To study the impact of undulating road on driving stability of hazardous chemical liquid tank truck,the medium and long wave road models are constructed based on road roughness data. Taking a multi-axles liquid tank truck as the object,a vehicle dynamics model considering the tire deformation and suspension nonlinear characteristics is established. Equivalent mechanical models of the longitudinal and lateral sloshing of the liquid are established,which are coupled with the vehicle dynamics model. Kinetic parameters of the tank on different roads are obtained to excite the forced liquid sloshing model. The results show that the increase in the phase difference between the two sides of the road has an adverse effect on the lateral stability of the truck. The frequency of liquid lateral sloshing decreases with the increase of road wavelength and increases with the rise of liquid filling ratio. When the distance between the tractor saddle and the axle of the semi-trailer is an integer multiple of the road wavelength,there is significant longitudinal liquid sloshing. The oblique wave deflector can suppress lateral liquid sloshing,but the suppression effect is poor when the liquid filling ratio is low under small sloshing conditions. When the truck passes through uneven roads with a low filling ratio,increasing the vehicle speed appropriately can reduce the liquid sloshing. While the filling ratio is high,excessive vehicle speed will lead to a significant increase in liquid sloshing amplitude and wall load,reducing the driving stability of the vehicle.

为研究路面起伏对危化罐车行驶稳定性的影响,基于路形不平度数据建立中、长波路面模型。以多轴液罐车为对象,构建考虑轮胎变形和悬架非线性的车辆动力学模型。建立液体纵、侧向晃动等效力学模型,与车辆动力学模型耦合,得到不同路面行驶罐体运动学参数,以激励液体晃动模型。研究结果表明,两侧路面相位差增加对罐车侧向稳定性产生不利影响;液体侧向晃动频率随路面波长增加而减小,随充液比增加而增大;牵引车鞍座至半挂车轴距离为波长整数倍时,液体纵向晃动明显;斜向防波板可抑制液体侧向晃动,但低充液比小幅晃动时抑制效果较差;罐车低充液比通过起伏路面时,适当提高车速可降低液体晃动;高充液比时车速过快将导致晃动幅度和壁面载荷显著增大,降低车辆行驶稳定性。

为研究路面起伏对危化罐车行驶稳定性的影响,基于路形不平度数据建立中、长波路面模型。以多轴液罐车为对象,构建考虑轮胎变形和悬架非线性的车辆动力学模型。建立液体纵、侧向晃动等效力学模型,与车辆动力学模型耦合,得到不同路面行驶罐体运动学参数,以激励液体晃动模型。研究结果表明,两侧路面相位差增加对罐车侧向稳定性产生不利影响;液体侧向晃动频率随路面波长增加而减小,随充液比增加而增大;牵引车鞍座至半挂车轴距离为波长整数倍时,液体纵向晃动明显;斜向防波板可抑制液体侧向晃动,但低充液比小幅晃动时抑制效果较差;罐车低充液比通过起伏路面时,适当提高车速可降低液体晃动;高充液比时车速过快将导致晃动幅度和壁面载荷显著增大,降低车辆行驶稳定性。

To study the impact of undulating road on driving stability of hazardous chemical liquid tank truck,the medium and long wave road models are constructed based on road roughness data. Taking a multi-axles liquid tank truck as the object,a vehicle dynamics model considering the tire deformation and suspension nonlinear characteristics is established. Equivalent mechanical models of the longitudinal and lateral sloshing of the liquid are established,which are coupled with the vehicle dynamics model. Kinetic parameters of the tank on different roads are obtained to excite the forced liquid sloshing model. The results show that the increase in the phase difference between the two sides of the road has an adverse effect on the lateral stability of the truck. The frequency of liquid lateral sloshing decreases with the increase of road wavelength and increases with the rise of liquid filling ratio. When the distance between the tractor saddle and the axle of the semi-trailer is an integer multiple of the road wavelength,there is significant longitudinal liquid sloshing. The oblique wave deflector can suppress lateral liquid sloshing,but the suppression effect is poor when the liquid filling ratio is low under small sloshing conditions. When the truck passes through uneven roads with a low filling ratio,increasing the vehicle speed appropriately can reduce the liquid sloshing. While the filling ratio is high,excessive vehicle speed will lead to a significant increase in liquid sloshing amplitude and wall load,reducing the driving stability of the vehicle.

