The study was aimed to clarify the effects of different bag types on fruit quality and postharvest storage of Dongshizao pomelo, and screen suitable bag types to provide reference for production and application. In this study, 23-year-old Dongshizao pomelo trees were used as the experimental material, fruit without bagging was used as the control group, fruit bagging was carried out with 8 types of bags, including 60-mesh nylon mesh bag, 80-mesh nylon mesh bag, unilateral polyethylene-paper bag, white nonwoven bag, green-single-layer bag, white-single-layer bag, single-layer bag with yellow outside and black inside, double-layer bag with yellow outside and black inside. Fruit quality difference between harvest and post-harvest storage was compared, and comprehensive evaluation was carried out by the subordinative function method. The results showed that the white-single-layer bag significantly increased the single fruit weight by 47.86%, double-layer bag with yellow outside and black inside significantly decreased the pericarp thickness by 28.19%, and the total soluble solids (TSS) content of fruits with single-layer bag with yellow outside and black inside was significantly decreased. The titratable acid (TA) content of fruits with unilateral polyethylene-paper bag, single-layer bag with yellow outside and black inside, double-layer bag with yellow outside and black inside were decreased. While the single-layer bag with yellow outside and black inside, double-layer bag with yellow outside and black inside were significantly improved the TSS/TA rate by 19.71% and 34.40%, respectively. At harvest, the comprehensive evaluation of fruit quality revealed that fruits bagged with the double-layer bag with yellow exterior and black interior achieved the highest score (0.56), followed by those with the single-layer bag of the same design (0.55), both outperforming the unbagged control (0.50) and white single-layer bag (0.49). During postharvest storage, the fruit weight loss rate generally increased with storage duration, except for one transparent paper bag treatment, and peaked on the 45th day of storage. Throughout the storage period, significant differences were observed in various fruit quality indices, including edible rate, juice yield, soluble sugar, soluble protein, TSS, and TA content, with fluctuations influenced by bag