Organic fertilizer can effectively improve soil fertility and microbial diversity, as well as metabolic activity, in facility cultivation. It can also alleviate problems such as water-heat imbalance, soil secondary salinization, acid-base imbalance, reduced microbial diversity, and insufficient nutrient supply in facility greenhouses. Currently, however, research on organic fertilizers mostly focuses on open fields and field crops, and most studies use animal manure as the organic fertilizer. This study selected Hainan coir organic fertilizer and bio-enzyme-active bacterial fertilizer as bottom fertilizers. High-throughput sequencing technology was used to study how different bottom fertilizers and their dosages affect soil nutrient and microbial changes in facility greenhouses. The goal was to identify effective fertilization methods for improving soil. The results showed that: (1) The application of 14 286 kg/hm2 of coir organic fertilizer effectively improved soil pH, organic matter, total nitrogen, effective phosphorus, and quick-acting potassium. The bio-enzyme-activated bacterial fertilizer improved the soil's total nitrogen, effective phosphorus, and quick-acting potassium levels, but the effect was weaker than that of the coir organic fertilizer. The CK indicators were generally lower than the pre-planting levels. (2) The number of soil bacterial OTUs generally decreased after planting. However, organic fertilizer treatments, especially bioenzyme treatments, could partially restore or enhance microbial diversity. Coconut coir organic fertilizer was more conducive to the proliferation of beneficial bacterial flora, such as Rhizobiales and Paecilomyces spp. WSH L07. Bioenzyme-activated bacterial fertilizers had an effect on Sphingomonadales, Rhodospirillales, and Aspergillus terreus.