液罐车作为应用广泛的危化品公路运输工具,具有载质量大、质心高等特点,内部液体在起伏路面激励下发生晃动,易发生侧翻失控。据统计,2012-2020年国内危化品公路运输事故达2 800起以上[1],2020年浙江高速公路一辆液化石油气罐车驶出匝道时由于车速过快发生侧翻,造成20人死亡、175人受伤[2];2022年四川一辆重型液罐车行驶时发生侧翻,与对向客车碰撞,造成9人死亡、18人受伤的严重事故。由于罐内液体普遍质量较大且罐壁较薄,晃动时产生的冲击载荷易破坏罐体结构,降低装备可靠性与使用寿命。因此,准确掌握危化罐车在起伏路面行驶时的车辆动力学特性和内部液体晃动行为,对提高车辆行驶稳定性、优化罐体结构具有实际意义。
国内外学者对罐内液体晃动行为和罐车行驶稳定性进行了广泛研究。液体晃动方面,Ibrahim等[3]对圆形、椭圆形和一般截面形状的罐内液体进行了模态分析,建立了准静态晃动模型以研究最小侧倾阈值。王琼瑶等[4]基于流体体积法建立了液体晃动力学模型,以考察液罐车转向、制动等工况液体晃动行为。Hasheminejad等[5]构建了液体瞬态晃动模型,对水平、多孔等多种类型挡板进行模态分析,研究了不同挡板对液体晃动的抑制效果。李波等[6]采用流体体积法研究车辆转向时的液体晃动行为,分析了充液比和侧向加速度对液体晃动的影响,并提出一种倒V型防波板结构。罐车稳定性方面,Amin等[7]建立了16自由度半挂液罐车动力学模型,以考察罐体与液体的动态耦合效应。Kolaei等[8]基于势流理论建立液体晃动模型,将晃动冲击导入TruckSim液罐车模型以分析了其横向稳定性。Cheli等[9]基于ADAMS建立罐车动力学模型,获得了防波板和充液比对制动减速度和载荷转移的影响。李金辉等[10]建立了罐车质量-弹簧-阻尼等效模型,考察了液体晃动、车速、间隙等对车辆摆振的影响。宗长富等[11]采用等效单摆模型模拟罐内液体晃动,分析了转向盘角阶跃工况下的整车响应。赵伟强等[12]采用等效单摆模型模拟罐内液体晃动并进行参数辨识,建立了半挂液罐车动力学模型并开发了防侧翻控制策略。杨秀建等[13]基于液体晃动椭圆摆等效模型和侧向动力学理论,分析了车辆侧倾与液体侧向晃动耦合机理。
上述文献对罐车液体晃动和行驶稳定性进行了深入研究,但主要针对转向、制动等特定工况。液罐车普遍质心较高且轮距相对车身高度较窄,起伏路面直线行驶时液体纵、侧向晃动属于典型非轴对称晃动问题,引起附加力和力矩对车辆稳定性带来不利影响。为此,本文基于中、长波路形数据,建立不同相位、波高、波长的路面模型。以多轴半挂液罐车为对象,考虑液体纵、侧向晃动、空气悬架和轮胎变形的影响,获得不同路面行驶时罐体运动学参数,以此激励液体受迫晃动模型,获得壁面冲击载荷和液体质心位置,进一步对比不同防波板对液体晃动的影响,为液罐车稳定性控制和结构优化设计提供依据。
根据路面外形不同,铺装路面分为可采用特定参数表征的确定路面和不平度随机分布的随机路面[14]。确定外形的路面包括起伏路、扭曲路等,可根据确定的外形参数生成数字化模型;随机路面应先进行功率谱密度估计以确定不平度等级,再建立对应的路面模型。
国家标准GB/T7031—2005中指出,路面不平度等级可根据不平度信号的功率谱密度确定,不平度功率谱密度为

式中:τ为路面空间频率,m-1τ0为空间参考频率,τ0=0.1 m-1W为路面不平度频率指数;Gqτ0)为参考空间频率路面不平度系数,m3。GB/T7031—2005根据Gqτ)范围,将我国公路分为A~H共8级,A级路面行驶条件最好。本文采用正弦谐波叠加法模拟随机路面高程空间分布,路面不平度方差可用式(2)描述。

