The effects of spraying different combinations of plant growth regulators and foliar fertilizers at the appropriate fruit-setting time on the fruit expansion and quality of seedless fruits of Tainong No.1 mango were studied to provide a scientific basis for the high-quality and high-yield cultivation techniques of seedless fruits of Tainong No.1 mango, and to offer a reference for the scientific application of fertilizers for the expansion of seedless fruits of other small-and medium-sized mangoes. From 2022 to 2024, the seedless fruits of Tainong No.1 mango were used and four foliar spraying treatment schemes were set up, the control group (CK) with foliar fertilizer, T1 treatment with gibberellic acid + foliar fertilizer, T2 treatment with gibberellic acid + plant growth regulator + foliar fertilizer, and T3 treatment with compound plant growth regulator product + foliar fertilizer. The growth and development and fruit quality indicators of the seedless fruits were measured and analyzed. The results showed that when the fruits were 6-10 mm in size, spraying gibberellic acid + plant growth regulator + foliar fertilizer four times, the single-fruit weight of green fruits in T1 and T3 treatments was greater than 100 g, while the average single-fruit weight of green fruits in CK was 67.55 g, and the fruit-expanding effect was obvious. Among them, the average single-fruit weight of green fruits in T3 treatment increased by 98.98% compared with CK. T1 and T3 treatments significantly increased the calcium content. T1 and T3 treatments significantly decreased the average density, weight loss rate, total acid content, and vitamin C content of green fruits. T1 and T3 treatments had no significant effect on the fruit shape index. T2 treatment significantly decreased the soluble solid content, while T1 and T3 treatments had no significant effect on the soluble solid content. T1 and T3 treatments significantly increased the solid-acid ratio. Among them, T1 treatment significantly increased the solid-acid ratio, which was 45.34% higher than CK, and T2 treatment had no significant effect on the solid-acid ratio. T1 and T3 treatments significantly increased the magnesium content, while T2 treatment had no significant effect on the magnesium content. T1 and T2 treatments significantly decreased the potassium content, while T3 treatment had no significant effect on the potassium content. No residues of the used plant growth regulators were detected in the fruits. 1 mango in each treatment. Comprehensive score of the fruit quality of the fruits revealed the fruit quality of T1 treatment was the best, followed by T3 treatment. However, the single-fruit weight of T1 treatment after full ripening was less than 100 g, which could not fully meet the market's requirement for single-fruit weight. The fertilizer combination of T3 treatment is recommended for the production of seedless fruits of Tainong No.1 mango.

本研究通过探索在坐果适当时机喷施不同植物生长调节剂+叶面肥药肥组合对台农1号芒果无胚果果实膨大及品质的影响,为台农1号芒果无胚果优质高产栽培技术提供科学依据,为其他中小型芒果无胚果科学膨大用药肥提供参考。2022—2024年,以台农1号芒果无胚果作为试验材料,设置4个叶面喷施处理方案:(1)对照(CK),喷施叶面肥;(2)T1处理,喷施赤霉酸(GA3)+叶面肥;(3)T2处理,喷施GA3+植物生长调节剂+叶面肥;(4)T3处理,喷施复配植物生长调节剂成品+叶面肥,测定和分析台农1号芒果无胚果生长发育及果实品质指标。结果表明:在果实纵径6~10 mm开始连续喷施GA3+植物生长调节剂+叶面肥4次,成熟后T1~T3处理的青果单果质量均大于100 g,而CK青果单果质量为67.55 g,膨果效果明显,其中T3处理青果单果质量较CK提高98.98%;T1~T3处理显著提高钙含量;T1~T3处理显著降低青果果实密度、失重率、总酸含量、维生素C含量;T1~T3处理对果形指数影响不显著;T2处理显著降低可溶性固形物含量,T1、T3处理对可溶性固形物含量影响不显著;T1、T3处理显著提高固酸比,其中T1处理固酸比较CK显著提高45.34%,T2处理对固酸比影响不显著;T1、T3处理显著提高镁含量,T2处理对镁含量影响不显著;T1、T2处理显著降低钾含量,T3处理对钾含量影响不显著;各处理台农1号芒果无胚果果实均未检出所使用植物生长调节剂残留。根据台农1号芒果无胚果果实品质综合评分,T1处理果实品质最好,其次是T3处理,但T1处理完熟后单果质量低于100 g,不能够完全满足市场对单果质量的要求,综合考虑,在台农1号芒果无胚果生产中推荐应用T3处理的药肥组合。

