With the aim of improving vehicle ride comfort,in this paper a fractional-order skyhook control strategy based on the fractional order calculus theory is proposed. Firstly,a fractional-order skyhook vehicle suspension dynamic model is established to derive analytical expressions for the fractional-order skyhook damping force and fractional-order skyhook inertial force. Subsequently,particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the key parameters of the suspension. In order to solve the problem that fractional-order force cannot be realized physically,a vehicle ISD (inerter-spring-damper) suspension with mechatronic inerter is chosen as the controlled model. A model reference adaptive controller based on fractional-order skyhook is designed to track the mechanical performance output of the fractional-order suspension. Dynamic performance analyses of fractional-order skyhook inerter suspension and fractional-order skyhook damper suspension is conducted from both frequency-domain and time-domain perspectives. Simulation results show that fractional-order skyhook ISD suspension has more significant advantages in reinforcing ride comfort than integer-order skyhook ISD suspension. Under random road input,the root-mean-square value of vehicle body acceleration of fractional-order skyhook damper suspension decreases by 18.3%,while the fractional-order skyhook ISD suspension decreases by 20.6%. The bench test results demonstrate that the vehicle ISD suspension based on fractional-order skyhook further enhances ride comfort,offering new insights for the design of vehicle ISD suspension.

以提升车辆乘坐舒适性为目标,基于分数阶微积分理论提出分数阶天棚控制策略。首先,建立分数阶天棚车辆悬架动力学模型,推导得到分数阶天棚阻尼力和分数阶天棚惯性力的解析表达式,采用粒子群算法优化求解悬架的关键参数;针对分数阶力无法物理实现的问题,以应用机电惯容器的车辆ISD(inerter-spring-damper)悬架为被控模型,设计了基于分数阶天棚的模型参考自适应控制器跟踪分数阶悬架的力学性能输出。分别从频域与时域的角度对分数阶天棚惯容和分数阶天棚阻尼悬架进行了动态性能分析。仿真结果表明,分数阶天棚惯容悬架在降低乘坐舒适性方面相比于整数阶天棚惯容悬架具有更加显著的优势。在随机路面输入下,分数阶天棚阻尼悬架的车身加速度均方根值降低18.3%,而分数阶天棚惯容悬架降低20.6%,台架实验结果表明本文提出的基于分数阶天棚的车辆ISD悬架进一步提升了乘坐舒适性,为车辆ISD悬架的设计提供新思路。

With the aim of improving vehicle ride comfort, in this paper a fractional-order skyhook control strategy based on the fractional order calculus theory is proposed. Firstly, a fractional-order skyhook vehicle suspension dynamic model is established to derive analytical expressions for the fractional-order skyhook damping force and fractional-order skyhook inertial force. Subsequently, particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the key parameters of the suspension. In order to solve the problem that fractional-order force cannot be realized physically, a vehicle ISD (inerter-spring-damper) suspension with mechatronic inerter is chosen as the controlled model. A model reference adaptive controller based on fractional-order skyhook is designed to track the mechanical performance output of the fractional-order suspension. Dynamic performance analyses of fractional-order skyhook inerter suspension and fractional-order skyhook damper suspension is conducted from both frequency-domain and time-domain perspectives. Simulation results show that fractional-order skyhook ISD suspension has more significant advantages in reinforcing ride comfort than integer-order skyhook ISD suspension. Under random road input, the root-mean-square value of vehicle body acceleration of fractional-order skyhook damper suspension decreases by 18.3%, while the fractional-order skyhook ISD suspension decreases by 20.6%. The bench test results demonstrate that the vehicle ISD suspension based on fractional-order skyhook further enhances ride comfort, offering new insights for the design of vehicle ISD suspension.

