In order to study the optimal posture angles and body-pressure distribution for passengers in an automotive zero-gravity seat, 30 subjects were recruited for subjective comfort assessments and static body pressure distribution tests. They adjusted the seat to their most comfortable position based on personal preference. Cameras recorded the resulting posture angles of each subject in the zero-gravity posture. Meanwhile, the pressure-sensing equipment captured the interface pressures between the human body and the seat. Non-parametric statistics was used to examine the influence of gender, stature percentile, and body mass index (BMI) on those posture angles and pressure distributions. The results show that gender significantly influences only the hip angle. Variations in stature percentile significantly affect the hip angle, the knee angle, and the mean pressure at the left shoulder. Changes in BMI significantly alter the mean pressure at the left shoulder region of the backrest, the lower back, and the entire backrest.

为研究汽车零重力座椅乘客的最佳舒适姿态角度和体压分布规律,招募30名被试者开展零重力座椅舒适性主观体验和静态体压分布试验。被试者通过主观体验的方式调整座椅至最舒适的位置,通过相机拍摄记录各被试者在零重力姿态下的舒适性姿势角度,同时利用体压采集设备采集人体与座椅之间的压力分布。通过非参数统计学分析方法分析被试者的性别、百分位及身体质量指数特征参数对人体舒适性姿态角和体压分布的影响规律,结果表明,性别变化仅对臀部角有显著影响;人体百分位变化仅对臀部角、膝盖角和左肩处的平均压力有显著影响;身体质量指数变化仅对靠背左肩处、下背部及靠背整体的平均压力有显著影响。

In order to study the optimal posture angles and body-pressure distribution for passengers in an automotive zero-gravity seat, 30 subjects were recruited for subjective comfort assessments and static body pressure distribution tests. They adjusted the seat to their most comfortable position based on personal preference. Cameras recorded the resulting posture angles of each subject in the zero-gravity posture. Meanwhile, the pressure-sensing equipment captured the interface pressures between the human body and the seat. Non-parametric statistics was used to examine the influence of gender, stature percentile, and body mass index (BMI) on those posture angles and pressure distributions. The results show that gender significantly influences only the hip angle. Variations in stature percentile significantly affect the hip angle, the knee angle, and the mean pressure at the left shoulder. Changes in BMI significantly alter the mean pressure at the left shoulder region of the backrest, the lower back, and the entire backrest.