有机肥能有效提高设施栽培土壤肥力、微生物多样性及其代谢活性,能有效缓解设施大棚生产存在的水热失衡、土壤次生盐渍化、酸碱失调、微生物多样性降低、养分供应不足等问题,然而,目前有机肥研究对象多为露地和大田作物,且多使用动物粪便有机肥。本研究选用海南椰糠有机肥和生物酵素·活性菌肥为底肥,利用高通量测序技术,研究不同底肥及其用量对设施大棚土壤养分和微生物变化的影响,以筛选土壤改良的有效施肥方法。结果表明:(1)14 286 kg/hm2椰糠有机肥施用量在提升土壤pH、有机质、全氮、有效磷和速效钾方面效果显著;生物酵素·活性菌肥在土壤全氮、有效磷和速效钾等指标上具有改善作用,但整体效果弱于椰糠有机肥;CK的各项指标普遍低于种植前水平。(2)种植后的土壤细菌OTUs数量普遍下降,但有机肥处理,尤其是生物酵素处理可部分恢复或提升微生物多样性,椰糠有机肥更利于根瘤菌目(Rhizobiales)拟青霉属WSH L07(Paecilomyces sp. WSH L07)等有益菌群增殖;生物酵素·活性菌肥对鞘氨醇单胞菌目(Sphingomonadales)、红螺菌目(Rhodospirillales)及土曲霉(Aspergillus terreus)的丰度提升效果更好。总体而言,不同基肥及施用量对土壤微生物的基本种类影响不大,但对丰度的影响较明显,椰糠有机肥及施用量为14 286 kg/hm2时,对设施大棚土壤肥力的改良效果较好。

有机肥能有效提高设施栽培土壤肥力、微生物多样性及其代谢活性,能有效缓解设施大棚生产存在的水热失衡、土壤次生盐渍化、酸碱失调、微生物多样性降低、养分供应不足等问题,然而,目前有机肥研究对象多为露地和大田作物,且多使用动物粪便有机肥。本研究选用海南椰糠有机肥和生物酵素·活性菌肥为底肥,利用高通量测序技术,研究不同底肥及其用量对设施大棚土壤养分和微生物变化的影响,以筛选土壤改良的有效施肥方法。结果表明:(1)14 286 kg/hm2椰糠有机肥施用量在提升土壤pH、有机质、全氮、有效磷和速效钾方面效果显著;生物酵素·活性菌肥在土壤全氮、有效磷和速效钾等指标上具有改善作用,但整体效果弱于椰糠有机肥;CK的各项指标普遍低于种植前水平。(2)种植后的土壤细菌OTUs数量普遍下降,但有机肥处理,尤其是生物酵素处理可部分恢复或提升微生物多样性,椰糠有机肥更利于根瘤菌目(Rhizobiales)拟青霉属WSH L07(Paecilomyces sp. WSH L07)等有益菌群增殖;生物酵素·活性菌肥对鞘氨醇单胞菌目(Sphingomonadales)、红螺菌目(Rhodospirillales)及土曲霉(Aspergillus terreus)的丰度提升效果更好。总体而言,不同基肥及施用量对土壤微生物的基本种类影响不大,但对丰度的影响较明显,椰糠有机肥及施用量为14 286 kg/hm2时,对设施大棚土壤肥力的改良效果较好。

Organic fertilizer can effectively improve soil fertility and microbial diversity, as well as metabolic activity, in facility cultivation. It can also alleviate problems such as water-heat imbalance, soil secondary salinization, acid-base imbalance, reduced microbial diversity, and insufficient nutrient supply in facility greenhouses. Currently, however, research on organic fertilizers mostly focuses on open fields and field crops, and most studies use animal manure as the organic fertilizer. This study selected Hainan coir organic fertilizer and bio-enzyme-active bacterial fertilizer as bottom fertilizers. High-throughput sequencing technology was used to study how different bottom fertilizers and their dosages affect soil nutrient and microbial changes in facility greenhouses. The goal was to identify effective fertilization methods for improving soil. The results showed that: (1) The application of 14 286 kg/hm2 of coir organic fertilizer effectively improved soil pH, organic matter, total nitrogen, effective phosphorus, and quick-acting potassium. The bio-enzyme-activated