Aiming at the current industry issue of inadequate testing and evaluation indexes for the driving experience of intelligent parking assist system users, the paper proposes both subjective and objective evaluation indexes for driving experience. These indexes are experimentally validated and analyzed for correlation. Firstly, based on the functional logic of the intelligent parking assist system, a driving experience closedloop control system is established. Subsequently, combined with the closedloop system, the subjective evaluation index system is constructed using the experience ladder pyramid model. Then, the objective indexes are developed by using the GSM model. Finally, realvehicle tests were conducted on seven car models and analysis was performed using Pearson correlation coefficients. The test results show that the proposed evaluation indexes are suitable for assessing the driving experience, with all subjective and objective correlation coefficients above 0.5, which provides guidance for the design and evaluation of intelligent parking assist systems.

针对当前行业内智能泊车辅助系统用户驾驶体验测试评价指标不完善的问题,提出了驾驶体验主客观测评指标并进行了试验验证及相关性分析。基于智能泊车辅助系统的功能逻辑,构建了智能泊车辅助系统驾驶体验闭环控制系统。结合闭环系统,采用体验阶梯金字塔模型构建主观评价指标体系,还采用GSM模型进行了客观指标构建。针对7款车型进行了实车测试,并利用皮尔逊相关性系数进行了分析。试验结果表明,所提出的评价指标可适用于测试对象的驾驶体验测评,且主客观相关性系数全部>0.5,能为智能泊车辅助系统的设计和测评提供参考。

针对当前行业内智能泊车辅助系统用户驾驶体验测试评价指标不完善的问题,提出了驾驶体验主客观测评指标并进行了试验验证及相关性分析。基于智能泊车辅助系统的功能逻辑,构建了智能泊车辅助系统驾驶体验闭环控制系统。结合闭环系统,采用体验阶梯金字塔模型构建主观评价指标体系,还采用GSM模型进行了客观指标构建。针对7款车型进行了实车测试,并利用皮尔逊相关性系数进行了分析。试验结果表明,所提出的评价指标可适用于测试对象的驾驶体验测评,且主客观相关性系数全部>0.5,能为智能泊车辅助系统的设计和测评提供参考。

Aiming at the current industry issue of inadequate testing and evaluation indexes for the driving experience of intelligent parking assist system users, the paper proposes both subjective and objective evaluation indexes for driving experience. These indexes are experimentally validated and analyzed for correlation. Firstly, based on the functional logic of the intelligent parking assist system, a driving experience closedloop control system is established. Subsequently, combined with the closedloop system, the subjective evaluation index system is constructed using the experience ladder pyramid model. Then, the objective indexes are developed by using the GSM model. Finally, realvehicle tests were conducted on seven car models and analysis was performed using Pearson correlation coefficients. The test results show that the proposed evaluation indexes are suitable for assessing the driving experience, with all subjective and objective correlation coefficients above 0.5, which provides guidance for the design and evaluation of intelligent parking assist systems.

