Taking into account of factors such as core magnetic saturation,torque fluctuation,and component flexibility,an electromechanical coupling dynamic model for the switched reluctance motor-planetary gear electric drive system suitable for unsteady state conditions is established,with translational and angular displacements as generalized coordinates,which is validated through experiments. Through simulation analysis,the dynamic characteristics of the system under acceleration and variable load conditions are studied. The results show that under acceleration conditions,the speed at which the electric drive system is most prone to resonance is 3 900 r/min,at which multiple excitation frequencies cross the natural frequency of the system. Among them,the vibration energy generated by the excitation of the 15th order natural frequency at the gear mesh frequency is the largest,and the vibration energy is mainly concentrated in the θy direction of the planet carrier. At the moment of sudden load change,the system produces low-order free vibration dominated by the 5th order natural frequency,with vibration energy mainly concentrated in the θx and θy directions of the inner gear ring and gear housing.

综合考虑铁芯磁饱和、转矩波动和构件柔性等因素,以平移位移和角位移作为广义坐标,建立了适用于非稳态工况的开关磁阻电机-行星齿轮电驱动系统机电耦合动力学模型,并通过实验进行了验证。通过仿真分析,研究了加速、变载荷工况下系统的动态特性。结果表明:加速工况下,电驱动系统最易发生共振的转速为3 900 r/min,此时多个激励频率跨越系统固有频率,其中以齿轮啮频激发第15阶固有频率产生的振动能量最大,振动能量主要集中在行星架的θy方向上。在载荷突变的瞬间,系统产生了以第5阶固有频率为主的低阶自由振动,振动能量主要集中在内齿圈及齿轮箱体的θxθy方向上。

Taking into account of factors such as core magnetic saturation,torque fluctuation,and component flexibility,an electromechanical coupling dynamic model for the switched reluctance motor-planetary gear electric drive system suitable for unsteady state conditions is established,with translational and angular displacements as generalized coordinates,which is validated through experiments. Through simulation analysis,the dynamic characteristics of the system under acceleration and variable load conditions are studied. The results show that under acceleration conditions,the speed at which the electric drive system is most prone to resonance is 3 900 r/min,at which multiple excitation frequencies cross the natural frequency of the system. Among them,the vibration energy generated by the excitation of the 15th order natural frequency at the gear mesh frequency is the largest,and the vibration energy is mainly concentrated in the θy direction of the planet carrier. At the moment of sudden load change,the system produces low-order free vibration dominated by the 5th order natural frequency,with vibration energy mainly concentrated in the θx and θy directions of the inner gear ring and gear housing.