悬架系统的性能优劣是影响汽车行驶性能的重要因素之一。作为承载车身质量、缓冲与衰减路面不平度冲击的总成装置[1],由弹簧与阻尼二元件构成的悬架不仅支撑着车身质量,还能有效地吸收路面带来的振动,对提升车辆的乘坐舒适性[2-3]、驾驶稳定性[4-5]和安全性[6-7]起着至关重要的作用。惯容器作为一种新型两端点机械元件,突破了传统“弹簧-阻尼”结构对悬架性能提升的制约,它的引入使得 “质量-弹簧-阻尼器”机械网络跃迁至“惯容器-弹簧-阻尼器”网络。研究如何有效地利用惯容器,探索其在机械网络中的作用原理,是车辆ISD(inerter-spring-damper)悬架系统在垂向动力学领域亟待解决的问题。
国内外关于车辆ISD悬架系统的研究大多数针对的还是被动悬架[8-10],这种结构只涉及惯容器、弹簧和阻尼3类元件的不同串并联连接方式。然而,随着道路条件的改变和驾驶需求的提高,传统被动悬架显示出局限性。因此,半主动和主动车辆ISD悬架系统应运而生,以提供更高级别的性能调节和适应性。Zhang等[11]结合惯容器和阻尼器组成双天棚结构,以适应道路和载荷条件的变化。Hu等[12]采用天棚隔振结构,以乘坐舒适性为导向对半主动悬架进行了优化设计。张丽霞等[13]建立了开关型、平滑型天棚控制半主动悬架仿真模型,分析得到了平滑天棚策略的控制效果,结果表明可以进一步提高舒适性。王越等[14]针对1/4车辆动力学模型,融合了开关型天棚控制策略与线性二次调节器(LQR)控制方法,提出一种天棚-线性二次调节器(SH-LQR)复合控制策略,相较于单独的控制策略,在全频域范围内展现了更为卓越的控制效果。
然而,现有研究的半主动/主动控制策略都是基于整数阶微积分理论,提升效果有限,而分数阶微积分可以拓展参数调整的灵活性,更准确地描述悬架系统的动态特性,获得更佳的控制效果[15]。吴光强等[16]和李健等[17]都以半主动空气悬架为研究对象,建立了基于分数阶天棚阻尼的车辆动力学模型,将仿真结果与整数阶天棚阻尼半主动悬架进行对比分析,结果表明分数阶天棚阻尼悬架在车身加速度控制中优于整数阶天棚阻尼悬架,能更有效地抑制车身共振,改善乘坐舒适性。王勇等[18]建立了分数阶惯容悬架系统动力学模型,分析结构参数对悬架动态特性的作用机理,结果表明相较整数阶惯容悬架系统,分数阶惯容悬架系统能进一步减小车身振动。常宇健等[19]针对分数阶阻尼的悬架模型进行主动控制研究,建立分数阶阻尼的2自由度1/4车模型,设计了分数阶PIλDμ控制器的主动控制悬架,相较于传统PID控制,分数阶PIλDμ控制进一步改善了汽车悬架的平顺性和稳定性。
现有研究成果表明,分数阶微积分在复杂动态系统的描述和控制上,展现出了无可比拟的优势。然而,将分数阶天棚控制策略应用于车辆ISD悬架系统中的动态性能尚未探索。因此,本文首先建立基于分数阶天棚的车辆悬架动力学模型,通过粒子群算法优化求解悬架的关键参数。然后为实现分数阶天棚力的效果,以分数阶天棚悬架为参考模型,应用机电惯容器的车辆ISD悬架为实际被控模型设计模型参考自适应控制器跟踪分数阶悬架的力学性能输出,进而从时域和频域的角度分析分数阶天棚ISD悬架的动态特性。最后,通过力学性能测试对车辆ISD悬架进行台架试验验证,旨在进一步拓展车辆ISD悬架的设计方法,提升乘坐舒适性。

目前,在分数阶微积分中有几种应用较广的定义,其中Grünwald-Letnikov(GL)定义利于把给定信号的α阶导数求出来,适合于数值计算,因此本文采用GL定义:

在理想的模型中,天棚力是一个理论上的概念,它代表了车辆行驶时由天空施加在车身上的理想力。然而,在实际的悬架设计与运行中无法实现这种天棚力。因此,为模拟这种理想情况,需要在车辆的簧上质量和非簧上质量之间引入一个可调的阻尼或惯容。本文所提出的基于分数阶天棚的车辆悬架动力学模型如图1所示。
其动力学方程为

悬架模型的相关参数如表1所示。
本文采用的正弦型路面输入模型如下:

参数优化设计综合考虑悬架的车身加速度和轮胎动载荷指标,本文采用改进的粒子群优化算法,并结合遗传算法中的交叉、变异操作,使得其全局搜索能力强且可以快速收敛。优化算法的目标函数为

式中:w 1w 2为加权系数,分别为0.7、0.3;BAX)为待优化的分数阶天棚悬架的车身加速度均方根值;BA pas为被动悬架的车身加速度均方根值;DTLX)为待优化悬架的轮胎动载荷均方根值;DTL pas为被动悬架的轮胎动载荷均方根值。
优化变量的选取如下:支撑弹簧的刚度系数k、阻尼器的阻尼系数c、分数阶天棚阻尼的最大阻尼系数c max与最小阻尼系数c min、分数阶天棚阻尼的阶数α、分数阶天棚惯容的最大惯质系数b max与最小惯质系数b min和分数阶天棚惯容的阶数β
仿真工况设定在随机路面输入下,路面不平度等级为C级,车速为20 m/s时得到如表2所示的悬架参数。
由于在实际工况中,分数阶算子无法采用控制器进行实现,本文采用模型参考控制器,通过将分数阶天棚的车辆悬架作为参考模型,车辆ISD悬架作为被控模型跟踪参考模型的性能输出。
参考模型的状态空间方程已由式(8)给出,被控模型如图2所示。

由于路面激励信号在实际应用中难以直接测量,因此选择悬架簧上质量的速度和位移作为系统的状态向量,而簧下质量的速度和位移被设定为输入向量。基于这些定义,参考模型及被控模型的状态方程为

在构建可调系统时,运用多种调节机制,包括被控模型的反馈调节器 P 1、参考模型的控制向量增益 P 2以及前馈调节器 P 3。这些调节器共同确保系统能够根据当前状态和外部输入进行动态调整。

在自适应控制系统中,由于状态矩阵是固定的,不能直接进行调整,因此须通过修改反馈调节器 P 1、参考模型的控制向量增益 P 2以及前馈调节器 P 3来实现误差函数的归零,从而确保被控模型与参考模型达到一致。

式(24)的Lyapunov函数大于零,而式(26)的Lyapunov函数的导数小于零,根据李雅普诺夫稳定性定理,本文的自适应控制律在输入连续时,自适应控制系统是全局稳定的。
自适应控制律为

