In order to realize the estimation of tire mechanical characteristics and the identification of tire models that do not rely on the physical sample of tires,and to accelerate satisfying the technical and accuracy requirements of tire virtual delivery,in this paper,based on the finite element software ABAQUS,a method for simulating the tire camber-turn-slip combined condition is proposed,and the influence of camber on the turn-slip is analyzed. Firstly,the tire finite element model is constructed,and the simulation accuracy of the model is verified by the bench test data,and simulation methods of tire camber-turn-slip combined using implicit solver is proposed. Secondly,According to the spin turn condition under the special case of turn-slip,the influence of the inclination angle on the spin turn aligning moment is analyzed. Finally,the camber-turn-slip conditions of tires with different load are simulated,and the influence of camber on the lateral force,aligning moment stiffness region and the whole area of the turn-slip mechanical characteristics are analyzed. It is concluded that the camber has a significant nonlinearity on the stiffness area of the lateral force and aligning moment,and affect the curve features of the decay rate of the lateral force,the curvature of the transition zone of the aligning moment and so on.

为实现不依赖于轮胎物理样胎的轮胎力学特性估计以及轮胎模型辨识,加速满足轮胎虚拟送样的技术与精度需求,本文基于有限元软件ABAQUS提出了轮胎侧倾转偏仿真的方法,并分析了侧倾角对转偏力学特性的影响。首先,进行轮胎有限元模型搭建,结合台架测试数据对模型的仿真精度进行验证,提出了使用隐式求解器的轮胎侧倾转偏仿真方法;其次,针对转偏特殊情况的原地转向工况,分析了侧倾角对原地转向回正力矩的影响;最后,进行不同载荷的侧倾转偏仿真,并分析侧倾角对转偏力学特性侧向力、回正力矩刚度区和全域的影响。结果表明,侧倾角使转偏侧向力、回正力矩刚度区具有明显非线性,且会影响转偏侧向力衰减速率、转偏回正力矩过渡区曲率等曲线特征。

In order to realize the estimation of tire mechanical characteristics and the identification of tire models that do not rely on the physical sample of tires, and to accelerate satisfying the technical and accuracy requirements of tire virtual delivery, in this paper, based on the finite element software ABAQUS, a