开关磁阻电机(switched reluctance motor,SRM)具有制造成本低、起动转矩大、不消耗稀土资源等优点,而行星齿轮传动具备结构紧凑、功率密度高等特点,因此综合两者优点的开关磁阻电机-行星齿轮电驱动系统具有广阔的应用前景。开关磁阻电驱动系统经常工作在变速、变负载等非稳态工况,当激励频率跨越系统固有频率时可能引发共振,影响系统的安全性和稳定性;外界载荷突变时,系统的动态特性将产生较大的瞬态改变,进而影响系统性能。因此,研究非稳态工况下系统的动态特性,从而揭示系统动态响应机理,具有重要的现实意义。
针对SRM动力学研究,刘闯等[1]建立了电机转子动力学模型,分析了不平衡磁拉力对转子中心运动轨迹的影响。Hao等[2]建立了无轴承SRM有限元模型,分析了不同电流和转角下电机的电磁特性。Kocan等[3]建立了高速SRM动力学模型,分析了电机转矩脉动、损耗和效率等特性随转速的变化规律。Deng等[4]采用傅里叶级数拟合了电机的非线性解析模型,并根据麦克斯韦张量法对径向电磁力进行了建模和分析。然而上述SRM动力学模型缺乏对铁芯磁饱和、电机转矩波动以及构件柔性等因素的综合考虑。
对于行星齿轮系统,肖正明等[5]建立了行星轮系集中参数动力学模型,研究了齿轮裂纹故障对系统动态响应的影响。Ericson等[6]建立了行星齿轮箱的有限元模型,分析了齿轮箱自由度对固有频率和振型的影响。Fan等[7]基于壳体和Timoshenko梁理论,建立了行星轮系刚柔耦合模型,研究了齿圈柔性对均载性能的影响。Liu等[8]建立了太阳轮和行星轮的集中参数模型,并与行星架、内齿圈和齿轮箱体的有限元缩聚模型耦合,最终形成行星轮系刚柔耦合动力学模型。以上学者建立的行星齿轮系统动力学模型没有综合考虑构件柔性、驱动和负载力矩波动等因素对系统动态特性的影响,且非稳态工况下的动力学研究较少。
目前,与SRM相关的机电耦合动力学研究主要集中在径向电磁力与定子壳体的耦合动力学方面,针对SRM与齿轮传动系统的机电耦合动力学研究严重不足。Callegaro等[9]分析了径向力密度的谐波成分,解释了谐波分量引起定子共振的机理。Kimpara等[10]采用有限元法对SRM总成进行振动分析,研究了径向电磁力和机械耦合结构对定转子振动的影响。Wang等[11]建立了SRM径向电磁力解析模型,研究了径向电磁力和定转子振动之间的耦合效应,在此基础上,分析了偏心转子的非线性耦合振动[12]。Chen等[13]建立了考虑构件柔性的开关磁阻电驱动系统机电耦合动力学模型,研究了不同工况下万向节对系统动态特性的影响。
此外,也有其他种类电机与齿轮系统的机电耦合动力学研究,但大多缺乏对电机壳体、轴和齿轮箱体等构件柔性的详细考虑,且大多数动力学模型仅适用于稳态工况下的分析。Bai等[14]将异步电机模型和行星齿轮系统模型耦合,研究了电机和齿轮系统之间的耦合作用。Chen等[15]考虑齿轮时变啮合刚度、发电机电磁特性等非线性因素,建立了风力发电机组机电耦合动力学模型,分析了不同外部激励下系统的动态特性。肖正明等[16]建立了异步电机-行星齿轮系统机电耦合动力学模型,分析了啮合频率与轴承频率在定子电流中的映射规律。刘长钊等[17]提出了考虑构件柔性的永磁同步电机-齿轮传动电驱动系统机电耦合动力学模型,研究了稳态和加速工况下齿轮误差和箱体柔性对系统动态响应的影响。
本文综合考虑铁芯磁饱和、转矩波动和构件柔性等因素,建立了适用于非稳态工况的开关磁阻电驱动系统机电耦合动力学模型,并通过实验验证了模型的正确性。基于此,研究了加速、变载荷工况下系统的动态特性,从而为系统的共振规避、易失效构件甄别和优化设计提供理论依据。
图1为开关磁阻电机-行星齿轮电驱动系统示意图,系统主要由电机壳体、定转子、太阳轮、行星轮、内齿圈、行星架和齿轮箱体组成,其中5个参数相同的行星轮均匀地分布在行星架上。电机输出的转矩,经过太阳轮和行星轮传递,最终由行星架输出。电驱动系统的主要参数如表1所示。
SRM数学模型如式(1)所示,从上到下依次为电路方程、机电联系方程以及机械运动方程。

SRM运行时铁芯高度磁饱和,相磁链和相电流难以解析计算,故本文结合有限元法和解析法建立适用于不同工况的SRM动力学模型。首先采用有限元法计算不同转角和相电流下的相磁链,再结合SRM数学模型建立相电磁转矩数值矩阵和转矩模型,通过改变控制参数即可获取不同开通角、关断角和相电流下的电磁转矩。
SRM以转子极距为循环周期,为提高计算效率,在一个转子极距(45˚)内进行有限元分析,图2为有限元计算得到的不同转角和相电流对应的相磁链。
相磁链Ψj和相电感Lj的关系如式(2)所示。根据式(2)和如图2所示的相磁链数值矩阵,可计算相电流恒定时相电感对转角的微分dL/dθ,将其代入式(1)的机电联系方程中,可计算相电磁转矩数值矩阵,如图3所示。

图4所示,对转速、相电压积分可分别得到转角θ和相磁链Ψ,根据相磁链数值矩阵,利用二维插值可得相磁链和转角对应的相电流。由式(1)的电路方程可知,将励磁电压与绕组电压作差,得到的差值再对时间积分,即可获取下一时刻的相磁链,以此循环下去。根据转角和相电流,结合如图3所示的相电磁转矩数值矩阵,可获取此时的相电磁转矩,将三相电磁转矩叠加,得到SRM总的电磁转矩。
获得电磁转矩后,切向电磁力可由式(3)计算。

径向电磁力是引起SRM定转子和壳体振动的主要因素,SRM运行时有定转子极存在重叠和定转子极完全不重叠两种情况。当定转子极存在重叠部分时,其等效气隙磁路如图5所示。图中B m为重叠区域的气隙磁通密度;B f1B f2为非重叠区域的气隙磁通密度;l 0为气隙长度;r为气隙中线半径;θ d为定转子极之间的偏差角;W s1为定子极宽度;l为定转子轭之间的距离。

