During the actual road driving test process, strictly controlling the driving state of heavyduty trucks can be challenging, which makes it difficult to directly evaluate the energy consumption levels from the test results. Therefore, this paper proposes an energy consumption evaluation method based on the division of driving characteristic intervals. Firstly, by analyzing the distribution characteristics of test points in the China Heavyduty Commercial Vehicle Test Cycle for Truck (CHTCHT), a division scheme for the number and boundaries of speed and acceleration intervals for heavy duty trucks is proposed. Then, considering the impact of road slope, the actual road test data is filtered and used to calculate the average fuel consumption across different driving characteristic intervals. Finally, based on the cumulative driving mileage within each interval of the CHTCHT, the energy consumption evaluation results are obtained. The validation is conducted using three chassis dynamometer drum tests and two actual road driving tests. The results show that the proposed method improves the reproducibility of actual road energy consumption evaluation results for heavyduty trucks.

提出一种基于行驶特征区间划分的能耗评价方法。通过对中国货车行驶工况的工况点分布特征进行分析,确定了速度和加速度区间的数量与边界的划分方案。考虑道路坡度的影响,进行实际道路试验数据筛选,并用于计算不同行驶特征区间内的燃油消耗量平均值。结合中国货车行驶工况在不同行驶特征区间内的累计行驶里程,计算能耗评价结果。为了验证该方法的有效性,开展了3次底盘测功机试验和2次实际道路行驶试验,结果表明,所提出的能耗评价方法能提高重型载货汽车实际道路能耗评价结果的复现性。

提出一种基于行驶特征区间划分的能耗评价方法。通过对中国货车行驶工况的工况点分布特征进行分析,确定了速度和加速度区间的数量与边界的划分方案。考虑道路坡度的影响,进行实际道路试验数据筛选,并用于计算不同行驶特征区间内的燃油消耗量平均值。结合中国货车行驶工况在不同行驶特征区间内的累计行驶里程,计算能耗评价结果。为了验证该方法的有效性,开展了3次底盘测功机试验和2次实际道路行驶试验,结果表明,所提出的能耗评价方法能提高重型载货汽车实际道路能耗评价结果的复现性。

During the actual road driving test process, strictly controlling the driving state of heavyduty trucks can be challenging, which makes it difficult to directly evaluate the energy consumption levels from the test results. Therefore, this paper proposes an energy consumption evaluation method based on the division of driving characteristic intervals. Firstly, by analyzing the distribution characteristics of test points in the China Heavyduty Commercial Vehicle Test Cycle for Truck (CHTCHT), a division scheme for the number and boundaries of speed and acceleration intervals for heavy duty trucks is proposed. Then, considering the impact of road slope, the actual road test data is filtered and used to calculate the average fuel consumption across different driving characteristic intervals. Finally, based on the cumulative driving mileage within each interval of the CHTCHT, the energy consumption evaluation results are obtained. The validation is conducted using three chassis dynamometer drum tests and two actual road driving tests. The results show that the proposed method improves the reproducibility of actual road energy consumption evaluation results for heavyduty trucks.

