China's forestry informatization has entered the stage of smart forestry,and the new generation of information technology plays an important role in the smart forestry. Based on the connotation and development path of smart forestry, this paper refines the system architecture of smart forestry, expounds the research status of key technologies in smart forestry, such as Internet of Things, 3S and BeiDou Navigation, Cloud Computing, Big Data, Mobile Internet, etc., analyzes its main problems, and discusses its development trend and research focus. It is showed that there are some problems in the research of the key technologies of smart forestry in China, such as incomplete infrastructure, high cost, inconsistent technical standards, weak information interconnection, unstable data quality, data mining not deep enough, insufficient technology integration and lack of professional and technical talents. It is suggested that the research focus of the key technologies in China’s smart forestry in the future will be on four aspects: forestry data mining and deep application, forestry cloud remote sensing big data research, forestry block data research, and the deep integration of forestry internet of things, cloud computing, and mobile internet.

我国林业信息化已经进入智慧林业阶段,新一代信息技术在智慧林业建设中发挥着重要的作用。本文围绕智慧林业的内涵和发展路径,提出智慧林业建设体系架构,分析智慧林业中物联网、3S和北斗导航、云计算、大数据、移动互联网等关键技术的研究现状,剖析存在的主要问题,探讨未来发展趋势及研究重点。研究表明,我国智慧林业关键技术研究存在基础设施不完善、技术成本较高、技术标准不统一、信息互联互通不强、数据质量不稳定、数据挖掘不深、技术融合集成不足和专业技术人才匮乏等主要问题。研究认为,林业数据挖掘与深层应用、林业云遥感大数据研究、林业块数据研究以及林业物联网、云计算和移动互联网的深度融合是我国智慧林业关键技术未来的发展趋势和研究重点。

我国林业信息化已经进入智慧林业阶段,新一代信息技术在智慧林业建设中发挥着重要的作用。本文围绕智慧林业的内涵和发展路径,提出智慧林业建设体系架构,分析智慧林业中物联网、3S和北斗导航、云计算、大数据、移动互联网等关键技术的研究现状,剖析存在的主要问题,探讨未来发展趋势及研究重点。研究表明,我国智慧林业关键技术研究存在基础设施不完善、技术成本较高、技术标准不统一、信息互联互通不强、数据质量不稳定、数据挖掘不深、技术融合集成不足和专业技术人才匮乏等主要问题。研究认为,林业数据挖掘与深层应用、林业云遥感大数据研究、林业块数据研究以及林业物联网、云计算和移动互联网的深度融合是我国智慧林业关键技术未来的发展趋势和研究重点。

China's forestry informatization has entered the stage of smart forestry,and the new generation of information technology plays an important role in the smart forestry. Based on the connotation and development path of smart forestry, this paper refines the system architecture of smart forestry, expounds the research status of key technologies in smart forestry, such as Internet of Things, 3S and BeiDou Navigation, Cloud Computing, Big Data, Mobile Internet, etc., analyzes its main problems, and discusses its development trend and research focus. It is showed that there are some problems in the research of the key technologies of smart forestry in China, such as incomplete infrastructure, high cost, inconsistent technical standards, weak information interconnection, unstable data quality, data mining not deep enough, insufficient technology integration and lack of professional and technical talents. It is suggested that the research focus of the key technologies in China’s smart forestry in the future will be on four aspects: forestry data mining and deep application, forestry cloud remote sensing big data research, forestry block data research, and the deep integration of forestry internet of things, cloud computing, and mobile internet.

