To extend the range of rear-drive electric buses, a brake force distribution control strategy based on intention recognition is proposed. Firstly, 400 sets of real-vehicle braking data were collected and analyzed. The brake pedal opening and its rate of change were used to calculate the braking force applied to the front and rear axles. Considering the battery constraints and the regenerative braking constraints of the rear axle motor, the braking control strategy is formulated and validated using Simulink-Trucksim joint simulation. The results show that the composite braking control strategy based on intention recognition achieves an accuracy of 95.7% in detecting the driver's braking intention. Under typical urban driving cycle in China, the fuzzy neural network-based energy recovery strategy, the fuzzy control recovery strategy, and the conventional recovery strategy increased the final state of charge (SOC) by 2.69%, 2.09% and 1.83%, respectively, compared with the non-recovery control strategy.

为延长电动客车续驶里程,提出一种基于意图识别的后驱电动客车制动力分配控制策略。采集分析了400组实车制动数据,通过制动踏板开度及开度变化率来计算整车前、后轴制动力。考虑蓄电池约束及后轴电机再生制动约束,制定制动控制策略,并通过Simulink和TruckSim联合仿真验证控制策略的有效性。结果表明,基于意图识别的复合制动控制策略对驾驶员制动意图识别准确率达95.7%。在中国典型城市循环工况下,与无能量回收控制策略相比,带有模糊神经网络回收控制策略、模糊控制回收策略及传统回收控制策略终值荷电状态分别提高了2.69%、2.09%和1.83%。

为延长电动客车续驶里程,提出一种基于意图识别的后驱电动客车制动力分配控制策略。采集分析了400组实车制动数据,通过制动踏板开度及开度变化率来计算整车前、后轴制动力。考虑蓄电池约束及后轴电机再生制动约束,制定制动控制策略,并通过Simulink和TruckSim联合仿真验证控制策略的有效性。结果表明,基于意图识别的复合制动控制策略对驾驶员制动意图识别准确率达95.7%。在中国典型城市循环工况下,与无能量回收控制策略相比,带有模糊神经网络回收控制策略、模糊控制回收策略及传统回收控制策略终值荷电状态分别提高了2.69%、2.09%和1.83%。

To extend the range of rear-drive electric buses, a brake force distribution control strategy based on intention recognition is proposed. Firstly, 400 sets of real-vehicle braking data were collected and analyzed. The brake pedal opening and its rate of change were used to calculate the braking force applied to the front and rear axles. Considering the battery constraints and the regenerative braking constraints of the rear axle motor, the braking control strategy is formulated and validated using Simulink-Trucksim joint simulation. The results show that the composite braking control strategy based on intention recognition achieves an accuracy of 95.7% in detecting the driver's braking intention. Under typical urban driving cycle in China, the fuzzy neural network-based energy recovery strategy, the fuzzy control recovery strategy, and the conventional recovery strategy increased the final state of charge (SOC) by 2.69%, 2.09% and 1.83%, respectively, compared with the non-recovery control strategy.

