With the increase of new energy vehicles in the market and battery energy density, thermal runaway events gradually increase. Battery safety issues become particularly important, whereas leakage is one of the key factors inducing battery thermal runaway. In this paper, the influence of leakage on electrical performance and safety is studied by simulating leakage at the cells and modules. At the same time, based on experimental data and remote vehicle data, the characteristics of the leaked battery are extracted and the warning logic is established to achieve online monitoring of the leakage warning. For cells test, a comparative analysis is conducted on the test data of leaking and normal battery cells under cyclic and static states. It is found that compared with normal cells, leaking cells show mass reduction, thickness increase, capacity fade, DC internal resistance increase and dismantling characterization abnormity, which proves that leakage has certain impact on the electrical performance and safety. For module test, characteristics of the thickness and DC internal resistance changes from the parallel units with different leakage degrees are studied. It proves that the thickness and DC internal resistance increase with the increase of leakage degrees, which also augments the potential safety risk of the battery. For vehicle level big data, the pressure difference characteristics of the leaked battery during the starting and ending stages of charge are identified to establish warning and identification logic and conduct online monitoring.

随着新能源车辆市场保有量增多和动力电池能量密度提升,热失控事件逐渐增多,动力电池安全问题变得尤为重要,漏液是诱发电池热失控的关键因素之一。本文通过模拟电芯级和更接近整车应用的模块级漏液,研究漏液对电性能和安全性的影响;同时,基于实验数据及整车大数据提取漏液电池特征,建立预警逻辑,实现漏液预警大数据监控。针对电芯级实验,对比分析循环和静置状态下漏液电芯与正常电芯的测试数据,发现漏液电芯与正常电芯相比,质量减少、厚度增加、容量衰减、直流内阻增大、电芯拆解及表征后存在异常,证明了漏液对电性能及安全性具有一定影响。针对模块级实验,通过分析模块中不同漏液程度并联单元的厚度、直流内阻等变化特征,证明了厚度和直流内阻都随着漏液程度的增大而变大,也增大了电池潜在的安全风险。针对整车级大数据,识别漏液电池在充电起始及结束阶段的压差特征,建立预警识别逻辑,并进行大数据监控。

随着新能源车辆市场保有量增多和动力电池能量密度提升,热失控事件逐渐增多,动力电池安全问题变得尤为重要,漏液是诱发电池热失控的关键因素之一。本文通过模拟电芯级和更接近整车应用的模块级漏液,研究漏液对电性能和安全性的影响;同时,基于实验数据及整车大数据提取漏液电池特征,建立预警逻辑,实现漏液预警大数据监控。针对电芯级实验,对比分析循环和静置状态下漏液电芯与正常电芯的测试数据,发现漏液电芯与正常电芯相比,质量减少、厚度增加、容量衰减、直流内阻增大、电芯拆解及表征后存在异常,证明了漏液对电性能及安全性具有一定影响。针对模块级实验,通过分析模块中不同漏液程度并联单元的厚度、直流内阻等变化特征,证明了厚度和直流内阻都随着漏液程度的增大而变大,也增大了电池潜在的安全风险。针对整车级大数据,识别漏液电池在充电起始及结束阶段的压差特征,建立预警识别逻辑,并进行大数据监控。

With the increase of new energy vehicles in the market and battery energy density, thermal runaway events gradually increase. Battery safety issues become particularly important, whereas leakage is one of the key factors inducing battery thermal runaway. In this paper, the influence of leakage on electrical performance and safety is studied by simulating leakage at the cells and modules. At the same time, based on experimental data and remote vehicle data, the characteristics of the leaked battery are extracted and the warning logic is established to achieve online monitoring of the leakage warning. For cells test, a comparative analysis is conducted on the test data of leaking and normal battery cells under cyclic and static states. It is found that compared with normal cells, leaking cells show mass reduction, thickness increase, capacity fade, DC internal resistance increase and dismantling characterization abnormity, which proves that leakage has certain impact on the electrical performance and safety. For module test, characteristics of the thickness and DC internal resistance changes from the parallel units with different leakage degrees are studied. It proves that the thickness and DC internal resistance increase with the increase of leakage degrees, which also augments the potential safety risk of the battery. For vehicle level big data, the pressure difference characteristics of the leaked battery during the starting and ending stages of charge are identified to establish warning and identification logic and conduct online monitoring.

