Diversity, correlation, cluster analysis and principal component analysis were condunted on 16 quantitative traits and 13 qualitative traits of 124 germplasm resources of Abelmoschus esculentus to clarify the genetic diversity and phenotypic traits of A. esculentus germplasm resources, and to provide a reference basis for the identification, evaluation, and innovative utilization of A. esculentus resources. The coefficient of variation of the 16 quantitative traits ranged from 8.2% to 59.8%, with an average coefficient of variation of 18.7%. The genetic diversity index ranged from 1.51 to 2.07, with an average of 1.94. The diversity index of qualitative traits ranged from 0.08 to 1.52. The diversity of fruit color, leaf color and leaf margin morphology was relatively high, while traits such as petal color and sepal retention were highly conservative. Correlation analysis showed that there was a close synergistic relationship among the leaf morphology (such as leaf length and leaf width), plant structure (such as plant height and plant width) and fruit characteristics (such as fruit longitudinal diameter and weight) of A. esculentus, while there was an antagonistic relationship among yield-related traits (number of fruits per plant and number of seeds). Principal component analysis simplified the 16 quantitative traits into 4 principal components, with a cumulative contribution rate of 99.25%. The contribution rate of the first principal component was 96.17%, indicating that plant height, plant width, commercial fruit length, commercial fruit width, fruit weight, and seed number per fruit had the greatest impact on phenotypic diversity. Based on the cluster analysis of Euclidean distance, the germplasm resources of A. esculentus were divided into four major groups. Group Ⅰ accounted for 70.16% of the resources and was mainly characterized by early maturity (short flowering period), low flowering node, short plant height, small plant width, and a high number of fruits per plant. This group was suitable for breeding new varieties with early maturity, high yield, and dense planting. Group Ⅱ accounted for 25.81% of the resources and was characterized by larger fruits, heavier single fruit weight, and larger leaves, which could be used for breeding mid-season varieties. Group Ⅲ and Group Ⅳ were primarily characterized by late maturity, taller plant height, larger leaves, and higher biomass yield, making them suitable for breeding feed-purpose varieties. Through quantitative and qualitative trait analyses of genetic diversity in okra germplasm resources, as well as principal component analysis and cluster analysis, the genetic variation, correlations, and genetic diversity relationships among various traits were elucidated. This study identified traits associated with early maturity and high yield, laying a foundation for the conservation and efficient utilization of okra germplasm resources, as well as for breeding new early-maturing and high-yielding varieties.

为明确黄秋葵种质资源的遗传多样性及表型性状特征,以期为黄秋葵资源的鉴定评价和创新利用提供参考依据,对124份黄秋葵种质资源的16个数量性状和13个质量性状进行多样性、相关性、聚类分析和主成分分析。结果表明:16个数量性状变异系数介于8.2%~59.8%之间,平均变异系数为18.7%;遗传多样性指数范围为1.51~2.07,平均值为1.94。质量性状多样性指数范围为0.08~1.52,果实颜色、叶片颜色及叶缘形态的多样性较高,而花瓣颜色、萼片存留等性状高度保守。相关性分析表明,黄秋葵的叶片形态(如叶长与叶宽)、植株结构(如株高与株幅)及果实特征(如果实纵径与重量)之间存在紧密协同关系,而产量相关性状(单株果数与种子数)则存在拮抗关系。主成分分析将16个数量性状简化为4个主成分,累计贡献率达到99.25%,其中第1主成分贡献率为96.17%,表明株高、株幅、商品果长、商品果宽、商品果质量和单果种子数对表型多样性的影响最大。基于欧式距离的聚类分析,将黄秋葵种质资源划分为四大类群,类群Ⅰ资源数量占比70.16%,主要表现为早熟(开花期短)、开花节位低、株高较矮、株幅较小,单株果数多,该类群资源适合用于选育早熟、高产、密植新品种;类群Ⅱ资源数量占比25.81%,主要表现为果较大、单果质量较大和叶片较大,可用于选育中熟品种;类群Ⅲ和类群Ⅳ种质资源主要表现为晚熟,株高较高,叶较大,生物产量较高,适于选育饲料用品种。通过对黄秋葵种质资源表型性状的数量性状、质量性状遗传多样性和主成分分析、聚类分析,阐明了各性状间的遗传变异、相关性以及遗传多样性关系,明确了与早熟、高产等相关的性状,为黄秋葵种质资源的保护和高效利用,以及早熟、高产新品种的选育奠定基础。