林业发展是社会高质量、健康、稳定发展的重要部分,林业信息化是林业现代化的重要标志,是推进林业高质量发展的必然要求。林业信息化发展需要经历数字林业、智慧林业和泛在林业3个阶段。近年来,世界各国林业信息化飞速发展,德国是近代林业科学的发源地,德国坚持可持续的森林发展理念,推崇科学的森林经营模式,重视林业科研教育体系建设,积极探索林业信息化发展模式,不断提高林业信息化水平[1]。日本提倡林业可持续健康发展模式、近自然的森林经营模式和木材加工的精细化模式,通过“森林经营计划”和“人才培养总计划”等制度的实施,建立健全林业可持续经营体系,高效建设可持续示范点、示范林和示范区,充分体现了信息化的内涵[2]。当前美国、德国、加拿大、英国和日本等林业发达国家高度重视智慧林业的发展,在国家层面进行了系统部署,积极推进林业物联网、林业遥感、林业云和林业大数据、林业智能装备等智慧林业关键核心技术的研究,林业信息化发展已进入一个全新的发展阶段。2013年,《中国智慧林业发展指导意见》的印发和第三届全国林业信息化工作会议的召开标志着我国林业信息化进入智慧林业阶段[3-5]
智慧林业是指通过新一代信息技术,实现林业生产和经营的物联化、数字化和智能化,以提高林业资源的利用效率和生产效益,保障生态安全和可持续发展。具体内涵包括:数据化、自动化、网络化、可视化和人工智能。智慧林业是一种基于现代信息技术和科学管理方法的新型林业生产和经营模式,具有高效、精准和可持续的特点,是未来林业发展的重要趋势。智慧林业注重体现人的智慧,通过现代信息技术提升林业生产的系统性、整体性、数据化和智能化,促进林业转型升级,新一代信息技术在智慧林业建设中扮演着重要角色[6-7]。本文围绕智慧林业的内涵和发展路径,提出智慧林业建设的体系架构,介绍智慧林业关键技术的研究现状,并分析其存在的主要问题。同时,探讨智慧林业的未来发展趋势,以及需重点研究和解决的问题。
智慧林业是基于数字林业,应用云计算、物联网、移动互联网、大数据等新一代信息技术发展起来的,不仅继承了数字林业的特征,而且具有感知化、协同化和智能化等本质特征[8]。智慧林业建设的体系架构由感知层、数据及传输层、应用支撑层和应用层构成(图1)。
感知层的作用是实现林业生产和管理各种场景中人与林、林与林之间相互深度感知。通过感知层,可以实现林木的生长状况、土地利用情况、气候变化和病虫害情况等数据的实时监测和收集,为后续数据分析和决策提供重要的基础数据支持。感知层的建设需要应用物联网、3S和北斗导航技术等新一代信息技术,实现林地信息的无线感知、位置感知和时空感知。感知层是智慧林业建设的基础层,是实现智慧林业目标的关键手段。
数据及传输层的作用是实现林业生产和管理各部门林业资源数据库、林业业务应用系统和林业政务系统之间信息数据资源的互联互通。通过数据及传输层,可实现林业数据的共享、交流和整合,促进林业信息资源的高效利用和价值提升。数据及传输层的建设需要应用大数据技术、3S技术和移动互联网技术等新一代信息技术,实现林业管理的生产数据支持、空间决策支持和信息传输支持。数据及传输层为实现林业信息共享和交流提供了必要的数据支持和技术保障,为智慧林业应用奠定基础,是实现智慧林业目标的重要手段。
应用支撑层的作用是为智慧林业的各项应用提供技术和服务支撑,包括数据分析、智能决策、系统集成和安全保障等方面。应用支撑层的建设需要应用3S技术、大数据技术和云计算技术等新一代信息技术,实现林业数据的深度挖掘、系统集成和智能决策,为林业生产和管理提供科学、精准的决策支持。应用支撑层是智慧林业建设的关键层,为后续智慧林业应用提供必要的技术和服务支撑,是实现智慧林业目标的重要保障。
应用层的作用是实现智慧林业的具体应用,包括林业生产、林业经营和林业管理等各个领域的智能化和自动化。应用层的建设需要应用物联网技术、云计算技术和移动互联网技术等新一代信息技术,可实现林业生产和管理的自动化、智能化和可视化,提高林业生产和管理的效率和精度。同时,应用层需与数据及传输层、感知层和应用支撑层紧密结合,实现林业信息资源的共享和交流,促进林业生产和管理的协同发展。应用层是智慧林业建设的核心层,实现智慧林业的具体应用,为智慧林业建设提供必要的技术和应用支持,是实现智慧林业目标的现实手段。