Impact of Plant Growth Regulators Combined with Foliar Fertilizers on Fruit Expansion and Quality of Seedless Fruits of Tainong No.1 Mango

本研究通过探索在坐果适当时机喷施不同植物生长调节剂+叶面肥药肥组合对台农1号芒果无胚果果实膨大及品质的影响,为台农1号芒果无胚果优质高产栽培技术提供科学依据,为其他中小型芒果无胚果科学膨大用药肥提供参考。2022—2024年,以台农1号芒果无胚果作为试验材料,设置4个叶面喷施处理方案:(1)对照(CK),喷施叶面肥;(2)T1处理,喷施赤霉酸(GA3)+叶面肥;(3)T2处理,喷施GA3+植物生长调节剂+叶面肥;(4)T3处理,喷施复配植物生长调节剂成品+叶面肥,测定和分析台农1号芒果无胚果生长发育及果实品质指标。结果表明:在果实纵径6~10 mm开始连续喷施GA3+植物生长调节剂+叶面肥4次,成熟后T1~T3处理的青果单果质量均大于100 g,而CK青果单果质量为67.55 g,膨果效果明显,其中T3处理青果单果质量较CK提高98.98%;T1~T3处理显著提高钙含量;T1~T3处理显著降低青果果实密度、失重率、总酸含量、维生素C含量;T1~T3处理对果形指数影响不显著;T2处理显著降低可溶性固形物含量,T1、T3处理对可溶性固形物含量影响不显著;T1、T3处理显著提高固酸比,其中T1处理固酸比较CK显著提高45.34%,T2处理对固酸比影响不显著;T1、T3处理显著提高镁含量,T2处理对镁含量影响不显著;T1、T2处理显著降低钾含量,T3处理对钾含量影响不显著;各处理台农1号芒果无胚果果实均未检出所使用植物生长调节剂残留。根据台农1号芒果无胚果果实品质综合评分,T1处理果实品质最好,其次是T3处理,但T1处理完熟后单果质量低于100 g,不能够完全满足市场对单果质量的要求,综合考虑,在台农1号芒果无胚果生产中推荐应用T3处理的药肥组合。

The effects of spraying different combinations of plant growth regulators and foliar fertilizers at the appropriate fruit-setting time on the fruit expansion and quality of seedless fruits of Tainong No.1 mango were studied to provide a scientific basis for the high-quality and high-yield cultivation techniques of seedless fruits of Tainong No.1 mango, and to offer a reference for the scientific application of fertilizers for the expansion of seedless fruits of other small-and medium-sized mangoes. From 2022 to 2024, the seedless fruits of Tainong No.1 mango were used and four foliar spraying treatment schemes were set up, the control group (CK) with foliar fertilizer, T1 treatment with gibberellic acid + foliar fertilizer, T2 treatment with gibberellic acid + plant growth regulator + foliar fertilizer, and T3 treatment with compound plant growth regulator product + foliar fertilizer. The growth and development and fruit quality indicators of the seedless fruits were measured and analyzed. The results showed that when the fruits were 6-10 mm in size, spraying gibberellic acid + plant growth regulator + foliar fertilizer four times, the single-fruit weight of green fruits in T1 and T3 treatments was greater than 100 g, while the average single-fruit weight of green fruits in CK was 67.55 g, and the fruit-expanding effect was obvious. Among them, the average single-fruit weight of green fruits in T3 treatment increased by 98.98% compared with CK. T1 and T3 treatments significantly increased the calcium content. T1 and T3 treatments significantly decreased the average density, weight loss rate, total acid content, and vitamin C content of green fruits. T1 and T3 treatments had no significant effect on the fruit shape index. T2 treatment significantly decreased the soluble solid content, while T1 and T3 treatments had no significant effect on the soluble solid content. T1 and T3 treatments significantly increased the solid-acid ratio. Among them, T1 treatment significantly increased the solid-acid ratio, which was 45.34% higher than CK, and T2 treatment had no significant effect on the solid-acid ratio. T1 and T3 treatments significantly increased the magnesium content, while T2 treatment had no significant effect on the magnesium content. T1 and T2 treatments significantly decreased the potassium content, while T3 treatment had no significant effect on the potassium content. No residues of the used plant growth regulators were detected in the fruits. 1 mango in each treatment. Comprehensive score of the fruit quality of the fruits revealed the fruit quality of T1 treatment was the best, followed by T3 treatment. However, the single-fruit weight of T1 treatment after full ripening was less than 100 g, which could not fully meet the market's requirement for single-fruit weight. The fertilizer combination of T3 treatment is recommended for the production of seedless fruits of Tainong No.1 mango.