近年来,我国出台一系列激励政策大力支持新能源汽车产业,使得新能源汽车在我国得到了蓬勃的发展。根据相关统计数据显示,2023年,我国新能源汽车产销量分别达到958.7万辆和949.5万辆,同比分别增长35.8%和37.9%,保有量达到2 041万辆,呈快速增长趋势。动力电池技术也不断升级,电池系统的能量密度由2015年的100 W·h/kg提升到2023年的180-210 W·h/kg,整车续航也从168 km提升到现在600 km以上1-4。早期续航低、成本高等问题得到了明显改善,但在新能源汽车保有量不断增加及电池能量密度不断提升的背景下,电池的安全问题也变得越来越尖锐5-8
通过对行业内2019-2023年发生的电动汽车热失控事故的统计分析,归纳为以下3个特点:(1)基于三元体系电芯的车辆在热失控事故占较高比例;(2)热失控车辆的事故场景多为充电过程或充电后的静置状态且均处于高SOC范围;(3)车辆发生热失控原因复杂多样,在发生热失控事件中,不排除会有外部原因造成的,例如外部火源触发、车内易燃物、充电线路起火等,其次电芯滥用也会引发电池热失控,如电池在使用过程中出现挤压、碰撞、外部短路、过充电、过流、过温、过放电、电池老化衰减等,而最重要的原因是电芯自身缺陷(制造缺陷等)造成电池包发生热失控,其常见的现象为析锂、微短路、漏液等9-16。目前已有较多文献比较深入地研究析锂或微短路对电池安全性的影响,并且基于以上失效模式构建预警模型。但是漏液对性能及安全的研究鲜有报道,漏出的电解液含有可燃的有机物质,电解液暴露在空气中易被火花或者静电放电点燃,可能会导致电池失效,甚至会发生起火、爆炸等安全事故17-19。因此漏液对动力电池的影响值得进一步研究,同时建立漏液预警模型进行安全监控十分必要。
本文通过模拟锂离子软包电池漏液的现象,对电芯进行周期循环与静置测试,对接近整车应用的模块进行周期循环测试,对比实验前后电池容量与直流内阻的变化,观察电池外观状态及实验后内部极片状态,结合结果与数据特征研究漏液对电池电性能及安全性能影响。结合实验标定数据和整车大数据,提取漏液电芯充电电压特征,建立漏液预警模型,实现云端应用。
采用4支71 A·h(1/3C)软包锂离子电池(电压范围:2.5-4.2 V),对其中2支电池利用壁纸刀对电池未封口长边中心处开约7 mm的三角孔,模拟锂离子电池漏液现象。
采用2支漏液电芯C1、C2与2支正常电芯C3、C4,分为2组C1/C3和C2/C4,C1/C3进行2次循环测试,C2/C4进行2次静置测试(分别为10天和20天)。测试前后对电芯进行容量标定与直流内阻测试。
采用新威充放电测试仪,在25 ℃下,将电芯以1C充电到4.12 V,截止电流0.05C,静置30 min,1C放电到2.9 V,静置30 min,按此过程循环指定的次数。

采用SU-8010F型场发射扫描电子显微镜(日本日立高新技术公司,电压5.0 kV),对拆解后的极片进行形貌与元素含量、分布测试。
对比漏液电芯C1和正常电芯C3的容量标定结果(图1(a)), C3的3次标定容量均为67 A·h左右,差别较小,并且前2次循环容量均未有明显的衰减。而C1经过循环测试后,3次容量标定充放电容量电压曲线均出现了较大幅度左移和容量衰减,分别从67.09衰减至60.89(容量保持率90.76%)和58.35 A·h(容量保持率86.97%),对比其前2次循环数据发现,第1次循环16圈后容量衰减2 A·h,第2次循环40圈后容量衰减1.5 A·h(图1(b)),结果显示漏液电芯在循环期间容量逐渐衰减,且在第1次循环中容量衰减率更快。通过以上容量对比可得漏液可能引起电芯活性锂离子损失,循环初期由于活性锂和电解液较多,容量加速衰减,而后期随着活性锂减少与电解液干涸,漏液口附近变化逐渐减小,引起的电芯容量衰减速率随之降低。