LEI Bin 等 [ 3 ] 基于典型停车场景,对泊车辅助系统的主观评价方法进行了研究, 从人机交互、操作逻辑、停车搜索能力、停车完成性、停车舒适性 5 个方面进行主观评价。蒙昊蓝等 [ 4 ] 提出了一种基于测试用例集的测试评价方法, 并利用乔哈里视窗理论建立了结果分析矩阵, 从性能局限、测试方法局限两方面对结果进行分析。闫晓雷等 [ 5 ] 通过实地调研, 选取平行泊位和垂直泊位作为测试场景, 评价维度分为车位搜索能力与泊车能力。马煜森 [ 6 ] 提出一种基于场景的测试方法, 设计了自动泊车系统的测试内容, 提出了车位识别率、车位释放能力、泊车能力等评价指标。张强等 [ 7 ] 基于自然驾驶数据, 对 APS 系统测试评价场景进行研究, 对平行车位、垂直车位的布置要求进行规定, 评价指标包含安全性指标及少部分体验性指标。李韬 [ 8 ] 对泊车辅助系统的测试场景、测试设备等作了介绍, 提出根据泊车流程, 需要对寻找车位过程、泊车过程、泊车结束、激活条件和退出条件进行测试。周竞等 [ 9 ] 等介绍了自动泊车系统的典型测试场景和主客观评价方法。刘普辉等 [ 10 ] 介绍了汽车加速驾驶品质的主客观测试评价方法。
ISO16787:2017[11]对泊车辅助系统的性能和试验要求进行了规定, 我国第三方测评机构一一中国汽车工程研究院股份有限公司发布的中国智能汽车指数 i-VISTA SM-ADAS-IPAT-A0-2019 智能泊车辅助试验规程 [ 11 ] ,规定了丰富的测试场景及客观性能评价指标, GB/T 41630-2022 [ 13 ] 规定了典型的测试场景。但是, 以上研究主要测试 IPAS 功能, 并未深入涉及驾驶体验, 且评价指标缺乏明确的主客观关联。
由于产品最终是由用户买单, 所以用户的驾驶体验至关重要, 针对当前行业内 IPAS 用户驾驶体验的测试评价指标不完善的问题, 在参考现有相关研究的基础上, 提出了驾驶体验主客观测评指标并进行了试验验证及相关性分析, 结果表明: 所提出的评价指标可适用于测试对象的驾驶体验测评,且主客观相关性良好。
智能泊车辅助系统: 在车辆泊车时, 自动检测泊车空间并为驾驶员提供泊车指示和/或方向控制等辅助功能的系统 [ 13 ] ,主要用于辅助驾驶员进行泊车, 自动泊车激活后驾驶员仅需要在发生危险场景时及时停止车辆, 标准泊车过程的车辆横向纵向移动均由系统自动控制。由于 IPAS 的技术发展已经相对成熟, 本文中的 IPAS 指的是全自动智能泊车辅助系统,速度及挡位均由系统控制。
功能逻辑跳转条件受泊车过程中安全、算法、 控制等因素的影响, 图 1 为跳转框图, 典型的 IPAS 工作可分为车位扫描, 功能激活、中断或退出, 泊车过程中,泊车完成等运行模式。
汽车驾驶体验通常被认为是衡量整个驾驶操作过程而产生的主观感受 [ 10 ] 。IPAS 驾驶体验反映了使用 IPAS 的驾驶员的主观感受, 整个过程中驾驶员接受了大量信息并予以评价 (动态感知), 同时不断通过理论值和实际值的比较来完成控制, 驾驶员 - 车 - 环境一起构成了闭环控制系统,如 图 2 所示。
主观评价或客观测试各有优缺点 [ 14 ] ,因此, 本文采用主客观结合的方法进行评价。结合 IPAS 主要运行模式, 构建其驾驶体验闭环控制系统, 为后续的测试评价指标构建提供参考。
“体验阶梯金字塔”模型是评价产品体验的一种常用模型, 它包含能用、可靠、可用、易用、愉悦、意义等 6 个层次, 并可以分为基础、中级、高级 3 个大的层次。结合 IPAS 的闭环控制系统, 以 “体验阶梯金字塔”模型为参考, 对主观评价评语进行归纳、分类与总结, 最终划分了包含安全性、 易用性、舒适性 3 个方面的驾驶体验主观评价维度, 建立了 IPAS 的体验阶梯金字塔模型, 如 图 3 所示, 以此建立用户视角的驾驶体验主观评价指标体系。
安全是底线, 如果用户对产品的安全性没有信心,会严重影响驾乘体验,比如泊车过程中与障碍物距离太近, 会引起部分用户的心理不安, 所以需要考虑距离控制。此外, 如果系统具备应急停车等安全性功能, 也会给系统的驾乘体验加分, 因此, 安全性需要考虑距离控制和应急停车功能。通过归纳评价人员的评语数据, 影响安全性指标的主要因素包括:距离控制、是否具备安全性功能,如应急停车等。
系统的功能激活、中断或退出, 涉及到按钮、 触屏操作或语音交互, 用户使用该功能, 首先需要学习该功能, 所以应该考察学习该功能的难易程度, 如果学习难度较高, 会影响用户的体验。学习完成后, 需要考虑操作性, 即用户操作的难易程度, 如正常驾驶姿态下, 能否操作到触摸面板的任何位置等。即使容易操作,还需考虑效率性,泊车效率也会严重影响驾乘体验, 如果 IPAS 不能比用户自己泊车更有效率, 那该系统的价值将大大降低。根据功能逻辑, 效率性主要涉及车位搜寻过程中、泊车过程以及泊车完成。此外, 还需要考虑容错性, 如出错和帮助的提示内容是否能引导用户快速找到解决方案等。因此, 影响易用性指标的主要因素包括:易学习性、易操作性、效率性和容错性。
在泊车过程中, 如果车速过快, 将给用户带来心理不适感。此外, 车速的波动、车身的顿挫俯仰都会影响用户的舒适性体验, 因此, 影响舒适性指标的主要因素包括: 车速控制、车体控制。
综上所述, 建立智能泊车辅助系统驾驶体验主观评价指标体系,如 图 4 所示。
为了将度量标准更好地应用于实践, Google 的 UX 团队提出了 GSM 模型,其中 G 是 Goal, S 是 Signal, M 是 Metric, 这是一种遵从 “目标-信号- 指标”的过程来定义数据指标的方法。本文以上述主观评价指标体系为基础, 以 GSM 模型为参考, 增加相对应的客观评价指标, 建立主客观评价指标, 见 表 1
其中, 主要客观测试指标计算公式具体如下。
车身距离控制 ${S}_{1}$ 由客观数据车身和障碍物的最小距离 ${P}_{1}$ 体现,计算式为:

式中: ${S}_{1}$ 为车身距离控制; ${P}_{1}$ 为多次测试中测试车辆在泊车过程车身和障碍物的最小距离的平均值; $N$ 为测试车辆在某个测试场景下的测试次数; ${d}_{\min }$ 为单次泊车过程中离障碍物的最小距离( $d$ 等于 0 则定义单次泊车失败)。
易用性指标以主观评价为主,包含部分客观测试指标。
车位搜寻效率 ${S}_{2}$ 由客观数据车位识别率 ${P}_{2}$ 体现, 计算式为:

式中: ${S}_{2}$ 为用户车位搜寻的效率性体验; ${P}_{2}$ 为测试车辆的车位识别率; $n$ 为测试车辆在某个泊车环境附近识别到泊车场景的次数; $N$ 为测试车辆在某个测试场景下的测试次数, $3 \leq N \leq 5$ ,超过 5 次都未成功则定义测试车辆在该场景下的车位识别率得分为 0 。
$ {S}_{3} = {P}_{3} = \frac{8 - \bar{Q} + 1}{8} \times {100}\% \text{。} $
式中: ${S}_{3}$ 为样车泊车过程中的效率性; ${P}_{3}$ 为样车的揉库系数; $\bar{Q}$ 为样车泊车成功的平均揉库次数(单次泊车揉库次数超过 8 次则定义为单次泊车失败), 用差值法计算揉库系数 ${P}_{3}$
泊车完成效率体验使用泊车成功率进行评价, 其计算式参考式 (2), 即泊车成功率等于泊车成功的次数与测试次数的比值, 泊车完成以成功泊入车位不压边界线或系统提示泊车完成为标志。
泊车过程的车速控制 ${S}_{4}$ 由客观数据最大车速 ${P}_{4}$ 体现。