为明确黄秋葵种质资源的遗传多样性及表型性状特征,以期为黄秋葵资源的鉴定评价和创新利用提供参考依据,对124份黄秋葵种质资源的16个数量性状和13个质量性状进行多样性、相关性、聚类分析和主成分分析。结果表明:16个数量性状变异系数介于8.2%~59.8%之间,平均变异系数为18.7%;遗传多样性指数范围为1.51~2.07,平均值为1.94。质量性状多样性指数范围为0.08~1.52,果实颜色、叶片颜色及叶缘形态的多样性较高,而花瓣颜色、萼片存留等性状高度保守。相关性分析表明,黄秋葵的叶片形态(如叶长与叶宽)、植株结构(如株高与株幅)及果实特征(如果实纵径与重量)之间存在紧密协同关系,而产量相关性状(单株果数与种子数)则存在拮抗关系。主成分分析将16个数量性状简化为4个主成分,累计贡献率达到99.25%,其中第1主成分贡献率为96.17%,表明株高、株幅、商品果长、商品果宽、商品果质量和单果种子数对表型多样性的影响最大。基于欧式距离的聚类分析,将黄秋葵种质资源划分为四大类群,类群Ⅰ资源数量占比70.16%,主要表现为早熟(开花期短)、开花节位低、株高较矮、株幅较小,单株果数多,该类群资源适合用于选育早熟、高产、密植新品种;类群Ⅱ资源数量占比25.81%,主要表现为果较大、单果质量较大和叶片较大,可用于选育中熟品种;类群Ⅲ和类群Ⅳ种质资源主要表现为晚熟,株高较高,叶较大,生物产量较高,适于选育饲料用品种。通过对黄秋葵种质资源表型性状的数量性状、质量性状遗传多样性和主成分分析、聚类分析,阐明了各性状间的遗传变异、相关性以及遗传多样性关系,明确了与早熟、高产等相关的性状,为黄秋葵种质资源的保护和高效利用,以及早熟、高产新品种的选育奠定基础。

Diversity, correlation, cluster analysis and principal component analysis were condunted on 16 quantitative traits and 13 qualitative traits of 124 germplasm resources of Abelmoschus esculentus to clarify the genetic diversity and phenotypic traits of A. esculentus germplasm resources, and to provide a reference basis for the identification, evaluation, and innovative utilization of A. esculentus resources. The coefficient of variation of the 16 quantitative traits ranged from 8.2% to 59.8%, with an average coefficient of variation of 18.7%. The genetic diversity index ranged from 1.51 to 2.07, with an average of 1.94. The diversity index of qualitative traits ranged from 0.08 to 1.52. The diversity of fruit color, leaf color and leaf margin morphology was relatively high, while traits such as petal color and sepal retention were highly conservative. Correlation analysis showed that there was a close synergistic relationship among the leaf morphology (such as leaf length and leaf width), plant structure (such as plant height and plant width) and fruit characteristics (such as fruit longitudinal diameter and weight) of A. esculentus, while there was an antagonistic relationship among yield-related traits (number of fruits per plant and number of seeds). Principal component analysis simplified the 16 quantitative traits into 4 principal components, with a cumulative contribution rate of 99.25%. The contribution rate of the first principal component was 96.17%, indicating that plant height, plant width, commercial fruit length, commercial fruit width, fruit weight, and seed number per fruit had the greatest impact on phenotypic diversity. Based on the cluster analysis of Euclidean distance, the germplasm resources of A. esculentus were divided into four major groups. Group Ⅰ accounted for 70.16% of the resources and was mainly characterized by early maturity (short flowering period), low flowering node, short plant height, small plant width, and a high number of fruits per plant. This group was suitable for breeding new varieties with early maturity, high yield, and dense planting. Group Ⅱ accounted for 25.81% of the resources and was characterized by larger fruits, heavier single fruit weight, and larger leaves, which could be used for breeding mid-season varieties. Group Ⅲ and Group Ⅳ were primarily characterized by late maturity, taller plant height, larger leaves, and higher biomass yield, making them suitable for breeding feed-purpose varieties. Through quantitative and qualitative trait analyses of genetic diversity in okra germplasm resources, as well as principal component analysis and cluster analysis, the genetic variation, correlations, and genetic diversity relationships among various traits were elucidated. This study identified traits associated with early maturity and high yield, laying a foundation for the conservation and efficient utilization of okra germplasm resources, as well as for breeding new early-maturing and high-yielding varieties.

