Crotalaria pallida is an annual diploid self-pollinating plant of the genus Crotalaria in the Fabaceae family. It was described and published by WILLIAM TOWNSEND in 1789. Geographical studies believe that the species originated in the southeastern part of the Africa continent and Madagascar. Biologically, the species have the characteristics of high seed yield, wide adaptability, and fast growth, which makes it widely spread and distributed in tropical and subtropical regions around the world. The wide distribution has attracted the attention of ethnobotany and natural science research. It is generally believed that it is an important agricultural plant resource with great development potential in feed development, soil ecological restoration, and medicinal development. However, the utilization of C. pallida has always relied on wild resources, and research on accurate evaluation of germplasm resources, mining of genetic diversity, and breeding of excellent varieties is limited. This article reviews the research progress in the global distribution, biological learning, cultivation technology, feed value evaluation, soil nutrient maintenance, and medicinal value evaluation of C. pallida, and summarizes the current problems and future research directions, aiming to provide an important reference for promoting the research on the utilization.

猪屎豆是豆科猪屎豆属一年生二倍体自花授粉植物,于1789年由WILLIAM TOWNSEND描述发表,地理区系研究认为该物种起源于非洲大陆东南部和马达加斯加。生物学上该物种具有种子产量高、适应性广、速生等特性,使其在全球热带和亚热带地区广泛传播和分布。猪屎豆的广泛分布引起了民族植物学和自然科学的研究关注,普遍认为猪屎豆是重要的农业植物资源,在饲用开发、土壤生态修复、药用开发等方面具有较大发展潜力,但一直以来猪屎豆的利用还依赖于野生资源,种质资源精准评价、遗传多样性挖掘、优良品种培育等方面的研究有限,本文就猪屎豆的全球分布、生物学习性、栽培技术、饲用价值评价、土壤养分维护及药用价值评价等方面的研究进展进行综述,并总结当前存在的问题和未来研究关注的方向,旨在为推进猪屎豆资源利用研究提供信息参考。

