The battery pack, as the power source for new energy vehicles, is one of the most important components. The battery shell not only plays a vital role in protecting the battery package, but also contributes significantly to the vehicle's lightweight design, accounting for 2% to 6% of the total weight of the vehicle. Based on the global automotive industry's development goals for energy conservation and emission reduction, this paper discusses the development status quo of the new energy vehicle battery case industry, focusing on three aspects of safety, lightweighting and reliability. The common key technical challenges in this field are discussed, and the future development trends are proposed.

电池包作为新能源汽车的动力源,是新能源汽车最重要的部件之一,而电池包壳体对电池包乃至整车起重要保护作用,是新能源汽车的关键部件。电池包壳体质量占整车的2%~6%,电池包壳体对汽车轻量化同样起到重要作用。基于全球汽车产业的节能减排发展目标,从安全性、轻量化、可靠性3个角度出发,论述了新能源汽车电池包壳体开发的行业发展现状,展望其未来的发展趋势,同时针对这一领域存在的共性关键技术问题进行了讨论。

The battery pack, as the power source for new energy vehicles, is one of the most important components. The battery shell not only plays a vital role in protecting the battery package, but also contributes significantly to the vehicle's lightweight design, accounting for 2% to 6% of the total weight of the vehicle. Based on the global automotive industry's development goals for energy conservation and emission reduction, this paper discusses the development status quo of the new energy vehicle battery case industry, focusing on three aspects of safety, lightweighting and reliability. The common key technical challenges in this field are discussed, and the future development trends are proposed.

