In view of the complex and changeable vehicle environment of electric vehicles,which affects the measurement accuracy of current sensors,and the worse situation will lead to the failure of one-phase or multi-phase current sensors in the motor drive system,therefore,a non-current-sensor control algorithm based on extended Kalman filter is proposed in this paper. The stator current of the motor is reconstructed by using the stator voltage,rotor position and speed information of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,and the feed forward compensation is designed to improve the dynamic performance of the system regarding the system delay caused by the non-current-sensor algorithm. The acceleration and deceleration and robustness tests of the proposed algorithm are carried out. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the simulation and experimental results.

针对电动汽车车载环境复杂多变,影响电流传感器测量精度,更恶劣情况会导致电机驱动系统一相或多相电流传感器发生故障失效问题,因此基于扩展卡尔曼滤波提出一种无电流传感器控制算法,利用永磁同步电机定子电压、转子位置和转速信息重构电机定子电流,并针对无电流传感器算法导致的系统延迟问题设计了前馈补偿环节来改善系统动态性能,并对所提算法进行加减速及鲁棒性实验,仿真及实验结果均验证了所提方法的有效性。

针对电动汽车车载环境复杂多变,影响电流传感器测量精度,更恶劣情况会导致电机驱动系统一相或多相电流传感器发生故障失效问题,因此基于扩展卡尔曼滤波提出一种无电流传感器控制算法,利用永磁同步电机定子电压、转子位置和转速信息重构电机定子电流,并针对无电流传感器算法导致的系统延迟问题设计了前馈补偿环节来改善系统动态性能,并对所提算法进行加减速及鲁棒性实验,仿真及实验结果均验证了所提方法的有效性。

In view of the complex and changeable vehicle environment of electric vehicles,which affects the measurement accuracy of current sensors,and the worse situation will lead to the failure of one-phase or multi-phase current sensors in the motor drive system,therefore,a non-current-sensor control algorithm based on extended Kalman filter is proposed in this paper. The stator current of the motor is reconstructed by using the stator voltage,rotor position and speed information of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,and the feed forward compensation is designed to improve the dynamic performance of the system regarding the system delay caused by the non-current-sensor algorithm. The acceleration and deceleration and robustness tests of the proposed algorithm are carried out. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the simulation and experimental results.