式中τ1τ2为空间频率范围。对式(2)进行离散化处理,将τ1~τ2频率范围分为m段,每段大小为Δτi,以每段中心频率Gqτmid, i )代替功率谱密度在该段空间频率范围的值。对路面纵、横向进行相同离散化,三维空间中路面不平度可表示为

式中:θixy)为随机数二维矩阵,θixy)∈[0,2π]并服从均匀分布;fxy)为路面纵、横向位置函数,决定离散点沿路面纵、横向分布规律,令fxy) =(x 2+y 2-2,可使路面不平度由一系列正弦波分量构成。
根据行驶车速v和路面波长范围λ1~λ2,基于t=v/λ计算时间频率范围t1~t2,由τi =1/ti =λi /vi=1,2)得出路面空间采样频率上下限τ2τ1。获得C~E级路面纵向不平度高程(图1),起伏幅度分别约为20、40和80 mm。本文研究对象车辆轮胎直径1 200 mm,标准充气压力下轮胎弹性形变约为其直径的3%~5%[15],且行驶在C级以上不平路面时牵引、半挂车悬架伸缩行程均不小于100 mm[1016],因此认为C、D级路面起伏对罐车姿态影响不大,基于E级路面高程建立随机路面模型。
工程实际中一些路段由于路基沉降、压实度不足等原因,路面沿行驶方向形成米级波长的中、长波起伏路面(图2)。基于实测路形数据[14],选择纵向波长λ=4、7 m,最大高程Qmax=0.06、0.12 m的中波、长波路面进行分析。实测路面点云数据量较大,采用三角函数多项式拟合路面数据(图2)。
采用等效容积模型建立中、长波路面与随机路面融合的起伏路面,路面模型由若干节点组成,相邻3个节点为一单元,XYZ轴分别代表路面长度l、宽度b和高程q。根据不平度系数Gqτ0)和空间频率范围[τ1τ2],计算不平度功率谱密度Gqτ),离散后代入式(1)获得随机路面高程q1xy)。根据确定路面纵向波长λ和最大高程Qmax,采用正弦函数拟合并离散为二维高程q2x)。综合q1xy)与q2x)形成路面三维高程qxy),计算节点坐标(xyz m,输入单元静、动摩擦因数μaμd,生成ADAMS软件 “.rdf”路面文件。
由于路面变形的不确定性,左右车轮行驶路面不平度可能存在差别。根据我国公路等级,建立左右路面相位差γ=0°,90°,180°的中波(λ=4 m,Qmax=0.06 m)、长波(λ=7 m,Qmax=0.12 m)路面,与E级三维随机路面融合。图3λ=4 m、 Qmax=0.06 m、 γ=90°,180°的路面模型。
以某49 m3铝合金半挂危化液罐车为对象,建立由牵引车、半挂车架、车桥、液罐、钢板弹簧悬架、空气悬架等组成的实体模型(图4),主要参数见表1。牵引车前桥采用钢板弹簧悬架,中、后桥和半挂车车桥采用空气悬架,空气弹簧不同内压下弹性特性和减振器阻力-速度特性见图5;钢板弹簧刚度见表2,平均刚度K板簧=846.20 kN/m。
本文对比两种防波板对液体晃动的影响(图6),I型罐体为目前实车布置结构,II型罐体采用侧向防波板布置,通过晃动时舱间液体流动,利用流体摩擦加快动能耗散,满足国家标准GB/T 19905—2017要求。
轮胎是液罐车重要组成部分,且与地面唯一接触,其结构和力学特性对液罐车行驶平顺性影响显著。Fiala轮胎模型将胎面视为一排与地面接触的弹性刷子,可在与地面平行方向上发生变形,将胎体视为建立在弹性基础上可发生侧向变形的弹性梁。本文采用Fiala模型对液罐车轮胎进行建模,各项参数见表3