据统计 [ 1 ] ,2022 年,中国传统燃油车销量为 2054.3 万辆, 同比增长 1.9%, 燃油车市场稍有回暖,但市场总体依然呈下滑趋势。相比较而言, 2022 年,新能源汽车销量达 688.7 万辆,同比上升 89.9%,市场呈现井喷式增长 [ 2 ] 。2009-2022 年中国新能源汽车销量及增长率, 如 图 1 所示 [ 3 ] , 新能源汽车销量整体上保持着每年约 60% 的增长率。对应细分市场, 如 图 2 所示 [ 3 ] , 电动汽车销量占新能源汽车的 70%~80%,并且比例正稳步增加 [ 3 ] 。数据显示 [ 4 - 5 ] , 2020 年新能源汽车市场渗透率为 5.4%,2022 年市场渗透率达到 25.63%。根据《新能源汽车产业发展规划(2021-2035年)》 [ 6 ] ,到 2035 年,市场渗透率将超过 50%,新能源汽车市场潜力巨大。
安全性、轻量化、可靠性是新能源汽车开发高度关注的 3 个重点, 都与电池包密切相关, 而电池包壳体是电池系统的承载元件, 其对电池包乃至整车的碰撞、能耗等产生重大影响。安全性方面,新能源汽车电池包在碰撞时存在巨大安全隐患,碰撞变形会引发内部电池模组出现诸如短路、断路、异常发热、爆炸等现象,而电池包壳体的抗碰撞性能直接影响电池模组的安全性。轻量化方面, 新能源汽车续驶里程与电池包息息相关, 由于电池的单体比能量受材料、设计及成本限制,突破难度极高, 所以各大新能源汽车厂把重点放到整车轻量化上。 纯电动汽车质量每降低 10%,续驶里程将增加 5%~ 6%。新能源汽车电池包质量约占整车总质量的 20%~30%,电池包壳体质量占电池包总质量的 10%~20%,所以电池包壳体自然成为轻量化的重点关注对象 [ 7 ] 。可靠性方面,新能源汽车服役过程会受到频繁冲击和振动载荷, 以及全球不同地区的温度、湿度、腐蚀等环境的侵蚀,所以在电池包设计过程中需要充分考虑电池包的服役可靠性, 包括强度、刚度、密封性、防火性、防腐蚀性等, 如 图 3 所示 [ 8 ]
综上所述, 基于新能源汽车综合开发目标, 电池包壳体的安全性、轻量化、可靠性匹配设计成为主机厂高度重视的领域, 也是电池包系统开发的重点和难点。本文将从上述 3 个层面入手,论述当前新能源汽车在这一领域的发展现状, 并对未来的发展趋势进行展望。
目前, 全球已经形成了较齐备的碰撞安全测评试验法规, 如美国的 FMVSS、欧洲的 ECE 等, 我国也制定了相关法规 [ 9 ] ,如中国汽车技术研究中心有限公司推行的 C-NCAP、中国汽车工程研究院股份有限公司推行的 C-IASI。为顺应新能源汽车产业发展,我国还专门制定了 GB/T 31498-2015,明确提出了对新能源汽车的碰撞安全性要求, 而最新版的C-NCAP也对新能源汽车提出了同样的要求, 甚至提出了专门针对电池包系统的安全性要求, 从而为主机厂电池包, 尤其是其壳体的开发提供了宝贵的指导依据。
电池包安全性设计的关键在于降低碰撞过程中电池包的损伤程度, 所以优化整车碰撞传力路径和提升电池包壳体的防护效果是设计的关键。