磁通密度B与磁场强度H之间关系可用磁化曲线B-H表示,该曲线考虑了铁芯的磁饱和,如图6所示。基于铁芯材料的B-H曲线,采用数值计算的方法求解式(5)式(6)

针对如表1所示的SRM,将本文与有限元法计算的径向电磁力对比,结果如图7所示。有限元和仿真模型中SRM转速均为2 000 r/min,电压为514 V,开通角和关断角分别为5˚、10˚。由图可知,两种方法得到的各相径向电磁力基本一致,验证了本文径向力建模方法的准确性。
行星齿轮系统动力学模型如图8所示,该模型:(1)采用平移位移和角位移作为广义坐标;(2)考虑了非惯性系的影响,上述特点使得该动力学模型能够适用于非稳态工况。图中共有3种坐标系:(1)静止坐标系OXYZ;(2)随行星架等速旋转的动坐标系oxyz;(3)原点位于第n个行星轮理论中心的行星轮动坐标系opnxpnypnzpnn=1,2,N)N为行星轮个数。

齿轮副啮合模型如图9所示,坐标原点O 1O 2位于主动齿轮1和从动齿轮2的理论中心。图中XiYiZiθXiθYiθZi分别为主动齿轮1(i =1时)、从动齿轮2(i =2时)在XYZ方向上的平移位移和角位移;A 1 A 2为某一瞬时轮齿啮合接触线;Aj是啮合接触线上第j个单元; r 1 j r 2 j分别为Aj中点在主动齿轮和从动齿轮上的位置矢量;β b为斜齿轮的基圆螺旋角。
采用切片法求解齿轮副的啮合力及力矩[8]。首先,将啮合接触线离散为K个基本单元;然后,根据啮合接触线运动距离和齿轮参数求解任意一点的曲率半径和位置矢量,进而得到接触单元Aj的齿面法向压缩变形量δn (A j);接着,基于胡克定律计算出各轮齿所受的力和力矩;最后,将各轮齿的力和力矩求和,即可得到齿轮总的啮合力及力矩。

