The intelligent vehicle cyber-physical system (IVCPS) is a complex large-scale system with cross-fusion features across multiple fields. When designing domain-specific modeling languages (DSML) for IVCPS, the application of existing modeling languages has problems such as poor scalability, low maturity, and high learning cost. Therefore, based on the V-model and innovative architecture methods, this article studies the DSML for the IVCPS from two aspects: the top-level design process of IVCPS and the definition of language elements in the IVCPS meta-language knowledge set. The normalization of the IVCPS system-level meta-language and component-based meta-language is defined, and the components that express physical implementation, dynamic characteristics, and cyber computation in cyber-physical components are studied, so as to provide reference for the encapsulation and creation of cyber-physical components.

智能汽车信息物理系统(IVCPS)是具有多领域交叉融合特征的复杂大系统,在设计IVCPS领域特定建模语言时,应用现有建模语言存在扩展性差、成熟度低、学习成本高等问题,因此,本文根据V模型和创新架构方法,分别从IVCPS顶层设计流程、IVCPS元语言对象集语言要素定义两部分对面向IVCPS领域特定建模语言(DSML)进行研究,对IVCPS系统层元语言和组件化元语言的规范化进行定义,研究赛博物理组件中表达物理实现、动态特性和赛博计算的组件,以期为赛博物理组件的封装和创建提供参考。

The intelligent vehicle cyber-physical system (IVCPS) is a complex large-scale system with cross-fusion features across multiple fields. When designing domain-specific modeling languages (DSML) for IVCPS, the application of existing modeling languages has problems such as poor scalability, low maturity, and high learning cost. Therefore, based on the V-model and innovative architecture methods, this article studies the DSML for the IVCPS from two aspects: the top-level design process of IVCPS and the definition of language elements in the IVCPS meta-language knowledge set. The normalization of the IVCPS system-level meta-language and component-based meta-language is defined, and the components that express physical implementation, dynamic characteristics, and cyber computation in cyber-physical components are studied, so as to provide reference for the encapsulation and creation of cyber-physical components.

