A dual-motor non-synchronizer multi-gear mechanical transmission system can effectively improve the energy economy and power performance of heavy-duty commercial vehicles. In order to analyze the optimal performance of the system under the optimal parameters,and to consider the effect of vehicle weight and differences between no load and full load,this study optimizes both the drive motor parameters and mechanical transmission speed ratio parameters,and compares the energy economy and power performance of the single/dual-motor multi-gear mechanical transmission system under the optimal parameters. The results show that the dual-motor drive system reduces the sensitivity of the vehicle energy economy to the difference in vehicle weight and no/full load,with the maximum speed of the dual-motor drive system increased by about 8%,and the acceleration time saved by about 28%.

双电机无同步器多挡机械变速器系统可以有效改善重型商用车经济性和动力性。为分析系统在最优参数下的最优性能,并综合考虑车质量和空满载差异的影响,本研究同时优化驱动电机参数和机械变速器速比参数,对比最优参数下单/双电机多挡驱动系统的经济性和动力性。结果表明:双电机驱动系统降低了车辆经济性对车质量以及空满载差异的敏感度;双电机驱动系统最高车速提高约8%,加速时间可节省约28%。

A dual-motor non-synchronizer multi-gear mechanical transmission system can effectively improve the energy economy and power performance of heavy-duty commercial vehicles. In order to analyze the optimal performance of the system under the optimal parameters,and to consider the effect of vehicle weight and differences between no load and full load,this study optimizes both the drive motor parameters and mechanical transmission speed ratio parameters,and compares the energy economy and power performance of the single/dual-motor multi-gear mechanical transmission system under the optimal parameters. The results show that the dual-motor drive system reduces the sensitivity of the vehicle energy economy to the difference in vehicle weight and no/full load,with the maximum speed of the dual-motor drive system increased by about 8%,and the acceleration time saved by about 28%.