物联网(Internet of Things, IoT)就是“物物相连的互联网”。物联网概念最早由比尔·盖茨在1995年出版的《未来之路》中提出的。历经近30 a,国内外机构和组织对物联网的概念和内涵进行了多次扩展。物联网存在2层含义:一是以互联网作为基础,继续扩展的网络;二是任何物与物之间的联通[9-10]。物联网是多种技术的集合,主要包括智能感知、智能信号处理、节点管理、系统安全、网络接入、信息处理及信息融合和智能交互及协同感知等。
林业是物联网技术应用的重要领域,21世纪以来,以传感器、射频识别技术(radio frequency identification, RFID)、红外感应等为代表的物联网相关技术已在我国林业科研、生产、管理及服务中得到较多应用,林业物联网呈现快速发展的势头[11]。物联网技术在智慧林业中的应用包括以下几个方面:一是对森林资源和环境的实时监测和数据采集,包括森林植被、温度、湿度和地形地貌等多维度参数,为森林资源管理提供准确的数据支持[12-15];二是对森林火灾的实时监测和预警,通过传感器技术实时采集火情数据,并通过物联网平台实现数据分析和处理,提供火灾预警和指挥调度功能[16];三是对森林病虫害的实时监测和预防,通过传感器技术实时采集病虫害数据,并通过物联网平台实现数据分析和处理,提供病虫害预防和管理功能[17];四是对林业生产的智能化管理,包括林木生长情况的监测、林业机械设备的远程控制、林业生产数据的采集和管理等[18-19];五是对林区安全的实时监控和预防,通过传感器技术实时采集林区安全数据,并通过物联网平台实现数据分析和处理,提供安全预防和管理功能[20]。在智慧林业应用中,物联网技术可通过对林业资源和林业生产的全方位监测和管理,提高林业资源的利用效率和林业生产的工作效率(表1)。
物联网技术在我国智慧林业应用中具有监测和数据采集实时、生产控制和资源管理智能、生产管理和业务操作高效、森林资源数据化等明显优势,对提高林业生产效率、优化资源配置、降低成本和促进林业产业升级等产生积极影响,这些影响有助于实现林业的可持续发展,推动林业经济的繁荣。但是也存在以下几个方面的问题:一是技术成本较高。物联网技术需要大量的传感器、通信设备和数据处理设备等,成本较高。二是数据安全问题。物联网技术需要对大量的数据进行采集和处理,数据的安全性和隐私保护成为一个重要的问题。三是数据标准问题。物联网技术所采集的数据来自不同来源,需要对数据进行标准化和整合,以便于数据的处理和管理。因此,在应用物联网技术的过程中,需要充分考虑以上问题,从而提高物联网技术在林业领域中的应用效果。
3S技术是指地理信息系统(Geographic Information System, GIS)、遥感(Remote Sensing, RS)和全球定位系统(Global Positioning System, GPS)这3项既相互独立又密切关联的高新技术的总称。具体来说,GIS是一种计算机系统,用于存储和管理空间地理数据。RS即遥远的感知,是利用一定的技术和设备,在远离目标的位置上对目标进行电磁特征测量、记录和分析的技术。GPS是一种以人造地球卫星为载体的导航定位系统。北斗卫星导航系统(BeiDou Navigation Satellite System, BDS)是中国自行研制的全球卫星导航系统[21]。BDS定位精度优于20 m,授时精度优于100 ns,BDS可以同时提供定位和通信功能。
GIS能够对各类林业时空数据进行分析和可视化表达,从而为林业资源管理和决策提供帮助[22];RS能够实时获取森林地表波谱特征,并对其进行加工得到林木生长环境、生长状况等专题图像信息[23];GPS和北斗导航技术能够为林业工作提供高精度、全天候、全球覆盖、方便灵活的定位、导航和授时服务[24]。