Natural rubber latex (NRL) is susceptible to spoilage, and current high ammonia preservation systems have serious contamination problems. In this study, NRL was preserved by thione derivative LS, and the preservation effect on NRL was investigated. The volatile fatty acid value (VFA No.) and viscosity value of LS-preserved fresh latex were relatively low, and the preservation effect of LS at 0.1% was better than that of 0.25% ammonia. LS-ammonia composite preservation was used to prepare low-ammonia concentrated natural rubber latex (CNRL), and CNRL could be preserved stably for 180 days by the dosage at 0.01%~0.05%. The preserved low-ammonia CNRL had low VFA No. and good stability, and all the indexes met the requirements of production. The stability of the preserved low ammonia CNRL was outstanding, and all the indexes met the current production application requirements. The LS-ammonia composite preserved low ammonia CNRL also had excellent physicochemical and film-forming properties, and the tensile strength and tear strength of the vulcanized film were generally better than those of the current high ammonia preserved CNRL vulcanized film. By infrared absorption spectroscopy, the structure of the preservative LS-ammonia composite preserved low ammonia CNRLvulcanized film did not change significantly; thermal analysis showed that the thermal stability of the vulcanized film was basically the same as that of the high ammonia CNRL film. In addition, the safety analysis showed that the LS-ammonia composite preserved low ammonia CNRL dry rubber film did not have potential toxic effects. There was no skin irritation reaction, and the safety was better. The preservative LS has excellent preservation effect on NRL, and the composite preservation preparation of low ammonia CNRL has good performance, which can be used in the production of a variety of pure rubber products, and at the same time, the low cost has a broad application prospect.

