In order to study the relationship between driver style,collision avoidance parameters and collision avoidance rate in vehicle-vehicle collision accidents to improve driving safety,in the paper five typical scenarios are analyzed by clustering videos of 610 real accidents in the Vehicle-Vehicle Traffic Accident database (VV-TRAVi,Vehicle-Vehicle Traffic Accident database with Video). Among them,intersections account for the largest proportion,mainly divided into two typical collision scenarios with and without visual obstacles,based on the six-degree-of-freedom driving simulator to dynamically build the above two typical collision scenarios at intersections. Through questionnaire survey,principal component analysis and K-mean clustering,the driving styles are classified into aggressive,normal and cautious,with 60 volunteers of the three driving styles recruited to collect experimental data under the two typical collision scenarios constructed. The collision avoidance parameters under the three styles are extracted from the 92 sets of valid data samples: TTC (time-to-collision),BRT (braking reaction time),speed and longitudinal deceleration,and the effect of the three driving styles on the above collision avoidance parameters are analyzed using one-way ANOVA and independent samples t-test. The results show that the TTC,BRT,speed and longitudinal deceleration of the three driving styles show significant differences in the two typical collision scenarios with and without visual obstacles. Among them,the mean values (s) of the TTC for the aggressive,normal and cautious styles are 0.54 and 1.21,0.59 and 1.33,and 1.01 and 2.58,and those of the BRT are 1.12 and 0.9,1.32 and 1.3,and 1.6 and 1.56,respectively,both of which show a sequential increasing trend; the mean speed (km/h) values are 37.53 and 45.03,30.37 and 34.93,and 27.62 and 30.37,respectively,and the mean longitudinal deceleration (m/s2) values are 9.38 and 9.13,6.2 and 5.6,and 3.92 and 3.66,respectively. Both of them show a decreasing trend. The crash avoidance rates of the three driving styles are "Cautious > Normal > Aggressive". The results of the study provide a reference for the development of vehicle crash avoidance strategies that take driving styles into account.

为研究车-车碰撞事故中驾驶人风格与避撞参数、避撞率间的关系以提高行车安全性,本文通过车-车碰撞数据库(vehicle-vehicle traffic accident database with video,VV-TRAVi)中610例真实事故视频聚类分析出5种典型场景,其中十字路口处占比最大,主要分为有、无视觉障碍2种典型碰撞场景,基于6自由度驾驶模拟器动态搭建上述2种十字路口处典型碰撞场景。通过问卷调查、主成分分析和K均值聚类将驾驶风格分为激进型、普通型和谨慎型,并招募60名3种驾驶风格志愿者在所搭建的2种典型碰撞场景下进行实验数据采集,并在92组有效数据样本中提取3种风格下的避撞参数:TTC(time-to-collision)、BRT(braking reaction time)、速度和纵向减速度,采用单因素方差分析和独立样本T检验分析3种驾驶风格对上述避撞参数的影响。结果表明:在有、无视觉障碍的2种典型碰撞场景下,3种驾驶风格的TTC、BRT、速度和纵向减速度均呈现显著差异;其中,激进型、普通型以及谨慎型的TTC均值(s)分别为0.54和1.21、0.59和1.33以及1.01和2.58,BRT均值(s)分别为1.12和0.9、1.32和1.3以及1.6和1.56,两者均呈现依次增大趋势;速度均值(km/h)分别为37.53和45.03、30.37和34.93以及27.62和30.37,纵向减速度均值(m/s2)分别为9.38和9.13、6.2和5.6以及3.92和3.66,两者均呈现依次减小趋势;3种驾驶风格避撞率呈现“谨慎型>普通型>激进型”。研究结果为制定考虑驾驶风格的车辆避撞策略提供参考。