黄秋葵(Abelmoschus esculentus L. Moench),又名秋葵、咖啡黄葵、补肾果和羊角豆等,为锦葵科秋葵属一年生或多年生草本植物,原产于非洲热带地区[1-3]。黄秋葵果实富含蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素和膳食纤维,此外,还含有多糖、果胶和黄酮类化合物,具有丰富的营养价值、保健作用和药用价值[4-6],深受国内外消费者喜爱。
黄秋葵广泛分布于世界各地,其中以热带和亚热带最为普遍,种植面积较大的国家有印度、菲律宾、斯里兰卡、美国、科特迪瓦、尼日利亚、巴西等。据联合国粮食及农业组织统计,黄秋葵主要生产国家拥有2万余份的种质资源,其中以印度资源种类最为丰富,保存资源3434份,科特迪瓦保存4185份,美国2969份,法国965份,菲律宾968份,土耳其563份,加纳595份,其他国家9500余份[7]。国内黄秋葵种质资源的收集保存起步较晚,资源相对比较稀少,遗传基础较狭窄。福建省农业科学院亚热带农业研究所收集保存黄秋葵种质资源318份[7],中国农业科学院麻类研究所收集保存201份种质资源[8]。本研究团队收集保存330份种质资源,并进行了初步的鉴定评价。
作物种质资源是新品种选育的重要物质基础,种质资源的系统评价鉴定是作物研究的基础依据[9-10]。目前,种质资源的收集保存和系统鉴定评价是国内外育种工作者研究的热点,而表型性状或农艺性状的鉴定评价,依然是目前种质资源鉴定和筛选的最直接最有效的手段,遗传变异分析、相关性分析、聚类分析和主成分分析是作物种质资源鉴定评价的主要方法和手段[11-13]。黄秋葵种质资源鉴定评价工作主要体现在对种质资源表型性状、农艺性状和分子标记等方面。王小秋等[14]对150份黄秋葵嫩果的12个质量性状和9个数量性状状进行主成分分析、相关分析和聚类分析,发现嫩果果实的表型性状具有丰富的遗传多样性,各个性状之间存在一定的相关性。王维婷等[15]对搜集的41份不同来源的黄秋葵种质结实特点进行聚类分析和主成分分析,发现遗传多样性指数较大,聚类分析可以明显区分果形、食用品质和产量等优势性状。洪建基等[16]对60份黄秋葵种质资源的31个植物学特征和生物学特性进行遗传多样性分析和相关性分析发现,黄秋葵种质资源植物学特征和生物学特性具有丰富的多样性,利用性状间的相关性可以进行综合选择,减少资源选择的盲目性。海南因地处热带气候条件下,光热条件充足,可常年种植黄秋葵,生产的黄秋葵鲜果产量高、品质佳、果实浓绿顺直,深受全国大中城市人们的青睐,是海南冬季北运蔬菜、夏秋淡季蔬菜和出口创汇作物的重要组成部分。海南黄秋葵大部分实现了订单生产,建立了稳定的生产-销售渠道,在三亚已形成了规模种植,并建立了自己的品牌“天涯秋葵”。目前,黄秋葵大面积种植的品种大部分来自日本和中国台湾,内地品种较少。因此,系统鉴定黄秋葵种质资源、培育具有自主知识产权的新品种具有重要的意义。
本研究对收集保存的124份黄秋葵种质资源29个表型性状进行遗传变异分析、聚类分析、相关性分析以及主成分分析,阐明各性状间的遗传变异、相关性以及遗传多样性关系,明确与早熟、高产等相关的性状,以期筛选出适宜在海南地区种植的早熟、高产优异资源,为黄秋葵种质资源保护和早熟、高产新品种选育奠定基础。
124份供试黄秋葵材料分别来自中国、日本、美国、印度、泰国、坦桑尼亚等9个国家或地区。所有材料均由中国热带农业科学院热带作物品种资源研究所保存和提供(表1)。