台农1号芒果果实外形美观,味香,清甜爽口,纤维极少,果汁多,糖分高,果皮稍厚,较耐炭疽病,耐运输贮藏[1],兼具鲜食、加工的良好特性。截至2023年,台农1号芒果在百色市种植面积约4.10万hm2,占百色芒果总种植面积(约8.58万hm2)的47.67%,是百色芒果的主栽品种,其无胚果凭借风味浓郁、质优、量大等优势,成为全国各大芒果加工企业的首选果品,近年需求量剧增。据调查,加工企业采购一般要求单果质量在100 g以上,而台农1号芒果无胚果在自然生长的情况下,质量普遍仅约30 g[2];同时加工企业也反映,当前部分芒果种植户为追求无胚果单果质量,在生产台农1号芒果无胚果过程中有频繁、超大剂量使用赤霉酸(GA3)、氯吡脲(CPPU)、噻苯隆(TDZ)等植物生长调节剂膨大果实的现象,导致部分无胚果果皮滞绿[3],难以完全后熟,品质风味达不到加工要求,对百色芒果品牌造成一定负面影响。因此,引导果农在台农1号芒果无胚果生产中科学合理地使用植物生产调节剂,是百色台农1号芒果无胚果提质增效的关键。针对此问题,2022—2024年笔者开展喷施不同植物生长调节剂+叶面肥对台农1号芒果无胚果果实膨大及品质影响的研究。
植物生长调节剂对水果果实膨大效果明显,已在葡萄[4]、猕猴桃[5]、无花果[6]、荔枝[7]、芒果等多种水果上广泛应用。近年来有植物生长调节剂在芒果上的应用报道,田庆恒等[8]认为紫花芒果花后喷施4次5.00 mg/kg的0.2% TDZ溶液,对芒果产量和品质的提高效果显著。高兆银等[3,9-10]在贵妃芒果上的研究结果表明,在谢花后15、25、35 d各喷施1次5~10 mg/L TDZ可增加芒果产量,促进果实膨大,增产效果显著;在幼果期喷施10~20 mg/L的CPPU,盛花期后15~50 d果实细胞旺盛分裂期效果最佳,可显著增加单果质量和产量;在采前喷施GA3质量浓度以50 mg/L为宜,可以增加芒果产量、拉长果实、提高果实色泽,对果实品质影响较小,不会诱导果实采后滞绿。郭利军等[2]的研究结果表明CPPU具有诱导单性结实和促进果实膨大的效果,但不合理使用会出现果实品质及风味下降等问题,台农1号芒果在花后7、21 d各喷施1次32 mg/L CPPU能显著提高单果质量,但对果形指数和果实品质影响不明显;黄杰等[11]的研究结果表明在台农1号芒果上使用生长调节剂主要是促进无胚果果实单果质量的增加,芒果总体品质并未得到提高;冯志中等[12-13]的研究结果表明烯效唑+调环酸钙复配在台农1号芒果上表现出良好的控梢效果;在台农1号芒果果实膨大期使用2~8 mL/L CPPU+30 mg/L GA、1~4 mL/L TDZ+30 mg/L GA复配药剂对芒果果实膨大增产效果显著,显著增加果实商品性和可食率。华敏等[14]的研究结果表明在台农1号芒果第一次生理落果期结束前喷施200 mg/L吲熟酯和50 mg/L萘乙酰胺,均有较好的疏果效果,有效提高单果质量,且不影响果实内在品质;钟维[15]提出在台农1号芒果无胚果果实膨大期施用果大块500倍液+GA 600~1500倍液+苄氨基嘌呤(BA)800倍液+金果果补力800倍液+糖醇钙800倍液,7~10 d喷施1次,连续喷施4~5次的用药复配组合,但未验证膨果效果及果实品质情况。