type. Regardless of treatment, the inherent quality indices of the fruit pulp exhibited significant variability rather than a simple upward or downward trend. The bagged fruits also displayed a distinct ‘returned acidity’ phenomenon, with the timing and intensity of this phenomenon influenced by the type of bag used. The comprehensive evaluation of postharvest storage quality showed that the average comprehensive score of fruits bagged with the white single-layer bag gradually increased with extended storage time, reaching the highest average score (0.65) among all treatments, with the smallest coefficient of variation (5.14%). In conclusion, while fruits bagged with the single-layer and double-layer bags with yellow exterior and black interior demonstrated superior comprehensive quality at harvest, they exhibited greater quality fluctuations and poorer storage stability. Conversely, although the initial harvest quality of fruits bagged with the white single-layer bag was slightly inferior to the control, this treatment exhibited the smallest variation range in storage quality, coupled with the highest overall storage quality and stability. Therefore, the white single-layer bag is recommended as the primary bagging option for the production and cultivation of Dongshizao pomelo, offering a balanced approach to optimizing both fruit quality and postharvest storage performance.

为明确不同类型果袋套袋对东试早柚果实品质及采后贮藏性的影响,筛选出适宜的果袋类型,为生产应用提供参考。本研究以树龄23 a的东试早柚为试验材料,果实不套袋处理为对照组,采用8种类型果袋进行套袋处理,比较果实采收时和采收后贮藏品质差异,并采用隶属函数法进行综合评价。结果表明:白色单层纸袋套袋处理能够显著提高单果质量,外黄内黑双层纸袋处理能够显著降低果皮厚度,而外黄内黑单层纸袋处理果实的可溶性固形物(TSS)含量显著低于对照。此外,单侧透明纸袋、外黄内黑单层纸袋及外黄内黑双层纸袋处理显著降低果实的总酸(TA)含量,其中,外黄内黑单层纸袋和外黄内黑双层纸袋处理的固酸比(TSS/TA)显著提升。采收时果实品质综合评价结果显示,外黄内黑双层纸袋套袋果实综合得分最高(0.56),其次为外黄内黑单层纸袋(0.55),均高于对照(0.50)、白色单层纸袋(0.49)及其他套袋处理。采后贮藏期间,果实失重率随贮藏时间的延长呈逐渐升高趋势;除单侧透明纸袋套袋处理外,其他套袋处理果实失重率始终低于对照。失重速率则随贮藏时间延长呈先升高后降低趋势,于贮藏45 d达到峰值;采后贮藏过程中,不同类型果袋套袋,对果实可食率、出汁率、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、TSS、TA含量等内在品质指标的影响差异显著,且其变化趋势随果袋类型呈波动变化。另外,套袋处理果实贮藏期间表现出明显的“返酸”现象,其发生时间及程度因果袋类型而异。采后贮藏品质综合评价结果显示,白色单层纸袋套袋果实的综合得分随贮藏时间延长呈逐渐升高趋势,其平均综合得分(0.65)高于对照和其他套袋处理,且综合得分的变异系数最小(5.14%)。综上所述,外黄内黑单层纸袋和外黄内黑双层纸袋套袋处理在采收时果实综合品质优于不套袋处理,但采后综合品质变化幅度较大且耐贮藏性较差;而白色单层纸袋套袋果实采收时综合品质仅次于对照,但采后综合品质变化幅度较小且耐贮藏性较好。因此,兼顾果实采收时的品质和采后耐贮藏性,建议东试早柚生产上采用白色单层纸袋进行果实套袋。

