In order to accelerate the gathering, sharing, development and utilization of ICV data resources, this paper proposes the establishment of a “public service platform for data interaction and comprehensive application of ICV” with a multicenter architecture comprising national, regional and enterprise levels. The platform is based on the standardized industry data collection and transmission protocols and extensively utilizes modern information technologies such as big data, cloud computing and blockchain. It can efficiently achieve the realtime collection, analysis and processing of data from tens of millions of vehicles, providing a basic support platform for promoting the mining and utilization of industry data. Based on the data resources collected and stored by the platform, we have explored comprehensive applications across multiple scenarios, including vehicle test and evaluation, safe operation monitoring, and data analysis and mining. These applications verified the platform's innovativeness and feasibility in actual use.

为加快推动智能网联汽车数据资源的集聚共享和开发利用,提出建立采用“国家区域企业”三级多中心架构的“智能网联汽车数据交互与综合应用公共服务平台”。该平台基于行业统一的数据采集与传输标准规范,广泛应用大数据、云计算、区块链等现代信息技术,能高效实现千万量级车辆数据的实时采集与分析处理,为促进行业数据的挖掘利用提供基础支撑平台。基于平台采集存储的数据资源,探索开展了车辆测试评价、安全运行监测、分析挖掘等多场景综合应用,验证了平台实际应用的先进性和可行性。

In order to accelerate the gathering, sharing, development and utilization of ICV data resources, this paper proposes the establishment of a “public service platform for data interaction and comprehensive application of ICV” with a multicenter architecture comprising national, regional and enterprise levels. The platform is based on the standardized industry data collection and transmission protocols and extensively utilizes modern information technologies such as big data, cloud computing and blockchain. It can efficiently achieve the realtime collection, analysis and processing of data from tens of millions of vehicles, providing a basic support platform for promoting the mining and utilization of industry