There are many investigated parameters in the powertrain mounting system (PMS) of electric vehicles,and it involves multi-performance design. For the problem that the traditional single-output sensitivity analysis is difficult to accurately evaluate the influence of system parameters on the system comprehensive performance,the multi-output response sensitivity analysis of the PMS of electric vehicle is carried out by considering the uncertainty of system parameters. Firstly,a 13-degree-of-freedom analysis model of PMS is established,and the uncertain parameters of system are described by the random variables. Then,based on the summation of covariance decomposition,the first order index and the global sensitivity index of the multi-output response of system are derived. Next,a method of calculating the sensitivity indexes of multi-output response is proposed based on Monte Carlo analysis. Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the numerical example of the PMS of an electric vehicle. The analysis results show that the single output sensitivity analysis may not be able to accurately evaluate the comprehensive influence of parameters on the system response,and it may produce contradictory results. The proposed multi-output sensitivity analysis method can effectively evaluate the comprehensive influence of system parameters on the system response,and it can obtain more accurate sensitivity ranking for system parameters.

电动汽车动力总成悬置系统(powertrain mounting system, PMS)研究参数较多且涉及多项性能设计,针对传统单输出灵敏度分析难以准确度量参数对系统综合性能影响的问题,开展了考虑系统参数不确定性的电动汽车PMS多输出灵敏度分析研究。首先,建立了PMS的13自由度分析模型,并采用随机变量描述系统参数的不确定性;然后,基于协方差分解求和推导了系统多输出全局灵敏度分析的1阶指标和总体指标;进一步地,结合蒙特卡洛分析提出了一种求解多输出灵敏度指标的计算方法;最后,结合某电动汽车悬置系统算例验证了方法的有效性。分析结果表明:单输出灵敏度分析可能无法准确地评估参数对系统响应的综合影响,且有可能得到矛盾结果;所提出的多输出灵敏度分析方法则能有效地评估系统参数对系统响应的综合影响,获得更为准确的参数敏感度排序。

There are many investigated parameters in the powertrain mounting system (PMS) of electric vehicles, and it involves multiperformance design. For the problem that the traditional singleoutput sensitivity analysis is difficult to accurately evaluate the influence of system parameters on the system comprehensive performance, the multioutput response sensitivity analysis of the PMS of electric vehicle is carried out by considering the uncertainty of system parameters. Firstly, a 13degreeoffreedom analysis model of PMS is established, and the uncertain parameters of system are described by the random variables. Then, based on the summation of covariance decomposition, the first order index and the global sensitivity index of the multioutput response of system are derived. Next, a method of calculating the sensitivity indexes of multioutput response is proposed based on Monte Carlo analysis. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the numerical example of the PMS of an electric vehicle. The analysis results show that the single output sensitivity analysis may not be able to accurately evaluate the comprehensive influence of parameters on the system response, and it may produce contradictory results. The proposed multioutput sensitivity analysis method can effectively evaluate the comprehensive influence of system parameters on the system response, and it can obtain more accurate sensitivity ranking for system parameters.