method for simulating the tire camber-turn-slip combined condition is proposed, and the influence of camber on the turn-slip is analyzed. Firstly, the tire finite element model is constructed, and the simulation accuracy of the model is verified by the bench test data, and simulation methods of tire camber-turn-slip combined using implicit solver is proposed. Secondly, According to the spin turn condition under the special case of turn-slip, the influence of the inclination angle on the spin turn aligning moment is analyzed. Finally, the camber-turn-slip conditions of tires with different load are simulated, and the influence of camber on the lateral force, aligning moment stiffness region and the whole area of the turn-slip mechanical characteristics are analyzed. It is concluded that the camber has a significant nonlinearity on the stiffness area of the lateral force and aligning moment, and affect the curve features of the decay rate of the lateral force, the curvature of the transition zone of the aligning moment and so on.

随着主机厂提出短周期、低开发成本的新车型迭代需求[1],轮胎供应商提供高精度的轮胎模型和快速获取轮胎模型辨识所需的轮胎力学特性,有助于适应当今基于车辆动力学在虚拟环境下完成轮胎与车辆性能匹配的虚拟迭代开发趋势,以及应用于整车开发中的仿真验证和驾驶模拟器[2-3]。轮胎转偏力学特性定义为轮胎在转偏工况下,转偏率与侧向力和回正力矩的关系。在轮胎力学特性研究中,关于轮胎转偏力学特性研究相对较少[4],完善轮胎转偏力学特性的表达,有助于优化转向轻便性、驾驶模拟器应用等动力学仿真[5-6],以及实现电子助力、线控转向、先进驾驶辅助系统等底盘电控系统的虚拟标定[7-9]
在轮胎转偏力学特性研究方面,Freudenstein基于拖车试验台在圆盘上进行了转偏测试[10],初步获取了转偏力学特性的侧向力和回正力矩曲线,但是当今主流A字型轮胎测试台无法实现纯转偏工况的稳态测试,因此对该工况的研究相对困难,并多集中于理论模型,且以TreadSim模型[11]为主;再加之轮胎受悬架结构影响,在转向时伴随着一定的侧倾角,实车环境下轮胎的转偏与侧倾同时存在,这对转偏力学特性的获取提出了更高的要求。Georg[12-14]、Baart及Besselink[15-16]、聂文进[4]、白帆[17]、刘前进[18]等在理论模型、经验模型及半经验模型上,对转偏的稳态和非稳态表达进行优化,但均未将侧倾与转偏同时考虑研究。
在侧倾建模中,现多将侧倾对轮胎力学特性的影响等效为转偏的形式[19-20],这忽略了侧倾导致接地印痕形状改变所产生的影响。因此,探究一种能计算轮胎转偏力学特性,且能反映接地印迹形状以及印迹内力分布的方法,能更清晰解释侧倾角输入对转偏力学特性的影响。
从20世纪开始,有限元方法被应用于轮胎力学研究[21],随着计算机技术和有限元商用软件的发展,轮胎有限元仿真凭借其具有与真实轮胎一样物理意义的模型结构,且能考虑各部件的材料属性,被广泛应用于轮胎的刚度、力学特性、磨损、噪声[22-26]等方面的研究,但迫于轮胎复杂的结构、材料非线性和计算效率低等原因,尚无研究人员使用该方法获取轮胎的转偏力学特性。