data. Based on the data resources collected and stored by the platform, we have explored comprehensive applications across multiple scenarios, including vehicle test and evaluation, safe operation monitoring, and data analysis and mining. These applications verified the platform's innovativeness and feasibility in actual use.

随着大数据、人工智能、云计算等新兴技术的快速发展和广泛应用, 数据资源正在逐步成为一种重要的战略资产 [ 1 ] ,推动数据资源的集聚共享和开发利用, 对于赋能传统产业转型升级具有十分重要的意义。智能网联汽车作为新一轮科技革命和产业融合创新的重要载体 [ 2 ] ,集成了大量摄像头、雷达、导航仪等高精度传感器, 以及现代的网络通讯技术和先进的智能算法, 在为用户提供便捷的自动驾驶功能和丰富的联网应用服务之外, 其本身具有的强大数据采集、分析和处理能力,使获取海量有价值的产业数据成为现实。以一辆自动驾驶测试车辆为例, 其每天产生的数据量最高可达 TB 级, 不仅包括用户个人信息、娱乐交互数据、车辆运行数据, 还包括道路环境数据、目标物信息, 以及天气状况等多种数据类型。
在智能网联汽车运行过程中, 实时采集、接收, 以及融合处理后的海量数据 [ 3 ] , 是自动驾驶系统进行决策和规划的必要条件,同时也是贯通 “人-车-路-云” 各环节, 实现智能交通建设的重要资源。通过车联网平台对相关数据进行存储和挖掘利用, 能有效推动自动驾驶算法迭代升级和车辆产品研发改进, 并且实现车辆运行监测、安全事故预警、UBI 保险等多场景综合应用。现有文献对于智能网联汽车数据平台构建与数据挖掘利用也做了一定的理论研究。李克强等 [ 4 ] 提出建设基于信息物理系统理论的智能网联汽车云控系统, 介绍了云控系统的基本概念、系统架构、核心功能与工作原理, 利用新一代信息和通信技术, 可实现融合感知、决策与控制, 综合提升车辆行驶和交通运行安全、效率等性能 [ 5 ] 。张懿等 [ 6 ] 分析了智能网联汽车与智能交通建设的关系, 介绍了智能网联汽车数据的典型特征, 以及大数据分析技术在智能网联汽车中的重要应用, 对潜在的信息安全问题和防护技术进行了研究。倪俊等 [ 7 ] 综述了大数据技术的发展情况及其在车辆领域的应用现状, 研究展望了基于大数据与云控制技术的云端监控与控制技术在无人车领域的应用前景。杨逸群 [ 8 ] 提出将去中心化的区块链技术引入到自动驾驶系统, 使数据共享更加便捷,可以实现点对点分配服务。史秋虹 [ 9 ] 发明了一种基于大数据的智能网联汽车性能判定系统及方法。自动驾驶车辆获取避让障碍物过程中产生的数据, 通过综合分析评估自动驾驶车辆安全性和障碍处理性能。
但在实际应用中, 海量智能网联汽车数据蕴含的价值和作用仍然没有被充分挖掘, 主要是因为智能网联汽车数据涉及用户个人隐私、公司商业机密等安全防护要求, 行业尚未建立统一的数据分类分级和采集传输规范, 致使数据主要集中在不同的整车企业中,而单个企业能采集和存储的数据量毕竟有限,无法进行有效的数据交互和融合应用。针对上述问题, 本文提出建立 “智能网联汽车数据交互与综合应用公共服务平台”, 采用物理分散、逻辑协同的 “企业一区域一国家” 三级数据平台体系, 基于脱敏数据打造行业共建共享的基础数据资源池, 深度融合区块链技术, 面向行业提供算法优化、测试评价、分析应用等多种数据服务, 让整车企业或汽车数据应用商在没有其他企业数据的条件下, 能得到行业全量数据的应用和服务, 有效促进数据融合与价值挖掘。
智能网联汽车已成为全球汽车产业发展的重要战略方向, 世界各国纷纷出台了一系列产业支持政策或技术路线图 [ 10 ] ,都高度重视产业数据的交互共享和挖掘利用在促进新技术突破、探索新业态新模式中的积极作用。中国有关部门发布的《智能汽车创新发展战略》 [ 11 ] 《车联网(智能网联汽车)产业发展行动计划》 [ 12 ] ,都提出要加强智能汽车复杂使用场景的大数据应用, 鼓励构建跨行业、跨部门的综合大数据及云平台,推动各种类型的数据进行交互和共享, 支撑车联网应用的规模发展和持续创新。美国 ITS JPO 发布的《智能交通系统战略规划 2020-2025》 [ 13 ] , 提出将数据交换共享作为未来 5 年的重点工作之一,完善智能交通系统 (Intelligent Transportation System, ITS) 内交通数据的访问、共享渠道,推动数据与自动驾驶、人工智能应用程序、运输服务以及基本公共服务的加速集成。英国交通部制定的未来城市交通发展战略 [ 14 ] ,认为基于海量的交通数据,应用机器学习算法实现车辆自动驾驶、拥堵区域识别和公交到站时间预测等功能, 提出要建立良好的交通数据共享使用机制, 加强各交通部门数据开放共享, 并减少对个人隐私的侵犯风险。