汽车动力总成悬置系统(powertrain mounting system,PMS)结构复杂,研究参数众多,其总成惯性、安装位置、安装角度、悬置刚度等参数变化均会对系统隔振性能产生影响。此外,受加工误差、材料老化等因素影响,PMS参数会受到各种不确定因素的影响,其取值不可避免地发生一定程度波动[1-2]。因此,在考虑参数不确定性的情形下,准确地筛选出对PMS性能影响较大的不确定性参数,对提升PMS设计和改善整车舒适性具有重要意义。
开展灵敏度分析能够有效量化PMS参数的不确定性对系统响应的影响,可筛选出对系统响应影响的关键参数,有助于简化分析模型,提高计算效率。近年来,针对汽车PMS的灵敏度分析研究已取得一定进展。Chen等[3]将PMS悬置刚度等参数处理为区间变量,推导了参数的1阶灵敏度指标,确定了对系统固有特性有重要影响的参数。童炜等[4]进行了某汽车PMS动态振动和隔振性能响应的仿真计算,并将多目标优化方法与灵敏度分析相结合对其进行了优化。刘达斌等[5]对某PMS悬置刚度参数进行了灵敏度分析,结合振动耦合理论对系统进行了优化设计。毛洪海等[6]针对某矿用车总成悬置解耦率较低的问题,对其悬置刚度和安装位置参数进行了灵敏度分析和改进设计,有效提高了系统的解耦特性。Sendur等[7]以悬置刚度和安装位置为研究参数,建立了PMS的响应面模型,并基于灵敏度分析和遗传算法进行了优化设计。Lü等[8]将悬置刚度参数处理为随机变量,基于PMS 6自由度模型开展了参数灵敏度分析,有效筛选了系统固有频率和解耦率的关键影响参数。吕辉等[9]针对PMS参数一部分为随机变量,一部分为离散数据的不确定情形,提出了一种基于多项式混沌展开的灵敏度分析方法,并对PMS进行了可靠性优化设计。
由上述分析可知,目前国内外关于PMS的灵敏度分析已取得了一定的研究成果,但相关工作主要集中于输入参数对单个输出响应的灵敏度分析研究。然而,PMS的固有特性分析是一个典型的多输出响应问题,例如对PMS进行设计时,通常须分析系统在各个自由度方向的固有频率、解耦率和隔振率等各项性能响应。如果仅简单地对每个输出响应分别进行单输出灵敏度分析,则针对每个输出响应都会计算得到与某参数相对应的单输出灵敏度指标,可能会造成指标信息高度冗余。无法有效评估对系统影响显著的关键参数的同时,还可能呈现出一些矛盾的分析结果(例如某参数对一些响应影响很大,却对另外一些响应影响极小)。从这样的分析结果中很难进行有效评估,甚至无法决策。因此,为了研究系统参数对PMS多个输出响应的综合灵敏度,需要对PMS开展多输出灵敏度分析[10],以得到有效的灵敏度分析结果,为PMS优化设计提供科学建议。
针对上述问题,本文旨在提出一种考虑参数不确定性的电动汽车PMS多输出全局灵敏度分析方法。该方法能有效度量系统参数的不确定性对PMS多输出响应的综合影响。首先,采用随机变量描述PMS的不确定参数;然后,提出一种基于协方差分解求和的多输出灵敏度分析方法;进一步地,推导多输出灵敏度指标的求解及分析步骤;最后,通过数值算例验证方法的有效性。
考虑悬置、悬架和车轮的影响,建立如图1所示的某电动汽车整车13自由度模型。此模型包括电驱总成的6个自由度,车身垂向、侧倾和俯仰的3个自由度以及4个非簧载质量垂向自由度。该13自由度分析模型已在文献[11]中得到应用和验证。

受材料老化、加工与装配误差等多种不确定因素的影响,电动汽车PMS参数会围绕其名义值产生波动,且其取值呈现一定的统计学特征。此时,可采用随机变量描述系统参数的不确定性。随机变量的基本信息主要包括概率密度函数(probability density function,PDF)、累积分布函数(cumulative distribution function,CDF)、统计矩和变异系数等。
(1)概率密度函数和累积分布函数
随机变量x的PDF与CDF分别表示为 f x F x,常用于描述不确定参数或响应的分布情况。CDF可通过对PDF在区域 Ω上进行积分求得,即

(2)均值与方差
随机变量x的均值 μ,反映不确定参数的平均取值大小。不确定参数的名义值常采用 μ描述,其数学定义为

式(10)式(11)的多输出灵敏度指标除考虑系统输出响应的方差信息外,还考虑了输出响应之间的协方差信息。协方差是包含系统输出响应之间相关性信息的关键因子,因此它们能够获得更准确的全局灵敏度分析结果。
采用蒙特卡洛法[13]估计多输出灵敏度指标的具体步骤如下。
(1) 根据 x = x 1 , x 2 , , x n T的概率密度函数,由蒙特卡洛分别抽样N次,生成两个不同的独立同分布样本矩阵 A B,矩阵的每一行表示一个PMS的输入参数样本。