对比漏液电芯C2和正常电芯C4容量标定结果(图1(c)), C2的第2次和第3次容量电压曲线充电过程差异较大、放电过程差异较小,容量分别从65.78衰减至55.36(容量保持率84.16%)和55.33 A·h(容量保持率84.11%),说明漏液电芯在静置前期容量衰减较多,后期容量衰减较小。C4的容量未有明显的衰减。
对比C1/C3和C2/C4 2组电芯3次直流内阻测试结果(见图2),针对每次直流内阻测试,经历循环测试的漏液电芯C1和正常电芯C3对比,在整个过程中C1的直流内阻始终大于C3,其充放电直流内阻均在第1次测试中相差最大(90% DOD时,C1和C3充电直流内阻相差0.682 mΩ;80% DOD时,C1和C3放电直流内阻相差0.655 mΩ);对比静置的漏液电芯C2和正常电芯C4,C2的直流内阻远远大于C4,其充放电直流内阻均在第3次测试中相差最大(50% DOD时,C2和C4充放电直流内阻分别相差2.324 和2.169 mΩ),这说明电芯的漏液影响直流内阻变大。
针对循环和静置两种状态下的直流内阻,正常电芯C3和C4的3次直流内阻曲线无较大差异。而漏液电芯C1和C2的直流内阻均出现上升趋势,并且50% DOD时,C1第3次放电直流内阻相比第2次增加了1.022 mΩ,C2第3次放电直流内阻相比第2次增加了0.611 mΩ,C1的直流内阻变大程度明显高于C2,这可能是因为漏液口的存在使空气中的水与电芯内部的SEI(solid electrolyte interface)膜和电解液发生反应,SEI膜二次形成,降低了电子与锂离子的传输速率20-21。同时也说明静置过程相比较循环过程,发生的副反应较少。
漏液电芯C2和正常电芯C4 2次静置数据如图3所示,电池经过1/3C倍率恒流恒压充电至4.120 V,观察搁置后电压变化情况。漏液电芯C2 2次搁置期间电压差较大,第1次搁置期间,经过约6 500 s电压快速下降至4.108 V,随后电压基本保持稳定,搁置150 000 s后电压下降至4.102 V;第2次搁置期间,经过约15 000 s,电压下降至4.075 V,搁置133 000 s后电压下降至4.067 V。反之,正常电芯C4在2次搁置期间电压曲线基本重合,经过约2 000 s下降至4.105 V,搁置140 000 s后电压下降至4.098 V。
相比于正常电芯C4,漏液电芯C2静置初期电压下降速度较慢,说明充电末期产生较大极化,并且第2次静置产生的极化更大,电压恢复更慢。以上可认为电池产生漏液时间越长,电池充电过程的极化越明显,说明电解液流失、干涸导致锂离子过程受阻,造成电芯极化电压升高。
对比实验前后电芯的质量、厚度等数据(见表1)可以得到,漏液电芯C1和C2的质量减少了5-6 g,表明漏液后电解液有挥发及消耗,其厚度变化也较大,分别增厚了13.65%、14.72%;正常电芯C3和C4的厚度增厚了4.68%、3.55%。漏液电池增厚较大的原因为空气中水与电极材料发生副反应产物的沉积20-21
对实验后的电芯进行满电拆解,发现漏液口处有隔膜粘连现象(图4(b)),这可能是因为漏液口处发生化学反应,温度升高,有隔膜熔融风险。如图4(a)所示,负极极片漏液口处发黑,周围有白斑,极片发生变形,白斑是副反应产物沉积,发黑是由于电解液干涸,此处极片未发生反应,仍保持负极本身的黑色,反应的不均带来了应力变化,导致了极片变形。另外负极极片有不均匀嵌锂的现象,这是由于空气中水的存在,使得SEI膜破坏与活性锂损失,从而呈现出棕色斑点。
对拆解后的负极极片进行扫描与元素分布测试,由于为满电态极片,制样与测试过程与外部环境接触会发生少许副反应,但测试结果仍具有一定的参考价值。图5所示为漏液电芯C1的扫描测试及元素分布图片,测试区域为漏液口附近的白斑。从元素分布图可以得到,负极极片上的沉积物主要包含O、P、F元素。这说明是电解液与空气中的水发生副反应的产物。
