To improve the olfactory experience satisfaction of intelligent cockpit vehicle fragrance users, and to find out the preferred fragrance categories of target user groups, this paper proposes a method for assessing vehicle fragrance preferences based on users' physiological signals. An experimental setup was created to assess the olfactory preferences of vehicle fragrance users, utilizing a smell experience tester as the odorgenerating device. Three commonly used vehicle fragrances, i. e., mint, jasmine and orange, were selected as the test samples. Thirtytwo participants were recruited for the test, and the changes in skin conductivity, pulse and respiration were measured and recorded by using the ErgoLAB multichannel physiological monitoring system. After the initial data processing on the ErgoLAB humancomputer interaction platform, users' subjective preference data were collected by using a semantic difference scale. A comprehensive evaluation model based on the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) was then established to analyze the objective data, and correlation analysis was conducted using Spearman's correlation coefficient to validate the findings. The results show a significant positive correlation between the comprehensive scores of objective physiological data and users' subjective preference ratings, with mint fragrance being the most satisfying to users.

为提升智能座舱车载香氛用户嗅觉体验的满意度,找出目标用户群体偏好的车载香氛品类,提出一种基于用户生理特征信号的车载香氛嗅觉感知偏好测试方法。搭建了车载香氛用户嗅觉测试试验环境,以嗅觉体验测试仪作为气味发生装置,以常用的车载香氛(薄荷、茉莉、甜橙)作为测评对象,招募了32名被试者进行香氛偏好测试试验,利用ErgoLAB 多通道生理仪检测并记录在气味刺激下用户皮电、脉搏、呼吸的变化,并在ErgoLAB人机交互平台上进行初步的数据处理,利用语义差异量表采集用户的主观偏好数据,建立基于优劣解距离法的综合评估模型对客观数据进行分析,用斯皮尔曼相关系数进行相关分析检验。检验结果显示,客观生理数据综合得分和主观喜好得分呈显著的正相关,薄荷味的香氛最能令用户感到满意。

为提升智能座舱车载香氛用户嗅觉体验的满意度,找出目标用户群体偏好的车载香氛品类,提出一种基于用户生理特征信号的车载香氛嗅觉感知偏好测试方法。搭建了车载香氛用户嗅觉测试试验环境,以嗅觉体验测试仪作为气味发生装置,以常用的车载香氛(薄荷、茉莉、甜橙)作为测评对象,招募了32名被试者进行香氛偏好测试试验,利用ErgoLAB 多通道生理仪检测并记录在气味刺激下用户皮电、脉搏、呼吸的变化,并在ErgoLAB人机交互平台上进行初步的数据处理,利用语义差异量表采集用户的主观偏好数据,建立基于优劣解距离法的综合评估模型对客观数据进行分析,用斯皮尔曼相关系数进行相关分析检验。检验结果显示,客观生理数据综合得分和主观喜好得分呈显著的正相关,薄荷味的香氛最能令用户感到满意。

To improve the olfactory experience satisfaction of intelligent cockpit vehicle fragrance users, and to find out the preferred fragrance categories of target user groups, this paper proposes a method for assessing vehicle fragrance preferences based on users' physiological signals. An experimental setup was created to assess the olfactory preferences of vehicle fragrance users, utilizing a smell experience tester as the odorgenerating device. Three commonly used vehicle fragrances, i. e., mint, jasmine and orange, were selected as the test samples. Thirtytwo participants were recruited for the test, and the changes in skin conductivity, pulse and respiration were measured and recorded by using the ErgoLAB multichannel physiological monitoring system. After the initial data processing on the ErgoLAB humancomputer interaction platform, users' subjective preference data were collected by using a semantic difference scale. A comprehensive evaluation model based on the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) was then established to analyze the objective data, and correlation analysis was conducted using Spearman's correlation coefficient to validate the findings. The results show a significant positive correlation between the comprehensive scores of objective physiological data and users' subjective preference ratings, with mint fragrance being the most satisfying to users.

