The wire-controlled braking system has gradually replaced the traditional vacuum booster solution and has become the leading technology in the braking field of new energy vehicles. Among them,the integrated Electro-Hydraulic Braking (EHB) system,as a form of wire-controlled braking,relies mainly on basic hydraulic braking and motor regenerative braking to fulfill the driver's braking intention when its EHB module fails. These two braking methods can provide relatively limited braking power ,which is difficult to achieve the deceleration effect expected by the driver,to some extent increasing the risk of traffic accidents. In order to comprehensively enhance the driving safety performance of the vehicle,in this paper the Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) system is incorporated as one of the executing mechanisms for driving brakes. When the power assist function of the integrated EHB system fails,the intelligent braking system can,based on the deceleration requested by the driver,send a braking force or deceleration request signal through the vehicle network communication. This process coordinates the motor regenerative braking and EPB braking to work together to enhance the vehicle's deceleration performance,thereby significantly improving braking efficiency. In addition,by implementing multi-level control strategies for the EPB system,the system can meet the needs for different levels of deceleration,which not only optimizes the driving experience and improves comfort but also effectively reduces the probability of traffic accidents.

线控制动系统已经逐渐取代传统真空助力器方案,成为新能源汽车制动领域的主导技术。其中,集成式电液制动系统作为线控制动的一种形式,当其电液制动模块发生故障时,驾驶员制动意图主要依靠基础液压制动和电机回馈制动来完成。这两种制动方式所能提供的制动能力相对有限,难以达到驾驶员期望的减速效果,这在一定程度上增加了交通事故的发生风险。为了全面提升车辆的行车安全性能,本文将电子驻车制动系统(EPB)纳入行车制动执行的一环。在集成式电液制动系统助力功能失效情况下,智能制动系统能够根据驾驶员请求的减速度,通过整车网络通信,发出制动力或制动减速度请求信号。这一过程将协调电机回馈制动和EPB制动,共同作用以增强车辆的减速性能,从而显著提升制动效率。此外,通过对EPB实施多级控制策略,能够满足不同程度减速度需求,不仅优化了驾乘体验,提高了舒适性,而且还有效降低了交通事故发生概率。

The wirecontrolled braking system has gradually replaced the traditional vacuum booster solution and has become the leading technology in the braking field of new energy vehicles. Among them, the integrated ElectroHydraulic Braking (EHB) system, as a form of wirecontrolled braking, relies mainly on basic hydraulic braking and motor regenerative braking to fulfill the driver's braking intention when its EHB module fails. These two braking methods can provide relatively limited braking power, which is difficult to achieve the deceleration effect expected by the driver, to some extent increasing the risk of traffic accidents. In order to comprehensively enhance the driving safety performance of the vehicle, in this paper the Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) system is incorporated as one of the executing mechanisms for driving brakes. When the power assist function of the integrated EHB system fails, the intelligent braking system can, based on the deceleration requested by the driver, send a braking force or deceleration request signal through the vehicle network communication. This process coordinates the motor regenerative braking and EPB braking to work together to enhance the vehicle's deceleration performance, thereby significantly improving braking efficiency. In addition, by implementing multilevel control strategies for the EPB system, the system can meet the needs for different levels of deceleration, which not only optimizes the driving experience and improves comfort but also effectively reduces the probability of traffic accidents.

