The study was aimed to investigate the effects of fruit bagging on disease and pest incidence, pesticide usage rate and quality of fruits in the cultivation of jackfruit (Artocarpus heterophyllus) and to provide support for the high-quality and high-efficiency cultivation technique of jackfruit. With ten cultivars of jackfruit used as the experimental materials, the incidence of disease and pest and the number of new wormholes were calculated for bagging and non-bagging fruits. At the same time, the appearance quality such as the color of fruit pericarp and pulp were evaluated, and the content of soluble solid was determined. Moreover, the frequency and amount of pesticide application in the whole growing season were counted. The results showed that the rhizopus rot incidence of non-bagging fruits was 10.48%-25.00%, the rhizopus rot incidence in bagging fruits was only 0-2.62%, and the rhizopus rot incidence was reduced by 77.55%-100.00% in bagging fruits of ten cultivars. Similarly, the anthracnose incidence of all cultivars of non-bagging and bagging fruits was 10.00%-30.24% and 0-4.56% respectively, and the anthracnose incidence of bagging fruits decreased by 69.99%-100.00%. In addition, the incidence of jackfruit borer in all cultivars ranged from 23.33%-37.50% in non-bagging fruits and 4.00%-8.33% in bagging fruits, with the incidence of bagging fruits decreased by 74.62%-88.35%, in which the number of new wormholes and insects in bagging fruits of each cultivar was significantly less than those in non-bagging fruits. Compared to the non-bagging fruit, the bagging fruit was fuller in shape, the fruit surface was smoother, and the pericarp color was uniform. The non-bagging fruits had disadvantages of deformed fruit shape and uneven pericarp color. Bagging had no significant effect on the soluble solids content. By bagging the fruit, the frequency of pesticide application was reduced by 5 times and the amount of pesticide application was reduced by 85.87%. In summary, fruit bagging can be used as an eco-friendly management method of jackfruit, which can reduce the application of chemical pesticides while reducing the disease and pest of jackfruit, and maintaining the fruit quality.

本研究为探明果实套袋在菠萝蜜栽培过程中对果实病虫害发生率、农药使用率及品质的影响,为菠萝蜜优质高效栽培技术提供支撑。以10个菠萝蜜品种珍珠果、香饮所11号、香饮所18号、泰国四季红、马来西亚1号、马来西亚2号、马来西亚3号、马来西亚4号、马来西亚5号和马来西亚6号为试验材料,计算套袋和未套袋果实的病虫害发生率及新增虫孔数,评价果实果皮及果肉色泽等外观品质,测定其果实可溶性固形物含量,统计整个生长季节的农药使用次数及施用量。结果表明:10个品种未套袋果实的软腐病发生率为10.48%~25.00%,套袋果实的软腐病发生率仅为0~2.62%,套袋后软腐病发生率降低77.55%~100.00%;各品种未套袋果实的炭疽病发生率为10.00%~30.24%,套袋果实的炭疽病发生率为0~4.56%,套袋后炭疽病发生率降低69.99%~100.00%;黄翅绢丝野螟在各品种未套袋果实的发生率为23.33%~37.50%,套袋果实的发生率为4.00%~8.33%,套袋后发生率降低74.62%~88.35%;各品种套袋果实的新增虫孔和出虫数均显著少于未套袋果实;与未套袋果实相比,套袋果实果形更加饱满,果面更加光洁,果皮着色均匀;未套袋果实果形存在畸形和果皮着色不均匀等缺点;套袋对10个品种菠萝蜜可溶性固形物含量无显著影响;菠萝蜜果实套袋后化学农药使用减少5次、施用量减少85.87%。综上,果实套袋可作为菠萝蜜的一种生态友好管理方法,在减施化学农药的同时,可减轻菠萝蜜病虫为害,且不降低果实品质。

