Cassava (Manihot esculenta Crantz) is the third largest food crop in the tropics and is the food ration of nearly 600 million people in the world. Cassava is mainly cultivated in tropical regions, where often damaged by waterlogging in rainy season, which leads to serious decline in yield and quality. Therefore, it is important for selecting cassava germplasm resources with high waterlogging-resistance. In this study, a pot experiment was carried out, and plant height increment, relative chlorophyll content (SPAD), relative conductivity, superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), and catalase (CAT) of 28 cassava germplasm resources were measured under waterlogging stress treatment after 6 days. Variance, correlation analysis, principal component analysis and subordinate function analysis were used to evaluate waterlogging resistance and screen the waterlogging tolerant germplasms at the seedlings stage. The waterlogging tolerance of 28 cassava germplasms had great difference and the response mechanism of different cassava germplasms to waterlogging stress showed huge difference among the 28 germplasm resources. There were significant positive correlation between plant height increment and relative chlorophyll content (P<0.01), and the correlation coefficient was 0.253. There were negative correlation coefficient between the relative chlorophyll content with relative conductivity of 0.266 (P<0.01). Principal component analysis using 6 indexes indicated that the 4 principal components accounted for 82.85% of accumulative contribution rates among the germplasms. The main factors were CAT, plant height increment, SOD, and relative chlorophyll content, respectively. According to subordinate function analysis, waterlogging tolerance of the germplasms from high to low was Qiongzhong 1, SC6068, SC201, ME191, M-F532, GR891, C222, GR3, F2000, Luoyong 80, 46-12, GR5, KU58, H660, SC5, F03P, M-GR911, CH20, M-F671, COL713, Boss 2, JG1301, GR911, E407, F274, SC8, M-SC5, Thailand. The results of this study would provide basic materials for the breeding of new varieties of cassava with high waterlogging-tolerance and for the future research of cassava waterlogging tolerance mechanism.

木薯(Manihot esculenta Crantz)作为热带地区第三大粮食作物,是世界近六亿人的口粮。木薯主要栽培于热带地区,常受到雨季水淹的危害,导致产量和品质严重下降,筛选耐水淹木薯种质具有重要意义。为研究不同木薯种质苗耐水淹性差异,采用盆栽模拟苗期水淹胁迫的方法,对水淹胁迫6 d下28份木薯种质的株高增长量、叶绿素相对含量、相对电导率和超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、过氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)、过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)活性进行测定,采用变异系数分析、方差分析、相关性分析、主成分分析和隶属函数分析对其苗期耐水淹性进行综合评价。结果表明:28份木薯种质耐水淹性存在较大的差异,水淹胁迫显著抑制了15份种质生长(P<0.05),不同木薯种质对水淹胁迫的响应机制并不一致。相关性分析结果表明:株高增长量和叶绿素相对含量呈极显著正相关关系(P<0.01),相关系数为0.253;叶绿素相对含量和相对电导率呈极显著负相关关系(P<0.01),相关系数为0.266。主成分分析结果显示:前4个主成分可代替6个指标的82.85%贡献率,其中第I主成分的载荷主要是CAT,第II主成分的载荷主要是株高增长量,第III主成分的载荷主要是SOD,第IV主成分的载荷主要是叶绿素相对含量。通过隶属函数综合分析,28份木薯种质耐水淹性从强到弱依次为琼中1号、SC6068、SC201、ME191、M-F532、GR891、C222、GR3、F2000、罗勇80、46-12、GR5、KU58、H660、SC5、F03P、M-GR911、CH20、M-F671、COL713、老板2号、JG1301、GR911、E407、F274、SC8、M-SC5、泰国。本研究结果将为木薯耐水淹性新品种培育和耐水淹机理研究提供理论基础和材料支持。