Crotalaria pallida is an annual diploid self-pollinating plant of the genus Crotalaria in the Fabaceae family. It was described and published by WILLIAM TOWNSEND in 1789. Geographical studies believe that the species originated in the southeastern part of the Africa continent and Madagascar. Biologically, the species have the characteristics of high seed yield, wide adaptability, and fast growth, which makes it widely spread and distributed in tropical and subtropical regions around the world. The wide distribution has attracted the attention of ethnobotany and natural science research. It is generally believed that it is an important agricultural plant resource with great development potential in feed development, soil ecological restoration, and medicinal development. However, the utilization of C. pallida has always relied on wild resources, and research on accurate evaluation of germplasm resources, mining of genetic diversity, and breeding of excellent varieties is limited. This article reviews the research progress in the global distribution, biological learning, cultivation technology, feed value evaluation, soil nutrient maintenance, and medicinal value evaluation of C. pallida, and summarizes the current problems and future research directions, aiming to provide an important reference for promoting the research on the utilization.

猪屎豆属由CAROLUS LINNAEUS在1753年描述建立,当年共收录了13个种(未含猪屎豆本种),直到1789年猪屎豆本种由WILLIAM TOWNSEND发表,目前全球接受名是Crotalaria pallida,不同时期出现过的异名有C. browneiC. falcataC. fertilisC. hookeriC. mucronataC. pisiformisC. siamicaC. striataC. tinctoriaC. zuccarininanahttps://ildis.org/LegumeWeb/)。地理区系研究认为猪屎豆是泛热带分布型物种,广布于全球热带地区[1]。广泛分布必然引起关注,早期研究发现猪屎豆具有耐贫瘠、耐盐碱、根瘤发达等特性,在培肥土壤方面具有良好表现,故用作绿肥;另外,其植株的粗蛋白、粗脂肪等养分含量较高,富含黄酮类物质,因此在饲用价值方面也被关注;在药用方面,热带地区民间广泛用于治疗淋巴结核、乳腺炎、痢疾等多种疾病,现代药理学也证明猪屎豆具有良好的抗炎活性。总之,民族植物学、现代药理学、农艺学等对猪屎豆开展了相关研究,本文针对国内外猪屎豆的利用研究现状进行详细介绍。
非洲大陆东南部及马达加斯加被认为是猪屎豆的原始起源,印度和斯里兰卡等热带地区是亚州的分化中心,逐步形成多样性丰富的全球热带广布性物种[2-4],据POWO(https://powo.science.kew.org/)统计,猪屎豆现已广泛分布于热带和亚热带国家(图1)。在非洲,毛里塔尼亚和马里以南的非洲国家均有分布;美洲最北分布至科罗拉多高原以南,最南分布至玻利维亚、巴拉圭和乌拉圭;亚洲主要分布于南亚和东南亚各国,我国的华南和西南热区(包括西藏察隅也有分布)有广泛分布,华中和华东的亚热带地区亦有扩散分布;在大洋洲,澳大利亚维多利亚州以北的热带岛屿均广泛分布,涵盖俾斯麦群岛、复活节岛、斐济、关岛、夏威夷、马歇尔、纽埃、北马里亚纳群岛、所罗门、汤加、瓦努阿图等十余个岛屿国家(地区)[5-7]
