To address the potential safety risks caused by hydrogen leakage from the onboard hydrogen system in confined spaces, a hydrogen leakage diffusion simulation study was carried out on a hydrogen fuel cell semitrailer tractor in a confined space using fluent software. The results show that, using the backward hydrogen leakage data as a baseline, the hydrogen concentration near the vent increases by an average of 42.38% after upward leakage and by 99.89% after forward leakage. Taking the hydrogen concentration data at a leak rate of 10 g/s as a benchmark, the hydrogen concentration near the vent increases by an average of 4.68% at a leak rate of 20 g/s and 127.73% at a leak rate of 90 g/s. Under certain conditions, increasing the vent area can reduce the hydrogen concentration in the confined space, but it is far less effective than using forced ventilation near the vent. After a prolonged period of hydrogen leakage, the hydrogen distribution throughout the confined space gradually reaches equilibrium. Therefore, hydrogen leakage should be promptly and effectively restricted.

针对受限空间内车载供氢系统氢气泄漏后可能导致的安全风险问题,基于Fluent软件对氢燃料电池半挂牵引车在受限空间中进行了氢气泄漏扩散的仿真研究。结果表明,以氢气向后泄漏数据为基准,氢气向上及向前泄漏后,通风口附近氢气浓度平均增加42.38%和99.89%。以泄漏速率为10g/s的氢气浓度数据为基准,在20g/s和90 g/s的泄漏速率下,通风口附近氢气浓度平均增加4.68%和127.73%。在一定条件下,通风口面积的增大能使受限空间内氢气浓度降低,但通过增加强制通风装置的方法能更有效地降低通风口附近的氢气浓度。长时间的氢气泄漏后,整个受限空间中的氢气分布逐渐达到平衡,应及时有效地限制氢气泄漏。

针对受限空间内车载供氢系统氢气泄漏后可能导致的安全风险问题,基于Fluent软件对氢燃料电池半挂牵引车在受限空间中进行了氢气泄漏扩散的仿真研究。结果表明,以氢气向后泄漏数据为基准,氢气向上及向前泄漏后,通风口附近氢气浓度平均增加42.38%和99.89%。以泄漏速率为10g/s的氢气浓度数据为基准,在20g/s和90 g/s的泄漏速率下,通风口附近氢气浓度平均增加4.68%和127.73%。在一定条件下,通风口面积的增大能使受限空间内氢气浓度降低,但通过增加强制通风装置的方法能更有效地降低通风口附近的氢气浓度。长时间的氢气泄漏后,整个受限空间中的氢气分布逐渐达到平衡,应及时有效地限制氢气泄漏。

To address the potential safety risks caused by hydrogen leakage from the onboard hydrogen system in confined spaces, a hydrogen leakage diffusion simulation study was carried out on a hydrogen fuel cell semitrailer tractor in a confined space using fluent software. The results show that, using the backward hydrogen leakage data as a baseline, the hydrogen concentration near the vent increases by an average of 42.38% after upward leakage and by 99.89% after forward leakage. Taking the hydrogen concentration data at a leak rate of 10 g/s as a benchmark, the hydrogen concentration near the vent increases by an average of 4.68% at a leak rate of 20 g/s and 127.73% at a leak rate of 90 g/s. Under certain conditions, increasing the vent area can reduce the hydrogen concentration in the confined space, but it is far less effective than using forced ventilation near the vent. After a prolonged period of hydrogen leakage, the hydrogen distribution throughout the confined space gradually reaches equilibrium. Therefore, hydrogen leakage should be promptly and effectively restricted.

