The traffic scheduling problem in time-sensitive networking (TSN) of automotive electrical and electronic architecture is investigated in this paper. To meet practical application requirements,a method for establishing the topology of in-vehicle TSN network is proposed. To address the multi-type traffic scheduling problem in the network,a traffic scheduling strategy based on the Time-Aware Shaper (TAS) mechanism is proposed,and the corresponding mathematical model is established,to reduce the total network delay while considering both the time sensitivity of high-priority traffic and the data integrity of low-priority traffic. To solve the problems of unstable solution efficiency caused by the complex information flow forwarding process in the model and the difficulty of optimization caused by numerous traffic scheduling solutions,an improved genetic algorithm (IGA) is proposed which is optimized from the aspects of setting adaptive crossover probability formula,introducing in taboo search mutation,and combining multiple populations. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm improves the optimality by 43.47% in end-to-end latency optimization and the solution generation stability by 76.96%. The algorithm can obtain low-latency and high-reliability traffic scheduling solutions for in-vehicle TSN. The research findings of this paper provide insights for the study of intelligent connected vehicles and the optimization of in-vehicle network communication algorithms.

本文面向汽车电子电气架构中的时间敏感网络(TSN)流量调度问题开展研究。针对实际应用需求,提出一种车载TSN网络拓扑建立方法。针对网络中多类型信息流调度问题,提出一种基于时间感知整形器(TAS)机制的流量调度策略并建立相应的数学模型,在降低网络总延时的同时,兼顾高优先级信息流的时间敏感性和低优先级信息流的数据完整性。为解决模型中信息流转发过程复杂导致求解效率不稳定和流量调度方案众多导致寻优困难的问题,提出一种改进的遗传算法(IGA),从设置自适应交叉概率公式、引入禁忌搜索变异、多种群联合3个方面进行了优化。实验结果表明,本文所提出的算法在端到端延时优化方面提升了43.47%,在生成方案稳定性方面提升了76.96%,该算法可得到低延时、高可靠的车载TSN流量调度方案。本文的研究成果为智能网联汽车领域的研宄和车载网络通信算法的优化提供了思路。

The traffic scheduling problem in timesensitive networking (TSN) of automotive electrical and electronic architecture is investigated in this paper. To meet practical application requirements, a method for establishing the topology of invehicle TSN network is proposed. To address the multitype traffic scheduling problem in the network, a traffic scheduling strategy based on the TimeAware Shaper (TAS) mechanism is proposed, and the corresponding mathematical model is established, to reduce the total network delay while considering both the time sensitivity of highpriority traffic and the data integrity of lowpriority traffic. To solve the problems of unstable solution efficiency caused by the complex information flow forwarding process in the model and the difficulty of optimization caused by numerous traffic scheduling solutions, an improved genetic algorithm (IGA) is proposed which is optimized from the aspects of setting adaptive crossover probability formula, introducing in taboo search mutation, and combining multiple populations. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm improves the optimality by 43.47% in endtoend latency optimization and the solution generation stability by 76.96%. The algorithm can obtain lowlatency and highreliability traffic scheduling solutions for invehicle TSN. The research findings of this paper provide insights for the study of intelligent connected vehicles and the optimization of invehicle network communication algorithms.

