An optimization method incorporating the Improved Harris Hawks Optimization (IHHO) algorithm is proposed for the lightweight research of a truss-type snowplow frame. Firstly,a finite element simulation model of the frame is constructed,and its strength,stiffness,and modal characteristics are quantitatively analyzed under various working conditions to determine its strength performance,stiffness performance,and natural frequencies. Subsequently,the Response Surface Methodology is employed,using maximum deformation and maximum stress as response variables,to optimize the cross-sectional dimensions of the frame beams,yielding three sets of optimal solutions. On this foundation,the IHHO algorithm is proposed by improving the HHO algorithm,and the effectiveness of the optimal solutions is verified using the IHHO algorithm. The optimization results show that the overall mass of the frame is reduced by 33.6%,with the maximum deformation decreased by 6.33%,the maximum stress increased by 3.01%,and the first-order modal frequency decreased by 19.48%,effectively avoiding the resonance range. This study provides an efficient and feasible optimization strategy for the lightweight design of truss-type frames. The method demonstrates significant advantages in model construction and obtaining accurate estimation results,offering theoretical references for engineering application in related fields.

提出一种联合IHHO算法的优化方法,对桁架式清雪车车架进行轻量化研究。首先,构建了车架的有限元仿真模型,在多种工况下对其强度、刚度、模态进行定量分析,得其强度性能、刚度性能及固有频率。其次,利用响应面法以最大变形量和最大应力为响应值,优化车架各梁截面尺寸,得到3组最优解。在此基础上,对HHO算法进行改进,提出IHHO算法,采用IHHO算法验证最优解的有效性。优化结果表明,车架整体质量减轻33.6%,最大变形量减小6.33%,最大应力增加3.01%,1阶模态频率降低19.48%,有效避开了共振范围。本研究为桁架式车架的轻量化设计提供了一种高效、可行的优化策略,该方法在模型构建和获取准确估算结果方面具有显著优势,为相关领域的工程应用提供理论参考。

An optimization method incorporating the Improved Harris Hawks Optimization (IHHO) algorithm is proposed for the lightweight research of a trusstype snowplow frame. Firstly, a finite element simulation model of the frame is constructed, and its strength, stiffness, and modal characteristics are quantitatively analyzed under various working conditions to determine its strength performance, stiffness performance, and natural frequencies. Subsequently, the Response Surface Methodology is employed, using maximum deformation and maximum stress as response variables, to optimize the crosssectional dimensions of the frame beams, yielding three sets of optimal solutions. On this foundation, the IHHO algorithm is proposed by improving the HHO algorithm, and the effectiveness of the optimal solutions is verified using the IHHO algorithm. The optimization results show that the overall mass of the frame is reduced by 33.6%, with the maximum deformation decreased by 6.33%, the maximum stress increased by 3.01%, and the firstorder modal frequency decreased by 19.48%, effectively avoiding the resonance range. This study provides an efficient and feasible optimization strategy for the lightweight design of trusstype frames. The method demonstrates significant advantages in model construction and obtaining accurate estimation results, offering theoretical references for engineering application in related fields.