重型载货汽车作为物流运输的重要方式, 其能耗分析对于提高能源利用效率和减少环境污染具有重要意义。根据我国现行法规, GB/T 27840-2021 《重型商用车辆燃料消耗量测量方法》明确了重型载货汽车在底盘测功机试验室内进行转毂能耗试验的方法。同时, JT/T 719-2016《营运货车燃料消耗量限值及测量方法》明确了在封闭的试验道路场内进行等速工况、加速工况和怠速工况能耗试验的方法。目前尚缺少实际道路能耗评价方法。
重型载货汽车的实际道路能耗受道路条件、 交通状况、天气、驾驶风格等因素影响,使评价结果存在较大的不确定性。郑宜嘉等 [ 1 ] 采集了商用车实时运营大数据, 应用短行程法构建了能反映目标车型运营特征的实际运行工况, 从而用于实际运行工况下的能耗仿真。HOLMEN 等 [ 2 - 3 ] 考虑车辆的动力需求、能量转换效率等因素,分析了道路坡度对实际运行工况下车辆能耗的影响。 AHN等 [ 4 ] 利用实际道路行驶数据,以车辆速度和加速度水平作为自变量,建立了能耗评价模型。 彭飞等 [ 5 ] 开展了面向实际交通状态的混合动力汽车能耗分析与验证研究,利用车辆比功率 (Vehicle Specific Power, VSP) 作为反映车辆行驶状态与能耗排放之间耦合关系的表征参数, 建立了混合动力汽车在实际交通状态中的能耗和 ${\mathrm{{CO}}}_{2}$ 排放因子测算模型。DURATE 等 [ 6 ] 基于实际道路行驶条件下的车辆油耗数据, 利用车辆比功率方法, 建立了燃料消耗通用曲线, 用于评估车辆在任意驾驶环境下的能耗。赵琦等 [ 7 ] 采集了轻型汽车和重型汽车在高速公路上实际运行数据, 并以此获得了比功率分布特征,进而开展油耗测算。 冯红晶 [ 8 ] 基于瞬时油耗率与瞬时 VSP 的对应关系, 计算得到不同 VSP 区间下的瞬时平均油耗率, 再利用 VSP 分布率计算得到不同速度区间下的平均油耗率, 从而得到基于 VSP 分布的商用车油耗计算模型。宋国华等 [ 9 ] 提出了基于平均行程速度的 VSP 分布数学模型,用于进行机动车油耗测算。 上述方法主要侧重于建立车辆行驶状态与能源消耗特征之间的关系,以评估实际道路能耗水平。 然而, 它们容易忽略其他可能影响能耗的外部因素,如道路条件和天气条件等。
由于车辆实际道路驾驶涵盖了实际交通情况和驾驶员驾驶习惯等因素,客观影响车辆实际使用状态下的能耗水平, 导致实际道路驾驶时能耗变化范围较大,再现性差,试验结果难以直接用于评价车辆能耗水平。为解决实际道路能耗评价问题,本文考虑法规循环工况的科学性以及提高实际道路试验结果的复现性, 提出了一种基于行驶特征区间划分的重型载货汽车实际道路能耗评价方法。首先,通过对能反映中国道路特点和重型商用车辆使用情况的中国货车行驶工况(China Heavy-duty Commercial Vehicle Test Cycle for Truck, CHTC-HT) 的行驶特征进行分析, 提出了重型载货汽车的速度区间和加速度区间的划分方法, 确定了区间的数量和边界, 从而用于分析 CHTC-HT 循环工况点和实际道路行驶工况点在确定区间划分方案下的分布情况。然后, 考虑道路坡度对能耗的影响, 对试验采集数据进行筛选, 并计算不同行驶特征区间内的燃油消耗量平均值。最后,结合CHTC-HT 行驶工况在不同行驶特征区间内的累计行驶里程, 获得实际道路能耗分析结果。
本文的主要贡献如下:
1)提出了一种重型载货汽车实际道路能耗评价方法, 能从实际道路行驶数据中提取出与法规循环工况具有相似特征参数的数据, 从而用于实际道路能耗评价;
2)利用所提出的分析方法获得的能耗评价结果具有高度确定性;
3)提出的能耗评价方法为建立实际道路能耗测试评价方法奠定了基础。
在 GB/T 38146.2-2019《中国汽车行驶工况第 2 部分:重型商用车辆》标准中, 提出了最符合中国特色的能反映我国交通特征和实际使用特征的 6 个重型商用车行驶工况, 其中最大设计总质量大于 ${5500}\mathrm{\;{kg}}$ 的货车应使用 CHTC-HT 行驶工况,其速度曲线如 图 1 所示。在 CHTC-HT 工况中, 车辆运行时间为 ${1800}\mathrm{\;s}$ ,行驶里程为 ${17.33}\mathrm{\;{km}}$ ,最大速度为 ${88.5}\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ ,最大加速度为 ${1.14}\mathrm{\;m}/{\mathrm{s}}^{2}$ ,最大减速度为 $- {1.21}\mathrm{\;m}/{\mathrm{s}}^{2}$
本文提出的基于行驶特征区间划分的重型载货汽车实际道路能耗评价方法的主要步骤如 图 2 所示, 具体为:
1)对不同速度区间和加速度区间划分方案下的CHTC-HT 工况点分布特征进行分析, 确定速度区间和加速度区间的范围、数量和边界;
2)利用远程数据采集终端, 采集试验车辆的车速、瞬时燃油消耗量、GPS 海拔高度等实际道路行驶数据, 分析试验车辆行驶路段的道路坡度, 并筛选出道路坡度小于 2% 的行驶数据, 作为有效行驶数据;
3)在确定的区间划分方案下,分析 CHTC-HT 行驶工况在不同区间内的累计行驶里程, 分析实际道路有效行驶数据在不同区间内的累计燃油消耗量和累计行驶里程, 计算重型载货汽车实际道路能耗评价结果。
在车辆行驶过程中, 可以采集行驶速度、瞬时燃油消耗量、GPS 海拔高度等数据。根据国家标准 GB/T 38146.2-2019, 不同时刻的加速度计算式如式(1)所示。