永磁同步电机因其效率以及功率因数高等优点而被广泛应用于电动汽车中。为实现高性能控制,常规电机驱动系统通常具有2~3个相电流传感器,导致了系统成本增加,功率密度降低。且电动汽车运行工况复杂,加减速以及启动停止频繁,电机电流变化较大,传感器工作环境恶劣,频繁过压、过流会加快相电流传感器发生故障,导致电机转矩及转速发生抖动甚至停机[1-3]
无相电流传感器技术因其能节省成本、减小体积、不会发生故障等优点而被国内外学者广泛研究[4]。文献[5]中提出在直流侧安装一个母线电流传感器,通过测量母线电流和逆变器开关状态重构三相电流,可以省去交流侧相电流传感器,但是母线电流传感器存在采样延迟,零矢量作用下存在测量盲区,导致重构的相电流谐波较大。尽管文献[6]~文献[9]中通过改进调制或采样方法减小了测量盲区,但是也加剧了算法的复杂度,且该类方法仍需要一个母线电流传感器来估计三相电流。文献[10]中首次提出一种不需要任何电流传感器的控制策略,并将其应用在同步磁阻电机中,根据电机数学模型计算出dq轴电流,然后根据目标转矩和当前转速计算出所需的定子电压,该方法转速控制效果稳定,但该方法对电机参数较为敏感。文献[11]中率先基于表贴式永磁同步电机dq轴离散化电压方程提出一种无电流传感器控制策略,将电流环PI控制器输出的dq轴参考电压当作实际电压用来计算下一步的实际电流,并对逆变器进行死区补偿,降低了电机参数变化对电流估算的影响,但是该方法计算量大且车用电机多为内嵌式永磁同步电机。针对内嵌式永磁同步电机,文献[12]中通过给定转矩和当前转速离线标定直接输出参考电压幅值和相位,无需电流环,省去了电流传感器,扩大了电机高效区域,但该方法瞬态性能相对有电流环较差。文献[13]中直接采用电机模型离散电压方程迭代计算dq轴电流,该方法计算量小,稳态性能较好,但是对电机参数不具有鲁棒性。文献[14]中采用Luenberger观测器对电机定子电阻进行在线辨识,提高了电流观测精度,但该方法高速状态估计不稳定且容易受到噪声干扰。文献[15]中采用自适应反步观测器同时对定子相电阻和定子相电流进行观测,基于Lyapunov稳定性证明保证电流观测误差收敛,动态性能和鲁棒性较好,但是要求定子电阻缓慢变化。文献[16]中使用无差拍控制算法预测下一个周期电流,并结合最小二乘法解决电机参数失配问题,该方法转速响应快但是启动时电流超调量较大。
上述文献方法各有优缺点,文献[5]~文献[9]中的方法是基于单母线电流传感器来估算三相电流,并没有完全摆脱电流传感器的束缚。文献[10]和文献[13]中虽然不需要任何电流传感器,但是对电机参数变化不具有鲁棒性。文献[11]、文献[13]~文献[15]中为降低电机参数变化对电流估算结果的影响,额外增加了死区补偿或参数辨识算法,加剧了算法复杂度。并且上述文献均未考虑无电流传感器算法导致的系统延迟问题。碳化硅(silicon carbide,SiC)器件耐高压、高温、开关速度快等优势使其开始逐步取代硅基器件应用于电动汽车逆变器[17-18]。但是其开关产生的高频谐波加剧了电机驱动系统电磁干扰问题[19],使电流传感器更容易发生故障。由于扩展卡尔曼滤波算法对系统噪声和参数扰动具有一定的鲁棒性[20],无须再单独设计参数辨识等算法,因此本文中基于扩展卡尔曼滤波提出一种无电流传感器控制方法,对电流实时观测,提高系统可靠性。并针对无电流传感器观测算法导致的系统延迟问题设计了前馈补偿环节,计算量小且能有效降低算法延时,提高了系统动态性能。

为减小系统建模复杂度,令Ld =Lq =L0=L,新电感L即为交直轴电感平均值,实际凸极式永磁同步电机交直轴电感并不相等,且会随着温度、转子位置等发生变化,将新电感值L与实际交直轴电感Ld、Lq 之间误差变化视为系统建模噪声,通过调节扩展卡尔曼滤波系统噪声矩阵 Q,并不影响算法最终收敛,最终电机电压方程简化为

假设电机转动惯量无穷大,或采样周期很小,则在每个采样周期T电机转速可认为不变,则电机运动方程如式(4)所示。实际电机转动惯量并不是无穷大,且对系统离散化也会产生误差,可以将这些视为系统建模噪声。

通过设置合适的系统初始状态 x0 和初始协方差矩阵 P0 、系统噪声矩阵 Q 以及测量噪声矩阵 R 参数,则可以通过上述递推过程对系统后续状态进行最优估计,实现对电机驱动系统电流实时观测。
假设系统噪声 v 测量噪声 w 和初始状态 x0 均相互独立,则初始协方差矩阵 P0 、系统噪声矩阵 Q 以及测量噪声矩阵 R 均为对角阵,初始时刻电机静止,故初始状态 x0 一般设置为零向量。初始协方差矩阵 P0 影响系统初始状态收敛速度,为系统初始状态 x0 与实际初始状态之间的协方差,表示对系统初始状态 x0 值的信任程度,其值越大则越信任测量值,其值越小则越信任系统初始值 x0。经过调试确定具体参数值设定为

由于系统噪声和测量噪声的统计特性通常不确定,一般通过仿真和实验来调整系统噪声矩阵 Q 以及测量噪声矩阵 R,根据卡尔曼滤波增益公式可以看出 K Q / Q + R )正相关, Q 越大预测噪声越大,则越相信测量值,收敛速度越快, R 越大则更相信预测值,收敛速度越慢,综合考虑收敛速度和稳态精度,经过调试确定系统噪声矩阵 Q 以及测量噪声矩阵 R 具体值为

