Current research show that female passengers have a lower capacity for injury compared with males when subjected to the same level of harm. Additionally, safety protection for rearseat passengers is less effective than for those in the front, posing a greater safety risk for smaller individuals in the rear seats during collisions. This study proposes a corresponding injury optimization solution. Firstly, a collision analysis model was constructed based on the CNACP frontal collision conditions. The reliability of the model was verified through a comparison with data from a frontal collision test, which involved a 100% overlap with a rigid barrier using the Hybrid III 5th female dummy. Subsequently, optimization designs were conducted based on benchmark results, comparing and analyzing the impact of different optimization configurations on passenger safety. Finally, an optimization plan was determined, which included adding collision locking tongues, configuring linear pretensioners, increasing seat stiffness, and adjusting seat belt force limit values. In comparison to the original design, the overall score for the rearseat female dummy during the collision process improved by 84%. According to the CNCAP star rating criteria, the score for the rearseat female dummy now exceeds 94%, indicating an excellent performance and validating the effectiveness of the optimization. The methods in this study provide a reference for research on injury optimization for smallsized rearseat dummies.

提出了一种相应的伤害优化方案,基于CNACP正面碰撞工况搭建碰撞分析模型,同时通过与正面100%重叠刚性壁障碰撞试验的Hybrid II 5th女性假人试验数据进行对比来验证模型的可靠性。基于对标结果进行优化设计,对比分析不同优化方案对乘员安全性的影响趋势。确定优化方案,即增加碰撞锁止锁舌、线性预紧器配置,增加座椅刚度,调整安全带限力值。与原始方案相比,在碰撞过程中后排女性假人总体得分提升84%。根据CNCAP星级评定规程,此后排女性假人得分高于94%,成绩优秀,验证了方案的有效性,可为后排小体位假人伤害的优化研究提供参考。

Current research show that female passengers have a lower capacity for injury compared with males when subjected to the same level of harm. Additionally, safety protection for rearseat passengers is less effective than for those in the front, posing a greater safety risk for smaller individuals in the rear seats during collisions. This study proposes a corresponding injury optimization solution. Firstly, a collision analysis model was constructed based on the CNACP frontal collision conditions. The reliability of the model was verified through a comparison with data from a frontal collision test, which involved a 100% overlap with a rigid barrier using the Hybrid III 5th female dummy. Subsequently, optimization designs were conducted based on benchmark results, comparing and analyzing the impact of different optimization configurations on passenger safety. Finally, an optimization plan was determined, which included adding collision locking tongues, configuring linear pretensioners, increasing seat stiffness, and adjusting seat belt force limit values. In comparison to the original design, the overall score for the rearseat female dummy during the collision process improved by 84%. According to the CNCAP star rating criteria, the score for the rearseat female dummy now exceeds 94%, indicating an excellent performance and validating the effectiveness of the optimization. The methods in this study provide a reference for research on injury optimization for smallsized rearseat dummies.