为明确不同类型果袋套袋对东试早柚果实品质及采后贮藏性的影响,筛选出适宜的果袋类型,为生产应用提供参考。本研究以树龄23 a的东试早柚为试验材料,果实不套袋处理为对照组,采用8种类型果袋进行套袋处理,比较果实采收时和采收后贮藏品质差异,并采用隶属函数法进行综合评价。结果表明:白色单层纸袋套袋处理能够显著提高单果质量,外黄内黑双层纸袋处理能够显著降低果皮厚度,而外黄内黑单层纸袋处理果实的可溶性固形物(TSS)含量显著低于对照。此外,单侧透明纸袋、外黄内黑单层纸袋及外黄内黑双层纸袋处理显著降低果实的总酸(TA)含量,其中,外黄内黑单层纸袋和外黄内黑双层纸袋处理的固酸比(TSS/TA)显著提升。采收时果实品质综合评价结果显示,外黄内黑双层纸袋套袋果实综合得分最高(0.56),其次为外黄内黑单层纸袋(0.55),均高于对照(0.50)、白色单层纸袋(0.49)及其他套袋处理。采后贮藏期间,果实失重率随贮藏时间的延长呈逐渐升高趋势;除单侧透明纸袋套袋处理外,其他套袋处理果实失重率始终低于对照。失重速率则随贮藏时间延长呈先升高后降低趋势,于贮藏45 d达到峰值;采后贮藏过程中,不同类型果袋套袋,对果实可食率、出汁率、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、TSS、TA含量等内在品质指标的影响差异显著,且其变化趋势随果袋类型呈波动变化。另外,套袋处理果实贮藏期间表现出明显的“返酸”现象,其发生时间及程度因果袋类型而异。采后贮藏品质综合评价结果显示,白色单层纸袋套袋果实的综合得分随贮藏时间延长呈逐渐升高趋势,其平均综合得分(0.65)高于对照和其他套袋处理,且综合得分的变异系数最小(5.14%)。综上所述,外黄内黑单层纸袋和外黄内黑双层纸袋套袋处理在采收时果实综合品质优于不套袋处理,但采后综合品质变化幅度较大且耐贮藏性较差;而白色单层纸袋套袋果实采收时综合品质仅次于对照,但采后综合品质变化幅度较小且耐贮藏性较好。因此,兼顾果实采收时的品质和采后耐贮藏性,建议东试早柚生产上采用白色单层纸袋进行果实套袋。

The study was aimed to clarify the effects of different bag types on fruit quality and postharvest storage of Dongshizao pomelo, and screen suitable bag types to provide reference for production and application. In this study, 23-year-old Dongshizao pomelo trees were used as the experimental material, fruit without bagging was used as the control group, fruit bagging was carried out with 8 types of bags, including 60-mesh nylon mesh bag, 80-mesh nylon mesh bag, unilateral polyethylene-paper bag, white nonwoven bag, green-single-layer bag, white-single-layer bag, single-layer bag with yellow outside and black inside, double-layer bag with yellow outside and black inside. Fruit quality difference between harvest and post-harvest storage was compared, and comprehensive evaluation was carried out by the subordinative function method. The results showed that the white-single-layer bag significantly increased the single fruit weight by 47.86%, double-layer bag with yellow outside and black inside significantly decreased the pericarp thickness by 28.19%, and the total soluble solids (TSS) content of fruits with single-layer bag with yellow outside and black inside was significantly decreased. The titratable acid (TA) content of fruits with unilateral polyethylene-paper bag, single-layer bag with yellow outside and black inside, double-layer bag with yellow outside and black inside were decreased. While the single-layer bag with yellow outside and black inside, double-layer bag with yellow outside and black inside were significantly