To compare the key performance of different drive systems in battery electric vehicles, a study on the motor drive system was carried out based on the same vehicle parameters and companyprovided experimental data for variablewinding permanent magnet synchronous motors. Using the elitepreserving genetic algorithm and dynamic programming theory, the speed ratios for both singleand twospeed AMT drive systems were designed and optimized. These methods were applied to optimize the system speed ratios, and to design the dynamic and economic aspects of the winding switching process in variablewinding permanent magnet synchronous motors. The simulation results show that in terms of dynamics, the twospeed AMT drive system offers the best acceleration performance. In terms of economy, the variablewinding permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system achieves the lowest energy consumption per 100 km.

为比较纯电动汽车不同驱动系统的关键性能,基于同一整车参数和某公司提供的可变绕组永磁同步电机试验数据,对纯电动汽车电机驱动系统开展了相关研究。基于精英保留遗传算法和动态规划理论,对单挡、两挡电控机械式自动变速器驱动系统的速比进行了设计优化。采用了精英保留遗传算法和动态规划理论对系统速比进行设计优化,并对可变绕组永磁同步电机绕组切换过程进行了动力性和经济性设计。仿真结果表明,在动力性上,两挡自动变速器驱动系统的加速性能最优;在经济性上,可变绕组永磁同步电机驱动系统的百公里能耗最小,单挡自动变速器驱动系统的动力性和经济性表现最不理想。

为比较纯电动汽车不同驱动系统的关键性能,基于同一整车参数和某公司提供的可变绕组永磁同步电机试验数据,对纯电动汽车电机驱动系统开展了相关研究。基于精英保留遗传算法和动态规划理论,对单挡、两挡电控机械式自动变速器驱动系统的速比进行了设计优化。采用了精英保留遗传算法和动态规划理论对系统速比进行设计优化,并对可变绕组永磁同步电机绕组切换过程进行了动力性和经济性设计。仿真结果表明,在动力性上,两挡自动变速器驱动系统的加速性能最优;在经济性上,可变绕组永磁同步电机驱动系统的百公里能耗最小,单挡自动变速器驱动系统的动力性和经济性表现最不理想。

To compare the key performance of different drive systems in battery electric vehicles, a study on the motor drive system was carried out based on the same vehicle parameters and companyprovided experimental data for variablewinding permanent magnet synchronous motors. Using the elitepreserving genetic algorithm and dynamic programming theory, the speed ratios for both singleand twospeed AMT drive systems were designed and optimized. These methods were applied to optimize the system speed ratios, and to design the dynamic and economic aspects of the winding switching process in variablewinding permanent magnet synchronous motors. The simulation results show that in terms of dynamics, the twospeed AMT drive system offers the best acceleration performance. In terms of economy, the variablewinding permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system achieves the lowest energy consumption per 100 km.