天然胶乳很容易腐败变质,而当前的高氨保存体系存在严重的污染问题。本研究采用硫酮衍生物LS保存天然胶乳,研究保存剂LS对天然胶乳的保存效果。结果表明:LS保存的鲜胶乳挥发脂肪酸值(VFA No.)和黏度值均比较低,当LS用量为0.1%时,对鲜胶乳的保存效果优于0.25%氨;采用LS-氨复合保存制备低氨浓缩胶乳,当LS用量为0.01%~0.05%时可稳定保存浓缩胶乳达180 d之久;所保存的低氨浓缩胶乳挥发脂肪酸值(VFA No.)较低,稳定性良好,各项指标均满足当前生产应用需求。此外,LS-氨复合保存低氨浓缩胶乳具有优异的理化性能和成膜性能,硫化胶膜的拉伸强度和撕裂强度普遍优于当前高氨保存浓缩胶乳。通过红外吸收光谱分析,LS-氨复合保存的低氨浓缩胶乳硫化胶膜的结构无明显变化;热分析结果表明,硫化胶膜热稳定性与高氨浓缩胶乳胶膜基本一致。此外,安全性分析结果表明,LS-氨复合保存低氨浓缩胶乳干胶膜不具有潜在毒性影响;同时无皮肤刺激性反应,安全性良好。硫酮衍生物LS对天然胶乳具有优异的保存效果,复合保存制备低氨浓缩胶乳性能良好,可用于多种纯胶制品的生产,同时使用成本低廉,具有广阔的应用前景。

天然胶乳很容易腐败变质,而当前的高氨保存体系存在严重的污染问题。本研究采用硫酮衍生物LS保存天然胶乳,研究保存剂LS对天然胶乳的保存效果。结果表明:LS保存的鲜胶乳挥发脂肪酸值(VFA No.)和黏度值均比较低,当LS用量为0.1%时,对鲜胶乳的保存效果优于0.25%氨;采用LS-氨复合保存制备低氨浓缩胶乳,当LS用量为0.01%~0.05%时可稳定保存浓缩胶乳达180 d之久;所保存的低氨浓缩胶乳挥发脂肪酸值(VFA No.)较低,稳定性良好,各项指标均满足当前生产应用需求。此外,LS-氨复合保存低氨浓缩胶乳具有优异的理化性能和成膜性能,硫化胶膜的拉伸强度和撕裂强度普遍优于当前高氨保存浓缩胶乳。通过红外吸收光谱分析,LS-氨复合保存的低氨浓缩胶乳硫化胶膜的结构无明显变化;热分析结果表明,硫化胶膜热稳定性与高氨浓缩胶乳胶膜基本一致。此外,安全性分析结果表明,LS-氨复合保存低氨浓缩胶乳干胶膜不具有潜在毒性影响;同时无皮肤刺激性反应,安全性良好。硫酮衍生物LS对天然胶乳具有优异的保存效果,复合保存制备低氨浓缩胶乳性能良好,可用于多种纯胶制品的生产,同时使用成本低廉,具有广阔的应用前景。

Natural rubber latex (NRL) is susceptible to spoilage, and current high ammonia preservation systems have serious contamination problems. In this study, NRL was preserved by thione derivative LS, and the preservation effect on NRL was investigated. The volatile fatty acid value (VFA No.) and viscosity value of LS-preserved fresh latex were relatively low, and the preservation effect of LS at 0.1% was better than that of 0.25% ammonia. LS-ammonia composite preservation was used to prepare low-ammonia