分类描述认为猪屎豆总状花序顶生,有花10~40朵;花萼近钟形,长4~6 mm,五裂,萼齿三角形,密被短柔毛;花冠黄色,伸出萼外,旗瓣圆形或椭圆形,直径约10 mm,冀瓣长圆形,下部边缘具柔毛,龙骨瓣弯曲,具长喙,基部边缘具柔毛;荚果长圆形,幼时被毛,成熟后脱落,果瓣开裂后扭转;种子20~30颗是该种的重要形态特征(图2[8]。关于生活习性,猪屎豆为一年生或越年生植物,无多年生节律特性,通常90 d左右进入生殖生长,初花后一直处于开花结荚的状态,直至植株营养耗尽而枯死,整个生育期为1.0~1.5 a。在生态特性方面,猪屎豆为喜光植物,适于热带和亚热带生长,最高生长海拔为2000 m;对降雨量的需求范围较广,年降雨量在850~3000 mm范围内均可生长,偶尔也出现在干旱地区;适应的年均气温在16~35 ℃之间;对土壤的适应性较广,但被认为适合于沙质土壤,也有研究报道在盐碱土壤中也能正常生长[9]
猪屎豆的播种季节与气候条件密切相关,据报道在美国佛罗里达作为干草生产种植的最佳时期是6月初—7月初;在我国海南、广西、云南等热区3—9月均可种植,气温稍低的亚热带地区需在7月之前完成播种[10-11]。播种前需翻耕、细耙和平整土地,视墒情完成播种,播种后土壤潮湿有利于出苗和苗期生长。播种前需对种子进行清选、浸种处理,即种子经75 ℃水浴处理3 min,去除种子硬实,然后用流水冲洗种子胶质浸出物,凉干表皮水分后进行播种[11-12]。生产上可散播和条播,前者用种量较大,后者用种量较少。散播每666.67 m2用种量约为1.5 kg;条播有宽行条播和窄行条播,宽行条播行距为1.2 m,每666.67 m2用种量约为0.2 kg;窄行条播行距为15 cm,每666.67 m2用种量约为0.9 kg[10,13]。猪屎豆的根系较浅,缺水条件下植株较瘦弱,因此苗期及营养生长旺盛期补充水分是获得高产的重要条件。播种后90 d左右植株进入开花期(不同种质间有一定差别),根据MCKEE等[10]的介绍,猪屎豆作为干草生产宜在初花期前刈割收获。
猪屎豆具生长快、适应能力强、产量和粗蛋白含量较高等特性是被用作饲草的主要原因。通过研究放牧状态下牛的采食清单,发现猪屎豆是牛、山羊采食的豆科牧草之一,也适合在干旱地区进行补饲利用[14];YUAN等[15]跟踪研究了坡鹿的采食习性,发现猪屎豆也是坡鹿正常采食的豆科牧草之一。
根据国内外的生产测定,猪屎豆的草产量居于中等水平,其产量与栽培环境、刈割次数密切相关。美国是较早开展猪屎豆饲用价值评价的国家,据记载,该国于1909年从东非引进试种在美国佛罗里达农业实验站,之后对草产量和营养情况等开展了系统评价,在美国佛罗里达盖恩斯维尔市(Gainesville)种植年刈割3次的干草产量为21 420 kg/hm2,在美国缅因州艾尔弗雷德(Alfred)种植年刈割2次的干草产量为18 240 kg/hm2[10]。我国也开展了相关研究,广西大学的邹知明等[16]对猪屎豆的生产性能作了测定,年刈割3次的鲜草产量为50 420 kg/hm2;穆尼热·买买提等[17]从国外引种猪屎豆资源,并在北疆试种,发现在中国新疆呼图壁、阜康平原区生长发育良好,平均鲜草产量分别为23 833.5 kg/hm2和21 750 kg/hm2
猪屎豆属于粗蛋白含量较高的豆科牧草。由陈默君和贾慎修主编的《中国饲用植物》介绍猪屎豆是山羊喜采食的牧草,其干物质含量为25.8%,粗蛋白含量为29.22%,粗脂肪为3.69%,粗纤维为12.94%,粗灰分为4.35%,钙含量为0.70%,磷含量为0.13%[18];邹知明等[16]对开花期全株样的养分进行了测定,发现粗蛋白含量为21.00%,粗脂肪含量为2.30%,粗纤维含量为20.70%,粗灰分含量为7.00%,钙含量为1.36%,磷含量为0.48%;穆尼热·买买提等[17]对初花期的养分进行测定,发现粗蛋白质含量为23.02%,粗纤维含量为20.3%;吕仁龙等[19]开展的猪屎豆资源生产性能与饲料化评价中发现,来源于广西河池和海南昌江的2份资源在营养期刈割青贮发酵后的初蛋白含量分别达41.8%和43.7%,粗脂肪含量分别为11.3%和10.3%。关于猪屎豆饲用价值评价的研究仍十分有限(表1)。
饲喂方面,MCKEE等[10]介绍了猪屎豆与苜蓿干粉分别和玉米、燕麦、棉籽和花生秸秆以5∶3∶2∶2∶1的质量比例混合饲喂奶牛,发现饲喂28 d后产奶量差异不显著,这是最早有关猪屎豆干草可作为饲料利用的报道。邹知明等[16]以猪屎豆干粉为处理组,苜蓿干粉为对照组,分别饲喂家兔,发现试验组与对照组家兔的绝对增重值差异不显著;对照组与处理组的饲料利用率分别为38.62%和40.56%,猪屎豆的饲料利用率高于对照组,表明添加30%猪屎豆干粉可以代替苜蓿草粉喂家兔。