氢能是一种高效环保的二次能源, 氢燃料电池汽车是氢能研究的一个重要方面, 也是氢能在交通领域的主要应用案例。但氢燃料电池汽车在使用过程中存在安全隐患,氢气泄漏会对环境和人身安全造成威胁,受限空间下氢气的积聚更容易发生危险。
国内外相关学者对氢气意外泄漏, 随后燃烧和爆炸相关的风险进行了研究 [ 1 ] ,形成了一系列标准和指南 [ 2 ] 。EKOTO等 [ 3 ] 对仓库内氢气泄漏扩散进行了试验,分析了封闭空间中氢的燃烧特性。 GIANNISSI 等 [ 4 - 5 ] 模拟了密闭空间自然通风的氢气泄漏,并验证了模型的有效性。HUSSEIN 等 [ 6 ] 分析了通风条件下地下车库氢气泄漏角度对氢气积聚的影响。黄腾 [ 7 ] 则对大型地下车库内氢气泄漏与扩散进行了研究。袁裕鹏等 [ 8 ] 利用Fluent软件模拟燃料电池客船舱内管道发生氢气泄漏并引发爆炸的情况, SALVA 等 [ 9 ] 使用数值模拟方法分析了氢气泄漏后的氢燃料电池汽车内部安全性。在研究氢气泄漏安全问题时, 大部分研究只关注了空间内氢气浓度分布, 在受限空间下, 氢气如何及时地从空间中排出, 对降低受限空间内氢气泄漏的风险也十分重要。
氢气泄漏会导致严重的安全事故, 受限空间会导致氢气积聚,形成易燃云和低温区域,从而带来严重的危害。为了研究密闭空间的氢气泄漏过程, 本文选取氢燃料电池半挂牵引车的车载供氢系统作为研究对象, 着重对比分析氢气在不同条件下的扩散流动过程, 泄漏后的氢气如何通过通风口有效地扩散至外部环境中, 分析不同通风口下氢气的流动方向和路径, 为降低氢气泄漏风险及氢气泄漏后该如何及时采取安全措施提供理论指导。
流体运动遵循基本的质量守恒定律, 即一个固定空间中的流体质量的时间变化率等于通过其表面的质量净通量。在氢气泄漏的情况下, 会产生空气混合物, 这可以用一个特定的方程来推导。连续性方程如式 (1) 所示。

动量方程是一个无处不在的流体运动定律, 描述了与流体系统内相互作用的与外力相关的动量变化率。该方程表示流场中混合物速度-密度的相关性,如式(2)~(4)所示。

氢气泄漏时会发生热交换,因此,能量方程也是核心方程, 其中, 对某一流体系统所作的功和加给该系统的热量,将等于该系统能量的增加。混合物的能量方程如式 (5) 所示。

式中: $h$ 为焓值,单位 $\mathrm{{kJ}}/\mathrm{{kg}};\lambda$ 为有效导热率,单位 $\mathrm{W}/\left( {\mathrm{m} \cdot \mathrm{K}}\right)$ ; $T$ 为流体温度,单位 $\mathrm{K}$ ; $\phi$ 为耗散功,与粘性有关的部分; $S$ 为流体中的热源。
氢气在空气中的泄漏扩散还需满足组分守恒方程, 如式 (6) 所示。

(6)式中: ${m}_{l}$ 为成分 $l$ 的质量百分比; ${\Gamma }_{l}$ 为成分 $l$ 的扩散系数; ${R}_{l}$ 为成分 $l$ 在单位体积内的生成率。
从燃料电池汽车中泄漏的氢气在流场中扩散时将产生湍流, 湍流的 3 种主要模拟模型有直接数值模拟、大涡模拟和雷诺平均法。直接数值模拟、大涡模拟都需要大量计算资源来模拟湍流, 而雷诺平均法的计算效率更高, 能生成足够精确的解决方案,可以满足实际工程需要。