智能汽车赛博物理系统(intelligent vehicle cyber-physical system,IVCPS)是一种深度集成计算、通信和控制功能的复杂大系统,通过车载传感器、嵌入式系统、车载网络、无线通信等技术,实现V2V和V2P的信息交互与共享,从而加强环境感知、智能决策、协同控制等智能化功能,最终达到提升交通效率与安全、节能环保、提供出行服务等目标1
国内外关于IVCPS的研究正处于发展阶段,整体技术尚未成熟,所以具体概念目前还没有统一的明确定义,但其主要是指智能汽车领域物理世界和信息世界高度融合的智能化系统。由于 IVCPS 系统复杂性特征和系统中含有大量的多样时变的物理过程信息,目前国内外缺乏对IVCPS系统架构描述的良好形式;其次,由于IVCPS系统的复杂异构性,系统内部各个功能各异的物理系统之间,乃至同一个物理系统各模块内部之间的信息的描述都不尽相同;而目前的CPS在公路运输2和铁路运输3的规划层面、拥堵路段交通流分配4、边缘云计算5、信息安全管理6等方面均有应用,但是针对于智能汽车领域的CPS的研究比较缺乏。综上,目前迫切需要一种规范对IVCPS 中的元素以及异构集成规范进行统一的描述,来确保不同系统或同一系统之间信息的有效性和可交互性7
最近10年,特定领域的软件开发开始在软件产业界获得广泛的接受,如一些商业化的DSML Tools相继出现,如:DeepDSL8、OptiML9、Chipotle10、MetaEdit+[11]、Eclipse GMF12、Microsoft DSL Tools13、Xactium’s XMF-Mosaic14分别针对特定领域软件开发给出了自己的解决方案15
领域特定建模语言(domain specific modeling language,DSML)是专门用于表达某一清晰界定的特定领域而构建的计算机语言,它为特定的问题领域设计了贴合其语义模型的语法记号和概念抽象,可以用来直接描述该领域内的模型,是编程语言技术与领域特定知识的融合16。目前国内外对于IVCPS的研究正处于起步阶段,虽然对于领域特定语言的研究已经有很多,但是大多是基于代码和编程的领域特定语言研究,很少有基于图形化建模语言SysML17( systems modeling language)系统建模语言的领域特定语言研究。同时,现有研究没有针对IVCPS领域特定建模语言的研究,而又因为IVCPS是具有现代机械、电子、通信、计算、控制、交通运载等多领域交叉融合的复杂大系统,在设计IVCPS领域特定建模语言时,很多语言又存在成熟度低、学习成本高等问题,所以针对于IVCPS的研发,需要设计一种领域特定建模语言。
本文根据“V”模型和需求-功能-逻辑-赛博物理架构(requirements-functional-logical-cyber physical architecture,RFLCP)方法,采用SysML建模语言,按照领域特定语言相关文献研究-确定系统建模方法流程-系统层和组件层的建模-建立对象之间的相关关系- SysML元语言拓展的技术路线,分别从IVCPS架构设计流程、IVCPS元语言知识集两部分进行IVCPS领域特定建模语言的设计,其中IVCPS架构设计流程定义了统一的架构设计流程、明确了流程的成果物、确保了需求追溯的一致性,而元语言知识集则解决了系统层级的复杂建模和组件层异构问题,提供统一的接口描述和一致性语义,帮助设计人员更好地管理和处理系统的复杂性建模,提高系统设计和开发的效率和质量,为未来IVCPS领域特定建模语言的设计和落地应用提供参考和借鉴。
IVCPS作为一个复杂大系统,其具备复杂性、异构性、高度耦合性、不确定性等特点,通常由多个不同类型的组件、子系统或部分构成,这些组件具有不同的功能、特性或技术架构,在交互维度存在复杂的相互依赖关系和耦合性,在运行维度存在不确定性和高风险性,往往难以管理和维护。因此,亟须建立IVCPS领域特定建模语言来对IVCPS系统的信息交互、功能描述等进行规范和定义。而领域建模元语言提供了一个共享的语义模型,用于描述和交流特定领域的概念、关系和约束。通过统一的语言和共享的理解,解决IVCPS复杂系统的数量多维庞大等特性。
定义领域特定建模语言(DSML)的方法是要基于成本并考虑其是否易于实施,定义DSML的方法主要有如下两种方式。
(1)定义一门全新的语言。这种方法的优势在于其高度自由度,允许根据领域需求设计灵活而清晰的语法结构。然而,这种自由度也伴随着较高的成本和学习曲线,同时缺乏广泛的工具和库支持。
(2)细化或扩展现有的通用建模语言。这种方式结合了通用性和领域特定性,允许在满足通用建模语言的同时,通过细化或扩展来适应特定领域的需求,可以充分利用通用语言的生态系统和工具支持,同时具备适应不同领域需求的灵活性1819
考虑智能汽车赛博物理系统在进行IVCPS建模过程中可能出现语义歧义、工作量大、交流障碍等问题,本文采用第2种方式,即扩展SysML语言的方式进行IVCPS领域特定建模语言设计,从而解决包括领域复杂性、语义表达和模型可扩展性等难点问题。最终实现提高建模语义准确性、促进领域交流和合作的目标,其与传统方法相比具备综合性和可扩展性优势。