3S和北斗导航技术在智慧林业中的应用十分广泛,主要包括以下几个方面:一是利用RS、GPS和BDS获取森林地理信息,如森林类型、覆盖度、高程和坡度等,结合GIS进行数据处理和分析,实现森林资源调查和监测[25-28];二是利用RS进行林木生长参数的提取与预测,对树木骨架进行重建和参数反演,实现林木性状评价[29-30];三是利用RS、GPS和BDS获取森林火灾发生的位置和范围,结合GIS进行数据处理和分析,实现森林火灾的实时监测和预警[31];四是利用RS、GPS和BDS获取森林病虫害的分布和变化情况,结合GIS进行数据处理和分析,实现森林病虫害的监测和防治[32];五是利用RS获取森林经济价值和潜力等信息,结合GIS进行数据处理和分析,为森林经营决策提供重要的数据支持[33-34];六是利用RS和GIS对森林生态环境进行监测和评估,为保护森林生态环境提供科学依据和技术支持[35-38]。3S和北斗导航技术在智慧林业应用中可以提高数据获取精准度和处理效率,为森林经营决策提供科学依据和技术支持,实现森林资源的高效管理和保护(表1)。
在我国智慧林业应用中,3S和北斗导航技术具有数据获取精准、数据处理高效、决策支持科学、监测预警及时和生态环境保护可靠等优势,在提高林业资源管理效率、防治森林灾害、促进林业产业发展和保护生态环境等方面具有积极影响,这些影响有助于提高林业经济的可持续性。但也存在以下问题:一是数据质量不稳定。遥感数据受地球环境和天气等因素的影响,数据质量不稳定,可能会导致数据的不准确或者不完整。二是数据分析复杂度高。GIS的数据处理和分析需要专业的技术人员进行操作,数据分析的复杂度相对较高。三是技术标准不统一。由于3S和北斗导航技术的应用涉及到多个技术领域,其技术标准不统一,数据模型和功能组织结构不同,可能会导致数据共享和服务共享的问题。总之,3S和北斗导航技术在智慧林业应用中存在着一些问题,需要加以解决,才能更好地发挥3S和北斗导航技术在智慧林业中的应用效果。
云计算(Cloud Computing)是一种基于互联网的计算服务模式,它通过互联网实现对计算资源的统一管理和分配,用户可以根据需求随时申请使用这些资源,而无需关注它们的具体实现方式和物理位置[39]。大数据(Big Data)是指利用多个领域的技术和工具来处理、存储、管理、分析和应用大规模数据的技术,它包括分布式系统、数据挖掘、机器学习和人工智能等多个领域的技术[40]。从技术上看,大数据与云计算是密切相关的。云计算可以通过大规模的计算动态适应大数据技术的数据处理需求,并为大数据技术提供可靠的数据备份和数据分析工具,提高大数据的处理效率和质量;同时,大数据技术可以帮助云计算提供更准确和精细的资源管理和分配,加强云计算的安全和性能管理[41]。云计算和大数据不仅仅指一种海量的数据状态及相应的数据处理技术,更是一种思维方式和一场技术变革。
智慧林业云计算平台利用并行处理技术,挖掘林业大数据的内在关联,并将其应用于林业智能决策,为决策提供计算和存储能力。云计算和大数据技术具有极强的扩展性,方便用户使用,已成为智慧林业的核心技术[42]。云计算和大数据技术在智慧林业中的应用主要包括以下几个方面:一是通过云计算和大数据技术建设林业资源信息共享平台,为政府、企业和科研机构等提供林业资源数据共享和服务,促进智慧林业的发展[43-45];二是利用云计算和大数据技术建设林业生产智能管护系统,通过数据计算和分析为林业生产提供种植、生长和采伐等各个环节定制育苗、施肥和灌溉等服务,优化种植制度,实现林业生产的精细化管理,提高生产效率和质量,降低生产成本[46];三是利用云计算和大数据技术构建森林火灾和病虫害监测预警技术,通过对森林火灾和病虫害历史数据的分析和建模,可以预测未来可能出现的风险点,并提供相应的预防和应对措施,实现森林火灾和病虫害的实时监控和智能决策,保护森林资源的安全和稳定[47-49];四是利用GEE(Google Earth Engine)地理云平台提供的多源数据和算法,实现森林资源的监测和管理、森林火灾和森林病虫害的监测和预警、森林生态环境的监测和评估、森林经济和社会效益的评估、森林应急救援以及森林可持续发展研究[50-53]。云计算和大数据技术不但可以分析处理关系复杂的海量林业数据,还能挖掘隐含的信息与知识,提高林业数据的应用价值,进一步提升林业生产管控的智能化和经营决策的科学性(表1)。