猪屎豆在饲料化发展方面尚存诸多焦点,POLHILL在其著作《Crotalaria in Africa and Madagascar》中评述“猪屎豆是自然分布广和易于栽培的重要绿肥,也是饲料作物,尽管有时可能会发生家畜中毒现象[3]。现已明确这类中毒主要由吡咯里西啶类生物碱(pyrrolizidine alkaloids,PAs)所引起,该类生物碱会对家畜的肝脏造成中毒损伤[20],致毒原因是PAs在肝脏代谢中形成的代谢产物脱氢吡咯烷(dehydropyrrolizidine alkaloids,DHPAs)具有强亲电性,与组织中亲核性的蛋白质、核酸或酶结合,产生毒性效应[21]。吡咯里西啶类生物碱最早报道于1935年[22],研究人员从大托叶猪屎豆(Crotalaria spectabilis)中分离到该类生物碱中的野百合碱(monocrotaline)。到目前为止,从猪屎豆属中发现这类生物碱多达45种,主要有美丽猪屎豆碱(spectabiline)、野百合碱、光萼野百合碱(usaramine)、倒千里光碱(retrorsine)、全缘千里光碱(integerrimine)、毛束草碱(trichodesmine)等。其中,猪屎豆中明确含有光萼野百合碱、全缘千里光碱、大叶千里光裂碱(macronecine)、大柱裂碱氮氧化物(macronecine N-oxide)、金雀花碱(laburnine)、倒千里光裂碱氮氧化物(retronecine N-oxide)、9-千里光酰倒千里光碱(9-senecioylretronecine)、二氢全缘千里光碱氮氧化物(dihydrointegerrimine N-oxide)8种PAs[23-29]。关于PAs在猪屎豆植株各器官中的含量及特性,研究发现PAs主要富集于种子、花朵和根系中,PRADA等[29]研究发现猪屎豆属内具有花外密腺的物种(Crotalaria pallidaC. maypurensisC. incana)中98%以上的PAs集中于种子中;WILLIAMS等[20]研究发现猪屎豆种子中PAs含量约0.26%,主要成分为光萼野百合碱;张新蕊[30]对猪屎豆叶片、茎和种子中的PAs含量作了测定,发现叶片中的含量仅为0.072%,种子中含量为0.335%,另外发现猪屎豆叶片总生物碱含量在整个生育期无显著差异。上述研究阐明了猪屎豆中PAs的种类、主要富集器官等信息,也侧面说明了家畜采食猪屎豆偶有发生中毒死亡的原因为采食了种子或采食过量。最近JARAMILLO-HERNANDEZ等[31]报道了绵羊饲喂猪屎豆的毒性评估,将绵羊分为对照组(G1)和试验组(G2),在G2日粮中按每公斤体重添加8 g猪屎豆干物质的饲喂量,持续28 d,结果发现各组之间在临床检查、血象数据和血液化学方面无显著差异,但是组织病理学研究显示肺泡间隔中度增厚。上述研究说明猪屎豆饲料化利用研究滞后的主要原因。通过对来自全球不同生境的多群体资源开展精准评价鉴定以获得饲用安全的育种材料,培育优良品种是未来研究的重点方向。
绿肥作物具有多种功能,通过改善土壤的物理、化学和生物特性来提高土壤肥力,增加有机质积累和养分释放;同时,抑制杂草生长,控制病虫害等。猪屎豆属植物是重要的豆科绿肥资源,不仅具有根瘤固氮和培肥土壤的能力,且植株还田腐解快而常被作为绿肥利用[32-34]
猪屎豆属下的菽麻(C. juncea)、大叶猪屎豆(C. spectabilis)和猪屎豆的绿肥产量及N积累等方面在国内外均有研究,大叶猪屎豆的N积累量达175.12 kg/hm2,猪屎豆的N积累量为50.75 kg/hm2表2)。除N积累外,陈晓芬等[35]研究了红壤荒地种植猪屎豆对P、K和微量元素的影响,发现全P和全K的积累量分别为2.03、37.24 kg/hm2,Ca、Mg、S、Fe、Mn、Cu和Ze的积累量分别为22.28、5.50、3.76、714.80、311.70、15.80、76.50 kg/hm2。关于猪屎豆与同属植物间的肥效差异,URATANI等[36]对圆叶猪屎豆和猪屎豆的田间表现进行了评价,发现猪屎豆表现出旺盛的营养生长特性,种植87 d后地上部干物质质量和氮含量是圆叶猪屎豆的的2倍;DAIMON等[37]发现猪屎豆与菽麻相比,虽前期生长缓慢,但在生长后期氮含量高于菽麻,并且有足够的碳氮比(C-N ratio)用于分解绿肥;OHDAN等[38]评价了猪屎豆属绿肥对继代小麦氮素周转的贡献率,发现盆栽条件下菽麻的单株固氮总量为550 mg,猪屎豆的单株固氮总量为490 mg,对应的继代种植小麦,发现绿肥猪屎豆对小麦氮的贡献率为21%,而菽麻的贡献率为9.8%。