汽车产业是国民经济的重要支柱,是“中国制造”实现创新驱动、转型升级、由大变强的主战场[1]。在汽车发展竞争日趋激烈的背景下,各大主机厂商加速了自动驾驶汽车的研发。在未来自动驾驶场景下,驾驶员和乘客有更多的时间在长途旅行中从事各种活动,因此,座舱驾乘舒适性需求大幅提升[2]。有研究表明,车辆行驶过程中乘客们最喜欢从事的活动是睡觉或者休息[3-5],身体躺在接近水平的位置可以获得更好的舒适体验[6]。但考虑到乘坐安全和座舱本身的空间限制,有必要考虑倾斜的座垫和靠背组合,而“零重力座椅”因其独有的一键调节零压坐姿功能,能减轻肌肉骨骼压力并减少横膈膜和脊柱的受力,以达到乘员舒适的姿态[7-8],逐渐受到消费者的青睐。
国内外学者对于座椅舒适性研究主要聚焦于座椅姿态的研究。STANGLMEIER等[9]研究了自动驾驶场景下座椅座垫角度和靠背角度对23名被试者睡眠质量的影响,结果发现随着座椅靠背倾斜角度的增加,被试者的睡眠质量逐渐增加,并建议将座垫和靠背倾角分别设置为40°和155°以改善被试者的睡眠质量。CABALLERO-BRUNO等[10]也研究了车辆行驶过程中不同座椅角度对乘客舒适性影响,结果表明,半躺姿态可以为乘客提供更舒适的乘坐体验。此外,人体-座椅之间的压力分布与人体舒适性和生物力学品质密切相关[11-13]。刘洋江[14]基于仿真模型分析探讨座椅参数对于体压分布的影响规律,发现座垫面套的使用会显著增加臀部区域和座垫前端区域的最大压力值、臀部和大腿的平均压力值,而座垫泡沫硬度的增加会导致座垫各区域最大压力和平均压力均不断增大,座垫泡沫厚度的增加对座垫部分区域的最大压力值和平均压力值有一定的降低趋势。郭巍等[15]分析了座椅调节参数对体压分布的影响,发现不同百分位的整体靠背体压指标随着靠背角度的增加而增加,而座垫整体压力指标则呈现逐渐减小的趋势。杜长江等[16]对正常坐姿和零重力姿态下的人体与座椅间的压力分布进行测量,发现在零重力姿态下座垫和靠背处的体压分布更加均匀。然而目前对零重力座椅的人体舒适性姿态和体压分布研究尚不深入,需结合人机工程学和客观测试作进一步研究。
为进一步探究零重力座椅上乘客舒适姿态和体压分布规律,设计零重力座椅舒适性体验试验,并统计被试人员的舒适性姿态角度以及压力分布数据。借助非参数统计学分析方法分析人体性别及体征参数对被试者舒适性的影响规律,并确定舒适姿态角和体压分布的范围,为汽车零重力座椅舒适性设计提供参考。
依据GB/T 10000—2023中公布的中国成年人人体尺寸[17],本次试验招募18~70岁范围内3种典型百分位数的30名被试者(男21人/女9人),其基本信息见表1。根据身体质量指数(BMI)定义标准:苗条(18.5≤BMI<20.1)、正常(20.1≤BMI<23.9)和偏胖(23.9≤BMI<28.0)。此外,要求所有被试者具备常规乘用车驾乘经历,并且近期无身体不适以及肌肉骨骼疾病,所有被试者均签署了知情同意书。
(1)将某款零重力座椅固定于舒适性评价试验台,如图1所示,其中试验台可以满足主副驾的座椅固定以及调节功能,因零重力乘坐状态下不涉及驾驶场景,所以将试验台的方向盘调至最高位,以免干扰被试者的姿态调整。
(2)采用加拿大XSENSOR公司生产的压力分布测量系统,对人-椅接触面间的压力分布数据进行采集,如图1所示。其中,靠背用体压垫型号为 LX100:40.64.02,有效测量面积为50.8 cm×81.2 cm,量程0.7~27.0 kPa,坐垫用体压垫型号为 LX100:40.40.02,有效测量面积为50.8 cm×50.8 cm,量程0.7~27.0 kPa。
(3)以棋盘纸作为垂直和水平方向的参考,通过固定在三脚架上的相机拍摄人体关键位置标记点照片,以记录零重力姿态下人体关键姿态角度,测量现场如图2所示。
试验开始前对每位被试者进行简单指导,以帮助被试者熟悉试验内容和流程。同时在人体关键部位粘贴标记点以标记其位置。正式开始试验时,先正确放置、固定体压测试垫,保证表面平整无褶皱。再让被试者以放松姿势坐在座椅上,而后控制座椅调至大角度状态,直至被试者感觉到坐姿稳定、身体得到足够的支撑、身体压力均匀分散且无部位感到不适为止。然后固定拍摄相机,保持镜头平面与人体矢状面平行,且保持测量角度位于画面中心,用相机拍摄以记录被试者姿态。
体压数据采集前应先根据体压云图结果进行调试,以防座椅调整过程中体压垫发生褶皱导致测量误差,而后待体压云图稳定后对靠背和坐垫处的体压数据进行采集,每次测试时长180 s,每次测量重复3次。
根据拍摄的图片将对应被试身体上的标记点进行连接(图1),分别获取臀部角、躯干角、大腿角、膝盖角和小腿角等角度值。
使用SPSS软件(V27.0)进行数据统计分析,采用独立样本t检验分析性别因素对姿态角度和体压分布参数的影响;采用单因素ANOVA检验、LSD和塔姆黑尼T2(M)事后多重检验分析不同百分位人群、不同人体BMI对姿态角度和体压分布参数的影响。
参考李银霞等[18]的研究,选取零重力姿态下人体躯干角、臀部角、大腿角、膝盖角以及小腿角作为主要观测指标,对采集到的30名被试者零重力姿态数据进行分析,获取零重力姿态下人体舒适姿态角,结果见表2。与文献中的人体姿态角测量结果对比发现,当前人体舒适姿态角测量值除躯干角与膝盖角的上限略大之外,其余各舒适姿态角测量值均在文献[18]测量结果范围内,进一步验证了测量方法的可靠性。
