To address the lack of objective and quantitative data support in the user-experience evaluation of in-vehicle software usability, the paper proposed an evaluation method that blends subjective and objective data. The subjective psychological responses and objective physiological signals captured during the user-experience evaluation were used as evaluation indices of vehicle software. Twenty target users were recruited for the study. A head-mounted eye tracker, a finger-trajectory tracking system, and a satisfaction questionnaire were used to collect the eye-movement data, finger-movement data and subjective ratings while participants evaluated three kinds of in-vehicle software. Eye-movement and hand-operation data were processed with D-lab and EthoVision XT software, and a multi-dimensional comprehensive evaluation model combining psychological and physiological indices was established. The evaluation model was then validated. The results show that the navigation software provides the best user experience, the air-conditioning software ranks second, and the media-player software performs the worst.

针对车载软件易用性用户体验评价过程中其结果缺少客观定量数据支撑的问题,提出了一种基于主客观数据的车载软件用户体验评价方法,将目标用户体验过程中的主观心理量和客观生理量作为汽车车载软件的评价指标。招募20名目标用户,使用头戴式眼动仪、手指操作轨迹跟踪分析系统和满意度量表,采集用户在3款车载软件体验评价过程中的眼动数据、手指运动数据以及主观评价值。通过D-Lab软件和EthoVision XT软件对眼动和手动数据进行处理,建立了结合心理和生理评价指标的车载软件用户体验多维综合评价模型,并对此评价模型进行了验算,结果表明,车载导航软件体验评价效果最好,车载空调软件其次,车载媒体软件最差。

针对车载软件易用性用户体验评价过程中其结果缺少客观定量数据支撑的问题,提出了一种基于主客观数据的车载软件用户体验评价方法,将目标用户体验过程中的主观心理量和客观生理量作为汽车车载软件的评价指标。招募20名目标用户,使用头戴式眼动仪、手指操作轨迹跟踪分析系统和满意度量表,采集用户在3款车载软件体验评价过程中的眼动数据、手指运动数据以及主观评价值。通过D-Lab软件和EthoVision XT软件对眼动和手动数据进行处理,建立了结合心理和生理评价指标的车载软件用户体验多维综合评价模型,并对此评价模型进行了验算,结果表明,车载导航软件体验评价效果最好,车载空调软件其次,车载媒体软件最差。

To address the lack of objective and quantitative data support in the user-experience evaluation of in-vehicle software usability, the paper proposed an evaluation method that blends subjective and objective data. The subjective psychological responses and objective physiological signals captured during the user-experience evaluation were used as evaluation indices of vehicle software. Twenty target users were recruited for the study. A head-mounted eye tracker, a finger-trajectory tracking system, and a satisfaction questionnaire were used to collect the eye-movement data, finger-movement data and subjective ratings while participants evaluated three kinds of in-vehicle software. Eye-movement and hand-operation data were processed with D-lab and EthoVision XT software, and a multi-dimensional comprehensive evaluation model combining psychological and physiological indices was established. The evaluation model was then validated. The results show that the navigation software provides the best user experience, the air-conditioning software ranks second, and the media-player software performs the worst.