目前,车辆前后排被动安全保护配置一直缺少针对女性乘员安全的对应研究, 同时与前排相比, 后排乘员的安全防护措施相对不足 [ 1 ] 。而后排乘员中常包括女性和儿童,他们在生理结构上更脆弱, 因此, 针对后排小体型乘员伤害的优化研究具有重要的工程意义 [ 2 ]
根据以往的汽车碰撞事故统计数据, 尽管女性乘员的死亡人数少于男性 [ 3 ] ,但在类似事故中女性乘员的死亡风险较男性乘员高 22%~28% [ 4 ] 。虽然研究 [ 5 ] 表明在致命或严重损伤的事故中,女性驾乘人员的安全带佩戴率明显高于男性, 但根据文献 [ 6 ] 中对碰撞事故中乘员的损伤数据分析发现, 在相似的碰撞事故中, 佩戴三点式安全带的女性驾驶员遭受严重损伤的风险比男性高 47%。根据对 NASS-CDS数据的分析, 文献 [ 7 ] 的结论是除头部和腹部外, 女性乘员的其他身体部位承受严重损伤的风险也较高。
过去几年来, 前排座位乘员的安全标准一直在稳步提高, 但后排座位乘员的安全标准却有所滞后 [ 8 ] 。一项 IIHS 的调查研究涉及 117 起事故,因而得出结论: 在许多事故中, 后排乘员所受伤害比前排乘员更严重。因此, 当前阶段亟需持续关注后排乘员的安全性。根据对 2015 年及之后随机 3 个年份的C-NCAP数据的分析, 涵盖了共计 36 款不同车型的前后排乘员得分率统计显示,后排 5th 女性假人的颈部与胸部得分率约为 30%,与前排 50th 男性假人相比存在显著差异。产生这一现象的原因是: (1)男、女性乘员的不同身体构造和生理机能; (2)前、后排被动安全保护配置存在差异性。
针对这些问题, 国内外汽车被动安全领域已经展开了广泛研究。邢鲁超等 [ 9 ] 对正面碰撞中假人胸部压缩量进行了研究, 并进行了台车一实车对比验证。研究发现, 通过调整安全带参数可以提高女性假人的安全性能。陆颖等 [ 10 ] 进行了正面碰撞下后排乘员损伤预测研究, 该研究丰富完善了乘员损伤预测方法。张雄等 [ 11 ] 基于后排女性假人约束系统的 CAE 解析模型, 分析了在正面碰撞工况下不同安全带配置对后排女性假人关键损伤值的影响规律。研究结果表明,在整车研发过程中,通过降低碰撞加速度峰值并前移波形重心, 能同时降低后排女性乘员的头部、颈部和胸部伤害,提高乘员安全性能。
国外方面, KHIM 等 [ 12 ] 基于 Euro NCAP 进行了后排放置女性假人的滑车试验, 通过控制安全带预紧器行程和织带力等参数, 多方面分析了这些因素对假人伤害的影响。研究结果表明,调整预紧器行程和预紧力可以有效改善后排女性乘员颈部和胸部的受伤情况。SRINIVASA 等 [ 13 ] 研究了在碰撞事故中, 后排乘员在未系安全带的情况下后排安全气囊的保护情况。研究发现, 在大多数情况下, 未系安全带的乘员即使在安全气囊的保护下仍会受到严重伤害, 因此, 有必要引入额外的安全约束系统来进行优化。CARLSSON 等 [ 14 ] 设计了一种 BioRID $\mathrm{P}{50}\mathrm{\;F}$ 女性碰撞假人,该假人的质量与尺寸能代 表 50 th女性, 并且在滑车试验中表现出类似于女性乘员的头颈反应曲线。通过与男性 BioRID II假人进行比较, 得出结论: 男性假人在评估动态座椅响应和头颈保护系统的有效性方面无法充分代表普通女性乘员。
综上所述, 当前针对后排小体型乘员的安全性研究尚不充分。因此, 对于车辆设计以及提高车辆安全性而言, 研究正面刚性碰撞工况下后排小体位假人的损伤特征,并基于工程要求进行优化具有重要意义。我国在这一领域的研究和法规制定均起步较晚且不成熟,因此,本研究旨在促进汽车被动安全性能的发展, 关注汽车后排乘员的安全, 通过将仿真研究与实车碰撞试验相结合, 针对汽车 100% 正面刚性碰撞工况下后排小体型乘员的伤害优化进行了一次工程探索。