整车碰撞传力路径与电池包在车身上的布置形式密切相关。当前行业内新能源乘用车典型的电池包布置形式,如 图 4 所示 [ 7 ] ,主要为悬置式和一体式。乘用车广泛采用悬置式, 电池包布置形式是将电池包悬置于车身底板, 采用螺栓连接, 此结构给予乘员充分的驾乘空间, 有利于保障电池包的刚度和碰撞性能, 具有设计高效灵活、制造独立性好的优点,如日产 Leaf、众泰云 EV 和吉利帝豪 EV 等 [ 10 ] 。然而,随着轻量化需求的增加,越来越多的主机厂将电池包壳体直接作为白车身的一部分进行设计, 即一体化设计, 此结构可大幅度提高空间利用率, 并使传力路径更加顺畅, 提高整车碰撞安全性 [ 11 ] ,如奥迪 Q4 e-tron、特斯拉 Model Y 等。不论是何种布置形式, 在碰撞过程中电池包和车身一并承受碰撞载荷力, 所以将电池包与车身作为一个系统, 通盘考虑碰撞过程中载荷的传递路径, 是未来的发展趋势。
此外, 提升电池包壳体防护效果的关键在于降低碰撞侵入量和加速度, 特别是侧面碰撞, 电池包侧面碰撞的失效概率高于正面碰撞 [ 12 ] 。提升方法: (1)优化电池包壳体结构,如 图 5 所示 [ 7 ] ,调整壳体内外部件的厚度, 调整外部的整体外观形貌及内部各横、纵梁的布置, 实现局部强化; (2) 结合电池包壳体在不同碰撞工况下的变形行为, 将壳体内部的高压线束布置在碰撞影响较弱的部位, 让碰撞变形方向绕开电池模组系统关键部位;(3)规避某些路面激励和车身某些部位的低频模态耦合 [ 8 ] 。一般情况下,通过恰当布局壳体结构,增加壳体的一阶模态频率, 使其超过车身扭转刚度, 或者加强壳体约束连接, 减少电池模组之间的相对活动, 两种都是改善电池包壳体动刚度的重要措施。
近年来, 仿真手段已经成为几乎所有汽车总成设计的必备工具,电池包也不例外 [ 13 ] 。通过仿真模拟, 系统优化电池包壳体尺寸、结构等, 提升电池包壳体的碰撞安全性。相关案例不胜枚举, 冷晓伟等 [ 14 ] 、侯文彬等 [ 15 ] 利用Box-Behnken响应面法、 有限元仿真法、Optistruct 软件, 以零件厚度、应力、应变为变量,建立电池包安全开发模型。 HARTMANN 等 [ 16 ] 、杨书建 [ 17 ] 、王露 [ 18 ] 通过仿真模拟对壳体局部零件的形貌、尺寸、结构进行优化, 并辅之以加强梁匹配设计, 显著提升了电池包壳体的刚度模态和动态特性。还有很多学者通过分析正面碰撞、侧面碰撞、挤压、侧翻等工况下电池包壳体的载荷分布、变形量、载荷传递路径、抗挤压性能等, 从结构层面进行优化, 显著提升了电池包的碰撞安全性 [ 19 - 24 ]
新能源汽车电池包的安全性开发, 往往需要与其他性能指标(轻量化、可靠性、成本等)结合在一起,单目标开发较难平衡各项性能要求 [ 25 ] ,因此, 需要从单一目标开发策略过渡到多目标开发策略。由于各性能相互制约、关联, 甚至矛盾, 所以需要采用多目标优化方法。
然而, 电池包壳体结构十分复杂, 在多目标优化过程中要考虑海量的设计变量、约束函数和设计目标函数,导致全局最优解搜索困难 [ 26 ] 。传统多目标优化算法, 基于各种数学统计方法, 如加权平均法、交互规划法等,将多目标优化转换为单目标优化实现求解, 但对壳体这种复杂结构体, 很难用具体的数学公式来表征,传统算法失效 [ 27 - 28 ] 。启发式算法, 在寻优过程中无需定义具体的数学模型, 即可在全局范围内中寻找最优解, 解决传统算法无法求解的复杂结构优化问题 [ 29 ] ,常用启发式算法有遗传算法、粒子群算法、向量机学习法等 [ 30 - 32 ] 。 陈元等 [ 7 ] 基于模态、极限载荷工况下的结构强度、 碰撞变形量为性能设计目标, 结合最优拉丁超立方试验法、NSGA-II 遗传算法, 快速获取了最优的结构优化方案,提升了目标电池包壳体的综合性能。 郭迎福等 [ 33 ] 建立了电池包几何模型及性能数学表征模型, 基于数形结合原则和遗传算法, 进行结构优化, 改善电池包壳体在极限工况下的加速度、侵入量、模态等。