雷诺平均法将湍流分解为时均量与脉动量两部分, 其中粘性系数模型更实用, 包括零方程模型、 一方程模型和二方程模型, $k - \varepsilon$ 二方程湍流模型比较常用。标准 $k - \varepsilon$ 模型的计算量适中,适用于低旋转流等简单流体, 但对于有自旋或大压力梯度的复杂流体可能不够适用。通过改进标准 $k - \varepsilon$ 模型, RNG $k - \varepsilon$ 模型解决了这一问题,实现了自旋流模拟, 可有效模拟中等复杂程度的流动, 如分离流、 旋流和射流撞击等。然而,该模型在模拟近壁区域的流动问题方面存在不足。针对这一局限性, 对可实现 $k - \varepsilon$ 模型进行了进一步修改,该模型能更好地模拟复杂的剪切问题, 如涡流和局部过渡, 以及圆孔射流问题。
本研究的车载供氢系统泄漏问题, 主要是由于连接处的振动导致管道脱落, 由此产生的圆孔泄漏使氢气与空气混合并在空间扩散。本研究选择能更有效地模拟圆孔泄漏的可实现 $k - \varepsilon$ 模型。
几何模型选择了一辆氢燃料电池半挂牵引车, 图 1 a显示了整车轮廓的一部分。车载供氢系统主要由储氢罐、阀箱、氢气输送管道、氢气减压管道、 汽化管道、支架等组成。由于车载供氢系统结构复杂, 模拟时需要对模型进行简化。本研究主要关注氢气从端口泄漏后在外部环境中的扩散, 简化模型省略了管道、控制阀和其他组件, 重点关注氢气供应系统的整体结构。简化模型包括驾驶室、底盘和供氢系统,如 图 1 b 所示。
氢气供应系统主要由供应管道及各类阀门组成。根据每条氢气供应线的位置确定泄漏模式。采用了 3 个泄漏口(分别称为泄漏口I、II和III)来模拟氢气向上、向后及向前的泄漏情况。泄漏口的位置如 图 1 c 所示。本研究的重点是泄漏事故发生后氢气在周围区域的扩散,因此, 在确定泄漏口的形状和大小时, 选择了导致氢气供应故障的供应管道断开这种最危险的情况。
在本研究中,要分析的受限空间是一个 ${10}\mathrm{\;m} \times$ $4\mathrm{\;m} \times 5\mathrm{\;m}$ 的矩形空间车库,空间上部有通风口, 图 1 d 展示了相应的几何模型。选择结构网格来划分模型的网格, 为了提高精度, 在氢气泄漏点周围对网格进行了细化, 块和网格划分结果如 图 2 所示。本研究选择了网格数为 56 万个、63 万个和 77 万个的 3 套网格模型进行网格独立性分析, 在车顶上方设置氢气浓度监测点, 不同网格数下该点氢气体积分数变化曲线如 图 3 所示。由图可知, 不同网格数量下氢气浓度曲线变化趋势一致,在仿真泄漏 ${60}\mathrm{\;s}$ 后, 不同网格数下的最大氢气浓度误差为 3%。选用 56 万个网格进行仿真, 既满足了准确性又减少了计算资源。
为验证本文所采用的模拟方法对空间内氢气泄漏扩散过程中氢气流动过程进行模拟的可靠性, 通过模拟验证了PITTS 等 [ 10 ] 所进行的空间氢气泄漏扩散试验的结果。根据试验场景,建立了物理模型和网格,模型为 1 个车库 (长宽高为 ${6.10}\mathrm{\;m} \times {6.10}\mathrm{\;m} \times$ ${3.05}\mathrm{\;m}$ ),车库中有 1 个钢质盒 (长宽高为 ${0.305}\mathrm{\;m} \times$ ${0.305}\mathrm{\;m} \times {0.150}\mathrm{\;m}$ )。在车库前壁面和右壁面处分别有 1 扇车库门 (长为 ${2.4}\mathrm{\;m}$ 、高为 ${2.1}\mathrm{\;m}$ ),以及 2 个正方形通风口 (边长为 ${0.2}\mathrm{\;m}$ 、高为 ${2.3}\mathrm{\;m}$ )。在试验时,车库门为关闭状态,2个通风口保持开启状态。 氢气经管道由车库外输送至钢质盒内, 并经钢质盒上部的正方形开口在 $1\mathrm{\;h}$ 内以均匀速率在试验空间内泄漏 $5\mathrm{\;{kg}}$ 氢气。