concentrated natural rubber latex (CNRL), and CNRL could be preserved stably for 180 days by the dosage at 0.01%~0.05%. The preserved low-ammonia CNRL had low VFA No. and good stability, and all the indexes met the requirements of production. The stability of the preserved low ammonia CNRL was outstanding, and all the indexes met the current production application requirements. The LS-ammonia composite preserved low ammonia CNRL also had excellent physicochemical and film-forming properties, and the tensile strength and tear strength of the vulcanized film were generally better than those of the current high ammonia preserved CNRL vulcanized film. By infrared absorption spectroscopy, the structure of the preservative LS-ammonia composite preserved low ammonia CNRLvulcanized film did not change significantly; thermal analysis showed that the thermal stability of the vulcanized film was basically the same as that of the high ammonia CNRL film. In addition, the safety analysis showed that the LS-ammonia composite preserved low ammonia CNRL dry rubber film did not have potential toxic effects. There was no skin irritation reaction, and the safety was better. The preservative LS has excellent preservation effect on NRL, and the composite preservation preparation of low ammonia CNRL has good performance, which can be used in the production of a variety of pure rubber products, and at the same time, the low cost has a broad application prospect.

天然胶乳通常指巴西三叶橡胶树生物合成的乳液,除橡胶烃外,还含有蛋白质、类脂物、丙酮溶物等非胶组分,通过离心浓缩纯化生产浓缩天然胶乳。浓缩天然胶乳具有优异的综合性能,应用范围极广[1]。天然胶乳在储存过程中很容易腐败变质,主要是细菌和酶的分解作用破坏橡胶粒子的保护层,同时生成脂肪酸,降低pH和粒子间斥力,使胶乳迅速凝固,腐败变质[2]。天然胶乳的腐败会严重影响产品品质和生产效益,需要添加保存剂来保持胶乳的流动性,同时不影响加工性能和制品品质[3]。当前,人们普遍采用氨来保存胶乳,但氨具有很强的挥发性,并且用量较高,刺激呼吸道,危害工人健康,存在严重的污染问题[4]。随着环保观念深入人心,天然胶乳的低氨、无氨化生产是未来的必然趋势。