为研究车-车碰撞事故中驾驶人风格与避撞参数、避撞率间的关系以提高行车安全性,本文通过车-车碰撞数据库(vehicle-vehicle traffic accident database with video,VV-TRAVi)中610例真实事故视频聚类分析出5种典型场景,其中十字路口处占比最大,主要分为有、无视觉障碍2种典型碰撞场景,基于6自由度驾驶模拟器动态搭建上述2种十字路口处典型碰撞场景。通过问卷调查、主成分分析和K均值聚类将驾驶风格分为激进型、普通型和谨慎型,并招募60名3种驾驶风格志愿者在所搭建的2种典型碰撞场景下进行实验数据采集,并在92组有效数据样本中提取3种风格下的避撞参数:TTC(time-to-collision)、BRT(braking reaction time)、速度和纵向减速度,采用单因素方差分析和独立样本T检验分析3种驾驶风格对上述避撞参数的影响。结果表明:在有、无视觉障碍的2种典型碰撞场景下,3种驾驶风格的TTC、BRT、速度和纵向减速度均呈现显著差异;其中,激进型、普通型以及谨慎型的TTC均值(s)分别为0.54和1.21、0.59和1.33以及1.01和2.58,BRT均值(s)分别为1.12和0.9、1.32和1.3以及1.6和1.56,两者均呈现依次增大趋势;速度均值(km/h)分别为37.53和45.03、30.37和34.93以及27.62和30.37,纵向减速度均值(m/s2)分别为9.38和9.13、6.2和5.6以及3.92和3.66,两者均呈现依次减小趋势;3种驾驶风格避撞率呈现“谨慎型>普通型>激进型”。研究结果为制定考虑驾驶风格的车辆避撞策略提供参考。

In order to study the relationship between driver style,collision avoidance parameters and collision avoidance rate in vehicle-vehicle collision accidents to improve driving safety,in the paper five typical scenarios are analyzed by clustering videos of 610 real accidents in the Vehicle-Vehicle Traffic Accident database (VV-TRAVi,Vehicle-Vehicle Traffic Accident database with Video). Among them,intersections account for the largest proportion,mainly divided into two typical collision scenarios with and without visual obstacles,based on the six-degree-of-freedom driving simulator to dynamically build the above two typical collision scenarios at intersections. Through questionnaire survey,principal component analysis and K-mean clustering,the driving styles are classified into aggressive,normal and cautious,with 60 volunteers of the three driving styles recruited to collect experimental data under the two typical collision scenarios constructed. The collision avoidance parameters under the three styles are extracted from the 92 sets of valid data samples: TTC (time-to-collision),BRT (braking reaction time),speed and longitudinal deceleration,and the effect of the three driving styles on the above collision avoidance parameters are analyzed using one-way ANOVA and independent samples t-test. The results show that the TTC,BRT,speed and longitudinal deceleration of the three driving styles show significant differences in the two typical collision scenarios with and without visual obstacles. Among them,the mean values (s) of the TTC for the aggressive,normal and cautious styles are 0.54 and 1.21,0.59 and 1.33,and 1.01 and 2.58,and those of the BRT are 1.12 and 0.9,1.32 and 1.3,and 1.6 and 1.56,respectively,both of which show a sequential increasing trend; the mean speed (km/h) values are 37.53 and 45.03,30.37 and 34.93,and 27.62 and 30.37,respectively,and the mean longitudinal deceleration (m/s2) values are 9.38 and 9.13,6.2 and 5.6,and 3.92 and 3.66,respectively. Both of them show a decreasing trend. The crash avoidance rates of the three driving styles are "Cautious > Normal > Aggressive". The results of the study provide a reference for the development of vehicle crash avoidance strategies that take driving styles into account.