图3展示了基于蒙特卡洛法求解PMS固有特性多输出响应灵敏度的主要流程。
以某三点悬置纯电动汽车为例,电驱总成的质量为91 kg,车身质量为920 kg,每个非簧载质量为36 kg。前悬架弹簧刚度kf和后悬架弹簧刚度kr分别为27.36和25.60 N/mm,车轮垂向刚度kw为210 N/mm。汽车轴距为2 700 mm,前后轮的轮距分别为1 550和1 620 mm。表1为电驱总成和车身的转动惯量及惯性积,表2表3分别为电驱动总成质心位置、悬置弹性中心、车身质心以及悬架安装位置在全局坐标系的坐标值,表4为悬置的三向静刚度和动刚度值。
此电动汽车电驱总成为横向布置,工作时电机沿其中心轴线旋转θY方向输出转矩,电机转子的动不平衡主要集中在汽车前进X方向和竖直Z方向上。本文将重点研究XZθY方向上的PMS固有特性响应。将XZθY方向的固有频率分别记为 f X f Z f θ Y,解耦率分别记为 d X d Z d θ Y。这6项性能响应即为本文算例中重点研究的多输出响应。
以电驱总成和车身的惯性参数、前后悬架的弹簧刚度、车轮的垂向刚度和悬置刚度共21个系统参数作为不确定参数进行研究。结合工程经验和参考现有的大部分研究工作,采用正态分布随机变量描述这些不确定参数。其中,不确定参数的均值由其名义值确定,变异系数根据参数值的常见波动范围确定。电驱总成和车身惯性参数的均值如表1所示,这9个惯性参数波动较小,变异系数一般为3%,即标准差为均值3%。前悬架和后悬架弹簧刚度的均值分别为27.36和25.6 N/mm,车轮垂向刚度的均值为210 N/mm,悬置刚度参数的均值为表4中所示的刚度值,将3个悬置的三向刚度分别记为kuikvikwii=1,2,3)。这12个参数的变异系数取为10%,各输入参数之间相互独立。
为更好地对比多输出灵敏度分析结果,首先采用基于方差分解的单输出灵敏度分析方法[14]分别计算XZθY方向上的固有频率和解耦率对输入参数的Sobol灵敏度指标[15]。将Sobol灵敏度指标的1阶与总体灵敏度指标分别记为 S i s S T i s,分析结果如图4所示。本文所有的灵敏度指标计算均基于蒙特卡洛法,分析发现当蒙特卡洛抽样次数增大至106时,计算结果已收敛。因此,本文灵敏度分析的抽样次数取为106次。
图4(a)进行分析,可以得到如下结论。
(1)对于X方向的PMS固有频率,参数ku1kv1kw1ku2kv2ku3kv3的单输出总体灵敏度指标 S T i s均较大,说明这7个参数的不确定性对 f X影响较大,且敏感性排序为 k u 1 > k u 3 > k u 2 > k w 1 > k v 2 > k v 1 > k v 3,其余参数对 f X的影响较小。
(2)参数ku1kw1ku2ku3的单输出1阶灵敏度指标 S i s较大,且单输出1阶灵敏度指标 S i s明显小于单输出总体灵敏度指标 S T i s,说明这些参数除了单个参数的独立作用对 f X存在明显影响外,参数之间的交互作用对 f X的影响也较为显著。
(3)参数kv1kv2kv3的单输出1阶灵敏度指标 S i s几乎为0,但其单输出总体灵敏度指标均不为0且较大,说明这些参数对 f X的影响主要是参数自身与其它参数之间的交互作用影响。
因此,在研究固有频率 f X时,应侧重考虑ku1kv1kw1ku2kv2ku3kv3这7个参数的不确定性,以及这些参数之间的交互作用对 f X的影响。其中,参数ku1kw1ku2ku3的独立作用对 f X的影响也应充分考虑。此外,其余参数的单输出1阶与总体灵敏度指标均较小,说明它们的不确定性对 f X的影响极小,在设计时可将它们视为确定值处理,以简化设计模型。
类似地,分析其它输入参数对系统响应 f X f Z f θ Y d X d Z d θ Y的单输出灵敏度,可综合得到如表5所示的分析结果。
可以发现,输入参数对于固有频率的影响相对简单,而对于解耦率的影响较为复杂。对于系统固有频率 f Z f θ Y,其关键影响参数很少,且这些参数的不确定性对 f Z f θ Y的影响主要为单个参数独立作用的影响,不同参数之间的交互作用的影响可忽略不计。而对于系统固有频率 f X以及解耦率 d X d Z d θ Y,输入参数的不确定性对这4个响应的影响既包含单个参数独立作用的影响,也存在明显的参数交互作用的影响。