长期以来,科研人员对天然胶乳的保存进行了大量的研究工作,尝试了甲胺、羟胺、甲醛、尿素、五氯酚钠、硼酸、硫酸链霉素等物质保存胶乳[5]。近年来,刘红梅[6]采用抗菌肽和紫苏叶浸提物保存天然胶乳制备乳胶寝具制品;李兰桂等[7]采用壳聚糖接枝琥珀酸酐保存制备无氨浓缩胶乳;丁小芳等[8]、蔡笃坤等[9]采用柠檬酸、苯甲酸钠、硫酸钾等防腐剂保存制备无氨浓缩胶乳;黄茂芳[10]采用芦荟汁液和硫醇基苯并噻唑钠并用保存制备低氨浓缩胶乳;吴若娜[11]采用二硫化四甲基秋兰姆结合碳酸钾等稳定剂制备无氨浓缩胶乳;郭雄等[12]采用果聚糖衍生物、2-巯基苯并噻唑等防腐剂结合辐射灭菌制备无氨浓缩胶乳;国外研究人员尝试采用改性壳聚糖[13]、植物单宁[14]、2-[(羟甲基)氨基]乙醇[15]、乙醇胺[16]等作为天然胶乳保存剂;还有研究人员尝试寻找能合成表面活性剂的微生物来保存胶乳[17]。其中,有部分成果投入小范围生产应用,如马来西亚采用2-[(羟甲基)氨基]乙醇保存制备低氨、无氨浓缩胶乳;国内则有厂家采用苯甲酸钠、柠檬酸钠、三聚磷酸钠等食品防腐剂复合保存生产无氨浓缩胶乳。但由于保存效果、保存剂毒性、成本等原因,以上研究成果均未能实现大范围推广应用。
本研究团队长期从事于天然胶乳保存技术的研究工作,并先后研发出均三嗪衍生物[18]、异噻唑啉酮衍生物[19]和吗啉衍生物[20-21]共3种保存体系,对鲜胶乳和浓缩胶乳均有良好的保存效果,并在生产中获得了一定的应用,但由于使用成本较高,限制了后续的推广。硫酮衍生物LS是一种水溶性工业防霉防腐剂,具有广谱、高效、低毒、稳定的特点,广泛地应用于医药、日化、防腐涂料、皮革制品、纺织等制品中。本研究采用LS-氨复合保存制备低氨浓缩胶乳,并对氨含量和稳定剂月桂酸皂的用量进行调控,优化保存体系,研究LS保存体系对低氨浓缩胶乳的保存效果及其加工应用性能的影响。
天然胶乳,采自中国热带农业科学院试验场;LS,工业级,购自山东优索化工科技有限公司;碳酸钠、氨水(浓度为25%)、冰醋酸、硫酸铵,分析纯,购自广东西陇化工股份有限公司;浓硫酸、氢氧化钡,分析纯,购自广东光华科技股份有限公司;KOH、平平加“O”、ZnO、硫磺、促进剂ZDC均为市售橡胶工业配合剂。
取一定量的鲜胶乳分成5份,依照表1配方分别加入相应的保存剂[其中氨、LS、Na2CO3均为10%的溶液,二硫化四甲基秋兰姆-氧化锌(TT-ZnO)为25%的分散体],其加入量均按胶乳湿重计。摇匀后静置,编号分别为A1~A5,室温条件下储存备用。
取一定量的鲜胶乳采用A1配方保存,并采用连续离心机离心制备浓缩胶乳样品,取一定量离心浓缩胶乳测定氨含量,依照表2表3配方分别加入相应的保存剂(其中氨、LS、月桂酸皂均为10%的溶液,表中氨含量为补加氨水后的氨含值),保存剂的加入量均按胶乳湿重计,摇匀后静置。样品分2批次制作完成,并分别编号为B1~B6和C1~C9,室温条件下储存备用。
制备方法参照GB/T 18011—2008。
取适量浓缩胶乳于干净的烧杯中,将胶乳浓度稀释到50%,在40 ℃水浴条件下,边搅拌边加入硫化配合剂分散体,然后在60 ℃恒温条件下反应一段时间,用氯仿值法检测硫化程度,当硫化程度达到二末三初时停止,冷却、过滤,制备预硫化胶乳。取适量预硫化胶乳倾倒于洁净的玻璃皿中流平,在室温下干燥至透明,取下胶膜于去离子水中浸泡24 h,取出后于烘箱中采用80 ℃加热6 h至半透明,取下胶膜后密封标号备用。硫化配合剂的配方(干基,质量份)为:浓缩胶乳100,硫磺1,KOH 0.1,平平加“O”0.1,ZDC 0.5,ZnO 0.4。
浓缩胶乳挥发脂肪酸值的测试参照GB/T 8292—2008,浓缩天然胶乳和预硫化胶乳黏度值的测试参照GB/T 14797.2—2008,浓缩胶乳机械稳定度的测试参照GB/T 8301—2008,浓缩胶乳和预硫化浓缩胶乳pH的测定参照GB/T 18012—2008。