首先, 使用 ANSA 软件对座舱模型进行网格划分。然后搭建白车身、前后座椅、假人的子模型, 将白车身和前后座椅的子模型搭建为车身系统, 假人与座椅实现静压,用安全带对假人进行约束。最后,完成与车身系统的搭建后,对相关边界条件进行设置,包括施加加速度、速度 $\left( {{50}\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}}\right)$ 、重力加速度 $\left( {g = {9.81}\mathrm{\;m}/{\mathrm{s}}^{2}}\right)$ 等。经过以上步骤,搭建工作基本完成。
本研究中的试验是按照 C-NCAP 试验规程进行的, 并按照试验规程的要求对座舱、假人及约束系统进行模型设置。试验与仿真基本工况为: 试验车辆 100% 重叠正面冲击固定刚性壁障,壁障上附以 ${20}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ 厚胶合板。碰撞速度为 ${50}_{0}^{+1}\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ (试验速度不得低于 ${50}\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ )。试验车辆到达壁障的路线在横向任一方向偏离理论轨迹均不得超过 ${150}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ 。在前排驾驶员和乘员位置分别放置一个 Hybrid III 50th 男性假人,用以测量前排人员受伤害情况。在第 2 排座椅一侧的座位上放置 1 个 Hybrid III 5th 女性假人, 另一侧座位上放置 1 个儿童约束系统和 1 个 Q 系列 3 岁儿童假人,用于测量第 2 排人员的受伤害情况。在安装条件允许的情况下, 将后排 Hybrid III 5th 女性假人与 Q 系列 3 岁儿童假人左右随机放置。对于双门单排座车和皮卡车, 仅在前排驾驶员和乘员位置分别放置 1 个 Hybrid III 50th 男性假人, 用以测量前排人员受伤害情况 [ 15 ]
模型主要由网格尺寸为 $6\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ 的四边形单元组成, 各类网格单元总计包含 1765370 个, 节点数为 1145761 个。白车身的搭建涉及到各个部件之间的连接, 连接方式主要包括焊点连接、缝焊连接等方法。
车辆系统为白车身与前后座椅的连接, 本研究中各子文件之间的连接方式为 Beam+Tie 接触。通过创建 Beam+Tie 接触能避免在模型搭建过程中出现结构复杂、费时费力的问题。此后,根据 C-NACP 相关要求调整座椅姿态。座椅建立完成后, 座椅与假人之间会出现穿透问题, 这种穿透会对计算结果产生影响。因此, 需要对座椅进行静压调整, 直至无穿透现象存在, 如 图 1 所示。
乘员系统的姿态与相关数据根据 C-NACP 标准以及试验打点数据来进行调整, 以确保假人姿态与实际试验中的姿态相符合。在模拟过程中, 通过安全带对乘员假人进行约束, 如 图 2 所示。在生成安全带时, 首先通过选择关键点来确定安全带的路径, 之后对这些关键点进行定义, 包括与卷收器相连接的点、导向支架点、滑环点、假人身上的点以及最终的固定点。
建立完成后排乘员的约束系统后,需要通过对损伤指标的误差分析来验证其可靠性。将仿真结果曲线与实车碰撞结果曲线进行对标分析, 以此来保证对比数据与响应的真实性, 以及优化结果的有效性。
同时播放计算机动画与实车试验的视频并进行对比,观察对应时刻假人的运动状态匹配情况。通过截取 3 个具有特征的时刻, 从两个角度出发, 首先对建模中假人的姿态与实车碰撞中假人的姿态进行对比,然后将假人头部与 ${450}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ 罚分线的距离进行对照。观察结果显示, 在各相同时刻, 仿真模型与实车试验中假人的运动状态均匹配良好, 如 图 3 所示。