本研究于2020—2021年在中国热带农业科学院热带作物品种资源研究所的试验基地进行,属典型的热带季风气候。年平均气温约为24~25 ℃,全年无霜,温差较小。夏季高温可达35 ℃以上,冬季较为温暖。分为明显的雨季(5—10月)和旱季(11月—次年4月)。年均降雨量约为1200~1800 mm,年日照时数约2000~2600 h。土壤为红壤和砖红壤,富含铁、铝氧化物,有机质含量相对较低。
田间试验采用随机区组设计,3次重复。每个重复共124个小区。于2020年5月17日播种。双行种植,行距60 cm、穴距45 cm,每份材料播种20穴,每穴播5~6粒种子。幼苗4~5片真叶期去杂定苗,每穴1株,确保小区有效株数20株。黄秋葵出苗后及时追施齐苗肥,施尿素6~8 kg/667 m2;第二次施提苗肥,在定苗或定植后开沟撒施,施复合肥15~20 kg/667 m2;苗高30 cm,进入结果期时,重施追肥,施复合肥25~30 kg/667 m2;生长中、后期,酌情多次少量施追肥,防止植株早衰;秋葵幼苗出土或定植后,要避免幼苗与杂草争肥争水,及时中耕除草,每7~10 d进行1次中耕除草;黄秋葵不耐涝,雨季注意排水,防止死苗。
根据《特种蔬菜种质资源描述规范》[17]并稍作修改。共调查16个数量性状和13个质量性状。数量性状包括开花期(FD)、第一花节位(FFN)、盛果期株高(PH)、株幅(PW)、叶片长(LL),叶片宽(LW)、叶柄长(PL)、叶柄粗(PT)、商品果长(CFL)、商品果宽(CFT)、商品果质量(CFW)、熟果长(MFL)、熟果宽(MFT)、熟果质量(MFW)、单株果数(FN)和单果种子数(SN)。质量性状包括叶缘(LE)、叶片形状(LS)、叶片颜色(LC)、茎颜色(SC)、茎茸毛(SF)、花瓣颜色(PC)、花基部红色(FBR)、萼片存留(SR)、果实姿态(FP)、果实颜色(FC)、果实形状(FS)、果实横截面(FTS)和果实茸毛(FF)。于结果盛期对植株、叶片、花、果实和种子性状进行观测,采收末期对单株果数进行统计。每份材料随机选取10株,观察质量性状,测量数量性状并取其平均值。质量性状调查参考表2
通过R软件对124份黄秋葵资源的表型性状进行汇总、变异分析、相关性分析、主成分分析,利用Origin 2021软件进行聚类分析。变异系数/%=(标准差/均值)×100%;根据平均值(X)和标准差(σ)将数量性状分为10级:第1级为Xi<X-2σ,第2级为X-2σ≤Xi<X-1.5σ,第3级为X-1.5σ≤Xi<X-σ,以此类推,中间每级相差0.5σ。利用Shannon-Weiner软件计算各性状的多样性指数(H)。H=-ΣPilnPi,式中Pi表示第i种变异出现的频率。
本研究共对124份黄秋葵资源的16个数量性状进行测定,结果显示变异系数介于8.2%~59.8%之间(表3)。其中,第一花节位表现出最高的变异系数,达到59.8%,表明该性状在不同种质资源间差异显著;而叶片长的变异系数最低,为8.2%,说明其稳定性较高。在植株生长方面,株高的变异系数为34.2%,变异幅度为73.0~362.3 cm,平均值为114.8 cm,表明植株高度差异显著。株幅的变异系数为15.3%,变异幅度为73.0~145.0 cm,平均值为104.7 cm,植株冠幅较为稳定。开花期的变异系数为18.4%,变异幅度为46.0~102.0 d,平均值为59.4 d,反映出不同资源开花时间的适度差异。