图6所示为正常电芯C3的扫描测试及元素分布图片,测试区域为极片中心位置。从扫描图可以看出负极表面比较光滑,从元素分布图可以得到,负极极片各区域的元素分布比较均匀,无明显聚集现象,说明是正常的SEI膜,副反应发生较少。
为了更接近实际整车应用状态,自研组装模块进行不同漏液程度的模拟,研究其电性能和安全性的影响。
选取6支BOL(beginning of life)状态电芯,编号依次为C5、C6、C7、C8、C9、C10,对其进行容量标定及内阻测试。
采用新威充放电测试仪,25 ℃,在规定的电压范围内静置15 min,1C放电;静置15 min后按0.907C充电到4.12 V,截止电流0.049C充电;循环3周,采集电压、温度、充放电容量等数据。
采用新威充放电测试仪,最后一次充电过程中,电池充电到50% SOC,静置2 h,使用1C,恒流放电15 s,静置40 s,恒流放充电15 s,静置40 s,放至空电。
将6支BOL状态下的电芯组成模块(2P3S),其中电芯C5和C6组成1号并联单元(M1),两支电芯均不开孔,将其作为参比并联单元;电芯C7和C8组成2号并联单元(M2),两支电芯在各自未封口长边中心处均开约7 mm的三角孔;电芯C9和C10组成3号并联单元(M3),其中C9在未封口长边中心处开约7 mm的三角孔,如图7所示。每个并联单元的2个电芯中间用泡棉粘结,测质量记录2支电芯质量和内阻,以及组成并联单元后与泡棉一起的总质量,并用夹板加持。
2.1.3.1 容量标定 方法同2.1.1.1。
采用新威充放电测试仪,电池充电到50% SOC,静置2 h,使用1C,恒流放电15 s,静置40 s,恒流放充电15 s,静置40 s,充电至满电。
每循环30周,进行一次容量标定,方法同2.1.1.1。
每循环30周,进行一次容量和内阻标定(方法同2.1.3.2)。
模块循环到45天或容量保持率达到90%结束循环实验。
模块循环实验结束后,对其进行拆解,对每个电芯进行相关测试。
2.1.5.1 容量标定 方法同2.1.1.1。
最后一次充电过程中,电池充电到50% SOC,静置2 h,使用1C,恒流放电15 s,静置40 s,恒流放充电15 s,静置40 s,充电至满电。
测试设备及方法同1.2.5。
在BOL和开孔后成组前状态下分别对6支电芯进行基本参数的测试,测试结果显示均无变化,说明一致性良好(表2为其中3个开孔电芯的参数对比)。
随着循环的进行,模块的放电容量逐渐降低(图8表3),初始容量为128.78 A·h,当循环到90圈时,放电容量为105.00 A·h,对应的容量保持率仅为81.53%,当循环到105圈时,放电容量为100.72 A·h,对应的容量保持率为78.2%,说明在车辆长期行驶过程中如果模组存在漏液电芯,则其实际容量与其未漏液模组相比相差较大,存在严重的容量衰减情况,长时间会造成电池系统性能的下降,严重影响用户体验。
随着循环次数的增加,3个并联单元M1-M3充放电的直流内阻也随之增加(图9),在整个循环过程中总体变化趋势均呈现M2>M3>M1,当循环到90圈时充电过程中,M2、M3和M1的直流内阻分别为0.352、0.302 8 和0.253 5 mΩ;放电过程M2、M3和M1的直流内阻分别为0.281 7、0.246 5和0.204 2 mΩ,该实验结果说明随着漏液程度的加剧,其直流内阻的变化逐渐变大,在实际车辆长期行驶过程中漏液严重的模组可以从直流内阻上看出其特征信号,及时监测可以避免隐患。
漏液电芯C7-C9与正常电芯(C5、C6、C10)相比,厚度、交流内阻均呈现增加的趋势,质量有所减少(表4);其中厚度变化率分别达到了17.64%、50.04%、16.24%,当模块完成105圈循环后(图10),M2外观有明显的膨胀现象,使束缚的金属板发生了形变;交流内阻分别增加了44.93%、252.00%、93.23%,同时质量分别减少了5.17、3.83、3.14 g。从并联单元角度看,厚度增加率、质量变化量以及交流内阻变化率均为M2>M3>M1,通过分析可得:一方面,漏出的电解液越严重,电芯的电极材料与空气中水反应生成的副产物越多,电芯越厚,在实际应用中,会造成模组的膨胀以及结构件的撕裂,引发安全风险;另一方面,电解液漏出的越多,暴露在空气中易被火花或者静电放电点燃的可能性越大,易起火或爆炸。