作为新能源汽车的主要组成部分, 纯电动汽车具有结构简单、驱动效率高等优点, 是新能源汽车的主要发展方向 [ 1 - 2 ] 。目前,受限于电机功率密度以及动力电池比能量等技术瓶颈, 为提高纯电动汽车的动力性和经济性, 纯电动汽车驱动系统结构优化设计成为研究热点。
从变速器端来看, 纯电动汽车可采用单挡或多挡自动变速器(Automated Mechanical Transmission, AMT)驱动。单挡驱动具有结构简单、传动效率高、质量轻以及成本低等优点, 市面上纯电动汽车的驱动系统大多数采用单挡驱动系统 [ 3 - 5 ] ,如比亚迪纯电动汽车秦 EV、唐 EV 等搭载的都是单挡 AMT驱动系统。但单挡 AMT 驱动无法兼顾纯电动汽车工作转矩和最高转速,且在整车多工况行驶下,驱动效率下降,能耗增加,因此,有汽车厂商开始转向多挡 AMT 驱动。目前,纯电动汽车多挡 AMT 驱动大多采用两挡 AMT 驱动方案 [ 6 ] ,如 BMW i8 前驱动桥上搭载的是吉凯恩生产的两挡 AMT产品eAxle、保时捷电动汽车 Taycan 后桥上也采用两挡 AMT 驱动, 至于 3 挡及以上的 AMT 驱动方案则十分少见。
从电机端来看, 纯电动汽车可采用多电机驱动或者新型电机驱动。纯电动汽车多电机驱动一般包括:双电机耦合驱动、双电机轮边 (或轮毂) 驱动以及四电机轮边 (或轮毂) 驱动 [ 7 ] 。双电机轮边 (或轮毂)驱动以及四电机轮边 (或轮毂) 驱动结构属于分布式驱动系统。该驱动系统取消了原有的差速器构件, 能对单个车轮进行独立驱动, 可实现差动转向等功能, 但该驱动系统存在差速控制困难、非簧载质量大等缺点,目前还停留在试验研究阶段, 未实现商业化应用。双电机耦合驱动是采用耦合机构对双电机的转矩和转速进行耦合输出, 由于耦合机构复杂, 该驱动结构也还处于研究阶段 [ 8 - 10 ] 。此外,双电机驱动结构还包括牵引耦合驱动, 是将两个电机一前一后布置在两个驱动轴上, 两个电机不直接进行转矩转速耦合。由于该结构比较简单, 是目前纯电动汽车多电机驱动结构中的主流驱动形式,如特斯拉的 Model S 和 Model X 均采用了双电机牵引耦合驱动。新型电机驱动结构在本文中是指可变绕组电机 [ 11 - 13 ] ,该电机不同于传统电机, 采用了绕组切换技术, 可使电机在两套定子绕组模式下工作, 其优点在于提高了电机中高速段转矩输出能力且拓展了电机高效工作区。因此, 该电机作为驱动电机, 对提高纯电动汽车的动力性和经济性有明显的优势 [ 14 ]
综上所述, 由于电机和变速器的搭配十分灵活, 使纯电动汽车的驱动结构形式多样化, 不同的驱动结构对整车的动力性和经济性有不同影响。为此, 基于同一整车参数和某公司提供的可变绕组永磁同步电机试验数据, 选取纯电动汽车 3 种驱动系统结构, 分别是单挡 AMT 驱动系统、两挡 AMT 驱动系统以及可变绕组永磁同步电机驱动系统。这 3 种驱动系统均是单电机驱动系统, 对比它们对整车动力性和经济性的影响, 进而突出纯电动汽车多挡 AMT 驱动以及可变绕组电机等新型电机驱动对提高纯电动汽车动力性和经济性的优势, 为后续纯电动汽车驱动系统结构的优化设计提供一些参考。
图 1 a 和 b 所示,纯电动汽车单挡 AMT 驱动系统和两挡 AMT 驱动系统的控制过程是驾驶员通过踩下加速踏板和制动踏板使整车实际车速跟随理想车速, 而加速踏板信号和制动踏板信号进一步被整车控制器转化为转矩信号和机械制动信号。机械制动信号直接作用于整车, 而转矩信号被驱动电机接受并输出所需转矩, 该转矩进一步被单挡减速器 (或两挡 AMT)和主减速器放大后作用于整车,以使整车克服阻力并加速行驶。