本研究为探明果实套袋在菠萝蜜栽培过程中对果实病虫害发生率、农药使用率及品质的影响,为菠萝蜜优质高效栽培技术提供支撑。以10个菠萝蜜品种珍珠果、香饮所11号、香饮所18号、泰国四季红、马来西亚1号、马来西亚2号、马来西亚3号、马来西亚4号、马来西亚5号和马来西亚6号为试验材料,计算套袋和未套袋果实的病虫害发生率及新增虫孔数,评价果实果皮及果肉色泽等外观品质,测定其果实可溶性固形物含量,统计整个生长季节的农药使用次数及施用量。结果表明:10个品种未套袋果实的软腐病发生率为10.48%~25.00%,套袋果实的软腐病发生率仅为0~2.62%,套袋后软腐病发生率降低77.55%~100.00%;各品种未套袋果实的炭疽病发生率为10.00%~30.24%,套袋果实的炭疽病发生率为0~4.56%,套袋后炭疽病发生率降低69.99%~100.00%;黄翅绢丝野螟在各品种未套袋果实的发生率为23.33%~37.50%,套袋果实的发生率为4.00%~8.33%,套袋后发生率降低74.62%~88.35%;各品种套袋果实的新增虫孔和出虫数均显著少于未套袋果实;与未套袋果实相比,套袋果实果形更加饱满,果面更加光洁,果皮着色均匀;未套袋果实果形存在畸形和果皮着色不均匀等缺点;套袋对10个品种菠萝蜜可溶性固形物含量无显著影响;菠萝蜜果实套袋后化学农药使用减少5次、施用量减少85.87%。综上,果实套袋可作为菠萝蜜的一种生态友好管理方法,在减施化学农药的同时,可减轻菠萝蜜病虫为害,且不降低果实品质。

The study was aimed to investigate the effects of fruit bagging on disease and pest incidence, pesticide usage rate and quality of fruits in the cultivation of jackfruit (Artocarpus heterophyllus) and to provide support for the high-quality and high-efficiency cultivation technique of jackfruit. With ten cultivars of jackfruit used as the experimental materials, the incidence of disease and pest and the number of new wormholes were calculated for bagging and non-bagging fruits. At the same time, the appearance quality such as the color of fruit pericarp and pulp were evaluated, and the content of soluble solid was determined. Moreover, the frequency and amount of pesticide application in the whole growing season were counted. The results showed that the rhizopus rot incidence of non-bagging fruits was 10.48%-25.00%, the rhizopus rot incidence in bagging fruits was only 0-2.62%, and the rhizopus rot incidence was reduced by 77.55%-100.00% in bagging fruits of ten cultivars. Similarly, the anthracnose incidence of all cultivars of non-bagging and bagging fruits was 10.00%-30.24% and 0-4.56% respectively, and the anthracnose incidence of bagging fruits decreased by 69.99%-100.00%. In addition, the incidence of jackfruit borer in all cultivars ranged from 23.33%-37.50% in non-bagging fruits and 4.00%-8.33% in bagging fruits, with the incidence of bagging fruits decreased by 74.62%-88.35%, in which the number of new wormholes and insects in bagging fruits of each cultivar was significantly less than those in non-bagging fruits. Compared to the non-bagging fruit, the bagging fruit was fuller in shape, the fruit surface was smoother, and the pericarp color was uniform. The non-bagging fruits had disadvantages of deformed fruit shape and uneven pericarp color. Bagging had no significant effect on the soluble solids content. By bagging the fruit, the frequency of pesticide application was reduced by 5 times and the amount of pesticide application was reduced by 85.87%. In summary, fruit bagging can be used as an eco-friendly management method of jackfruit, which can reduce the application of chemical pesticides while reducing the disease and pest of jackfruit, and maintaining the fruit quality.