式中: ${v}_{i - 1}$${v}_{i + 1}$ 分别为第 $t - 1$ 秒和 $t + 1$ 秒的速度, 单位 $\mathrm{{km}}/\mathrm{h}$${a}_{t}$ 为第 $t$ 秒的加速度,单位 $\mathrm{m}/{\mathrm{s}}^{2}$
在 GB 17691-2018《重型柴油车污染物排放限值及测量方法(中国第六阶段)》附录 $\mathrm{K}$ 的累计海拔高度的计算方法中, 提出了道路坡度计算方法。首先, 利用不同时刻的行驶距离和海拔高度, 采用线性插值方法,计算分辨率为 $1\mathrm{\;m}$ 的不同离散路径点 $d$ 的插值海拔高度 $h\left( d\right)$ 。然后,以 ${400}\mathrm{\;m}$ 为窗口,计算不同离散路径点 $d$ 的坡度 ${\operatorname{road}}_{\text{grad }}\left( d\right)$ , 计算式如式 (2) 所示。最后, 对海拔高度进行 2 次光滑处理,获得不同离散路径点 $d$ 的道路坡度 ${\text{road}}_{\text{grad }}\left( d\right)$ 。在该方法的基础上,本文进一步根据不同时刻的行驶距离, 采用最近邻点插值方法, 获得不同时刻的坡度 ${\operatorname{road}}_{\text{grad }}\left( t\right)$

式中: $d$ 为离散路径点的累计行驶距离,单位: $\mathrm{m};{d}_{\mathrm{a}}$${d}_{\mathrm{e}}$ 分别为第 1 个和最后 1 个离散路径点的累计行驶距离,单位 $\mathrm{m};{\operatorname{road}}_{\text{grad }}\left( d\right)$ 为离散路径点 $d$ 处的道路坡度,单位 $\mathrm{m}/\mathrm{m};h\left( d\right)$ 为离散路径点 $d$ 处的插值海拔高度,单位m。
首先, 确定 CHTC-HT 工况的区间划分方案, 获得 $m$ 个速度区间和 $n$ 个加速度区间。
其次, 在确定的区间划分方案下, 分析 CHTC- $\mathrm{{HT}}$ 行驶工况在不同区间内的累计行驶距离,计算式如式 (3) 所示。

然后, 针对实际道路行驶采集数据, 分析行驶道路坡度,清洗坡度大于 2% 的试验采集数据。在确定的区间划分方案下,分析有效实际道路行驶数据在不同区间内的燃油消耗率平均值, 计算式如式 (4)所示。