式(20)永磁同步电机dq轴电压方程可以看出,d轴上有q轴电流产生的反电动势,而q轴上则作用有d轴电流产生的感应电动势,两者相互交叉耦合。

为降低无电流传感器算法导致的系统延迟影响,故设计如下前馈补偿环节,如式(21)所示,将dq轴交叉耦合的电动势项 u d u q 直接前馈到dq轴电流环PI控制器输出vd、vq 上,该方法计算量小且能有效降低系统延时,改善系统动态性能。

基于EKF的无电流传感器控制算法逻辑如图1所示。以电压uαuβ 、电角度θe和电角速度ωe作为EKF输入信号,电流为输出信号,代替电流传感器对电流进行实时观测。观测电流作为反馈信号经过Park变换后进入电流环PI控制器,经过前馈补偿后共同输出参考电压经过空间矢量脉宽调制后输出6路互补PWM波形给SiC逆变器来驱动电机。
IPMSM永磁同步电机和SiC控制器参数(TC = 25 ℃)如表1所示。
目标转速1 000 r/min,0.2 s施加10 N·m负载,仿真结果如图2所示。ia、ib、ic 为有电流传感器三相电流,iaekf 、ibekf 、icekf为无前馈补偿EKF观测的三相电流,iaekf 、ibekf 、icekf 为有前馈补偿EKF观测的三相电流。
图2(a)中可以看出,EKF观测的三相电流能较好地还原实际三相电流ia、ib、ic。如图2(b)所示,以a相电流为例,图2(c)、图2(d)分别为图2(a)的空载和加载局部放大图。从图2(c)中可以看出,由于无电流传感器观测算法存在误差和延迟,空载时EKF观测电流幅值波动比有电流传感器大。从图2(d)中可以看出,0.2 s加载电流达到稳态后无前馈EKF观测a相电流iaekf相比于有电流传感器a相电流ia 滞后时间约为3 ms。加入前馈补偿后EKF观测a相电流iaekf’相比于有电流传感器a相电流ia 滞后时间约为1 ms,降低了66.7%的延迟时间。
有电流传感器时电磁转矩和采用EKF观测电磁转矩仿真结果如图3所示。采用EKF观测电流时,在开始启动与0.2 s突加10 N·m负载后,经过EKF算法不断更新滤波增益 K,电磁转矩快速收敛达到稳态,能较好地跟随有电流传感器时的电磁转矩。
目标转速1 000 r/min,在0.2 s时施加10 N·m的负载,两种模式下均采用相同的PI参数设置,转速仿真结果如图4所示。
图4(a)中可以看出,由于无电流传感器算法存在延迟,启动时转速要滞后于有电流传感器模式下的转速,与上文分析一致,无前馈有电流传感器模式首次达到目标转速时间为0.014 s,无前馈无电流传感器模式首次达到目标转速时间为0.021 s,达到稳态后能较好地跟随目标转速,且加入前馈补偿后延迟减小,有前馈无电流传感器模式首次达到目标转速时间为0.014 s,与无前馈有电流传感器下转速首次达到目标转速时间接近。有前馈有电流传感器模式首次达到目标转速时间为0.011 s,说明加入前馈补偿后能改善由于无电流传感器观测算法引起的延迟,提高系统动态性能。
转速误差为目标转速减实际转速,表2表3中第4列为稳态转速误差最大值减去最小值的绝对值,用来衡量转速误差波动大小。加入前馈补偿后降低了无电流传感器算法延迟,使空载稳态转速误差最大值由-5.17减小到-3.55 r/min,更接近无前馈有电流传感器时的稳态转速误差-3.19 r/min,最小值和转速误差差值也同样减小,如图4(b)和表2所示。
加载后转速稳态误差如图4(c)和表3所示。可以看出,加入前馈补偿后,无电流传感器算法加载后的转速稳态误差绝对值有所下降,相比于未加前馈补偿的无电流传感器算法转速稳态误差更接近于0,比无前馈有电流传感器转速稳态误差略小,是因为加入前馈补偿后降低了误差累积,减小了稳态误差,与有前馈有电流传感器转速稳态误差接近,但是波动范围更大,这是由于无电流传感器算法电流谐波含量比有电流传感器电流谐波含量大,导致转矩脉动大进而造成转速波动大。