线控制动系统[1- 2]具有效能高、集成度高、轻量化、响应快、备份程度高等优点,相较于传统真空助力器系统,更能适应新能源汽车智能化发展需求。作为线控制动产品的一种,电子液压制动系统(electro-hydraulic braking,EHB)已成为行业内车辆制动控制的主流产品[3-7]。主缸和轮端压力的精准控制是制动系统发挥作用的基础[8],余卓平等[9]对EHB主缸液压力和轮缸液压力控制进行了全面深入的综述。Zhao等[10]对电子液压制动系统的系统架构设计、高级别自动驾驶下的应用、主缸和轮缸压力控制算法设计、电液复合制动控制算法设计等进行了详细的综述。尽管电子液压制动系统控制已十分成熟,且其电子失效率一般控制在10 fit水平,但电子助力失效情况依然存在,威胁整车驾乘安全性[11]。除电子助力失效外,制动液管路液位不足或进入空气、制动器无法正常工作也均会导致正常制动效能丧失。
电子助力失效发生的原因主要有以下几类。①硬件故障:电子控制单元(electronic control unit,ECU)或其他电子元件由于制造缺陷、磨损或损坏而发生故障。②软件问题:控制软件存在缺陷,导致系统无法正常工作。③电磁干扰:强烈的电磁场干扰电子信号,影响系统正常运行。④电源问题:电源供应不稳定或中断导致电子系统失效。⑤环境因素:极端温度、湿度或其它环境因素对电子元件造成损害,导致系统失效。针对以上情况下的电子失效,在系统本身没有冗余系统时只能调用自身的机械备份或者借助其它系统来弥补丢失的减速度。
目前主要有3种方法应对制动系统电子助力失效问题:①基于系统本身控制策略层面;②基于系统本身机械结构备份层面;③跨系统异构备份层面。基于第1种方法,彭晓燕等[12]针对单轮制动失效或多轮制动失效下的车辆稳定性控制进行了分析,通过不同车轮的制动力重新分配防止车辆由于左右制动力不一致而产生的横摆。基于第2种方法,各类集成式电液制动系统产品针对其本身的机械结构进行备份设计,在电液制动系统助力失效后,通过制动管路或者是备份模块的设计来保证备份制动减速度。典型产品构型如博世的智能集成制动系统(integrated power brake,IPB)+冗余制动单元(redundant brake unit,RBU),弗迪的制动安全控制系统(braking safety control,BSC)+冗余控制模块(redundant control,RC)等。采用电机回馈进行制动是第3种跨系统备份方法,该方法在制动系统正常工作情况下主要以能量回收为目标,技术较为成熟[13-18]。而以制动失效后制动能力补足为目标进行电机回馈制动的研究则较少,仅有针对分布式驱动电机回馈制动失效时液压制动补足的研究[19- 20]。以及Kim等[21]针对装备有轮毂电机和EMB线控制动的汽车设计的容错控制算法,结合再生制动系统,利用滑模控制算法计算补偿横摆力矩,取得了较好的控制效果。以上3种方法均在不同程度上或不同工况下对制动失效进行了效能补充,但并没有充分利用车上已有的执行系统进行整车制动减速度的协调控制。当电液制动模块失效后,制动减速度只能通过机械液压制动及电机回馈制动提供[1522],难以满足高速工况和紧急工况下驾驶员的制动需求。
尹佳超等[23]研究了电子驻车制动(electronic parking braking,EPB)在主制动发生助力失效时产生减速度使车辆减速完全停车的影响因素,包括制动初速度、车辆坡度、路面附着等,并优化设定了最优的备份制动场景参数。张志阳等[24]研究了基于集成式电子驻车制动(integrated electronic parking break,EPBi)系统的动态制动控制策略,快加压-保压-动态制动(高附路面限值2 m/s2,低附路面限值0.5 m/s2),同时分析了动态制动中车速与后轮轮速的变化过程,以及卡钳电机电流的变化规律。
以上两项研究均只单独考虑驻车制动参与行车制动的情况,并没有从整车级层面针对制动目标探索多级备份方案[25- 26],未将纵向控制执行机构进行统一协调调度。
本文基于前期研究基础,针对集成式电液制动系统电子助力失效工况,提出一种提升制动效能的控制策略。该策略将驻车制动系统作为行车制动的执行机构之一,与电机回馈制动协同控制。具体策略如下:首先通过对驾驶意图的识别,协调控制电机回馈制动力矩和电子驻车系统减速度请求,通过车辆滑移率计算,以车辆制动力矩为控制目标,基于滑模控制理论,设计整车制动力控制器,调整整车制动力矩和减速度请求,提升电液制动模块失效后的整车减速度,降低交通事故发生概率。具体控制系统架构框图见图1
首先通过对比分析电液制动系统助力失效前后制动过程的差异,为制动效能提升策略的制定提供依据。