菠萝蜜(Artocarpus heterophyllus Lam.)是一种桑科特色热带果树,也是热带木本粮食作物资源,享有“热带珍果”之美称。菠萝蜜树利用价值极高,其叶和果皮可作饲料,果肉可作水果和蔬菜,种子富含淀粉可作主粮,木材可作家具[1-2]。菠萝蜜在世界热带、亚热带地区均有栽培,广泛分布于亚洲热带地区,主产国为印度、孟加拉国、马来西亚、印尼等,在我国海南、广东、广西、福建、台湾、云南及四川等地区均有种植。近年来,海南菠萝蜜产业发展迅速,几乎全省各地都有种植,目前已发展成为海南省特色热带果树产业之一[3-5]。但病虫害的为害制约着菠萝蜜产业发展,生长过程中易受花果软腐病(Rhizopus stolonifer)、炭疽病(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)等真菌病害侵染[6]。同时,还易被黄翅绢丝野螟(Glyphodes caesalis)、橘小实蝇(Bactrocera dorsalis)等害虫钻蛀为害,使受害部位变褐腐烂,导致果实发育不良、脱落,严重时造成50%以上的减产[7-9]。目前关于病虫害的防控主要通过化学药剂,但易造成害虫抗药性,引起环境污染和食品安全等问题,因此亟需开发新的防治技术。
套袋可有效避免病虫为害、减少农药残留污染,改善果实的外观品质和内在品质[10],目前已应用于芒果(Mangifera indica)、石榴(Punica granatum)、梨(Pyrus spp.)、桃(Prunus persica)、葡萄(Vitis vinifera)和猕猴桃(Actinidia chinensis)等水果[11-13],这为菠萝蜜病虫害绿色防控提供新思路。如葡萄套袋有效保护葡萄免受葡萄花翅小卷蛾(Lobesia botrana)、灰霉病(Botrytis cinerea)、白粉病(Uncinula necator)等病虫害的侵害[14]。苹果套袋显著减少按实蝇(Anastrepha fraterculus)、梨小食心虫(Grapholita molesta)、苹果蠹蛾(Cydia pomonella)等害虫对苹果的损害[15]。芒果挂果期,采用果实套袋技术,能有效控制果蝇(Drosophilia)、芒果白轮盾蚧(Aulacaspis tubercularis),炭疽病(C. gloeosporioides)、蒂腐病(Diplodia natalensis)等病虫害对芒果的危害[16]。果实套袋技术不仅能有效控制病虫害的为害,另外,套袋一般只在开花期和套果前施用农药,可减少农药使用次数,并避免直接接触农药,降低果实农药残留量,最终生产出高品质、无公害的水果[17]。由于套袋时期在幼果期进行,更利于果实着色,提高果面光洁度,改善果皮外观,减轻机械损伤,以改善果实外观品质,同时稳定袋内微环境,影响可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、可滴定酸和维生素C含量等内在品质指标[18-21]
果实套袋技术对菠萝蜜品质的影响未见报道。本研究拟通过对菠萝蜜果实进行套袋处理,明确套袋对菠萝蜜病虫害发生、外观品质、可溶性固形物含量和农药使用率的影响,以期为菠萝蜜病虫害科学防控与农药减施提供技术支持和理论依据,从而为菠萝蜜的优质、绿色栽培提供科学依据。
试验于中国热带农业科学院香料饮料研究所菠萝蜜示范园内进行(18°44′29′N,110°12′11′E)。供试品种为珍珠果、香饮所11号、香饮所18号、泰国四季红、马来西亚1号、马来西亚2号、马来西亚3号、马来西亚4号、马来西亚5号和马来西亚6号,树龄8~9 a,供试果袋选用规格50~80 cm,孔径60~80目的白色透气尼龙网袋。