improved the TSS/TA rate by 19.71% and 34.40%, respectively. At harvest, the comprehensive evaluation of fruit quality revealed that fruits bagged with the double-layer bag with yellow exterior and black interior achieved the highest score (0.56), followed by those with the single-layer bag of the same design (0.55), both outperforming the unbagged control (0.50) and white single-layer bag (0.49). During postharvest storage, the fruit weight loss rate generally increased with storage duration, except for one transparent paper bag treatment, and peaked on the 45th day of storage. Throughout the storage period, significant differences were observed in various fruit quality indices, including edible rate, juice yield, soluble sugar, soluble protein, TSS, and TA content, with fluctuations influenced by bag type. Regardless of treatment, the inherent quality indices of the fruit pulp exhibited significant variability rather than a simple upward or downward trend. The bagged fruits also displayed a distinct ‘returned acidity’ phenomenon, with the timing and intensity of this phenomenon influenced by the type of bag used. The comprehensive evaluation of postharvest storage quality showed that the average comprehensive score of fruits bagged with the white single-layer bag gradually increased with extended storage time, reaching the highest average score (0.65) among all treatments, with the smallest coefficient of variation (5.14%). In conclusion, while fruits bagged with the single-layer and double-layer bags with yellow exterior and black interior demonstrated superior comprehensive quality at harvest, they exhibited greater quality fluctuations and poorer storage stability. Conversely, although the initial harvest quality of fruits bagged with the white single-layer bag was slightly inferior to the control, this treatment exhibited the smallest variation range in storage quality, coupled with the highest overall storage quality and stability. Therefore, the white single-layer bag is recommended as the primary bagging option for the production and cultivation of Dongshizao pomelo, offering a balanced approach to optimizing both fruit quality and postharvest storage performance.