最后,利用式(5)计算实际道路行驶能耗评价指标。

在制定行驶特征区间划分方案时, 需要满足以下 4 个约束条件。
1)根据 CHTC-HT 工况的最大速度、最大加速度和最大减速度,设定速度的区间范围为 $\left\lbrack {0,{90}}\right\rbrack$ $\left( {\mathrm{m}/\mathrm{s}}\right)$ ,加速度的区间范围为 $\left\lbrack {-{1.3},{1.3}}\right\rbrack \left( {\mathrm{m}/{\mathrm{s}}^{2}}\right)$
2)在 GB/T 38146.2-2019 中,匀速工况为车辆行驶过程中的加速度 $a$ 的绝对值小于 ${0.15}\mathrm{\;m}/{\mathrm{s}}^{2}$ , 车辆的行驶度 $v$ 大于或等于 ${0.5}\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ 的工况。因此, 在加速度的划分区间中需设置区间(-0.15,0.15)。
3)考虑 CHTC-HT 循环工况分为低速、中速和高速 3 个部分, 因此, 车速的区间数量应不小于 3 。
4)加速度的区间数量应不小于 3。
区间划分方法包括等宽区间、等频区间、基于树的划分等。因为等宽区间对离群点比较敏感,倾向于不均匀地将数据分布到各个区间, 所以可以识别数据极少的区间, 从而可用于确定行驶特征区间的划分数量。
采用等宽区间划分速度范围和加速度范围, 在不同的速度和加速度区间划分方案下,各区间内累计行驶里程占比最小值的情况如 图 3 所示。
随着区间数量的增加, 区间间隔减小, 即网格变得越 “细”。这导致CHTC-HT 工况在部分区间内的行驶时间非常短, 使行驶里程相应地缩短。当某区间内行驶里程占比为 0.05% 时, 该区间内的行驶里程为 $\left( {{17.33}\mathrm{\;{km}} \times {0.05}\% }\right)$ ,即 ${8.665}\mathrm{\;m}$ ,因此,以 0.05%作为阈值, 进行方案的划分筛选。考虑行驶特征区间划分方案的约束条件, 并结合 图 3 中的数据, 可以得出如 图 3 中红色虚线框所示的方案为可行的行驶特征划分方案,即:
1)当加速度的区间数量 $n$ 为 9 时,速度的区间数量 $m$ 应不超过 6,即 $\left\{ {\left( {m, n}\right) \mid 2 \leq m \leq 6, n = }\right.$ $9, m\text{、}n \in N\}$ ;
2) 当加速度的区间数量 $n$ 为 7 时,速度的区间数量 $m$ 应不超过 6,即 $\{ \left( {m, n}\right) \mid 2 \leq m \leq 6, n =$ $7, m, n \in N\}$ ;
3) 当加速度的区间数量 $n$ 为 5 时,速度的区间数量 $m$ 应不超过 10,即 $\{ \left( {m, n}\right) \mid 2 \leq m \leq {10}, n =$ $5, m, n \in N\}$
为进一步确定区间的数量, 在 AVL 公司的重型两驱底盘测功机上开展了 CHTC-HT 循环工况的转毂试验,并采集了车速、燃油流量等试验数据。试验车辆的主要参数见 表 1 , 油耗测试设备为 AVL 公司的KMA150容积式流量计。
按照 GB/T 27840-2021《重型商用车辆燃料消耗量测量方法》开展 3 次 CHTC-HT 循环工况的转毂试验,能耗试验结果的平均值为 ${23.799}\mathrm{\;L}/{100}$ $\mathrm{{km}}$ 。基于转毂试验数据,利用本文提出的基于行驶特征区间划分的重型载货汽车能耗评价方法, 可获得前文所述的不同区间划分方案下的能耗评价结果, 结果如 图 4 所示。
通过对比分析可知,区间划分方案为 $\{ m = 4$ , $n = 7\} \text{、}\{ m = 5, n = 5\} \text{、}\{ m = 2, n = 7\}$$\{ m = 2, n = 9\}$ 时, 油耗评价结果与转毂试验结果的偏差较小。考虑到速度区间和加速度区间的数量应尽量多,因此,确认区间数量方案为 $\{ m = 4, n = 7\}$ ,即速度区间数量为 4 , 加速度区间数量为 7 。
在区间数量方案 $\{ m = 4, n = 7\}$ 下,采用等宽法时, 速度的区间边界为 [0, 22.5, 45, 67.5, 90] $\left( {\mathrm{m}/\mathrm{s}}\right)$ ,加速度的区间边界为 $\lbrack - {1.3}, - {0.917}$ , $- {0.533}, - {0.15},{0.15},{0.53},{0.917},{1.3}\rbrack \left( {\mathrm{m}/{\mathrm{s}}^{2}}\right)$ 。 在该区间数量方案下, CHTC-HT 工况在不同区间内的行驶点分布和累计行驶里程如 图 5 所示。