得益于信息通信领域具备的技术领先优势, 以及庞大的汽车市场规模, 中国智能网联汽车产业正处于快速发展和加速扩张阶段, 智能网联汽车特别是具备网联功能的车辆已经逐渐普及 [ 15 ] 。据有关数据分析, 2021 年度中国市场(不含进出口)乘用车新车前装标配车联网功能上险量为 1 189.28 万辆, 搭载率约为 58.31%。在国家有关政府部门的引导推动下,多个行业大数据平台建设取得显著成效。例如,截至 2022 年 1 月,新能源汽车国家监测与管理平台接入车辆已超过 700 万辆, 平台通过区域或企业车联网平台,实时获取整车运行、动力电池、驱动电机、故障报警、极值信息等 61 项车辆数据, 又基于存储的海量数据, 融合大数据挖掘等技术手段, 可对新能源汽车进行安全监控, 并进行相关数据的统计分析和趋势研判 [ 16 ] 。“两客一危” 车辆智能监管平台可采集车辆运行状态、载运状态、行驶记录、视频图像等关键数据, 通过监控平台融合其他交管数据进行统计分析, 能全程实时展示国内危运车辆的运行状态并进行监控管理, 从而实现事故前的预警和处理, 以及事后查证等功能。 此外, 重型车辆远程排放监控平台可实时采集、存储和传输车载诊断系统(On-Board Diagnostics, OBD) 信息和发动机排放数据 [ 17 ] ,并上传至生产企业及生态环境主管部门, 对车辆尾气排放进行实时监控。
美国联邦公路管理局(Federal Highway Administration, FHWA) 推动实施了 CARMA 项目, 通过云端平台实时提供道路前方的信息(如工作区、交通事故、天气等),使自动驾驶车辆能与基础设施等进行数据交互和协作,从而实现更安全、 更高效的智能交通。同时,美国高速交通安全管理局(National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, NHTSA)发布了自动驾驶测试数据平台计划, 鼓励企业将自动驾驶车辆的相关测试数据共享并向公众公开,以提高自动驾驶汽车的驾驶安全、测试安全和公众参与度, 包括丰田、优步、Waymo 等 9 家公司首批加入。欧洲智能交通协会(European Road Transport Telematics Implementation Coordination Organization, ERTICO) 牵头建设了 Autopilot 项目, 利用物联网设备采集行人或骑行者的手机、交通信号灯、网联车信息等驾驶环境信息,同时,建设车联网平台用于管理感知设备, 构建具备数据分析能力的感知设备虚拟视图、标准化数据模型和开放平台, 可提供自动驾驶路径优化、垂直参考单元 (Vertical Reference Unit, VRU) 感知、共享汽车调度、动态地图更新和道路分级评估等 6 类应用服务。日本 Smart Drive 车联网服务平台利用安装在车辆上的硬件设备, 能收集行驶轨迹、速度、加速度、紧急制动、转弯角度等多种类型车辆数据,通过后台进行数据的统计分析, 可以为交通、车辆、 使用人提供解决方案,包括车辆耗油量分析、驾驶诊断、交通拥堵等交通信息。
可以看到, 车联网平台是推动产业大数据收集、存储、交互与应用的重要基础设施, 世界各国基于特定应用场景, 引导建设了相应的行业级数据平台,并在新能源汽车安全监管、复杂场景环境感知、用户行为分析等领域取得了初步成果。目前, 行业内主流平台采用一体化开发模式, 将存储计算与应用服务并行开发和管理, 虽然平台具备易于管理、部署简单的特点, 但是存在数据无法从底层打通、行业数据无法互联共享、服务模式单一无法扩展等问题,平台结构可伸缩性差。此外,普遍使用简单的数据安全监管机制, 未使用或仅仅使用较简单的区块链技术, 虽然能具备一定的数据安全保障能力, 但对系统运行和响应效率影响较大, 缺乏对系统时效性和数据安全性的兼顾。
智能网联汽车数据具备数据种类多、规模庞大、精确性高,以及关乎公共交通安全,包括个人敏感信息等诸多新特点 [ 18 ] ,从而具有更大的挖掘利用价值。因此, 有必要研究建设行业级智能网联汽车大数据平台,有效融合大数据、区块链等新兴技术, 从而有效推动产业数据的集聚共享和挖掘利用, 进而根据海量基础数据来实现车辆运行安全监测、自动驾驶系统评价、算法训练升级等功能。