随着汽车普及率的上升, 汽车已不再是单纯的交通工具, 而成为人们继家庭和办公室之后的第三生活空间 [ 1 ] ,智能座舱的发展使汽车的内部功能得到了进一步的扩展, 智能座舱以其独特的载体和空间属性, 能为驾驶员提供安全、高效、愉悦的综合体验 [ 2 ] 。汽车消费者们对车内嗅觉体验的要求也在不断提高, 车主一般会使用车载香氛来改善汽车内部的空气环境, 以此提升嗅觉的愉悦感。车载香氛通过释放芳香,可帮助消除车内异味,使智能座舱内部空气清新宜人, 也可使驾驶者们沉浸在愉悦的氛围中,提供一种独特的感官享受。在未来, 车载香氛将会是智能座舱较普及的功能, 为用户提供良好的嗅觉交互体验。
目前国内外研究者对嗅觉交互所做的研究主要有: MATSUKUR 等 [ 3 ] 设计了一套 MSF 混合感觉呈现器, 可以把气味快速传递给用户, 用户也可以快速切换想要的气味;YAMADA 等 [ 4 ] 研制了一种户外用穿戴式虚拟嗅觉呈现器原型样机, 该样机可依据室外环境中气味源和用户的位置, 控制气味的强弱; 中央美术学院的萨日娜 [ 5 ] 在家居用品的设计领域提出了一种嗅觉体验设计的研究方向, 开拓了一个新的家居用品市场, 通过将嗅觉与视觉、触觉以及各感官之间的交互作用结合在一起, 进行了新一代用户体验式家具用品的设计; 唐帮备 [ 6 ] 用嗅觉体验仪研究了一种基于气味唤醒疲劳驾驶的方法, 探明不同种类气味及不同浓度气味对驾驶疲劳的唤醒效果, 发现 80% 浓度的薄荷气体对驾驶疲劳的唤醒效果最佳;赵燕琳 [ 7 ] 通过脑电波测试分析被试者在嗅吸前后脑电波的变化,吸入不同配方的香柠檬精油,可以在一定程度上影响人的脑电波, 帮助减轻大脑疲劳,具有提神的作用。
目前国内外无论是嗅觉体验装置还是嗅觉体验技术, 在工程领域特别是汽车工程领域并没有得到很好的应用。什么样的味道产生的嗅觉体验使目标用户感觉最舒适、最愉悦是一个值得研究的问题 [ 8 ] ,本研究希望能提供可靠的理论依据来挑选目标用户群体喜欢的智能座舱车载香氛, 以提升用户嗅觉体验的满意度。
人的鼻腔内壁有一块大约 $5{\mathrm{\;{cm}}}^{2}$ 的粘膜,其中分布着 1000 多万个嗅觉细胞,它们与大脑有神经连接。当空气中的气味进入鼻腔时, 它便和里面的嗅觉细胞相遇。这时嗅觉细胞立即将其传入大脑, 就产生了嗅觉 [ 9 ] 。嗅觉作为一种感官感知能对情绪产生有效影响, 其在生理上所带来的体验以及给人造成的不同心理感受,与其他感官截然不同 [ 10 ] , 因为嗅觉接收器与大脑的边缘系统紧密相连, 而边缘系统是大脑的情感中枢 [ 11 ] ,所以相对于其他感官知觉, 如视觉和听觉等, 嗅觉感知能更直接且迅速地对人产生影响。不同人闻到不同气味时的反应不同, 收集被试者闻到不同气味后产生的生理变化, 并将这些生理变化和被试者的主观数据结合起来, 观察被试者在闻到喜欢的气味和厌恶的气味时, 生理数据有无明显变化, 从而得出结论。原理如 图 1 所示。
以嗅觉感官为基础来展开研究目标用户群体喜欢的车载香氛品类,利用 3 种精油气体以及作对比用的清水作为刺激源进行试验。试验步骤如下:
1)设置 4 组试验,每名被试者都需完成这 4 组试验;
2)在这 4 组试验中被试者分别测试制作车载香氛常用的原材料,薄荷精油、甜橙精油、茉莉精油 [ 12 ] 以及作对比用的清水,4 种原材料随机呈现, 用气味发生器进行刺激;
3)通过比对被试者刺激前后的皮电 (Electrodermal Activity)、脉搏 (Photo Plethysmo Graphy)、呼吸(Respiration)等生理数据,和试验中询问的被试者的主观感受, 综合分析得出令用户最满意的车载香氛。
基于生理数据和主观数据的嗅觉感知偏好分析方法如 图 2 所示。首先将薄荷精油、茉莉精油、甜橙精油、清水通过嗅觉体验测试仪转化为气味对被试者进行嗅觉刺激。使用语义差异量表 [ 13 ] 来记录被试者的主观数据, 通过 ErgoLAB 人机交互平台的多通道生理仪同步记录被试者的生理数据, 然后以被试者的生理信号数据和主观量表数据进行关联分析, 判断被试者的生理数据变化与主观数据的联系。
语义差异量表是语义分化的一种测量工具, 由社会心理学家奥斯古德和他的同事于 20 世纪 50 年代编制。此类量表由一系列两极性形容词词对组成, 并被划分为 7 个等值的评定等级 (有时也可以划分为 5 个或 9 个),主要含有 3 个基本维度,即 “评价的”(如:好的与坏的、美的与丑的、干净的与肮脏的)。它们具有显示任何概念涵义的语义空间的特质。研究者可以据此来描述任何概念及其相关问题性质或属性方面的根本意义。本次试验所用的语义差异量表见 表 1
通过 ErgoLab 软件自带的生理数据处理功能处理过数据后, 就可以得到被试者静默和气味释放这两个时间段的皮电、脉搏、呼吸等生理信号的各种数据, 如频率、最大值、最小值、平均值、方差、 标准差等, 每个数据都有各自的评价指标, 其中皮电采用均值指标, 脉搏采用均值指标, 呼吸采用标准差指标。
由于优劣解距离法 [ 14 ] (TOPSIS)的适用范围为评价对象得分, 且各个指标值已知。本次试验的主观数据和客观数据都是以得分的形式作为最后评定的, 因此可以采用优劣距离法来处理试验得到的数据。优劣解距离法的基本步骤为 (详细步骤如 图 3 所示):
1)将原始数据矩阵正向化;
2)将正向化后的矩阵标准化;
3)计算每个方案各自最优解和最裂解的距离;
4)根据最优解与最劣解计算得分并排序。
1)第 1 步:将原始数据同趋势化(一般选择指标正向化)。其中指标类型分为极大型、极小型、 中间型、区间型。正向化就是把各种类型的指标都转换为极大型。极大型指标的性质是越大越好。
极小型指标的性质是越小越好, 其正向化方式为:

式中: $x$ 为正向化前的数据; ${x}^{\prime }$ 为正向化后的数据; ${M}_{1}$ 为这一组数据中最大的值。
中间型指标的性质是越趋于某个特定值越好。 中间型指标正向化方式为:

式中: ${x}_{\text{best }}$ 为这组数据的特定值; ${x}_{i}$ 为这组数据中的每一个元素; ${M}_{2}$ 为这组数据中的任意一个元素与特定值差的绝对值的最大值。
区间型指标的性质是某个区间内最好的。区间型指标正向化的方式为:

式中: $a$ 为这个区间范围内的最小值; $b$ 为这个区间范围内的最大值; $\min \left\{ {x}_{i}\right\}$ 为这组数据的最小值; $\max \left\{ {x}_{i}\right\}$ 为这组数据的最大值; ${M}_{3}$ 为区间范围内的最小值与这组数据的最小值的差, 以及区间范围内的最大值与这组数据的最大值的差中的最大值。
本次试验的脉搏、皮电以及呼吸都属于中间型指标。
2)第 2 步:正向化矩阵标准化。
假设有 $n$ 个要评价的对象, $m$ 个评价指标(已经正向化)构成的正向化矩阵为:

3)第 3 步:计算得分并归一化。
$z$ 与最小值的距离 $f(z$ 与最大值的距离 $+ z$ 与最小值的距离)
定义最大值:

${\mathbf{Z}}^{ + }$$\mathbf{Z}$ 矩阵中每一列的最大值构成的向量。 ${\mathbf{Z}}^{ - }$$\mathbf{Z}$ 矩阵中每一列的最小值构成的向量。接着定义各个指标的最大值向量与最小量。
定义第 $i\left( {i = 1,2,\cdots , n}\right)$ 个评价对象与最大值的距离为:

得分:

