When driving on highways,it's necessary to reduce wind noise in the side window areas of a vehicle. Low-frequency noise control of automobile wind noise can be achieved through Active Noise Control (ANC). Therefore,an Active Wind Noise Cancellation (AWNC) method for automobile wind noise is proposed in this paper. The suitable input signal of the side window area is selected as the reference signal,which shows good coherence with the target noise in the 100-500 Hz frequency range. Taking a full-scale clay model of the vehicle in a wind tunnel as the research object,the reference signals for wind noise are optimized through the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) method. The optimized reference signals are then processed using the FxLMS algorithm for AWNC simulation and validated through hardware dSPACE testing. The results show that the optimized reference signals not only reduce the number of sensors needed,thus saving cost,but also decrease the peak frequency band of wind noise by 5-15 dB.

汽车在高速公路上行驶时,有必要降低侧窗区域的风噪声。汽车风噪的低频噪声控制可通过主动噪声控制(active noise control,ANC)实现,因此本文提出一种汽车风噪的主动噪声控制方法(active wind noise cancellation,AWNC),并针对侧窗区域的输入信号选取合适的参考信号:侧窗振动信号作为参考信号在100~500 Hz频段内与目标噪声的相干性较好。以风洞试验中整车全尺寸油泥模型为研究对象,通过长短期记忆方法(long short-term memory,LSTM)优化选取风噪声的参考信号,再利用FxLMS算法对优选后的参考信号进行AWNC仿真并完成硬件在环试验验证。结果表明:经过优选的参考信号不仅数量减少节约成本,且优选后的参考信号将风噪峰值频段降低了5~15 dB。

汽车在高速公路上行驶时,有必要降低侧窗区域的风噪声。汽车风噪的低频噪声控制可通过主动噪声控制(active noise control,ANC)实现,因此本文提出一种汽车风噪的主动噪声控制方法(active wind noise cancellation,AWNC),并针对侧窗区域的输入信号选取合适的参考信号:侧窗振动信号作为参考信号在100~500 Hz频段内与目标噪声的相干性较好。以风洞试验中整车全尺寸油泥模型为研究对象,通过长短期记忆方法(long short-term memory,LSTM)优化选取风噪声的参考信号,再利用FxLMS算法对优选后的参考信号进行AWNC仿真并完成硬件在环试验验证。结果表明:经过优选的参考信号不仅数量减少节约成本,且优选后的参考信号将风噪峰值频段降低了5~15 dB。

When driving on highways,it's necessary to reduce wind noise in the side window areas of a vehicle. Low-frequency noise control of automobile wind noise can be achieved through Active Noise Control (ANC). Therefore,an Active Wind Noise Cancellation (AWNC) method for automobile wind noise is proposed in this paper. The suitable input signal of the side window area is selected as the reference signal,which shows good coherence with the target noise in the 100-500 Hz frequency range. Taking a full-scale clay model of the vehicle in a wind tunnel as the research object,the reference signals for wind noise are optimized through the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) method. The optimized reference signals are then processed using the FxLMS algorithm for AWNC simulation and validated through hardware dSPACE testing. The results show that the optimized reference signals not only reduce the number of sensors needed,thus saving cost,but also decrease the peak frequency band of wind noise by 5-15 dB.