实现碳达峰、碳中和是我国解决资源环境约束问题,是实现国家持续发展的重大战略决策。中共中央国务院《关于完整准确全面贯彻新发展理念做好碳达峰碳中和工作的意见》中指出:“加快发展新能源汽车等战略性产业”[1]。根据工信部数据显示,2021年我国纯电动汽车产销分别完成294.2万辆和291.6万辆,同比分别增长1.7倍和1.6倍[2]
电驱动系统是电动车辆的关键部件。根据国务院办公厅关于新能源汽车产业发展规划(2021—2035年)的通知要求“亟需解决车用电驱动关键问题,探究车用电驱动系统解决方案”[3]。传统电驱动系统通常分为单电机+减速器以及单电机+变速器两种构型。单电机+减速器系统构型可以通过减速器扩大电机转矩范围,使系统满足不同工况下的动力需求,但无法调节电机工作点。单电机+变速器系统构型通过变速器挡位切换可以扩大电机转矩、转速范围,使电机工作于高效区,使车辆具有更好的动力性和经济性[4-6],而且加装变速器后可降低电池的容量,从而降低系统的综合成本[7]
重型商用车载质量大,行驶工况复杂,须多挡位变速器来扩大电驱系统转矩、转速范围。又重型商用车空、满载质量差异大,引起很大的功率和转矩需求差异(如图 1所示),利用单/双电机模式切换可极大改善车辆经济性,所以双电机多挡位电驱系统是重型商用车的理想构型。近年来,为了进一步提升电驱动系统综合性能,双电机+变速器系统构型受到了众多学者的广泛关注。通过两个尺寸较小、功率较小电机替代大尺寸、大功率电机,可以降低电机控制器开发难度,节约电驱动系统成本,缩减电驱动系统体积,而且双电机+变速器系统工作模式更多,可适用工况类型更多,动力性和经济性提升能力更强[8-13]。常用的变速器有:(1)液力自动变速器(AT),AT由于液力传动可以减少振动,提高驾驶舒适性,但液力传动效率相对较低(约86%[14]),机械结构复杂。(2)无级变速器(CVT),CVT利用金属带在两个锥体上滑动实现变速,体积小、质量轻,但金属带可传递转矩较小,且加工困难。(3)双离合器式变速器(DCT),DCT可传动较大转矩,且传动效率高,但双离合器模块结构复杂,成本较高。(4)机械式自动变速器(AMT),AMT具有高传动效率(约96%[14])、低成本、结构简单以及可应用于不同车型的优势,是电动汽车不错的选择[15],而且由于驱动电机可以在零转速下启动,所以可取消离合器,即电机与变速器直接相连,既节约了机械成本也简化了控制系统。
有关单电机多挡位电驱动系统,目前的研究主要是优化变速器传动比以改善系统经济性。张抗抗等[16]基于最高车速、加速时间和百公里电耗多目标优化变速器传动比,综合对比电机备选方案,确定了最终的参数匹配方案。孟少华等[17]基于车辆动力性需求匹配了电机、变速器和蓄电池相关参数。朱镇等[18]以动力性和经济性综合优化为目标,基于多目标遗传算法对机液复合传动系统参数进行了匹配。黄文凯等[19]通过参数对比的方式,对比四电机-4AMT和单电机-6AMT性能,结果表明四电机-4AMT动力性和经济性优势明显。蒲磊等[20]通过对两挡AMT传动速比优化,改善了整车的动力性和经济性。朱红文等[21]则通过对比直驱和加入两挡后车辆动力性和经济性,说明加入两挡变速器后可改善性能。有关双电机多挡位电驱系统的研究目前尚未成熟,研究者通常从系统参数匹配、广义模式切换策略优化和广义模式切换时换档过程控制等3方面开展研究。重庆大学Hu等研究了两挡定轴齿轮与行星齿轮结合的双电机多挡位电驱系统构型,两电机位于变速器输入轴,根据车辆动力性指标要求匹配了合适的系统参数,通过瞬时优化的方式得到了瞬时经济性最优广义模式分布图,在换挡过程控制时通过转矩补偿减少动力损失、通过转速同步减小换挡冲击[22-25]。悉尼科技大学的Zhang团队分别研究了行星排和定轴单级减速结合、双定轴单级减速和定轴多挡齿轮式构型,两电机位于变速器输入轴,通过动力性指标匹配系统参数,通过瞬时优化得到经济性广义模式切换策略,对比单电机多挡电驱系统可节能8%左右,换挡过程同样采取转矩补偿和转速同步的方式以减少动力损失、减小换挡冲击[26-28]。湖南大学的邓炜和管从鑫研究了定轴齿轮式构型,两电机位于变速器输入轴,通过经济性和动力性综合指标优化了系统参数[29-30]。北京航空航天大学的Xu等以定轴齿轮式构型为研究对象,两电机位于变速器输入轴,通过瞬时优化经济性广义模式切换策略,对比单电机多档位电驱系统,可节能5%左右[31]。北京理工大学的Lin等研究了定轴齿轮式构型,两电机分别位于输入轴和输出轴,根据动力性指标匹配了系统参数,通过动态规划和聚类的方式得到了经济性广义模式切换策略,发现可节能6%左右,通过转矩补偿和转速同步控制改善了换挡品质[32-36]。He等在原有单电机多挡位电驱系统输出轴安装另一驱动电机,通过辨识工况实时调整换档策略减少了换挡频率[37]。Song等研究了两个定轴单级减速结合的构型,省去了换挡过程[38]。中国农业大学的Xie等利用行星齿轮式耦合双电机驱动,通过粒子群算法优化传动比得到了经济性模式切换策略,相比单电机多挡位电驱系统节能10%左右[39-40]
综上所述,双电机多挡电驱动系统是当前研究热点,但在参数优化方面未考虑驱动电机参数优化,且有关车质量影响和空满载差异性对车辆经济性影响的研究较少。本文通过同时优化驱动电机参数和变速器速比参数,综合考虑车质量和空满载差异性影响对比分析单/双电机在最优参数下的性能。为此,首先介绍常用的单双电机机械变速器结构,接着建立可以计算车辆在某一工况运行电耗的后向仿真模型,然后优化驱动电机和变速器参数改善车辆经济性,通过遗传算法得到最优参数,之后分析了不同车质量以及空满载率对系统经济性的影响,并对比了单双电机机械变速器系统的动力性和经济性。
本文中单电机电驱动机械变速器结构如图 2所示。驱动电机转子与机械变速器输入轴直接相连,取消了离合器。驱动电机的引入,可以利用驱动电机主动同步实现接合套与接合齿圈“齿尖正对齿槽”,可以取消接合套与接合齿圈之间的同步器,所以该系统为无离合器、无同步器的电驱动机械变速器系统。
双电机机械变速器系统根据两个电机在变速器中分布的位置不同分为输入/输出轴式和双输入轴式。如图 3(a)所示,其中一驱动电机转子与变速器输入轴直连,另一驱动电机位于变速器输出轴,为输入/输出轴式。如图 3(b)所示,类似于双离合器式变速器,两个电机分别置于变速器的两个输入轴,为双输入轴式。两个电机都装有变速器,所以可以选用两个转矩小转速高的小电机替代大转矩电机。输入/输出轴式驱动电机2后没有变速器,所以需要匹配更大转矩范围的电机。
系统模型采用后向仿真,如图 4所示。利用后向仿真模型计算整车经济性。根据车辆工况序列可以获取速度序列以及加速度序列。通过车辆纵向动力学模型,获取车辆需求功率、转矩以及转速。通过变速器挡位切换可以调节驱动电机的工作点,从而改善驱动电机工作效率。
驱动车辆需要克服车辆滚动阻力、风阻、加速阻力以及坡度阻力,所以车辆需求功率可表达为