相比结构简单的单挡 AMT 驱动系统, 两挡 AMT 驱动系统存在换挡控制过程, 用于调整电机部分工作点, 使其工作在电机高效率区, 以降低能耗, 延长整车续驶里程。此外, 本文选取全绕组下的可变绕组永磁同步电机电气数据用于单挡、两挡 AMT 驱动下整车电机部分的仿真研究, 以保证对比的平等性。
可变绕组永磁同步电机驱动系统的控制过程与纯电动汽车单挡 AMT 驱动系统的控制过程大致相同,如 图 1 c 所示,都配备有单挡变速器,主要不同点在于可变绕组永磁同步电机存在绕组切换过程, 切换时需保证电流调节器与可变绕组永磁同步电机工作在同一绕组模式下,以使电机输出转矩能准确响应整车控制器给定的需求转矩信号。可变绕组永磁同步电机绕组连接如 图 2 所示, 将两套定子绕组 (半绕组和全绕组)接入两套切换电路(切换电路 1 和切换电路 2 ),通过控制切换电路开关 $\mathrm{S}1$$\mathrm{S}2$ 的状态,可实现电机在不同定子绕组匝数下的运行。 在电机低速运行时,可关闭开关 $\mathrm{S}1$ 并打开开关 $\mathrm{S}2$ , 使电机定子绕组切换为全绕组, 保证电机高转矩输出;当电机高速运行时,可打开开关 $\mathrm{S}1$ 并关闭开关 $\mathrm{S}2$ ,使电机定子绕组切换为半绕组,保证电机工作在高效恒功率区。关于绕组切换时的物理与电路冲击问题, 可通过毫秒级的死区时间来减少电路切换时的冲击问题, 具体技术细节不作深入探讨, 本文主要从整车动力性和经济性角度来分析不同驱动系统下的纯电动汽车关键性能。
选取某款 ${4.5}\mathrm{t}$ 纯电动轻型货车的配置参数作为本文整车设计参数, 见 表 1
整车参数用来构建车辆纵向动力学模型, 性能指标中的加速时间、最高车速和最大爬坡度等参数用来设计驱动电机的峰值功率和额定功率, ${40}\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ 等速续驶里程用来确定动力电池总能量大小。
选取某公司所提供的可变绕组永磁同步电机的产品参数, 用于纯电动汽车传动系统中电机部分的仿真, 其产品参数见 表 2 。可变绕组永磁同步电机采用绕组切换技术 [ 16 ] ,即定子绕组匝数可切换改变, 分为全绕组和半绕组, 其中半绕组并不意味着其绕组匝数是全绕组的一半, 只是相对全绕组而言, 半绕组的匝数要少, 实际上本文采取的匝数比为 $3 : 2$ ,即半绕组的匝数是全绕组匝数的 $2/3$表 2 中全绕组和半绕组所对应的电机峰值功率和额定功率数值相同,均满足设计需求,而转矩和转速与电机本体设计相关,在此不作讨论。
图 3 给出了可变绕组永磁同步电机外特性和驱动效率 $\mathrm{{MAP}}$ 图,分为全绕组电机外特性和驱动效率 MAP 图, 以及半绕组电机外特性和驱动效率 MAP图。选取全绕组下的可变绕组永磁同步电机外特性和驱动效率 $\mathrm{{MAP}}$ 图上的数据用于单挡、两挡 AMT 驱动下的整车电机部分的仿真, 同时进行动力性和经济性优化设计, 以便和可变绕组永磁同步电机驱动下的整车动力性和经济性进行比较分析。
动力电池总能量是决定整车续驶里程的关键因素, 相应地可依据整车最大续驶里程去计算所需动力电池总能量。我国现行 GB/T 18386-2017 已规定电动汽车能量消耗率和续驶里程试验方法, 对于本文满载质量为 ${4500}\mathrm{\;{kg}}$ 的纯电动轻型载货车(N2 类),可依据 ${40}\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ 等速法来计算所需动力电池总能量,如式 (1) 所示。

汽车所用动力电池是由单体电池串、并联组合而成, 当计算出动力电池总能量时, 可进一步确定单体电池串、并联节数, 其表达式为 [ 17 ] :