液体晃动力学模型中,准静态模型自由表面为平面,仅适用于频率较低、幅度较小的外部激励,且无法准确描述液体表面的波动;单摆等效力学模型晃动过程中摆长不变,固定的晃动频率使其仅适用于较为稳定的工况。质量-刚度-阻尼模型采用不同反对称晃动模态的移动质量对液体晃动进行等效,因此能够模拟不同频率下的晃动行为,且适用于任意罐体形状,本文基于质量-刚度-阻尼模型对液体纵、侧向晃动行为进行等效[17]。根据力学系统与实际液体对容器作用力和力矩相等的原则,构建“质量-刚度-阻尼”模型以描述液体晃动(图7)。

式中:ξ为相对阻尼系数;N为液体自由振荡次数;H1HN+1分别为第1和N+1次晃动循环的波高,由CFD仿真分析得到。侧向晃动等效力学模型建模与纵向晃动相同,不再赘述。纵向晃动等效力学模型计算结果与文献[17]进行对比(图8(a)~图8(c)),结果一致。得到不同充液比下液体质心横坐标和高度随侧向激励的变化情况(图8(d)~图8(f)),可以看出30%~50%充液比时液体侧向晃动幅值显著大于其他充液比工况。充液比低于30%时,液体晃动随充液比降低而减弱;充液比高于50%时,液体晃动随充液比增加而减小。得到10%~100%充液比下,1~10阶反对称模态弹簧振子移动质量、等效刚度(图8(g)图8(h))。随充液比增加,1阶振子质量和弹簧刚度显著大于其他阶次,因此本文仅考虑1阶振子晃动的影响。
CFD仿真计算得到的在不同充液比和加速度下无防波板罐内液体晃动时罐体侧向受力特性如图9所示。由图9(a)可以看出,30%~50%充液比时侧向力波动幅值大于其他充液工况。充液比低于30%时,侧向力波动随充液比降低而减弱;充液比高于50%时,侧向力波动随充液比增加而减小;90%充液比时,受到侧向激励后液体晃动快速衰减,与图8结论一致,可见高充液比时更易减小晃动。当充液比接近一半时晃动最剧烈的原因是此时液体自由液面面积相对较大,自由液面无固定约束,更易受到外部激励的影响而产生大幅晃动,罐体截面形状是影响自由液面大小和液体侧向晃动水平的关键因素。由图9(b)可以看出,罐内液体晃动幅值随侧向激励升高而增大,与图8结论一致。
将液罐车三维模型导入ADAMS/View软件,为提高计算效率且避免失真,对次要部件进行布尔合并,修改部件材料属性等参数并进行相关运动学约束,定义车辆行驶方向为坐标系Z轴正向,X轴正向为驾驶员右手方向,Y轴正向垂直地面向上。将Fiala轮胎文件与起伏路面“.rdf”文件共同导入ADAMS软件。由式(10)~式(18)计算得到3种充液比下液体纵、侧向晃动等效力学模型参数,如表4所列。根据表4参数在ADAMS软件中定义固定质量与1阶弹簧振子,根据图5表2中空气弹簧、钢板弹簧数据定义车辆悬架参数,形成“路-车-液”耦合动力学模型(图10)。
车辆加速至18 km/h后,计算罐体平动速度vii=xyz)和绕质心XYZ轴转动角速度ωi。在λ=7 m、Qmax=0.12 m、γ=90°长波路面行驶时罐体速度、角速度及不同路面行驶速度、角速度波动区间如图11所示。
可以看出,罐体侧向速度、侧倾角速度波动随路面相位差增加而增大;罐体横摆角速度波动随路面相位差增加先减小后增大,小角度相位差时,轮胎与路面接触面积增加提高了接触阻力,侧向分力使车身横摆阻力增大;大角度相位差时,车身侧倾显著且前后轮接地存在明显时间差,导致横摆运动加大。γ=0°时,罐体纵、侧向速度及横摆、侧倾、俯仰角速度随着路面起伏增加变化不大,垂向速度显著增大;γ=90°时,随路面起伏增大,罐体侧、纵向速度及侧倾角速度明显增大,纵向速度及俯仰、横摆角速度变化不大;γ=180°时,随起伏增加,罐体侧向速度及侧倾、横摆角速度显著增加,纵、垂向速度和俯仰角速度基本不变。对罐体速度、角速度运用三角函数多项式拟合,作为Fluent软件中运动激励,采用确定系数“R-square”评价拟合效果。γ=90°长波路面行驶时侧向速度、侧倾角速度拟合结果如图12所示。