式中: ${S}_{4}$ 为自动泊车过程中的车速控制; ${P}_{4}$ 为测试车辆在泊车过程中的最大车速; $N$ 为测试车辆在某个测试场景下的测试次数; ${V}_{\max }$ 为单次泊车过程中的最大车速。
车体控制通过俯仰角速度峰值及减速度变化率来进行测试, 其中俯仰角速度峰值即俯仰角速度的最大值, 其计算式参考式 (4), 减速度变化率即减速度的微分或可通过设备直接采集计算得出。
本次试验验证选取了 7 台近 3 年上市的车型进行主客观测评。
现实生活中的泊车场景是多种多样的, 为了测评的一致性, 本文的测评场景选择了垂直车位, 该类型车位是国内主流车位中排名靠前的车位类型, 占比 25% [ 7 ] ,车位尺寸参考 i-VISTA SM-ADAS-IPAT-A0-2019智能泊车辅助试验规程 [ 11 ] 中双边界车辆垂直车位, 或白色标线垂直车位的规定。
主观评价评分方法一般有 SAE 评分法 (10 分制)、德国贝尔评分法(10分制)、日本评分法(7 分制)、5 分制评分法等, LEI Bin 等 [ 3 ] 推荐 10 分制。 本文采用 SAE 评分法 (10 分制), 见 表 2 , 评估者根据车辆实际性能和完善程度之间的差距对每个指标进行评分。
主观评价人员的选择是主观评价的关键, 主观评价师的要求参考 T-CAAMTB 61-2021 汽车驾乘性体验测试评价规程 [ 15 ] 。“专业测评人员”指受过专业训练并具有基本车辆动力学知识的专业人员, 从事车辆驾乘性能主观或者客观测评 3 年以上。
为了保证评分的公正性, 由至少 3 名受训的专业测评人员根据 SAE 评分表以及 表 1 进行打分, 最后进行平均计算并四舍五入, 以 0.25 作为最小间隔, 确定该车型最终的主观评价分值。主要测试设备见 表 3
参考 i-VISTA SM-ADAS-IPAT-A0-2019 智能泊车辅助试验规程完成测试, 并提取评价指标, 其中客观数据采用 12 极点无阶巴特沃夫滤波器进行过滤, 截止频率 ${10}\mathrm{\;{Hz}}$ ,并参考 ${3.1} \sim {3.3}$ 节中的计算式或通过测试直接采集得出客观指标值, 如 图 5 所示。
本文采用皮尔逊相关系数进行相关性分析, 皮尔逊相关性系数公式为:

(5)式中: $\operatorname{Cov}\left( {X, Y}\right)$${XY}$ 的协方差; ${\sigma }_{X}\text{、}{\sigma }_{Y}$ 分别为 ${XY}$ 的标准差; ${X}_{i}{Y}_{i}$ 为样本值; $E\left( X\right) \text{、}E\left( Y\right)$${XY}$ 的数学期望。
皮尔逊相关性系数范围为 $- 1 \sim 1$ ,数值越接近 -1 表示强负相关, 越接近 1 表示强正相关。一般认为,相关性系数绝对值 $\geq {0.8}$ ,可认为两变量间高度相关; ${0.5} \leq$ 相关性系数绝对值 $< {0.8}$ ,可认为两变量间中度相关; ${0.3} \leq$ 相关性系数绝对值 $< {0.5}$ , 可认为两变量间低度相关。
根据前文方法, 得出主观评价得分和客观指标数值。主观评价中, 因为权重确认的变量因素太多, 本文暂不涉及权重, 要求评价人员根据主观评价对安全性、易用性、舒适性进行总体打分。整理数据结果, 相关性分析见 表 4
通过以上相关性分析, 揉库系数、俯仰角速度峰值、最大减速度变化率相关性系数大于 0.8 ,属于高度相关; 其他客观指标与主观评价的都大于 0.5, 属于中度相关以上, 相关性良好。
本文构建了智能泊车辅助系统驾驶体验主观评价和客观测试指标, 并进行了实车验证及相关性分析, 结论如下。
1)提出了契合体验阶梯金字塔模型的智能泊车辅助系统驾驶体验主观评价的 3 个维度:安全性、易用性、舒适性; 从 “目标-指标-信号” 的过程提出了俯仰角速度峰值、揉库系数、减速度变化率等客观指标, 并进行了主客观相关性分析, 相关系数全部 > 0.5 , 表明主客观指标相关性较好。
2)本成果可以促进 IPAS 驾乘体验测试评价方法的迭代。未来, 可以对完善主客观评价指标的权重以及驾驶体验生理性评价指标(如脑电、肌电等)等进行进一步研究。