果实套袋是果树生产中常用于果实品质和商品性提升的简便且有效的措施,能够减少病虫鸟害,防止农药与果面接触、降低农药残留,防止机械损伤及日灼现象的发生,还能在一定程度上提升果实外观品质和内在品质等[1],在苹果[2]、梨[3]、柿[4]、椪柑[5]等多种果树生产中广泛应用。但由于不同类型果袋的材质不同,果袋内形成的微环境差异,间接影响果实着色及果实内物质代谢变化,进而影响果实外观品质和内在品质[6]。对于柚类果树生产,因品种特征差异,采用不同类型果袋套袋对果实的生理效应影响也存在差异。如三红蜜柚[7]、马家柚[8]等红肉黄皮类型,以及金沙柚[9]、琯溪蜜柚[10]等白肉黄皮类型品种,采用透光性差的纸袋进行套袋有利于果实着色,提高果实外观品质,同时能够改善内在品质。而成熟期果皮青绿色的越南青柚,选用透光性差的果袋套袋虽然能够提高果面光洁度,但同时促进了叶绿素的降解,不能充分表现出该品种固有的色泽;而采用白色单层纸袋能够显著提高可溶性固形物含量和固酸比[11]。冯方茂等[12]研究表明,采用黄色纸更有利于马来西亚蜜柚果皮绿色品质的形成,同时能够显著提高可溶性固形物、可滴定酸和维生素C(Vc)含量。因此,根据品种特征选择适宜的纸袋类型,对提升果实品质具有重要意义。
东试早柚[Citrus grandis(L.)Osbeck cv. Dongshi Zaoyou]为云南省西双版纳州东风农场试验站实生选育的柚品种,果实最早于7月上旬成熟,8月下旬开始大量上市,其成熟果实果皮呈黄绿色,果肉浅黄色,无籽或少籽,果肉细腻化渣,果味纯正,酸甜适中,是国内为数不多的特早熟柚优良品种之一[13]。目前,该品种在云南热带地区广泛种植,全省种植面积已超1万hm2。但在生产上,普遍采用不套袋、白色单层纸袋、黄色单层纸袋、外黄内黑双层纸袋等多种套袋措施,导致出现果面呈青绿色、黄绿色、黄色等不同类型商品果,严重影响果实商品价值和产业的发展,且目前关于不同类型果袋套袋对东试早柚果实品质的影响尚未见系统报道。
因此,本研究以东试早柚为试验材料,探究不同类型果袋套袋对东试早柚果实品质及采后贮藏品质的影响,并对果实品质进行综合评价,以期筛选出适宜的果袋种类,为生产上合理运用套袋技术以提高东试早柚果实品质提供理论依据和技术支撑。
试验在云南省热带作物科学研究所早熟柚关键技术核心示范园进行,试验地地理位置22°01ʹN,100°78ʹE;海拔为540 m,全园配备水肥一体化设施。试验材料为东试早柚,树龄23 a,株行距为3.0 m×4.0 m。试验于东试早柚第2次生理落果结束后进行。试验共设9个处理:以果实不套袋处理为对照(CK),采用60目尼龙网袋(60M)、80目尼龙网袋(80M)、单侧透明纸袋(DT)、白色无纺布袋(WF)、绿色单层纸袋(LD)、白色单层纸袋(BD)、外黄内黑单层纸袋(HD)、外黄内黑双层纸袋(HS)8个类型果袋,对东试早柚进行套袋处理。于2022年6月1日,选取长势基本一致的东试早柚植株27株,每个处理3株,每株选取果形端正、大小相近的果实20个进行套袋处理。2022年9月1日果实成熟时采收,每个处理选取大小均匀、无病虫为害的果实各40个,摘除套袋后带回实验室,整齐摆放在实验桌面常温贮藏(室温21~30 ℃)。采收当天测定果实各项品质指标;之后每隔15 d取样1次,用于贮藏期果实品质指标测定。每个处理每次随机取样果实3个。
果实采收后,每个处理标记3个大小均匀的果实,每隔15 d称量单果质量,并计算失重率和失重速率。同时,每个处理随机选取3个大小均匀的果实,分别称量每个果实的单果质量、果肉质量,以及果肉榨汁后的果汁质量,计算可食率和出汁率。取100 g新鲜果肉,于80 ℃烘箱烘干至恒重并称量,计算果肉含水率。采用蒽酮比色法测定可溶性糖(Soluble sugar,SS)含量,采用2,6-二氯酚靛酚滴定法测定Vc含量,采用考马斯亮蓝染色法测定可溶性蛋白(soluble protein,SP)含量[14]。使用PAL-BX/ACID1糖酸仪测定可溶性固形物(total soluble solid,TSS)含量、总酸(titratable acidity,TA)含量、固酸比(TSS/TA)。
利用Microsoft Excel 2010软件对数据进行统计分析,利用SPSS 19.0软件进行差异显著性分析,利用Sigma Plot 10.0软件作图。采用隶属函数法[15]对果实采收品质及贮藏品质进行综合评价。
表1可知,白色单层纸袋处理的单果质量显著高于其他处理,而白色无纺布袋处理的单果质量显著高于60目尼龙网袋和外黄内黑双层纸袋处理。外黄内黑双层纸袋处理的果实果皮最薄(7.44 mm),显著低于白色单层纸袋、60目尼龙网袋、白色无纺布袋、绿色单层纸袋及CK处理。白色无纺布袋处理的果实可食率较低(53.42%),显著低于外黄内黑双层纸袋处理。外黄内黑单层纸袋处理的果实果肉含水率最高(88.63%),显著高于白色无纺布袋、外黄内黑双层纸袋处理。各套袋处理的果实出汁率及可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、Vc含量与CK处理之间差异不显著,但单侧透明纸袋处理出汁率显著高于白色无纺布袋处理,而白色无纺布袋处理的可溶性糖含量显著高于单侧透明纸袋、外黄内黑单层纸袋、外黄内黑双层纸袋、绿色单层纸袋以及60目尼龙网袋处理,80目尼龙网袋处理果实Vc含量显著高于单侧透明纸袋、外黄内黑单层纸袋和外黄内黑双层纸袋处理。白色无纺布袋处理的TSS含量最高(11.47%),显著高于60目尼龙网袋和外黄内黑单层纸袋处理;绿色单层纸袋、60目尼龙网袋以及CK处理的TA含量,均显著高于单侧透明纸袋、外黄内黑单层纸袋和外黄内黑双层纸袋处理;外黄内黑双层纸袋和外黄内黑单层纸袋处理的TSS/TA相对较高,其中外黄内黑双层纸袋处理的TSS/TA显著高于CK和其他6个套袋处理。