在IVCPS领域特定建模语言研究中,首先对智能汽车赛博物理架构组成元素和特性进行分析,通过增加属性与约束,从人员、需求、所属功能域、组件、用途、活动、交互关系等方面对SysML语言进行拓展;再从需求架构、功能架构和逻辑物理架构3方面进行IVCPS系统的“元语言体系结构”设计。IVCPS系统元语言体系设计一般流程如图1所示。
IVCPS是一个涉及到车辆、通信、控制系统等多个方面的复杂系统,使用特定的语义来表达,可以准确理解和描述架构的各个方面。如果缺乏这些语义层面的特性设计,会导致在描述IVCPS架构时无法完整准确地表达,会给系统的设计和实现带来风险和挑战。
通过在特定领域语言中定义架构设计流程,可以更好地适应和表达该领域中的概念、需求和约束,使得设计流程更加贴合实际需求。RFLCP是一种系统工程方法,用于从需求出发逐步推导出系统的逻辑和信息-物理结构。在IVCPS的架构设计上,采用RFLCP(requirements, functional, logical architecture, cyber-physical architecture)方法来定义。
RFLCP相对于RFLP的优势主要体现在引入了"Cyber"一词,强调了赛博物理结构在系统设计中的关键作用和智能车辆系统数字化、网络化的需求。RFLCP更加深入地关注了赛博层面,包括车辆间通信、车辆与基础设施的交互,以及与云端的连接。这对于实现智能车辆的实时决策、协同操作和安全性至关重要,它分为如下4个阶段。
Requirements(需求):这一阶段着重于捕获系统的功能和性能需求,以确保系统能够满足用户的期望。
Functional(功能):在此阶段,需求被进一步细化为系统应该执行的具体功能。这些功能可以看作是系统的任务或操作,用于满足需求。
Logical Architecture(逻辑架构):在逻辑架构阶段,系统的功能被映射到逻辑结构上,以确定如何将这些功能组织在一起以实现系统的基本工作原理。
Cyber Physical Architecture(赛博物理架构): 逻辑架构被映射到赛博物理结构上,确定系统的实际硬件、软件组件和赛博组件,以及它们之间的关系。
智能汽车赛博物理系统顶层设计流程是整个IVCPS统筹考虑各层次和各要素、统揽全局的最高层的设计流程,包括业务设计分析、需求分析设计、需求追溯、功能分解、架构定义5个方面,IVCPS架构设计流程图如图2所示。首先,对IVCPS架构设计流程中的领域本体概念进行了界定。然后,对SysML元语言中的概念进行了识别。将IVCPS架构设计流程中的领域本体中识别出的概念映射到SysML中相应的概念。这两个概念之间的映射如表1所示,这个映射表是IVCPS架构设计流程中流程元语言展开的基础。
IVCPS架构设计流程通用元语言主要用于描述IVCPS架构设计各个流程通用的元语言定义及其交互关系,其由关系(relation)、事件(incident)、属性(attribute)3个模块组成。《stereotype》来标记这个类是一个“关键组件”,Element是基本单位。
根据IVCPS各模块的功能、属性以及模块与模块之间的关系,定义关系模块由Inclusion Relation(包含关系)、Successive Relationship(连续关系)、Interface Relation(接口关系)、Citation Relation(引用关系)等7种关系组成,关系模块定义图如图3所示。根据 IVCPS中有关事件的属性和处理方式,定义事件模块由Cyber incident(赛博事件)、Physical incident(物理事件)、Cyber physical incident(赛博物理事件)组成,事件模块定义图如图4所示。
IVCPS中,涉及智能车辆的位置、环境、行为以及与路侧基础设施、交管部门的交互等功能,因此定义属性模块由Service Attribute(服务属性)、Affect Attribute(影响属性)、Condition Attribute(条件属性)等8种属性组成,模块定义图如图5所示。IVCPS通用元语言领域本体概念与SysML概念映射如表2所示。
业务分析流程的目的是通过确定顶层战略层面需求,分析目标系统的业务与任务目标,同时确定目标系统的系统上下文环境、系统效能测度(MoEs)、系统利益攸关方,具体流程可分解为:战略需求、系统上下文→系统MoES→IVCPS生命周期概念→利益相关者用例,如图6所示。
业务分析元语言对IVCPS业务分析的过程建模中广泛应用的、体现IVCPS业务分析特征的语言要素进行定义,业务分析元语言由Use(用途)、According(依据)、Process(过程阶段)3类组成,IVCPS业务分析领域本体概念与SysML概念映射表如表3所示,IVCPS业务分析元语言详细定义如图7所示。