目前, 电池包壳体的安全性设计存在诸多难点。我国的新能源汽车碰撞安全法规未达到行业领先水平。我国法规依旧局限于正碰、侧碰、偏置碰和后碰等常规工况, 没有涉及欧美地区的柱撞、动态翻滚等更加恶劣的工况 [ 9 ] 。电池系统在安全性开发方面的行业标准与新能源汽车的安全开发匹配度低。例如, 电池领域的安全性测试验证标准就难以兼顾装配、电池包壳体和整车的情况。在模拟分析时, 难以建立有效的碰撞性能仿真模型, 壳体对电池模组的防护性能的预测精度较低, 参考价值不大 [ 34 ] 。例如, AVDEEV 等 [ 35 ] 、HONG 等 [ 36 ] 建立了电池包仿真模型, 预测在碰撞、挤压、冲击、跌落等工况的失效形式, 但缺乏基础性和工程应用性研究, 模型预测精度偏低。不过, 中国汽车工程研究院股份有限公司已在碰撞高精度仿真研究方面取得显著成果, 研究基于大量基础性试验, 开发了材料 “断裂卡片”, 能表征复杂应力状态下材料的断裂性能( 图 6 ),大幅提升碰撞仿真精度 [ 37 ] 。 最后,不同电池系统的特性千差万别,电池包壳体安全性能匹配设计难以在行业内推广, 尤其是难以形成一套规范化的设计流程。因此, 行业需要基于电池包多工况加载试验, 建立不同类别、规格的电池包在不同工况下的失效、短路、异常发热等响应特征关联性, 逐渐形成电池包的安全性设计开发流程 [ 38 ]
对于电池包壳体的碰撞安全匹配设计而言, 未来的发展趋势, 也应保证几条路同步走, 需要吻合材料工艺的发展趋势, 吻合安全法规发展, 将碰撞安全性匹配设计融入多目标协同开发流程, 更加紧密地将电池包壳体的安全匹配设计和车身、电池的开发结合在一起, 要建立一套专属的电池包总成的安全性开发流程。
高强钢、超高强钢、铝合金、复合材料的应用, 是实现新能源汽车轻量化必要环节。由中国汽车工程学会牵头编撰的《节能与新能源汽车轻量化技术路线 2.0 》,提出了基于新能源汽车轻量化,未来 15 年内电池包壳体材料发展规划。2020-2025 年:下壳体以超高强钢、挤出铝型材为主,部分采用碳纤维复合材料,上壳体普遍采用复合材料; 2025-2030 年:下壳体以挤压铝合金和超高强钢为主,部分采用碳纤维复合材料,探索性应用泡沫铝合金,上壳体以复合材料为主;2030-2035 年:下壳体以挤出铝型材为主,部分采用碳纤维复合材料和泡沫铝合金,上壳体以复合材料为主。
新能源汽车电池包上壳体不起保护和支撑作用,仅起到密封防尘作用 [ 39 ] 。电池包上壳体主要材料有钢板、铝合金、复合材料。电池包上壳体早期一般采用冲压钢板,如特斯拉 Model S、特斯拉 Model 3、日产 leaf、宝马 i3 等,钢板成本低、成形性好, 但相较于其他材料, 质量过大, 其质量对比见表 1[39]
目前, 电池包上壳体主流材料是 SMC 复合材料( 图 5 中上壳体材料即为 SMC),如帝豪 GSE、 北汽 C30/C33、长安 C206、前途 K50 等,采用 SMC复合材料代替钢板,可实现 ${20}\% \sim {30}\%$ 的轻量化效果, 并且与金属材料相比, SMC材料具备质量小、成形性好、耐蚀性好等优点, 具有很大的竞争优势。也有电池包上壳体材料使用冲压铝板, 如蔚来 ES8,其代替钢板,可减重 ${20}\% \sim {30}\%$ ,但铝合金的冲压性能不如钢板, 制备难度太高, 只有少数企业应用。
电池包下壳体在电池系统主要起承载整个电池质量、抵御外部冲击,保护电池模组的作用。电池包下壳体早期一般采用冲压钢板+焊接成型制备, 成本低、强度高,但质量很大,严重影响新能源汽车的续驶能力,现已基本被废弃 [ 39 ] 。目前,电池包下壳体主流制备工艺有:挤出铝型材+焊接成型、 冲压铝板+焊接成型、压铸铝+铸造成型 [ 40 ]