下一步, 根据 C-NCAP 规定, 将利用传感器采集的头部、颈部、胸部三部位损伤数据与模型输出的损伤数据进行比对。在比对过程中, 将头部合成加速度、颈部伸张力矩、胸部压缩量和胸部合成加速度等 4 个参数作为评价后排女性乘员的主要指标。仿真模型所基于的车型与实车试验使用的车型一致。首先进行仿真曲线与实际试验曲线的对比, 如 图 4 所示。
同时, 在对伤害的研究过程中还发现了其他潜在伤害形式, 如骨盆处的伤害。骨盆处合成加速度的对比如 图 5 所示。
图中黑色曲线代表计算机模拟试验的结果, 红色曲线代表实车试验的结果。通过观察曲线可知, 实车碰撞中头部 ${\mathrm{{HIC}}}_{15}$ 值为 311,计算机模拟试验中头部 ${\mathrm{{HIC}}}_{15}$ 值为 354,曲线无论是峰值还是趋势以及对应的时间都匹配良好, 各项伤害指标也都对标良好, 胸部以及骨盆各项曲线也同理。颈部曲线对标结果峰值略有差异, 但是到达峰值的时刻以及转折点对应的时刻差异微小, 由于颈部相对而言不作为重要的评价项,且试验时有诸多不确定影响因素, 与理想化的结果会有一定的差异, 所以对标结果被认为有效。
通过对实车试验与仿真试验的各个方面进行对标分析, 确认了模型的可靠性。因此, 可以通过实车碰撞结果的得分情况来对后排约束系统对假人的伤害进行优化设计。
根据上文所提供的实车试验数据, 对试验数据进行基于 2021 版 C-NCAP 全正碰后排女性假人的分数评定, 见 表 1 。由表可知, 试验假人总得分为 2.09 分, 失分为 1.91 分。本次试验的主要失分项为假人颈部伸张力 ${F}_{z}$ 、头部前移量和胸部压缩量,其中, 胸部压缩量失分最严重, 达到 1.33 分。其余失分项中颈部伸张力 ${F}_{z}$ 失分为 0.08 分,头部超过 450 $\mathrm{{mm}}$ 罚分线修正 0.5 分。总体而言,假人失分过多, 未能满足开发标准, 因此, 需要对后排约束系统进行优化。根据试验得分情况, 可初步确定主要的优化方向为假人头部前移量、颈部伸张力 ${F}_{z}$ 以及胸部压缩量。
针对 3.1 节中提出的主要优化方向,包括假人头部前移量、颈部伸张力 ${F}_{z}$ 以及胸部压缩量,首先选择增加碰撞锁止锁舌(Crash Locking Tongue, CLT)和线性预紧器(Pyrotechnic Lap Pretensioner, PLP)来进行优化。CLT 的作用是在碰撞发生后迅速将锁扣处的安全带固定, 阻止胸部安全带向骨盆滑动,从而有效优化胸部压缩量伤害 [ 16 ] 。在建模过程中,可以通过调用已有的 $\mathrm{K}$ 文件增加安全带胸部力与腰部力之间的关系来控制摩擦力, 以实现增加 CLT 配置。当安全带胸部正向力大于 $2\mathrm{{kN}}$ ,腰带力大于 ${2.7}\mathrm{{kN}}$ 时,将锁扣处的摩擦力从初始的 0.15 $\mathrm{{kN}}$ 增大至 ${3.0}\mathrm{{kN}}$ ,达到锁止程度。当胸部负方向力与腰带力之和大于 $4\mathrm{{kN}}$ 时,将摩擦力切换至 0.37 $\mathrm{{kN}}$ ,以重新释放安全带允许其滑动,防止骨盆处受压过大而发生下潜现象。CLT 可以最大限度地兼顾优化胸部压缩量和骨盆部的受力情况, 从而避免下潜现象的发生。PLP与卷收器的收紧效果类似, 但其作用位置为安全带下固定点。当碰撞发生时,下固定点因点火装置的拉动而向后移动, 从而导致腹部的安全带收紧。由于车辆后排通常不会标配 PLP, 所以在模型调整时需要新增设置。PLP 的收紧效果作用于假人的骨盆, 能让安全带在碰撞发生时更加贴紧假人的骨盆, 从而提供更好的保护效果。
此外, 汽车座椅刚度和倾角也是汽车碰撞时影响乘员安全性的重要因素。在本次优化中希望通过适度增加座椅刚度来改善座椅系统的约束效果。