采用NDJ-79型旋转式黏度计在70 ℃循环水恒温水浴加热条件下检测,首先称取16 g胶乳样品至小烧杯中,并加入4 mL锌氨络离子溶液,摇匀后快速倒入检测器内,开启旋转黏度计并开始计时。当表盘指针超过60刻度时按下秒表,记录时间即为胶乳的热稳定度。
硫化胶膜的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、定伸应力的测定参照GB/T 528—2009,硫化胶膜的撕裂强度的测定参照GB/T 528—2008。
采用一次性塑料吸管吸取浓缩胶乳样品1 mL,将胶乳注入100 mL去离子水中并搅拌均匀。采用激光散射粒度分布分析仪LA-960S(日本HORIBA公司)测定橡胶粒子粒径大小与分布,以及粒径基准选择面积;橡胶粒子折射率参数为1.388;分散剂为水,折射率为1.333。
将生胶样品与溴化钾混合研磨制成约1 mm的薄片,采用TENSOR 27傅里叶红外光谱测试仪进行测试,检测范围设为370~4000 cm–1,分辨率为4 cm–1,扫描次数为32次。
将生胶样品切碎成颗粒,称取10 mg样品置于坩埚中,采用STA449型热重分析仪进行测试。测试条件为:氮气作外界气氛,设定流量为50 mL/min;保护气为高纯氮气,流量设定为25 mL/min;测试温度范围为25~600 ℃,升温速率为10 K/min。
采用差示扫描量热法(DSC法)测定干胶膜的玻璃化转变温度,设置温度段为-90~100 ℃,升温速率为10 K/min.
为了考察LS对制品安全性的影响,选用LS保存浓缩胶乳干胶膜样品与高氨对照样进行细胞毒性和皮肤刺激性试验。干胶膜的细胞毒性测试参照GB/T 16886.5—2003,判断标准:浸提液细胞存活率>70%提示无潜在细胞毒性;干胶膜的皮肤刺激性测试参照GB/T 16886.10—2005。
数据采用Excel 2010软件进行整理、统计和分析,采用Origin 9.0软件制图。
图1可知,单独使用0.25%氨水保存鲜胶乳的效果较差,在储存2 d后挥发脂肪酸值即升到0.1,后期迅速升高腐败变质;当前浓缩天然胶乳生产上普遍采用A2配方的保存方式,保存效果良好,鲜胶乳在保存5 d时挥发脂肪酸值依然低于0.06;LS保存鲜胶乳在不同配方间的保存效果存在一定差异,在LS用量为0.1%时保存效果最好,挥发脂肪酸值最稳定。
图2可知,鲜胶乳的黏度值变化与胶乳的挥发脂肪酸值呈现高度的相关性,通常保存效果较差的胶乳黏度值会比较高。A1单独氨保存的天然鲜胶乳保存效果较差,黏度值在2 d后开始快速升高;A2采用氨+TT-ZnO保存鲜胶乳黏度值在5 d内始终维持在较低水平;LS保存鲜胶乳除A3样品保存效果较差外,随着LS用量的提高,鲜胶乳黏度值较低,当用量超过0.1%后黏度值有升高的趋势。
图3可知,B1高氨保存浓缩天然胶乳挥发脂肪酸值较低,保存效果良好;B2~B6为LS-氨复合保存浓缩天然胶乳,LS用量为0.01%~0.05%,其挥发脂肪酸值在180 d的储存期内均低于0.06,整体保存效果良好;LS-氨复合保存浓缩胶乳LS用量在0.02%~0.03%左右时挥发脂肪酸值较低,用量超过0.03%后,挥发脂肪酸值反而会随着LS用量的提高而升高,保存效果下降。这可能与LS最低抑菌浓度(MIC)较低有关,每种杀菌剂都有最适宜的灭菌浓度,用量过高或者过低均会导致杀菌效果下降[22]。此外,LS中含有大量钾离子和钠离子等阳离子,阳离子会压缩橡胶粒子双电层,破坏胶乳稳定性导致保存效果下降[3]
图4可知,B1高氨浓缩胶乳黏度值最低,在保存期间黏度值呈现稳定下降趋势,并在储存后期趋于稳定;LS-氨复合保存低氨浓缩天然胶乳黏度值整体较高,可能与胶乳的碱度值较低有关;此外,复合保存浓缩胶乳的黏度值在LS用量0.02%~ 0.03%时较低,并随着LS用量的提高而不断升高。
图5可知,B1高氨保存浓缩天然胶乳机械稳定度升高速度较快,升高幅度也较高;LS保存浓缩胶乳机械稳定度整体较高氨浓缩胶乳低,但在60 d的储存期内均达到650 s以上;,此外,浓缩胶乳机械稳定度会随着LS用量的提高而下降,在LS用量为0.01%时机械稳定度最高。