在本文中,通过有限元仿真的方法进行轮胎转偏力学特性获取以及侧倾角对轮胎转偏力学特性影响的研究。首先,进行轮胎有限元模型搭建以及验模,并介绍了基于有限元仿真软件ABAQUS隐式(Standard)求解器实现轮胎转偏力学特性仿真的方法;然后,针对轮胎转偏的特殊情况——原地转向工况,研究了侧倾角对原地转向回正力矩的影响;最后,将转偏力学特性侧向力和回正力矩结果分为刚度区和全域两方面,利用仿真结果曲线和轮胎接地印迹内的切向应力矢量图,对不同侧倾角转偏率与侧向力、回正力矩的关系进行了研究分析,并得出侧倾角对轮胎转偏力学特性影响的结论。本文研究方法可为含转偏力学特性表达的高精度轮胎模型搭建提供参考,并为轮胎虚拟送样提供新的轮胎转偏力学特性获取途径和思路。
根据国内某品牌215/55R18 95V轮胎的设计轮廓及材料分布图进行轮胎有限元二维模型建模。为方便对轮胎接地印迹形状和印迹内切向力的提取,以及缩短仿真时长,采用无花纹的光面轮胎形式,并对轮胎二维剖面内的网格及橡胶材料进行简化,对胎圈部分的钢丝作刚性化处理。其中,模型橡胶材料选用Yeoh模型作为本构关系,模型参数使用INSTRON 1121材料试验机进行单轴拉伸的测试数据辨识获得,有限元二维网格如图1(a)所示。
以4°为单位旋转二维轮胎剖面获得三维轮胎模型,如图1(b)所示。轮胎扭转刚度仿真工况是轮胎转偏工况中的一种极限工况,因此以扭转刚度仿真工况验证轮胎有限元模型的仿真精度,工况设置如表1所示。轮胎力学特性测试在MTS Flat-Trac试验台上完成,如图2所示,有限元模型仿真结果与轮胎台架测试数据对比如图3所示。
结合轮胎有限元模型仿真与台架试验数据对比结果,计算得出扭转刚度仿真的刚度区在3个载荷下的仿真精度分别为90.85%、94.88%、96.82%,认为使用无花纹的光面简化轮胎模型满足对建模精度的需求,且适用于轮胎转偏工况的仿真力学特性研究。
轮胎的转偏率φ定义为轮胎横摆角速度与轮胎滚动线速度的比值,轮胎的稳态转偏工况为轮胎绕固定半径的圆周进行滚动,运动形式如图4所示,转偏率公式如式(1)所示。

式中:ω=ψ˙是轮胎的横摆角速度,rad/s; v是轮胎的滚动线速度,m/s;φ是轮胎的转偏率,rad/m;R为轮胎转偏半径,m。
进行轮胎侧倾转偏仿真,需要先将轮胎设置到目标姿态:首先,轮胎以0.25 MPa胎压完成三维旋转充气后,对轮胎进行侧倾角施加,以轮心坐标系的x轴为旋转轴,将轮胎绕该轴旋转至目标侧倾角度;然后,抬升路面模拟轮胎受垂向载荷产生的下沉量至目标载荷。侧倾角及载荷施加示意图如图5所示。
进行轮胎转偏仿真设置须采用ABAQUS软件隐式求解器中的*MOTION,ROTATION指令[27],该指令能实现轮胎绕某一设定的旋转轴进行旋转运动,根据式(1)确定目标转偏率对应的转偏半径,以接地印迹中心为旋转圆上的一点,确定圆心所在旋转轴的位置,旋转轴设置示意图如图6所示。
首先,须确定侧倾后轮胎接地印迹中心的偏移量。轮胎的接地印记中心为轮胎侧倾后轮心沿轮胎纵向剖面向地面投影的点,如图7所示。点O为轮心,点M为轮胎侧倾后的接地印记中心,RL为轮胎负载半径,lr为轮胎轮心到路面垂向距离,lγ为轮胎侧倾接地印迹中心的偏移。根据目标转偏率,计算转盘半径,如图8所示,R1为无侧倾条件下的转盘半径,R2为有侧倾角接地印迹中心距转盘中心的距离,R3为在R1的基础上减去轮胎接地印迹偏移的距离后,更新的转盘旋转轴到轮心的半径。以转偏率为1为例,转盘半径为R1=1 m,侧倾角为γ=-3°,lγ=tanγlr,在载荷为2 705 N时,lr=337.9381 mm,此时,轮胎的接地印迹中心偏移约为lγ=17.7106 mm,R2=1017.7106 mm,R3=982.2894 mm。旋转轴的设置须使用空间中的两个点确定旋转轴的轴线,以轮胎轮心为O(0,0,0),可以A 1(982.289 4,0,0)和A 2(982.289 4,0,1)两点确定旋转轴。
然后,进行转偏自由滚动角速度的确认,转偏自由滚动角速度的确认方法与直线自由滚动角速度的确认方法类似,利用轮胎在纯转偏工况下的驱制动来确定纵向力为0时所对应的轮胎滚动角速度,即设置两组速度,使轮胎从制动状态运动至驱动状态。在ABAQUS隐式求解器中,须同时设置轮胎绕旋转轴的角速度,以及轮胎所有节点单元与上述角速度相对应的线速度,在本文中设置轮胎绕旋转轴的旋转速度为0.1 rad/s;轮胎所有节点的线速度根据不同转偏率计算轮胎绕旋转轴运动所产生的线速度。
最后,根据转偏自由滚动角速度,结合轮胎绕设定旋转轴的旋转指令,完成轮胎在隐式求解器中的转偏工况仿真。ABAQUS隐式求解器仿真流程图如图9所示。