此外,对于该PMS不同的固有特性响应,其关键影响参数并不相同,且存在较大差异。例如,悬置1的 u方向刚度 k u 1 f X d X存在显著影响,但是它对 f Z f θ Y的影响却几乎为0。又例如,车轮垂向刚度kw d Z的影响极大,但它对其它响应几乎没有影响。因此,基于单输出灵敏度分析结果,这时很难有效评估对系统综合影响显著的关键参数,还出现了一些矛盾的分析结果(即某参数对一些响应影响很大,却对另外一些响应影响极小)。从这样的分析结果中很难进行有效决策。此外,综合表5的分析结果,也不便直观决策哪些是对系统影响比较显著的关键参数。
综上所述,对该PMS进行单输出灵敏度分析易造成分析结果冗余,难以准确度量参数对系统多输出响应的综合影响。因此,需要对该PMS进行多输出灵敏度分析,以得到有效的灵敏度分析结果,为系统的优化设计提供科学建议。
采用本文方法对该PMS固有特性响应进行多输出灵敏度分析,结果如图5所示。
图5进行分析,可以得到如下结论。
(1)电驱总成的惯性参数IyyIzz、前悬架弹簧刚度kf、车轮垂向刚度kw和3个悬置的所有刚度参数,这13个系统参数的多输出总体灵敏度指标STi较大,说明这些参数的不确定性对该PMS多输出响应的综合影响较大,且参数综合影响的敏感性排序为 k w 1 > k w > k w 3 > k u 2 > k v 1 > k v 2 > k v 3 > k u 1 > I y y > I z z > k u 3 > k w 2 > k f,其余参数的不确定性对系统响应的综合影响可忽略不计。
(2)参数kwku1kv1kw1ku2kv2ku3kv3kw3的多输出1阶灵敏度指标Si均较大,说明这9个参数自身的独立作用对系统响应的综合影响较大。
(3)对该PMS响应综合影响较大的13个参数,其多输出总体灵敏度指标STi均明显大于多输出1阶灵敏度指标Si,说明这些参数之间的交互作用对系统响应的影响均较为显著。
(4)在单输出灵敏度分析中,一些难以决策的参数敏感性问题,例如悬置刚度 k u 1和车轮垂向刚度kw对系统综合性能影响是否显著的问题,在开展多输出灵敏度分析后得到了有效决策。可以发现 k u 1kw对系统综合性能均具有一定影响,且kw的影响比 k u 1大。此外,经过多输出灵敏度分析后,对系统所有响应影响显著的参数敏感性排序也得到了确定。
为进一步验证本文方法的有效性和合理性,将本文多输出灵敏度分析结果与基于协方差分解的多输出灵敏度指标[16]进行对比。分别绘制两种方法的多输出灵敏度指标的柱状图,结果如图6所示。图中 S i d S T i d表示对比方法的分析结果。
图6可知,对比方法分析得到的对该PMS多输出响应有较大影响的关键参数为:电驱总成的惯性参数IyyIzz、前悬架弹簧刚度kf、车轮的垂向刚度kw和9个悬置刚度参数。参数影响的敏感性排序为: k w 1 > k w > k w 3 > k u 2 > k v 2 > k v 1 > k v 3 > k u 1 > I z z > I y y > k u 3 > k w 2 > k f,其余参数的不确定性对系统响应的影响均可忽略不计。因此,两种方法计算得到的参数影响敏感性排序基本一致,仅仅在 I z z I y y的排序上存在微小差异。
虽然两种方法所筛选出的关键影响参数及其敏感性排序具有很好的一致性,但是部分灵敏度指标的计算结果在数值上却存在一定差异性。这是因为相较于基于协方差分解的多输出灵敏度分析方法,本文的多输出灵敏度分析方法在公式推导过程中,除考虑多输出响应的方差信息外,还考虑了系统不同响应之间的协方差信息,也即本文方法还考虑了系统响应之间的相关性,其计算结果更加合理。因此,对比分析结果也说明该PMS不同的输出响应之间存在一定的相关性,在后续设计中应予以关注。
(1)电动汽车PMS是多输入多输出动力学系统,对系统固有特性进行单输出灵敏度分析难以有效评估对系统综合影响显著的关键参数。
(2)多输出灵敏度分析能有效地评估各系统参数的不确定性对PMS固有特性多输出响应的综合影响,能一次性获得更为合理的参数敏感度排序。分析发现对所研究的PMS固有特性多输出响应有较大影响的关键参数为电驱总成惯性参数IyyIzz、前悬架刚度kf、车轮垂向刚度kw和悬置刚度参数。
(3)不同参数间的交互作用对所研究PMS的固有特性多输出响应有明显影响,不同响应之间存在一定相关性,在后续设计中应予以关注。