与果实相关的性状中,商品果长的变异系数为10.4%,变异幅度为7.3~12.7 cm,平均值为10.3 cm;商品果宽的变异系数为10.9%,变异幅度为12.8~21.2 mm,平均值为16.4 mm,表明商品果实尺寸相对稳定。商品果质量的变异系数为20.3%,变异幅度为7.7~18.4 g,平均值为12.1 g,显示果实质量在不同资源间差异较大。熟果质量的变异系数为21.9%,变异幅度为22.7~67.4 g,平均值为39.0 g,进一步印证成熟果实质量的显著变异。叶片相关的性状中,叶长的变异系数为8.2%,变异幅度为27.0~40.3 cm,平均值为32.6 cm;叶宽的变异系数为9.2%,变异幅度为26.5~45.0 cm,平均值为35.5 cm,表明叶片尺寸较为一致。叶柄长的变异系数为15.8%,变异幅度为29.0~60.7 cm,平均值为43.1 cm,显示叶柄长度存在一定差异。关于产量相关性状,单株果数的变异系数为22.2%,变异幅度为9.3~38.0,平均值为23.6,说明单株产量潜力在不同资源间差异明显。单果种子数的变异系数为18.6%,变异幅度为27.0~114.3,平均值为72.4,表明种子数量具有较高的多样性。
16个数量性状的多样性指数范围为1.51~2.07,平均值为1.93。多样性指数较高的4个性状为叶长(2.07)、熟果长(2.07)、熟果宽(2.06)和商品果宽(2.06),表明叶片和果实性状的遗传多样性较为丰富;而第一花节位(1.51)、开花期(1.53)和株高(1.63)的多样性指数较低,反映出植株生长性状变异有限。
综上,黄秋葵资源的数量性状中,果实质量、单株产量及第一花节位的变异程度较高,而叶片尺寸和商品果实形态的稳定性较强,这为早熟、高产种质资源的筛选提供重要依据。
本研究共调查了124份黄秋葵资源的13个质量性状,质量性状多样性指数范围为0.08~1.52(表4)。其中,果实颜色的多样性指数最高(1.52),叶片颜色(0.76)和叶缘(0.75),表明果实与叶片颜色及叶缘形态的遗传多样性较丰富;而花瓣颜色(0.08)和萼片存留(0.13)的多样性指数最低,说明这两类性状在种质资源中高度一致。关于花部性状,花瓣颜色中,98.4%的资源为等级1(奶油色),仅1.6%为等级2(黄色),表明花瓣颜色高度保守。花基部红色中30.7%为等级1(只有里面存在),69.3%为等级2(两面存在),显示花基部颜色具有显著分化。萼片存留中,98.4%为等级2(部分存留),仅1.6%为等级1(开花后7 d不存留)或等级3(存留),表明萼片脱落为优势特征。关于茎部性状,茎颜色中80.6%为等级1(绿色),11.3%为等级2(深绿色),6.5%为等级3(浅绿色),其余等级占比不足1%,显示茎颜色以绿色为主,少数具变异。茎茸毛(SF)90.3%为等级1(无茸毛),9.7%为等级2(具茸毛),表明茸毛性状较为单一。关于叶片性状,叶片颜色中77.4%为等级3(绿色),14.5%为等级4(深绿色),其余等级占比不足5%,显示叶片颜色以绿色和深绿为主。叶缘中75.8%为等级2(半裂掌状),9.7%为等级1(浅裂掌状),表明锯齿叶缘为常见特征。叶片形状中75.8%为等级2(心脏五角),14.5%为等级1(近心脏五角),其余等级占比不足10%,说明心脏五角型叶片占主导地位。关于果实性状,果实姿态中82.3%为等级1(直立),16.9%为等级2(微斜),表明直立果实姿态为优势表型。