果实授粉完成后,经梳果、定果后进行套袋试验。选择树冠大小、树势长势基本一致的菠萝蜜树,每棵选择20个健康幼果,果实大小为(20~30)cm×(10~15)cm,套袋10个,未套袋10个,各品种重复3次,每重复1棵树,各重复随机排列。套袋前使用50%咪鲜胺锰盐可湿性粉剂2500倍液和2%阿维菌素乳剂1500倍液杀菌、杀虫混合剂均匀喷施于果实及周围叶片、枝条,用水量为15 L/667 m2,制剂用药量见表1。待药膜形成后于1~2 d内完成套袋,套袋后停止施药,将其作为试验处理。对照选取同一品种未套袋果实,农药使用按照常规管理,交替使用,每隔15~20 d喷1次,果实成型后每隔1个月喷1次。
各处理果实采收后,统计所有果实的软腐病、炭疽病、黄翅绢丝野螟等主要病虫害发生情况,根据套袋前后果实虫孔数和出虫数的变化,计算病虫害发生率和新增虫孔。
病虫害发生率=被病虫危害果实总数/总果数×100%
新增虫孔数=摘袋后虫孔数-套袋前虫孔数
利用相机记录果实外观及果肉着色情况,采用Image-Pro Plus 6软件测定果实的亮度(L*)、红绿色差(a*)和黄蓝色差(b*),计算色泽饱和度(C*)和色调角(h°),每个果实不同位置测定3次,每品种共测3个果实,取均值[22]

采用1.2.1方法对各品种菠萝蜜进行套袋,果实成熟后对套袋和未套袋处理分别随机选取10个果实,剥取同一处理不同果实,混合果肉后随机挑选5个挤压制汁,利用数显测糖仪Atago(PAL-1)测定可溶性固形物含量,各处理重复测定8次,计算平均值[13,23-24]
设置套袋和未套袋2个处理,其中套袋处理:套袋前喷1次杀菌、杀虫混合剂,套袋后即停止施药;未套袋处理:从开花期至果实授粉结束开始预防,每隔15~20 d喷1次,果实成型后每隔1个月喷1次,用水量为15 L/667 m2。杀菌、杀虫混合剂配方见表1,交替使用,以18棵树为1个试验小区,每个小区667 m2,设置3个生物学重复。记录各处理农药使用次数及用药量。
试验数据采用SPSS 20.0软件进行统计分析,数据均为平均值±标准误,百分比数据经反正弦平方根转化再进行统计分析。2组平均值间比较采用独立样本t检验法,多组平均值间比较采用One-way ANOVA法,差异显著性分析采用Duncan’s新复极差法。
表2可知,套袋能有效预防病虫为害。10个品种未套袋果实的软腐病发生率为10.48%~25.00%,套袋果实的软腐病发生率为0~2.62%,套袋后各品种软腐病发生率降低77.55%~100.00%,其中马来西亚4号较其他品种套袋后软腐病发生率降低最少,但仍达77.55%;而珍珠果和泰国四季红套袋后未发生软腐病;套袋效果对软腐病的防效最好。各品种未套袋果实的炭疽病发生率为10.77%~30.24%,套袋果实的炭疽病发生率为0~4.56%,套袋后炭疽病发生率降低69.99%~100.00%,与其他品种相比,马来西亚6号套袋后炭疽病发生率降低最少,为69.99%;香饮所18号和泰国四季红套袋后未观察到炭疽病。另外,黄翅绢丝野螟在各品种未套袋果实的发生率为23.33%~37.50%,套袋果实的发生率为4.00%~8.33%,套袋后发生率降低74.62%~88.35%。套袋果实的新增虫孔和出虫数均显著少于未套袋果实,其中马来西亚1号在各品种中新增虫孔最多,为(5.00±0.58)个/果实,套袋菠萝蜜新增虫孔为(0.25±0.25)个/果实;香饮所18号在各品种中出虫数最多,为(6.60±0.40)头/果实,套袋后显著减少至(3.75±1.25)头/果实。
比较不同处理果实及果肉外观品质,套袋果实果形饱满,果面损伤少,果肉无污染;未套袋果实除存在病虫害为害外,从果实外观看,果形存在畸形,品相差(图1)。
表3可知,3个品种套袋果实的L*值均显著高于未套袋果实,表明套袋处理显著提高果面亮度,果面更光洁鲜亮。各品种套袋果实和未套袋果实的a*值均为负值,呈绿色,但套袋果实的|a*|、C*h°值均显著高于未套袋果实,果皮着绿色效果更明显且稳定,呈深绿色。另外b*为正值时呈黄色,未套袋果实b*值均显著高于套袋果实,果皮绿色变浅,底色黄色越重,果皮着色不均匀,颜色为黄绿色。