木薯(Manihot esculenta Crantz)作为热带地区第三大粮食作物,是世界近六亿人的口粮。木薯主要栽培于热带地区,常受到雨季水淹的危害,导致产量和品质严重下降,筛选耐水淹木薯种质具有重要意义。为研究不同木薯种质苗耐水淹性差异,采用盆栽模拟苗期水淹胁迫的方法,对水淹胁迫6 d下28份木薯种质的株高增长量、叶绿素相对含量、相对电导率和超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、过氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)、过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)活性进行测定,采用变异系数分析、方差分析、相关性分析、主成分分析和隶属函数分析对其苗期耐水淹性进行综合评价。结果表明:28份木薯种质耐水淹性存在较大的差异,水淹胁迫显著抑制了15份种质生长(P<0.05),不同木薯种质对水淹胁迫的响应机制并不一致。相关性分析结果表明:株高增长量和叶绿素相对含量呈极显著正相关关系(P<0.01),相关系数为0.253;叶绿素相对含量和相对电导率呈极显著负相关关系(P<0.01),相关系数为0.266。主成分分析结果显示:前4个主成分可代替6个指标的82.85%贡献率,其中第I主成分的载荷主要是CAT,第II主成分的载荷主要是株高增长量,第III主成分的载荷主要是SOD,第IV主成分的载荷主要是叶绿素相对含量。通过隶属函数综合分析,28份木薯种质耐水淹性从强到弱依次为琼中1号、SC6068、SC201、ME191、M-F532、GR891、C222、GR3、F2000、罗勇80、46-12、GR5、KU58、H660、SC5、F03P、M-GR911、CH20、M-F671、COL713、老板2号、JG1301、GR911、E407、F274、SC8、M-SC5、泰国。本研究结果将为木薯耐水淹性新品种培育和耐水淹机理研究提供理论基础和材料支持。

Cassava (Manihot esculenta Crantz) is the third largest food crop in the tropics and is the food ration of nearly 600 million people in the world. Cassava is mainly cultivated in tropical regions, where often damaged by waterlogging in rainy season, which leads to serious decline in yield and quality. Therefore, it is important for selecting cassava germplasm resources with high waterlogging-resistance. In this study, a pot experiment was carried out, and plant height increment, relative chlorophyll content (SPAD), relative conductivity, superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), and catalase (CAT) of 28 cassava germplasm resources were measured under waterlogging stress treatment after 6 days. Variance, correlation analysis, principal component analysis and subordinate function analysis were used to evaluate waterlogging resistance and screen the waterlogging tolerant germplasms at the seedlings stage. The waterlogging tolerance of 28 cassava germplasms had great difference and the response mechanism of different cassava germplasms to waterlogging stress showed huge difference among the 28 germplasm resources. There were significant positive correlation between plant height increment and relative chlorophyll content (P<0.01), and the correlation coefficient was 0.253. There were negative correlation coefficient between the relative chlorophyll content with relative conductivity of 0.266 (P<0.01). Principal component analysis using 6 indexes indicated that the 4 principal components accounted for 82.85% of accumulative contribution rates among the germplasms. The main factors were CAT, plant height increment, SOD, and relative chlorophyll content, respectively. According to subordinate function analysis, waterlogging tolerance of the germplasms from high to low was Qiongzhong 1, SC6068, SC201, ME191, M-F532, GR891, C222, GR3, F2000, Luoyong 80, 46-12, GR5, KU58, H660, SC5, F03P, M-GR911, CH20, M-F671, COL713, Boss 2, JG1301, GR911, E407, F274, SC8, M-SC5, Thailand. The results of this study would provide basic materials for the breeding of new varieties of cassava with high waterlogging-tolerance and for the future research of cassava waterlogging tolerance mechanism.