在我国智慧林业应用中,云计算和大数据技术具有多源数据整合、数据处理实时、数据分析结果可视和决策智能等优势,对提高决策效率、促进林业产业升级、优化资源利用和保护,以及促进科研创新和合作等具有积极影响,这些影响有助于推动林业的可持续发展,提高林业产业的竞争力。但也存在一些问题,主要包括以下几个方面:一是林业管理系统和经营业务系统自行研发,缺乏系统规划,数据获取方式、时间等存在差异,形成严重的“信息孤岛”现象,造成数据存储分散、冗余严重等问题;二是缺乏对不同类型数据的协同与集成,更缺乏对林业大数据的多维度分析和深度挖掘,造成林业大数据中蕴藏的很多信息资源不能被有效利用;三是随着普适化智能终端、泛在化网络技术以及新型网络应用和服务日新月异的发展,使得以集中式计算和存储为根本性特征的云计算模式难以普遍适应诸多林业技术和应用场景的需求;四是林业数据的应用需与实际应用场景相匹配,需建立与用户需求相适应的数据应用模型和服务,以提高林业数据的应用价值和实际效果。因此,在林业云和林业大数据应用的实践中,只有解决好以上问题才能充分释放云计算和大数据技术的力量,进一步提高智慧林业的生产精度和管理效率。
移动互联网(Mobile Internet, MI)是移动通信与互联网融合的产物,是一种新型的数字通信模式[54]。广义的移动互联网是指用户使用移动电话和掌上电脑(Personal Digital Assistant, PDA)等手持终端,通过无线网络接入到互联网中,进行各种应用和服务。移动互联网具有终端移动性、业务及时性、服务便利性、业务与终端强关联性、终端集成融合性、移动终端个性化和用户庞大等基本特征[55]。由于网速、上网便捷性、手机应用程序(Application, App)等移动互联网发展的外在环境基本得到解决,目前已进入全面发展阶段。随着移动互联网的飞速发展,移动互联网技术因其便捷性等诸多优点,被广泛应用于社会各个领域。
在全球快步迈入信息社会的时代背景、全国林业现代化快速推进的行业背景和全国林业信息化快速发展的专业背景下,移动互联网技术已全面进入林业政务、业务、商务、社区和文化领域[56]。在移动生产管控方面,先后建立了移动资源监管系统、移动营造林管理系统、移动灾害监控与应急系统、移动林改监管系统和移动林农信息服务系统。这些移动系统可以便捷完成林业数据移动采集[57]、林业资源和环境移动监管[58]、林业火灾病虫害移动监测预警[59]、林业生产技术移动指导[60]、古树名木移动跟踪[61]、日常移动巡检、林业应急救援移动视频指挥和视频远程会商[62]等业务。在移动政务和移动经营方面,国家和地方林业管理部门、高校、科研机构和交易平台等相关单位通过微博、微信订阅号、微信公众号、腾讯微视、今日头条号、抖音号和手机App等移动新媒体发布生产、供销、交易和资源等林业信息,提供政策、资讯和业务查询服务,有效地发挥了信息公开、舆论引导、倾听民声、服务民需的重要作用。林业移动新媒体已成为移动电子政务时代推行政府信息公开、服务社会公众、展示林业形象的新渠道。如中国林业微博发布厅、国家林业和草原局微博、四川省林业和草原局微博、南京林业大学微博、北京林业大学微博、东北林业大学微博、中国林业产权交易所微博、华东林业产权交易所微博、江南林业产权交易所微博、中国林业网微信订阅号和公众号、中国林业网微视等。开发上线的手机App有中国林业网客户端、中国竹网App、林业平台App、智慧巡护App、林调之星App、林业公社App、元林数字App、湖南林业巡护系统App、广西林业在线App等。移动互联网技术为智慧林业的实现提供了广泛的应用场景和技术支持,提高了林业资源管理、生产管控、政务和经营的智能化、科学化和信息化水平(表1)。
移动互联网技术在我国智慧林业中的应用具有数据采集便捷、信息传播效率高、互动参与性强、应用场景广泛等优势,在提高工作效率、便捷服务与管理、促进市场发展等方面产生了积极影响,这些影响有助于提升林业产业的竞争力和可持续性。但也存在以下几个方面的问题:一是我国林区多在山区及边疆地区,林农使用智能手机上网的信号差,基础通讯功能仍不能保障,无线网络设备不完善,林业移动互联网的基础设施建设有待加强;二是受地区先天资源禀赋、基础设施建设等外部因素的影响,我国林区之间移动互联网发展不平衡;三是我国林区无线网络设备不完善造成林农在家庭以外的场所上网时需要使用移动数据,流量费用相对较高;四是林农文化程度普遍较低,大多数林农只能对智能手机进行简单操作,而无法有效利用智能设备开展林业生产、政务和商务活动,当前缺乏实践应用型的移动互联网培训。若解决好以上问题,移动互联网将为智慧林业的高速发展提供更有力的技术支撑。