车辆制动管路分布如图2所示。车辆有2条制动管路,每条制动管路连接车辆的对角车轮。每个车轮的制动器分别设置电磁阀进行控制。车辆制动系统的失效模式按制动管路划分可分为两种:单管路失效与双管路失效。其中,单管路失效指的是制动管路1或管路2发生泄漏或是干路上的电磁阀发生故障。此失效模式会导致车辆对角车轮丢失液压制动力,但另一对角车轮仍具有制动力,因此此失效模式也称为部分失效。双管路失效指的是制动管路1与2均发生泄漏或元器件发生故障进而导致车辆完全失去液压制动力,因此此失效模式也称为完全失效。相较于单管路失效模式,完全失效模式下的车辆安全风险更高,因此具有更高的研究价值和意义。
集成式电液制动系统主要包括制动踏板、电液制动控制模块、软管、硬管、制动器。与传统制动系统相比,其最大的特点是采用电子化集成度更高的电液制动控制模块来取代了真空助力器。制动踏板踩下建立的液压作用于踏板模拟器,同时输出踏板位移量信号,电液制动控制模块的电机根据位移量建压,作用于各个制动卡钳实现制动。正常工作情况下,驾驶员踩下制动踏板所建立的液压不直接作用于各个卡钳,如图3所示,两个隔断电磁阀SV1、SV2实现了踏板模拟器和轮缸两个液压回路的解耦作用。可实现驾驶员踏板解耦的制动系统除集成式电液制动系统外,采用电子踏板、电子控制单元和轮端控制模块(电机)的电子机械制动EMB系统、电磁制动系统[27]等,也可实现驾驶员与制动卡钳之间的解耦。EMB系统目前在乘用车领域尚未普及,本文将基于已在乘用车上量产应用的集成式电液制动系统开展电子助力失效控制策略研究。
采用电机回馈与液压复合制动的新能源汽车正常制动过程如图4所示。车辆行驶过程中,驾驶员发出制动意图,踩下制动踏板输入踏板位移量信号,电液制动控制模块发出制动信号给驱动电机,驱动电机执行能量回收[28]。当回收的能量达到一定值后,电液制动控制模块的电机建压,液压传递到前后轮4个卡钳夹紧制动盘。由以上可知车辆行车制动所需的减速度是由电机回馈制动及液压制动共同提供。车辆静止后需要的驻车制动,通过EPB夹紧制动盘实现。
当电液制动模块电子助力失效时,机械液压回路通过两个隔断阀SV1、SV2连通,电磁阀SV3、SV4下电闭合,电机助力液压回路关闭,如图5所示。驾驶员踩下制动踏板所建立的液压直接作用于4个卡钳,同时电机执行回馈制动,此时车辆行车制动所需的减速度由基础液压制动及电机回馈制动共同提供。但这两部分产生的制动减速度是有限的,无法完全满足驾驶员制动需求。
本文所述的制动效能优化是一种辅助制动方案,在基础液压制动和电机回馈制动基础上引入EPB参与行车制动过程。通过智能制动系统统一协调电机回馈制动和EPB制动来提高车辆减速能力。制动初期采用电机回馈制动,中后期采用电机回馈制动+EPB制动+基础液压制动,满足驾驶员制动需求,控制策略如图6所示。
图7所示,电液制动系统失效后的辅助制动主要由整车电液制动系统、驱动系统和电子驻车系统完成。各系统间通过CAN总线进行连接通讯。整车加速度信号和驾驶意图信号直接与辅助制动系统连接。
辅助制动策略控制逻辑如图8所示,当电液制动模块电子助力失效后,辅助制动功能状态位触发。首先对制动踏板是否踩下进行判定,只有判断制动踏板踩下后才会使指令信号触发,否则不触发,以此防止对驾驶员意图的误判。随后,电液制动模块正常发出目标减速度需求,整车CAN通讯保持正常,驱动电机控制模块和EPB控制模块,收到有电液制动模块发出的经过整车CAN网络传递出的目标减速度请求。上述两个模块收到目标减速度请求后,驱动电机控制模块首先控制驱动电机进行回馈制动,若回馈制动减速度大于目标减速度,则驱动电机产生的回馈制动减速度能满足目标减速度需求,EPB不用执行后续夹紧。若回馈制动减速度小于目标减速度,则EPB介入执行夹紧。EPB介入后首先夹紧至触盘位置,随后分多次夹紧至目标减速度。每次夹紧时间均为单位时间△t(20、40、60 ms),最短工作时间为20 ms,△t通过对不同施放时间进行实际测试并验证。验证得到△t为40 ms时触盘位置后,减速度增大约0.06g~0.07g,后续单位时间加紧减速度约为0.05g。施放时,夹紧力越大控制同样减速度所需要的时间越长。
在EPB夹紧过程中,系统会对滑移率进行监测,当滑移率达到上限时,EPB会直接进入防抱死模式从而退出辅助制动功能。
主控制器功能拓扑如图9所示。
主控制器识别到智能动力制动系统总成助力失效后,若驾驶员产生制动意图踩下制动踏板,主控制器在接收推杆行程信号与IMU Ax信号后,统一协调处理,并执行以下工作:
(1) 输出HMI点灯请求;
(2) 输出电机驱动转矩请求至VCU ,并接收VCU实际转矩的反馈值,检测电机回馈减速度是否满足目标值;