罐内液体受迫晃动属于典型二相流问题,采用流体体积VOF(volume of fluid)法处理该类问题有诸多优点[9],控制方程包含连续性方程、动量方程和相方程。连续性方程表示为

将3种罐体模型导入Fluent前处理软件Gambit划分网格,节点间距100 mm,采用六面体主体网格(图13)。设置罐体、防波板为刚性壁面,壁面为不可滑移边界。气体压强为101 325 Pa,重力加速度沿Y轴负方向。初始状态下,气液相交面平行于全局坐标系XZ水平面且相对罐体速度为0。
将液体看作不可压缩流体,采用压力基求解器计算,求解方法和仿真参数如表5所示。将得到的罐体速度vi 、角速度ωi 拟合结果采用Fluent软件自定义函数UDF方法编译,作为液罐车罐体晃动的激励,以液体质心位置和壁面受力为评价指标,分析罐车起伏路面行驶时液体晃动行为。
对比缩比罐体晃动试验与计算流体力学仿真获得的自由液面图像,以验证仿真模型的准确性。试验液罐尺寸为1 000 mm(长)×480 mm(长轴)×324 mm(短轴),液罐底部固定在振动台上,通过电机控制振动台底部滑块移动速度对液罐施加不同外部激励,液体为添加着色剂的水。在相同激励条件下,试验和模拟得到的自由液面图像如图14所示。可以看出,仿真图像能够反映自由液面变化及液体碰撞壁面的过程,与晃动试验得到的同一时刻液面图像基本一致,表明仿真模型能够准确反映液体运动状态。
“路面-车辆-液体”耦合动力学模型中,将不同充液比液体等效为弹簧振子,以质量、刚度、阻尼的方式与车辆动力学模型耦合,图11图12中得出不同路面行驶时罐体速度、角速度,考虑了液体纵、侧向晃动对整车的影响。本节通过计算流体力学仿真结果,考察车辆在不平路面行驶时罐内液体晃动特征,从质心变化和壁面受力角度分析晃动水平和罐体载荷,作为评价防波板布置方案和优化罐体结构的依据。
以液罐车30 km/h速度行驶在λ=7 m、Qmax=0.12 m和λ=4 m、Qmax=0.06 m、γ=180°的路面(罐体晃动最剧烈)为例,根据动力学计算获得的罐体运动参数,激励β=25%、 50%、 75%的罐内液体,获得液体质心坐标,如图15所示,实线和虚线分别为λ=7 m和λ=4 m的路面结果。
罐内液体侧向晃动频率随路面波长增加而减小,受左右轮相位差的影响,液体侧向晃动幅度最大,中波、长波路面质心侧向偏移幅度分别超0.25和0.3 m。侧向晃动频率随充液比增加而增大(图15(a)~图15(c)),从液体晃动单摆模型的角度解释,液体质心高度随充液比增加而上升,等效摆长缩短,单摆振动频率因此增大。长波路面行驶时,液体侧向晃动幅度随充液比增加而降低,中波路面行驶时则反之(图15(a)~图15(c)),由于中波路面波高更小且两种路面相位差相同,表明路面波长变化对液体侧向晃动的影响占主导。
在同一路面行驶时,不同充液比液体垂向晃动频率和质心垂向高度的变化幅值均基本一致,中波路面液体垂向晃动频率大于长波路面,表明路面波长对液体垂向晃动频率影响较大,充液比的影响较小。中、长波路面的液体质心垂向波动幅值分别约为0.015和0.04 m,中波路面行驶时,不同充液比液体质心垂向波动幅值均低于长波路面(图15(d)~图15(f)),表明液体垂向晃动水平受路面起伏程度的影响较大,与充液比关系不大。由于罐体较长,液体纵向晃动周期较长,频率低于侧、垂向晃动。不同充液比下,长波路面行驶时液体纵向晃动水平低于中波路面(图15(g)~图15(h)),主要原因是牵引车鞍座至半挂车中间轴距离约为中波路面波长的2倍,致使液体纵向晃动显著。