式中: ${C}_{\text{bat }}$ 为动力电池容量,单位 Ah; ${V}_{\text{bat }}$ 为动力电池额定电压,单位 $\mathrm{V};{C}_{\text{cell }}$ 为单体电池容量,单位 $\mathrm{{Ah}};{V}_{\text{cell }}$ 为单体电池额定电压,单位 $\mathrm{V};{N}_{\mathrm{p}}$ 为单体电池并联节数; ${N}_{\mathrm{s}}$ 为单体电池串联节数。
表 3 统一给出了单体电池相关参数, 以及结合式(1)~(5)所计算出的动力电池设计参数,从而为下文动力电池数学模型的建立做准备。
选取中国重型商用车行驶工况 (China Heavy-Duty Commercial Vehicle Test Cycle for Truck-Light Truck, CHTC-LT) 作为整车运行工况 [ 18 ] 。CHTC-LT 工况 ( 图 4 ) 具体参数为: 循环时间为 ${1652}\mathrm{\;s}$ , 具体包括市区路段(309s)、城郊路段(874s)和高速路段(469s),续驶里程为 ${15.88}\mathrm{\;{km}}$ ,最高车速为 ${97}\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ ,平均车速为 ${34.62}\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ ,最大加速度为 ${1.14}\mathrm{\;m}/{\mathrm{s}}^{2}$ ,最大减速度为 $- {1.17}\mathrm{\;m}/{\mathrm{s}}^{2}$
在 CHTC-LT 循环工况下,可将整车百公里能量消耗指标作为目标函数来设计, 其目标函数表达式为:

根据整车动力性设计指标, 已确定了单挡和两挡 AMT 驱动系统中的 1 挡速比 $\left( {{i}_{1}{i}_{0}}\right)$ 和 2 挡速比 $\left( {{i}_{2}{i}_{0}}\right)$ 的取值范围,如式 (7) 所示。

式(7)中,纯电动汽车两挡 AMT 相邻两挡之间的速比比值不应过大, 过大会影响整车行驶平顺性 [ 19 ] 。根据以上目标函数和速比约束条件,采用精英保留遗传算法和动态规划理论对纯电动汽车单挡及两挡 AMT 驱动系统中的速比进行优化设计, 流程如 图 5 所示。
图 5 可知, 两挡 AMT 驱动系统的最优目标函数值 ${f}_{\text{obj }}^{ * }$ (百公里最小能耗) 不但与参数个体 (速比)有关, 还与在该参数个体下的换挡策略相关。 因此, 需采用动态规划计算两挡 AMT 驱动系统在某一参数个体下的最优换挡策略, 以求得该参数个体下的最优目标函数值 ${f}_{\text{obj }}^{ * }$ ,如 图 6 所示,再进一步采用精英保留遗传算法求解最优参数个体, 以便尽可能降低纯电动汽车采用该系统驱动时的能耗。
最终结果如 图 7 ~8 所示。 图 7 是对纯电动汽车两挡 AMT 驱动系统的速比优化结果, 可以看到, 当迭代次数超过 490 次之后, 各代平均能耗逐渐趋近于各代最小能耗, 即各代每个个体的能耗逐渐向最小能耗进化, 所对应的各代每个个体速比也逐渐进化为最优速比。两挡AMT最优速比为: 1 挡速比 19.7; 2 挡速比 18.3。
对纯电动汽车单挡 AMT 驱动系统的速比优化结果, 如 图 8 所示。由于只有单挡 AMT 驱动, 不涉及换挡过程, 也就没有动态规划求解过程, 所以算法迭代收敛要快。可以看到, 当迭代次数超过 160 次之后, 各代平均能耗逐渐趋近于各代最小能耗, 则所对应的各代每个个体速比也逐渐进化为最优速比,最终单挡 AMT 最优速比为 18.4。