本文实验装置如图5所示。
设置转速300 r/min,负载电流5 A,将霍尔电流传感器采集的V相电流iv与EKF观测的V相电流ivekf 进行实验对比,如图6所示。
图7图6 V相电流对比局部放大图。从图6图7可以看出,虽然EKF观测的V相电流ivekf’高频谐波幅值波动比霍尔电流传感器所测电流iv稍大,与仿真分析一致,但是基本能较好还原霍尔电流传感器采集的V相电流iv,验证了所提算法的有效性。
NEDC新欧洲驾驶循环是国际上常用的测试电动汽车的续驶里程3种标准工况之一,被中国、欧洲以及澳大利亚等地广泛采用。因此本文模拟该工况中的一个典型市区加减速循环,如图8中局部放大部分所示,在300和600 r/min不同转速处断开霍尔电流传感器,实验结果如图9所示。
图9中可以看出,将电机转速由0加速到300 r/min后,在7 s断开电流传感器,采用EKF观测的电流值进行矢量控制闭环反馈,电机转速增加20 r/min后快速恢复到原转速,在14 s重新接入电流传感器,电机转速下降15 r/min后快速恢复到原转速,然后将电机转速由300加速到600 r/min后,在27 s断开电流传感器,采用EKF观测的电流值进行闭环反馈,电机转速增加18 r/min后快速恢复到原转速,在37 s重新接入电流传感器,电机转速下降14 r/min后快速恢复到原转速,验证了本文无电流传感器控制算法的有效性。
永磁同步电机在运行时定子电感、永磁体磁链以及定子电阻实际值会受温度、磁场等影响而不断变化,因此考虑电机实际运行时参数时变影响,将永磁同步电机定子电感、永磁体磁链以及定子电阻值从0 s开始同时变为常规值的0.8倍和1.2倍,与常规值1.0倍对比,测试所提算法的鲁棒性能,实验结果如图10所示。
虽然加减速瞬态过程中电机参数变为1.2倍和0.8倍后转速相比于常规值1.0倍有一定超前与滞后,但仍然能快速跟随给定转速达到稳态给定值后与常规值1.0倍一致,实验结果表明本文所提无电流传感器控制算法能较好抵抗电机参数时变影响,且能够稳定跟随给定转速,具有良好的动态性能以及鲁棒性。
对所提EKF无电流传感器算法和有电流传感器控制进行有无前馈补偿加减速对比实验,其中红色线条为有电流传感器模式,蓝色线条为无电流传感器模式,虚线均为无前馈补偿,实线均为有前馈补偿,实验结果如图11所示,其中图11(b)和图11(c)分别为图11(a)加速及减速时的局部放大图。
图11中可以看出,不论是加速还是减速工况下,加入前馈补偿后有无电流传感器两种情况下首次达到目标转速的响应时间均缩短,其中有前馈有电流传感器模式转速响应最快,其次是有前馈无电流传感器模式与无前馈有电流传感器模式转速响应时间接近,无前馈无电流传感器模式转速响应最慢,与仿真分析结果一致。实验结果证明加入前馈补偿后能有效降低EKF算法导致的系统延迟,提高了系统动态性能。
基于扩展卡尔曼滤波提出一种无电流传感器控制方法,无需电流传感器,节省成本,并针对无电流传感器观测算法导致的系统延迟问题设计了前馈补偿环节,降低了无电流传感器算法系统延时,提高了系统动态性能。模拟NEDC中一个典型市区加减速循环工况,同时考虑电机参数时变影响,对算法进行了鲁棒性实验,结果表明所提方法能抵抗电机参数时变影响,且能够稳定跟随给定转速,具有良好的鲁棒性。仿真及实验结果证明了本文所提的EKF算法观测的三相电流能较好地还原实际三相电流,但是由于观测误差导致无电流传感器算法观测的电流比实际有电流传感器测得电流谐波幅值波动稍大,后续可对此进行改进,降低无电流传感器算法谐波含量。