随着汽车智能网联化的发展,未来的电子电气架构将基于域控制器及中央计算平台[1],这将对车载网络的带宽、实时性和稳定性提出更高的要求。基于以太网协议的时间敏感网络(time-sensitive network,TSN)在充分保持标准以太网优势的同时,增加了新的流量调度机制提高消息的实时性和可靠性,具有高带宽(最高可达 1 000 Mbps)、拓展性强和成本低的特点[2]
流量调度问题是TSN研究的关键问题。2016年公布的IEEE802.1Qbv标准中提出了时间感知整形机制(time awareness shaper,TAS)[3],在交换节点端口为不同流量划分不同的通道,可以确保在时间维度上隔离了其他类型流量对时间敏感流量的干扰,保障了时间敏感流的传输时效性。Dürr等[4]对TAS整形技术特点进行了分析。Craciunas等[5]通过对比实验,证明了在同一端口的两条时间敏感流缓存于两个输出队列的优势性。贾正义等[6]分析了多队列缓存的TAS模型中存在的延时抖动问题。Maxim等[7]研究了单独AVB流模型下的TSN调度问题。但以上研究只考虑时间敏感流,而忽视了模型中低优先级信息流的延时情况。
如何在TSN网络模型中找到最优的流量调度方案以获得最低延时,是人们关心的问题。经过Gavrilut等[8]研究,TSN流量调度问题可归于NP (nondeterministic polynomially)问题。文献[9]中使用遗传算法(genetic algorithm,GA)进行了求解。遗传算法有较强的全局搜索能力,但它存在“过早收敛”的缺陷,而且在进化后期搜索效率较低,种群进化缓慢[10]。文献[11]~文献[13]中分别从选择操作、交叉算子、变异算子等角度进行了优化,但存在顾此失彼的问题,无法将算法的寻优能力和稳定性兼顾。
目前对于TSN流量调度问题的研究往往只停留在理论层面,缺乏实际应用场景的支撑。且在智能网联汽车场景下的车载网络TSN流量调度问题研究更少,并存在流量类型单一、模型粗糙、脱离实车应用等问题。而模型中TSN调度策略的制定常常默认牺牲低优先级信息流以换取高优先级的低延时,这在实际应用中并不可取。此外,由于车载TSN网络中信息流数量众多而导致模型巨大,流量调度方案优化困难,找到一种具有强寻优能力且高效稳定的改进算法对TSN流量调度问题的研究十分必要。
为解决信息流多类型、端口多负载的大规模车载时间敏感网络流量调度问题,首先,找到一种面向域集中式电子电气架构的车载TSN网络拓扑建立方法,实现基于实车应用场景的模型构建。其次,提出一种基于TAS机制的流量调度策略并建立数学模型,兼顾高优先级信息流的时间敏感性,以及低优先级的数据完整性,并保证全网络的较低延时。最后,将大数据量的流量调度方案求解问题转变为染色体序列排序问题,并提出一种基于标准遗传算法的改进遗传算法,从交叉、变异、多种群3个方面进行改进,在寻优效果和稳定性上都有较大提升,使用该算法能够以更高的求解效率得到满足低延时和可靠传输需求的更优流量调度方案。
TSN网络拓扑由节点(point)、交换机(switch,SW)及物理链路(path)组成。工业界普遍使用总线型拓扑结构,如图1(a)所示。而车载网络节点较多、数据量大,为了提高网络的互联互通效率和冗余容错能力,使用交换型TSN网络结构,如图1(b)所示,其中的黄线表示了一条信息流从节点P1发送,经过SW1和SW4的转发,由节点P8接收的过程。
本文面向一款北汽预研车型的实际场景开展研究,该汽车有4个交换机(switch)和27个节点(包括3个激光雷达(lidar),6个毫米波雷达(radar),11个摄像头(camera)、4个域控制器(virtual interface unit,VIU)和3个功能域控制器(智能座舱域控制器CDC、智能驾驶域控制器MDC、整车控制器VDC))。以交换型TSN网络拓扑为网络骨干结构,参考域集中式电子电气架构的功能设定,对该汽车进行车载TSN网络拓扑设计,如图2所示。