前人的研究多数集中在单一植物生长调节剂或是简单复配单一剂量的作用效果,缺乏对不同植物生长调节剂在不同物候期使用药剂数量及不同浓度组合的具体应用实践研究。在实际生产中,单一植物生长调节剂及简单复配的单一剂量使用往往无法全面满足无胚果膨大和品质提升的需求,需要根据芒果膨大规律调整药剂组合及浓度才能在保证果实品质的基础上得到理想的膨大效果,而复配使用不同调节剂可能产生协同增效或减效作用,需要进行试验验证,此前对此鲜有报道。本研究着重对应用于台农1号芒果无胚果膨果期不同复配组合的植物生产调节剂+叶面肥的实效验证,通过观测、收集台农1号芒果果实生长数据,明确膨果施药时机;在台农1号芒果膨果期适宜时机施用植物生长调节剂+叶面肥不同组合处理,分析其无胚果膨大效果及果实耐贮性、单果质量、密度、失重率、总酸、可溶性固形物、维生素C(Vc)、硼、钙、钾、镁、植物生长调节剂残留等指标,系统评价3个处理和CK的膨果效果及对果实品质的影响,为生产上合理、有效使用植物生长调节剂膨大台农1号芒果无胚果、提高果实品质提供技术支持。
试验地设在百色市右江区永乐镇百色市芒果研究中心永乐科研基地。选取20年生,树势较一致的台农1号芒果植株为试验对象。
(1)果实纵径、横径增长曲线数据采集试验。测定2022—2024年台农1号芒果喷施植物生长调节剂+叶面肥膨大无胚果3个处理和对照的果实生长纵径、横径,各处理随机选取20个果实进行排序标识,从果实纵径约10 mm开始用游标卡尺测量直至采摘,采摘当天做最后一次测量,每次测量时间间隔约7 d。
(2)植物生长调节剂+叶面肥组合膨果试验。2022—2024年开展植物生长调节剂+叶面肥不同组合膨大台农1号芒果无胚果试验,每年度试验根据前一年度试验结果调整本年度处理用药组合,2024年试验处理及药肥组合如下:(1)CK,叶面肥;(2)T1,GA3+叶面肥;(3)T2,GA3+植物生长调节剂+叶面肥;(4)T3,复配植物生长调节剂成品+叶面肥。试验设3个处理,1个对照,每个处理1株树3个重复;对照组不使用生长调节剂,其他农艺措施与3个处理一致;在果实纵径约6 mm时施第1次药,视天气情况施用4~6次,每次间隔7~10 d,宜在天气晴好时施药,如遇不良天气顺延;气温较高,施药间隔时间适当缩短,气温较低,施药间隔时间适当延长;果期根部冲施水溶肥2次。2024年分4次施药:4月9日(第1次)、4月18日(第2次)、4月26日(第3次)、5月6日(第4次),详见表1。第1次施用药剂成分及含量为:3% GA3、2% BA、肽钙镁威(Taigaimeiwei,氨基酸≥100 g/L,Ca+Mg≥30 g/L);第2次施用药剂成分及含量为:3% GA3、2% BA、0.1% CPPU、0.1% CPPU+0.4% GA、糖醇钙(Calcium polyol,钙含量≥180g/L)、耐普9(Nepu 9,Ca+Mg≥100g/L、N≥110g/L)、费拉罗微量元素水溶肥(Feilaluo TE WSF,Cu+Fe+Mn+Zn+B≥100 g/L);第3次施用药剂成分及含量为:3% GA3、2% BA、0.1% CPPU、50% TDZ、0.7% NAA+0.5% CPPU、24-表芸·噻苯隆(24-EBL+TDZ 0.01%,24-表芸苔素内酯+0.49%噻苯隆)、0.1% CPPU+0.4% GA、果丰99微生物菌肥(Guofeng 99 EM,有效活菌数≥2.0亿/mL);第4次施用药剂成分及含量为:0.1% CPPU、50% TDZ、NAA 0.7%+CPPU 0.5%、24-表芸·噻苯隆(24-EBL+TDZ,24-表芸苔素内酯0.01%+TDZ 0.49%)、糖醇钙(Calcium polyol,糖醇含量≥100 g/L,钙含量≥180g/L)、百科丰硼锌钙(Baikefeng B+Zn+Ca,氨基酸≥100 g/L,Mn+Zn ≥20 g/L)。4月11日根部冲施0.50~0.75 kg/株含氨基酸水溶肥1次,5月10日根部冲施0.50~0.75 kg/株含氨基酸水溶肥+0.40~0.60 kg/株高钾型速溶肥1次。