在整车运行工况 CHTC-LT 下, 以百公里整车能量消耗指标作为目标函数来评价整车经济性, 其目标函数为:

根据目标函数, 结合精英保留遗传算法和动态规划理论确定最优速比,算法设计流程如 图 9 所示。
考虑到纯电动汽车采用可变绕组永磁同步电机驱动时, 可变绕组永磁同步电机的工作状态可切换为全绕组或半绕组, 且全绕组或半绕组状态下所对应的机械效率不同,因此, 有必要采用动态规划进行求解,求解过程如 图 10 所示。图中, ${\eta }_{\mathrm{m}}^{1}$ 为电机全绕组下的机械效率, ${\eta }_{\mathrm{m}}^{2}$ 为电机半绕组下的机械效率, 而在每个采样点处应选择最大效率, 以此可得该速比下整车最小能量消耗。
精英保留遗传算法优化系统速比结果, 如 图 11 所示。 图 11 a 和 b 分别展示了种群速比及其所对应的能耗寻优过程, 可以看出随着迭代次数的增加, 种群中每个个体速比所对应的能耗逐渐向着历代最小能耗方向进化, 同时种群中每个个体速比也逐渐向着历代最优速比方向进化, 最终可获得使整车驱动能耗最小的最优速比 18.4。
为充分利用车辆的牵引力, 保证纯电动汽车在换挡前后始终处于最佳加速性能, 可制定双参数动力性换挡规律,具体设计步骤如下。
1)在汽车某一加速踏板开度下,根据驱动电机外特性数据曲线分别计算单挡和两挡条件下不同车速所对应的汽车最大加速度, 并绘制单挡和两挡所对应的汽车最大加速度和车速关系曲线。
2)调整汽车加速踏板开度,计算汽车在每一加速踏板开度下的 1 挡和 2 挡所对应的汽车最大加速度和车速关系曲线。相同加速踏板开度下不同挡位所对应的加速度和车速关系曲线的交点即为动力性换挡点, 其动力性换挡点所对应的车速即为动力性换挡车速, 由此可得到不同加速踏板开度下所对应的换挡车速曲线,即为双参数动力性升挡曲线。
3)为避免频繁换挡,双参数动力性降挡曲线可在升挡曲线的基础上向左平移得到 [ 13 ] ,其平移间隔车速为 $2 \sim 8\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ ,由此可得到纯电动汽车两挡AMT驱动系统最佳动力性换挡规律。
图 12 为纯电动汽车两挡 AMT 驱动系统动力性换挡规律设计过程和结果。为显示清晰, 图 12 a 只显示了踏板开度为 100%、80%、60%、40%、20% 下的单挡最大加速度曲线和两挡最大加速度曲线, 相应两曲线的交点即为动力性换挡点, 该点所对应的车速即为换挡车速, 由此可得到不同加速踏板开度下的换挡车速曲线,即为动力性升挡规律曲线。 图 12 b 为两挡 AMT 动力性换挡规律曲线, 包括升挡曲线和降挡曲线, 曲线之间间隔一定车速, 以避免频繁换挡。
考虑驱动电机机械效率问题, 保证纯电动汽车在换挡前后传动系统效率始终处于高效区, 以避免多余能量损失, 延长整车续驶里程, 可由此制定双参数经济性换挡规律。考虑到该双参数经济性换挡规律的制定是一种多阶段决策问题, 可利用动态规划理论求得最佳经济性换挡规律。
首先, 对整车循环工况 CHTC-LT 进行采样, 采样点数为 $\mathrm{N}$ ,采样时间间隔定为 $1\mathrm{\;s}$ ,在此基础上, 利用动态规划理论找到最佳经济性换挡规律, 致使整车累计循环消耗能量最小, 即动力电池 SOC 变化量累计最小、剩余 SOC 最大,其表达式为:

式中: ${\mathrm{{SOC}}}_{k}$ 为状态变量; ${i}_{g.k}$ 为决策变量,取值为 1 挡速比 ${i}_{g,1}$ 或 2 挡速比 ${i}_{g,2}$ ; $\Delta {\mathrm{{SOC}}}_{k}$ 为效益变量,取决于当前状态 ${\mathrm{{SOC}}}_{k}$ 和当前决策 ${i}_{g, k}$