采用1.3.1节中的正弦路面输入,振幅A取0.01,频率ω2πf,相位φπ2f为0.1~15且步长为0.1的数值型向量,分析5种不同悬架在正弦路面输入条件下的动态性能。从图3可以看出,在低频段,天棚控制策略均能降低车身加速度、悬架动行程和轮胎动载荷,从而提升乘坐舒适性以及操纵稳定性,而在中高频段,这些悬架的效果各有差异。相较于整数阶天棚元件,分数阶天棚元件在低频段进一步改善了乘坐舒适性与操纵稳定性。此外,整数阶天棚元件在中高频段的轮胎动载荷优化上并不理想,相比之下,分数阶天棚惯容悬架在中高频段轮胎动载荷显著降低。虽然整数阶天棚元件也能够在不同程度上降低轮胎动载荷,但其降低幅度低于分数阶天棚元件。
分析表明,分数阶天棚元件在提升乘坐舒适性方面相比于整数阶天棚元件具有更加显著的优势。这一点尤其在低频段的车身加速度上表现得最为明显,虽然分数阶天棚惯容在悬架动行程增益上的改善效果并不显著,但相较于被动悬架依旧有着较好的优化效果。且分数阶天棚惯容在轮胎动载荷低频处的表现优于其他悬架类型,并在全频域段显著降低轮胎动载荷。因此,分数阶天棚惯容悬架为最优结构。
采用1.3.2节中的随机路面输入,假设车辆以20 m/s在C级等级路面上行驶,仿真时间设置为60 s。表3图4分别为5种不同悬架的均方根值和时域响应,其中J 1J 2J 3分别为车身加速度、悬架动行程和轮胎动载荷均方根值。
图4表3可以看出,分数阶天棚元件相比于被动悬架系统以及整数阶天棚元件,在提升悬架性能方面具有显著优势。其中,分数阶天棚惯容的车身加速度均方根值降低20.6%,而整数阶天棚惯容车身加速度均方根值降低12.7%。从整数阶天棚元件的性能表现来看,虽然也能够在不同程度上降低乘坐舒适性,但其降低幅度相较于分数阶天棚元件要小。尽管天棚阻尼元件对悬架动行程有着较好的抑制效果,分数阶天棚阻尼的悬架动行程均方根值降低了17.3%,而分数阶天棚惯容的悬架动行程均方根值仅降低6.3%。但本文聚焦于提升车辆乘坐舒适性的同时尽可能地降低天棚策略对车辆的操纵稳定性的负面影响。
采用天棚策略的悬架系统中轮胎动载荷的均方根值普遍呈现出恶化的趋势。尤其是在整数阶天棚元件中,这一负面效果尤为明显。其中,整数阶天棚惯容轮胎动载荷均方根值恶化3.8%,分数阶天棚惯容轮胎动载荷均方根值恶化0.9%,进一步验证了分数阶算子在缓解或减少操纵稳定性恶化方面的有效性。
综上所述,相较于整数阶天棚元件,分数阶天棚元件(分数阶天棚阻尼、分数阶天棚惯容)进一步提升悬架系统的乘坐舒适性,同时可有效减少对操纵稳定性的负面影响。其中,分数阶天棚惯容表现出最佳的乘坐舒适性,为天棚策略中的最优结构配置。
本文所设计的车辆ISD悬架系采用滚珠丝杠式机电惯容器[22]作为执行装置,借助dSPACE原型开发系统进行了半实物仿真试验。首先将在MATLAB中建立的模型参考自适应控制策略导入dSPACE系统中,进而得出与控制相匹配的自适应规律。随后,利用旋转电机驱动器驱动电机,对悬架系统实施精准控制,如图5所示。
在振幅为10 mm的正弦路面激励条件下,激振频率范围为[0.1-15] Hz时,从图6可以看出,相比于被动悬架,本文所研究的车辆ISD悬架的车身加速度在全频域内均有降低,且在低频和高频的共振峰均有所下降,其中低频的共振峰下降明显,可以看出其抑制车身加速度的效果十分显著;轮胎动载荷也没有明显的恶化,同时在低频和高频的共振峰处有所下降,说明车辆ISD悬架起到了良好隔振效果。
图7图8分别给出了车速为10、20、30 m/s在随机路面等级为A、B、C输入下悬架系统的车身加速度和轮胎动载荷。表4展示了在C级路面下各车速的悬架系统的性能比较。可以看出,在车速为20 m/s时,本文所研究的车辆ISD悬架在车身加速度均方根值方面相较于被动悬架降幅达到了20.5%。同时,轮胎动载荷均方根值恶化了1.8%,进一步证明了基于分数阶天棚的车辆ISD悬架在综合性能上的优势。
本文将分数阶微积分理论与天棚控制策略相结合,提出了分数阶天棚控制策略。通过建立基于分数阶天棚的车辆悬架动力学模型,以应用机电惯容器的车辆ISD悬架物理实现了分数阶天棚阻尼力和惯性力。仿真与试验结果表明,分数阶天棚惯容的悬架在时域和频域上都要优于传统被动悬架以及整数阶天棚惯容悬架,且车身加速度的优化最为明显。研究结论可以为车辆ISD悬架的控制策略与系统设计提供参考。