上述行驶工况下,β=25%、50%、75%的充液比液体对壁面冲击力的影响曲线如图16所示。
可以看出,横向布置的I型防波板对液体侧向晃动基本无抑制作用,斜向布置的II型防波板在中长波路面对侧向晃动有一定抑制。长波路面行驶时,随充液比增加壁面侧向受力有所降低,液体侧向晃动减弱;中波路面行驶时,壁面侧向受力显著增大,液体侧向晃动加强,与质心晃动的分析结果一致。II型防波板对液体垂向晃动有微弱减小作用,I型防波板无作用。对于壁面纵向冲击力峰值,横向布置的I型防波板抑制效果最好,II型防波板次之。然而,II型板间形成的流通通道易导致晃动时液体积聚,较低充液比时由于壁面总体受力较小,液体积聚产生的作用力显著,导致低充液比时II型防波板在纵向小幅晃动情况的抑制效果较差。
根据起伏路面罐车实际车速[46],对比18、30 km/h两种车速下在λ=7 m、Qmax=0.12 m、γ=180°路面时的液体晃动行为,不同充液比下壁面受力和液体质心位置变化幅值如图17所示。
低充液比下以18 km/h车速通过起伏路面时液体侧向晃动幅度大于30 km/h工况。随充液比增大,高速通过时侧向晃动显著增加,低速通过时侧向晃动有所减弱(图17(a)~图17(d)),表明低充液比时快速通过起伏路面可减小侧向晃动,高充液比时则应低速通过;30 km/h车速下,不同罐体内的壁面垂向受力波动幅值均低于18 km/h工况(图17(b)),但降低程度有限,表明通过起伏路面时车速对壁面垂向受力影响不大,但30 km/h时液体质心高度变化幅值降低显著(图17(e)),从降低液体纵向晃动角度考虑可适度提高车速;纵向晃动方面,充液比较低时18 km/h车速通过起伏路面时纵向晃动幅值大于30 km/h工况,随充液比增大,高速通过时的纵向晃动显著增加(图17(c)图17(f)),表明低充液比时快速通过起伏路面可减小纵向晃动,高充液比时应低速通过。
综上所述,液罐车充液比较低时,适当提高车速可降低罐内液体纵、侧、垂向晃动;较高充液比时,应低速通过起伏路面,车速过快将导致罐内液体晃动幅度和壁面受力显著增大,对车辆行驶稳定性和罐体结构产生不利影响。
本文基于路形不平度数据建立了起伏路面模型,以多轴液罐车为对象,建立了“路面-车辆-液体”耦合动力学模型,获得了不同路况下罐体运动学参数,以此激励液体受迫晃动模型,获得了液体质心位置和壁面载荷,分析了不同罐体结构内的液体晃动特征,得出以下结论。
(1)罐车侧向速度、侧倾角速度随左右路面相位差增加而增大,液体侧向晃动频率随路面波长增加而减小、随充液比增加而增大,起伏路面波长变化对液体侧向晃动影响显著。液体垂向晃动受路面起伏程度的影响较大,与充液比关系不大。牵引车鞍座至半挂车轴的距离为路面波长的整数倍时,液体纵向晃动明显。
(2)横向布置的防波板对液体侧向晃动基本无抑制作用,斜向布置的防波板在中、长波路面对液体侧向晃动均有一定抑制,但侧向防波板间形成的通道易导致晃动时产生积聚。较低充液比时由于壁面总体受力较小,液体积聚产生的作用力显著,导致低充液比时斜向防波板在纵向小幅晃动情况下对液体晃动的抑制效果较差。
(3)液罐车低充液比通过起伏路面时,适当提高车速可降低液体晃动;高充液比时车速过快将导致晃动幅度和壁面受力显著增加,对行驶稳定性和罐体结构产生不利影响。
