Stylosanthes guianensis, Pueraria phaseoloides, and Tephrosia candida were selected to investigate the impact mechanisms of green manures on soil physicochemical properties and nitrogen content in rubber tree leaves, through the analysis of natural abundance of 15N (δ15N) and partial least squares path analysis (PLS-PM) to elucidate the effects of different leguminous green manures on soil improvement and nitrogen uptake in young rubber plantations. Results showed that P. phaseoloides and S.guianensis treatments significantly increased soil alkaline nitrogen by 30.54% and 31.25%, respectively, while reducing available potassium by 8.40% and 6.87%, compared to natural grass cover. P. phaseoloides treatment had the strongest effect on increasing soil organic matter and available phosphorus content, with increases of 12.60% and 30.94%, respectively. S. guianensis treatment had the strongest effect on increasing the total nitrogen content in rubber trees leaves (an increase of 25.86%). Correlation analysis and PLS-PM indicated a significant positive correlation between leguminous green manures and soil alkaline nitrogen and total nitrogen content, with a significant positive effect. In conclusion, under the conditions of this study, leguminous green manures promoted the absorption and accumulation of nitrogen in rubber tree leaves by increasing soil alkaline nitrogen content. The rational selection or mixed planting of leguminous green manures can improve the nutrient absorption efficiency of rubber trees and contribute to the sustainable production of rubber plantations.

为明确不同豆科绿肥在幼龄胶园土壤改良效果及橡胶树氮素吸收的影响,本研究选取柱花草、葛藤和山毛豆3种豆科绿肥进行间作种植,分析其对土壤养分的影响作用;采用15N自然丰度(δ15N)和偏最小二乘路径分析(PLS-PM),解析绿肥对土壤氮含量及橡胶树叶片氮素吸收的影响路径。结果表明:与自然生草对照相比,葛藤和柱花草处理显著提高土壤碱解氮含量,增幅分别为30.54%和31.25%,但速效钾含量降低8.40%和6.87%;葛藤处理对土壤有机质和有效磷含量的提升效果最为明显,增幅分别为12.60%和30.94%。柱花草处理对橡胶树叶片全氮含量的提升效果相对较高(增幅为25.86%)。相关性分析和偏最小二乘路径分析进一步表明,豆科绿肥与土壤碱解氮和全氮含量呈显著正相关,且具有显著正向效应。综上所述,在本研究条件下,豆科绿肥主要通过提高土壤碱解氮含量来促进橡胶树叶片对氮素的吸收和积累。因此,在幼龄胶园管理中,合理选择或混种豆科绿肥,可提升土壤和橡胶树氮含量,有利于实现胶园生态系统的可持续生产。

为明确不同豆科绿肥在幼龄胶园土壤改良效果及橡胶树氮素吸收的影响,本研究选取柱花草、葛藤和山毛豆3种豆科绿肥进行间作种植,分析其对土壤养分的影响作用;采用15N自然丰度(δ15N)和偏最小二乘路径分析(PLS-PM),解析绿肥对土壤氮含量及橡胶树叶片氮素吸收的影响路径。结果表明:与自然生草对照相比,葛藤和柱花草处理显著提高土壤碱解氮含量,增幅分别为30.54%和31.25%,但速效钾含量降低8.40%和6.87%;葛藤处理对土壤有机质和有效磷含量的提升效果最为明显,增幅分别为12.60%和30.94%。柱花草处理对橡胶树叶片全氮含量的提升效果相对较高(增幅为25.86%)。相关性分析和偏最小二乘路径分析进一步表明,豆科绿肥与土壤碱解氮和全氮含量呈显著正相关,且具有显著正向效应。综上所述,在本研究条件下,豆科绿肥主要通过提高土壤碱解氮含量来促进橡胶树叶片对氮素的吸收和积累。因此,在幼龄胶园管理中,合理选择或混种豆科绿肥,可提升土壤和橡胶树氮含量,有利于实现胶园生态系统的可持续生产。

Stylosanthes guianensis, Pueraria phaseoloides, and Tephrosia candida were selected to investigate the impact mechanisms of green manures on soil physicochemical properties and nitrogen content in rubber tree leaves, through the analysis of natural abundance of 15N (δ15N) and partial least squares path analysis (PLS-PM) to elucidate the effects of different leguminous green manures on soil improvement and nitrogen uptake in young rubber plantations. Results showed that P. phaseoloides and S.guianensis treatments significantly increased soil alkaline nitrogen by 30.54% and 31.25%, respectively, while reducing available potassium by 8.40% and 6.87%, compared to natural grass cover. P. phaseoloides treatment had the strongest effect on increasing soil organic matter and available phosphorus content, with increases of 12.60% and 30.94%, respectively. S. guianensis treatment had the strongest effect on increasing the total nitrogen content in rubber trees leaves (an increase of 25.86%). Correlation analysis and PLS-PM indicated a significant positive correlation between leguminous green manures and soil alkaline nitrogen and total nitrogen content, with a significant positive effect. In conclusion, under the conditions of this study, leguminous green manures promoted the absorption and accumulation of nitrogen in rubber tree leaves by increasing soil alkaline nitrogen content. The rational selection or mixed planting of leguminous green manures can improve the nutrient absorption efficiency of rubber trees and contribute to the sustainable production of rubber plantations.