式中: P i 是车辆需求功率,kW; m是车辆质量,kg; v i是车辆速度,km/h; C D为风阻系数; A为车辆迎风面积,m2 α为爬坡时对应的角度,rad。
在分析整车经济性时,主要是求解驱动电机效率MAP图。驱动电机的效率是驱动电机转矩和转速的函数,如式(2)所示,形成的效率MAP图如图 5所示。

接下来利用等比例放缩的方法得到不同峰值转矩( T m m a x _ j)、不同额定转速( n m n o r m _ j)下驱动电机的效率图:

驱动电机所需的电功率需要根据驱动电机输出的功率和效率求得:

本节将确定系统所需要优化的驱动电机和变速器参数以及为了车辆经济性最优制定的优化目标。
优化变量:驱动电机需要优化的参数为峰值转矩和额定转速。变速器需要优化的参数为各个挡位传动比。
优化目标:为改善车辆经济性以及方便比较,优化目标选取为电耗:

约束条件:包括驱动电机峰值转矩和额定转速最大值和最小值,以及变速器各挡位传动比最大值和最小值,同时满足行驶工况动力性需求。
优化变量:与单电机系统类似,双电机机械变速器系统也需要优化两个驱动电机的峰值转矩、额定转速和各自变速器速比参数。
优化目标:同样为实现车辆在指定工况下电耗最省,优化目标为

约束条件:包括驱动电机峰值转矩和额定转速最大值和最小值,以及变速器各挡位传动比最大值和最小值,同时满足行驶工况动力性需求。
该问题的优化指标为系统行驶工况的总电耗,即每个电机工作点电耗之和。每个电机工作点电耗由电机提供的机械功率和效率求得。电机效率的确定需要由电机转矩、转速以及电机MAP决定。电机转矩和转速取决于当前车速以及变速器传动比。电机MAP在本文中由驱动电机峰值转矩和额定转速确定,如式(3)所示。所以该问题为多参数非线性优化问题。为求解系统最优参数,选用全局优化方法——遗传算法。
在利用遗传算法得到驱动电机和变速器最优参数后,分析了挡位、车质量和空载率对系统经济性的影响,并对比了单/双电机系统在最优参数时的动力性和经济性。
本文利用单减系统综合效率( η 综合 单减)、理想CVT系统综合效率( η 综合 C V T)以及效率提升潜能( η 综合 潜能)3个指标来分析系统性能。系统综合效率定义如式(7)所示。

单减系统综合效率为系统带单级减速器得到的综合效率,理想CVT系统综合效率为系统带理想CVT使每个功率点都工作在最高效点得到的综合效率,系统效率提升潜能为利用多挡位变速器可能使系统提升的综合效率,即