选择1支正常电芯(C5)和3支漏液电芯(C7-C9)进行循环后拆解,拆解后对以上4支电芯的极片进行厚度测试,结果显示漏液电芯的极片厚度均大于正常电芯(见表5),其中漏液电芯C8的极片厚度最大,较正常电芯极片相比,正极极片偏厚约15.48 μm,负极极片偏厚约34.26 μm。
将正常电芯C5拆解后发现电芯内部结构完好,内部电解液仍有留存,正负极极片及隔膜均正常(图11)。
漏液电芯以C7为例进行拆解及表征分析,C7开口处无液体流出,负极片呈现黑色状态,说明嵌锂程度低,可能是活性锂离子损失,有掉粉现象,开口处附近极片周围有白斑,其物质可能为副反应产生的锂盐。正极对应开口处有明显痕迹,隔膜上有大量黑色物质,初步分析为电解液氧化后形成的聚合物沉积,开口处未沉积(图12)。
以漏液电芯C7为例进行扫描测试(图13),测试区域为漏液口附近的白斑与非白斑。从扫描图可以得到,白斑表现为熔融再结晶的块状物质,导电性差。而非白斑处表现为块状物质。从元素含量(表6)可以得到,白斑处的F元素含量比非白斑处要高很多,而O元素含量远远低于非白斑处,说明白斑是电解液与空气中的水发生副反应的产物,Al元素的存在是隔膜涂层脱落的结果,而非白斑处元素含量表明为负极材料与SEI膜物质。
通过拆解后负极极片异常点的分析,可以得出漏液口附近是副反应发生的主要区域,副反应的发生消耗了电解液,破坏了活性锂离子,导致了容量的衰减与内阻的上升。
通过电芯级和模块级漏液研究可知,电芯漏液后由于电解液挥发、电极材料与水反应,进而出现鼓胀、容量降低、内阻增加等问题。电芯成组后受所在并联单元内正常电芯的影响,特征有所减弱。
整车级电池数据采集主要以电压和温度为主,因电压信号携带信息更多且更为敏感,故整车级数据分析以电压为主。当电池系统中存在异常单体时,通常出现系统压差(U diff,电池系统电压极差,简称压差)进行表征,计算方式为
U diff = U max - U min
式中:U diff为电池系统电压极差,V;U max为电池系统中最高单体电压,V;U min为电池系统中最低单体电压,V。
漏液电池模块级容量标定数据中最后2次充放电电压及压差特征如图14所示。
图14可知,并联单元M3(两个漏液电芯)在放电过程中率先达到放电截止电压2.9 V(t 1时刻),主要原因为电池工作电压(U work)受式(2)影响:
U work = U ocv + IR
式中:U work为电池工作电压,V;U ocv为电池开路电压,V;I为工作电流(充放电符号相反),A;R为电池内阻,Ω。
由于漏液电池内阻增加,放电过程引起更大的压降,同时因电池容量降低,出现“放低”现象,率先达到截止电压,此时模组压差达到453 mV。静置至下一次充电开始(t 2时刻),电池接近开路电压状态,极化影响大幅减小,压差也减小为149 mV。在充电过程中,因容量降低,电池在恒流阶段出现“充高”现象,率先达到充电截止电压4.12 V(t 3时刻),但在结束时的恒流恒压阶段(t 4时刻)由于电流减小,极化作用减弱,漏液电池电压与正常单体趋同,压差也减小至9 mV。
此外,由M2并联单元电压可知,当与正常单体并联时,由内阻增加和容量损失带来的漏液特征会大幅减弱,在电压曲线上的体现并不明显。
实验标定的漏液数据是在稳定环境下测得的,实车数据受运行工况、数据采集、传输质量影响,与标定数据存在较大区别,如表7所示,难以实现以上漏液特征全部的识别。实车下单次充电过程中漏液电池电压数据特征如图15所示。
实车充电制度下,漏液电池在充电起始的低SOC阶段,电压处于低位,而在接近高SOC时,因电流较小,极化作用减弱而趋向于正常单体。2个阶段的特征分别对应图14t 2t 4时刻,根据2个过程的压差特征制定大数据下的漏液特征识别逻辑如下。