水淹被公认为仅次于干旱的第二大自然灾害[1]。据统计,水淹是造成全球经济损失最严重的自然灾害,损失占各种自然灾害的40%左右。作物受水淹面积占我国耕地面积的6.6%,最严重时受灾面积占我国耕地面积的16.4%[2-3]。植物在水淹初期时,得益于水中富含的溶解氧,长势较好;但随着水淹胁迫的持续,水中溶解氧消耗殆尽,根系呼吸受到阻碍,导致营养物质运输受阻、活性氧伤害、毒性代谢物积累、光合能力减弱等生理变化,最终影响植物生长发育[4]。植物的耐水淹性是一个受多因素影响的复杂数量性状,不同物种和同一物种不同基因型对水淹的耐受能力差异较大,这为解析植物响应水淹的机理研究和耐水淹新品种选育提供丰富的遗传变异基础。ARBONA等[5]对柑橘(Citrus reticulata)的研究发现,水淹耐受性强的品种在水淹25 d时出现受害症状,而耐受性弱的品种仅在处理7 d时就已表现出受害症状。僧珊珊等[6]对耐水淹性不同的玉米品种进行比较,结果显示,耐受性强的品种其根干重、根总长度、根系活力下降幅度相对较低,而乙醇脱氢酶、丙酮酸脱羧酶和乳酸脱氢酶活性增幅较高。张志浩等[7]的研究报道,耐水淹辣椒品种的可溶蛋白含量较高,丙二醛含量较低。
木薯(Manihot esculenta Crantz)为大戟科(Euphorbiaceae)木薯属多年生植物,广泛栽培于热带和亚热带地区,为全世界近6亿人提供粮食保障[8-9]。此外,木薯还是食品、医药、纺织、饲料、绿色生物能源等行业的重要原材料,具有良好的应用和发展前景。自19世纪20年代引入中国以来,木薯已在广西、海南、广东、云南、江西、福建等地广泛种植。木薯生长期通常也是热带和亚热带地区的雨季,降水量大、降水时间集中,加之部分木薯园排水系统不完善,易发生由长时间积水内涝引起的水淹现象。相比较干旱、低温、病虫、草害等环境胁迫,水淹对木薯产量和质量的影响往往更容易被生产者忽视。CAO等[10]比较了木薯受水淹胁迫前后的生理和转录水平变化,发现叶片光合荧光特性、抗氧化系统酶活性均发生显著变化,差异表达基因主要富集在光合作用、氨基酸代谢和RNA转运和降解等通路;除此之外未见木薯响应水淹胁迫的相关报道。近年来,中国热带农业科学院等我国科研单位在木薯种质收集、评价和创新等方面开展了大量工作,自主培育出多种高产抗逆品种,然而木薯种质资源的耐水淹背景仍未知,其评价体系也尚未建立。
本课题组通过前期观察,从77份木薯种质中挑选出28份耐水淹性差异较大的代表性种质。在此基础上,采用盆栽的方式,对这28份木薯种质统一进行6 d的水淹处理,对叶片黄化和萎蔫程度、株高增长量、叶绿素相对含量、相对电导率和超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、过氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)、过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)的活性进行测定,利用主成分分析、隶属函数法等比较木薯种质间的耐水淹性,以期初步了解水淹胁迫对木薯生理特性的影响规律,选出耐水淹能力较强的种质,为相关品种的遗传选育和推广提供科学依据。
供试木薯种质种植于海南大学儋州校区木薯种质资源圃,种质名称如表1所示,待植株长到90 d左右获取种茎。
盆栽试验于2020年5—7月在海南大学热带作物学院农科试验基地的网棚内进行(19°29″N,109°28″E)。首先将种茎砍成10 cm左右的茎段做好标记后,扦插于农田土∶营养土=3∶1的盆钵(12 cm×15 cm)中,待木薯生长至45 d左右时,选取长势一致的幼苗分成3个重复,每个重复5个单株,用于水淹胁迫试验。试验组采用套盆的方式进行水淹处理,将幼苗连盆一起移至套盆内(62 cm×36 cm×42 cm),注水淹没植株根部,使水深距土壤表面4~5 cm,对照组为正常浇水处理。水淹胁迫处理持续6 d。
观测并记录水淹处理后,每个处理随机选择6株观察绿色、延展健康叶片占总叶百分比,并采用打分制对植株的萎蔫程度进行打分:0分表示萎蔫最严重,10分表示无萎蔫。通过有无叶片黄化、卷曲将萎蔫程度分为4个等级:0级,无叶片黄化、卷曲;1级,0%~30%叶片黄化、卷曲为轻度萎蔫;2级,30%~70%为中度萎蔫;3级,70%~100%为重度萎蔫[11]