挤出铝型材+焊接成型是国内企业普遍采用的下壳体制造方案,如蔚来 ES8、小鹏 G3、比亚迪秦,较钢制下壳体,能减重 30% 以上,较冲压铝制下壳体,制备难度更低,较压铸铝制下壳体,成型尺寸更大。冲压铝板+焊接成型是部分国外企业采用的下壳体制造方案, 如宝马 i3、特斯拉 Model 3, 较钢制实现减重 40% 以上。但由于铝板模压性能差, 冲压铝制下壳体在国内尚无法实现量产。压铸铝+整体铸造是国内部分企业采用的方案, 如大众 Golf GTE。压铸铝下壳体可以一体成型, 可精准集成铸造下壳体各种单元,工序简单、生产效率高, 但压铸铝下壳体体积受限, 无法应用于大型新能源汽车,更多地用于 PHEV 车型。基于成本控制需求, 钢制电池包下壳体依旧是国内企业针对部分车型的首选方案,如威马 ex5、比亚迪元。泡沫铝三明治材料、碳纤维复合材料, 也是电池壳体轻量化的选择, 但目前正处于研发阶段, 尚未得到大规模应用,如 图 7 所示 [ 40 ]
庞大的新能源汽车电池包,使新能源汽车的总质量超过传统燃油汽车。由于新能源汽车电池包与底盘处于高度重合区域, 所以底盘和电池包结构的集成优化,对新能源汽车轻量化十分重要 [ 39 ]
例如, CTP 技术, 一般电池包由电芯组装成为模组, 再把模组安装到电池包里 ( 图 8 ), CTP 技术省略中间模组环节, 直接将电芯集成在电池包上, 电池包作为整车结构件的一部分集成到车身地板下。 CTP技术有效提升了电池包的空间利用率和能量密度, 以及电池包的整体刚度, 代表性的产品是比亚迪刀片电池。CTC技术, 是 CTP 技术的进阶版, 直接将电芯集成在地板框架内部, 将电池包壳体作为地板上下板, 座椅直接与电池包上盖连接, 空间利用率达到 63%,代表车型是特斯拉 Model Y [ 41 ] 。 CTB 技术, 是 CTC 的改良版, 保留了横梁结构和座椅支撑部分,仅部分底板被电池包上盖代替,空间利用率提高至 66%,并且车身结构较完整,安全性更高 [ 41 ] 。CTB 技术的代表车型是比亚迪海豹, 其结合 $\mathrm{{CTB}}$ 技术和刀片电池技术,整车的扭转刚度高于特斯拉的 CTC 车型。此外, 宝马 i3 采用 BMW 非承载式车身结构, 底盘承担主要负载工作, 电池包壳体承载载荷降低, 使壳体可采用铝板替代铝型材, 一定程度上减少了壳体质量。特斯拉 Model 3 采用优化的车身防撞设计 ( 图9 ),有效转移电池包的碰撞冲击载荷, 并创新性地使用浅托盘形铝板作为电池包下壳体,大幅减轻了电池包质量, ${80.5}\mathrm{{kWh}}$ 电池包质量仅为 ${478}{\mathrm{\;{kg}}}$[39]
统计了近 3 年欧洲车身会议相应车型及国内部分电动车车型的电池包壳体方案, 见 表 2 。由 表 2 可知,轻质材料凭借其密度小、比刚度大等优点, 已经成为电池包壳体的首选方案,而轻质材料中, 铝合金显然已成为电池包壳体的主流材料, 在下壳体中铝合金使用比例超过 80%,在上壳体中铝合金使用比例超过 50%。
尽管轻质材料具有极大优势, 但高强钢具有高安全性、低成本、低加工难度、成熟生产线、生产端碳排放低等优势, 依然有一定竞争力。因此, 诸如浦项、安赛乐米塔尔、宝钢等钢企依旧在研发高强钢制轻量化电池包,并结合轻量化、成本和安全性等方面形成相应的解决方案, 见 表 3
