Tire matching selection is an important part of the vehicle development process. Currently,the mainstream subjective evaluation methods have problems such as poor consistency between enterprises,shortage of driver resources,and lagging evaluation nodes. In this paper,based on the subjective and objective test data of real vehicles,considering the inherent correlation between tire mechanical performance and structural parameters of vehicle handling stability,by extraction of subjective evaluation influencing factors and generation of the dimensionality reduction feature space based on correlation analysis,a subjective and objective fusion index system is established. Further,with the objective indicators and subjective rating prior trend relationship as the constraint penalty term,a tire and vehicle handling stability matching evaluation model based on subjective and objective fusion is constructed by designing an ensemble learning algorithm. The mean MSE on multi region test data is 0.247,and the predicted results show good consistency with the test results. The relevant achievements can build a quantitative evaluation system for the subjective and objective consistency of vehicle handling stability,providing support for precise selection of tire matching.

轮胎配套选型是整车开发过程中的重要环节,目前主流的主观评价方法存在企业间规范一致性差、车手资源紧缺以及评价节点滞后等问题。本文基于实车主客观测试评价数据,考虑轮胎力学性能和结构参数与整车操纵稳定性的内在关联,通过相关性分析提取主观评价影响因子并生成降维特征空间,建立了主客观融合评价体系。进一步以客观指标与主观评分先验趋势关系为约束惩罚项,通过设计集成学习算法构建基于主客观融合的轮胎与整车操纵稳定性匹配评价模型,在多区域测试数据上的MSE均值为0.247,预测结果与测试结果表现出较好的一致性。相关成果可以构建整车操稳主客观一致性量化评价体系,为轮胎配套精确选型提供支持。

Tire matching selection is an important part of the vehicle development process. Currently, the mainstream subjective evaluation methods have problems such as poor consistency between enterprises, shortage of driver resources, and lagging evaluation nodes. In this paper, based on the subjective and objective test data of real vehicles, considering the inherent correlation between tire mechanical performance and structural parameters of vehicle handling stability, by extraction of subjective evaluation influencing factors and generation of the dimensionality reduction feature space based on correlation analysis, a subjective and objective fusion index system is established. Further, with the objective indicators and subjective rating prior trend relationship as the constraint penalty term, a tire and vehicle handling stability matching evaluation model based on subjective and objective fusion is constructed by designing an ensemble learning algorithm. The mean MSE on multi region test data is 0.247, and the predicted results show good consistency with the test results. The relevant achievements can build a quantitative evaluation system for the subjective and objective consistency of vehicle handling stability, providing support for precise selection of tire matching.