${S}_{i}$ 为最终得分,分数最高即为最优方案。
为了得到嗅觉刺激与生理变化的关系, 进行了基于生理特征信号分析的嗅觉刺激试验, 整个试验主要由被试者、试验仪器、试验材料、试验过程等部分构成。
招募 32 名被试者,年龄 18~22 岁。所有被试者均身体健康,不吸烟,无中枢神经系统疾病,且心率、呼吸、血压、体温等重要指标都在正常范围内。在试验前被试者未使用任何气味大的物品。
先搭建试验环境, 通过在主控电脑上运行 ErgoLAB 软件设计出的试验程序, 主控电脑用声音频率线路与嗅觉体验测试仪器进行连通, 同时操控嗅觉体验测试仪, 依照 ErgoLAB 软件设计出的时间点和时间段进行嗅觉刺激试验, 被试者使用呼吸面罩进行安全的嗅觉刺激试验。实验室有良好的通风条件, 防止上次试验的气味残留。试验场景如 图 4 所示。
试验采用了重庆交互科技有限公司的嗅觉体验测试仪 [ 15 ] ,其受到 ErgoLAB 软件设计的程序控制, 散发试验所需气体, 还采用了北京津发科技股份有限公司的 ErgoLab 人机交互平台的多通道生理仪, 检测并记录被试者在试验过程中的生理特征数据。 嗅觉体验测试仪如 图 5 所示。
本次试验使用的嗅觉体验测试仪, 它可以实现与 ErgoLAB 软件的无缝衔接, 拥有 8 个气味通道和 1 个除味通道, 可以同时兼容液体气味源和固体气味源。嗅觉体验测试仪根据 ErgoLAB 指令释放相应的气体, ErgoLAB 和嗅觉体验测试仪通过一根音频线进行连接。以下为基于嗅觉体验测试仪的试验流程。
1)首先添加试验要使用的植物精油,将这些精油分别放入嗅觉体验测试仪的玻璃烧瓶中。不同的烧瓶对应不同的气泵, 而不同的气泵又对应不同的控制信号, 每个控制信号通过一个固定的声音频率信号进行转换, 最后运用音频转换模块实现通过设置的声音频率信号控制气味源散发出气味。
2)接下来设计试验程序。使用 ErgoLAB 设计软件对嗅觉感知偏好设计试验程序。主试者根据试验目的在 ErgoLAB 上设定对应烧瓶音频信号的播放时间与时长, ErgoLAB 可以直接调用音频信号通过音频信号转换模块将其转换为在嗅觉体验测试仪上试验气体的呈现时间和时长。
在试验过程中, ErgoLAB 人机交互平台可采集的生理数据包括皮电、脉搏、呼吸、眼电等,多通道生理仪佩戴方式如 图 6 所示。以 ErgoLAB 时钟在线同步,自主研发专利技术以 ErgoLAB 同步平台为核心可实时同步采集所有硬件数据。以鼠标键盘外部设备方式进行实时的半自动事件触发与时间段编码。
将制作汽车香氛常用的原材料薄荷精油、甜橙精油、茉莉精油和以及作对比用的清水这 4 种试验原材料装入嗅觉体验测试仪的烧瓶中, 嗅觉体验测试仪通过程序设计与按键设定可散发出不同试验需要的气体。
正式试验开始前, 做好各种仪器的准备工作, 并告知被试者试验任务和注意事项。每名被试者分别完成 4 组试验, 其中 4 组试验的先后顺序由 Python 程序随机决定, 且每组试验之间间隔 10 $\min$ ,期间被试者呼吸新鲜空气,以避免试验数据被前一种香氛所干扰。具体试验步骤如下。
1)告诉被试者试验内容和被试者在试验中将要完成的任务。
2)佩戴并固定仪器,在不影响被试者操作的地方, 把所有传感器打开后让被试者进入布置好的试验环境内, 被试者在里面可以自己调整选取一个足够舒适且能长时间保持的姿势后告知主试者。
3)主试者打开采集信号的 ErgoLAB3.0 软件, 新建一个工程项目, 加入一个 Screen Rec, 然后在 Record 的列表中选择 Wireless Sensors 后方可开始观测。观察采集到的数据是否正常。检查完毕后等待被试者的各项数据稳定下来, 让被试者适应了佩戴仪器后的呼吸等生理活动后使用嗅觉体验测试仪, 同时, 点击 ErgoLAB3.0 软件的 Start recording 开始记录被试者的生理信号。
4)试验过程中,首先让被试者准备好之后用鼠标点击屏幕,然后有 ${30}\mathrm{\;s}$ 的时间让被试者平复各种生理数据,之后释放气味,时间持续 $1\mathrm{\;{min}}$ ,在气味释放 ${10}\mathrm{\;s}$ 后开始询问被试者的主观感受,并让被试者根据屏幕上面出现的 表 1 来回答相应的等级。
5)一组试验结束, 取下被试者身上的试验物品, 整理试验设备, 保存好试验数据。
在试验中采集到的数据如 图 7 所示, ErgoLAB 软件可以对其进行初步处理, 将波形图中的各种数据转化为数字的形式, 再将这些数字储存在一个表格里。