通过隶属函数法对东试早柚不同套袋处理采收果实品质进行综合评价,选取单果质量、可食率、出汁率、果肉含水率、TSS含量、TSS/TA、SS含量、SP含量、Vc含量等9项指标采用隶属函数法分别计算隶属函数值,果皮厚度和TA含量2项指标采用反隶属函数法分别计算隶属函数值,最终计算所有指标隶属函数平均值即为综合评价值,结果如表2所示。综合评价结果得出,外黄内黑双层纸袋处理采收果实综合评分最高(0.56),其次为外黄内黑单层纸袋处理(0.55),均高于CK处理(0.50);白色单层纸袋处理果实综合评价值为0.49,高于其他套袋处理。
常温贮藏条件下,果实失重率和失重速率如图1所示。随着贮藏时间的延长,果实失重率逐渐升高(图1A);失重速率升高后迅速降低,于贮藏45 d时达到峰值(图1B)。在整个贮藏期间,单侧透明纸袋处理失重率最大,其次为CK、外黄内黑单层纸袋处理,三者之间差异不显著,但单侧透明纸袋处理失重率显著高于其他6个处理。贮藏15~45 d时,单侧透明纸袋处理失重速率最高,与外黄内黑单层纸袋、外黄内黑双层纸袋处理三者间差异不显著,但均显著高于CK处理;贮藏60 d时,外黄内黑单层纸袋、外黄内黑双层纸袋处理失重速率则显著高于CK和其他6个处理,说明外黄内黑单层纸袋、外黄内黑双层纸袋处理,在贮藏后期果实劣变速度较快。
表3可知,在整个贮藏期间,单侧透明纸袋、白色无纺布袋、外黄内黑单层纸袋和外黄内黑双层纸袋处理果实可食率变化不显著;不套袋、60目尼龙网袋、绿色单层纸袋、白色单层纸袋处理果实,在贮藏60 d时可食率显著升高。在贮藏0~15 d时,不同处理间果实可食率差异显著,而贮藏30~60 d时差异不显著,说明不同套袋处理可食率差异主要由贮藏前期果皮失重导致。贮藏期间,不套袋、白色单层纸袋处理果实的出汁率变化不显著,变异系数相对较小(分别为3.99%、4.74%);而其他处理贮藏期间出汁率均不同幅度显著降低,其中绿色单层纸袋、外黄内黑单层纸袋、单侧透明纸袋处理的出汁率变异系数相对较大(分别为11.68%、12.15%、13.52%),且贮藏60 d时的果肉含水率显著降低。
表4可知,贮藏0~30 d时,白色无纺布袋、绿色单层纸袋处理果实TSS含量逐渐降低,而其他处理果实TSS含量则不同幅度升高后逐渐降低;贮藏30~60 d时,所有处理果实TSS含量均随贮藏时间延长呈逐渐升高趋势。贮藏0~60 d时,外黄内黑单层纸袋、外黄内黑双层纸袋处理果实TA含量呈逐渐升高趋势;CK及其他套袋处理TA含量呈先降低后升高趋势。另外,CK处理果实贮藏期间TA含量差异不显著,而套袋处理果实贮藏期间TA含量差异显著,且各处理TA含量变异系数为8.02%~22.19%。由此可见,采前套袋处理能够影响果实采后贮藏期间的有机酸代谢,且套袋果实采后贮藏期间存在明显“返酸”现象,同时“返酸”现象发生时间及程度受果袋类型的影响。
TSS/TA是评价果实风味品质的重要指标。采后贮藏期间,不套袋、80目尼龙网袋、白色无纺布袋处理果实的TSS/TA差异不显著(表4)。贮藏0~15 d时,除外黄内黑双层纸袋处理外,其他处理果实的TSS/TA均不同幅度升高,其中绿色单层纸袋、白色单层纸袋、60目尼龙网袋处理果实的TSS/TA分别显著升高24.65%、47.39%、53.26%。贮藏30 d时单侧透明纸袋、白色单层纸袋、外黄内黑双层纸袋、外黄内黑单层纸袋、60目尼龙网袋处理果实的TSS/TA较贮藏15 d时分别降低15.65%、23.73%、25.88%、26.02%、31.08%,且差异显著(P<0.05)。贮藏30~60 d时,绿色单层纸袋处理果实的TSS/TA较贮藏45 d时显著升高,而其他处理果实的TSS/TA差异不显著。
表5可知,不套袋处理果实可溶性糖含量随贮藏时间的延长呈逐渐升高趋势;而套袋处理果实可溶性糖含量呈动态变化趋势。贮藏0~15 d时,不套袋及套袋处理果实可溶性糖含量均呈不同幅度升高。60目尼龙网袋、单侧透明纸袋、外黄内黑双层纸袋处理果实贮藏15 d时,80目尼龙网袋、外黄内黑单层纸袋处理果实贮藏30 d时,白色无纺布袋、绿色单层纸袋、白色单层纸袋处理果实贮藏45 d时,可溶性糖含量达到最大值。从整体来看,贮藏期间不同处理果实可溶性糖含量变异系数为13.54%~24.86%,其中外黄内黑双层纸袋处理变异系数最大(24.86%),其次为外黄内黑单层纸袋处理(24.16%)。
表5可知,贮藏期间不同处理果实可溶性蛋白、Vc含量均呈动态变化趋势。在整个贮藏期间,60目尼龙网袋、单侧透明纸袋处理可溶性蛋白含量差异不显著;而其他处理果实贮藏60 d时的可溶性蛋白含量较贮藏0 d时均显著降低(P<0.05)。从整体来看,果实采后贮藏期间可溶性蛋白含量变化较大,变异系数为12.75%~45.56%。外黄内黑双层纸袋、80目尼龙网袋、白色无纺布袋处理,果实贮藏期间Vc含量差异显著,分别于贮藏15、45、60 d时最高。
采用隶属函数法对果实采后贮藏品质进行综合评价,鉴于上述10项果实品质指标对贮藏性有正面也有负面影响,因此选取可食率、出汁率、果肉含水率、TSS含量、TSS/TA、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、Vc含量等8项指标,通过隶属函数法分别计算隶属函数值;失重率和TA含量2项指标,采用反隶属函数法计算隶属函数值,最终计算所有指标隶属函数平均值即为综合得分。分别计算不同处理贮藏15、30、45、60 d时的综合得分,综合得分值越大,综合品质越好;反之则越差。