未来, 在铝合金的补贴退出后, 铝合金的全部成本将会落到电池供应商和整车企业肩上, 在成本压力作用下,低成本钢材的竞争力就会凸显出来。 未来中端以下的新能源汽车, 在铝合金补贴取消后, 钢很有可能成为制造电池包的重要材料。但对于中高端车型而言, 铝制电池包的成本并不算高, 钢材短期内可能依旧难以撼动铝材的地位, 但超高强度钢可能会占有一定的份额, 甚至还有其他更轻、更具竞争力的材料。总之,未来随着新能源汽车产销量的增加, 更具规模效益的电池包壳体解决方案也会出现, 无论是铝合金、钢板还是复合材料, 都将被企业重新纳入考量, 而轻量化、成本、 安全性都是核心问题。投资机构、整车企业等将会综合考虑各方因素 (市场、产品定位), 理性分析, 决定采用何种材料。未来基于差异化竞争, 最终的结果可能依旧是不同类别材质在电池包壳体制造领域占据各自稳定的份额。
针对电池包壳体可靠性可分为三部分:(1)交变载荷 (冲击、振动等) 环境下的疲劳耐久性; (2)热环境下的耐久性;(3)密封性能。本文重点针对和电池包壳体关系最密切的(1)和(3)项进行论述。
电池包壳体的载荷可靠性设计, 可以归结到壳体材料的疲劳性能测评和壳体耐久寿命预测。电池包壳体从服役到疲劳失效的全过程为:在循环载荷作用下, 壳体表面开始出现细微裂纹, 局部微小的疲劳裂纹逐步扩展,最终发生零件的瞬间断裂失效 [ 42 ]
电池包壳体与车身为刚性连接, 在服役过程中, 电池包壳体承受弹性范围内的小应力高频次加载, 属于高周疲劳, 因此, 可以采用名义应力法预测壳体耐久性 [ 8 ] 。名义应力法: 通过实际载荷试验和仿真模拟, 确定电池包壳体的应力分布特性和高危险区域;测试壳体材料的 $\mathrm{S} - \mathrm{N}$ 曲线,计算危险区域的应力集中系数;结合壳体材料疲劳极限强度和插值法, 获得壳体理论寿命预测曲线; 根据壳体高危险区域应力值、理论寿命预测曲线和疲劳累计损伤定律,预测壳体的耐久寿命值。
值得注意的是, 车辆实际行驶过程中, 电池包壳体承受的载荷为随机振动载荷, 为了提高疲劳寿命预测精度, 需要基于随机振动载荷谱建立相应的疲劳寿命预测方法。例如, 模态叠加法, 建立在模态的正交性及展开定理基础上的一种求解动力响应的近似方法 [ 43 - 44 ] ;雨流循环计数法,将不规则的随机时间载荷过程转换为一系列新循环的方法; 功率谱密度(PSD),是其自相关函数的傅里叶变换 [ 45 ] 。 苏阳等 [ 42 ] 基于PSD谱,以模态叠加法进行新能源电池包壳体振动疲劳仿真分析, 仿真结果与试验一致。祁超等 [ 46 ] 基于PSD谱,结合疲劳断裂问题, 建立了一种新的振动疲劳仿真方法, 壳体仿真疲劳损伤与试验相符, 并基于此, 对壳体结构进行优化,使其达到振动疲劳试验要求。
上述基于随机振动理论、PSD谱的频域分析方法, 预测电池包壳体的寿命, 在行业内已经得到较广泛的应用。相比于诸多准静态分析法、时域 (瞬态)分析法, 频域分析方法往往更加简便, 不需循环计数, 是目前疲劳寿命分析的主流方法, 其基本分析流程如 图 10 所示 [ 46 ]
此外, 电池包壳体的连接接头部位是高疲劳失效区域, 对电池包壳体的寿命预测及寿命提升工作, 起始点就是针对连接接头。交变应力下的载荷谱、接头部位的动应力大小、接头在不同应力水平下的循环次数, 是接头疲劳寿命预测的三大必备要素。王显廷等 [ 42 ] 基于某电池包局部连接结构特性建立了对应的焊缝仿真模型, 实现了对壳体危险疲劳区域较准确的预测。谷理想等 [ 47 ] 采用 ASME2007 结构应力法,基于 S-N 曲线的预测技术, 再加上 Miner 理论和名义应力法, 预测电池包的焊缝疲劳寿命, 对电池包结构的可靠性设计有实际工程意义。