bacterial fertilizer improved the soil's total nitrogen, effective phosphorus, and quick-acting potassium levels, but the effect was weaker than that of the coir organic fertilizer. The CK indicators were generally lower than the pre-planting levels. (2) The number of soil bacterial OTUs generally decreased after planting. However, organic fertilizer treatments, especially bioenzyme treatments, could partially restore or enhance microbial diversity. Coconut coir organic fertilizer was more conducive to the proliferation of beneficial bacterial flora, such as Rhizobiales and Paecilomyces spp. WSH L07. Bioenzyme-activated bacterial fertilizers had an effect on Sphingomonadales, Rhodospirillales, and Aspergillus terreus.

土壤是作物赖以生存的基础,是作物高效、优质、安全、可持续生产的保证,其质量直接关乎农业生态系统的可持续发展。在集约化农业背景下,化学投入品滥用引发的土壤退化问题日益凸显,包括微生物区系失衡、盐渍化加剧及土传病害频发等。因此,提高土壤肥力、改善土壤质量是当前土壤改良的重要方向之一。土壤改良的方法很多,如减少化肥和农药的使用,采用合理的耕作、灌溉制度等。其中,施用生物有机肥是最重要的改良措施之一。研究表明,有机-无机协同调控策略可有效改善土壤健康,如化肥减量30%配施生物有机肥可使土壤速效养分提升17%~24%,同时显著优化细菌/真菌比值[1]。有机肥配施生物菌肥能显著提升土壤中速效养分和酶活性,改善土壤微生物结构,丰富细菌多样性,有助于降低设施蔬菜土传病害的发生[2]。蒋永梅等[3]研究发现,不同施肥处理下土壤微生物生物量与微生物数量存在一定程度的正相关关系,70%化肥+微生物肥料对青梗花椰菜生长具有良好的促进效果。骆晓声等[4]研究发现,在华北冬小麦和夏玉米轮作农田中施用炭基肥,可以显著提高土壤有机碳和全氮含量,并提高土壤酶活性和多数优势真菌门类的相对丰度,从而对作物产量的提高起到积极作用。同样,国外也有很多关于施肥对土壤微生物多样性影响的相关研究[5-7]
大多数的有机肥研究是基于露地和大田作物,而且是对动物粪便有机肥的研究。随着我国设施农业的快速发展,动物粪肥连续施用带来的如重金属、抗生素等危害被发现[8],植物源有机肥因其有规避动物粪肥风险的优势,逐渐成为土壤改良研究的焦点。周勋勋等[9]用不同比例的烟沫有机肥替代化肥,发现烟沫有机肥可以显著改变土壤微生物结构,增加土壤中硝化细菌和氨化细菌的数量,从而促进玉米生长。利用当地特色植物制成的有机肥,不仅能够有效调节土壤结构,提升土壤肥力,还能充分挖掘植物的潜在价值,实现资源高效利用和可持续发展。因此,本研究选用海南椰糠有机肥、活性生物菌肥为底肥,研究不同底肥种类和用量对设施大棚土壤养分和土壤微生物变化的影响,以筛选海南设施大棚土壤改良的有效方法。
试验地点为海南省三亚市天涯区凤凰镇妙林洋设施蔬菜基地。
选用生物酵素·活性菌肥(A,河北承德磐丰酵素菌有限公司)、海南椰糠有机肥(B,海南文昌腾达生物科技有限公司)2种有机肥作基肥,以复合肥(N-P2O5-K2O配比为15-15-15)为对照,共7个处理:(1)复合肥405 kg/hm2(CK);(2)生物酵素·活性菌肥9524 kg/hm2(A1);(3)生物酵素·活性菌肥14 286 kg/hm2(A2);(4)生物酵素·活性菌肥19 048 kg/hm2(A3);(5)椰糠有机肥9524 kg/hm2(B1);(6)椰糠有机肥14 286 kg/hm2(B2);(7)椰糠有机肥19 048 kg/hm2(B3)。
采用多点法分别取前茬休耕后基肥施用前土壤和种植豇豆采收后0~20 cm深各处理土壤样本,于-80 ℃下保存,备用。
土壤有机质(OM)含量采用重铬酸钾外加热法测定;全氮(TN)含量采用半微量凯氏定氮法测定;碱解氮(AN)含量采用碱解扩散法测定;有效磷(AP)含量采用Bray-l法(0.03 mol/L氟化铵–0.025 mol/L盐酸提取)-钼锑抗比色法测定;速效钾(AK)含量采用NH4OAc浸提-火焰光度计法测定[10]