建立数学模型对客观生理数据进行分析。其处理步骤为:第 1 步用式 (2)、式 (3) 对原始数据进行正向化处理; 再将得到的数据, 也就是把式 (6)中的矩阵进行标准化,将数据代入到式(7)。
接着再计算各评价指标与最优及最劣向量之间的差距。首先用式 (8)定义各个指标的最大值向量, 用式 (9) 定义各个指标的最小值向量。接着用式 (10)定义各个对象与最大值的距离,用式(11)定义各个对象与最小值的距离。最后用式(12)算出得分。
最终得到清水组生理数据 EDA 的得分为 $S =$ 0.11,生理数据 PPG 的得分为 $S = - {16.03}$ ,生理数据 RESP 的得分为 $S = {0.29}$ 。综上所述,清水组最终得分为 $S = {0.2152}$
得到薄荷组生理数据 EDA 的得分为 $S = {0.53}$ , 生理数据 PPG 的得分为 $S = {26.61}$ ,生理数据 RESP 的得分为 $S = {0.17}$ 。综上所述,薄荷组最终得分为 $S = {0.5581}$
得到茉莉组生理数据 EDA 的得分为 $S = - {0.04}$ , 生理数据 PPG 的得分为 $S = - {3.19}$ ,生理数据 RESP 的得分为 $S = - {0.06}$ 。综上所述,茉莉组最终得分为 $S = {0.1381}$
得到甜橙组生理数据 EDA 的得分为 $S = - {0.08}$ , 生理数据 PPG 的得分为 $S = - {9.8}$ ,生理数据 RESP 的得分为 $S = {0.12}$ 。综上所述,甜橙组最终得分为 $S =$ 0.088 6。
$S$ 值相对越大,说明该研究对象距离劣解越远, 则研究对象越好,表明评价对象越优。
对比 4 组试验数据, 其客观生理数据分析结果见 表 2
接着统计主观数据, 得到 表 3
为了更方便观察和比较排名, 下面建立复合图, 可以直观地看到被试者在不同气味刺激下主观喜好得分以及客观生理数据综合得分排名的高低情况, 如 图 8 所示。
图 8 可知, 在某一种气味中, 当被试者的客观生理数据排名越高, 其主观喜好评分就越高, 意味着被试者越喜欢这种气味, 所以薄荷味的香氛最能令用户感到满意。
用 IBM SPSS Statistics 软件对客观生理数据综合得分和主观喜好得分进行相关分析检验。相关分析是一种用于研究两个或多个同等地位的变量之间关系的方法, 它可以从数据中提取出变量之间的关系,帮助了解变量之间的相关密切程度。
首先, 对数据进行正态性检验。利用观测数据判断总体是否服从正态分布的检验称为正态性检验。如果数据符合正态分布, 则使用皮尔逊相关系数进行相关性检验计算; 如果不符合正态分布, 则使用斯皮尔曼相关系数进行相关性检验计算。符合正态分布的数据需要全部满足以下 5 个条件:
1)|偏度/偏度标准误差|<1.96;
2)|峰度/峰度标准误差|<1.96;
3)正态性检验的显著性均>0.05 ;
4)直方图大致呈左右对称钟形;
5)Q-Q图中散点大致与斜线吻合。
表 4 可知, 显著性并非都大于 0.05 , 所以本次试验的数据并不满足正态分布, 使用斯皮尔曼相关系数进行下一步计算。
由斯皮尔曼相关系数进行相关性检验计算得到,相关系数为 $1 > 0,\operatorname{Sig}$ 值为 $0 < {0.05},\mathrm{p} < {0.01}$ 。所以客观生理数据综合得分和主观喜好得分呈显著的正相关, 见 表 5
综上所述, 被试者的主观喜好程度和客观生理数据综合得分密切相关。被试者对某一种香氛在主观上的喜爱程度越高, 其在这种香氛上的客观生理数据综合得分也越高, 所以薄荷味的香氛最能令用户感到满意。
上述研究表明, 人们的生理数据变化与其主观感受有一定的联系, 原因在于让人感到舒适的气味通过人体嗅觉器官吸入体内并进入脑部,刺激大脑皮层增加脑啡肽等激素分泌,协助人体调节中枢神经系统,激发自身感觉变化,从而起到缓解疲劳的作用 [ 16 ] 。本次试验以喜欢偏好作为指标来收集被试者的主观感受, 以皮电、脉搏、呼吸作为生理数据进行采集。通过将客观数据构建数学模型, 利用数学模型分析, 以及利用语义差异量表采集用户的主观偏好数据, 以主客观并行的角度进行探讨。结果显示,被试者的客观数据和其对气味的主观喜爱程度密切相关。研究结果可为车企对智能座舱配备车载香氛的选择提供参考, 为用户提升驾驶体验提供帮助。此外, 人体还有脑电、心电、眼电等生理指标, 这些指标与主观评价是否存在相互影响, 是下一步研究工作中待解决的问题。