利用猪屎豆的肥效特性,在生产上通过间作套种模式可显著维持和提升土壤地力。早前发现,在小麦与绿肥轮作中,经大豆和菽麻轮作的土壤氮含量分别增加了258 kg/hm2和279 kg/hm2,绿肥向后续作物提供了大量氮源,从而提高了土壤肥力和后续作物产量[39]。国内在桉树林下套种猪屎豆,发现对土壤全P和全K有显著的提升,分别由原来的68.28 mg/kg和8645.22 mg/kg提升至150.99 mg/kg和19 443.97 mg/kg[40]。最近,姚凯等[41]开展了香蕉间作猪屎豆的研究,结果表明猪屎豆植株还田量60 t/hm2与30 t/hm2处理均表现为8个月还田释放率达到70%以上,增加还田量利于提高前期含氮化合物释放率,提高氮的供应量,香蕉间作猪屎豆绿肥1 a可以提高土壤有机质6.2%,明显提升香蕉的产出品质。
除了提高土壤肥力外,研究发现猪屎豆对土壤生态系统有其他益处,例如保持土壤水分、防控有害微生物等。在土壤水分保持方面,猪屎豆作为覆盖作物可以增加土壤持水能力并改善土壤结构,越南研究人员发现利用猪屎豆和花生作为覆盖作物对咖啡园的水土保护起到良好的效果,年减少土壤流失量达3.39 t/hm2,相应带来的效果是咖啡树茎围增加了15.6%、树冠直径增加了13.5%和分枝增加了14.9%[42]
早在1941年就有关于黄瓜与猪屎豆轮作可有效降低线虫危害的报道,之后陆续报道了猪屎豆对花生、烟草和番茄根结线虫等具有良好防治效果,0.01 g/mL猪屎豆根系粉的水提液加淡紫拟青霉孢子处理南方根结线虫J2的校正致死率高达96.08%,并且发现烤烟间作猪屎豆同时施用淡紫拟青霉,烟草根结线虫病的防效高达67.50%,能显著增加烤烟的质量表现[43-45];猪屎豆与番茄套种显著降低番茄根围、根际和根表的根结线虫和卵的数量,根表的虫卵量降低了54.76%,同时被根结线虫侵染的番茄根内的根结线虫数量和卵数量显著减少[46]。土壤治理方面,BARUAH等[47]研究了猪屎豆在油污土壤改良中的作用,发现种植猪屎豆可以最大限度地减少土壤中的原油残留,在原油含量为60 g/kg的油污土壤中猪屎豆对烃类的吸收随着原油含量的增加而增加,超出该浓度则对烃类的吸收效率降低,但可耐受原油含量为90 g/kg的油污土壤,该研究认为猪屎豆是油污治理和土壤恢复的首选植物。
热带地区民间以各种方式将其用于治疗疾病。我国南方有记录用其根治疗淋巴结核、乳腺炎、痢疾,茎叶治疗腹泻,种子治疗神经衰弱、白带和癌症[28,48];老挝有记录其根提取物用于治疗胃痛和消化不良[49];韩国也有研究认为,在传统医学中猪屎豆茎叶用于治疗泌尿疾病,叶子的提取物用于驱除肠道蠕虫,也有报道用于治疗糖尿病和皮肤感染[50];印度民间用于治疗关节肿胀[51],该国北苏拉威西省则将其作为膳食补充剂来治疗癌症,这一现象被现代医学跟踪研究,使用乙醇、乙酸乙酯、正己烷对种子进行浸提,结果表明乙酸乙酯部分有开发为抗癌剂的潜力[52]
基于民族药用,研究人员在相关功能方面开展了研究,发现猪屎豆抗氧化剂在保护活性氧造成的细胞损伤方面发挥着重要作用,通过利用石油醚、氯仿和甲醇对猪屎豆茎的浸提物进行萃取,提取物表现出显著的抗氧化作用,在抑菌试验中,石油醚和氯仿提取物对除芽孢杆菌外的所有细菌均有轻度至中度的抑菌活性,结果表明猪屎豆茎的石油醚和氯仿提取物是最有效的自由基猝灭剂,是天然抗氧化剂和抗菌活性的有效来源;针对根部和叶片的研究中发现其浸提物亦具有显著的抑菌活性[53-55]。此外,有研究证明猪屎豆叶浸提物在抗炎活性和抑制疼痛方面具有显著效果,通过利用猪屎豆叶的乙醇提取物对小鼠醋酸诱导的扭曲、甲醛诱导的爪舔和尾浸试验进行评估,发现不同剂量(50 mg/kg和100 mg/kg)的提取物显著减少了疼痛,也显著抑制了小鼠甲醛诱导的爪舔;在尾浸试验中,提取物在100 mg/kg剂量下引起了显著的疼痛抑制作用[49]。猪屎豆属生物碱也是重要的药用成分,体外试验发现野百合碱对人体肝癌细胞株BEL-7402、KB等具有显著细胞毒性作用,体内试验发现其对淋巴肉瘤、淋巴细胞白血病、黑色毒瘤和乳癌等均具有良好的抑制作用[56-58]