以垂向载荷Fz为8 115 N、侧倾角(IA)γ为-3°、转偏率φ为±1 rad/m为例,轮胎接地印迹内应力仿真结果分别如图10图11所示。
原地转向是轮胎转偏中的一种极限情况,即轮胎的转偏率趋于无穷大,轮胎绕转盘旋转的转盘半径趋于无穷小。
目前主流A字形轮胎力学特性测试台架如图12(a)所示。在进行轮胎原地转向测试时是通过旋转轮胎的固定轴来实现转向角的施加,在此过程中制动设备不能对轮胎进行制动,轮胎轮辋处于未锁死的状态;而在轮胎耦合刚度试验台上,如图12(b)所示,能进行轮辋锁死状态下的侧倾原地转向测试。因此,为研究这两种状态下的原地转向回正力矩,设置仿真工况如表2所示,其中LI(load index)表示轮胎的负荷指数,侧倾角选择范围由车辆K&C(kinematic & compliance)测试中侧倾角随车轮转向角变化范围决定。
轮辋固定的原地转向回正力矩仿真结果如图13~图15所示,轮辋放开的原地转向回正力矩仿真结果如图16~图18所示。根据两种轮辋设置形式的仿真结果可以得出,轮辋固定时回正力矩峰值随着侧倾角的增加而增大,轮辋放开时回正力矩峰值不随侧倾角的增加而增大。
以0.4LI载荷为例提取两种轮辋设置方式仿真结果的纵向力Fx和侧向力Fy,如图19~图22所示。轮辋固定的原地转向仿真,Fx会随着侧倾角的增大显著增大,由侧倾角引起的侧向力Fy不会随着转向角的变化有明显变化,轮胎的滚动阻力矩Mx会随侧倾角的增加而增加;放开轮辋Fx随侧倾角的变化差异不大,且Fy会在转向角开始变化后显著衰减,并在转向角变号以后发生变号,这说明含有侧倾角的原地转向使轮胎存在一个绕轮胎滚动方向的运动,轮胎的滚动和胎面变形能平衡掉大部分由纵向力引起的滚动阻力矩以及由侧倾角引起的侧向力。
在车辆实际的使用工况中,不会出现转向制动锁死轮胎的情况,因此,以放开轮辋的原地转向仿真形式更接近于车辆的实际使用场景。原地转向作为转偏中的一种极限情况,可用于指导转偏率与回正力矩曲线的极值,所以在侧倾转偏中转偏率与回正力矩的关系曲线应满足放开轮辋形式的原地转向峰值处的情况。提取原地转向仿真峰值处轮胎接地印迹内切向应力的矢量图,以1.2LI为例,不同侧倾角下峰值转向角处的矢量图如图23(a)~图23(e)所示,分别对应侧倾角0°、-3°、-6°、-9°、3°。根据矢量图结果,轮胎接地印迹区内的切向应力形成了明显的矢量漩涡;随着侧倾角增加,接地印迹形状受侧倾角影响发生改变,但矢量图漩涡依然保持在接地印迹区域的中心位置。当转偏率趋于无穷大时,轮胎的切应力矢量图分布应该与原地转向切应力矢量图相同。
轮胎转偏力学特性是转偏率与侧向力、回正力矩的关系曲线,设定一个转偏率的仿真仅能得出转偏力学特性曲线中一个点的结果,因此,需要在一定转偏率范围内,对转偏率的设置进行划分。
据已有的研究结果[28]和仿真的初步尝试,转偏率与侧向力的关系曲线刚度区集中在转偏率为[-1,1]之间,峰值在转偏率为±1 rad/m左右,转偏率大于1 rad/m时为侧向力的衰减区;转偏率与回正力矩的关系曲线刚度区集中在转偏率[-1,1]之间 ,过渡区在转偏率为±2 rad/m左右,转偏率大于2 rad/m时,回正力矩逐渐趋于原地转向时的回正力矩。所以,为探究侧倾对转偏侧向力和回正力矩曲线刚度区的影响,本文仿真的转偏率在[-1,1]之间取点更密,在[-1,1]之外取点更疏。仿真设置中,胎面与路面间摩擦接触形式采用库仑摩擦,由于在转偏过程中轮胎的滚动线速度较小,且在侧倾角施加以后,接地区域内的接触压力变化较小,因此忽略滑移速度和接触压力对摩擦因数的影响,仿真工况如表3所示。
转偏侧向力刚度区仿真结果如图24~图26所示,转偏回正力矩刚度区结果如图27~图29所示。
图24~图29可以得出,侧倾角对转偏侧向力和回正力矩曲线刚度区造成了明显的非线性。随着负侧倾角绝对值的增大,刚度区的斜率逐渐减小;在0.8LI和1.2LI两个载荷中,负侧倾角绝对值增大,使侧向力曲线在刚度区有向下平移的趋势。在0.4LI回正力矩结果中,随着侧倾角绝对值增大,回正力矩曲线刚度区的斜率逐渐减小;在0.8LI和1.2LI两个载荷中,负侧倾角对正转偏率刚度区的影响更加明显;在1.2LI载荷中,正侧倾角在负转偏率区域斜率小,在正转偏率区域斜率大,负侧倾角结果反之。以负转偏率情况下γ=-9°、Fz=1.2LI和转偏率为-0.5 rad/m、Fz=1.2LI情况下不同侧倾角为例,输出切应力矢量图如图30(a)~图30(n)图31(a)~图31(f)所示。