图 5 可知, 在部分区间内, 工况行驶点分布较稀疏,对应的累计行驶里程也较短。因此,需要对区间边界进行优化。优化后的区间划分方案为: 速度的区间边界调整为 $\left\lbrack {0,{25},{45},{65},{90}}\right\rbrack (\mathrm{m}/$ s),而加速度的区间边界调整为 $\lbrack - {1.3}, - {0.85}$ , $- {0.55}, - {0.15},{0.15},{0.5},{0.85},{1.3}\rbrack \left( {\mathrm{m}/{\mathrm{s}}^{2}}\right)$ 。在这一调整下, CHTC-HT 工况在不同区间内的行驶点分布和累计行驶里程分别如 图 6 a 和 b 所示。通过对比 图 5图 6 ,可以观察到,在优化前的区间划分方案中,区间内累计行驶里程小于 ${0.08}\mathrm{\;{km}}$ 的区间数量为 5 , 而在优化前的区间划分方案中的数量为 3 。 因此, 优化后的区间划分方案更合适。
为了进一步验证优化后的区间划分方案的合理性, 选取底盘测功机试验数据作为数据样本, 利用本文提出的基于行驶特征区间划分的能耗评价方法对其进行分析。
在优化后的区间划分方案下, 根据式 (4), 可以计算 3 次 CHTC-HT 循环转毂试验在不同区间内的平均百公里油耗, 结果如 图 7 所示。由于在 3 次循环转毂试验中的驾驶员操作和实际车速存在细微差异, 因此会导致区间内的平均百公里油耗产生变化。
根据式 (5), 可以计算 3 次 CHTC-HT 循环转毂试验的能耗评价结果, 见 表 2 。由表可知, 虽然 3 次 CHTC-HT 循环实测结果与能耗评价结果存在差异, 但是差异均较小, 验证了优化后的区间划分方案的可行性。
本研究项目在柳州附近选取了一条综合道路, 分别覆盖了市区、市郊和高速道路, 驾驶员驾驶试验车辆沿测试路线正常行驶, 利用车载数据采集仪对车速、燃油流量、海拔高度等数据进行采集。2 次实际道路试验行驶数据如 图 8 ~9 所示。与第 1 次实际道路试验相比, 第 2 次的市郊段占比更低、高速段占比更高、海拔高度变化更大。这表明 2 次试验中,驾驶员操作、行驶路段存在一定的差别。
利用第 1.4 节的道路坡度计算方法对 2 次实际道路试验的道路坡度进行分析,分析结果如 图 10 ~ 11 所示。第 1 次和第 2 次试验的行驶道路坡度小于 2%的占比分别为 75.7% 和 74.6%,行驶道路坡度小于 1% 的占比分别为 46.0% 和 46.8%,相似度较高。
利用本文提出的基于行驶特征区间划分的重型载货汽车实际道路能耗评价方法, 对 2 次实际道路试验数据进行分析,分析结果如 图 12 ~13 所示。 由 图 12 a 和 图 13 a 可知, 第 1 次试验的行驶工况点在 $\left\lbrack {{25},{45}}\right\rbrack \left( {\mathrm{m}/\mathrm{s}}\right)$ 速度区间的占比较高,而第 2 次试验在 $\left\lbrack {{45},{65}}\right\rbrack \left( {\mathrm{m}/\mathrm{s}}\right)$ 速度区间的占比较高,同时第 2 次试验在大加速度和大减速度的区间占比较低。
对 2 次实际道路行驶试验数据进行分析, 试验实际能耗指标、剔除坡度大于 2% 数据后的能耗评价指标和利用所提方法获得的能耗评价指标见 表 3 。对于采集的原始行驶数据, 第 1 次实际道路行驶试验与第 2 次试验的原始百公里油耗差异为 ${1.336}\mathrm{\;L}/{100}\mathrm{\;{km}}$ 。剔除坡度大于 $2\%$ 后,百公里油耗差异为 ${1.736}\mathrm{\;L}/{100}\mathrm{\;{km}}$ ,利用本文提出的能耗评价方法,百公里油耗差异为 ${0.609}\mathrm{\;L}/{100}\mathrm{\;{km}}$
通过上述分析可以发现, 2 次道路试验的驾驶员操作、行驶路段存在的不同,导致利用原始行驶数据计算的百公里油耗存在差异。2 次试验的行驶道路路线存在不同,利用剔除坡度大于 2% 后行驶数据计算的百公里油耗差异变大。利用本文提出的能耗评价方法, 2 次试验的百公里油耗分析结果差异较小, 意味着本文提出的能耗分析方法, 能提高实际道路能耗评价结果的再现性。
提出了基于行驶特征区间划分的重型载货汽车实际道路能耗评价方法, 以底盘测功机试验和实际道路行驶试验对该方法的有效性进行验证, 得出以下结论:
1)获得了重型载货汽车的行驶特征区间划分方案,即速度区间边界为 $\left\lbrack {0,{25},{45},{65},{90}}\right\rbrack$ ( $\mathrm{m}/\mathrm{s}$ )、加速度区间边界为 $\lbrack - {1.3}, - {0.85}, - {0.55}$ , $- {0.15},{0.15},{0.5},{0.85},{1.3}\rbrack \left( {\mathrm{m}/{\mathrm{s}}^{2}}\right)$ ,并以 3 次 CHTC-HT转毂试验数据进行了验证;
2)对 2 次实际道路行驶数据进行分析发现, 与实际试验的能耗指标和剔除坡度大于 2% 数据后的能耗指标相比, 利用本文所提出的方法获得的 2 次试验的能耗指标差异较小。
3)本文所提出的重型载货汽车实际道路能耗评价方法, 能从实际道路行驶数据中提取与法规循环工况具有相似特征参数的数据, 从而提高实际道路能耗评价结果的再现性;
4)相较于转毂试验能耗结果, 基于本文所提出的方法得出的实际道路能耗评价结果较低, 有待后续进一步研究。