座椅体压分布是反映座椅舒适性的重要指标之一[19],MEHTA等[20]的研究表明座椅较低的平均压力在一定程度上可以反映人体较高的舒适感。因此,本研究主要提取座垫和靠背处的平均压力进行分析。以某被试者为例,其零重力姿态下的体压分布云图如图3所示。由图可知,人体整个背部压力分散在肩部和腰部,座垫处压力则集中在臀部区域。整体来看,当前零重力座椅体压分布结果较文献[21]更均匀,说明零重力座椅确实能分散局部压力,避免人体与座椅交界面间的压力集中现象。为便于分析,根据人体与座椅间的压力分布特点,将靠背和座垫处体压分布云图划分为7个局部分区:右肩平均压力、左肩平均压力、下背部平均压力、左臀平均压力、右臀平均压力、左腿平均压力、右腿平均压力。
对30名被试者的体压分布数据进行处理,各分区的压力分布范围如图4所示。由图可知,座垫处的压力主要集中在臀部,符合从臀部到大腿逐渐降低的规律,靠背处下背部压力略高于左右两肩,这是因为座椅下背部腰椎处起主要支撑作用。此外,左右肩处压力分布也呈现略微不对称的情况,主要是因为试验座椅的右侧靠背侧翼内部装有安全气囊,导致右侧翼的角度和高度要大于左侧,对右臂提供了一定的支撑,进而导致右肩区域平均压力值小于左肩区域。
利用独立样本t检验分析性别因素对人体舒适姿态角的影响规律,结果见表3。由表可知,在零重力姿态下,被试者的性别变化仅对姿态角中的臀部角有显著影响(p<0.05),而对躯干角、大腿角、膝盖角和小腿角无显著影响(p>0.05)。计算结果显示,男性被试者的臀部角平均值为142.21°而女性被试者的臀部角平均值为137.66°,表明在零重力姿态下男性倾向于选择较大的臀部角度。
综合采用单因素ANOVA检验、LSD和塔姆黑尼T2(M)事后多重检验对人体舒适姿态角采集数据进行分析,以研究零重力姿态下,不同人体百分位(P5、P50和P95)变化对各个观测指标的影响,分析结果见表4。由表4可知,人体百分位变化对膝盖角度和臀部角度具有显著性差异的影响(p<0.05)。经过LSD事后多重检验分析,可以看出P5与P50、P95被试者的膝盖角均存在明显差异,P5与P95的被试者仅在臀部角度呈现较明显的差异。此外,各被试姿态角的测量结果表明,3个百分位人体的膝盖角平均值分别为144.61°、140.74°和141.00°,而臀部角平均值分别为138.45°、140.41°和144.24°,说明P5人群膝部角度值普遍大于其余2个百分位被试者的膝部角度值,而臀部角度值则相反。这是因为座椅在零重力姿态下纵向尺寸变长,而P5人体腿部相对较短,导致小腿被座椅前沿过度支撑。
针对身体质量指数的影响,同样采用单因素ANOVA检验、LSD事后多重检验以及塔姆黑尼T2(M)事后多重检验来分析苗条(S)、正常(N)和偏胖(O)3种体型对各个观测指标角度大小的影响,结果见表5。由表5可知,在零重力姿态下,被试者的BMI对各个观测指标角度值无显著影响(p>0.05),说明人体身材胖瘦对座椅舒适性姿态角度无明显的需求特征。
采用独立样本t检验分析性别因素对人体舒适姿态下平均压力的影响,结果见表6。由表6可知,在零重力姿态下,被试者的性别对各个区域平均压力不存在显著影响(p>0.05),也从侧面说明图4中的分析结果对于特性群体的男性和女性都是适用的。
综合采用单因素ANOVA检验、LSD和塔姆黑尼T2(M)事后多重检验对30名被试者的体压分布数据进行分析,得到不同人体百分位对零重力姿态下被试者各分区平均压力的影响,结果见表7。由表7可知,仅P50和P95分组人群对左肩区域压力分布有显著影响(p<0.05),而其他分组则无显著影响(p>0.05),反映了不同百分位被试人群经过姿态调整达到舒适状态后,人体-座椅接触面间的压力分布相差很小。
采用单因素ANOVA检验和LSD事后多重检验分析零重力姿态下不同BMI指数对各个区域平均压力值大小的影响,结果见表8。由表可知,BMI指数变化对左肩平均压力、下背部平均压力和靠背平均压力均有显著性影响(p<0.05)。此外,人体BMI影响的区域主要体现在靠背处,而对座垫处的压力分布则无明显影响,可能是不同体型的人体与靠背接触差异较大导致的。
以30名被试者为试验对象,开展零重力座椅的舒适性体验和体压分布试验,对采集到的舒适性姿态下的人体姿态角和体压分布进行分析,得出以下结论。
(1)基于零重力姿态下各人体姿态角的分析,获取了符合中国人体特征的零重力姿态角度范围;统计学分析结果表明,性别仅对臀部角变化有显著影响,人体百分位仅对P5和P95人群的臀部角、P5和P50与P5和P95人群的膝盖角有显著影响,而BMI对人体姿态角未见显著性影响。
(2)将座垫和靠背处体压分布云图进行分区并统计各分区的压力分布特征,获取了零重力姿态下人体各分区内的平均压力范围;统计学分析结果表明,性别变化对体压分布未见显著影响,人体百分位变化仅对P50和P95人群左肩处的平均压力有显著影响,而人体BMI变化对正常身材(N)-肥胖身材(O)人群的左肩平均压力、苗条身材(S)-肥胖身材(O)和正常身材(N)-肥胖身材(O)人群的下背部平均压力、靠背平均压力均有显著影响,其余区域则不存在显著影响。
当前研究主要分析了人体性别、百分位和人体BMI指数对零重力座椅的舒适性影响,事实上零重力座椅舒适性还受座椅设计(如座椅角度、泡沫属性)、环境因素(如温度、噪声),甚至文中提到的人体百分位和BMI区间的划分等多重复杂因素的影响,未来可以综合考虑增大被试者样本量,调整不同的人体百分位和BMI划分区间,以及不同乘坐场景等因素来分析影响零重力座椅舒适性的规律。
