Functional degeneration and lower limb dysfunction in the elderly can result in gait instability, which is the most direct risk factor for falls and injuries and can seriously reduce the life quality of the elderly and increase the risk of falls and death. Wearable precise intervention technology for gait instability is the key to solving the hazards of gait instability. However, the current instability intervention in China and abroad is mainly based on a single general technology, lacking wearable, personalized, and whole-process solutions. On this basis, this paper divides the whole process of gait instability into five stages, reviews the development status of gait instability mechanisms, monitoring, early warning, protection, rehabilitation training, and monitoring management technology, and analyzes and compares the technical characteristics and differences at home and abroad. Furthermore, it summarizes the key challenges faced by the development of precise intervention technology for gait instability and puts forward relevant suggestions for the development plan of future technology from the aspects of basic resecarch, technology development, and policy support.

老龄功能退化与下肢功能障碍会导致步态失稳,而步态失稳是跌倒伤害最直接危险因素,会严重降低老年人的生活质量,并增加跌倒和死亡风险。穿戴式步态失稳精准干预技术是解决步态失稳危害的关键。然而,目前国内外失稳干预以单一通用技术为主,缺乏穿戴式、个性化和全流程的解决方案。基于此,文章将步态失稳干预全过程精细划分出5个阶段,综述了步态失稳机理、监测、预警、防护、康复训练和监护管理技术的发展现状,分析比较了国内外技术特点和差异性;总结了步态失稳精准干预技术发展面临的关键问题,并从基础研究、技术研发和政策扶持等方面对未来技术的发展规划提出了相关建议。