图6可知,B1高氨浓缩胶乳pH较高,在180 d的储存期间pH下降了0.16,下降幅度较小;LS-氨保存浓缩胶乳pH较低,储存期间下降了0.21~0.27,下降幅度较大。
图7可知,在LS-氨复合保存体系的低氨浓缩胶乳样品中,LS用量为0.03%的胶乳样品挥发脂肪酸值显著低于LS用量0.05%的样品;稳定体系中氨和月桂酸皂含量对挥发脂肪酸值存在一定影响,氨和月桂酸皂用量较高时挥发脂肪酸值较低;通过补加0.1%氨和0.04%月桂酸皂的样品进行对照,结果表明,月桂酸皂对浓缩胶乳挥发脂肪酸值的稳定作用优于氨水。
图8可知,在LS-氨复合保存浓缩胶乳样品中,LS用量为0.03%的胶乳样品黏度值显著低于LS用量0.05%的样品;保存体系中氨和月桂酸皂含量对黏度值存在一定影响,氨和月桂酸皂用量较高时黏度值较低;同等用量下,氨水对浓缩胶乳黏度值的稳定作用优于月桂酸皂。
图9可知,在LS-氨复合保存浓缩胶乳样品中,LS用量在0.03%的胶乳机械稳定度略高于LS用量0.05%的样品;保存体系中氨和月桂酸皂含量对机械稳定度存在一定影响,其中,月桂酸皂起决定性作用,即胶乳机械稳定度的提升主要是月桂酸皂的作用,氨对机械稳定度提升作用较小。
图10可知,在LS-氨复合保存浓缩胶乳样品中,LS用量对浓缩胶乳的pH初始值影响很小;浓缩胶乳的pH主要受氨含量决定,月桂酸皂含量对pH基本无影响。
图11可知,高氨预硫化胶乳初始黏度值较高,在储存前期有一定幅度升高,但在后期黏度值非常稳定;LS-氨复合保存浓缩胶乳预硫化后初始黏度值较低,低于高氨预硫化胶乳,但在储存期间呈现不断升高的趋势,升高幅度均高于高氨浓缩胶乳;4份LS-氨复合保存低氨胶乳黏度值也存在一定差异,预硫化胶乳黏度值会随着稳定剂用量的提高而下降,升高幅度也有所减小。
表4可知,胶乳的pH与氨含量存在明显的正相关性,氨含量越高,胶乳的pH越高;机械稳定度与黏度值呈现明显的相关性,黏度值越低,稳定性越高;胶乳的热稳定度主要受pH和碱度影响较大,5份样品热稳定度差别较小。
表5可知,LS-氨复合保存样品受保存体系影响测定结果存在一定波动,其中LS-氨复合保存浓缩胶乳硫化胶膜拉伸强度与高氨浓缩胶乳硫化胶膜强度比较接近,差别较小;定伸应力方面,LS-氨复合保存低氨浓缩胶乳定伸应力存在一定波动,与高氨胶乳样品差别很小;LS保存低氨浓缩胶乳硫化胶膜断裂伸长率也存在一定波动;此外,LS保存浓缩胶乳硫化胶膜的撕裂强度整体水平较高;硬度方面,LS保存样品胶膜较软。
图12可知,2份浓缩胶乳样品的橡胶粒子粒径分布范围相近,分布图像中,C1样品的分布峰值较低,而C5样品的粒径分布峰值较高,直径1 μm左右的橡胶粒子含量比较高,分布比较集中;此外,LS-氨复合保存低氨浓缩胶乳中直径在1.5~2.5 μm范围内的大橡胶粒子含量相对较低;整体来看,分布图像比较接近,差别较小。
表6可知,2份浓缩胶乳样品的橡胶粒子分布的特征参数基本一致,差别很小;其中C1样品高氨浓缩胶乳的D90粒径较高,与上图分布图像一致,即C5低氨浓缩胶乳样品中大橡胶粒子含量明显较低。
图13可知,LS-氨复合保存低氨浓缩胶乳样品红外光谱图和高氨保存的样品红外光谱图中均未看到波峰发生明显的迁移,波峰强度也未发生明显变化,特征峰基本在同波段数出现。天然橡胶分子的C=C双键伸缩振动峰波数为1649 cm–1,弯曲振动峰为833 cm–1;-CH3和-CH2的伸缩振动峰波数为2955 cm–1和2856 cm–1,且其弯曲振动峰分别在波数为1445 cm–1和1375 cm–1附近出现。2个图谱基本一致,说明LS保存的天然橡胶的化学结构与氨保存天然橡胶基本一致,LS-氨复合保存并未改变天然橡胶的结构。
图14可知,LS保存的低氨浓缩胶乳C5样品干胶膜的热降解曲线与高氨保存的高氨浓缩胶乳胶膜降解曲线相比,前期降解速度明显较低,起始降解时间存在一定温度延缓,但在后期降解速度加快,比高氨样品速度快,但总体来看,2份样品的降解曲线差别较小,即LS保存胶乳对胶膜的热稳定性影响较小。