植物资源的利用往往与民族文化习俗密切相关,利用的方式有食用、药用、编织、祭祀等。猪屎豆在世界各地也有不同的民俗利用,例如,中国云南普洱有食用其花朵的习俗,泰国、柬埔寨等东南亚国家也有类似习俗;也有将花用于祭祀活动,在柬埔寨,节日时用其花装饰佛像或祭坛,以示敬意和祈福[59]。关于食用,现代药理学毒性评估与传统习俗常有相悖的案例,猪屎豆便是其一,在爪哇一种名为dage的食物是由猪屎豆种子制成的,将种子煮熟后用香蕉叶包裹发酵数天以去除有毒成分后煮食;在越南,人们有时将其根与槟榔一起咀嚼食用;在印度有一种咖啡代饮品是用猪屎豆种子烘焙制成的(https://ildis.org/LegumeWeb/https://uses.plantnet-project.org/),在马达加斯加也有类似的习俗,当地流行用同属植物白花菜叶猪屎豆(C. cleomifolia)的种子烘焙制作咖啡代饮品,由于种子中含有毒成分光萼野百合碱而被研究人员对这一食用现象发出警告[60]。在利用其纤维成分方面,在尼日利亚猪屎豆的纤维被用于制造麻袋、毯子和手工艺品等,如今也有研究开发猪屎豆茎皮纤维用作医疗缝合材料,发现猪屎豆制成的缝合纤维经高压灭菌后保持抗拉强度,缝合后反应适中和保持灭菌能力,适于深部组织的缝合[61]
目前猪屎豆的基础研究十分薄弱,尤其在分子生物学水平解析重要功能性状相关的基因位点、功能性产物合成代谢通路等研究仍处于空白。从19世纪30年代始就有多位研究人员关注世界各地猪屎豆属核型分析,先后报道了非洲、亚洲和美洲等地区的猪屎豆属的染色体组成[62-65],研究确定猪屎豆为二倍体,染色体数为2n=16。
遗传多样性方面的研究只有少量推进。印度学者基于细胞核ITS序列分析建立了印度的猪屎豆属植物分子系统,根据分析揭示属内可分为5个进化支(5个组),形态上进化支1的成员龙骨瓣喙部呈螺旋状扭曲,而其余4个支系物种的龙骨瓣喙部呈非螺旋扭曲,其中猪屎豆归为喙部非螺旋扭曲的Sect. Hedriocapae组,姊妹群有C. lathyroidesC. comosaC. ochroleucatC. lanceolata[66]。在肯尼亚,研究人员通过采集数量性状和质量性状数据对来自肯尼亚遗传资源研究所的83份种质进行了遗传多样性评价,最终将种质材料分为8个主要聚类,该研究为表型性状相关的分子标记奠定基础[67]。ZHOU等[68]利用高通量技术获得了猪屎豆的完整叶绿体基因组,发现叶绿体基因组由83 652 bp的大单拷贝区(large single copy region,LSC)和18 028 bp的小单拷贝区(small single copy region,SSC)组成;叶绿体基因组包含111个独特的基因,包括77个蛋白质编码基因,30个蛋白质编码基因tRNA基因,4个rRNA基因;分析发现猪屎豆与同科植物羽扇豆属亲缘关系近。
我国在大力推进生态文明建设,强调农业生态保护,因此,开始更加重视覆盖作物的利用,猪屎豆在覆盖作物培育与利用方面具有较大潜力。从饲料保障角度,优质豆科饲料的供给是全球热带地区一直面临的问题,热带地区虽具有能量固定优势,但是物种生长速度快,形成的饲草易老化、纤维含量普遍高、适口性差等,目前仍缺少类似苜蓿的优质豆科牧草,猪屎豆茎叶具有粗蛋白含量高、粗纤维低等特性,在优质豆科牧草培育方面具有较大潜力。当前猪屎豆利用研究尚处于初始阶段,生产利用以采收野生资源为主,种质资源评价与创新利用研究滞后,尚未培育出生产性状稳定的优良品种,而高效栽培技术研究薄弱,种质资源精准评价研究落后,相关遗传多样性和关键性状的遗传基础知之甚少。另外,由PAs生物碱引起的饲用安全方面的瓶颈长期存在。因此,未来的研究需聚焦以下几个方面:
(1)加强长期性的基础资源收集保护,广泛收集全球热区的种质资源,尤其是原始起源中心和次级分化中心的资源群体,丰富遗传多样性背景,为创新利用研究提供扎实的种质资源。
(2)重视农艺性状和植物学性状的观测采集,掌握资源群体的本底信息,为育种工作提供重要参考;推动育种工作,利用种质资源基础评价,筛选农艺性状和生产性能稳定的种质,加速野生资源驯化和杂交育种,分类培育园林用品系、绿肥用品系和饲料用品系,配套开展完整的高效栽培技术研究,为生产利用做好前端工作。
(3)推进基因组水平的精准评价研究,充分利用表型观测数据,结合基因组水平的关联分析,发掘控制产量、品质、抗逆、养分高效利用等性状的基因及其有利等位基因,为猪屎豆品种创新提供优异种质资源及其基因信息。
(4)突破光萼野百合碱等吡咯里西啶类生物碱制约猪屎豆往饲料化方向发展的瓶颈,系统完成吡咯里西啶类生物碱的靶向检测,筛选优良种质,培育饲用安全的优良品种;另外通过代谢物靶向检测关联全基因组分析等技术手段,逐步掌握野百合碱、光萼野百合碱相关活性成分的代谢通路和重要关联基因,为相关基因敲除、沉默等设计育种提供重要分子生物学基础。
(5)利用代谢物靶向检测技术,掌握生物碱富集度高的资源类群,作好药用源开发;推进黄酮、类黄酮等活性成分富集度高资源类群的筛选,探索功能饲料开发。