在车库中间距离后墙壁 ${0.61}\mathrm{\;m}$ 处的不同高度, 布置了多个氢浓度传感器, 用于监测空间内不同高度的氢气浓度, 最高的监测点高度为 ${3.05}\mathrm{\;m}$ ,最低的监测点高度为 ${0.38}\mathrm{\;m}$ 。进行仿真时, 模型将空间内部多余结构进行简化, 设定为标准立方体空间, 也将泄漏氢气的实体钢质盒泄漏口简化为距离地面 ${0.15}\mathrm{\;m}$ 的正方形泄漏口,以便能均匀地向空间内泄漏氢气。试验现场的照片如 图 4 a 所示, 仿真模型按照 图 4 b 的方式建立。在 Fluent 软件中设定了模拟参数,并选择了试验中最高的 $\mathrm{P}1$ 和最低的 P2 两个监测点进行监测。试验数据与模拟结果的比较如 图 4 c 所示,监测点下氢气浓度的模拟结果与试验结果基本一致。将模拟与试验结果之差的绝对值与试验结果的比值作为相对误差进行比较, 可观察到不同泄漏时间下的误差对比。结果显示, 最高误差为 8.2%,在可接受范围内。由此得出结论, 模型可以用于仿真受限空间内氢气泄漏扩散。
为探索不同条件下的氢气泄漏扩散过程, 重点关注氢气在顶部的聚集现象, 本研究在受限空间的不同高度和空间顶部共设置了 40 个氢气浓度监测点, 监测点位置如 图 5 所示。氢气持续泄漏仿真时间为 ${60}\mathrm{\;s}$
本研究旨在研究氢气随时间持续泄漏的问题。 为了研究氢气的浓度分布特征, 选择了 3 个位于不同位置和方向的泄漏口。空间上部通风口尺寸为 ${0.8}\mathrm{\;m} \times {0.8}\mathrm{\;m}$ ,氢气泄漏速率为 ${20}\mathrm{\;g}/\mathrm{s}$
当受限空间内的氢气泄漏时, 氢气扩散受到车库墙壁的阻碍, 导致氢气积聚, 并由于密度低而在车库上壁形成可燃氢气层。到 ${30}\mathrm{\;s}$ 时,泄漏的氢气完全覆盖了车库上壁, 随着时间的推移, 车库中的氢气量增加,车库上壁的易燃氢气层逐渐增厚。
当泄漏 $\sqcap$ 泄漏时,氢气向上泄漏,空间中氢气扩散过程不会受到阻碍,由于氢气密度较低,会迅速向上扩散。当泄漏口II泄漏时,氢气向后泄漏, 受到车身结构的影响也非常小, 可燃氢气浓度区域主要在车辆后方。泄漏口附近浓度较高, 向外逐渐降低,形成锥形分布和斜线形特征。氢气泄漏后, 氢气浓度随扩散距离的增加而减少。当泄漏口III泄漏时,氢气向车辆前部泄漏,驾驶室后壁会阻挡氢气的扩散过程, 氢气迅速扩散到驾驶室后壁。由于驾驶室与供氢系统之间始终存在可燃氢云, 这直接给驾驶员带来安全隐患。对不同泄漏口泄漏氢气后的监测点氢气浓度进行分析, 重点关注通风口附近的氢气浓度, 选取 P28 及 P29 监测点的氢气浓度数据。如 图 6 所示, $- \mathrm{H}$ 表示氢气向后泄漏, $- \mathrm{Q}$ 表示氢气向前泄漏,-S 表示氢气向上泄漏。由图可知, 泄漏口向前泄漏时通风口附近的氢气浓度最高, 向上泄漏时次之,向后泄漏时最低。氢气向后泄漏时, 喷射出的氢气经浮力作用上浮后, 扩散至通风口附近,较多的氢气由通风口扩散至外部空间。氢气向前泄漏时由于驾驶室的阻碍, 氢气难以直接通过通风口向外扩散, 空间内部氢气浓度较高。以氢气向后泄漏时的数据为基准,氢气向上及向前泄漏时, 通风口附近的氢气浓度平均增加 42.38% 和 99.89%。
在设计车载供氢系统时, 为降低氢气泄漏带来的风险,氢气泄漏方向应尽量朝向无遮挡、无阻碍的空间以促进氢气的扩散。相关的受限空间如车库等,应在空间上壁面开通风口,且尽量靠近车载供氢系统,使氢气上浮后能快速扩散至外部大气中, 降低氢气积聚的风险。