无人清雪破冰车旨在有效应对繁重的清雪任务。由于清雪车结构复杂,且须在恶劣工况下运行,其匹配的车架将承受更大的簧上质量和悬架冲击等多种耦合作用[1]。因此,开展车架刚度分析和轻量化研究,已成为清雪车设计领域的研究重点[2]
国内外学者对车架结构优化与轻量化领域进行了大量研究。目前,多数研究针对特殊工况通过数值模拟分析与参数优化,实现了轻量化目标[3-7],部分研究基于仿生学理论,并结合拓扑优化等方法取得显著的轻量化设计效果[8-10]。近年来,轻量化设计主要以智能算法和多目标优化为核心,通过建立整体数学模型,利用优化算法进行求解,为轻量化研究提供了新方法[11-14]。此外,还有学者通过构建大量框架截面参数模型,从多目标优化的角度出发,实现了零部件的轻量化,进而达到了车架整体轻量化的效果,为今后发展模型精简的优化方法奠定了基础[15-17]
目前,国内外关于利用多工况数值模拟仿真结合优化算法对桁架式车架进行轻量化研究的文献相对较少,多数研究对象为传统乘用车白车身,且存在算法求解时间长、精度低、优化过程繁琐等问题[18-20]。为此,本文提出一种基于联合IHHO算法的优化方法,旨在满足桁架式车架轻量化设计的要求,同时提供一种模型建立便捷、结果获取准确的优化方案,以实现更高的优化精度。
车架梁结构有多种形式,如管状梁、槽型梁、方形梁等。鉴于车架在抗弯、抗扭性能和制造成本方面的考量,本文选取槽型梁、方形梁、工字梁、管状梁等作为车架横梁的主体结构。车架整体三维模型如图1所示。
车架材料采用Q235钢,材料性能参数如表1所示。将材料参数导入Ansys后,计算得到车架质量为50 kg。分析车架的各项性能须考虑到不同载荷,根据设计车辆的使用场景确定各载荷参数,载荷参数如表2所示。
车架作为承载车身及各部件的关键结构,须确保其能承受不同载荷的耦合作用。本文在分析时选用弯曲与扭转工况下车架的刚度与强度以及自由模态下车架固有频率作为指标,检验车架整体性能。
分析网格灵敏度能够确保有限元仿真的有效性与可靠性[21]。将网格单元尺寸设置4、4.5、5、5.5、6 mm 5组,分别计算对应模型应力最大值进行对比验证。结果如表3所示,当网格尺寸大于5 mm时应力变化幅值较大,当网格尺寸小于5 mm时最大应力值趋于收敛。综合考虑,确定网格尺寸为5 mm。车架有限元网格划分模型如图2所示。
添加的弯曲工况和扭转工况约束条件如表4所示。此外,施加标准地球重力于Y轴负方向,动载系数设定为2.5,依据表2将车架载荷施加至相应的作用面,载荷分布见图3
弯曲工况约束模拟车辆在满载状态下匀速行驶在平坦路面上时车架所产生的变形与应力。扭转工况约束模拟车辆在颠簸路面上行驶,左前轮收到向上2 000 N的作用,其余车轮在同一平面时车架所受变形与应力[22]
图4图5车架变形云图可知,车架在两种工况下最大变形量分别为0.479和0.631 mm。弯曲工况下出现较大变形量的位置在横梁3和4附近,扭转工况下出现较大变形量的位置在横梁3、4、5附近,以及左前悬架处。许用挠度是反映车架刚度的一项重要指标,其计算公式为

车架7根横梁长度均为591 mm,两根纵梁长度为1 800 mm,根据式(1)计算得出横纵梁的许用挠度分别为1.182和3.600 mm。
对比表5中各主梁最大变形量与横纵梁许用挠度可知,各主梁均满足刚度要求,可进行轻量化设计。
图6图7为车架的应力云图,由其可知两种工况下最大应力分别为83.63和142.66 MPa,位置在横梁2、3和两根纵梁上。许用应力的计算公式为

车架所选用的材料的许用应力为156.7 MPa。比较得出两种工况下最大应力值小于许用应力,初步设计的车架符合强度要求,且存在强度冗余。

本文对车架进行自由模态分析,提取前6阶模态参数,其频率和振型如表6所示,模态振型云图如图8所示。
车架在行驶过程中所受到的外部激励振动频率主要包括:电机工作频率和地面反馈激励频率。本车设计最高时速为30 km/h,电机正常工作时最高转速为350 r/min,电机工作时产生的频率表达式和地面产生激励频率表达式分别为