果实品质是由众多外观及内在的复合评价因子构成,且各因子所占权重不同[16]。本研究根据需要选择单果质量、果实密度、失重率、果形指数、好果率、可溶性固形物、总酸、Vc、硼、钙、钾、镁等指标进行检测与评价,同时监测GA、TDZ、CPPU、6-苄基腺嘌呤等指标的残留量,确保质量安全。
(1)单果质量与果实密度。平均单果质量采用称量法测定,用电子天平直接称量;果实密度采用直接测量法测定,用电子天平称量果实质量,将果实完全没入装满水容器中用另一容器收集溢出水量,通过量杯测量体积,按以下公式计算:果实密度=质量/体积。
(2)失重率。采摘后称取青果单果质量、完熟果单果质量,按以下公式计算同一果实失重率,失重率=(青果单果质量-完熟果单果质量)/青果单果质量×100%。
(3)果形指数。果实纵径、横径用数显游标卡尺测取,并按以下公式计算:果形指数=果实纵径/果实横径。
(4)好果率[17]。表面腐烂10%以下定位为好果,每2 d观察1次,好果率=好果数/总果数×100%。
(5)可溶性固形物的测定。果实完熟后榨汁,使用数显糖度计进行测定。
(6)总酸、Vc、硼、钙、钾、镁的测定。总酸参照《食品中总酸的测定 第二法》(GB 12456—2021)标准进行测定、Vc参照《食品中抗坏血酸的测定 第三法》(GB 5009.86—2016)标准进行测定,硼、钙、钾、镁参照《食品中多元素的测定 第一法》(GB 5009.268—2016)标准进行测定。
(7)植物生长调节剂残留指标。GA、TDZ、CPPU参照《植物源性食品中331种农药及其代谢物残留量的测定 液相色谱-质谱联用法》(GB 23200.121—2021)标准进行测定,6-苄基腺嘌呤参照《出口水果蔬菜中脱落酸等60种农药残留量的测定 液相色谱-质谱质谱法》(SN/T 4591—2016)标准进行测定。
采用Excel 2019软件对数据进行统计、制图,采用SPSS 26.0软件对数据进行显著性分析、主成分分析。
2022—2024年台农1号芒果果实纵径、横径增长情况见图1图1为取各处理纵径、横径2个相邻测量值的增量为基点绘制而成。2022年,试验地芒果坐果时间约为4月1—6日,数据采集从4月17日开始;果实膨大最高值出现在5月中旬,历时约40 d;果实膨大减缓时间约为5月下旬,历时约58 d。2023年,芒果坐果时间约为3月19—25日,数据采集从4月4日开始;果实膨大最高值出现在4月下旬,历时约40 d;果实膨大减缓时间约为5月中旬,历时约60 d。2024年,芒果坐果时间约为3月26日至4月1日,数据采集从4月17日开始;果实膨大最高值出现在5月上旬,历时约35 d;果实膨大减缓时间约为5月下旬,历时约65 d。
图1可知,台农1号芒果果实纵、横径增长时间基本一致,坐果后约40 d是果实快速膨大期,坐果后约65 d果实横、纵径逐渐停止增长。百色市2022年2—6月整个芒果坐果期降水量较大,2022年9月至2023年6月芒果秋梢生长、花果期极度干旱,2023年12月至2024年2月芒果花芽分化期有多次短时气温骤升骤降的大温差,2024年5—7月芒果果实生长后期及采收期有大量降水,2022—2024年百色芒果坐果期遇到3种不同的极端天气,果实横、纵径增长受到很大影响,但各处理的生长趋势基本一致。