发动机、动力系统、车轮和风对车内噪声的相对影响在不同的车速下是不同的,且车外的气动噪声源问题也会持续存在新能源汽车和无人驾驶汽车上,在时速超过100 km时,气动噪声往往占主导地位[1]。而靠近车辆乘员区域的气动声源,如侧窗玻璃附近,可能导致风噪声成为一个突出的噪声源。减少这种车内噪声是可取的,可以提高乘客在车内的舒适度。重要的是,风噪声对道路安全也有重要影响,因为高水平的噪声会导致驾驶员疲劳和警觉度下降,风噪声一直是用户抱怨最多的问题[2]
汽车风噪的控制系统的设计包括主动噪声控制(ANC)和被动噪声控制(PNC)的设计[3]。PNC主要考虑声源和路径传递,声源控制即通过仿真外流场或者风洞油泥模型等优化风噪主要噪声源,如优化后视镜、A柱等造型[4-6],与传统的被动噪声控制方法相比,ANC对频率较低的噪声具有较好的控制效果,且体积相对较小,成本也相对较低,甚至可以根据想要抵消的噪声做出调整,随着近些年硬件上高速数字信号处理技术的发展,主动噪声控制系统逐渐被实现并且应用于汽车降噪领域[7-8]。ANC最先应用到发动机噪声及排气噪声[8-9],近几年ANC技术在汽车路噪[10]、空调噪声[11]甚至轰鸣声等车内复杂声学环境取得了很好的控制效果等[12]。而汽车风噪主动噪声控制鲜有研究,由于其随机宽频特性,理论上可执行ANC控制其低频噪声,因此,本文将主要从建立AWNC系统的角度来研究汽车风噪的控制。
主动噪声控制系统有前馈、反馈和混合结构,其中前馈主动噪声控制系统易于实现且具有较好的稳定性而被广泛应用[13-15],它需要参考信号进行控制器权系数矢量更新,因此参考信号的选择也会直接影响前馈系统的降噪效果。参考信号应与车内噪声信号线性相关,同时避免次级声反馈[16],选取合适的参考信号成为了决定风噪主动控制系统性能的关键。多重相干分析方法充分考虑了响应信号和激励信号之间的相关特性,适合参考信号的快速定位,因此为大多数学者所使用。Oh等[12]提出了一套采用前馈策略的车内道路噪声主动控制方案,研究了多重相干对系统降噪效果的影响,包括参考信号的数量及其组合与目标噪声间的关系,并发现使用单个位置的三向加速度信号时RNC系统的目标频段最大平均降噪量不超过3 dB,最后通过试验的方式获得了6个多重相干性相对较好的加速度信号作为系统的输入。Zafeiropoulos[17]以某豪华轿车为对象,建立了RNC仿真模型和硬件在环试验系统,分析了不同位置和方向的加速度信号组合对降噪效果的影响,并以多重相干系数最大为目标得到了1组较优的参考信号,最后在目标频段内实现了3.7 dB(A)的平均降噪量。Duan等[18]通过枚举法对所有初选点的加速度信号进行遍历,以多重相干系数最大的组合作为参考信号的最终选择结果。Cheer等[19]也研究了性价比高的系统,使用传声器作为参考传感器,而不是通常使用的加速度计。虽然传声器相对来说比较划算,但是加速度计可优先为实际实施前馈控制系统,以防止噪声干扰。
对于风噪的参考信号选取目前尚无相关文献,但是根据风噪多年研究发现,车身表面的压力激励是产生车内风噪问题的主要原因[20]。从驾驶员感受到的噪声来评价,前侧窗区域产生的风噪声起主导作用,由于后视镜和A柱的存在使得前侧窗区域存在复杂的非定常流动,这些是风噪声的主要噪声来源[21-22]。另外,车窗玻璃是隔声的薄弱环节,噪声更容易通过玻璃向车内传播和辐射,并且这一区域距离驾驶员的耳部更近,更容易被驾驶员感知[23]。而汽车前侧窗表面的压力激励常常被用来作为汽车前侧窗区域非定常流动和风噪声的声源指标[24-25],因此侧窗激励可作为AWNC的参考信号,它与车内响应可采取多重相干分析方法锁定参考信号范围,并确定其数量及其最佳位置。
近些年深度学习在汽车车内噪声辨识领域成为发展趋势,Lee等[26]在汽车设计初期选择28种轮胎花纹图片作为输入参考信号,利用深度学习方式辨识胎噪,这种学科交叉的探索为实际轮胎噪声奠定早期的研究基础。韩国大学[27]将汽车外型不同角度的图像输入到深度学习模型中辨识现代车型的风噪声,均方根误差仅仅为0.206。Hou等[28]将飞机机翼上的临界前缘吸力参数和迎角通过表面压力参考信号和深度学习成功辨识,利用更少的参考信号,获得更高的准确性。可见,深度学习在汽车噪声辨识方面应用广泛可用来作为参考信号的优选策略。
侧窗区域的参考信号的选择直接决定辨识效果,为此,文中通过深度学习的辨识准确性优选侧窗区域参考信号,实现自适应前馈系统评估并抑制风噪声。首先,进行了整车全尺寸油泥模型的风洞试验,测量侧窗区域空腔噪声并分析其特性,建立了控制目标;然后,利用多重相干分析选择侧窗参考信号的形式,根据LSTM的风噪辨识模型优选参考信号数量和最佳位置;最后,融合风噪辨识模型和自适应前馈控制系统,并展示了AWNC效果。
油泥模型的风洞试验是在汽车造型开发前期较常见的风噪测试方法,虽然油泥模型腔体内与实车内部空间有所差别,但是对于AWNC的研究具有开创意义,本研究是在慕尼黑 Zentrum für Thermodynamik (ZT) 声学风洞实验室内进行。对于整车全尺寸的油泥模型,见图1,模型中对应驾驶员侧窗位置开设空腔,腔体在XZ向的二维尺寸接近侧窗的实际尺寸,深度(Y向)为200 mm,腔内设置有吸声层,侧窗用密封垫圈密封,模拟驾驶员外耳位置的腔体内布置一个PCB 37B02型传声器,根据前人研究[29-30]的侧窗表面流场分布,将侧窗表面划分为多个流体特性区域。为了尽可能获得侧窗的合理流体信息,将在风洞试验前进行气动声学仿真,并根据仿真结果布置侧窗振动加速度传感器。仿真结果如图2所示,其中左图为湍流脉动声压分布,右图为声脉动声压分布,由蓝色到红色表示声压增大。对侧窗的仿真结果进行分析,即侧窗区域有后视镜尾涡区、A柱漩涡区和再附着区,不同区域受到不同程度的激励。在侧窗内侧表面,布置6个Kistler 8776A50加速度传感器;侧窗外侧表面布置15个BK4949表面传声器,如图3所示。采用PAK MKII数据采集装置采集油泥模型的振动加速度、表面声压和内部噪声的试验信号,采集时间为30 s,采样频率为48 kHz。分析将频域压力信号转换为声压级,将时域振动加速度信号转换为加速度级,如下式所示:

式中:SPL是声压级;pe是测量声压;p0是参考声压,取 20 × 10 - 6 Pa;SVL是加速度级;Aa是测量振动加速度,m/s2 v a是测量速度,m/s;A0 v 0分别是标准大气压下转化标准振动加速度和标准速度, v 0的值为 50 × 10 - 9   m / sf为声波频率。20 ℃的空气密度ρ为1 204 kg/m2c为343 m/s。
测试环境条件要求:试验环境温度20±2 ℃,相对湿度58%~63%,大气压力101.4~101.8 kPa,测试的背景噪声在160 km/h小于61 dB(A)。
测试工况分别为0°偏航角100、120、140 km/h和±10°偏航角120 km/h(左侧窗迎风面+10°偏角,左侧窗背风面-10°偏角)时设置控制目标。图4显示不同工况计算的油泥模型腔体内声压级。
图4(a)在0°偏航角时油泥模型腔体内的风噪声随着风速的增加而增加;图4(b)在相同风速、不同偏航角时风噪声在驾驶员侧迎风面时噪声低于背风面。风洞试验内无其它噪声源干扰,风噪覆盖在整个噪声频率段,且中低频段能量高,上述各种高速工况,在200 Hz以内均出现明显的峰值噪声,因此,为有效降低风噪,AWNC控制频率范围设置为200 Hz以下。
多重相干系数[31]的原理是将多输入、多输出信号的频域信号分成不同的组合,计算其相干系数。在本文中,侧窗表面的输入信号有6个振动加速度信号和15个表面压力脉动信号,输出信号是在油泥模型内布置的传声器采集的声音信号。其中,多重相干系数 r x y 2 ( f )的公式为