氢气泄漏时, 泄漏速率与泄漏压力和泄漏面积有关。本研究以 ${70}\mathrm{{MPa}}$ 高压储氢罐为例,高压氢气经由减压阀减压至 ${0.5}\mathrm{{MPa}}$ 左右,供氢管道直径约为 ${10}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ 。危险情况下,管道脱落导致泄漏面积成为管道横截面积; 连接处松动, 致使泄漏面成为管道截面的一半, 此时泄漏系数为 0.5 。经计算选取 10、20 和 90 g/s 的泄漏速率来研究氢气泄漏的情况, 分别对应减压后的 3 组泄漏压力和泄漏系数, 即 ${0.5}\mathrm{{MPa}}$${0.5}\text{、}{0.5}\mathrm{{MPa}}$$1\text{、}{70}\mathrm{{MPa}}$ (高压氢气意外泄漏)和 1。
分析泄漏口I无遮挡泄漏情况下,不同泄漏速率下的氢气扩散过程。在氢气泄漏扩散时, 泄漏速率越大, 氢气扩散的范围也越大, 氢气能更早到达空间边界。泄漏速率较小时, 氢气的扩散速度较小, 空间中流体的动能也较小, 速度会衰减得更快。
对通风口附近的氢气浓度进行分析, P28 及 P29 监测点处的结果如 图 7 所示。在氢气泄漏速率为 ${10}\text{、}{20}\mathrm{\;g}/\mathrm{s}$ 时,氢气浓度缓慢平稳地上升。由于通风口的作用, 部分氢气扩散到外部空间中, 受限空间内的氢气分布逐步趋于稳定, 泄漏的氢气与扩散到外部的氢气逐步实现平衡。而当泄漏速率为 ${90}\mathrm{\;g}/\mathrm{s}$ 时,泄漏的氢气量远大于通过通风口扩散到外部的氢气量, 受限空间内氢气浓度持续上升。以泄漏速率为 ${10}\mathrm{\;g}/\mathrm{s}$ 的氢气浓度数据为基准,当泄漏速率为 ${20}\text{、}{90}\mathrm{\;g}/\mathrm{s}$ 时,通风口附近的氢气浓度平均增加4.68%和127.73%。通风口的大小在设计时也要充分考虑氢气可能的泄漏速率, 防止氢气泄漏后无法快速排出, 积聚的氢气将会引发安全风险。不同泄漏速率下,通风口附近的氢气体积分数,如 图 7 所示。
在工程设计中, 受限空间的通风口通常位于顶部。空间上壁面设有 3 个通风口,分别标记为 $\mathrm{S}1$ 、 S2 和 S3。3 个开口的面积分别为 ${0.64}{\mathrm{\;m}}^{2}({0.8}\mathrm{\;m} \times$ ${0.8}\mathrm{\;m})\text{、}{1.28}{\mathrm{\;m}}^{2}\left( {{1.6}\mathrm{\;m} \times {0.8}\mathrm{\;m}}\right)$${1.92}{\mathrm{\;m}}^{2}({2.4}\mathrm{\;m} \times$ ${0.8}\mathrm{\;m}$ ),开口位置如 图 8 所示。比较不同通风口面积下氢气泄漏扩散模拟结果可知, 随着通风口面积的增大, 车库上壁可燃氢气层的浓度逐渐降低。但氢气在空间的分布保持不变, 没有发生明显变化。 此外,将 $\mathrm{S}1$ 通风口设置为向外排风的窗口。不同通风口下氢气浓度在受限空间对称表面的横截面分布情况, 如 图 9 所示, 横截面位置如 图 10 所示。由对比结果可知, 通风口面积越大, 通风口附近的氢气浓度下降越明显。但是, 空间顶部的通风口对氢浓度分布的影响仅限于其附近, 对空间中的其他区域影响较小。加排风扇后, 通风口附近的氢气浓度明显低于其他情况, 整个受限空间内氢气浓度均有所下降。