为了保证分析效率以及优化的全面性, 采用多策略优化并行的方法, 根据上述研究最终确认了 5 种优化方案, 即单独增加 CLT, 单独增加 PLP, 同时增加CLT以及 PLP,单独增加座椅刚度,同时增加座椅刚度以及CLT。
最终 5 种优化方案的得分结果见 表 2 。由于在先行试验中,后排小体位假人在 100% 正碰工况下头部前移量、胸部压缩量以及颈部伸张力 ${F}_{z}$ 失分较多,所以优化要求假人能达到除胸部压缩量少量失分外, 其余项目满分的开发标准, 并在满足开发标准的基础上尽可能减少假人失分, 假人评分标准见 表 1 。通过横向对比 5 种方案, 可以发现所有增加了CLT配置的方案对分数的提升效果都很明显。此外, 每种与 CLT 共同作用的方案, 其优化效果都要优于其单独配置时, 并且研究发现在两个增加座椅刚度的方案中,头部前移量具有更好的优化效果。
基于横向对比得到的规律, 为更好地达到优化目标, 在沿用方案 3 的基础上增加座椅刚度。同时, 考虑到安全带限力等级对安全带施加在乘员胸部力的峰值有直接影响, 一般认为安全带限力等级越大,安全带对乘员的束缚能力越强 [ 17 ] 。因此, 针对头部前移量的失分, 将安全带限力曲线峰值上调 ${0.5}\mathrm{{kN}}$ ,命名此方案为方案 6。
在施加方案 6 后, 通过计算机动画进行辅助判断, 如 图 6 所示。在假人运动过程中, 头部未超出罚分线, 髂骨力峰值时刻未发生下潜现象, 并且不存在其他罚分项目。
之后再次计算并提取伤害结果, 如 图 7 所示。 经初步观察, 各部位伤害优化情况表现良好, 其中,胸部压缩量已优化至 ${25.82}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ ,颈部伸张力 ${F}_{z}$ 也优化至 ${1599.6}\mathrm{\;N}$
根据计算结果可知, 假人总得分为 3.35 分, 满足除胸部压缩量少量失分外, 其余项目满分的开发标准。因此, 可以根据优化项目来调整实车试验, 并通过实车试验来验证优化效果。
通过多次计算, 最终确定优化方案 6 作为最终体现在实车试验上的方案。调整项目包括增加 CLT 和 PLP 配置、增加座椅刚度以及调整安全带限力值。
在实车试验中施加方案 6 后, 通过视频进行辅助判断, 如 图 8 所示。观察试验视频中, 假人头部未超出 ${450}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ 罚分线,髂骨力峰值时刻也并未出现下潜现象,且不存在其他罚分项目。
试验数据中首先关注 图 9 所示的胸部伤害参数, 提取胸部压缩量和胸压 $\mathrm{{VC}}$ 值,其中,胸部压缩量的优化效果最为显著。优化后,胸部压缩量峰值为 ${18.55}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ ,相较于优化前的 ${34}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ 下降了 ${45}\%$ 。考虑到胸部压缩量的高性能限值很低,为 ${18}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ ,在试验中很难达成, 因此, 可以将开发标准放宽至 25 $\mathrm{{mm}}$ 左右,这表明针对胸部压缩量的优化有效; 胸压 $\mathrm{{VC}}$ 值的峰值也有所下降,从 ${0.18}\mathrm{\;m}/\mathrm{s}$ 降至0.16 $\mathrm{m}/\mathrm{s}$ ,符合开发标准。