用输出端口表示信息流输出的通道,同一端口上不同信息流的转发顺序和时长直接关系到通信网络中延时的大小。在本文的拓扑中共有19个端口需要考虑,如表1所示,a→b表示一个端口,如Switch1→Switch2 为端口1。19个端口由两部分组成:第1部分为控制器产生的7个端口,第2部分为交换机产生的12个端口。域控制器只负责接收来自距离最近的Switch的信号(如VIU1只接收来自Switch1的信号),因此共产生4个端口(在表中用橙色方块表示)。功能域控制器:只负责接收来自距离最近的Switch的信号(如CDC只接收来自Switch1的信号),因此共产生3个端口(在表中用绿色方块表示)。交换机同时负责发送和接收信号,为双向通道(如Switch1→Switch2 为端口1;Switch2→Switch1 为端口4),因此共产生12个端口(在表中用蓝色方块表示)。
在本章中,首先从端口角度出发,针对多类型信息流制定流量调度策略,再通过建立数学模型,将求解门控制列表问题转换为求解流量调度表问题。多类型信息流的流量调度问题各研究内容间的作用关系如图3所示。
为保证端口中信息流的低延时、有序传输,本文提出一种基于TAS机制的多类型流量调度策略,降低网络总延时,保证了高优先级信息流的时延敏感特性,同时确保了其他优先级信息流数据的有效传输,从而实现网络的确定性、实时性和可靠性通信。
在本文的车载TSN网络拓扑中共有146条信息流,对信息流依据IEEE802.1Q协议[14]进行优先级划分。假设网络中链路间消息的传递使用千兆以太网(传输速率1 000 Mbit/s),以激光雷达为例:激光雷达的比特率为90 Mbit/s,发送周期为50 ms,则每次的信息量为4.5 Mbit,由传输时间=传输数据位数/数据传输速率可得,每次的传输时间为4.5 ms,同理可得到其他传感器及控制器的信息流属性。根据流的类型和属性指定优先级,具体划分如表2所示。
划分优先级后的信息流将在输出端口处被划分到不同的队列,端口依据在后文中计算得到的门控制列表(GCL)即流量调度表对信息流进行调度。在时钟同步后,门通过GCL周期性地打开,确定流的调度时刻。表中“1”代表门处于打开状态,可以进行帧的传输,“0”代表门处于关闭状态,不可以进行帧的传输,同一时刻,只能有一个队列的门打开。
在本模型中,共有19个端口和146条信息流,定义端口合集为P=P1...P19},信息流合集为F=F1...F146},每一条流Fi包括一系列的专属操作Oi=Oi,1,...,Oin)(其中n代表一次循环中的跳数与循环次数的乘积),O→P的映射表示每一个端口的传输操作。
假设流Fi经过k跳到达目的端口,则Fi的端到端延时Dik可以表示为

式中: d i t r a n s代表流Fi的传输延时即表2中的传输时间; d i , n p r o p代表流Fi在第n个端口时的传播延时即电磁波在信道中传播的时间,由于车载网络信道长度较短,因此在仿真时忽略不计; d i , n p r o c代表处理延时,是端口的固有属性,在微秒或更小量级,因此忽略不计; d i , n q u e u e代表排队延时即流Fi进入下一个端口(n+1)前的排队等待时间。
需要保证到达同一个端口的两条流互不冲突,即一个端口一个时刻只允许一条流通过。假设流Fi经过k跳到达端口,离开时刻为ti,流Fj经过m跳到达同一端口,到达时刻为tj,则约束条件为

为保证网络的低延时、高可靠传输,设置本模型的评价准则为:第一,保证各信息流在规定周期内完成传输;第二,在优先保证所有流的端到端延迟时间之和最小的情况下,尽量使高优先级的信息流端到端延迟时间最小。设置加权因子规定不同优先级的权重;设置惩罚因子处理超周期问题,使不符合要求的调度策略在后续操作中被剔除。评价函数的计算公式为