采用高通量测序的方式对土壤细菌与真菌进行测定分析。分别称取各处理土壤样本,按照土壤基因组DNA提取试剂盒HiPure Soil DNA Kits说明书提取土壤中的DNA。
以341F(5′-CCTAYGGGRBGCASCAG-3′)和806R(5′-GGACTACNNGGGTATCTAAT-3′)为引物,扩增土壤细菌16S rRNA的V3+V4区;以ITS1F(5′-GATGAAGAACGYAGYRAA-3′)和ITS2R(5′-TCCTCCGCTTATTGATATGC-3′)以引物,扩增土壤真菌ITS序列的ITS2区域。PCR扩增体系:KOD酶扩增体系(50 μL)。然后通过2%琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测PCR产物的纯度及浓度。采用illumina MiSeq测序仪与illumina建库试剂盒对得到的片段建库测序,测序策略为PE250。
采用高通量测序技术检测细菌基因V3+V4区域、真菌基因ITS区域。对PCR产物进行测序,拼接成tag,采用Mothur(v.1.34.0)软件在0.03距离(相似度为97%)进行OTU聚类、Alpha多样性分析和Beta多样性分析,采用R语言进行典型相关分析(CCA)。
采用Microsoft Excel 2013软件对土壤基本养分数据进行整理。利用SPSS Statistics 21.0软件,采用LSD法对数据进行差异显著性分析。
土壤养分测定结果表明,种植后施用椰糠有机肥的各处理土壤pH相较于种植前土壤(P)及CK均有所升高,且B2、B3与P、CK均达显著差异;而施用生物酵素·活性菌肥的各处理与P均无显著差异,但A1、A2显著高于CK;CK相较于P有所降低,但二者间未达显著差异(图1A)。
施用椰糠有机肥的处理中,B2处理的土壤有机质含量极显著高于P,B1、B2显著高于CK;施用生物酵素·活性菌肥A1、A2、A3处理的土壤有机质含量均与P、CK无显著差异;CK相较于P降低1.57%,且CK与P无显著差异;B1、B2、A2处理的土壤有机质含量显著高于CK,其他处理组与CK无显著差异。施用椰糠有机肥B1、B2、B3处理的全氮含量相较于P及CK均显著提高;施用生物酵素·活性菌肥的处理A2、A3的全氮含量显著高于P及CK,而A1与P、CK无显著差异;另外,CK相较于P全氮含量下降2.43%,但二者间无显著差异(图1B)。
相较于P,种植后各处理的碱解氮含量显著降低,但均高于CK,其中B1、B2处理与CK达显著差异。施用椰糠有机肥的各处理中,B2处理的有效磷含量与P、CK均达显著差异,B1、B3处理与P、CK间无显著差异;施用生物酵素·活性菌肥的各处理中,A1、A3处理的有效磷含量均显著高于P、CK,而A2与P、CK间均无显著差异,B2显著高于A1、A3,P与CK无显著差异。种植后各处理的速效钾含量均显著高于P,施用椰糠有机肥的各处理中,B1处理的速效钾含量与CK无显著差异,B2、B3处理均显著高于CK,其中B2处理的速效钾含量最高;施用生物酵素·活性菌肥的各处理中,A1处理的速效钾含量与CK差异不显著,A2、A3处理显著高于CK,B2处理与B3、A2处理均存在显著差异,而与A3处理无显著差异,但含量略高于A3处理(图1C)。
从土壤样本中提取DNA后,采用带有barcode的特异引物341F/806R(细菌16S rRNA)、ITS1F/ITS2R(真菌ITS rRNA)进行扩增,经过扩增产物回收与定量、文库构建、测序,并对原始测序数据进行过滤、PE reads拼接等。基于0.03距离(即相似度为97%),将tags进行OTU(operating taxonomic unit)聚类,在目水平共发现231个细菌OTUs,在种水平有348个真菌OTUs。其中,种植前土壤(P)与3种肥料处理土壤样本中,在目水平共有174个细菌OTUs(图2),在种水平共有105个真菌OTUs(图3)。
在目水平上,不同基肥处理土壤样本的细菌组成相似,但有些细菌的组成比例存在较为明显的变化(图4A)。如所有处理的黄单胞菌目(Xanthomonadales)相对丰度均高于种植前土壤(P),而生物酵素·活性菌肥处理(A)和椰糠有机肥处理(B)的相对丰度均低于CK;鞘氨醇单胞菌目(Sphingomonadales)的丰度呈相似变化趋势,且在生物酵·活性菌肥处理中表现明显富集现象,其中A2与A3处理的增幅尤为突出。在种水平上,不同基肥处理的土壤真菌组成群落相似,但有些真菌的相对丰度变化较为明显(图4B)。与CK相比,Paecilomyces sp. WSH L07与土曲霉(Aspergillus terreus)在施肥处理中的相对丰度表现出明显富集趋势;毛壳菌属(Chaetomium incomptum)的相对丰度在A3和B2处理中维持较高水平;草酸青霉(Penicillium oxalicum)在椰糠有机肥处理(B)中的丰度明显上升,而CK中几乎不可见。