道路交通安全现状报告显示[1],2021年全球因交通事故死亡人数为119万人。统计表明,交通事故碰撞场景主要分为车-车碰撞、车-VRUs碰撞以及单车碰撞,其中车-车碰撞事故占比达70.15%[2]。因此,研究车-车碰撞事故对降低交通事故伤害有重要意义。
相关数据表明[3],导致车-车交通事故发生的因素主要有3个,分别为车辆及道路因素、驾驶人因素。学者们首先基于车辆与道路因素对事故场景进行了大量研究[4-6],如张诗波等[7]基于国家车辆事故深度调查体系数据库(national automobile accident in-depth investigation system,NAIS),运用聚类方法对582起车-车事故典型影响参数进行提取,得出17类典型路口车-车事故场景。李平飞等[8-9]基于NAIS数据库提取车-车事故场景,并建立了车-车事故场景复杂度评价模型。Nitsche等[10]针对1 056个道路交叉口的碰撞场景分析了交叉路口处的典型场景。
为了进一步研究影响车-车碰撞事故发生的驾驶人因素,学者们对驾驶人风格进行了评估与分类[11-12],如余荣杰等[13]将相对超速时间比例及其系数列为驾驶人风格特征参数指标,采用K-means聚类算法将驾驶人风格分为谨慎、温和及激进型。为了更准确地测量和识别驾驶人的驾驶风格,国内外学者[14-17]制定了一系列驾驶风格量表和问卷。石京等[18]基于驾驶行为问卷对18名驾驶员进行了驾驶风格问卷调查,并将其分为谨慎型、正常型和激进型。类似地,Xing等[19]在驾驶风格问卷调查的基础上建立驾驶风格自制量表,将驾驶风格分为保守型、平静型和激进型。侯海晶等[20]通过提取不同驾驶风格的特征参数,揭示了驾驶风格对驾驶行为的影响规律。Albano等[21]和Xu等[22]基于无信号交叉口场景,指出驾驶人行为之间具有较大差异。由此可见,驾驶风格是影响车-车碰撞事故能否避免的重要因素。
为研究车-车碰撞场景下驾驶风格对避撞参数的影响,本文采用K-means方法[23]对610例真实车-车事故视频聚类得出车-车典型碰撞场景,基于6自由度驾驶模拟器搭建占比最大的上述典型碰撞场景;采用问卷调查、主成分分析和K均值聚类法得到3种驾驶风格,招募不同驾驶风格志愿者在所搭建的场景下进行驾驶模拟实验,提取不同驾驶风格下的避撞参数,分析不同驾驶风格对避撞参数和避撞率的影响。
车-车事故来源于VV-TRAVi(vehicle-vehicle traffic accident database with video)数据库[24-25]。事故筛选遵循以下准则:(1)所有事故均为车-车碰撞事故,且非人为因素产生;(2)事故造成至少1名人员受伤或死亡;(3)车辆类型主要包括乘用车、客车、货车。基于上述准则,最终筛选了610起车-车碰撞事故视频。
采用直接线性变换理论以及逐帧分析法估算视频中碰撞车及被撞车速度,进一步统计分析车辆及道路类型、碰撞方式、速度等事故特征参数。采用K-means方法对上述特征参数进行聚类[26-29]
本研究结合多维度驾驶风格量表(multi-dimensional driving style inventory,MDSI)和驾驶人行为问卷(driving style questionnaire,DBQ)[14-17],制定驾驶人风格量表,一共21题,每题1-4分(见附录A)。此次调查采用“滚雪球”抽样方法[30],共242名驾驶人参与测试。采用IBM SPSS Statistics 26软件对问卷进行分析[30],信度分析用于评估定量数据的可靠性和准确性,其计算公式如式(1)所示。

效度分析用于评估定量数据的设计合理性,如果Kaiser-meyer-Olkin(KMO)值大于0.6、Bartlett球形度检验 P < 0.05,表示数据满足主成分分析的要求。
主成分分析是一种降维算法,将多个指标转换为少数几个主成分。这些主成分是原始变量的线性组合,彼此之间相互独立,能反映原始数据的大部分信息。

式中: x i代表测试题目;新变量 f i则表示原始变量的线性表示,且各 f i之间线性无关。从这 q个新变量中可以找出 p个变量( p < q),这些变量可以解释原始数据中大部分方差所包含的信息,因此这 p个变量就是原始变量的主成分。选取累计贡献度超过0.85的前 p个成分作为主成分,累计贡献率的计算式为

通过主成分分析可得到每位驾驶人的得分,本文采用K-means聚类方法对问卷中每位驾驶人的总得分进行聚类,得出对应的驾驶风格。
在本研究中,6自由度驾驶模拟器如图1所示,包括6自由度系统(Bosch eMotion-1500)、实车座舱,车辆运动学数据采样频率为50 Hz。
为准确反映真实事故情况,从真实事故视频中选取2起十字路口处典型事故动态搭建驾驶模拟实验场景。第1起事故主车速度为24 km/h,主车前方存在移动障碍物(大货车),且TTC(time-to-collision)为0.45 s。第2起事故主车速度为36 km/h,无视觉障碍,且TTC为1.3 s。本文为保证搭建场景中TTC与真实事故基本一致,在十字路口前设置虚拟触发点(如图2所示),当虚拟触发点被触发时,驾驶模拟器系统将此刻定义为驾驶人驾驶车辆进入场景时刻,同时目标车按照设定的TTC开始运动。相应地,当发生碰撞或避撞的时刻称为驶出场景时刻。系统自动记录进出场景时间段内的各个避撞参数值。每位志愿者在实验前有足够的时间熟悉和试驾模拟器。
研究表明[31],影响碰撞发生的汽车运动学和驾驶人响应的关键参数包括TTC、BRT、速度和纵向减速度,故选取上述参数作为避撞参数。其中TTC指车辆正常行驶到发生碰撞所需的时间,计算过程如式(4)所示:

BRT为制动反应时间,指驾驶人在发现目标车至制动力开始起效的时间,如图3所示:BRT包括驾驶人察觉时间PT、踏板切换时间MT和车辆所需的制动协调时间。计算过程如式(5)所示:

速度指的是行驶的车辆进出场景之间的平均值,主车车速的计算过程如式(6)所示:

驾驶模拟器采集到的不同组别实验数据同时采用ANOVA(analysis of variance)分析和独立样本T检验[31]进行差异性分析。
ANOVA分析用于检验3个或更多组的方差是否存在显著差异,该方法基于总体方差的分解,将总体方差分解为组内方差和组间方差,最后通过统计量比较组间和组内的方差,从而判断组间的差异是否显著(P<0.05通常认为其呈现显著性)。独立样本T检验用于检验两个样本的平均值是否存在显著差异(P<0.05通常认为其呈现显著性),其适用的前提为样本之间相互独立且均为近似正态分布。
图4所示,将610例真实车-车碰撞事故视频按时间、天气、车辆、道路及碰撞类型、道路等级、障碍物、红绿灯分为8类。如图5所示,将8类事故特征进行聚类分析,描述了K=2到K=12不同簇数的样本平均轮廓宽度(average silhouette width,ASW)和最小样本量。结合ASW值和不同聚类的最小样本量,最终选择的聚类数为5个。
车-车碰撞典型场景聚类结果如图6所示。场景1为直行道同向来车且无视觉障碍场景(straight road same direction collision no obstacle scene,SSNS),占比为35.08%;场景2为十字路口垂直来车且无视觉障碍场景(crossing vertical collision no obstacle scene,CVNS),占比为32.62%;场景3为十字路口垂直来车有视觉障碍场景(crossing vertical collision obstacle scene,CVOS),占比为15.90%;场景4为T型交叉口垂直来车且无视觉障碍场景(T-junction vertical collision no obstacle scene,TVNS),占比为10.49%;场景5为直行道对向来车且无视觉障碍场景(straight road relative direction collision no obstacle scene,SRNS),占比为5.90%。由图6可知,场景1和5为直行道场景,场景4为T型路口场景,场景2和3均为十字路口场景且占比最大(48.52%),因此本文重点研究十字路口处有、无视觉障碍两种事故场景,即场景2和场景3。
图7(a)所示为典型场景中主车速度分布情况。场景1中,主车速度分布在40~60 km/h区间内的占比达66.82%,场景2、4和5中主车速度主要分布在30~50 km/h,占比分别为100%、75%和100%。场景3中主车速度主要分布在20~40 km/h,占比为100%。图7(b)所示为典型场景中目标车速度分布情况,场景1和4中,目标车速度分布在20~40 km/h区间内的占比达58.41%和70.31%,场景2、3和5中主车速度主要分布在10~30 km/h,占比分别为61.81%、84.54%和91.67%。
用于问卷调查的242名驾驶人中男性为172名,女性为70名,年龄分布在18~55岁,驾龄分布为2~25年。结果显示:α值为0.873(>0.8),说明问卷具有较好的信度;KMO值为0.844(>0.6),满足主成分分析的前提要求,Bartlett球形度检验结果显著(p<0.05),表明数据适合于主成分分析。由各成分贡献率可知,前12个成分累计贡献率为0.866(>0.85),可作为主成分进行分析[30]
通过主成分分析可得到每位驾驶人的得分,该得分将作为驾驶风格聚类的依据,图8中各散点为驾驶人具体得分。本文采用K-means聚类方法对问卷中每位驾驶人的总得分进行聚类,共得到3类驾驶风格(图8中实线对应不同驾驶风格聚类中心),分别为激进型、普通型、谨慎型。其中激进型驾驶人占比23.97%,得分区间为[53-80];普通型驾驶人占比60.33%,得分区间为[39-52];谨慎型驾驶人占比15.70%,得分区间为[20-38]。