图2可知,不套袋、80目尼龙网袋处理果实贮藏30 d时的综合得分最高(分别为0.72、0.68),该贮藏时期不套袋果实的可食率、TSS/TA、Vc含量等指标最高,且TA含量最低;而80目尼龙网袋处理果实的TSS含量和可溶性糖含量相对较高(表3~表5)。绿色单层纸袋、白色无纺布袋处理果实贮藏45 d时的综合得分最高(0.67、0.65),其中绿色单层纸袋处理果实TSS/TA和可溶性蛋白含量较高,且TA含量最低;白色无纺布袋处理果实的出汁率和果肉含水率较高(图2表3~表5)。从整体来看,白色单层纸袋处理果实的综合得分随贮藏时间的延长呈逐渐升高趋势,其中贮藏45、60 d时的综合得分均高于其他处理;其平均综合得分(0.65)高于不套袋和其他套袋处理,且综合得分变异系数(5.14%)最小(图2表6)。说明白色单层纸袋处理果实采后贮藏期间综合品质相对较高,品质变化幅度较小,较耐贮藏。
套袋主要通过改变果袋内微环境的光照、温度、湿度等因素,对果实生长发育及物质代谢进行调控,从而影响果实品质[16]。诸多研究表明,采前套袋处理会对果实质量和果皮厚度产生影响,但影响效果存在争论。有研究发现,套袋能够有效提高金兰柚[17-18]、蜜橘[19]单果质量和果皮厚度,而另有研究表明套袋能够降低纽荷尔脐橙[20]、马家柚[8]、金沙柚[9]、三红柚和琯溪蜜柚[10]单果质量,对金桔蜜柚[21]、广丰马家柚[22]单果质量无显著影响,但显著降低果皮厚度;而套袋对马来西亚蜜柚果实质量和果皮厚度无影响[12]。本研究发现,不同套袋处理对东试早柚单果质量和果皮厚度有正面和负面影响,这可能是由于不同类型果袋内温度、湿度、光照、气等条件差异影响果实的生长发育导致[23-24]。白色单层纸袋处理的单果质量显著增加,原因可能是白色单层纸袋形成的微环境有利于果实生长和物质的积累。
果实内在品质是决定果实商品性优劣的关键,诸多研究表明套袋对果实内在品质既有正面也有负面影响。有研究表明,套袋降低金兰柚[18]、塔罗科血橙[25]、三红柚和琯溪蜜柚[7]的可溶性固形物、可溶性糖含量及固酸比,可能是由于套袋形成高温高湿和弱光环境,提高了果实的呼吸强度,使得碳水化合物的消耗增加,同时果实中同化物的分配和积累受到影响[26-27]。也有研究发现,套袋能够提高椪柑[5]、青皮红心柚[11]、爱媛28[28]的可溶性固形物含量,降低可滴定酸和Vc含量[29-30],从而提高固酸比和糖酸比。推测由于套袋改变袋内果实所处环境的温度、湿度,导致果实蔗糖合成相关基因表达水平上调,增强果实对同化物的调运能力,从而促进光合产物在果实中的积累导致;并且通过柠檬酸合成和降解相关基因表达水平来调控柠檬酸含量,导致果实内在品质的提升[528]。本研究发现,不同类型果袋套袋对东试早柚果实内在品质有正面效应也有负面效应,推测可能由于不同类型果袋形成的微环境差异,进而影响果实内在品质的形成。外黄内黑单层和双层纸袋处理果实总酸含量显著降低,其原因可能由于果袋透气性差,果袋内温度的升高加快酸的降解以及合成酸的能力降低[20],导致果实中酸含量较低,从而提升果实内在品质。
贮藏品质是决定果实商品性和货架期的重要因素,而失重率是一项重要果实贮藏品质评价指标,不仅反映果实失水状况,还间接反映果实的呼吸强度[31-32]。本研究发现,果实失重率随着贮藏时间延长而逐渐升高,除单侧透明纸袋处理外的其他处理果实失重率均低于不套袋处理,这与林燕金等[33]、黄成思等[34]关于套袋能够延缓黄金蜜柚、金沙柚果实失重的研究结果类似。前人研究表明,套袋能够改变果皮结构[35-36]。果实水分散失主要通过皮孔和角质层裂缝,而果实套袋后果皮表面皮孔数量减少,使得果实在贮藏期间不易失水[37]。单侧透明纸袋处理果实失重率较高,说明其果皮更容易失水。在同一贮藏时期,不同套袋处理间果肉含水率差异不显著;而贮藏45~60 d时,单侧透明纸袋、绿色单层纸袋、外黄内黑单层纸袋处理果实果肉含水率显著降低,这可能是由于随着呼吸强度的增加,果肉组织细胞膜被破坏,束缚水转为自由水被蒸发耗散,导致含水率降低[38],也意味着果肉组织衰老粒化。
采后贮藏过程中,果实通过呼吸作用维持正常生命活动,糖、有机酸、蛋白质等物质作为底物逐渐被消耗。贮藏前期可溶性糖含量均不同幅度升高,是由于非糖物质在相关酶作用下转化成糖类;随着贮藏时间的延长,由于果肉组织呼吸作用的不断消耗,以及糖在转运蛋白的作用下向果皮运输,用于维持果皮的生命活动,最终导致含糖量降低[39-41]。贮藏期间,果实中酸含量随贮藏时间的延长呈先降低后升高的趋势,这与琯溪蜜柚[42]、沙田柚[43]贮藏过程中有机酸含量变化规律相似,这可能是由于柠檬酸的异常积累[44],最终导致果实“返酸”现象。可溶性固形物含量整体呈升高趋势,这与谭李梅等[45]的研究结果类似,其原因可能是随着呼吸强度的增加,多糖的水解使得可溶性固形物质量分数升高[46]。采后贮藏期间果肉组织中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、总酸含量变异系数较大,这是由于贮藏过程中糖、有机酸、蛋白质等物质作为呼吸底物逐渐被消耗,致使其含量始终处于动态变化中,最终导致贮藏期间果实品质的动态变化[47]。综合评价结果表明,白色单层纸袋套袋处理果实贮藏期间综合品质变化幅度较小,且综合品质保持相对较高;而其他套袋处理果实贮藏品质均低于不套袋处理,且贮藏品质变化幅度较大。
综上所述,套袋不仅影响东试早柚果实采收品质,还影响采后贮藏性。采用外黄内黑单层纸袋和外黄内黑单层纸袋进行果实套袋,采收时果实综合品质高于不套袋处理,但采后综合品质变化幅度较大且不耐贮藏;而白色单层纸袋套袋处理果实采收时综合品质略低于不套袋处理,但采后综合品质变化幅度较小,耐贮藏性较好。