(3) 当电机回馈及液压产生的减速度不足,发出减速度请求至EPB。
电子驻车系统采用有刷电机控制通过减速机构带动丝杠螺母机构,减速机构包括传动带和减速齿轮。制动卡钳在丝杠螺母旋转的推动下,夹紧或松开制动盘。电机控制采用H桥设计,精准控制电机工作。

由于EPB只能分级调节,无法实现制动力线性调节,因此,为了满足助力失效后制动脚感和制动性能需求,控制器接收到EPB减速度请求后,采用“预夹紧+触盘+单位动作时间”的执行端策略进行控制。
(1)预夹紧:当油门深度为0时,EPB执行预夹紧动作,在不产生拖刹的前提下消除部分空行程。当驾驶员踩下油门踏板时,EPB立即释放至正常释放位置,并退出辅助制动功能。
(2)触盘夹紧:驾驶员踩下制动踏板,控制器先发出0.05g减速度请求,若EPB处于“触盘”状态时踩下油门踏板(油门深度≥1%),EPB立即释放至正常释放状态,并退出制动辅助功能。
(3)减速度跟随:驾驶员继续踩下踏板,EPB根据减速度请求(0.05g的整倍数),请求减速度增大时,每增大0.5 m/s2→EPB执行一次拉起,增大0.05g减速度,拉起时间为单位动作时间。请求减速度减小时,每减小0.5 m/s2→EPB执行一次释放,减小0.05g减速度,释放时间根据当前的夹紧力设置。
忽略车辆所受的空气阻力、轮胎滚阻与旋转质量的惯性力矩,且假设车辆在平直路面行驶,则车辆的1/4动力模型可以表示为

实测验证所用测试车辆驱动系统为前置前驱,车辆相关参数见表1
本文实验车辆搭载一块容量135.5 kW·h,最大回馈充电功率为375 kW的磷酸铁锂电池。图10为该电池允许最大充电电流与温度和电池SOC的关系相图。表2为25 ℃时仅考虑电池因素电驱回馈作用于整车产生的减速度潜力。本文实验车辆搭载4个峰值功率为240 kW的电机,在低速(30 km/h)且非高SOC值(80%以下)的工况,可产生1.0g以上的制动减速度。
通过CANoe采集实车数据。基于一种“预夹紧+分级调节”的控制策略,EPB介入制动的性能如图11~图13所示。图11为EPB作用于整车可产生的制动减速度曲线,EPB可分级作用于整车产生相应的减速度以满足不同的制动需求,最大可达3 m/s2图12图13展示了预夹紧控制策略下EPB响应时间的优化结果,由1.14缩短至0.47 s。
辅助制动策略可行性从高附与低附路面进行测试验证。其中,高附路面的附着系数为0.8,低附路面的附着系数为0.2。考虑到安全性,仅针对低速工况进行紧急制动与日常制动(0.3g制动减速度)测试。具体如表3所示。
(1)低速紧急制动
图14~图16分别为高附低速紧急制动工况下制动系统失效前与失效后车速、踏板行程和纵向减速度变化及对比曲线。制动系统失效后,整车制动减速度达1.0g,与制动系统失效前的制动性能相近。除此以外,得益于电机更为精准的转矩控制,制动失效后车速曲线更为平顺,减速度曲线波动更小。
(2)低速日常制动
图17~图19分别为高附低速日常制动工况下制动系统失效前与失效后车速、踏板行程和纵向减速度变化及对比曲线。制动系统失效后,整车紧急制动减速度达0.3g,与制动系统失效前的制动性能相近。由车速曲线可以看出,制动失效前后存在一定差异,但变化趋势基本保持一致。同样地,电机回馈制动使得失效后车速曲线更为平顺,减速度曲线波动更小。
图20~图22分别为低附低速日常制动工况下制动系统失效前与失效后车速、踏板行程和纵向减速度变化及对比曲线。制动失效前后车辆平均减速度均可达到0.2g,制动性能相近。制动系统失效前,由于防抱死功能的介入,车辆的加速度出现较大波动,进而导致车速波动下降。制动系统失效后,相较于液压制动,电机回馈制动更加精准的调控特性在低附路面发挥作用,这使得车辆的加速度波动较小,车速下降得更加平缓。由测试车手的主观感受可知,在低附路面,制动系统失效前后车辆的制动性能和制动踏板力无明显区别,多级备份制动介入后的制动体感更加平顺。
本文提出了一种线控制动控制模块失效后的制动效能优化提升方案,在原来电机回馈制动和基础液压制动的基础上,引入EPB模块参与行车制动。建立了一套基于电机、液压与EPB系统的滑移率控制方法。选取实验车辆,进行了高附路面紧急制动、高附路面日常制动与低附路面日常制动的测试验证。结果表明,制动系统电子助力失效后,车辆在高附路面紧急制动最大减速度可达1.0g,在高附路面日常制动能较好维持0.3g的需求减速度,在低附路面能维持0.22g的平均减速度并使车辆稳步刹停。相较于其余备份制动可产生的0.4g减速度,本文所搭建的辅助制动方法在低速工况下能较好地实现制动系统正常时车辆的制动表现。后续针对该工况将开展进一步研究,探索开发更优的控制策略,提升制动平稳性。