天然橡胶作为国家重要的战略物资和热带地区农业经济的支柱产业,其可持续生产对保障国家经济安全具有重要意义[1]。橡胶树(Hevea brasiliensis Muell. Arg.)是天然橡胶的主要来源,其生长和产量不仅取决于遗传特性,更与土壤肥力状况和养分管理水平密切相关[2-4]。在众多营养元素中,氮素作为植物生长发育的关键限制因子,对橡胶树的生物量积累和胶乳合成具有显著的调控作用[5-6]。特别是在幼龄胶园阶段,由于橡胶树根系尚未完全发育,其养分吸收能力相对有限,这使得土壤改良措施的实施尤为重要。
种植豆科绿肥作为一种环境友好型的土壤改良措施,在农业生态系统中的应用价值日益凸显[7-9]。其独特的生物固氮能力不仅能够提高土壤氮素含量,还能通过根系分泌和残体分解等途径改善土壤理化性质[10-11]。在胶园生态系统中,间作豆科绿肥能够有效促进橡胶树根系发育,提高土壤有机质和有效氮含量[12]。已有研究显示,胶园-柱花草间作系统可显著增加土壤全氮和碱解氮含量[13],间种葛藤可调节土壤酸碱度,提高土壤肥力[14-16]。然而,现有研究多集中于单一豆科绿肥品种的效应评估,对不同豆科绿肥的作用机制缺乏系统性比较。特别是豆科绿肥影响幼龄胶园“土壤—植物”系统氮素循环的作用路径尚不完全清楚。
基于此,本研究选取柱花草、葛藤和山毛豆3种典型豆科绿肥,利用15N自然丰度(δ15N)和偏最小二乘路径分析,系统分析不同豆科绿肥对土壤养分和橡胶树叶片氮含量的影响及其作用路径,评估其在胶园土壤改良中的潜力,旨在为胶园土壤改良和绿色可持续发展提供理论依据。
试验在海南省儋州市中国热带农业科学院试验场红城队进行。该地区属于典型的热带海洋性季风气候,年均气温21.5~28.5 ℃,年均日照时数2100 h,年均降水量约1600 mm,其中7—9月的降雨量占全年总降雨量的70%。试验地为幼龄胶园,于2021年11月开垦定植,种植材料为一年生的热研917芽接苗,株行距为3.0 m×7.0 m,橡胶树种植后下一年进行绿肥种植田间试验。土壤类型为花岗岩发育的砖红壤。
本研究采用随机区组设计,共设置4个处理,分别为:(1)自然生草(CK);(2)葛藤;(3)山毛豆;(4)柱花草。每个处理小区面积均为150 m2,并进行3次重复。绿肥于2022年5月播种,生长期间,试验区域不施用肥料,以模拟自然生长条件。绿肥种植采用穴播法,葛藤播种密度为20 cm×30 cm,播种量为20 kg/hm2;山毛豆播种密度为20 cm×30 cm,播种量为30 kg/hm2;柱花草播种密度为40 cm×40 cm,播种量为15 kg/hm2。绿肥出苗后1个月,所有处理均进行人工去除杂草,之后在绿肥覆盖的情况下无需再进行除草。自然生草区则每2个月进行一次人工控萌。
(1)样品采集。于橡胶树落叶时期(2024年1月),在每个试验小区内随机取3个1 m×1 m的样方,分别采集3种绿肥和自然生草样品。所有样品经烘干粉碎后,测定其全氮和δ15N自然丰度。同时,使用土钻采集与绿肥样方对应的土样,将0~20 cm土层的样品充分混匀后装入密封袋。去除混合土样中的石块、根系等杂物后,将土样风干、研磨,并过1 mm筛,用于测定土壤的基本理化性质。此外,选取与绿肥小区对应的橡胶树,采集其树上尚未掉落的叶片样品,用于测定橡胶树叶片全氮和δ15N自然丰度。
(2)指标测定。土壤pH采用土水质量比为1∶5的电位法测定,有机质采用重铬酸钾外加热法测定,碱解氮采用碱解蒸馏法测定,速效磷采用NH4F-HCl浸提-连续流动分析仪法测定,速效钾采用乙酸铵浸提-火焰光度法测定。
土壤和植物样品中全氮含量及15N自然丰度(δ15N)釆用元素分析仪(Thermo Flash EA1112)-稳定性同位素质谱联用仪(GV IsoPrime JB312)测定。δ15N的计算式:
式中,Rsample表示样品中15N/14N的相对丰度;Rstandard表示大气N215N/14N的相对丰度。
采用SPSS 26.0软件单因素方差分析显著性;利用Origin Pro 2022软件进行数据绘制,并对绿肥和橡胶叶片氮含量与土壤理化性质进行相关性分析;利用R语言的“PLS-PM包”分析豆科绿肥通过改变土壤氮含量,进而影响幼龄橡胶树叶片氮含量的作用路径。
表1所示,与对照相比,柱花草、葛藤和山毛豆处理均对土壤养分含量产生了明显影响。柱花草和葛藤处理显著提高了土壤碱解氮含量,分别增加30.54%和31.25%;土壤有机质和有效磷含量在各绿肥处理下较对照均有所提高,其中葛藤处理的提升幅度最为明显,分别增加12.60%和30.94%。柱花草和葛藤处理的速效钾含量较对照分别降低8.40%和6.87%,而山毛豆处理速效钾含量则较对照增加29.01%。此外,不同绿肥处理下土壤pH呈现下降趋势,但各处理较对照差异不显著。与对照相比,柱花草、葛藤和山毛豆处理的pH分别降低5.58%、1.46%和3.00%。
不同绿肥处理均在一定程度上提高了土壤全氮含量(图1A)。与对照相比,葛藤处理的土壤全氮含量显著增加13.91%,柱花草和山毛豆处理的土壤全氮含量分别增加2.61%和4.78%。在土壤碳氮比方面(图1B),柱花草处理的土壤碳氮比较对照增加1.38%,而葛藤和山毛豆处理的土壤碳氮比分别下降1.24%和3.32%,但各绿肥处理之间的差异均不显著。
图2A所示,各绿肥处理的全氮含量较对照均有不同程度的提升,分别增加16.21倍、0.45倍和0.69倍。其中,葛藤处理的全氮含量显著高于对照,且较柱花草和山毛豆处理分别增加10.84倍和9.18倍,但3种处理间差异不显著。在橡胶树叶片全氮含量方面(图2B),与对照相比,柱花草、葛藤和山毛豆处理均对橡胶树叶片全氮含量产生了积极影响,分别增加25.86%、16.28%和18.06%。
图3A所示,各绿肥处理的绿肥15N自然丰度(δ15N)存在显著差异。与对照相比,柱花草、葛藤和山毛豆处理的δ15N值分别显著降低2.90倍、2.74倍和2.26倍。其中,柱花草处理的δ15N值明显低于葛藤和山毛豆处理,分别降低8.48%和33.90%。在橡胶叶片δ15N值方面(图3B),葛藤处理的橡胶叶片δ15N值显著高于柱花草和山毛豆处理,分别增加146.31%和85.37%;而柱花草处理的橡胶叶片δ15N值则显著低于对照、葛藤和山毛豆处理,分别降低2.63倍、3.16倍和1.32倍。不同绿肥处理的土壤δ15N值均有明显提升(图3C),其中,山毛豆处理土壤δ15N值较对照显著增加了1.01倍。
图4相关性分析显示,绿肥全氮与土壤全氮、有机质含量呈显著正相关。绿肥δ15N值与土壤碱解氮含量呈极显著正相关。橡胶叶片δ15N值与土壤全氮含量呈显著正相关。在土壤理化性质方面,有机质与碱解氮、土壤全氮分别呈显著正相关和极显著正相关(P<0.001);土壤δ15N值与碱解氮、有效磷含量均呈显著正相关。
偏最小二乘路径模型分析结果显示(图5),绿肥氮含量对土壤氮含量的直接影响路径系数为0.700,而通过影响土壤碱解氮含量和δ15N值的间接影响路径系数均为0.719。此外,绿肥氮含量对橡胶叶片氮含量具有极显著正效应,直接和间接影响的路径系数分别为0.8727和0.0209。