根据上述问卷调查数据选取60名驾驶人参与驾驶模拟实验,其中激进型、普通型和谨慎型驾驶人各20名,包括男性39名,女性21名。志愿者驾龄主要分布在2~20年,其中2~5年占比54%,6~10年占比24%,11~20年占比22%。实验中,每名驾驶人在2种典型场景下皆进行驾驶实验,共获得120组数据(60×2),其中有28组实验由于实验者操作不当或未按要求进行实验使得数据无效,将无效数据剔除后,最终获得92组即368(92×4)个有效样本数据。表1所示为每种场景下3种驾驶风格之间的差异性分析(ANOVA检验),P值代表在当前场景中3种驾驶风格在4个避撞参数下整体是否具有显著性,其结果显示:所有P值均<0.05,则说明有、无视觉障碍2种场景下3种驾驶风格整体均具有显著差异,其中,激进型、普通型以及谨慎型的TTC均值分别为0.54和1.21、0.59和1.33以及1.01和2.58 s,BRT均值分别为1.12和0.9、1.32和1.3以及1.6和1.56 s,两者均呈现依次增大趋势;速度均值分别为37.53和45.03、30.37和34.93以及27.62和30.37 km/h,纵向减速度均值分别为9.38和9.13、6.2和5.6以及3.92和3.66 m/s2,两者均呈现依次减小趋势。
表2所示为每种场景下驾驶风格两两之间的差异性分析(T检验,已验证数据样本之间是独立的且均为近似正态分布)。结果表明,除场景1和场景2中激进型-普通型的TTC、场景1中激进型-普通型的BRT不显著(标红数据)以外,其余参数都呈现显著差异。
上述研究显示BRT在2个场景下呈现不同的显著性,接下来分析同一驾驶风格下2个场景的显著性,如图9所示,图中蓝色和橙色方框分别对应场景1(存在视觉障碍)和场景2(无视觉障碍),图9(a)为同一驾驶风格下2个场景之间TTC的显著性,由P值可知TTC具有显著性差异(P<0.05);图9(b)为同一驾驶风格下2个场景之间BRT的显著性,由P值可知BRT无显著性差异(P>0.05);图9(c)为同一驾驶风格下2个场景之间速度的显著性,由P值可知激进型、普通型的速度具有显著性差异(P<0.05),谨慎型的速度无显著性差异(P>0.05);图9(d)为同一驾驶风格下2个场景之间纵向减速度的显著性,由P值可知激进型和谨慎型的纵向减速度无显著性差异(P>0.05),普通型具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。
上述研究表明有、无视觉障碍的事故场景使得部分避撞参数之间有显著性差异,所以进一步分析驾驶风格对事故避撞率产生的影响。如表3所示,2种事故场景中,碰撞组有40个样本,避撞组有52个样本,2种场景下激进型的避撞率(13.33%和80%)最低,其次是普通型(20%和86.66%)和谨慎型(46.66%和100%),可知3种驾驶风格避撞率呈现“谨慎型>普通型>激进型”。
本文对车-车事故视频聚类并搭建占比最大的十字路口处典型场景,再通过驾驶模拟实验提取3种驾驶风格下的避撞参数进行分析,结论如下:
(1) 对610例车-车事故视频进行聚类分析得出SSNS、CVNS、CVOS、TVNS、SRNS共5个典型场景,且十字路口处场景占比最大(48.52%)。
(2) 通过242名驾驶风格问卷聚类出3类驾驶风格,其中普通型占比60.33%、激进型占比23.97%、谨慎型占比15.70%。
(3) 十字路口处有、无视觉障碍场景中,不同驾驶风格的TTC、BRT、速度、纵向减速度呈现显著差异;其中,激进型、普通型以及谨慎型的TTC均值分别为0.54和1.21、0.59和1.33以及1.01和2.58 s,BRT均值分别为1.12和0.9、1.32和1.3以及1.6和1.56 s,两者均呈现依次增大趋势;速度均值分别为37.53和45.03、30.37和34.93以及27.62和30.37 km/h,纵向减速度均值分别为9.38和9.13、6.2和5.6以及3.92和3.66 m/s2,两者均呈现依次减小趋势。
(4) 不同驾驶风格避撞率呈现“谨慎型>普通型>激进型”的规律。无视觉障碍的避撞率明显高于有视觉障碍。