式中:f1为电机产生的频率;P为电机的极对数;n为电机的转速;f2为轮胎每转一圈地面所产生的激励频率;v为车辆行驶的最高速度;D为轮胎直径。
经计算,电机所产生的频率为11.70 Hz,地面对车架的激励为5.30 Hz。当外部激励在结构固有频率的85%~115%之间时,将会对结构产生共振效果进而破坏结构本身[24]。本文共振带范围为4.50 ~13.50 Hz,对比车架前6阶模态频率均不在共振带范围之内,初步设计的车架满足模态要求。
根据上文研究,初步设计的车架满足强度刚度与模态要求。响应面优化具有计算量小等优点,因此本文选用响应面优化进行优化设计。
梁单元作为车架结构的一部分,单独对其进行优化相对于整车而言具有建模建立便捷等优势。因此以车架中的工字梁实体单元优化过程为例展开说明。
将工字梁的截面尺寸作为设计变量,变形量P6、应力P7、质量P8作为响应值。工字梁三维模型及截面尺寸参数如图9所示,工字梁截面尺寸初始值及取值范围如表7所示。设置各设计变量取值范围后,采用中心复合试验设计方法,生成相应25组设计点,计算得到的数据如表8所示。
灵敏度大小可以反映出设计变量对响应值的影响程度。由图10工字梁4个设计变量所对应响应值的局部灵敏度得出,各设计变量与最大变形量和最大等效应力均呈负相关,P1对最大变形量和最大应力的灵敏度最小;各设计变量与质量均呈正相关,P2对质量的灵敏度最小。因此4个设计变量对响应值均有影响,为保证优化质量与准确性,在后续的优化中继续保留4个设计变量。
利用响应面分析可获得设计变量与响应值的最优组合,被广泛应用在结构优化中。利用得到的25组中心复合试验设计点,应用标准2阶响应面法构建响应面模型,其表达式[25]

本文展示部分响应面,如图11所示。拟合精度能够更好地判断响应面模型的有效性,在工程中通常使用决定系数R 2来反映响应面的拟合精度,其计算公式为

式中:R 2为决定系数;yi为第i个观测值; y ¯为观测值平均数; y ^为模型对第i个观测值的预测值。
R 2为1时,响应面拟合精度最高。计算得到各响应值的R 2表9所示,得出各响应值的决定系数均大于0.97,说明响应面模型达到代替真实物理模型的要求。
在响应面优化中将质量P7作为目标,最大变形P5、最大等效应力P6作为约束,设置P5≤0.25134 mm,P6≤110.4 MPa,优化设计变量P1P2P3P4,得到3组候选点,为后文使用优化算法求解提供验证依据。求解后得到的3组设计变量候选点如表10所示。
HHO算法包含搜索、判断、捕猎3个阶段,具有全局搜索和局部开发的能力。
在搜索阶段,算法采用机会对等策略,其表达式为

在判断阶段,算法根据野兔逃逸能量E实现转换,随着迭代次数的增长而衰减,逃逸能量变化的表达式为

E的衰减过程中,当|E| ≥ 1时野兔逃脱概率增加;当|E| < 1时逃脱概率减小,鹰群进入捕猎阶段,鹰群根据Er选择4种捕猎方式。

HHO优化算法具有诸多优点,但在实际工程应用中暴露出不足,如收敛速度慢、精度低、易陷入局部最优解、难以平衡搜索和捕猎等。本文针对以上问题基于其算法原理提出改进策略。
Bernoulli混沌映射具有分布均匀、遍历性好等特点,能有效提升HHO算法性能。其表达式为

式中:β为调节系数,用于调节映射的分布特性;Zk为种群中第k个个体。
为验证Bernoulli混沌映射对种群初始化性能提升,设定种群数为100,分别使用随机数发生器Random和Bernoulli混沌映射生成种群,对比两种方式的分布均匀性,对比结果如图12所示,Bernoulli混沌映射生成的种群分布更均匀、重叠个数少、搜索遍历性高。
逃逸能量是判别捕猎方式的重要参数,在应用中发现HHO算法在计算后期易陷入局部最优解,导致计算精度降低。引入基于对数的非线性收敛因子来提升算法收敛精度、算法寻优性能并降低算法收敛时间。其表达式为

通过Matlab验证逃逸能量迭代过程中的性能提升,对比结果如图13所示,改进后计算前期收敛速度加快,计算后期能够更早地进入收敛状态,提升了算法收敛速度和寻优能力。
秃鹰搜索(bald eagle search,BES)算法具有寻优能力强、收敛精度高等特点,广泛应用于工程问题中。本文结合BES算法中搜索阶段的位置更新策略,提升HHO算法的寻优能力和收敛精度。