近年来,电动汽车的普及率不断增长,但续驶里程不足的问题逐渐显现。研究表明,在典型城市循环工况中,电动客车制动所消耗的能量约为驱动所消耗能量的50%[1],回收这一部分制动能量可以提高车辆能量利用率,进而增加续驶里程[2]
电动客车制动系统由电机制动和机械制动两部分组成,整体控制难度比传统制动系统大,准确识别驾驶员的制动意图有益于制动控制策略的设计[3],可为电制动和摩擦制动的复合制动奠定基础[4]。在车辆电动化、智能化背景下,驾驶员制动意图识别控制已成为研究热点[5-7]。马建等[8]为了实现单轴驱动电动汽车能量回收最大化,在保证满足ECE(Economic Commission of Europe)法规和安全性的前提下,将尽可能多的制动力分配到驱动轴,但其研究对象为前驱电动轿车,是否适用于后驱电动客车尚不清晰。ZHANG Junzhi等[9]、张抗抗等[10]针对后驱电动客车,提出不同制动强度下的转矩分配方法,丰富了后驱电动客车能量回收的制动控制,但分配方法难以适用于解耦的线控制动系统车辆。XU Shiwei等[11]对驾驶员操作制动踏板行为意图分为轻度、中度及紧急3个等级,为车辆不同强度制动力分配奠定基础。XU Wei等[12]以平均角速度作为意图识别输入参数,研究了基于模糊控制的制动意图,能量回收比其他控制策略多达10%,但模糊控制依赖专家经验,不具备自学习自适应推断能力。LIAN Renzong等[13]提出了基于隐马尔可夫理论的双层制动驾驶意图识别,丰富制动意图辨识器的推断能力,但无法很好地捕捉驾驶员制动操作这种长期依赖关系。ZHAO Xuan等[14]选取LQV神经模糊系统的方法建立制动意图识别,并在此基础上建立了机电复合制动控制策略。刘晏宇等[15]通过对比分析模糊推理规则和神经网络两种制动意图识别方法,得出神经网络方法较准确。上述学者对驾驶员制动意图和制动能量回收进行了大量研究,但多数针对前驱电动轿车且意图识别多依赖专家经验,不具备自适应和自学习能力,相应的控制策略也不适用于解耦式后驱电动客车。
本文以一款正在设计的后驱电动客车为研究对象,首先通过分析大量实车制动数据,选取模糊神经网络制动意图的方法进行制动强度识别,再对比分析模糊神经网络回收策略、模糊控制回收策略、传统回收控制策略及无能量回收控制策略,最后在Matlab/Simulink和TruckSim中联合仿真验证了所提控制策略的有效性。
为保证实车道路测试数据的可靠性,试验在晴天或阴天,风速不大于5 m/s的条件下进行,在整个试验过程中尽可能保持初始制动速度、空气阻力等因素一致,以此来采集不同制动强度下驾驶员制动踏板开度及开度变化率。通过将试验车行驶至平坦、硬实、干燥且轮胎与路面间的附着系数不小于0.7的沥青路面上,在满足GB 21670 — 2008《乘用车制动系统技术要求及试验方法》等要求下,从0开始加速,当速度达到40 km/h时,驾驶员进行切换踏板操作进行制动,同时,为尽可能减小热衰退带来的影响,每间隔0.5 h做20组。
采用CAN卡连接车辆OBD口和上位机,读取行驶过程中的车辆参数,本文只读取与制动强度相关的参数,如车速、制动减速度、制动踏板开度等,采样频率为2 500 Hz。实车及上位机如图1所示。
通过实车道路试验的方法获取了小强度制动、中强度制动、大强度制动、紧急制动的试验结果各100组,进行统计分析,表1为不同制动踏板开度和开度变化率下,不同制动意图发生的频数统计结果。小强度制动下频数大小依次为S/S、S/M、M/S、S/B或M/M、S/E;中强度制动下频数大小依次为M/M、M/B、M/E、B/S、S/B、S/E;大强度制动下频数大小依次为B/M、B/E、B/B、B/S、M/E、E/S;紧急制动下频数大小依次为E/B、B/E、B/B、E/E、E/M、E/S。其中,S、M、B、E分别代表制动踏板开度及开度变化率小、中、大、紧急的模糊子集。
参考袁师召等[416]的分类方法,本文对400组电动客车制动工况数据进行分析,结合制动紧急程度将驾驶员制动意图分为小强度制动(保持一定车速并持续轻踩踏板的轻微制动操作)、中强度制动(遇异常状况采取的制动操作,实现车辆减速或停车)、大强度制动(面临潜在行车危险时,迅速减速或停车)、紧急制动(突发状况下采取的紧急制动)4种。
制动意图是驾驶员思维的体现,无法用具体事物描述,而通过控制模糊神经网络输入输出参数、模糊规则、隶属度函数可以更好地模拟驾驶员操纵踏板行为[17]
选用具有良好逼近非线性系统特征的Sugeno模糊神经网络模型来描述复杂系统的动态特性[18],设计自适应模糊神经网络识别器来进行驾驶员制动意图识别。网络由5层构成,如图2所示,前4层为前件网络,构成匹配模糊规则,最后一层为后件网络,产生模糊规则。
第1层:网络输入层,即制动踏板开度、开度变化率,输入节点由两个神经元组成,是线性的,将如下的网络输入信号传到下一层:

第3层:模糊规则制定层,节点与模糊规则一一对应,计算得出各规则的适应度,即:

常见的隶属度函数图形分布主要有梯形、三角形、正态型、钟形等。为兼顾控制性能和计算效率,采用梯形和三角形的隶属度函数分布。制动踏板开度和开度变化率的隶属度函数分布曲线分别如图3a、b所示。
EMB系统主要由驱动电机、传动机构及制动盘3部分组成。踏板位移传感器通过将踩制动踏板信号传送给电子控制单元(Electronic Control Unit,ECU),ECU结合其他传感器信号计算需求制动力大小,将其传给传动机构来推动制动衬块压紧制动盘实现制动。选用永磁直流电机,可得动态方程为:

基于电子机械制动(Electro-Mechanical Brake,EMB)的双轴后驱电动客车复合制动系统如图4所示。主要包括42 V车载电源、电子机械制动踏板、传感器、驱动电机、控制器(包括电子控制单元ECU、驱动控制器EMB-ECU)和CAN通信总线六大部分[19-20]。取消了传统的液压制动与气压制动,利用EMB系统实现了制动踏板和制动力的完全解耦,在制动法规、电机、电池约束下分配前、后轴制动力,使单轮的EMB制动和后轴电机制动独立可控,进而达到不同制动强度下的制动力需求。
前、后轴制动力分配按理想制动力分配曲线(I曲线)进行分配,可以保证前后车轮在任何附着系数路面上同时抱死,也可以在保证安全的前提下将更多制动力分配至后轴[21],如式(13)所示。

ECE R13制动法规和GB 12676均对双轴汽车前后轮制动系统提出了明确的要求。当制动强度z在0.2~0.8之间时,应满足[22]

并且利用附着系数总是等于制动强度,以此来保证较高的附着利用率。基于以上法规,对本文后驱电动客车而言,ECE下边界线为:

对于后驱电动客车而言,制动能量回收过程同时受到电机和电池的影响,因此需要考虑电机、电池对制动能量回收的约束。电机在不同转速下能提供的最大制动力矩关系为:

制动能量回收过程中,不同转速下电池对电机能提供最大制动力矩的约束关系为:

为保证电机使用寿命和电池安全,电机所能提供的最大制动力矩应为 T m _ m a x T b _ m a x中的较小者,即:

本文运用式(19)进行电池SOC估算,暂不考虑温度对电池性能的影响,安时积分法计算式为:

考虑到城市客车实际制动力按照I曲线分配存在超过其上方而导致后轮抱死发生侧滑的危险[23],因此,本文实际前、后轴制动力分配曲线略小于I曲线,差值主要由常用工况制动力幅度决定,如图5所示。确保在制动安全的前提下,分配更多的制动力到后轴进行能量回收,延长电动客车续驶里程。
当制动意图识别结果为小强度制动,即 z 0.1时,总需求制动力仅由后轴电机提供,此时前、后轴制动力分配关系如式(20)所示。

当制动意图识别为中强度制动,即制动强度0.1< z ≤0.3时,前轴EMB摩擦制动开始介入,后轴由电机提供需求制动力并进行能量回收。前、后轴制动力分配关系如式(21)所示。

当制动意图识别为大强度制动,即制动强度 0.3 < z 0.7时,此时需求制动力比较大,后轴需求制动力由电机最大制动力和EMB制动力共同提供,前轴制动力由EMB提供。前、后轴制动力分配关系如式(22)所示。

当制动意图识别为紧急制动,即制动强度 z > 0.7时,此时需求制动力较大且紧急,而由电机提供的制动力有限。为了安全考虑,紧急情况下退出电机制动,四轮制动力均由EMB提供。前、后轴制动力分配关系如式(23)所示。