式中:Dsum表示所有流的端到端延时之和;Di表示流Fi的端到端时延; δ 1表示CDT类信息流的权重系数; δ 2表示VI类信息流的权重系数; δ 3表示CA类信息流的权重系数; δ 4表示BE类信息流的权重系数;ξ为超周期惩罚因子。
由于本文建立的车载TSN网络模型具有大规模、多负载、多类型信息流的特点,因此需要解决模型如何高效求解的问题,本文通过设置加入周期的编码及考虑优先级的解码操作,成功将多类型流量调度方案的求解问题转变为染色体序列排序问题,实现了问题的迁移。
为了得到更低延时的流量调度方案,使用遗传算法,并对遗传算法从种群、交叉、变异3个方面进行改进,提高算法的寻优效果和稳定性。
一条染色体即为一个可行的流量调度方案,种群由多条染色体即多个方案组成。采用基于信息流转发过程的编码方式,改变染色体内基因的配列顺序即为改变信息流的调度顺序。由于在本调度模型中存在流量周期性发送问题,且每条信息流并非经过所有端口,因此需要规定流量调度的总周期T=100 ms以及每条信息流Fi的传输周期Ti和转发次数Xi,实际染色体长度L可以表示为

以信息流F1(Lidar1→MDC)为例:其路由为Lidar1→Switch1→Switch3→MDC,经过了Switch1→Switch3(2号端口)和Switch3→MDC(15号端口),即有两次转发Xi=2。该流的传输周期Ti=50 ms,代入式(4)可以得到该信息流的染色体长度为4。
编码过程为从左到右排列信息流的转发顺序以此形成染色体,并根据信息流转发时对应的端口号生成端口号序列。
解码过程为编码的逆过程。考虑周期问题,对于第k次出现的转发过程,如果K - Xi = N,且(t-1)Xi< Xi <tXi ,则表示该信息流第t次传输的第N次转发。通过解码过程得到流量调度方案,记录了每个端口上信息流从开始转发到转发完成的时间,从而计算出每条信息流的端到端延时。
以一个仅有两条信息流(每条信息流数据量为1帧)且循环周期为2的小模型为例,用iab表示信息流Fi在第a次循环的第b次转发。假设编码后得到的一个流量调度表为[1(1,1) 1(1,2) 2(1,1) 2(1,2) 1(2,1) 1(2,2) 2(2,1) 2(2,2)],且其对应的端口号序列为[1 3 2 1 1 3 2 1]。可得到该流量调度方案的图像化表达,此为解码过程,如图4所示。
对第2章中的数学模型按照上述编码及解码操作,即可得到初始流量调度方案。
由于模型中涉及的转发数量高达千次,使用传统遗传算法很有可能陷入局部收敛而无法找到拥有低延时的流量调度方案,本文通过变异中引入禁忌搜索、多种群联合优化,提高算法的局部搜索和全局搜索能力。为了解决因为模型计算量过大而造成的不稳定问题,设置自适应交叉概率,实现通过较少的实验次数缩短计算时间,以较小的种群规模缩小计算范围,从而提高了算法的稳定性。
在标准遗传算法中,每个方案的交叉几率相同,优势方案容易被破坏。本文考虑方案适应度、方案种群中值适应度及迭代次数,提出一种自适应交叉概率公式:

式中:Pc为交叉概率;X为迭代次数;K为指数系数,取100;f为两个方案中适应度更优的那个;fmin为当前种群中最优适应度;fmid为当前种群适应度的中值。整个迭代过程遵循负指数曲线,对交叉概率引入指数系数,前期迭代速度快,加大Pc,使尽快找出最优调度方案,随着迭代次数的增加,逐渐收敛,交叉概率适当减小。
在标准遗传算法中变异过程的结果完全随机,无法保证调度方案的变异质量。本文引入禁忌搜索算法,可确保每个被选择的变异方案朝着适应度更优方向进行,提高了局部寻优能力。
设置候选解数量为30个,禁忌长度为25,个体迭代50次为收敛准则,具体的运算流程可见图5中禁忌搜索操作部分。
标准遗传算法每次迭代均在原有种群基础上进行,对初始方案的依赖性极大,不利于新调度方案的产生和种群的多方向优化,迭代后期容易出现所有方案都趋于同一状态而停止进化,产生早熟收敛问题。