利用IHHO算法对梁优化表达式进行求解,算法的参数设置如表11所示。
算法所生成的最优通解具有随机性,因此生成3组最优通解进行参考,并与前文中使用响应面优化所生成的3组候选点进行对比,得到最终的优化结果,如表12图15所示。
图15所示的迭代曲线表明,3组曲线均趋于收敛,证明了算法在实际应用中具有可行性。为验证IHHO算法在解决实际工程问题时相较于传统优化算法的性能提升,决定选用第二代遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)对车架进行相同的优化计算,优化结果的对比如表13所示。
通过表13可知IHHO算法与NSGA-Ⅱ计算结果相近但计算时间缩短了75.77%,有效提升模型计算效率。
将响应面法所得到的3组候选点与IHHO算法得到的3组最优通解进行对比,发现两种方法所求出的P2P3P4值差值均小于0.5 mm,但P1存在较大差异。原因是车架整体受力是一个复杂的数学模型,在使用优化算法对单根工字梁实体单元优化时进行简化,但在本次工程应用中依然存在参考价值。考虑到加工制造工艺后确定梁截面的最终参数,如表14所示。
将车架剩余梁实体单元按照同样方法进行优化处理,得到车架整体的优化结构,并对修改后的车架进行有限元仿真,求证车架最终的性能指标。
通过表15车架优化前后性能指标对比可知,车架整体质量减轻33.6 %,最大变形量减少6.33%,小于许用挠度,最大等效应力增大3.01%,小于许用应力,1阶模态频率减少19.48%,避开共振带范围。设计满足刚度与强度要求。
对优化后的车架进行疲劳寿命分析能够更好体现车架应用价值[27]。Q235的抗拉强度约为450 MPa,根据其抗拉强度估算S-N曲线[28],材料S-N曲线如图16所示。本文选用高周疲劳对车架计算,考虑到平均应力对仿真结果的影响,选用Goodman理论进行修正,其表达式为

疲劳寿命分析方法如图17所示。图18图19为车架疲劳寿命分布云图。由图可见,在两种工况下,车架中最小疲劳寿命循环分别为487 411与183 066,这些薄弱环节主要发生在梁与梁的连接点上。产生这一现象是因为梁与梁之间通过焊接固定,而焊接部位的强度显著低于梁体自身结构强度。车架其它部分疲劳寿命循环次数均达到106数量级,由图16材料S-N曲线可见,当疲劳循环次数达到106数量级以后材料疲劳强度趋近于225 MPa,而本文所研究车架的疲劳强度约为235 MPa,即循环次数达到106数量级以后材料疲劳强度小于车架的疲劳强度,这一水平可以被视作无限寿命。因此,除了焊接连接点外,车架的整体结构在疲劳强度方面表现良好,符合设计要求。
(1) 车架在弯曲、扭转工况和模态要求下均满足强度和刚度要求。通过优化车架中工字梁的响应面,确定设计变量的相关性、约束条件和目标函数,并生成3组候选点,为后续使用优化算法提供检验标准,为车架优化奠定基础。
(2) 提出IHHO优化算法,该算法在HHO算法的基础上,利用Bernoulli混沌映射、对数收敛因子以及秃鹰优化算法对其改进获得。提升了算法的寻优能力和收敛精度,并有效缩短了收敛时间,为车架优化工作提供参考。
(3) 基于本文提出的联合IHHO算法的优化方法对车架轻量化进行了研究。算例结果表明:车架整体质量减轻33.6%,最大变形量减小6.33%,最大等效应力增大3.01%,1阶模态频率减少19.48%,成功避开共振带范围,满足疲劳强度要求。上述数据表明,优化方法效果显著,车架轻量化研究取得良好结果。
(4) 本文研究方法存在一定局限性。例如,在利用算法对车架中工字梁进行分析时,未考虑到连接时焊点的作用力,导致存在一定误差。此外,针对提出的IHHO算法在求解复杂多维优化问题时,须合理调整变量的离散约束,否则易出现局部最优解的问题。