分别测量水淹处理前和水淹处理6 d时各单株基部至茎顶端的长度,2次株高差值为植株的株高增长量。
水淹处理前和水淹处理6 d时,使用手持叶绿素测定仪(SPAD-502 Plus)测定每株幼苗的叶绿素相对含量,每株幼苗选取部位相近的3个完全展开叶并标记,每个叶片在主叶脉附近分别读取10个数值,其平均值为该植株的叶绿素相对含量。
水淹处理6 d时,分别取试验组和对照组有代表性的叶片,参照刘金英[12]的方法,使用电导率仪(DDS-307A)测定叶片相对电导率。
采用氮蓝四唑法测定SOD的活性(U/g);采用愈创木酚法测定POD的活性[U/(g·min)-1][13];采用紫外吸收法测定CAT的活性[U/(g·min)-1]。
采用Excel 2021软件进行数据统计、数据整理和图表制作,采用SPSS 26.0软件对不同处理的平均值进行LSD多重比较、主成分分析和相关性分析。为比较各种质的耐水淹性和水淹胁迫对各指标的影响,将各评价指标换算成耐水淹系数、变异系数、变异指数进行统计分析和主成分分析。
式中,SD为标准差偏差,Mean为指标平均值。变异指数(CVD)=|CVT-CVC|/(CVT+CVC)/2(2)式中,CVT为所有供试材料某指标在水淹处理后的变异系数;CVC为所有供试材料同指标正常条件下的变异系数[14]
式中,E0为水淹胁迫处理的测定值,E1为正常条件下的测定值,其中测定值为株高增长量,叶绿素相对含量,相对电导率,SOD、POD、CAT活性。
同时,采用隶属函数法评价28份木薯种质,以水淹系数的隶属函数值对不同木薯种质进行综合评价,比较各种质耐水淹能力。计算公式如下:
式中,U(Xi)为各材料第i个性状的隶属函数值,Xi为各材料某一指标性状的相对测量值,相对测量值为水淹胁迫下测量值与对照条件下测量值之比,XmaxXmin分别为所有供试种质资源中第i个指标性状的最大值和最小值。
对株高增长量、叶绿素相对含量、相对电导率、SOD、POD、CAT等6个评价指标进行统计学分析。结果显示,在水淹条件下各指标均受影响,对照组和试验组各指标的变异系数范围分别为11.52%~ 77.00%和13.39%~101.77%,且叶绿素相对含量变异系数最小(表2)。此外,SOD、POD的水淹变异指数较大,说明水淹胁迫对其影响较大。
叶片黄化和萎蔫是植物受水淹胁迫的典型症状。通过打分法评价不同种质叶片萎蔫程度,分值越大,表示萎蔫程度越低,结果如图1所示。其中,有18份种质的分值大于7,10份种质的分值小于7。
水淹胁迫处理后,各种质相比较正常浇水的对照组,其株高增长量表现出不同的变化(图2)。泰国、F03P、JG1301、M-GR911、M-F532、老板2号、SC8、C222、E407、KU58、F274、GR3、COL713、M-SC5和GR911的株高受到显著抑制,其中E407种质的抑制率最高,株高增长量相比对照组降低79.7%。ME191、46-12、罗勇80、GR5、SC201、SC6068、H660、GR891、SC5、琼中1号、M-F671、CH20、F2000在水淹胁迫后株高增长量与对照相比无显著差异,说明持续6 d的水淹胁迫暂未影响这13份种质的植株生长。
使用SPAD-502 Plus仪测定28份木薯种质的叶绿素相对含量,结果显示,C222、F03P、JG1301、M-SC5、KU58、老板2号、SC8、E407、泰国、M-F532、GR3受到水淹胁迫后的叶绿素相对含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),其中泰国的叶绿素相对含量受到水淹胁迫的影响最大,相较对照组降低了17.2%(图3)。相对电导率测定结果显示,罗勇80、JG1301、M-SC5、H660、SC5、CH20、老板2号、F274受到水淹胁迫后的相对电导率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),说明水淹胁迫导致叶片细胞内含物外渗;琼中1号、SC6068、SC201、ME191、M-F532、GR891、C222、GR3、F2000、46-12、GR5、KU58、F03P、M-GR911、M-F671、COL713、GR911、E407、SC8、泰国的相对电导率值与对照无显著差异,说明这些种质的叶片结构较完整,细胞内含物外渗较少(图4)。