随着汽车行业的迅速发展,人们对汽车操纵稳定性、乘坐舒适性等性能要求越来越高,轮胎作为汽车与地面接触的唯一部件,承担着重要的力学作用,是驾驶性能的关键影响因素,因此轮胎与整车的匹配选型尤为重要。目前对于车辆性能评价主要有两种方式:一种是以测试或仿真为手段的客观评价方式[1];另一种是以专业评价车手主观感受为参考的主观评价方式[2]。通常在开发的早期阶段,特别是在样车生产之前,采用将客观评价与模拟手段相结合的方法,在开发后期,特别是原型车生产后,主要通过主观评价来考量汽车的操控稳定性。目前业界对于这两种评价方式还没有形成统一的标准,两种评价手段各有优缺点,总结如表1所示。
尽管对操控稳定性的客观评价和主观评价贯穿于整个汽车研发过程,但这两种评价方法相互分离,关系模糊。用量化的客观评价指标映射主观评价感受,能够以标准化试验数据精确反映真实驾驶体验的主客观融合评价体系一直是各大厂商所期望的,这对于减少研发成本,加速设计周期有重要意义。
目前国内外关于车辆主客观融合评价的研究方向大多集中于评价体系的开发。Giuseppe等[3]对业内常见主客观评价内容及二者融合的方法和模型进行了综述。毛万鑫[4]根据使用场景进行工况划分并提取客观评价指标,利用BP神经网络和极限学习机构建驾驶性能评价模型。Pelikán等[5]通过标准化的客观试验,进行了车辆不同运动状态下的主客观评价,利用神经网络实现客观测量预测主观评价。张义花等[6]总结了结构参数、使用参数和控制策略对于横向控制的影响,并针对特定车辆引入全新的客观评价指标,为操纵稳定性评价提供参考。Zhou等[7]通过混合工况模型和引入专家知识构建客观评价指标体系,设计了一种模糊综合评价方法。陈栋[8]通过考虑操稳瞬态特性建立客观指标集,通过约简方法精简指标,利用支持向量机构建车辆主观性能的操稳客观评价模型。上述研究多聚焦于车辆单一系统,较少涉及轮胎与整车操稳的匹配评价;另外单一的评价模型未能与工程经验有效融合,评价体系须进一步深入研究。
基于上述分析,本文考虑轮胎与整车匹配性因素,通过主客观实车试验获取主客观评价指标,并对主客观评价指标进行相关性分析与匹配筛选,利用融合先验知识的主客观集成模型进行分析验证,搭建主客观融合评价体系。
主客观评价试验选用的试验车为一款新能源B级轿车,该车型采用永磁同步电机,电动机总功率为202 kW。驱动方式为后置后驱,前后悬挂分别采用双叉臂式独立悬挂和多连杆式独立悬挂。具体车型参数见表2
本文主观评价评分标准采用CATARC规范标准《乘用车轮胎性能干地操控性及舒适性主观评价方法》中的10分制,具体评价标准见表3。分别列出了不同评价组代表性含义的语言描述,并将主观评价与产品开发、市场调研、售后反馈等有效挂钩。为了使主观评价得分反映不同轮胎的细微差异,有必要细化评价得分。本文的所有评价得分都采用0.25作为最小分度值,即把1分分为0、0.25、0.5、0.75 4个分数档。根据上述规范标准,一般而言,0.25分以上差异表明轮胎性能存在轻微差异,挑剔用户可感知;0.5分以上差异表明轮胎性能存在明显差异,部分用户可感知;1分以上差异表明轮胎性能存在非常大的差异,大部分用户均可感知。
本文主观评价试验按照CATARC规范标准《乘用车轮胎性能干地操控性及舒适性主观评价方法》中的轮胎主观评价方法进行测试。采用了如表4所示的操纵稳定性主观评价项目和指标,包含8个区域对轮胎操纵稳定性进行评价。
由主观评价车手依据上述试验规范标准对更换不同款轮胎后的试验车在整车试验场进行道路测试,给出每个区域的评分,如表5所示。
整车的操纵稳定性是影响驾驶感受的重要因素。本文通过将不同轮胎安装在测试样车上进行汽车操纵稳定性试验,采集整车指标,用于主客观融合评价体系构建。
结合上述主观评价方法,基于GB/T 6323《汽车操纵稳定性试验方法》[9]和CATARC规范标准,采用如表6所示的综合工况作为操纵稳定性的客观评价方法。它包括5项整车客观试验,共有55项细分指标。
轮胎的“路感”同样是影响驾驶感受的重要因素。本文设计如下两部分试验:(1)进行真实道路下的轮胎六分力试验,并基于测试数据完成轮胎动力学建模与参数辨识,获得轮胎模型参数指标;(2)进行轮胎的横纵向刚度及印痕试验,获取轮胎性能指标。采集轮胎客观指标用于主客观融合评价体系构建。
轮胎的六分力直接影响着汽车的力学性能,影响着汽车加速、制动、转向等多种工况下的表现,是操纵稳定性的重要影响因素。目前应用较广泛的轮胎六分力模型是PAC2002魔术轮胎模型。PAC2002 轮胎模型[10]是Magic Formula模型的最新版本,可以描述轮胎的摩擦特性和力学行为。PAC2002 轮胎模型采用一组参数化的方程来描述轮胎的力学性能,适用于车辆操控性能的分析、车辆动力学研究以及车辆仿真等领域。魔术公式如式(1)所示,轮胎模型参数包含于式中。

式中: Y ( x )是轮胎六分力; x为轮胎滑移率或侧偏角; D为峰值因子; C为形状因子; B为刚度因子; E为曲率因子。
不同于常规轮胎台架试验,本文采用六分力测试拖车通过实际道路测试进行轮胎建模,如图1所示。相比于台架试验,道路测试在实际道路环境中进行,可以考虑车辆的动态行为,模拟实际驾驶过程,包括各种驾驶操作,具有真实的路面特性和外界干扰。
但通过实车采集的道路六分力也存在噪声波动大等问题,有必要对数据进行降噪等预处理,以便用于轮胎模型的参数辨识[11],本文设计了一套针对道路六分力的参数辨识方法,具体算法流程见图2
Bezier曲线是计算机图形学中常用的一种数学曲线,用于描述平滑的曲线路径,可由式(2)表示。通过调整控制点的位置,可以实现从简单的直线到复杂的曲线路径的变化。Bezier曲线的局部控制性使得对曲线的修改不会对整体造成过大影响,用于数据降噪不会产生数据失真。