使用多种群遗传算法,设置初始值不同的4个种群,丰富群体多样性;对4个种群设置不同的变异概率参数Pm,增加随机性和容错性;选出种群中最优调度方案作为移民算子,替代另一种群中的最差方案,实现多种群联合优化;最终将4个种群的进化结果进行对比,选出最优调度方案。多种群遗传算法兼顾了算法的全局搜索和局部搜索,同时降低了对遗传概率参数的敏感度,可以有效克服过早收敛现象。
综合上述得到本文提出的改进遗传算法(IGA),使用IGA对通过3.1节中得到的初始流量调度方案进行优化,至此得到具有极低延时的最优流量调度方案,总流程如图5所示。
本实验在MATLAB软件中运行。由式(6)生成节点间的最短路径P,式中G图2车载TSN网络拓扑,s为源节点代表发送信号端,t为终端节点代表接收信号端。由P生成的路由表确定每个路径对应的端口。

用实验模拟车载TSN网络拓扑中信息流的调度过程,图6对比展示了是否使用本文提出的流量调度策略对信息流平均延时的影响,两者的调度方案均经过改进遗传算法优化。其中使用传统TAS流量调度策略是指仅将高优先级信息流的时间敏感特性作为评价指标。
分析图6可知,使用传统TAS生成的调度方案,虽然10 ms信号和20 ms信号的延时最低,但仍高于本文所提调度策略。且由于缺少对其他低优先级信息流的约束,导致具有低传输时间优势但无实时性要求的Radar和50 ms信号延时反而较低,而这种情况是挤占Camera和Lidar信号的传输时间获得的,导致视频流的传输实时性大大降低。
而使用本文流量调度策略的调度方案准确符合了IEEE802.1Q协议中对各类型信息流的要求。10和20 ms信号的平均延时均小于50 μs,符合CDT类信息流的超低延时需求。Camera信号的平均延时在550 μs左右,远低于协议中VI类信息流延时小于100 ms的规定。Radar信号和Lidar信号同属于关键应用流,注重数据的完整性和准确性,按照本文的策略为该类型信号留下充足传输间隙,因此符合完整性要求;Lidar信号信息量最大,对带宽要求较高,由于优先保证了信息的完整性,因此影响了传输速度,导致平均延时最高,但依旧符合车载网络的通信要求;50 ms信号为BE类信息流,对实时性和准确性不做要求,在与其他流有冲突时进入等待,因此平均延时较高。
在第3章中,针对大数据量模型的优化问题,在标准遗传算法(GA)基础上,分别从设置自适应交叉概率、引入禁忌搜索变异、多种群联合优化3个方面进行了改进。
因为对方案的寻优计算是在线下进行,实际应用时直接将生成的流量调度方案导入车载网络即可,无须计算,因此时间复杂度并不作为算法评价标准。本文更看重算法的寻优效果以便可以得到各类型信息流平均端到端延时最低的流量调度方案,以及算法的稳定性以便使用更少实验次数和计算规模得到满意方案从而提升运算效率。
设置对比实验,将本文提出的改进遗传算法(IGA)同标准遗传算法(GA)、禁忌搜索算法(TS)、标准遗传算法联合禁忌搜索算法(GA+TS)、标准遗传算法联合禁忌搜索算法联合自适应交叉概率算法(GA+TS+PC)进行对比,分析改进算法的必要性和优势性。
(1)平均延时对比
实现各类型信息流的更低延时传输,是车载TSN网络首要追求的目标。以各类型信息流的端到端平均延时最小作为最优性的评价指标。5种算法均在个体数量120个,迭代300回合,重复10次的实验条件下,取10次结果中的平均值作为评价数据。通过图7可以看出,对于有高实时性要求的10和20 ms信号,5种算法均能实现低延时,但本文中提出的IGA算法同时考虑了其他低优先级信息流的延时情况,在各类信号的平均延时均小于其他4种算法,尤其对50 ms和Lidar信号效果更为明显。
(2)迭代曲线对比
为证明IGA算法对流量调度方案的寻优能力,以适应度作为评价标准,适应度越小信息流总延时越小,优化效果更好。5种算法均以120的个体数量,进行一次迭代300回合的实验,得到如图8所示的迭代曲线。