种植豆科绿肥是农业生态系统中改善土壤质量和提升养分有效性的重要措施[15-16]。本研究结果表明,与自然生草对照处理相比,豆科绿肥处理使土壤全氮含量增加2.61%~13.91%,柱花草和葛藤处理显著提高土壤碱解氮含量,分别增加30.54%和31.25%。这一结果与朱亚琼等[8]的田间试验研究一致,表明豆科绿肥在促进土壤氮积累方面的积极作用。豆科植物通过与根瘤菌形成共生固氮体系,将大气中的氮气转化为植物可利用的氮素形态,这一过程不仅直接增加了土壤氮库还通过加速矿质养分的释放来增强土壤的供氮能力[7,16]。不同豆科植物在固氮能力上存在种间差异,这可能与根瘤菌的宿主特异性、固氮酶活性及环境适应性等因素有关[17-19]。其中,葛藤作为多年生藤本植物,其快速生长特性和广泛的覆盖面积,能够为土壤提供大量有机残体和氮源[16-17,20]。这种持续的有机质输入促进了固氮微生物群落的繁殖,还加速了氮素的矿化过程[21]
偏最小二乘路径模型结果显示,绿肥通过影响土壤氮含量调控土壤氮库。这与王桂花等[17]研究结果相互印证,他们发现橡胶园间作葛藤可显著提高0~20 cm土层全氮含量,并促进氮素在植物-土壤系统中的循环。豆科植物的生物固氮作用使植物呈现较低的δ15N值[22]。而微生物在有机质分解过程中优先利用14N,导致残留物中15N富集[23]。这解释了本研究中豆科绿肥δ15N值的动态变化特征。豆科植物的生物固氮作用为土壤-植物系统提供了氮源,而橡胶树的氮素吸收则驱动了土壤氮库的周转。这种相互作用不仅影响了系统的氮素平衡,也通过同位素分馏效应改变了土壤-植物系统中不同氮库δ15N值的分布特征[24-27]
此外,豆科绿肥处理使土壤速效钾含量降低6.87%~8.40%,这可能是因为豆科绿肥在快速生长期间对钾素的需求量较大,导致土壤中速效钾的消耗[21],在实际应用豆科绿肥时应注重钾素的平衡管理。在土壤有机质和磷素方面,豆科绿肥,表现出积极的改良效果。葛藤处理使土壤有机质和有效磷含量分别增加12.60%和30.94%,这与吴志祥等[28]在幼龄胶园的研究结果一致。豆科绿肥的根系分泌物和残体分解为土壤微生物提供丰富的碳源,促进微生物群落的生长和代谢活动[28-29]。同时,微生物的分解作用进一步释放土壤中的矿质养分,形成良性的养分循环[30-31]。这种正向反馈机制不仅提高土壤肥力水平,还增强土壤生态系统的稳定性和可持续性。
海南橡胶树多分布于高温多雨的热带气候区,强烈的矿物风化和有机质分解作用导致土壤氮素含量普遍偏低[32-33]。绿肥处理对橡胶叶片氮素含量产生了积极影响。与对照处理相比,不同绿肥处理均提高了橡胶树叶片全氮含量,其中柱花草处理的效果最为突出,增幅达25.86%。王桂花等[17]研究结果也发现,橡胶-柱花草间作系统中橡胶树的植株氮含量显著高于单一种植橡胶树处理。这表明柱花草不仅能够通过生物固氮作用增加土壤氮库,还能有效促进橡胶树对氮素的吸收和利用。这与绿肥处理对土壤氮含量的增加趋势相同,豆科绿肥可能是通过生物固氮作用,提高土壤中可供植物吸收的氮素含量,促进橡胶树叶片氮素含量的增加[16,34-35]。偏最小二乘路径模型结果进一步揭示了豆科绿肥影响橡胶树叶片氮素含量的作用路径,绿肥通过直接增加土壤中的有效氮含量,进而影响橡胶树的氮素营养。然而,尽管绿肥显著提高了土壤全氮含量,其对橡胶叶片氮素含量的提升幅度相对有限。这种差异可能与橡胶树作为多年生乔木的特性有关:其养分吸收和分配过程容易受到物候期、气候条件以及树龄等因素的影响[2-3,35]。在后期的试验中,还需通过采集全年样品进行测定与评估,并在较长时间尺度上进行试验,收集分析数据,以更准确地分析绿肥对橡胶树叶片氮素含量的效应。
3种豆科绿肥均能够提高土壤氮素含量并促进橡胶树叶片氮素吸收,但效果存在显著种间差异。柱花草在促进橡胶树氮素吸收和提升土壤氮素含量方面表现最为突出。葛藤则在改善土壤碱解氮、有机质和有效磷含量方面效果显著,而山毛豆对氮素的提升效果相对有限。合理选择或混种豆科绿肥,有助于构建高效的胶园养分循环体系,推动橡胶产业的绿色可持续发展。