2024年7月9日,分别采摘各处理无明显病斑、机械伤的芒果果实30个,整齐排列纸箱存放在不通风的室内,不做催熟处理,观测常温下各处理与对照组的自然软熟及存贮情况。由表2可知,常温存贮6 d后,超过50%好果率的有T1、T2处理,T1~T3处理耐贮性均优于CK,说明喷施植物生长调节剂+叶面肥对延长果实货架期有一定影响。
表3可知,T2、T3处理显著提高青果和完熟果单果质量,其中T3处理较CK提高98.98%,T1处理对青果和完熟果单果质量影响不显著;T1~T3处理显著降低青果密度,T3处理显著降低完熟果密度,T2、T3处理对完熟果密度影响不显著,其中CK的青果和完熟果密度最高、变化最大,T1~T3处理完熟果果实剖面无霉心等现象;T1~T3处理显著降低失重率,其中T1处理失重率最低,较CK降低83.42%;T1~T3处理对果形指数影响不显著。
表4可知,T1~T3处理显著降低Vc含量,其中T2处理较CK降低18.99%;T2处理显著降低可溶性固形物含量,T1、T3处理对可溶性固形物含量影响不显著;T1~T3处理显著降低总酸含量,其中T1处理较CK降低33.10%;T1、T3处理显著提高固酸比,其中T1处理较CK提高45.34%,T2处理对固酸比影响不显著;T1~T3处理显著提高钙含量影响,其中T1处理较CK提高21.62%;T1处理显著提高硼含量,T2处理显著降低硼含量,T3处理对硼含量影响不显著;T1、T3处理显著提高镁含量,T2处理对镁含量影响不显著;T1、T2处理显著降低钾含量,T3处理对钾含量影响不显著。总的来看,喷施植物生长调节剂+叶面肥处理能显著提高钙含量,显著降低总酸、Vc含量;不同处理对可溶性固形物、固酸比、硼、镁含量有一定的影响。
参照《食品安全国家标准 食品中农药最大残留限量》(GB 2763—2021)[18],国家标准未规定TDZ、CPPU在芒果上残留限量,赖灯妮等[19]认为葡萄、猕猴桃的食用量、食用部位与芒果无明显差异,故其残留限量应与芒果类似,据此,TDZ指标可参照葡萄的最大残留限量值0.05 mg/kg,CPPU参照猕猴桃、葡萄上的最大残留限量0.05 mg/kg,T1~T3处理及CK均未检出;GA、6-苄基腺嘌呤国家无相关限量标准规定。T1~T3处理和CK均未检出TDZ、CPPU、GA、6-苄基腺嘌呤,说明合理使用植物生长调节剂不会对芒果质量安全产生影响[20]
根据表2~表4结果,剔除变异系数小于10%的青果平均密度、完熟果平均密度、果形指数、钾4项指标,对4个处理的台农1号芒果无胚果果实的11项指标进行主成分分析结果(表5)表明,前3个主成分的特征值均大于1.000,累积方差贡献率达100.00%,说明前3个主成成分包含11项指标的100.00%信息。第1主成分综合了可溶性固形物、固酸比、硼、钙、镁、青果单果质量、失重率、6 d好果率8个指标,第2主成分综合了总酸、完熟果单果质量2个指标,第3主成分综合了Vc一个指标;主成分中载荷为正值的代表该指标对该主成分产生正面影响,反之,为负值的代表该指标对该主成分产生负面影响。
根据主成分分析结果对不同处理果实品质进行综合评价,计算各主成分得分及综合得分,结果如表6所示。综合得分为:T1>T3>T2>CK,说明合理施用植物生长调节剂能够提高台农1号芒果无胚果的单果质量,改善果实品质,其中T1处理效果最好,其次是T3处理。