图30(a)~图30(d)分别为1.2LI/ γ=-9°/φ=-0.0125 rad/m、-0.0167 rad/m、-0.025 rad/m、-0.05 rad/m的矢量图。由图可知,小转偏率时接地印痕内切向应力呈放射状分布,但由于侧倾角的存在,应力分布不均匀,朝向y轴正方向偏移。图30(e)~图30(h)分别为φ=-0.1 rad/m、-0.125 rad/m、-0.167 rad/m、-0.25 rad/m的矢量图,此时,轮胎接地印痕后端,即x轴的负方向一侧,受转偏运动的影响,呈现出绕某一点旋转的趋势;轮胎运动方向的右侧,即y轴的负方向一侧,矢量分布出现明显的变向;图30(i)~图30(n)分别为φ=-0.5 rad/m、-0.667 rad/m、-0.75 rad/m、-0.833 rad/m、-0.909 rad/m,-1 rad/m的矢量图,上述转偏率切应力矢量分布已经明显指向y轴的正方向,y轴负方向切应力已经完全变向,接地印迹后端的切应力绕某一点旋转的趋势逐渐明显;图30(m)图30(n)中,印迹内切应力矢量分布出现明显矢量漩涡,并有从印迹后端进入印迹内的趋势。
图31(a)~图31(f)为不同侧倾角下,φ=-0.5 rad/m时切向应力矢量图。随着侧倾角增大,切应力矢量受侧倾角对接地印痕形状的影响,整体逐渐向y轴的负方向偏移,且在y轴负方向的纵向长度越来越短。根据接地印痕后端矢量漩涡进入接地印痕情况可知,不同侧倾角下,相同转偏率矢量漩涡进入接地印痕区域的程度存在差异,侧倾角越大,矢量漩涡在接地印痕后端越明显。
因此,侧倾角对轮胎接地印痕形状的影响和切应力矢量对侧倾角响应的差异,为力学特性曲线刚度区存在明显非线性的原因。
全域侧倾转偏力学特性曲线如图32~图37所示。不同侧倾角对侧向力的峰值大小和峰值后侧向力的衰减速率具有明显影响,负侧倾角绝对值越大,负转偏率处的峰值越小,正转偏率处反之;即侧倾角向正向增大会使力学特性曲线有向下平移的趋势;峰值后,在0.8LI和1.2LI载荷下,不同侧倾角正转偏率侧向力衰减区曲线更分散,负转偏率衰减区曲线更为集中;1.2LI中正负转偏率峰值后,侧向力衰减情况均出现明显交叉,即γ=-15°时,在正转偏率部分侧向力最大,在负转偏率部分侧向力最小。
不同侧倾角回正力矩在刚度区后的过渡区均出现明显交叉,即γ=-15°时,回正力矩在正转偏率刚度区斜率最小,但过渡区后趋于原地转向的回正力矩更大;在负转偏率刚度区斜率最小,但过渡区后趋于原地转向的回正力矩更小。
以1.2LI/ γ=-9°为例,力学特性曲线刚度区之外的切向应力矢量图如图38(a)~图38(h)所示,不同侧倾角φ=-5 rad/m的切向应力矢量图如图39(a)~图39(f)所示。
图38(a)~图38(h)分别为φ=-1 rad/m、-2 rad/m、-3 rad/m、-4 rad/m、-5 rad/m、-6 rad/m、-8 rad/m、-10 rad/m的切应力矢量图,从φ=-1 rad/m开始,接地印迹内矢量漩涡逐渐明显且向接地印迹中心移动,即在接地印迹后端,随着矢量漩涡的形成,会产生与接地印迹中心反向的切应力,该现象解释了转偏力学特性曲线侧向力在峰值后开始衰减的原因;在回正力矩曲线中,随着矢量漩涡的形成,回正力矩迅速增加,直至在矢量图中出现完整漩涡,此时,随着漩涡逐渐从接地印迹后端向中心移动,回正力矩缓慢增加,直至接近原地转向回正力矩。
图39中,受侧倾角的影响,相同转偏率条件下的切向力矢量图形状有较大差异,且矢量图中形成的漩涡大小以及位置均有不同,这是造成侧倾转偏工况下,不同侧倾角侧向力及回正力矩力学特性曲线差异的原因。
本文借助有限元仿真方法,提出一种不借助物理样胎测试数据获取侧倾转偏力学特性的方法,并对仿真结果进行分析,得出如下结论。
(1)不同侧倾角轮胎原地转向时,转向角峰值处回正力矩大小与轮辋是否锁死有明显关系。锁死轮辋时,原地转向的回正力矩随侧倾角的增加而显著增大;放开轮辋时,原地转向的回正力矩随侧倾角的变化不明显。其主要原因是:放开轮辋后,含侧倾角的原地转向会带动轮胎绕轮胎滚动方向运动,这个运动会平衡掉大部分滚动阻力矩以及由侧倾角引起的侧向力。
(2)侧倾角施加使转偏力学特性曲线刚度区曲线较0°侧倾角情况下表现出明显的非线性,对侧向力峰值、侧向力衰减速率、回正力矩过渡区等均有明显影响。根据侧倾角的符号不同,其对侧向力和回正力矩力学特性曲线刚度区正/负转偏率影响效果相反,且在大载荷情况下规律更加明显;侧倾角施加对转偏侧向力的峰值大小以及峰值后侧向力衰减速度有影响,在大载荷下不同侧倾角在侧向力曲线峰值处有交叉现象;不同侧倾角使转偏回正力矩曲线在过渡区出现明显交叉现象。
(3)结合接地印迹区切应力矢量图,侧倾角对转偏力学特性的影响不仅来自于侧倾对轮胎接地印迹形状的影响,同样也影响矢量图中的矢量漩涡出现的时机及位置。