式中:Sxyf )为输出信号与输入信号的互功率谱;Sxxf )和Syyf )分别为输入信号和输出信号的自功率谱。若输入信号和输出信号互不相关,则 r x y 2 ( f ) = 0;反之,则 r x y 2 ( f ) > 0,且 r x y 2 ( f )的值越接近1,说明输入信号与输出信号相干性越大,故选作为参考信号越合适。
图5所示,油泥模型的侧窗振动加速度与车内噪声有一定相关性,而侧窗表面传声器与车内噪声相关性较弱,原因是侧窗外风噪声源的湍流压力脉动的能量要高于声学压力脉动能量,侧窗表面传声器获得的是二者之和[29],而湍流压力脉动对车内噪声的影响不如声学压力脉动对其影响[32]大。因此可选定侧窗的振动信号作为AWNC的参考信号。
图6图7所示,油泥模型在0°偏航角的不同风速工况以及相同风速时(120 km/h)不同偏航角工况下相关性差距不明显,说明风速工况均能体现出参考信号的相干特性:在20~500 Hz内,各运行工况下的多重相干系数总体在0.8以上,尤其在100~330 Hz频段、450-500 Hz附近多重相干系数达到0.95以上,表明该噪声频率范围内车内风噪声的主要来源为侧窗振动。
侧窗周围外部流场的复杂性质通常要求部署多个参考信号来捕获相关特征。虽然增加参考信号的数量可以在一定程度上增强相关性[33],但使用过多的信号会导致资源浪费和成本升高。在2.1节中,选取侧窗的振动信号作为参考信号;然而,这些参考信号的最优数量和排列须进一步优化选择。在本节中,将优化后的参考信号输入到LSTM模型中,用于识别黏土模型中的风噪声。识别的准确性是优化参考信号的标准。
长短期记忆(LSTM)网络是递归神经网络(RNNs)的一种变体,专为时间序列数据设计。LSTM可以有效地对扩展序列数据进行建模,并且非常适合预测具有较大时间间隔特征的事件。LSTM单元包括3个激活门(遗忘门、输入门和输出门),它们控制当前单元状态信息的更新。这种设计兼顾了长期记忆和当前输入数据的影响。这种体系结构使LSTM能够预测时间序列数据中具有扩展间隔和时间延迟的事件[34]

侧窗振动参考信号优化流程如图8所示。优化流程包含侧窗振动信号数量和位置的选取、LSTM 模型训练与验证2个部分,详细步骤如下。
(1)通过油泥模型的风洞试验同步采集侧窗不同位置的振动加速度信号和模型腔内噪声信号并形成不同组合,根据多重相关性初步分析合理性,并对初始输入信号进行滤波处理。
(2)将不同参考信号组合输入到LSTM 风噪预测模型中,并通过对训练样本的学习,得到风噪辨识结果,从而判断该组参考信号是否满足辨识精度要求。
风噪辨识模型参数选择Adam(adaptive moment estimation)优化器来训练 LSTM 网络,最小批次尺寸设置500,激活函数选Relu,初始学习率设置0.1,最大迭代100轮。
主动噪声控制系统的自适应算法可以调整滤波器的权系数 Wn)至最优值。最小均方(least mean square,LMS)算法和滤波-x最小均方(filtered-x least mean square,FxLMS)算法是最经典的[35],而FxLMS算法考虑实际主动噪声控制过程中存在次级声通道对参考信号xn)和控制信号yn)的影响,成为主动噪声控制算法中最常用的标准算法,本节将融合参考信号的LSTM辨识框图和FxLMS算法框图(图9)完成AWNC。
图9中, D z是风噪的初级声场,经过初级声通道Pz)后到达误差传声器的声场信号为dn), y f n是次级扬声器经过次级声通道Sz)后到达误差传声器的声场, e n是二者之差,自适应算法即不断通过误差信号en)的反馈实时调节权系数,使其达到最优值,从而输出控制信号yn)提供给次级扬声器,定义FxLMS算法的成本函数为

为了确保系统工作的有效性与稳定性,以补偿 S ( z )对噪声主动控制系统的影响。图9采用白噪声信号作为次级声源激励信号离线辨识次级声通道系数 S ^ ( z ),滤波器的阶数设置为128阶。

基于以上研究与分析,AWNC模型在Matlab/Simulink2023a搭建完成,融合了参考信号经LSTM的风噪辨识模块和FxLMS前馈控制模块,如图10所示。

(2)经LSTM和误差传声器分别获得风噪辨识信号xn)和误差信号en);
(3)通过式(8)计算滤波器的输出控制信号yn);