水淹胁迫下,木薯叶片SOD、POD、CAT活性的变化情况如图5所示。结果可见,SOD、POD和CAT活性均发生显著变化的种质有22份,占总数的78.6%。与对照组相比,水淹胁迫显著降低GR5、M-SC5、H660、GR891、CH20、老板2号、泰国、GR911、F2000的SOD活性(P<0.05),ME191、46-12、罗勇80、C222、SC201、F03P、M-GR911、KU58、SC5、琼中1号、SC8、E407、M-F532、GR3、COL713则显著升高;水淹胁迫后,ME191、罗勇80、KU58、SC5、M-F671、SC8、E407、泰国、COL713的POD活性显著下降,GR5、SC201、JG1301、M-GR911、SC6068、M-SC5、GR891、琼中1号、CH20、老板2号、M-F532、F2000、GR3则显著升高;ME191、罗勇80、F03P、H660、GR891、琼中1号、CH20、老板2号、GR911、M-F532在水淹之后CAT的活性显著上升,而GR5、C222、SC201、JG1301、M-GR911、M-SC5、KU58、SC8、E407、泰国、F2000、E274、GR3、COL713的CAT活性则显著降低。
由各指标的水淹系数相关系数矩阵可看出,SOD活性与叶绿素相对含量、CAT活性呈显著正相关;POD与相对电导率呈显著负相关;株高增长量与叶绿素相对含量存在极显著正相关;叶绿素相对含量和相对电导率呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),且相关系数最高为0.266(表3)。
对28份木薯种质的6个性状指标进行主成分分析。结果显示,前4个主成分分析的累计贡献率达82.85%,基本能代表6个性状的绝大部分信息。第Ⅰ主成分特征值为1.90,方差贡献率为31.66%,其中CAT(0.77)、POD(0.70)和相对电导率(0.61)的载荷值较大,可认为CAT、POD是第Ⅰ主成分的代表因子;第Ⅱ主成分特征值为1.27,方差贡献率为21.23%,载荷值最大的是株高增长量(0.89),可称该主成分是反映株高增长量的因子;第Ⅲ主成分的方差贡献率为16.34%,最大载荷值为SOD(-0.71),可认为SOD是第Ⅲ主成分的代表因子;第Ⅳ主成分的方差贡献率为13.62%,最大载荷值是叶绿素相对含量(0.68),该指标可称为第Ⅳ主成分的代表因子。在这4个主成分中指标的载荷值越大对水淹的影响越大,因此,对木薯苗期水淹影响较大的指标为SOD、CAT、POD和株高增长量(表4)。
将28份木薯种质的株高增长量、叶绿素相对含量、相对电导率、SOD活性、POD活性和CAT活性6个评价指标进行隶属函数计算。结果如表5所示,根据6个评价指标的隶属函数平均值进行排序,琼中1号、SC6068、SC201、ME191、M-F532、GR891、C222、GR3、F2000、罗勇80、46-12耐水淹综合表现较好,老板2号、JG1301、GR911、E407、F274、SC8、M-SC5、泰国等耐水淹综合评价较差。
根系缺氧是水淹胁迫对陆生植物造成伤害的直接原因,缺氧使植物的呼吸模式由有氧呼吸转变为无氧呼吸,导致有毒物质积累以及营养成分的吸收转运受到影响,进而抑制植物生长发育以及出现早衰萎蔫现象[15]。叶片是对包括水淹胁迫在内的逆境胁迫最为敏感的地上组织之一,通常最先表现出受害症状[16]。受到水淹胁迫时,植物叶片光合色素合成和光合作用相关酶活性均受到抑制,直接影响光合速率;随着水淹胁迫加剧,还会使叶片衰老、变黄、脱落,新叶生长受阻[17-18]。本研究选取了黄化叶片数、萎蔫程度、株高增长量等形态指标以及叶绿素相对含量来反映不同木薯种质在水分胁迫下的变化。不同植物、同一植物的不同品种在水淹胁迫处理中表现出来的形态、生理代谢等特征变化情况不同,反映出抗水淹能力在种间和品种间存在遗传差异[19]。前人对耐水淹性强、中等和较差的3个柑橘品种进行水淹胁迫,结果发现,耐水淹性差的品种在处理7 d后出现受害症状,而耐水淹性强和中等的品种则分别在胁迫25 d和14 d时才表现出症状[5]。本研究中,潜在耐水淹的18份木薯种质的萎蔫程度、株高增长量和叶绿素相对含量的表现整体优于其他10份种质,说明这些种质可能通过改变一系列形态结构和生理代谢,提高对缺氧环境的适应能力。