与种植前土壤(P)相比,生物酵素·活性菌肥处理(A1~A3)与椰糠有机肥作基肥处理(B1~B3)的鞘氨醇单胞菌目(Sphingomonadales)和红螺菌目(Rhodospirillales)细菌的相对丰度均明显增加,其中A2、A3处理的鞘氨醇单胞菌目相对丰度明显高于其他处理,而红螺菌目以A3处理的相对丰度最高,另外,B3处理的根瘤菌目(Rhizobiales)相对丰度明显高于其他处理,而A1处理的硝化螺旋菌目相对丰度明显高于其他处理;CK的鞘氨醇单胞菌目、红螺菌目相对丰度增加,而根瘤菌目、硝化螺旋菌目相对丰度降低。与CK相比,A2、A3处理的鞘氨醇单胞菌目相对丰度明显增加,其他处理则表现为不同程度的降低;A1、A2、A3、B2处理的红螺菌目相对丰度增加,而B1、B3处理则表现为降低;所有有机肥处理中的根瘤菌目、硝化螺旋菌目相对丰度均增加,其中以B3处理的根瘤菌目相对丰度最大,A1处理的硝化螺旋菌目相对丰度最大。与种植前土壤相比,A2、A3、B2处理的放线菌目(Actinomycetales)相对丰度增加,并且A3>B2>A2,而CK、A1、B1、B3处理的相对丰度下降;种植后各处理的黄单胞菌目(Xanthomonadales)相对丰度明显增加,CK、A 2、A 3、B 1处理的伯克霍尔德菌目(Burkholderiales)相对丰度增加,而A1、B2、B3处理的基本不变;与CK相比,A1、B1处理放线菌目的相对丰度明显下降。各有机肥处理的黄单胞菌目相对丰度均明显降低,其中以B3最低;除A3、B1处理的伯克霍尔德菌目相对丰度明显增加外,A1、A2、B2、B3处理均表现为降低,其中以A1、B2最低(图5A)。
相较于种植前的土壤,种植后各处理土壤中简毛壳菌(Chaetomium incomptum)的相对丰度明显降低,但施用有机肥处理的相对丰度高于CK;种植后各处理CK的棘孢木霉(Trichoderma asperellum)、草酸青霉(Penicillium oxalicum)、拟青霉属WSH L07(Paecilomyces sp. WSH L07)、土曲霉(Aspergillus terreus)的相对丰度有所提高,有机肥处理的棘孢木霉、草酸青霉的相对丰度均低于CK,但拟青霉属WSH L07、土曲霉的相对丰度高于CK,其中,B2处理的拟青霉属WSH L07相对丰度最高,而A3处理的土曲霉相对丰度最高(图5B)。
种植后各处理土壤细菌OTUs数量相较种植前均有不同程度的降低,与CK相比,生物酵素·活性菌肥处理的细菌OTUs数量均增加,尤以A3处理的OTUs数最大,而椰糠有机肥处理中的B2略有减少。Chao1指数、ACE指数均以A3处理的最高,而B2处理则最低。Shannon指数能较好地反映样本中的细菌OTUs丰富程度,其中以种植前土壤中的细菌丰富程度最高,而以生物酵素·活性菌肥A3处理中的细菌丰富度最低;种植后生物酵素·活性菌肥处理组A1、A2和椰糠有机肥处理B2、B3均高于CK(表1)。
与种植前相比,种植后各处理土壤的真菌OTUs数量变化不一,其中B2处理的增幅最大;除A1处理外,其余处理的Shannon指数均增加。与CK相比,生物酵素·活性菌肥处理A1、A2、A3的真菌OTUs数量分别降低28.86%、3.72%、16.20%;椰糠有机肥组中B1降低,B2、B3分别增加24.95%、16.01%;除A1、B1处理的Shannon指数稍有下降外,其余处理均增加。Chao1指数与ACE指数均以B2处理最高,A1处理最低(表2)。
通过对土壤微生物与土壤营养成分进行CCA分析显示,速效钾(AK)对土壤细菌群落分布变化的影响最大,尤其对B2处理影响较大,且二者呈正相关(图6A)。碱解氮(AN)对土壤真菌群落分布变化的影响最大,尤其对A1处理影响较大,且二者呈正相关(图6B)。
本研究结果表明施用有机肥有助于补充土壤有机质,与高萍[11]、周瑞春等[12]的研究结果一致。化肥不含有机质,施用化肥并不能直接增加土壤有机质,但张爱君等[13]研究表明施用化肥在一定程度上基本可维持土壤有机质含量的稳定。因此,与种植前相比,CK的土壤有机质含量并未显著下降。而本研究中生物酵素·活性菌肥处理组的土壤有机质增减不一,可能受其中微生物作用的影响,而微生物活动又受土壤酸碱度等其他因素的影响,其影响机理还需进一步研究与探索。彭先容等[14]研究表明,施用有机肥能增加土壤的碱解氮、有效磷和速效钾含量。王望等[15]则研究表明,在未施有机肥的条件下,施用较低量的无机氮,可能无法完全补偿植物根际土壤因作物吸收而流失的碱解氮。本研究中种植后各处理的土壤碱解氮含量均低于种植前,可能是豇豆生产中对氮的需求量大,土壤中可吸收氮素消耗过多,而有机肥矿化率不足以满足其需求所致。另外,与种植前相比,种植后有机肥处理的土壤有效磷和速效钾含量均有不同程度上升,表明施用有机肥有助于增强土壤中的速效成分[16]。种植后土壤pH的变化有差异,但椰糠有机肥处理组的pH均高于种植前,说明椰糠有机肥对改善土壤酸性有一定作用。这与郭慧婷等[17]、邹刚华等[18]的研究结果一致。综合种植后7个处理看,除pH外,B2处理的其他土壤营养指标均优于CK,表明椰糠有机肥施用量为14 286 kg/hm2时对土壤养分的提高作用最大。