根据以上动态规划设计过程, 可以找到两挡 AMT经济性换挡点,如 图 13 a 所示,该换挡点的分布十分规则, 可作出一条曲线, 而该曲线即为两挡 AMT经济性升挡曲线。最终两挡 AMT 经济性换挡曲线,如 图 13 b 所示,包括升挡曲线和降挡曲线, 曲线之间间隔一定车速, 以避免频繁换挡, 导致乘车舒适性下降。
首先, 根据可变绕组永磁同步电机外特性曲线可以得到整车在不同加速踏板开度和不同绕组下的最大加速度和车速关系曲线,如 图 14 a 所示。为显示清晰, 图中只给出了加速踏板开度分别为 100%、 80%、60%、40%、20% 下的全绕组和半绕组整车最大加速度与车速关系曲线。在某一加速踏板开度下,为确保整车在电机绕组切换前后始终获得最佳动力,应将全绕组和半绕组下的整车最大加速度与车速关系曲线的交点作为最佳动力切换点, 该点所对应的车速即为最佳切换车速。因此, 改变加速踏板开度并找到每一个加速踏板开度所对应的最佳切换车速, 即可得到整车采用该电机驱动时的动力性升速切换曲线。此外, 为避免绕组频繁切换所带来的开关损耗问题, 动力性降速切换曲线与升速切换曲线的间隔车速为 $3 \sim 8\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ ,从而得到纯电动汽根据以上表达式并结合动态规划理论, 可写出求解过程表达式为:(14)车采用可变绕组永磁同步电机驱动时的绕组动力性切换规律曲线, 如 图 14 b 所示。
经济性切换规律设计应以整车驱动能耗最小为设计目标, 所以应充分利用可变绕组永磁同步电机的高效工作区, 确保电机绕组在切换前后, 电机机械效率始终处于较高值, 以避免多余能量损失。考虑到可变绕组永磁同步电机的机械效率与传统电机不同, 拥有两个效率区间, 分为全绕组效率区间和半绕组效率区间, 具体如 图 15 所示。
图 15 可知, 可变绕组永磁同步电机在半绕组下的高效区域 $\mathrm{B}$ 相比全绕组下的高效区域 $\mathrm{A}$ ,整体分布偏向于电机中高速段。为充分利用该电机的高效区域, 可对上述两个效率区间做差, 以找到主要效率分界线, 如 图 16 所示。在分界线的左侧, 电机全绕组效率要大于半绕组效率, 此时的电机绕组应切换为全绕组; 而在分界线的右侧, 电机半绕组效率要大于全绕组效率, 此时的电机绕组应切换为半绕组, 从而保证可变绕组永磁同步电机始终工作在较高效率区, 以便降低能耗, 延长整车续驶里程。
因此, 可依据主要效率分界线制定可变绕组永磁同步电机绕组经济性切换规律曲线, 如 图 17 所示, 包括绕组升速切换曲线和降速切换曲线, 曲线之间间隔 $3 \sim 8\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ ,以避免频繁切换所带来的开关损耗问题。
基于同一整车参数和某公司提供的可变绕组永磁同步电机参数, 本文设计了 3 种纯电动汽车驱动系统, 分别是单挡 AMT 驱动系统、两挡 AMT 驱动系统和可变绕组永磁同步电机驱动系统。本节将从动力性和经济性角度对以上 3 种驱动系统的性能进行综合对比分析。