(1)充电开始时(即,SOC≤XX%),压差U diff超过设定阈值(参数1),记录低SOC段压差,记压差最大值为U diff_max_1;漏液电池电压出现离散,且处于系统最低位。
(2)充电结束时(即,SOC≥XX%),压差U diff低于设定阈值(0.5U diff_max_1),记录高SOC段压差,记压差最大值为U diff_max_2
根据漏液电池电压数据特征建立大数据预警逻辑及计算流程,如图16所示。
预警逻辑主要由以下步骤组成。
(1)提取计算数据:实车环境下充电数据更为稳定,选取充电数据计算电池系统压差U diff
(2)特征数据筛选:分别提取充电起始、结束时两过程中充电数据。
(3)压差特征识别:计算充电起始、结束过程中系统压差,并判断2个过程中最大压差是否满足要求(U diff_max_2 ≤ 0.5U diff_max_1)。
(4)离散单体识别:判断充电起始阶段是否出现离群单体,且离群单体为最低单体。
(5)预警结果判断:筛选出满足预警条件的充电过程,并输出预警时间、单体等信息。
根据以上预警逻辑,选取市场排查中确认出现漏液电芯的车辆,提取该车辆大数据排查前一周数据,并从市场车辆中选取9台正常车,进行预警逻辑效果验证,验证结果如表8所示。
表8可知,基于大数据建立的漏液预警逻辑可实现实车端漏液电池识别,同时对于由于一致性问题导致电池系统具有较高压差的常规问题可实现有效(车辆编号6/7/8/10)过滤。
漏液车辆(车辆编号1)大数据特征如图17所示。由图可知,充电起始阶段(SOC为2.4%左右),68#单体充电电压出现离群,且处于低电位,系统压差达到467 mV,在充电过程中,系统压差逐渐减小,至充电结束时(SOC为97.2%左右),68#单体恢复至正常水平,系统压差也降低至43 mV。
漏液车辆拆解后漏液电芯及所在模组如图18所示。由图18(a)和图18(b)可知,漏液电芯所在模组中漏液位置为电芯底部,且底部已经腐蚀穿透。漏液原因为电芯顶部负极密封圈内发现疑似金属异物的物质。
通过拆解顶部密封圈(图19),发现内部附着多处金属丝,最长的金属丝长度达到750 μm。金属丝的存在使负极与电池外部铝壳接触,铝壳与负极之间形成原电池,电子由负极转移至铝壳,同时铝金属的晶格八面体空隙与Li离子大小相近,锂离子嵌入铝壳形成铝锂合金,随着锂嵌入程度提高,与空气中的氧气和二氧化碳反应,生成碱金属盐,铝壳逐渐被腐蚀。
通过模拟锂离子软包电芯级和模块级漏液现象,发现在循环后漏液电芯的基本参数(质量、厚度和交流内阻)均变差;由于电芯活性锂离子损失,出现容量不同程度的衰减,直流内阻也呈现变大趋势。针对静置实验,初期漏液电芯活性锂损失较多,而后期活性锂减少及电解液干涸,出现了前期容量衰减多、后期容量衰减少的现象。通过电芯拆解及扫描测试等验证,发现漏液电芯内部存在不同程度的异常问题。而正常电芯的基本参数及容量、直流内阻特征曲线均无明显变化。以上均说明漏液对电芯的电性能和安全性具有一定影响。
针对不同漏液程度的并联单元进行厚度测试,通过循环前后的外观和电芯厚度变化均可看出漏液程度越大,其厚度越大,如在实际车辆模组中,厚度的增厚会增大模组膨胀以及结构件撕裂的可能性,也易引发安全风险。3个并联单元循环过程中的直流内阻结果显示直流内阻随着漏液程度的加剧而变大,说明漏液程度对模组级的电性能和安全性有不同影响。
基于电芯/模块级测试数据及整车级大数据提取电芯漏液电压特征,并建立大数据预警逻辑,结合实际市场排查的漏液车辆及参考样本进行预警逻辑验证,可实现漏液电池的有效识别,同时也能有效过滤常规一致性问题引起的误报。
当前预警逻辑在平台端应用仍存在一些问题,如:车辆选取充电过程对电池进行检测,若车辆无满足要求的充电工况(特定SOC区间)或充电数据丢失则无法进行检测。后续需进一步进行探索。