在迭代50次后,IGA和GA+TS+PC便几乎无波动,而其他3种算法在迭代250回合后适应度仍会有所下降。对比GA+TS+PC与GA+TS算法,在加入自适应调节概率后,对迭代曲线的收敛速度和计算结果均有一定帮助。在迭代到200至300回合时,GA和TS以及GA+TS的曲线虽然仍在下降,但适应度值仍远高于IGA,说明这三者很可能陷入了局部最优且无法跳出,由此可见,在引入多种群和自适应调节概率Pc后,使算法的全局寻优能力得以提升。
图8中迭代300次的适应度值作为算法最优性的优化标准,IGA较GA优化43.47%,较TS优化23.03%,较GA+TS优化18.33%,较GA+TS+PC优化5.66%,拥有更强的寻优能力。
由于本文构建场景下的车载信息流较多,可生成的流量调度方案数量巨大,若算法稳定性不足,将无法保证每次实验所产生方案的最优性和可靠性,而重复实验将造成计算资源的浪费。因此为考察算法生成方案的稳定性,统计实验20次的结果,5种算法均以120的个体数量,进行100回合迭代,并计算无偏估计方差。
实验结果如图9左侧显示,可以看出IGA算法的适应度最小且方差最小,算法稳定性更强。这说明禁忌搜索的引入,有效增强了寻优能力;自适应概率Pc过滤了不必要的波动;多种群联合后降低了种群偶然性和单一性的影响。因此使用IGA算法仅重复较少次数实验,便可得到具有最低延时的流量调度方案,对比其他算法更加高效。
设置种群规模对比实验,种群规模更小意味着计算时遍历的方案数目更少,计算时间更短。种群中的方案数量分别为120,160,200,240,280,320,360,400进行迭代100回合,每组实验重复10次,结果取10次实验适应度的平均值,并计算无偏估计方差。
实验结果如图9右侧显示,可以看出IGA算法的方差仍是最小的,因为IGA算法设置多种群,对初始方案的质量和数量依赖程度较低,可以在较小种群规模时便获得一个较优的方案,减少了计算成本和时间,同时引入自适应概率Pc后,既在迭代初期保持了种群的多样性,又在迭代后期保障了优势方案在种群中的存活率,使得算法的稳定性进一步增强。TS算法虽然同样受种群规模影响较小,但就优化效果而言,远不如IGA算法。这意味着IGA仅使用较小的种群规模,即可获得满意方案,避免了计算空间的浪费。
图9中标注的重复20次实验结果和不同种群规模结果的方差作为算法稳定性的评价标准,以此衡量数据的波动大小,方差越小,稳定性越强。参考加权公式设置算法稳定性优化指标函数P

式中: k 1 k 2均为固定值0.5; E I G A E I G A 分别为IGA算法在重复20次实验中和不同种群规模中的方差值; E 1 E 1 分别为其他比较算法在重复20次实验中和不同种群规模中的方差值。由式(7)计算可得,IGA较GA优化76.96%,较TS优化45.79%,较GA+TS优化67.68%,较GA+TS+PC优化37.28%,拥有更好的稳定性。
本文面向车载时间敏感网络中不同类型信息流的复杂流量调度问题开展研究。在TSN流量调度的场景应用方面,提出了一种面向电子电气架构的车载TSN网络拓扑构建方法,满足了实车应用需求。在多类型信息流调度决策方面,提出了一种基于TAS机制的流量调度策略并建立数学模型,实现了信息流的低延时传输。在TSN流量调度方案求解及优化方面,提出一种改进遗传算法,实现了问题的转化,并解决了TSN网络模型信息流转发过程复杂致使算法计算效率不稳定的问题及流量调度方案众多致使寻优困难的问题。通过实验对比,改进的遗传算法较标准遗传算法在端到端延时优化方面提升43.47%,在生成方案稳定性方面提升76.96%。使用该改进算法可以更高效稳定地找出TSN流量调度问题的更佳解决方案。
观察流量调度表中信息流在端口上的分布可以发现,目前研究存在部分端口信息流过多的问题,这导致了部分信息流排队延时的增大,造成了一定的资源浪费。为了使负载分配更合理、网络总延时更小,下一步工作将开展针对网络路由规划及端口负载均衡的网络拓扑模型研究,进一步提高车载TSN流量调度的实时性和可靠性。