制动控制策略如图6所示。当收到驾驶员对制动踏板进行操作的信息后,模糊神经网络制动意图识别模块识别出制动强度,即需求制动减速度。再根据制动强度、电池SOC值及速度判断是否进行能量回收。若符合,在制动强度、电机、电池等约束下根据式(20)~(23)进行前、后轴制动力分配。若不符合,前、后轴制动力将按照式(23)进行分配。
为使模糊推理规则能更准确地反映电动客车实际制动情况,结合表1频数统计表,根据发生概率最大化原则对不同模糊规则发生概率进行统计,制动意图概率统计结果见表2。小强度制动主要对应S/S、S/M、M/S三种情况,中强度制动主要对应S/B、S/E、M/M、M/B、M/E五种情况,大强度制动主要对应B/S、B/M、E/S三种情况,紧急制动主要对应B/B、B/E、E/M、E/B、E/E五种情况。
表3为基于实车道路制动试验数据发生概率最大化原则确定的城市电动客车制动模糊推理规则。由表3可知,随着制动踏板开度和开度变化率的增大,制动意图等级也在变大,符合实际情况。
图7为不同模糊规则下的制动意图识别等级,可知在小强度、中强度、大强度、紧急制动情况下,实际值与期望值之间误差较小,均能识别出16种规则下的制动意图等级。因此,经过训练后的自适应模糊神经网络能较准确地反映制动踏板开度、开度变化率与制动强度之间的对应关系。
综合考虑训练样本数量及训练次数对自适应模糊神经网络的影响[24],本文选择了47组典型制动试验数据作为训练集,设定训练次数为1 500次,最后再通过实车试验选取47组能反映小、中、大、紧急4种典型制动的实车数据来验证制动意图效果。结果表明,除2组数据外,其余均能被制动意图正确识别,准确率达95.7%。
为验证本文提出的后驱电动客车制动意图识别的可靠性和制动控制策略的可行性。在Matlab/Simulink中搭建了驾驶员PI控制模型、模糊神经网络制动意图识别模型、前后轴制动力分配模型、电机电池约束再生制动模型、复合制动模型及EMB模型(驱动电机模型、减速增距模型、运动转换模型、制动盘模型)等。在TruckSim软件中建立后驱客车整车模型进行联合仿真,逻辑框架如图8所示。首先,驾驶员将依据期望车速和实际车速之间的差值对踏板进行相应操作;其次,制动意图识别模块结合制动踏板开度及开度变化率计算需求制动强度z;最后,在需求制动强度下综合考虑电机电池特性后对电机制动力 F m o t和EMB制动力 F E M B进行分配。
本文研究的电动客车主要在城市工况中运行,为更接近车辆运行的实际情况,选取中国典型城市公交工况进行联合仿真,简称CCBC工况[25]。CCBC工况循环时间为1 314 s,最高车速60 km/h,平均车速15.9 km/h,整个工况包括19次制动工况和14次停车工况。设定电池初始SOC值为80%,路面附着系数设为0.8。通过仿真对比有无带模糊神经网络制动意图识别的复合制动控制策略,验证了基于模糊神经网络制动意图识别的复合制动控制策略在循环工况中的性能。车辆及各部件参数见表4
图9为CCBC工况下实际车速和期望车速曲线拟合效果。由图可知,CCBC工况实际车速能较准确地跟踪期望车速,整个行驶过程超调较小,表明电动客车在中国典型城市循环工况下,模糊神经网络制动意图识别模块能准确识别驾驶员的不同制动需求。
图10a为CCBC循环工况下的制动减速度曲线。由图可知,在整个循环工况下所研究的电动客车平均制动减速度为0.82 m/s2,最大制动减速度不超过1.8 m/s2,即制动强度不大于0.18,对于高附着系数路面而言,客车制动时一般不会发生抱死情况。CCBC循环工况下总需求制动力矩和电机所提供的制动力矩关系如图10b所示。在制动力需求较小的情况下,仅电机就可以满足需求制动力,制动力需求较大时,仅靠电机制动不能满足制动力需求,还需要EMB的摩擦制动参与。
模糊神经网络识别电池电流变化曲线如图11a所示。电流正值表示电机驱动,即能量消耗的过程,两种控制策略下超调较小。电流负值表示电机反转进行车辆制动,即进行能量回收过程,有模糊神经网络识别控制策略下可以更好地跟随车辆减速度。不同控制策略下SOC变化情况如图11b所示。循环工况结束时,无能量回收控制策略下SOC为75.54%;带有模糊神经网络意图识别回收控制策略下SOC为78.23%,带有模糊控制回收策略下SOC为77.63%,传统回收控制策略下SOC为77.35%。表明带有模糊神经网络制动意图识别的控制策略较模糊控制回收策略可以回收更多能量。
本文对实车道路测试采集的400组制动数据进行分析,采用模糊神经网络识别驾驶员制动意图等级,在ECE制动法规、电机特性以及电池特性等安全要素约束下建立前、后轴制动力控制策略,最后通过Matlab/Simulink与TruckSim软件联合仿真验证所提控制策略的有效性,得到以下结论。
1)城市电动客车主要运行在低强度制动工况,该工况下模糊神经网络制动意图识别准确率达95.7%。
2)基于模糊神经网络的制动意图识别能提高现阶段意图识别不具备的自适应自学习能力,综合考虑驾驶员对制动踏板的常规和紧急操作,在工程实践中有较强的实用性。
3)在CCBC工况下,带有模糊神经网络识别能量回收控制策略终值SOC高于模糊控制回收策略和传统回收控制策略,能达到延长电动客车续驶里程,提升车辆经济性的目的。
