向和年平均降水量、GDP、人口密度、距水体的距离、距道路的距离、NDVI;年平均降水量和GDP、人口密度、距水体的距离、距道路的距离、NDVI、距生态红线的距离;GDP和人口密度、距水体的距离、距道路的距离、NDVI、距生态红线的距离;人口密度和距水体的距离、距道路的距离、距生态红线的距离;距水体的距离和距道路的距离、距生态红线的距离、NDVI;NDVI和距生态红线的距离,以上38组因子在2期检测中始终对土地利用程度综合指数空间分布产生明显差异。说明上述因子在随着时间推移对土地利用变化空间格局存在差异。
整体而言,不同时段驱动海南热带雨林国家公园典型天窗社区土地利用变化双因子交互作用存在差异,但NDVI、距道路的距离、距水体的距离和GDP与其他因子间交互作用解释度始终较强。各因子与上述因子间协同作用解释度强于单因子作用解释度。从因子探测器结果来看,2000—2023年典型天窗社区内土地利用变化主要受到自然和道路建设影响。然而,从交互探测器结果来看,研究期内典型天窗社区土地利用变化主要受到社会经济发展、自然因素、道路建设和地形因素的共同影响。从生态探测器结果来看自然因素对典型天窗社区土地利用变化和空间分布影响不随时间的变化而变化。
本研究分析了海南热带雨林国家公园毛阳镇、南开乡和水满乡3个典型天窗社区的土地利用变化情况。其中,2000—2010年,由于退耕还林政策的实施,耕地转移为林地,与雷金睿等[35]的研究结果一致。随着2010年国际旅游岛建设,通过推广标志性景区和度假村、启动民族风情园等项目,旅游业发展策略聚焦于原生态景观的保护与生态平衡的促进,同步实施退耕还林政策。2010—2018年,典型天窗社区呈现林地面积增加,耕地面积减少的趋势,与祁连山国家级自然保护区的土地利用变化研究一致[36]
2019年,海南热带雨林国家公园启动体制试点建设,2018—2023年热带雨林国家公园典型天窗社区土地利用变化情况与Chebera Churchura国家公园周边地区相似[37],Chebera Churchura国家公园成立后,周边地区农业用地面积增加,林地面积减少,与海南热带雨林国家公园典型天窗社区内土地利用变化的特征一致。海南热带雨林国家公园典型天窗社区居民重要收入来源为种植槟榔和橡胶等农林业[38],由于槟榔价格持续走高,天窗社区居民蚕食周边林地种植槟榔,加剧天窗社区内的人地矛盾。同时,国家公园建设用地增加,典型天窗社区内基础设施及人工建设扩张规模显著。
从景观格局空间分布来看,典型天窗社区景观类型变化呈现聚集度降低、破碎化程度增加、景观类型多样化的特征,景观破碎化空间格局总体呈现中部高、四周低的分布特征,与杨永等[39]、侯鹏等[40]的研究一致。经济发展促使天窗居民在合规前提下扩展种植用地,加之城镇化进程加速与生态旅游业推广共同加速基础设施建设,导致建设用地与农业用地面积双扩张[41]。经济发展驱动的农业扩张与城镇化及生态旅游业发展带来的基础设施建设用地增长,共同塑造典型天窗社区的景观空间分布格局。
海南热带雨林国家公园典型天窗社区土地利用变化主要受自然因素和道路建设共同驱动,地形因素对研究区土地利用变化有重要影响。从因子探测器可知典型天窗社区土地利用变化主要受到植被覆盖变化和道路建设驱动。研究期间,受到退耕还林政策影响,推动易造成水土流失的耕地向林地转变[42-43],与前人研究相似[10,44]。道路建设因素均对研究区内土地利用变化有较强影响,这主要受到中部山区道路网络建设影响,中线高速于2016年开始建设,2019年竣工,贯穿整个毛阳镇[17-18,45],在提高典型天窗社区交通可达性和经济辐射性的同时,也造成建设用地扩张规模增加,景观破碎化程度加剧。
根据交互探测和生态探测结果来看,典型天窗社区LUCC是多因子协同作用结果,双因子作用强于单因子作用。海南热带雨林国家公园天窗社区位于海南岛中部山区,道路因素、特殊的区位以及复杂的环境因素共同制约天窗社区经济发展。天窗社区具有面积小、分布散、人口少的特点,导致自然因素、社会经济因素对天窗社区土地利用变化影响较为平均。海南热带雨林国家公园成立后,带动天窗社区基础设施建设发展,政府鼓励天窗社区居民发展生态旅游业,在增强内生发展能力的同时,建设用地需求增加[32]
相关研究认为,天窗社区发展受到地形因素、区位条件、社会经济要素等综合作用的影响[46]。由于天窗社区特殊地理位置,天窗居民发展建设与海南热带雨林国家公园生态保护生态环境保护紧密相连,相辅相成。
(1)针对海南热带雨林国家公园周边交通便捷的天窗社区(如毛阳镇、什运乡),需在满足居民生活品质提升与生态保护间取得平衡。在推进基础建设的同时,实行生态修复,构建生态廊道。(2)对于已具备成熟旅游业的天窗社区(如水满乡、什寒村),重点向第三产业发展,尤其着力于生态旅游业,以此驱动地方经济可持续增长,优化国家公园特许经营体系[47]。(3)对交通条件欠佳、旅游开发滞后的区域(如南开乡),建议创新特许经营机制,激发社区经济活力,发展特色生态旅游。目前,天窗社区经济主要倚重种植业,未充分挖掘海南热带雨林国家公园内文化服务产业潜力;加之青壮年外流务工现象突出,劳动力结构性缺失。建议激活第三产业,以优化国家公园特许经营为核心,吸引青年在本土创业就业。
针对基本农田、废弃林场场部以及小型村落,应开展微小型天窗社区生态搬迁和生态修复工程。旨在通过将这些微小型社区就近整合至周边大型社区,既显著提升居民生活质量,又保障海南热带雨林国家公园生态系统的完整性和原真性。
本研究通过对2000—2023年海南热带雨林国家公园典型天窗社区的土地利用演变驱动力进行分析,得出以下主要结论:
(1)林地是典型天窗社区主要用地类型,土地利用变化特征主要表现为林地转化为耕地和建设用地。土地利用程度综合指数呈现增加趋势。
(2)典型天窗社区景观类型呈现聚集度降低,破碎化程度增加,景观类型多样性增加的特征。在空间分布上,景观破碎化程度呈现中部高,四周低的特征。造成典型天窗社区景观格局变化主要是用地类型的改变。
(3)2000—2018年,距道路的距离是典型天窗社区土地利用变化主要驱动力;2018—2023年,NDVI和距道路的距离共同驱动典型天窗社区土地利用变化。NDVI、距道路的距离始终是影响土地利用变化的主要因子,DEM是影响土地利用变化的重要因子。交互探测结果表明各因子间交互作用均表现为双因子增强或非线性增强,双因子交互对土地利用变化解释度大于单因子解释度。