表7为浓缩胶乳干胶膜样品热降解的初始降解温度(T0)、降解50%时的降解温度(T50%)、主降解温度(Tp)和终止降解温度(Tf)。从表7可看出,采用LS保存制备的低氨浓缩胶乳胶膜与高氨保存制备的胶膜相比,特征温度存在一些差别,主要是T0比高氨样品高出8.05 ℃,而后期的Tf却比高氨样品低11.86 ℃,与上图的变化曲线相一致,另外2种特征温度差别较小。因此,采用LS保存制备的低氨浓缩胶乳胶膜初始降解温度有一定提升,但后期降解速度较快,整体热稳定性有一定提升。
玻璃化转变温度(Tg)是高分子聚合物高弹态和玻璃态转变的特征温度之一,从分子结构上分析,Tg是高聚物分子链段从冻结到运动的临界温度,2份浓缩胶乳样品C1和C5Tg分别为–64.65、–63.98 ℃,比较接近,表明LS-氨复合保存对浓缩胶乳干胶膜的玻璃化转变温度影响很小。
表8可知,无论采用何种保存剂保存浓缩胶乳,浸渍液均可造成胎牛血清细胞一定量的裂解死亡;其中,C5样品浸提液中细胞活力为73.2%,低于高氨干胶膜样品的78.5%,细胞层均有一定的裂解死亡;但2份样品细胞存活率均在70%以上,判定结果对细胞均不具有潜在毒性影响。
表9可知,LS保存低氨浓缩胶乳干胶膜样品对新西兰长毛兔皮肤的原发性刺激指数为0,与高氨胶乳的测试结果相同,表明LS干胶膜对长毛兔皮肤无刺激作用,不会对制品的安全使用带来影响。
以上结果说明LS保存制备低氨浓缩胶乳干胶膜的细胞毒性很低,属于无毒级别,保证了制品安全性。由于本研究选取样品为干胶膜样品,未进行常规硫化,这样与高氨保存浓缩胶乳干胶膜对照更合理,可以判断2种保存体系的差别。若采用硫化后的胶膜比较,硫化过程中添加大量有毒助剂,资料显示天然胶乳硫化制品存在一定的细胞毒性,可干扰对保存体系毒性的判断。
图15为LS-氨复合保存低氨浓缩胶乳采用常规硫化生产工艺,以氯化钙为凝固剂制备的家用手套和探空气球2种浸渍制品,试制过程中,制品成型情况良好,湿凝胶强度高,制品不易黏连,试用情况良好。
天然胶乳的保存工作对天然橡胶生胶尤其是浓缩天然胶乳的生产至关重要。长期以来,人们对天然胶乳的防腐保存模式开展了大量的探索工作,例如低温灭菌、辐射灭菌等模式,但无论是保存效果、适用性、方便性,还是生产成本,化学防腐依然是可行性和适用性最高的方法。
无论选用何种化学物质来保存天然胶乳,都要考虑到胶乳保存需要一个全面的保存体系,包括碱和表面活性剂构成的稳定体系,以及杀菌、毒酶、抑霉的抗菌体系。目前,碱和表面活性剂的使用在整个乳胶生产工艺体系中已非常成熟,针对低氨浓缩胶乳在生产过程中存在的稳定性问题,可通过提高表面活性剂和碱等稳定剂用量来提升胶乳的稳定性;但稳定剂用量过高会导致胶乳硫化速度变慢,湿凝胶强度降低,需要严格控制稳定剂用量,因此,抗菌体系的优化仍是低氨天然胶乳性能提升的难题和关键。
天然胶乳抗菌体系最关键的是适用杀菌剂的选用,硫酮衍生物LS对鲜胶乳具有良好的保存效果,用量0.1%时优于单独0.25%氨对鲜胶乳的保存效果,所保存的鲜胶乳挥发脂肪酸值较低,黏度值也较低。保存剂LS-氨复合保存低氨浓缩胶乳保存效果优异,用量在0.01%~0.05%时即可稳定保存浓缩胶乳达180 d之久。所保存的低氨浓缩胶乳挥发脂肪酸值较低,稳定性良好,各项指标均满足当前生产应用需求。同时,低氨浓缩胶乳具有优异的成膜性能,硫化胶膜的拉伸强度和撕裂强度普遍优于当前高氨保存浓缩胶乳,这可能与硫酮基团促进硫化过程有关,需要进一步验证。
保存剂LS为离子型杀菌剂,含有钠离子和钾离子等阳离子,提高LS浓度后会显著提高胶乳中的离子强度,而阳离子又会显著降低浓缩胶乳的稳定性[3],从而导致胶乳黏度升高,机械稳定度下降,因此需要控制LS用量。在实际生产应用过程中,企业对生产成本比较敏感,这也是很多加工技术难以获得应用的主要原因,尽管科研人员开发出多种胶乳保存剂,由于成本较高而难以获得生产应用。本研究中,采用硫酮衍生物LS应用于天然胶乳的保存生产中,由于极低用量下即可实现对胶乳的有效保存,对胶乳性能负面影响较小的同时,也大大降低了生产成本,当采用0.03% LS制备低氨浓缩胶乳时,其使用成本低于高氨保存体系,同时LS具有很高的安全性和环保性,因此极具生产应用前景。