智能汽车赛博物理系统需求分析设计是一个复杂的过程,涉及到对智能网联汽车、智能交通和赛博物理系统的综合性考量。在需求分析阶段,须深入理解并转化用户的需求,这包括系统应该具备哪些功能、如何操作等。IVCPS 7S理论4(strategy-stakeholder-service-system-safety-security-standard,战略-利益攸关者-服务-系统-安全-安防-标准化)提供了7个视角,根据需求种类和层级的不同,将需求分析设计分解为以下流程:利益攸关者需求→系统服务需求→系统需求→标准化需求→安全需求→安防需求,如图8所示。
IVCPS需求分析元语言由Actor(需求参与者)和Requirement(需求)两类组成,其中需求参与者定义了IVCPS设计师、IVCPS利益攸关方、IVCPS管理者、其他相关方4类,并定义其职责、优先级等属性,使用《stereotype》来标记需求参与者元素,详细定义如图9所示。根据IVCPS 7S理论7个需求分析视角,需求由战略需求、系统需求、利益攸关方等7类组成,需求详细定义如图10所示。IVCPS需求分析元语言领域本体概念与SysML概念映射表如表4所示。
需求内不同层级的追溯旨在确保系统需求的定义能够满足顶层战略需求与各方利益攸关方需求,同时保证系统需求能够满足安全防护等要求,又能保证不同层级的需求保持一致,避免需求冲突与矛盾,按照以上目标,将需求追溯分解为以下流程:战略需求-利益攸关者需求→利益攸关者需求-服务需求→服务需求-系统需求→系统需求-安全需求→系统需求-防护需求→系统需求-标准化需求,如图11所示。
功能分析流程的目的是定义能够满足场景运行与系统需求的系统功能,主要包括以下5个步骤:系统功能场景分析、系统顶层功能定义、功能活动细化、系统结构分析、功能-需求追溯定义。其中,功能-需求分析目的是确保系统功能更全面地满足系统需求要求。详细的系统功能分析流程定义如图12所示。
功能分析元语言定义了3类元素,分别是:功能域,用于定义功能要求和功能约束;功能基,表达系统所有功能的最小功能集合;流,表示功能基之间的交互。利用stereotype构造型,扩展元语言语义。功能定义元语言定义如图13所示,IVCPS功能定义领域本体概念与SysML概念映射表如表5所示。
架构定义流程的目的是生成能够满足利益攸关者需求的系统架构的一个/多个备选方案,架构方案中需要包含系统/子系统结构组成、系统/子系统接口、逻辑交互架构、物理设备架构、参数架构等内容,架构定义流程主要包括以下6个步骤:各子系统组成定义、接口定义、逻辑架构定义、控制算法定义、赛博物理架构定义、C-P映射定义,详细定义如图14所示。
架构定义元语言定义了interface block(接口)和flow(逻辑流)两类元素,其中,接口又细化为赛博接口和物理接口,赛博接口为赛博空间中进行信息流交互的接口,物理接口则为物理设备数据交互的接口,逻辑流分为物质流、能量流和信息流。接口定义细节如图15所示,逻辑流定义细节如图16所示,架构定义元语言领域本体概念与SysML概念映射表(部分)如表6所示。
上文描述了IVCPS顶层设计的流程、各个流程的元语言元素定义,但是在实际的顶层设计建模过程中只有流程定义是不够的,IVCPS建模元素复杂、繁多,如果在实施过程中再对每个元素进行建模则花费时间长,且模型要素不能进行复用,而且模型有重复定义的风险,因此,本节则从IVCPS领域要素建模入手,定义IVCPS领域特征元素、元素关系、元素属性等,形成IVCPS元语言对象集,从而解决建模周期长、复用难等问题。
本研究将IVCPS元语言对象集分为两个层次,即系统层和组件层,系统层从赛博层、物理层和赛博物理融合层进行定义,组件层从原子组件和复合组件进行定义。
智能汽车赛博物理系统层元语言是面向IVCPS系统层需求并解决系统层问题的特定语言。它提供了一组抽象、符号和规则,以描述智能汽车系统层次中的概念、语义和行为。IVCPS系统层分为赛博层、物理层以及赛博物理融合层3个部分,IVCPS系统层领域本体概念与SysML概念映射(部分)如表7所示。系统层中涉及的元素属性如表8所示。
赛博空间在CPS中的主要作用是作为一个信息处理和决策平台,它能够收集、传输、存储和处理来自各个传感器和执行器的数据,并根据这些数据进行决策和控制。赛博空间主要由云平台节点、路侧节点、通信节点、车辆节点、高精度地图节点组成,以上节点都使用其模型进行数据交互从而提供赛博空间的服务,其详细定义如图17所示。
在CPS中,物理实体通过感知环境提供数据,物理实体是CPS中控制指令的执行者。IVCPS物理实体由车辆实体、路侧设备、云平台实体和通信设备构成,其详细的组成与拆分如图18所示。
赛博物理融合层旨在定义由赛博层与物理层交互融合实现的IVCPS功能,本研究选取了目前业界认可的5大功能进行定义,包括:自动驾驶功能、实时导航与车辆控制、车辆远程监控与诊断、交通流量优化和车辆预警,其详细定义如图19所示。
组件指构成系统的基本元素,具有独立属性、组成结构和行为方法,IVCPS组件包括原子组件和复合组件,其中原子组件为实现某一单一功能的单一组件,按照组件在不同层运行的不同,将其分为Cyber组件、P2C组件、C2P组件和Physical组件,将需要多个组件复合工作的组件称为复合组件,其详细定义如图20所示。组件层中涉及的组件元素属性如表9所示。组件层的领域本体与SysML映射概念的映射如表10所示。