根据模态缩聚理论,建立电驱动系统柔性构件的有限元缩聚模型[17]。为耦合不同构件之间的力和位移,在缩聚模型上共建立了116个集中节点,如图10所示,各个集中节点的具体含义及其耦合节点如表2所示。
电驱动系统机电耦合动力学建模如图11所示。SRM转矩模型输出电磁转矩和切向电磁力到转子有限元缩聚模型;根据相电流和偏差角,径向力模型计算径向电磁力,并输出到转子缩聚模型、定子及壳体缩聚模型中。转子缩聚模型在电磁转矩、电磁力、轴承力以及太阳轮提供的负载的综合作用下,输出作用在太阳轮上的驱动力矩,并反馈转子角位移和角速度至转矩模型。
得到太阳轮驱动力矩后,结合作用在行星架上的外部负载,利用齿轮副啮合模型计算出各啮合副的啮合力及力矩;将啮合力及力矩作用在太阳轮和行星轮集中参数模型、内齿圈缩聚模型上,可以得到太阳轮、行星轮和内齿圈节点的位移速度。此外,获得耦合节点的位移和速度后,可计算出两个构件之间的轴承力。
综上所述,根据各子模型之间力、位移和速度耦合关系,可以建立电驱动系统机电耦合动力学模型。
图12为开关磁阻电驱动系统实验台架,主要包括开关磁阻电机、行星齿轮箱、磁粉制动器和数据采集系统。两个T40B转速转矩传感器分别安装在行星齿轮箱的输入和输出端;2个振动加速度传感器分别安装在电机输出端轴承(简称电机轴承)、行星架轴承的端盖上,分别测量图10中集中节点1、24的振动加速度;SRM的A相电源线从电流传感器中穿过,从而获取电机的相电流。各测量信号经过HBM采集仪收集和处理后,保存至计算机中。
为验证机电耦合动力学模型的正确性,仿真和实验中调节SRM转速均值为2 000 r/min,负载力矩均值为50 N‧m,同时仿真模型中考虑电机转矩波动、轮齿侧隙、齿轮误差和轴承安装误差,从而尽量地模拟实际情况。
图13给出了实验与仿真中相电流的时间历程,可知仿真与实验中相电流的变化趋势相同,两者电流斩波值均为36 A,且实验和仿真中相电流有效值分别为20.42、19.13 A,相对误差为6.32%,说明仿真与实验的结果吻合良好。
图14给出了实验与仿真中电机轴承、行星架轴承测点的振动加速度,两个测点仿真与实验的振动加速度变化趋势一致,振幅大致相等,主要频谱成分基本相同,幅值接近。表3给出了上述两个测点仿真与实验中振动加速度的峰峰值和有效值,可知仿真和实验结果的相对误差在10%左右。综上,仿真和实验结果基本吻合,验证了机电耦合动力学模型的正确性。
开关磁阻电驱动系统调速过程中,激励频率跨越系统固有频率时可能引发共振,将极大地恶化系统性能,甚至导致构件失效。因此,研究变速过程中电驱动系统的动态性能,甄别出共振转速以及易失效构件,对系统安全、稳定运行至关重要,本节在加速工况下探究系统共振特性。
固有频率是系统基本的动力学特性,特征值的虚部对应固有频率,故可以通过求解系统特征值的方式来获取固有频率。在求解特征值的过程中,将结构阻尼简化为比例阻尼,并去除模型中轮齿侧隙、齿轮误差等非线性因素。
齿轮传动时,轮齿啮合状态随着太阳轮的转动而改变,求解不同的太阳轮转角所对应的特征值,即可得到不同啮合状态下系统的固有频率,如图15(a)所示。图15(b)为系统第8阶固有频率的变化情况,可知第8阶固有频率在一定范围内周期性变化。这是因为齿轮啮合时,啮合接触线的长度周期性变化,使得齿轮啮合刚度也周期性改变,进而造成系统刚度矩阵随之改变,而系统质量恒定,这导致了系统固有频率在一定范围内周期性变化。
为便于后续分析,表4给出了太阳轮转角为0˚时,电驱动系统前30阶部分阶数的特征值。
SRM转速和电磁转矩的时间历程如图16所示,转速在0~2 s内从0加速至10 000 r/min,电磁转矩的均值为50 N·m。
加速工况下,第一对外啮合副的动态啮合力矩如图17所示,系统的振动能量主要集中在电源开关频率f D、齿轮啮频f m及其倍频nf m上。在0.78、1.72和1.87 s附近,啮合力矩的振幅明显增大,振动能量较为集中,上述时刻SRM转速分别为3 900、8 600和9 350 r/min,应避免系统长时间运行在上述转速附近,防止系统因共振而失效。此外,0.78 s时振动能量最为集中,多个激励频率跨越系统固有频率,其中以齿轮啮频f m跨越第15阶固有频率2 296 Hz产生的振动能量最大,因而须重点关注第15阶固有频率下系统振动能量的分布情况。
图18为加速工况下太阳轮轴承X向轴承力,0.78 s时太阳轮轴承力出现了明显的共振峰,此时以齿轮啮频f m跨越第15阶固有频率2 296 Hz产生的振动能量最大,说明加速工况下须重点关注齿轮啮频f m对太阳轮轴承的影响。此外,1.2 s后轴承力的振幅随着转速的增加而逐渐增大,说明转速增加会导致轴承的振动加剧。
图19给出了第15阶固有频率下系统振动能量的分布。定子和壳体、转子和转子轴、内齿圈和齿轮箱体两两固定连接,将固定连接的两个构件视为一个部件。行星架的振动能量占比最大,故第15阶模态下行星架为系统中最易失效的构件。图19(b)为构件在各方向上振动能量的分布比例,可知各构件在θy方向上的振动能量最大,故θy方向为行星架的危险振动方向。