关于电池包壳体寿命仿真评价规范, 基础依据包括, 试验场整车强化路载荷谱、电池包系统路载荷谱、2015 版国标(GB/T 31467.3-2015)振动载荷谱、最新版《电动汽车用动力蓄电池安全要求》 振动载荷谱。其中, 基于真实车型道路载荷谱, 建立相应的整车-电池包模型, 实现对电池包寿命的预测是当前主机厂采用最多的方法 [ 48 ] 。总之,基于交变载荷条件下的耐久疲劳可靠性开发, 当前的发展非常迅速, 建立更加贴合真实工况的虚拟模型及虚拟验证规范流程体系是未来的发展趋势。
按照行业要求, 电池包壳体的密封性需要达到 IP6K7等级,甚至某些企业需要达到IP6K9K等级。 由于电池包壳体密封长度较长, 一般多达数米, 且密封设计结构较少,所以对其密封性要额外注意。
当前新能源汽车电池包壳体密封设计方案有两种方案,如 图 11 所示 [ 8 ] : (1) $\mathrm{O}$ 型密封,密封条受到壳体的保护, 不容易出现损坏; (2) 矩形密封, 对电池包上下壳体的结构匹配要求较低, 适应性强, 是目前使用最多的方案 [ 8 ]
电池包壳体密封失效一般是主密封面的起伏变化导致的。失效区域上、下壳体的匹配与其他区域具有一定差异, 使密封垫的密封状态出现差异, 很容易发生泄漏。因此, 在壳体设计中需要保证主密封面位于同一平面, 确保主密封面有足够的紧固螺栓和预压缩量,以保证密封垫内外的压差。
密封材料也是保证壳体密封性的又一关键要素。为了得到较高的密封接触压强, 就需要采用较高泊松比的橡胶材料, 如三元乙丙橡胶、聚氨酯发泡密封胶、硅橡胶等,其中三元乙丙橡胶综合性能优越, 已在车身上广泛应用, 作为主要的电池包壳体密封材料。总之, 选择何种密封材料, 应综合考虑压缩率、热膨胀率、热变性质等方面的要求 [ 8 ]
综上所述, 新能源汽车蓬勃发展, 而电池包作为核心部分, 其匹配设计问题至关重要, 安全性、 轻量化、可靠性成为其主要的匹配设计方向。电池模组作为一种 “脆弱” 结构, 其服役性能几乎完全依赖电池包壳体设计。展望未来, 建议可以从以下 6个方面予以提升。
(1)尽快完善我国现有新能源汽车电池包的碰撞安全法规, 尤其要引入当前欧美法规中的特殊工况测评内容, 促进我国在新能源汽车电池包安全性方面的开发。
(2)建立与法规相适应的电池包碰撞安全性能仿真设计及性能验证流程规范体系。将电池包的安全匹配设计,与轻量化、NVH等性能目标一起纳入车型先期概念开发阶段, 贯穿整个车型开发流程。建立强大的软件仿真平台,实现电池包壳体总成安全性设计开发的模块化、平台化。运用材料断裂卡片模型技术手段, 提升电池包壳体的安全设计精度。
(3)建立不同壳体材料、不同电池单体在不同服役工况下的静态、动态、疲劳性能数据库, 从电池包整体角度考虑, 实现更优层面的安全性和可靠性设计开发,并缩短开发周期,降低成本。
(4)未来新能源汽车不会面临燃油车技术、成本、品牌认知度之间难以融合的矛盾,尤其是价格弊端不再明显, 这将激励新能源车企应用更多的新材料。未来, 铝合金电池包可能相比于钢材占比更大, 将大力开发强度级更高的铝合金材料及与之相对应的先进工艺, 提升以铝代钢的减重率, 实现性能、减重、成本之间的平衡。复合材料同样如此, 促进电池包进一步轻量化。
(5)针对可靠性设计,未来应致力于建立基于电池包总成的专属虚拟设计及验证平台。这一方面需要完善材料级疲劳评价模型, 尤其是复杂应力条件下的材料疲劳模型, 另一方面需要建立高精度的可靠性虚拟验证平台。在此基础上, 还应建立电池包的可靠性测评指标, 提高主机厂和电池制造厂开发流程的匹配度, 促进我国电池包可靠性设计能力的提升。
(6)强化产学研用结合,加快促进与高品质电池包开发相关的新材料、新设计方法、新工艺技术从实验室向工程实践转化的步伐。