假人头部和颈部各项曲线, 如 图 10 所示。在头部合成加速度曲线中,头部 ${\mathrm{{HIC}}}_{15}$ 值为 330,低于开发标准 500~700 的范围;3 ms 合成加速度峰值为 ${570}\mathrm{\;m}/{\mathrm{s}}^{2}$ ,也低于 ${706} \sim {785}\mathrm{\;m}/{\mathrm{s}}^{2}$ 的范围。针对颈部的评分项目, 图 10 分别展示了颈部剪切力 ${F}_{x}$ 、颈部伸张力 ${F}_{z}$ 以及颈部伸张力矩的算术值。其中,颈部剪切力 ${F}_{x}$ 峰值由 ${883}\mathrm{\;N}$ 减小至 ${825}\mathrm{\;N}$ ;颈部伸张力 ${F}_{z}$ 峰值为 ${1945}\mathrm{\;N}$ ,相比于优化前的 ${1873}\mathrm{\;N}$ 略有增大;颈部伸张力矩负峰值则由 $- {32}\mathrm{{Nm}}$ 降至 $- {29.44}\mathrm{\;{Nm}}$
左、右侧髂骨力的卸载速度是判断是否发生下潜的重要依据, 如 图 11 所示, 左侧髂骨力卸载速率的峰值为 ${450.68}\mathrm{\;N}/\mathrm{{ms}}$ ,右侧髂骨力卸载速率的峰值为 ${310.98}\mathrm{\;N}/\mathrm{{ms}}$ 。只要两侧均不超过 ${700}\mathrm{\;N}/\mathrm{{ms}}$ , 则可初步认为没有发生下潜。因此, 基于数据分析, 未出现下潜现象。
最终试验结果见 表 3 ,首先观察失分项:在胸部压缩量一项中, 本次试验失分 0.05 分, 而先行试验中该项目失分高达 1.33 分,这表明增加 CLT 与 PLP 配置对胸部压缩量的优化效果显著; 颈部力 ${F}_{z}$ 一项本次失分 0.11 , 在先行试验中该项目失分为 0.08 分, 虽然失分增大了 0.03 分, 但考虑到胸部得分的显著增益,此部分的少量失分可以忽略不计。 同时由于调整了安全带限力值, 此前存在的头部超 ${450}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ 线罚分问题也在本次优化中成功解决。最终试验结果显示,该位置假人总体得分提升 1.75 分, 分数增长 84%,总体优化效果显著。
本研究通过原始模型搭建及实车试验, 获得了完全正碰工况下后排小体位假人伤害数据, 并以此确认了优化方向以及具体的优化项目。此外, 通过多次的优化方案施加得到了最终符合开发标准的优化方案 6。
通过采用方案 6 中的优化策略, 即配备 CLT、
PLP、增加座椅刚度、调整安全带限力,在后期验证试验的得分为 3.84 分, 此次实车试验得分相较于仿真试验得分更加优异, 分数超预期 14.6%。尤其是着重考虑的胸部压缩量优化效果, 胸部压缩量单项得分 1.95 分, 对比初期试验中的 0.67 分, 增长幅度接近两倍。颈部伸张力 ${F}_{z}$ 得分 0.29 分,较仿真中的 0.32 分低 0.03 分。但鉴于胸部优化效果显著,带来的增益巨大, 颈部的少量失分可以忽略不计。此外,此前存在的头部超 ${450}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ 线罚分问题也在本次优化中得到成功解决。最终试验结果显示, 假人总分提升 1.75 分, 根据 C-NCAP 星级评定规程, 此后排女性假人得分高于 94%,达到最高星级,证明优化有效且效果明显。
在假人伤害研究过程中, 此前对于后排女性假人的损伤情况, 主要评价其头部、颈部、胸部 3 个部位。但在本研究过程中发现了其他潜在的伤害形式, 如小腿部以及骨盆处的伤害, 这为 C-NCAP 规程中新增评分项目提供了依据。此外, 采取多种优化措施进行分组对比研究的策略, 通过对比来寻求最优解, 并最终将几种优化方案组合利用, 取得了更加显著的优化效果。本研究为平均身体素质较弱的后排小体型乘客提供了多项实用数据, 为今后此工况下的伤害优化研究提供了一些数据支持。