图20为第15阶固有频率下各构件θy向的模态矢量。图中节点序号与图10中相同。转子及转子轴节点(15~18)、行星架节点(19~25)在θy向的振动较大,说明系统在θy方向上存在强度薄弱环节。图20(b)为转子轴(原始轴径42 mm)和行星架轴(原始轴径46 mm)的轴径增大1.25倍后,各构件θy向的模态矢量。轴径增大后,转子轴上各节点θy向的振动均减小,且行星架θy向的最大振动减小了51.94%,说明适当增加构件的轴径来减小其θy方向上的振动是可行的。
电驱动系统运行工况复杂多变,当外界载荷突变时,系统动态特性瞬态改变,这会影响系统的安全性和稳定性,因此本节对变载荷工况下系统的动态特性展开研究。
当外界载荷突变时,为维持系统的正常工作,SRM的输出转矩也随之改变。图21给出了电机转速为2 000 r/min时,SRM电磁转矩的时间历程。外部负载在0.6和1.1 s时发生突变,导致电磁转矩在0.6和1.1 s时也产生相应的突变,然后电驱动系统在阻尼和控制模块的共同作用下又逐渐稳定。
图22为变载荷工况下,行星架轴承径向振动加速度的时间历程。载荷增大后,轴承振动加速度的幅值随之增大,在载荷突变的0.6和1.1 s处,振动加速度发生了剧烈变化,特别是载荷突增的0.6 s处,产生了较大的瞬时突变。因此,在系统优化设计时,须关注负载突变对构件强度的影响,避免振动加速度激增导致构件失效。
变载荷工况下,第一对外啮合副的动态啮合力矩如图23所示。负载增大后啮合力矩的均值也增大,且波动程度明显增加。在载荷突变的0.6和1.1 s处,时频图上出现了能量较为集中的区域,分布在系统第5阶固有频率71 Hz附近,这说明在载荷突变的瞬间,系统产生了以第5阶固有频率为主的低阶自由振动,造成上述现象的原因是:载荷突变的瞬间引入了频率范围较宽的冲击激励,高频率的激励能量在传递过程中衰减较快,而低频率的激励能量衰减较慢,更易激发系统低阶的自由振动。载荷突变结束后,在结构阻尼和啮合阻尼的作用下,系统的低阶自由振动逐渐衰减,进而转变为由电源开关频率f D、齿轮啮频f m及其倍频nf m(2f m、3f m、5f m)主导的强迫振动。
图24为变载荷工况下太阳轮轴承X向的动态轴承力,负载增大后轴承力的振幅明显增加,说明负载增加会加剧太阳轮轴承的振动。此外,太阳轮轴承力在0.6和1.1 s处发生了突变,载荷突变激发的低阶自由振动的频率为71 Hz,对应着系统的第5阶固有频率。综合图23图24的结果,电驱动系统在载荷突变的瞬间产生了以第5阶固有频率为主的低阶自由振动,因此须重点关注第5阶固有频率下系统振动能量的分布情况。
图25为第5阶固有频率下系统振动能量的分布情况。由图25(a)可知,内齿圈及齿轮箱体振动能量占比高达97.2%,故载荷突变的瞬间内齿圈及齿轮箱体为系统中最易失效的构件。图25(b)为各构件在各方向上振动能量的分布比例,对于易失效的内齿圈及齿轮箱体,其θxθy向(绕xy轴的旋转方向,即摆振方向)振动能量的比例分别为38.0%和40.2%,远大于其他方向上的振动能量,故θxθy方向为内齿圈及齿轮箱体的危险振动方向。此外,各构件扭转方向上(θxθyθz向)的振动能量之和远大于平移方向上(xyz向)的振动能量之和,说明系统振动能量分布不均匀,第5阶模态振动以构件的扭转为主。
为提升变载荷工况下系统的安全性,将齿轮箱体的壁厚由8增大至10 mm后,内齿圈第一个轮齿在θxθy方向上的振动角位移如图26所示。齿轮箱体壁厚增大后,内齿圈第一个轮齿在θxθy方向上的振幅均减小,特别是载荷突变的0.6和1.1 s处振幅有较大程度的降低。同时,载荷较大时,箱体壁厚增加对振动的抑制效果更加明显。上述现象表明:增大齿轮箱体的壁厚可以改善电驱动系统的动态性能,也反映了系统轻量化设计时考虑动力学性能的必要性。
本文建立了适用于非稳态工况的开关磁阻电驱动系统机电耦合动力学模型,并通过实验对模型进行了验证,研究了加速和变载荷工况下系统的动态特性。
(1)建立了适用于非稳态工况的开关磁阻电驱动系统机电耦合动力学模型,并开展了实验验证。仿真与实验中相电流的变化趋势相同,误差为6.32%,且仿真与实验测点振动加速度的相对误差在10%左右,验证了仿真模型的正确性。
(2)计算了系统的固有频率,结果表明齿轮啮合时,由于啮合接触线长度的周期性变化,系统的固有频率也在一定范围内周期性改变。
(3)分析了加速工况下系统的共振特性,本文的电驱动系统最易发生共振的转速为3 900 r/min,此时多个激励频率跨越系统固有频率,其中以齿轮啮频激发第15阶固有频率产生的振动能量最大,振动能量主要集中在行星架的θy方向上。
(4)研究了变载荷工况下系统的动态特性,本文的电驱动系统在载荷突变的瞬间产生了以第5阶固有频率为主的低阶自由振动,振动能量主要集中在内齿圈及齿轮箱体的θxθy方向上,可以通过适当增加箱体壁厚的方式来减小系统的瞬态振动。