通过对智慧林业的内涵、体系架构以及智慧林业中物联网、3S和北斗导航、云计算、大数据、移动互联网等关键技术的研究现状进行分析总结,发现物联网等技术在智慧林业建设中发挥着重要作用,以新一代信息技术为支撑的智慧林业已成为学术界关注的热点问题,许多林业学者和专家围绕智慧林业进行多方面的研究,并已经形成了较为丰富的研究成果。具体来讲,首先,目前智慧林业的内涵已经在学术界达成了初步共识;其次,现有研究明确了智慧林业的体系架构和关键技术,为智慧林业建设中的技术选择提供指导;再次,许多研究探讨了物联网技术、3S和北斗导航技术、云计算和大数据技术、移动互联网技术在林业细分领域的应用,如南京林业大学黄城威等[29-30]在林木生长参数预测、树木枝干重建及参数反演等林业人工智能领域进行了积极探索,取得了显著效果;最后,许多地区从本地区实际情况出发,探索了各地区智慧林业的发展策略,为智慧林业的进一步实施提供参考和指导。然而,智慧林业关键技术研究存在基础设施不完善、技术成本较高、技术标准不统一、信息互联互通不强、数据质量不稳定、数据挖掘不深、技术融合集成不足和专业技术人才匮乏等问题,需要进一步解决。研究表明,推进林业物联网的智能化、集约化和标准化,提升林业遥感的分辨率、精准度和可靠性,加强林业云和林业大数据的高集成、大共享和大模型,推进林业移动互联网的高智能、高便捷和广应用,是促进物联网技术、3S和北斗导航技术、云计算和大数据技术、移动互联网技术等关键技术在智慧林业中高水平应用的有效途径,是智慧林业发展的必经之路,也是智慧林业未来的发展趋势和研究重点。
随着林业物联网信息采集效率的不断提高,数据积累量越来越大。因此,对大规模、多源、分布式的时空林业数据流进行有效挖掘,提取其中蕴含的有价值信息,并将其应用于实际的决策支持中,变得越来越重要。通过数据挖掘与深度应用,可以有效提高林业大数据的应用价值,为林业生产和管理带来巨大的效益,促进林业的可持续发展,实现经济效益和生态效益的双赢。因此,数据挖掘与深度应用已成为未来智慧林业研究的重点领域。
林业遥感与云计算和大数据融合产生林业云遥感大数据。开展林业云遥感大数据研究,一方面是发展大容量高密度数据存储、传输、控制、防护、网络化处理和数据分发共享等技术;另一方面是发展更多的时空数据分析与挖掘的理论与方法,将海量遥感数据转化为林业经营者制定决策所需要的信息。林业定量遥感不完全依赖大数据,同时将机理模型和大数据技术有机融合,做到既有数据发现的现象,又有内在的机制规律。林业云遥感大数据可以为林业管理提供更科学的决策依据,是未来林业遥感研究的重点之一。
数据孤岛和数据垄断等问题限制了林业大数据的发展,林业块数据是指把各种分散的和分割的林业大数据汇聚在一个特定平台上并使之发生持续的聚合效应,以实现数据多维度的跨界、跨学科关联。林业块数据作为大数据发展的高级形态,可以通过数据多维融合和关联分析,为林业发展提供更加快速、全面、精准和有效的研判和预测。其特点是强调林业数据的融合,为挖掘林业数据价值提供技术解决方案。林业块数据的产生打破了传统信息不对称和物理区域、专业领域对林业数据流动的限制,推动了林业云和林业大数据的创新发展。从林业云平台化、林业数据关联度以及聚合力3个重要环节着手林业块数据的研究,是未来林业云和林业大数据的研究重点之一。
物联网、云计算和移动互联网是当今信息技术领域的三大核心技术,它们之间的融合将为智慧林业带来巨大的变革和创新。物联网产生大量的数据,云计算提供海量的存储和计算资源,移动互联网则让用户随时随地访问这些数据,它们之间的深度融合可以实现林业数据的深层共享和交互;云计算为物联网提供强大的计算和分析能力,移动互联网则让林业智能化应用随时随地得到应用;云计算、物联网和移动互联网的深度融合可以带来多样化的服务创新,如林业政务云办理、共享林场、智能森林康养等,为人们的生活和工作提供更加便捷和智能的服务。物联网、云计算和移动互联网技术的深度融合将为智慧林业带来许多新的机遇和挑战,智慧林业需不断创新和发展。