土壤中的微生物群落结构复杂,不同群落均有其不同的作用,是土壤生态系统中最为活跃的组成部分,前人研究发现90%左右的土壤反应过程均有土壤微生物的参与,可见土壤微生物对土壤生态系统有着不可替代的作用[19-20]。自然环境的变化与人为的农业耕作、施肥等均对土壤中的微生物群落多样性产生一定的影响[21-25]。研究表明,与化肥相比,施用有机肥可以显著提高土壤微生物多样性和优势度,且施用有机肥可以显著改变土壤微生物结构[26-28],抑制某些有害菌群的积累[29-30]
在本研究中,各处理的土壤微生物群落结构表现出不同程度的差异,表明施用有机肥对土壤优势菌群结构比例有一定影响。与施用化肥相比,施用椰糠有机肥与生物酵素·活性菌肥均有利于提高土壤中鞘氨醇单胞菌目、红螺菌目、根瘤菌目及硝化螺旋菌目的相对丰度,其中以施用生物酵素·活性菌肥9524 kg/hm2(A1)及施用椰糠有机肥14 286 kg/hm2(B2)的综合表现最好;而可能在一定程度上抑制黄单胞菌目相对丰度的增加。鞘脂单胞菌、红螺菌、根瘤菌及硝化螺旋菌均参与土壤中的生物固氮过程,在土壤生态系统氮循环中起着十分重要的作用。而黄色单胞菌是一种土壤致病菌,研究发现黄单胞菌属(Xanthomonas)能感染包括水稻、大豆等在内的400多种植物,导致重大经济损失[31-32]
与施用化肥相比,施用有机肥较大程度提高了土壤中有益真菌拟青霉属WSH L07、土曲霉的相对丰度,在简毛壳菌相对丰度的保持上也表现较好,其中以施用生物酵素·活性菌肥19 048 kg/hm2(A3)及施用椰糠有机肥14 286 kg/hm2(B2)的效果较为突出。拟青霉属WSH L07可用于漆酶的生产[33]。漆酶参与木质素的降解及腐殖质的转化[34],并在土壤污染修复中发挥重要作用[35]。很多种类的曲霉对植物都有一定的致病性,而土曲霉对一些植物病原菌具有一定的抑制作用[36]。另外,毛壳菌属(Chaetomium)、棘孢木霉均为生防菌类[37-38],草酸青霉具有溶解土壤中的难溶磷的作用[39],这些真菌对维持土壤健康具有重要意义。
土壤中微生物群落结构受土壤养分的影响,且不同的土壤养分可能通过正向或负向影响微生物群落结构的变化。本研究结果表明,速效钾对土壤细菌群落分布的变化具有显著影响,尤其是B2处理中,速效钾含量与细菌群落分布呈正相关。已有研究也证明,速效钾是塑造土壤细菌群落结构的关键因素。如在针叶林土壤中,细菌群落与速效钾呈正相关[40];在柑橘园土壤中,细菌丰度与速效钾呈显著正相关[41]。本研究中,碱解氮对土壤真菌群落的影响更为突出,尤其对A1处理的影响最大,二者呈正相关。程跃扬等[42]的研究也证明,在农田土壤中,碱解氮与真菌功能类群呈显著正相关,且碱解氮被确定为影响真菌功能类群的最主要生态因子。在盐碱地里,碱解氮也是土壤真菌群落变化的核心因素[43]
对不同土壤养分作用的评估还需要结合具体的环境背景。已有研究显示,碱解氮对真菌群落的重要性会被其他因子覆盖。在干旱区灌溉试验中,速效钾对真菌群落的影响(r2=0.804)超过碱解氮[44];西双版纳土壤中碱解氮对微生物影响显著,而鼎湖山土壤中速效钾的作用更突出[45]。土壤养分对土壤微生物群落分布的影响,不仅取决于其种类与浓度,还与养分比例、输入方式及环境条件密切相关。这些因素的共同作用使得不同养分对微生物类群产生差异性甚至相反的调控效应,最终形成复杂的群落结构动态。
本研究结果表明,施用有机肥可显著提升土壤养分含量并优化微生物群落结构。在土壤养分方面,有机肥可有效补充有机质,提升速效磷、速效钾含量,并通过微生物活动维持氮素平衡,其中椰糠有机肥施用量为14 286 kg/hm2时,综合效果最佳,且对缓解土壤酸化具有积极作用。化肥虽能维持有机质稳定,但无法直接补充有机质或速效养分。
在微生物群落方面,有机肥可显著提高有益菌群丰度,抑制致病菌,如黄单胞菌目。同时促进有益真菌的增殖,优化土壤微生态功能。土壤养分与微生物群落存在显著互作关系,速效钾是调控细菌群落的核心因子,而碱解氮对真菌群落的影响更突出。然而,养分对微生物的作用受环境背景、养分输入方式及养分比例的复杂调控,需结合具体条件进行分析。
综上,合理施用椰糠有机肥不仅能提升土壤肥力,还可通过调控微生物群落增强土壤生态功能,为可持续农业实践提供科学范式。