图 18 主要以 $0 \sim {50}\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ 的加速时间,对纯电动汽车单挡、两挡 AMT 驱动系统和可变绕组永磁同步电机驱动系统的动力性进行了对比。由图可知, 相比单挡 AMT 驱动系统, 两挡 AMT 驱动系统在动力性换挡规律下的加速性能提高了 2.63%,性能最优; 可变绕组永磁同步电机驱动系统在绕组动力性切换规律下的加速性能提高了 1.38%,性能次之。主要原因在于, 可变绕组永磁同步电机驱动系统和单挡驱动系统都是单个电机驱动, 其速比设计既要满足整车动力性要求也要满足车速与电机最高转速相匹配的要求, 所以速比取值范围有限, 难以通过提高速比来提高整车动力性, 而两挡 AMT 的速比设计只需保证 1 挡速比取值满足整车动力性、 2 挡速比取值满足电机最高转速与最高车速相匹配要求即可, 所以 1 挡速比取值上限更高、取值也大; 纯电动汽车采用两挡 AMT 驱动时, 由于 1 挡起步加速性能要优于单挡 AMT 驱动系统和可变绕组永磁同步电机驱动系统,所以 $0 \sim {50}\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ 的加速性能最优。其次, 可变绕组永磁同步电机采用双绕组工作模式, 在整车中高速段可采用半绕组模式驱动, 稍微提高了电机转矩输出上限, 因此, 可变绕组永磁同步电机驱动系统的动力性要优于单挡驱动系统。
在 CHTC-LT 行驶工况下,对纯电动汽车单挡、 两挡 AMT 驱动系统和可变绕组永磁同步电机驱动系统的经济性进行对比, 如 图 19 所示, 主要将动力电池 $\mathrm{{SOC}}$ 和百公里能耗作为对比指标。由图可知, 相比单挡 AMT 驱动系统, 可变绕组永磁同步电机驱动系统在经济性绕组切换规律下的百公里能耗降低了 2.0%,性能最优;两挡 AMT 驱动系统在经济性换挡规律下的百公里能耗降低了 0.6%,性能次之。主要原因在于, 可变绕组永磁同步电机采用了绕组切换技术, 可进行双绕组驱动, 大大拓展了电机高效率工作区间, 所以能耗降低最明显。而两挡 AMT 驱动系统采用多挡速比调节方式, 将电机部分低效率工作点转移到高效率工作区, 所以驱动能耗相比单挡 AMT 驱动系统有所下降, 但提高并不明显。在 SOC 变化趋势上, 能耗最低的可变绕组永磁同步电机驱动系统减少最为缓慢, 两挡 AMT 驱动系统次之,最后是单挡AMT驱动系统。
综上所述, 从动力性对比来看, 两挡 AMT 驱动系统的加速性能最优, 可变绕组永磁同步电机驱动系统的加速性能次之;从经济性对比来看, 可变绕组永磁同步电机驱动系统的能耗最小, 两挡 AMT 驱动系统的能耗次之, 而单挡 AMT 驱动系统的动力性和经济性表现最不理想。因此, 当整车对动力性有较高要求时, 为控制电机成本而不增加电机峰值转矩的情况下,配备两挡AMT是最优选择。
在同一整车参数和某公司提供的可变绕组永磁同步电机试验参数下, 设计了 3 种纯电动汽车驱动系统结构, 分别是单挡 AMT 驱动系统、两挡 AMT 驱动系统以及可变绕组永磁同步电机驱动系统, 并对比研究了 3 种驱动系统对整车动力性和经济性方面的影响。
动力性上, 相比单挡 AMT 驱动系统, 两挡 AMT 驱动系统在动力性和经济性换挡规律下的加速性能分别提高了 2.62% 和 2.60%, 动力性能最优, 而可变绕组永磁同步电机驱动系统在动力性和经济性切换规律下的加速性能分别提高了 1.38% 和 1.14%,动力性能次之;经济性上,相比单挡AMT 驱动系统, 可变绕组永磁同步电机驱动系统在动力性和经济性切换规律下的百公里能耗分别降低了 1.53% 和 2.0%, 经济性能最优, 而两挡 AMT 驱动系统在动力性和经济性换挡规律下的百公里能耗分别降低了 0.4% 和 0.6%,经济性能次之。单挡 AMT 驱动系统的动力性和经济性表现最不理想。因此, 当整车对动力性有较高要求时, 为控制电机成本而不增加电机峰值转矩的情况下, 配备两挡 AMT 是最优选择; 而当整车对经济性有较高要求时, 应优先考虑多电机或可变绕组永磁同步电机等新型驱动系统结构, 该驱动系统对提升整车效率、降低能耗作用最明显。