随着智能汽车技术的不断进步,其产品功能日趋多样化,界面信息也愈发丰富,然而,由于消费者在教育背景、生活方式以及认知水平方面存在显著差异,导致用户在使用这些产品时面临日益增大的认知负荷[1]。新交互技术的引入不仅赋予了智能产品更先进的操作方式,同时也意味着用户需要再次学习以适应这些新产品[2]。在产品交互设计过程中,市场对减少用户挫折感的要求日益严格[3]。当前,产品可用性测评研究的核心集中在产品的有用性和易用性上,具体涵盖产品功能的完备性、用户与产品交互的顺畅度、产品的学习难易度以及用户满意度等多个关键指标[4-5]。这些测评指标共同构成了评价产品可用性的综合体系。在学术研究领域,产品体验评价方法主要包括公式评价法和试验评价法[6]。在公式评价法上,程永胜等[7]通过主成分分析法研究了用户对产品的感性认识。李希成等[8]运用模糊粗糙集评价法验证可定制化用户界面的适用性。HSIAO等[9]利用层次分析方法分析产品的功能属性及相关权重,来衡量产品的可用性。这种方法通过运用数学公式来计算相关指数,得到客观且量化的评价结果,然而在实际应用中,产品的舒适性、易用性等关键要素往往难以准确量化。而在试验评价法上,LASA等[10]利用眼动仪,HONG等[11]通过手指操作轨迹跟踪分析系统和满意度报告分析等方式,测试用户的生理和心理指标,来评估用户对产品的偏好,这种方法有助于削弱评估中的主观干扰,减少试验误差,从而在一定程度上提升评估的效率和准确性。
本文提出一种基于用户主客观数据的车载软件易用性评价模型,探讨车载软件易用性的科学评价方法,通过分析客观数据与其主观评价的关系,建立了结合心理和生理评价指标的车载软件用户体验多维综合评价模型,以长城炮车载软件为测评对象进行了体验评价测试,并将试验数据代入模型进行了验证,实现了对车载软件易用性的客观评价。
用户对产品的认知是一个复杂的信息处理流程,涵盖感官信息的接收以及大脑对信息的判断与推理[12]。心理学研究表明,人类的认知和体验本质上都具有评价性,在感知和体验某一对象时,人们会不自觉地在积极或消极的维度上作出评判[13-14]。传统的评价方法,存在主观性强、量化困难、缺乏全面性等不足,这些不足可能导致人机交互产品设计和改进过程缺乏科学性、高效性和用户导向性,影响产品的用户体验,而用户在体验车载软件时的眼动、手指运动、心理量表等客观数据能反映用户的真实感受。用户体验评价过程如图1所示。在用户与产品的交互过程中,运用手指追踪系统、眼动仪等工具,记录用户的客观行为数据,同时采用心理量表记录用户主观数据,通过深入分析这些数据与用户心理反应之间的联系,可以准确地判断用户对车载软件评价的偏好。
令测试车载软件集合为C={c1c2c3,…,cm},被试集合为B={b1b2b3,…,bn}。其中,m为测试车载软件数,n为被试人数集合。
传统的产品人机交互评价主要依赖于主观问卷进行事后评估。由于用户完成任务的时间通常较短,且随着时间的推移,许多用户难以清晰、准确地回忆起已操作任务的细节,从而降低了测试结果的可靠性[15]。采用手指运动追踪软件实时记录用户在操作产品时的手指运动数据,同时结合用户的满意度报告,进行综合评估。这种方法能更准确地反映产品的操作性能,并提升心理量值数据的可靠性。
在此试验中,设用户n对车载软件m的主观评价为Pnm,则用户{b1b2b3,…,bn}依次对车载软件{c1c2c3,…,cm}的评价矩阵为:

人类从外界得到的信息中80%来源于视觉,眼动能反映个体对信息的选择模式,对探索认知加工心理机制至关重要[16]。眼动包括注视时间、注视次数、视线向左倾斜度、视线向右倾斜度等数据。眼动注视时间越长和注视次数越多,从显示界面提取信息越困难;视线向左倾斜度、向右倾斜度能衡量用户在显示界面的搜索量,倾斜度越大,从显示界面搜索到有效的目标信息越困难;注视时间和注视次数是认知负荷的一个有效指标,注视时间越长和注视次数越多,说明显示界面带给用户的认知负荷越大。
设眼动数据 E=(e1e2,...,er),err项眼动指标,用户n在车载软件m体验过程中的眼动数据为enm,则:

用户操作车载软件过程中的手指运动数据,可作为评价交互效率的重要依据[16]。手指行为数据包括手指移动距离、手指平均速度、手指平均加速度、运动中心点频率等。手指运动距离越短,操作效率越高;完成速度越快,操作效率越高。运动中心点频率越大,操作效率越低。
设手指行为数据 S=(s1s2,...,sh),sh为第h项手指指标,用户n在车载软件m体验过程中的手指数据为snm,则:

以长城炮车载软件为测试对象,分别为车载媒体软件、车载空调软件、车载导航软件,如图2所示。试验设备为高清摄像机1个、Dikablis眼动仪1套、EthoVision XT运动轨迹追踪系统1套、D-Lab心理人因同步研究系统1套、主观评价量表20份。
本次试验通过3轮筛选招募到20名用户作为被试者,男女各占一半,平均年龄为32±6岁,2年及以上驾龄。第1轮筛选进行主观判断检测,将参与过类似试验的参与者排除;第2轮将患有心理健康、生理特征缺陷的参与者排除;第3轮在试验测试时,将紧张无法正确完成试验操作的参与者排除。取得被试者同意后,与被试者签订试验知情同意书,告知被试者试验内容与在试验中要完成的任务。
在主试人员的指令下,20名被试者要依次完成试验任务,被试者根据听到的指令完成任务,可要求重复指令到听懂为止。所有被试者听到指令“开始”后再操作,操作过程中独立思考与尝试,不能问询,若经多次尝试认为无法完成也可报告“放弃”,完成后由主试人员报告“结束”,试验操作任务见表1
被试者在入座测评车辆并调整完毕后在主试人员的帮助下佩戴设备,被试者配合主试人员完成设备校准后,保持车辆启动并在静止状态下依次完成车载软件的测评任务,试验场景如图3所示。
心理量表根据用户是否易发现、理解车载软件的图标、文字、动画,以及操作次数、完成时间和整体车载软件的易用性来设计。心理量表内容见表2,满意度对应从非常不满意到非常满意,打分范围对应为1~10分。
试验结束后,被试者根据个人喜好,在尽可能短的时间内通过主观评价问卷对每一项任务进行打分,其中分数越高,表明用户对该任务人机交互的操作满意度越高。将试验数据代入式(1)~(3),可以得到所有被试者对3款车载软件体验的综合心理量表值,见表3
利用D-Lab分析软件的眼动追踪模块Eye Tracking,同时,配合Dikablis眼镜式眼动仪同步记录被试者完成每项任务时的眼动数据,并从中提取各项测试指标,包括注视次数e1(counts)、注视时间e2(s)、视线向左倾斜度e3(°)、视线向右倾斜度e4(°)。将各指标的试验数据代入式(4)~(6),计算结果见表4
利用EthoVision XT手指运动轨迹追踪软件记录被试者在完成每项任务时的手指运动数据,并从中提取各项测试指标数据,包括手指运动距离S1(mm)、手指运动平均速度S2(mm/s)、手指运动平均加速度S3(mm/s2)、运动中心点频率S4(s)。将各指标的试验数据代入式(7)~(9),计算结果见表5
模型验算的评价对象为3款车载软件,依模型构成原理,选择心理量值、注视次数、注视时间、视线向左倾斜度、视线向右倾斜度、手指运动距离、手指运动平均速度、手指运动平均加速度、运动中心点频率共9个指标进行综合评价。评价过程为:将所有被试者的各指标平均值代入式(10)组成矩阵 Z(3×9),如式(11)所示;其次,对模型 Z进行相对贴进度分析,计算各评价指标的得分,最终可以得到所有用户对3款车载软件评价的结果。

为了全面评估并选择最佳的车载软件,本文深入分析了不同生理和心理维度指标下各车载软件的优劣。接着,在各个维度指标下进一步计算并分析车载软件的相对贴近度。记各个指标分别为:心理量值(X1)、注视次数(Ye1)、注视时间(Ye2)、视线向左倾斜度(Ye3)、视线向右倾斜度(Ye4)、手指运动距离(Ds1)、手指运动平均速度(Ds2)、手指运动平均加速度(Ds3)、运动中心点频率(Ds4)。
首先,计算各个评价指标的最优值和最劣值。设 F i j +为最优值, F i j -为最劣值,则:

最后,计算各车载软件评价值与最优值的相对贴近度,作为车载软件最终评价的依据,计算式为:

表7的数据代入式(16),可得各车载软件评价值与最优值的相对贴近度,进而对各车载软件进行排序,相对贴近度越大,体验评价结果越好。结果见表8
表8可知,车载软件1在手指运动平均加速度指标上排第1,在心理量值指标上取得0.90的佳绩,但在其他大部分维度指标上评分几乎为0,体验评价效果较差。
车载软件2在心理量值、视线向右倾斜度2项指标上排第1,且在手指运动距离、手指运动平均速度、运动中心点频率3个指标上评分为0,但与车载软件1相比较,其大部分维度指标上的评分较好。
车载软件3除了在心理量值、手指运动平均加速度2个指标上评分为0,在注视次数指标上取得0.99的好评分,但在其他维度指标上都排第1,体验评价效果最好。从雷达图上可以更直接地看出用户对3款车载软件在不同维度指标上的评价情况,如图4所示。
图4可知,车载导航软件除了在视线向右倾斜度、心理量值和手指运动平均加速度3个维度指标上排名为第2和第3,在其他维度指标上都排第1,用户体验评价效果最好;其次是车载空调软件,在多数维度指标上排第2;最后是车载媒体软件,除了在手指运动平均加速度指标上排第1,其他大部分维度指标排第3,体验评价效果较差。综上所述,车载导航软件体验评价效果最好,车载空调软件其次,车载媒体软件最差。
试验表明,该模型能客观反映该类车载软件用户体验的综合评价,为解决车载软件用户体验评价指标单一的问题,提供了一种指标更丰富的综合评价方法。本文提出的方法也可应用于其他车载软件的易用性测评中,对车载软件用户的体验改进具有实际的工程应用价值。