当植物处于淹水等逆境条件下时,植物体内产生大量活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS),导致膜脂过氧化,细胞结构破坏,影响植物正常生长,植物启动体内抗氧化酶系统来清除过量的ROS来维持其代谢平衡[20-21]。SOD作为植物抗氧化系统的第一道防线将超氧阴离子自由基(O2-·)转化为过氧化氢(H2O2),再通过POD和CAT将H2O2分解成水以清除O2-·并防止膜脂过氧化损伤细胞其他成分。植物POD和CAT在清除活性氧过程中通常表现出互补效应[22-23]。前人研究表明,SOD、POD、CAT等抗氧化酶与植物耐水淹性关系密切[24-25]。金艺等[26]研究发现,POD、SOD、CAT活性随着水淹胁迫程度的加剧而增加。SIMOVA-STOILOVA等[27]报道,短期水淹胁迫下SOD、CAT及抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(ascorbate peroxidase,APX)等酶的活性会升高,但随着水淹持续进行,酶活性则随之下降。CAO等[10]对木薯的研究中发现,水淹6 d后,木薯SC6068品种的POD、SOD和CAT活性均显著高于水淹前的。本研究结果与上述研究相似,木薯各种质在水淹胁迫后,至少有1个抗氧化酶活性发生显著变化,说明木薯能通过调节自身抗氧化酶系统表现出不同程度的抗性。例如,ME191在水淹6 d后SOD和CAT活性显著高于对照,POD活性则相反;JG1301的POD和CAT活性也出现相反的变化趋势,说明POD和CAT在催化过氧化物的过程中出现了补偿机制。徐倩等[28]研究表明,木芙蓉(Hibiscus mutabilis)在水淹15 d后,其SOD与CAT活性呈正显著相关。吴蔚[29]在进行水淹胁迫对香菇草(Hydrocotyle vulgaris)生长的影响时发现,电导率与叶绿素含量呈负相关关系。本研究对木薯株高增长量、叶绿素含量、相对电导率、SOD、POD与CAT活性进行相关性分析,结果表明,SOD与CAT活性呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),叶绿素相对含量和相对电导率呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),这与前人的研究结果一致。
植物的耐水淹性是一个受多因素影响的复杂数量性状,不同性状与耐水淹性的相关度也不尽一致。因此,通过单一性状或少量性状的评价,不能准确反映种质耐水淹的强弱[30]。将不同抗性评价指标换算成抗性系数(如抗旱系数、耐寒系数、耐水淹系数等),能够在一定程度上消除种质(品种)间的固有差异。本研究通过主成分分析、相关性分析和隶属函数分析等方法,克服了仅用几个指标评价1个或2个种质的不足。比如,通过主成分分析法将原来多个彼此相关的变量组合成相互无关的4个主成分,可以解释82.85%的表型变异,并获得各指标的以及指标间的相关性,克服了指标间的相关性及信息的重叠。采用模糊隶属函数分析法可对种质的不同性状指标进行综合分析,将各指标系数转变成[0,1]的度量值,在进行同一量化后综合比较,可直观、全面地对不同种质的综合性能做出合理的评价[31]。隶属函数分析方法在菊花(Chrysanthemum morifolium)、花生(Arachis hypogaea)、绿豆(Vigna radiata)、玉米(Zea mays)、水稻(Oryza sativa)等作物的抗性材料评价和筛选中获得成功应用[32-36]。本研究通过隶属函数法对各木薯种质进行耐水淹性综合评价,其中琼中1号、SC6068、SC201、ME191、M-F532、GR891、C222、GR3、F2000、罗勇80、46-12木薯种质的综合评分较高,可作为潜在的耐水淹种质(品种)进行开发利用。值得注意的是,耐水淹性并不是唯一衡量优良品种的标准,针对筛选出的耐水淹性强的种质大多不是现有主栽品种的问题,下一步应重点关注耐水淹种质的产量与品质相关农艺性状,通过杂交等育种手段创制高产、优异且耐水淹的新品种。