重复前面处理过程,直至en)满足设定要求。
AWNC硬件在环试验平台搭建如图11所示。该平台使用dSPACE MicroAutoBox 作为主控制器,通过dSPACE Break-out Box接线盒实现与外部器件的物理连接,使用一台笔记本电脑与 MicroAutoBox 相连,当侧窗振动加速度信号经过训练好的LSTM辨识出车内噪声信号作为次级声源参考信号,将采集的120 km/h风噪经功率放大器驱动初级扬声器发出初级声波,传声器采集目标降噪区域初级噪声信号和次级噪声信号叠加后的误差信号,并将误差信号反馈到控制系统中,dSPACE运行系统控制程序计算出次级声信号发送给次级声源进行硬件在环仿真试验。
图12显示侧窗振动参考信号的初选结果。蓝色线代表侧窗振动6个点与油泥模型腔体内噪声的多重相干系数;红色线代表侧窗振动点1、3、5、6(各个振动点的位置信息详见图3)与油泥模型腔体内噪声的多重相干系数;黑色线代表侧窗振动点1、3、5与油泥模型腔体内噪声的多重相干系数;其中红色线基本接近蓝色线,黑色线的多重相干系数降低,因此,通过初选可明确侧窗振动点1、3、5、6作为优选参考信号。
为更加客观地对风噪声辨识模型性能进行评价,优选出侧窗振动参考信号引入时域均方误差MSE作为模型评价指标。MSE值越小,表明模型预测精度越好。图13是侧窗振动参考信号优选前后的MSE结果,可见经过优选的4点接近所有参考点的辨识精度,而3个点的参考信号辨识精度不如4个点。

图14分别表示侧窗振动信号优选前后风噪辨识结果,可以看出,经过优选的侧窗振动参考信号(红色线)可以得到与未经优选的信号(蓝色线)相似的辨识精度,说明侧窗区域风噪辨识用4点参考信号即可,4点详细位置信息参见图3。由于该点在侧窗的振动信号各自具有代表性:即位于后视镜尾涡区、A柱涡流区和再附着区,4点区域的侧窗振动捕捉的振动信息不同,如图15所示,将优选的4个侧窗振动经式(2)转化为SVL,可判断各点振动特性:点1的振动能量在350 Hz以后最高,在350 Hz以内能量最小;点3、5、6均在150 Hz出现振动峰值且点5的能量最高,其次是点6,点5和6在400 Hz以上振动能量最低。
经优选后的侧窗振动参考信号不仅可以准确辨识出风噪,还可以节约材料和成本,根据此参考信号可以对风噪进行主动噪声控制。图16(a)图16(b)分别表示120 km/h、0°偏角工况的时域和频域的油泥模型腔体声压,黑色虚线表示AWNC未激活时的油泥模型腔体内的声压水平,而蓝色实线表示激活AWNC时的声压水平。在时域图中看出,经过AWNC风噪声能量明显降低,频域图中在130~160 Hz的风噪的峰值频率段噪声确实得到有效控制,下降了5~15 dB(A)的水平。
基于搭建的AWNC硬件在环试验平台验证120 km/h风噪降噪效果,由图17(a)可见,随着FxLMS算法对权重的更新,通过次级扬声器发出噪声信号后,降噪目标区域的声压幅值有所衰减。由图17(b)可见,在120-160 Hz频段的噪声有较为明显的衰减,最大降噪量接近8 dB(A),进一步验证了AWNC的有效降噪效果。
表1展示了不同运行工况时油泥模型内腔风噪声,在峰值频段内,AWNC均有明显降噪效果,达到了本文的控制目标。
汽车风噪的控制方案中,大多数采用被动降噪方式,但是被动降噪的成本高昂、开发周期长且通常仅限于降低中高频风噪,因此,本文提出一种前馈主动噪声控制措施降低中低频的风噪声,其中参考信号选取至关重要,本研究通过油泥模型的风洞试验获取侧窗区域的输入信号和输出信号,并采用多重相干分析判定出油泥侧窗的侧振动信号与腔体内噪声相干性要远远高于侧窗表面脉动信号与腔体内噪声信号,进一步利用LSTM辨识腔体内风噪声,辨识的精度用于优选参考信号的数量和位置,从而明确侧窗的后视镜尾涡区、A柱旋涡区和再附着区的4个点的振动信号符合参考信号的特征,因此减少了参考信号的数量明确了参考信号的位置,将LSTM风噪辨识模块和FxLMS前控制模块融合,实现了AWNC,在Matlab/Simulink中搭建模型并通过dSPACE硬件在环试验验证降噪性能。结果表明,油泥模型腔体内的风噪声水平在120~160 Hz频段得到有效控制,且不同工况下的AWNC可得到较好的控制效果,使高速工况下的汽车风噪的主动噪声控制成为可能且基于LSTM的侧窗区域参考信号优选可有效降低参考信号数量节约控制成本,为实车风噪开发提供新思路。