套袋对菠萝蜜果实可溶性固形物含量的影响如图2所示。珍珠果、香饮所11号、香饮所18号、马来西亚1号、马来西亚2号和马来西亚4号6个品种菠萝蜜经套袋处理后,其可溶性固形物含量提高,但无显著差异。其中香饮所18号在各品种中可溶性固形物含量最高,为19.20%±0.37%,套袋处理后,可溶性固形物含量为20.00%±0.45%;马来西亚4号在各品种中可溶性固形物含量最低,为13.40%±1.08%,套袋后提高至13.59%±0.73%。而泰国四季红、马来西亚3号、马来西亚5号和马来西亚6号4个品种套袋果实较未套袋果实可溶性固形物含量降低,但差异不显著,因此未对果实可溶性固形物积累造成负面影响。
图3可知,菠萝蜜套袋后,农药的使用次数减少,降低了农药的施用量。通过测定,套袋菠萝蜜的农药使用次数为1次,而未套袋菠萝蜜在定果期前(2月上旬至4月)交替使用A、B、C和D药剂各1次,在定果期(5—6月)分别使用A药剂与B药剂各1次,农药使用次数为6次,果实套袋减少了5次农药使用次数;每小区套袋菠萝蜜的农药施用量为16 g/667 m2,而未套袋菠萝蜜的农药施用量为113.25 g/667 m2,降低了85.87%的农药施用量。
果实套袋影响病虫害发生率,进而影响果实外观品质。AHMED等[25]对牛心番荔枝(Annona reticulata)进行套袋处理结果表明可有效预防扶桑绵粉蚧(Phenacoccus solenopsis)为害,套袋果实未观察到该虫,而未套袋果实虫口数量高达256±6.2头;康玉柱等[26]对金苹果曹州木瓜套袋后发现,虫伤果率及炭疽病发病率明显降低;而罗卢弟等[27]研究发现大红火龙果经牛皮袋、白纸袋及无纺袋处理的果实煤烟病(Capnodium walteri)发生率分别是未套袋果实的7.88倍、7.52倍及7.26倍。本研究中,菠萝蜜经套袋处理后,病虫害发生率显著降低。另有研究表明,套袋处理对果实外观品质具不同程度的影响[28]。如套袋柠檬果实着色均匀,果皮光滑细腻且光洁度高,外观品质明显改善[29]。本研究也发现套袋菠萝蜜的果实着色均匀,可能是袋内微环境相对稳定和均匀,改变了光照对果实表面的影响,使果实品相更佳,提高果实品质。说明菠萝蜜果实套袋不仅可以阻隔外界不良环境,减少病菌和害虫为害,同时还可以提高果实外观品质,使其更具市场竞争力。
果实套袋影响其内在品质,其中可溶性固形物含量是决定果实内在品质的重要指标,是果实风味形成的基础[30-32]。然而,因套袋水果不同,对果实风味的影响不一。例如,桃套袋后增加了该果实的可溶性固形物含量,内在品质显著提高[33];翠冠梨套袋后显著降低其果实中可溶性固形物含量,抑制果实风味,内在品质降低[34]。而海沃德猕猴桃、红阳猕猴桃、贵长猕猴桃套袋后与未套袋可溶性固形物含量变化不一,是其品种不同导致的差异[35-37]。本研究中,10个品种套袋果实可溶性固形物含量与未套袋果实无显著差异,表明套袋并未影响菠萝蜜可溶性固形物的积累,不会降低果实内在品质,同时还说明套袋处理对不同品种菠萝蜜果实品质的影响程度相当,更易推广。
另外,研究表明果实套袋技术还可减少或消除农药滥用[38]。套袋猕猴桃园较未套袋猕猴桃园减少化学农药使用9次、减少施用量72.2%,果实农药残留浓度为0.31 mg/kg,降低了90.0%[39]。本研究也发现菠萝蜜套袋后,农药使用次数减少5次,农药的施用量降低85.87%,果品安全性更高。因此,菠萝蜜进行果实套袋是实现农药减施增效及无公害生产的有效措施。
本研究明确了果实套袋对菠萝蜜果实可溶性固形物含量无显著影响,其果面无污染、病虫为害少、农药使用量低,有效提高果品的安全性,结合生产过程中涉及生态环境、生产成本、农药使用安全等因素考虑,套袋处理菠萝蜜果实经济价值较高。因此,菠萝蜜果实套袋技术可作为一项新的防治技术应用于田间病虫害防控。