采用Bezier曲线进行数据平滑、神经网络进行数据加权的方法进行道路六分力数据降噪,利用有界约束优化算法作为收敛函数辨识轮胎模型参数,有界约束优化算法可以逐步优化目标函数,直到达到收敛条件,可由式(3)表示。通过对轮胎参数求解范围增加约束,不仅可以将参数限制在合理动力学范围区间,保证求解参数真实反映轮胎力学特性,同时减少收敛函数求解空间,加快求解速度。

在进行参数辨识之前,须先确定收敛算法的损失函数,基于最小二乘思想,设计参数辨识的误差,如式(4)所示。

通过纯侧偏、纯纵滑和复合工况3种工况道路六分力试验,以纯侧偏为例,基于式(1)有如式(5) ~式(8)所示,通过上述算法流程获得式(5)~式(8)中辨识参数,其中轮胎1纯侧偏辨识结果如图3所示,选取辨识参数中关键部分作为轮胎参数[12],如表7所示。

轮胎的静态属性[13]是影响车辆操纵稳定性的重要因素,与驾驶体验关系密切。由于不同品牌型号的轮胎存在结构尺寸、材料工艺等多方面的差异,轮胎与整车操纵稳定性的匹配表现出不同的性能。本部分试验通过对轮胎进行刚度和印痕两部分轮胎性能测试,获取轮胎性能指标。
轮胎刚度是轮胎力的重要响应因素,包括侧向刚度、纵向刚度、垂向刚度以及扭转刚度。其中:轮胎的侧向刚度影响汽车转向特性、操控性能和悬挂系统的响应性;轮胎的纵向刚度影响汽车的加速性能和制动性能,并与侧向刚度在复合工况下发生耦合作用;轮胎的垂向刚度影响汽车的悬挂系统和行驶舒适性能;轮胎的扭转刚度影响汽车的操控性能和舒适性。轮胎的侧向刚度、纵向刚度以及扭转刚度与本文研究的操纵稳定性匹配关联性较大。
本部分试验基于GB/T 23663《汽车轮胎纵向和横向刚性试验方法》[14]开展,通过如图4所示的刚度试验机,分别在40%、80%、120% 3种轮胎载荷下进行侧向刚度、纵向刚度、扭转刚度3项刚度试验,获取共9项指标,如表8所示。以侧向刚度为例,见图5。按式(9) ~式(11)利用最小二乘法进行拟合计算轮胎刚度,得到各试验轮胎的刚度数据。

影响汽车操纵稳定性的因素还包括轮胎结构参数。例如轮胎的花纹影响着汽车在不同路况下的抓地力和排水性能,轮胎的矩形比影响着汽车的抓地力与转向操控性能等。
本部分试验基于GB/T 22038—2018《汽车轮胎静态接地压力分布试验方法》[15]开展,分别在40%、80%、120% 3种轮胎载荷下进行外倾角0°和6°的轮胎印痕试验,通过如图6图7所示的轮胎压力分布色彩图,反映了轮胎在不同工况下表面与刚性平面的接触区域和每个区域下的压力分布,并可由式(12)~式 (13)计算不同工况轮胎矩形比与花纹饱和度,获取共12项指标,如表9所示。

上述所有客观评价指标在理论上都会影响车辆的操纵稳定性[16],且数据间不是相互独立的,它们之间存在一定的耦合与重叠关系。例如,轮胎性能指标试验中不同载荷下的侧向刚度实际上描述了相同的特征信息,有必要进行相关性分析以消除冗余指标,降低特征空间的维度。
相关性分析[17]是研究定量数据之间的关系,从而确定变量之间的正负关系,筛选重要变量的分析方法。斯皮尔曼相关系数是一种非参数的统计方法,可由式(14)表示,它不依赖于数据分布的假设,适用于各种数据类型,通过斯皮尔曼相关系数对各客观指标进行区域内降维,进一步降低特征空间维度。