果实横截面中,92.7%为等级2(五角型),4.8%为等级1(多角形),显示五角型横截面占主导地位。果实颜色中34.7%为等级4(绿色),29.0%为等级5(深绿色),23.4%为等级3(浅绿色),其余等级占比较少,表明果实颜色呈现多样化分布。果实形状中,34.7%为等级1(长弯棒),25.0%为等级2(短棒),25.8%为等级6(弯刀形),其余等级占比分散,反映果实形状存在显著差异。果实茸毛中88.7%为等级2(轻微粗毛),5.6%为等级1(多毛),说明轻微粗毛果实占绝对优势。
综上,黄秋葵资源的质量性状中,果实颜色、叶片颜色及叶缘形态等的多样性较高,而花瓣颜色、萼片存留等性状高度保守,这为品种分类和性状改良提供了关键依据。
相关性分析结果显示,黄秋葵的表型性状之间存在多组显著的相关关系(图1)。生长性状之间呈极显著正相关性,包括开花期和第一花节位(0.95)、叶片长与叶片宽(0.78)、株幅与叶柄长(0.76)、叶柄长与第一花节位(0.75)。此外,商品果宽与商品果质量(0.77)、熟果质量与熟果宽(0.69)等果实性状之间也存在极显著正相关性。单株果数与单果种子数的相关系数为-0.27,表现出极显著负相关。此外,开花期与单株果数的相关系数为-0.28,也显示一定的负相关。以上结果表明,黄秋葵的叶片形态(如叶长与叶宽)、植株结构(如株高与株幅)及果实特征(如果实纵径与重量)之间存在紧密协同关系,而产量相关性状(单株果数与种子数)则存在拮抗关系,这为后续育种中性状协同改良提供重要参考。
对124份黄秋葵资源数量性状进行标准化处理后,共提取4个主成分,累计贡献率达到99.25%。第1主成分(PC1)特征值为10.92,贡献率为96.17%,是变异的主要来源,主要反映植株生长与果实产量特征,包括株高(-24.23)、株幅(-22.06)、商品果长(9.67)、商品果宽(7.54)、商品果质量(9.05)和单果种子数(-11.46),表明第1主成分综合表征植株整体生长势及商品果实的大小与质量。第2主成分(PC2)特征值为1.56,贡献率为1.97%,主要表征果实成熟特性,贡献较大的性状包括熟果质量(0.92)和单果种子数(4.09),反映成熟果实质量与种子数量的关联性。第3主成分(PC3)特征值为0.99,贡献率为0.80%,主要与单株产量相关,贡献较大的性状为单株果数(0.93)和熟果质量(-0.41),体现果实数量与单果质量之间的拮抗关系。第4主成分(PC4)特征值为0.62,贡献率为0.31%,贡献较大的性状为单株果数(-0.95)和熟果质量(0.77),可能反映高产植株中果实成熟质量的负关联(表5图2)。综上,第1主成分贡献率最高,对表型多样性的影响最大,其余主成分贡献较小,主要涉及果实成熟与产量特性的细分维度。
根据16个数量性状对124份黄秋葵种质资源进行系统聚类分析,124份黄秋葵种质资源划可分为4个类群(图3)。类群Ⅰ包含87份种质(70.16%),类群Ⅱ包含32份种质(25.81%),类群Ⅲ包含2份种质(1.61%),类群Ⅳ包含3份种质(2.41%),聚集类别和地域来源无直接相关性。类群Ⅰ的黄秋葵种质资源丰富,资源数量最多,主要表现为开花期短、开花节位低、株高矮、株幅小、单株果数最多,优良性状最多。类群Ⅱ的种质资源较丰富,果较大,单果质量较大,叶片较大,也是比较好的育种材料。类群Ⅲ种质开花期、第一花节位、株高、株幅、叶片长、单果种子数都是最大的,果少又小,但是种子最多。类群Ⅳ较晚熟、商品果较长,单株果数也比较多,叶片也较大。