首先分析挡位对车辆经济性的影响,为了之后方便对比不同车质量和不同空载率情形下系统的经济性,以系统的综合效率评价系统经济性能。
以满载10.9 t车辆为例,不同挡位最优参数下车辆的综合效率如图 6所示。随着挡位数的增加,系统综合效率越来越高。最优参数驱动电机搭载CVT变速器为最理想电驱动系统,综合效率为93.67%,相较单减系统综合效率提升1.74%。其中两挡较单减系统综合效率提升幅度最大,为1.27%。
车质量不同会导致挡位对综合效率影响的差异。如图 7所示,图中效率提升潜能表示系统安装CVT与系统安装单减提升的综合效率差值。从图中可以看出,随着车辆质量的增加,效率提升潜能逐渐增加。为了阐明原因,求得与车辆质量相关的功率 P G

最后得到不同车辆质量下与质量关联功率比例如图 8所示。与车辆质量关联功率比例会随着质量增大而升高,所以工况点分散程度会增大,档位对驱动电机工作点移动效果越大。
空满载差异性会造成经济性能提升潜能的差异,为分析这一现象,定义空载功率占比为

图 9为不同空载功率占比下系统效率提升潜能对比图,可以看出随着空载率的增加,系统提升潜能会升高。因为在参数优化时需要保证满载工况下的动力性,从而造成空载工况点基本处于驱动电机效率MAP图下方的低效率区,导致空载率越高,挡位对系统效率优化作用越强,效率提升潜能越大。
考虑车辆质量的影响,对比了单双电机系统效率提升潜能、单减系统综合效率和理想CVT系统综合效率,如图 10所示。由图 10(a)所示,不同车质量下双电机系统效率提升幅度小于单电机系统,也就意味着相较于单电机系统,双电机系统对车质量影响敏感度低。图 10(b)和图 10(c)分别为单/双电机搭载单减系统和理想CVT系统的经济性能,不难发现无论在何种情况下双电机机械变速器系统经济性能均优于单电机系统。
考虑空满载差异的影响,同样对比了单双电机系统效率提升潜能、单减系统综合效率和理想CVT系统综合效率,如图 11所示。由图 11(a)所示,在不同空载功率占比时双电机系统效率提升幅度小于单电机系统,也就意味着相较单电机系统,双电机系统对空满载差异敏感度较低。图 11(b)和图 11(c)分别为单/双电机搭载单减系统和理想CVT系统的经济性能,不难发现无论任何空载功率占比情况下双电机机械变速器系统经济性能均优于单电机系统。
图 12展示了单/双电机系统在不同挡位下百公里加速时间、最大爬坡度和最高车速。由图可以看出双电机机械变速器系统加速时间普边小于单电机系统,爬坡度要大于单电机系统,最高车速要高于单电机系统。为了进一步量化提升的幅度,计算了各个动力性指标的平均值,如表1所示。双电机系统百公里加速平均时间要比单电机系统缩短约28.58%,平均最高车速比单电机系统提高约8.01%。至于最大爬坡度,双电机搭载单减系统要比单电机搭载单减系统爬坡度提升约1.15倍,后面平台的出现是由于受到地面附着系数的约束。平均最大爬坡度,双电机系统相对单电机系统提升约16.8%。
为分析原因,在图 13中绘制了单电机搭载两挡变速器系统外特性图和双电机搭载两挡变速器系统外特性图。不难发现双电机系统在中高速区的外特性要优于单电机系统,这也能解释双电机系统在加速时间和最高车速占优的原因。
本文对比分析了单/双电机机械变速器系统的性能。通过遗传算法同时优化驱动电机和变速器参数,对比了单/双电机系统在最优参数下车辆的经济性和动力性。研究发现以下规律:
在经济性方面:(1)加入变速器后,车辆经济性会得到改善,且挡位数越多车辆越节能,其中从单减到两挡经济性改善最大;(2)在车质量影响方面,整车质量越大,挡位对经济性提升越明显,而且双电机系统降低了经济性能(提升潜能、单挡系统性能、CVT系统性能)对车质量的敏感程度;(3)在空载率方面,空载功率占比越大,挡位对经济性提升越明显,而且双电机系统降低了经济性能(提升潜能、单挡系统性能、CVT系统性能)对空载率的敏感程度。
在动力性方面,相较于单电机机械变速器系统,双电机机械变速器系统在中高速区占优,0-100 km/h加速时间平均缩短28.58%,最高车速平均提升8.01%。