通过式(14)计算客观指标间的相关系数,设定阈值0.7进行特征降维,结果如图8~图10所示。
图8图9可见,轮胎模型参数指标与印痕指标中降维效果较好,将降维后的指标作为所有主观区域所属特征。由图10可见,不同载荷下的轮胎刚度具有高度相关性,若仍以0.7阈值筛选则只会随机保留一个特征,因此选取80%载荷下的3种刚度作为所有主观区域所属特征。
考虑到整车客观指标特征空间维度高,所属特征对于不同主观区域在动力学解释上存在不同,如果针对不同主观评价区域采取相同的相关性降维,则构造了相同特征空间,难以与真实情况匹配。因此为了有效地研究车辆操纵稳定性的主客观相关性技术,更好地解释并提取与主观区域评分强相关客观指标,在整车客观指标选取中加入先验知识,采用先验知识-相关性分析的联合方法进行特征构造。将先验知识融入到数据分析的过程中,可以有效地关注理论相关的重要特征,帮助提高模型的解释性、降低维度并减少模型过拟合的可能性。
以中心区感觉(L1)为例,参考主观评价体系中车手评价原则,主要评价项目包括:转向中间区域的窗口以及空行程大小、转向力给驾驶者的清晰感、高速行驶时的稳定性,振动感、小角度的回正特性。依据动力学经验知识,从整车客观指标中选取中心区操纵稳定性试验和慢增量试验部分指标。以此类推,依据先验知识依次从整车客观指标中预选出与每个主观区域评价匹配的指标[18],对每个主观区域筛选的客观指标进行相关性降维,将所属的整车客观指标降维后作为对应主观区域特征,具体如表10所示。
通过上述特征构造方法构造特征完毕后,将每个主观区域匹配的客观指标作为特征,主观区域评分作为标签,利用集成模型进行训练。集成模型采用3个基学习器和1个元学习器组成,基学习器采用多层感知机、随机森林和支持向量机3种机器学习模型,元学习器采用线性回归机器学习模型,其框架如图11所示。
多层感知机是一种前馈人工神经网络,被广泛用于机器学习和深度学习任务中。通过优化损失函数来训练网络权重,使其可以在输入数据和目标输出之间学习复杂的非线性关系。采用式(15)定义的均方误差作为损失函数进行反向传播。

随机森林由多个二叉决策树组合而成。同样选取式(15)表示的MSE作为不纯度函数,寻找最小的切分特征,利用式(16)计算各个子节点不纯度的加权和 G ( x , v )

支持向量机是一种有监督学习算法,通过构建最优超平面并将数据点映射到高维特征空间来对数据进行分类,可表征为

部分客观指标是与主观评分存在正负相关的。以中心区感觉为例,中心区感觉权重指标为[K7K8,...,K88],其中转向迟滞(K12)与主观评分存在显而易见的单调减关系,越小的转向迟滞意味着清晰的转向响应,理论应有更高的主观评分。因此,基于上述思想,将客观指标-主观评分单调性作为先验知识,并转化为约束惩罚项引入集成模型。以此来增加模型在小数据集下的学习能力,提升模型精度、提高模型的解释性,使模型输出与动力学知识更加匹配。以多层感知机学习器为例推导惩罚约束项,设多层感知机的层数为 ( n - m - 1 ),输入特征为 K=(K1K2,...,Ki),权重矩阵分别为 w ji 1i=12,...,n,j=1,2,...,m)和 w 1 j 2j=1,2,...,m),偏置矩阵分别为 B 1 = b 1 1 , b 2 1 , , b m 1 B 2
则多层感知机的输出为

将存在相关先验知识的客观指标与多层感知机输出定义约束条件,结果为

如果先验知识中是客观指标与主观评分的单调性与多层感知机相同,则说明模型符合先验知识,反之则给与约束惩罚。因此,定义每个基学习器新的损失函数:

式中: G K为基学习器损失; μ为惩罚权重因子,影响模型与先验知识的背离程度。
通过上述采集到的实车主观评价分数与客观指标训练集成模型,得到优化模型。其中原始集成模型和引入约束惩罚的集成模型元学习器训练损失误差如图12所示,通过引入先验知识作为约束惩罚,模型收敛速度明显加快,且在精度上优于原始集成模型。
基于上述优化模型对主观分数进行预测,其中部分区域模型训练与测试结果可视化对比如图13~图15所示,各主观区域测试集MSE指标统计结果如表11所示。
综合上述可以看出,引入约束惩罚的集成模型主观评价真实值与预测值整体趋势吻合度良好,在绝大多数区域表现优于单一机器学习模型和不加约束惩罚的集成模型。
针对各区域评价体系具体分析可以发现,影响模型精度的主要因素可以总结为主客观融合的维度适配性。以MSE误差较大的L3、L5、L7、L8区域为例分析,其整车指标相对于其他区域降维后特征空间维度仍较大,如表10所示。而在主观区域,这些区域的主观评分跨度大,呈现两极分化的趋势,在小数据集情况下特征空间难以实现精准的回归预测,导致结果相对其他区域误差较大,以L6区域为反例,其主观评分只有一款轮胎与其他不同,导致几乎没有误差。因此,在小数据量下通过降低客观指标维度以及减少主观区域跨度可以有效提升模型预测精度,从而为轮胎精确配套选型提供有效支持。
为了进一步证明上述主客观融合评价体系对轮胎与整车操纵稳定性匹配的适用性,有必要对客观指标与主观区域间影响分析验证。因整车指标与轮胎性能指标基于动力学原理可以解释对于不同主观区域评价的影响,并通过先验知识引入评价体系与集成模型。而轮胎模型参数作为抽象化的结构数据,难以直接与主观评价进行关联解释。通过采用验证轮胎模型参数对于客观指标的影响,间接证明轮胎模型参数对于主观评价的影响,其是轮胎匹配选型中不可忽视的重要特征。
目前轮胎模型参数对整车操纵稳定性的匹配评价有两种方式,一是通过反向优化轮胎模型的参数[19],得到理想的目标轮胎模型用于生产指导,但往往并不能准确将其制造生产,另一种是通过仿真得到不同轮胎模型参数在车辆上的性能差异[20],从而反向约束轮胎模型参数,在实际生产中更容易实现。因此本文中采用仿真手段进行验证。
首先分析轮胎模型参数对轮胎性能的影响,以本文选取的纯侧偏工况下轮胎模型参数p_Cy1、p_Dy1、p_Ey1、p_Ky1为例,通过设定不同的轮胎模型参数,分析其对轮胎力学特性的影响,见图16
图16可知:p_Cy1主要是对曲线峰值点位置和滑移区域的影响较大;p_Dy1主要是对侧向力曲线峰值摩擦因数和峰值点所在的位置影响较大;p_Ey1对于侧向力曲线影响较小;p_Ky1对轮胎的侧向刚度影响较大。由此可见,不同的轮胎模型参数往往反映了不同的轮胎力学特征。
基于上述的分析,进一步研究轮胎模型参数指标对整车指标的影响程度。因为仿真试验变量为轮胎模型参数,因此可以直接分析轮胎模型参数对整车指标的影响。通过对轮胎模型参数修改,设定浮动范围上下15%,共100组,按照图17所示流程进行联合仿真,记录不同轮胎参数下的仿真客观指标变化。
通过对上述仿真数据汇总,并对整车客观指标进行灵敏度分析,得出不同轮胎模型参数对整车客观指标的影响。其中p_Cy1和p_Ey1对客观指标影响不大;p_Dy1对正弦迟滞和稳态回转试验中整车指标影响较大,例如横摆角速度时间峰值(K4)、车身侧倾角梯度(K48);p_Ky1对中心区操纵稳定性和慢增量试验中客观指标影响较大,例如转向迟滞(K12)、转向力矩峰值对应的侧向加速度(K26)。其中纯侧偏轮胎模型参数对转向迟滞(K12)影响如图18所示。
以此证明不同的轮胎模型参数可以导致不同的客观指标,并进一步影响整车性能评价响应,相关结论能够为轮胎匹配选型提供参考。
本文以主观评价和客观测试数据为基础,开展了整车操稳、轮胎模型参数、轮胎性能3部分客观指标与多区域主观评分关联性研究,通过先验知识-相关性分析的联合方法对8个主观评价区域和88个客观指标建立了轮胎与整车匹配性评价体系,得到如下结论。
(1)引入约束惩罚项的主客观集成学习模型算法在多区域测试数据上的MSE均值为0.247,优于单一模型及不考虑先验知识的集成模型,表明了所设计主客观集成学习模型算法的有效性。
(2)主客观融合的维度适配性是影响模型精度的关键因素,在小数据量下通过降低客观指标维度以及减少主观区域跨度可以有效提升模型预测精度。
(3)轮胎模型参数可以影响整车响应指标,通过评价响应分析发现,代表侧向刚度特性的p_Ky1对整车响应影响较大,主要反映在中心区操稳和慢增量试验指标方面,而p_Cy1和p_Ey1则对整车响应指标影响较小。
(4)未来将进一步增加轮胎及车型的样本量并补充极限工况场景试验,以拓展模型的普适性。