根据其生理作用将植物生长调节剂可分为生长促进剂、生长抑制剂和生长延缓剂3类,植物生长促进剂对作物植株器官生长发育、花芽分化、提高坐果、果实膨大,以及促进蛋白质含量和减少落花落果等方面都具有非常显著的作用[21]。本研究主要应用赤霉素、BA、TDZ、CPPU、奈乙酸等生长促进剂型的植物生长调节剂复配组合来开展台农1号芒果无胚果的膨果试验,2024年膨果用药试验时间选择在4月9日至5月6日,植物生长调剂+叶面肥的3个处理果实与CK的果实纵径、横径增长速率及趋势基本重合,所选施药时机符合果实膨大生长规律,即果实膨大上升期,结果表明果实膨大上升期喷施植物生长调节剂+叶面肥处理膨大果实效果显著,与冯志中等[13]的研究结果一致。
果实的耐贮性与失重率密切相关,本研究中喷施植物生长调节剂+叶面肥处理的台农1号芒果果实耐贮性与失重率基本呈正相关,失水率越高,其耐贮性受到一定影响[22];由于2024年百色挂果后期恰逢降水丰富,果实的耐贮性受到较大影响。各处理对果形指数影响不显著,说明植物生长调节剂的用量适当,未造成异形果等果实变形情况。
糖酸含量、糖酸比是评价果实品质和风味的重要指标之一[23],本研究中T1、T3处理显著提高固酸比,说明能够显著改善果实品质,T2处理因总酸与可溶性固形物含量同时显著降低,因此对固酸比的影响不显著。T1处理含有赤霉素,T2、T3处理含有赤霉素、TDZ、CPPU等药剂复配使用,T1~T3处理显著降低总酸含量,T2处理显著降低可溶性固形物含量,T1、T3处理对可溶性固形物含量影响不显著,与冯志中等[13]在台农1号芒果果实膨大上使用TDZ、CPPU都能显著降低可溶性固形物的研究结果基本一致;T1、T3处理显著提高固酸比,T2处理对固酸比影响不显著,这与程大伟等[24]在红艳葡萄上使用赤霉素、TDZ降低可溶性固形物含量、总酸含量,提高固酸比含量的研究结果基本一致,与朱学慧等[25]在无核白鸡心葡萄上使用赤霉素能提高固酸比的研究结果基本一致。
本研究中T1~T3处理显著降低Vc含量,与韩凤波等[26]在酸浆果上使用GA3能显著降低Vc含量的研究结果一致。本研究中各处理的果实含钙量与固酸比无明显线性关系,与李华东等[27]关于果肉钙含量的增加可明显提高可溶性糖及糖酸比的研究结论不相符,这可能与本研究各处理还涉及使用多种植物生长调节剂、地域气候等对果实糖酸的影响有关。
根据对各处理台农1号芒果无胚果果实品质的综合评分可知,T1处理的果实品质最优、T3处理次之,但T1处理对单果质量影响不显著,T3处理较T1处理青果平均单果质量显著提高31.52%。T3处理果实膨大及果实品质综合评分优于T2处理,说明T3复配植物生长调节剂成品的复配增效作用比自行复配的要稳定和有效[28]
在台农1号芒果果实约6~10 mm时开始喷施GA3+叶面肥处理、GA3+植物生长调节剂+叶面肥处理、复配植物生长调节剂成品+叶面肥处理4次,每次间隔7~10 d,能够膨大无胚果果实,并提高果实品质。其中,GA3+叶面肥处理果实品质评分最高,复配植物生长调节剂成品+叶面肥处理次之,但二者膨果效果具有显著差异;单果质量是台农1号芒果无胚果商品性的重要指标,据市场调查结果得知,其无胚果单果质量达到100 g以上才具有商品性,T1处理完熟后单果质量低于100 g,不能够完全满足市场对单果质量的要求,结合果实膨大效果考虑,在台农1号芒果无胚果的生产中推荐采用复配植物生长调节剂成品+叶面肥处理,以达到提质增产增收的目的。