由于智能汽车信息物理系统领域内,可以与本研究成果物类似且可以进行对比的IVCPS语言很少,且类似语言的侧重点有所不同,所以本文将IVCPS元语言与母体语言—SysML语言进行定量对比,表11显示了IVCPS架构设计流程和IVCPS对象元语言集在构造型、流程、属性、模板4个方面的对比,IVCPS元语言相比SysML语言数量上的拓展,总计拓展127个构造型、34个流程、30个元素属性和37个模板,对比结果表明IVCPS元语言对SysML语言进行了丰富的拓展,能够适应IVCPS领域架构设计建模的需要。
本节选取了智能汽车信息物理系统典型应用场景——基于云控的快速公交系统(bus rapid transit,BRT)车辆控制场景,主要针对云控系统下BRT公交车的自适应控制策略,研究基于车云协同系统的车速群控和车间距保持场景。本文将从实际IVCPS场景的设计流程、实际业务建模、需求建模、功能建模、架构定义5个角度分析BRT公交车的自适应控制场景建模对IVCPS元语言定义要素的复用情况,图21~图24右上角对复用的流程模板和未复用的流程模板进行分类和标识。
BRT车辆控制系统设计流程参考IVCPS建模元语言设计定义,根据车云协同系统特性进行裁剪和迭代设计,包括业务设计分析、需求分析设计、需求追溯、功能分解、架构定义5个方面,如图21所示。业务分析、需求分析与功能定义部分完全采用IVCPS元语言的流程设计规定,而架构定义流程则基于IVCPS元语言流程设计进行了部分裁剪,裁剪掉了赛博物理架构定义、物理模块定义、算法模块定义等内容。
图22展示了BRT车辆控制场景下定义的系统上下文业务分析,系统上下文业务运行描述如下:智能车辆向云控平台发送车辆运行情况数据,根据车速规划序列与车端感知设备生成车速并反馈规划指令执行情况数据,云控平台根据车辆运行数据反馈、其他车辆运行数据反馈、路侧设施状态数据反馈、交通运行管理部门指令以及高精度地图平台提供的地图数据实时更新车辆行驶策略,保证智能车辆正常平稳运行。
图23展示了BRT车辆控制场景下定义的系统顶层功能分析流程,顶层功能主要有BRT综合管理、车辆远程监测与诊断、车辆预警、自动驾驶、实时导航和运行控制5类。
图24展示了BRT车辆控制场景下定义的系统云平台架构分析流程,云控平台的组成拆解为云控基础平台(区域云)、云控基础平台(边缘云)和云控应用平台。
综上所述,在实际的车路云一体化系统应用场景—BRT车辆控制场景下,本研究分别对其整体的设计流程、系统上下文业务场景分析、系统顶层功能定义和架构定义的部分过程进行了分析,分析结果显示:典型IVCPS场景架构设计中对IVCPS元语言的元素复用率均在比较高的水平,图21~图24分别显示该场景下模型对IVCPS元语言的复用率分别为66%、83%、83%和47%,IVCPS元语言不仅能大大减轻建模的工作量而且能提升一定的建模效率。
本文设计了针对IVCPS的领域特定建模语言。这种语言不仅考虑了IVCPS系统的复杂性和异构性,还借助于V模型和RFLCP架构方法,采用SysML建模语言,通过顶层设计流程和元语言知识集构建了一个完整的IVCPS领域特定建模语言框架,通过BRT案例模型复用程度的分析表明:IVCPS元语言在语言丰富、模型可拓展、可复用等方面均表现良好的效果。研究内容和创新点主要表现在如下几个方面。
(1)IVCPS建模元语言通过定义IVCPS系统设计流程和流程成果物,通过统一的设计流程、明确的流程成果物、需求全过程追溯和连贯性,以及模型驱动设计等方面,使得系统设计过程更加有序、可控和可追溯,提高了系统设计的质量和效率。
(2)解决了智能汽车赛博物理系统系统层级的复杂建模问题,进行多层级建模支持、组合和复用能力、系统级可视化建模和分析,能够更好地管理和处理系统的复杂性,提高系统设计和开发的效率和质量。
(3)IVCPS建模元语言解决了智能汽车赛博物理系统组件的异构性问题,通过提供语义一致性、接口描述和集成能力以及可扩展性和灵活性,实现了对异构组件的统一建模和集成,从而促进了智能汽车赛博物理系统的开发和设计过程。
(4)本研究提出的IVCPS元语言在语言丰富、模型可拓展、可复用等方面均表现出良好的效果。首先,经过与母体语言SysML语言在构造型、流程、属性、模板等4个方面进行定量对比,从BRT控制场景的设计流程、实际业务建模、需求建模、功能建模4个角度分析IVCPS元语言要素的复用情况,分析结果表明:IVCPS元语言在语言丰富、模型可拓展、可复用等方面均表现出良好的效果,IVCPS元语言在促进建模效率、建模一致性方面有一定的实用性价值。目前定义的IVCPS建模元语言特性无法方便、快捷、大规模地应用于其他案例与建模中,未来研究将进一步把IVCPS设计流程定义与元语言集封装成IVCPS语言包,将其转化成建模软件能够识别的基于SysML语言的Profile拓展包形式,并且导入到其他建模、仿真软件中进行调试,进行场景案例应用与优化。Profile可以对定义的IVCPS领域元语言要素进行封装并可以在其他软件和模型创建中进行调用。