对通风口附近氢气浓度进行监测, 选取 P26、 P27、P28 及 P29 四个监测点进行数据分析,如 图 11 所示。随着通风口面积增大, 通风口附近的氢气浓度略有降低, P28 监测点处的数据尤为明显。而 P27 处监测点的数据略有反常, 此处氢气浓度波动幅度也比较大。与单纯只有压力出口的 $\mathrm{S}1$ 相比, 增加向外排风的装置后, 各检测点的氢气浓度均有大幅下降,下降平均幅度为 43.59%。因此,增加排风装置非常有利于氢气向外扩散, 从而及时消除潜在的危险。
此外, 在远离通风口位置的空间氢气浓度分布受到通风口的影响较小, 监测点 P19 处不同通风口下氢气体积分数, 如 图 12 所示, 随着泄漏时间的增加,该点处氢气体积分数逐渐趋于稳定,泄漏的氢气与通过通风口向外界扩散的氢气逐渐达到平衡。在有向外排风的条件下, 氢气体积分数能更快达到平衡, 平衡后的氢气浓度略低于通过通风口自然扩散的浓度。而增加通风口面积对该点的氢气体积分数影响较小, 对整体氢气浓度分布影响也较小。
为探究通风口面积增大后, 氢气浓度下降幅度较小的原因, 本研究分析了不同通风口条件下的氢气速度矢量图, 再以此分析氢气泄漏后的具体流动方向。如 图 13 所示, 箭头方向为截面上该点氢气流动方向, 箭头较小或看不到箭头的地方是由于该点氢气流动方向垂直于该截面;图中不同的颜色表示该点氢气流速的大小。氢气由泄漏口向上泄漏后,喷射到受限空间的上壁面后向四周扩散,向车尾扩散的氢气部分经由通风口向外部环境扩散, 通风口的大小对其流动方向的影响较小。在通风口附近的氢气动量仍占主导作用,氢气所受浮力较小, 难以经由通风口逸出, 继续向车尾扩散, 碰撞到后壁面后, 在车尾上部形成旋涡状的流动。增加向外的排风扇后, 部分氢气在流经通风口时被强制排出到外部空间中, 通风口附近氢气流速较大。在一定条件下,增加强制通风装置比单纯扩大通风口面积更能有效地降低受限空间中的氢气浓度, 且可以适当地考虑在受限空间的侧壁面增加通风口。氢气泄漏量较小时, 氢气主要靠浮力作用向上扩散至通风口逸出; 泄漏量较大时, 泄漏的氢气碰撞到壁面后沿着壁面流动, 经由上通风口或侧通风口逸出。
针对车载供氢系统氢气泄漏后可能引发的安全风险问题, 以及氢气在受限空间内积聚会产生更危险的后果, 本文建立了完整的氢气泄漏仿真模型, 并进行了试验验证以保证仿真的准确性。
在受限空间中对不同泄漏位置的氢气泄漏扩散过程进行了研究, 结果表明, 泄漏口向前泄漏后, 通风口附近的氢气浓度最高, 向上泄漏次之, 向后泄漏最低。以氢气向后泄漏的数据为基准,氢气向上和向前泄漏后, 通风口附近的氢气浓度平均增加 42.38% 和 99.89%。应在受限空间上壁面开通风口, 且尽量靠近供氢系统, 使氢气上浮后能快速扩散至外部大气中,降低氢气积聚的风险。
对不同泄漏速率的氢气泄漏扩散过程进行了研究,以泄漏速率为 ${10}\mathrm{\;g}/\mathrm{s}$ 的氢气浓度数据为基准, 在泄漏速率为 ${20}\text{、}{90}\mathrm{\;g}/\mathrm{s}$ 的情况下,通风口附近的氢气浓度平均增加 4.68% 和 127.73%。通风口的大小在设计时也要充分考虑氢气可能的泄漏速率, 防止氢气泄漏后无法快速排出, 积聚的氢气将会带来安全风险。
此外, 还对不同通风口条件下的氢气泄漏扩散过程进行了研究, 在氢气向上泄漏时, 随着通风口面积的增大, 车库上壁可燃氢气层的浓度逐渐降低,但氢气在空间的分布保持不变,没有发生明显变化。在一定条件下, 增加强制通风装置比单纯扩大通风口面积更能有效地降低受限空间中的氢气浓度, 且可以适当地考虑在受限空间的侧壁面增加通风口。