种质资源的系统调查与收集是发掘优异种质、实现资源高效保存与利用的关键基础,不仅为黄秋葵新品种选育提供材料支撑,也为构建优质种质库奠定科学依据。本研究对124份不同来源的黄秋葵种质资源进行了农艺性状评价和多样性分析,结果显示其表型性状的多样性特征显著,充分体现了黄秋葵种质对环境适应性与遗传变异的潜力。表型性状的多样性分析因其操作简便、成本较低,已成为植物遗传多样性研究的核心方法之一,本研究进一步验证了该方法在黄秋葵遗传资源研究中的适用性。
本研究中,黄秋葵数量性状的变异系数范围为8.2%~59.8%,其中第一花节位(59.8%)、单果种子数(18.6%)和单株果数(22.2%)等性状表现出较高的变异系数,表明这些性状在不同种质间存在显著的遗传差异,为高产、抗逆等目标性状的筛选提供了丰富的遗传基础。YILDIZ等[18]对66份不同地理来源的黄秋葵种质进行了评价,所有性状同样在种质间存在显著的变异。本研究中16个数量性状,第一花节位是变异系数最大的,与王小秋等[14]研究的单果质量变异系数最大(25.97%)的结论不一致,其原因可能是供试材料不同。相关性分析揭示了黄秋葵农艺性状间的协同与拮抗关系。叶长与叶宽(r=0.78)、株幅与叶柄长(r=0.76)的极显著正相关表明叶片形态与植株结构的协同进化;商品果宽与商品果质量(0.77)、熟果质量与熟果宽(0.69)等果实性状之间存在极显著正相关,这与康泽培等[8]研究的蒴果宽度与单果质量存在相关性的结论一致,表明果实的质量与果实大小有一定的关系,如若选育高产的品种可以通过果实较大或单果质量较大的亲本来实现。
主成分分析是一种降维统计方法,广泛应用于作物种质资源研究,可有效揭示多个性状间的内在关系,识别影响表型多样性的关键因素。本研究将16个表型性状简化为4个主成分,选出株高、株幅、商品果长、商品果宽、商品果质量和单果种子数为第一主成分的主要影响因素,累计贡献率为96.17%,这与蒋瑶等[19]黔东南地区21个黄秋葵品种主成分分析结果基本一致,说明上述用于主成分分析的因子能够对黄秋葵资源进行综合性评价。
聚类分析可以直观明了地展示植物种质资源之间的亲缘关系[20],可有效揭示群体结构,指导品种选育和遗传资源管理。本研究采用Origin 2021软件对124份黄秋葵种质资源16个数量性状进行聚类,将124份种质资源分为4个类群。从种质资源聚类结果来看,聚类类别与地域来源无直接相关性,即不同类群中均包含有多个来源地的资源,这与YILDIZ等[18]的研究结果不一致,推测其原因是由于世界范围内研究机构交流频繁,相互交换资源,不同地域的种质资源之间可能存在基因流动和杂交现象,导致遗传背景的混合,从而模糊了地域差异。从聚类分析结果来看,类群Ⅰ中的种质比较早熟,第一开花节位低,植株较矮、株型紧凑、单株产量高,适合用于选育早熟、高产的品种;类群Ⅲ和类群Ⅳ中的种质非常晚熟,第一开花节位高,株高较高,生物量大,可以用于选育饲料用品种[21]
综上,本研究系统评价了黄秋葵种质资源的遗传多样性,揭示了关键性状的变异模式与关联规律,为精准育种和种质创新提供科学依据。然而,研究仍存在一定局限性,例如未深入探讨环境因子(如海南热带气候)对性状表达的影响,且样本地理覆盖范围有待扩展。未来可结合分子标记技术,验证表型多样性背后的遗传机制,并开展多环境试验以筛选广适应性种质,进一步推动黄秋葵育种工作的提质增效。