将智能网联汽车数据交互与综合应用公共服务平台定位为行业级数据基础设施, 采用 “国家-区域一企业”三级多中心的系统架构, 具体包括车企数据中心、区域数据中心和国家管理中心。此外, 分层设计各节点数据中心的基础数据与应用服务, 相互之间可以进行数据传输与交互共享, 并依据各自不同的权限和职能开展特定数据综合应用, 同时预留与第三方数据平台的交互接口, 为多数据融合协同提供支撑。平台应用区块链技术, 用于实现数据的防篡改和可追溯,其系统架构如 图 1 所示。
车企数据中心是整个数据平台的第 1 层级, 通过 $4\mathrm{G}/5\mathrm{G}/\mathrm{C} - \mathrm{V}2\mathrm{X}$ 方式采集智能网联汽车上传的各类数据, 进行初步校验和脱敏处理后, 将标准化数据实时转发至所属区域的数据中心。车企数据中心拥有旗下智能网联汽车的全量数据, 基于这些数据提供研发改进、用户个性化服务等应用, 同时, 可向上级数据中心提交数据统计分析、系统评价、算法训练等数据应用请求, 上级数据中心基于更大规模和范围的产业数据, 将计算后的结果回传至车企数据中心。区域数据中心是整个数据平台的第 2 层级, 接收车企数据中心上传的标准化数据, 并对数据进行清洗、融合、统计等进一步处理,按照分级分类原则存储, 遵守约定协议将统计分析后的数据上传至国家管理中心。区域数据中心拥有对接整车企业的全量数据, 与区域内公安交通安全管理局等数据进行交互共享和融合应用, 可实现更加精准的安全运行监测、道路拥堵分析、交通设施智能控制等功能, 高效助力智慧交通系统建设; 同时, 接收国家管理中心和车企数据中心提交的数据计算请求, 并将结果回传。区域数据中心可以依托各地智能网联汽车测试示范区、大数据应用示范中心等资源统筹建设。国家管理中心是整个数据平台的最高层级,接收区域中心上传的关键数据和统计信息, 拥有行业全量数据资源和整个平台算力的调度权, 可实现基于海量数据的智能网联汽车产业宏观分析预测,对接入车辆进行安全运行监测、事故预警与诊断分析,以及构建系统评价模型等应用,同时面向政府部门、下级平台和第三方数据应用商提供各类数据计算服务, 使其得到行业全量数据资源的支撑服务。
智能网联汽车数据平台设计要求为:支持 $\mathrm{{PB}}$ 级数据存储、处理和分析,具备服务千万量级车辆的能力, 具有实时数据采集与共享的能力, 并实现接入车辆运行监测与多场景数据综合应用。技术架构如 图 2 所示, 系统采用分层模块化、分布式和微服务的设计架构,基于数据接入、预处理、存储、 计算、数据分析等核心技术,从车辆运行监测、车辆状态实时预警、预报警信息管理、统一用户身份管理等多方面进行开发和部署。由于平台连接的数据节点多, 采集存储的数据量大, 分析应用时效性要求高, 所以平台建设需要满足高并发、高可用和高可靠的要求。在数据接收环节, 以 Kafka 集群实现对异步传输数据的实时采集, 能避免出现响应延迟、数据丢失、过高的内存负载等问题,也可以较容易地实现企业和区域数据节点的扩展。进入到数据处理环节, 采用成熟的 Hadoop 分布式处理框架结合计算引擎 Spark 的大数据架构, 应用 Spark Streaming 对接收的数据进行实时流处理, 包括合法性校验和缺值过滤等, 完成数据清洗后进行实时存储。在数据分析利用环节, 可以利用开源机器学习框架 TensorFlow 搭建多样的数据处理模型, 从而适用于产品级大规模应用快速、灵活等特点。完成基础框架开发设计后, 可以进一步扩充平台的全量数据分析功能, 以存储的海量智能网联汽车数据作为分析对象,开展复杂模型的建立、训练和验证工作, 并提供多种统计分析、数据挖掘和综合利用服务。
建设行业级智能网联汽车数据平台, 主要是基于产业的海量数据构建和训练算法模型, 从而实现特定场景的数据应用。当数据在传输、存储、共享等过程中遭到篡改或破坏, 数据的可用性及可靠性将大大降低,甚至会直接影响算法模型的精准度。 同时, 平台数据对交通安全事故场景还原和责任判定具有重要作用, 特别是对于高级别自动驾驶车辆来说, 仅依据外部视频或现场人员描述难以判定责任主体, 必须辅以多元自动驾驶系统数据进行综合判定, 此时这些数据的真实性将对判定结果产生重要影响。因此, 保障数据在平台全生命周期管理中防篡改和可追溯至关重要 [ 19 ] 。应用区块链技术, 可以依照时间排序将数据区块以链状方式组合形成特定数据结构, 通过建立去中心化、去信任的分布式共享总账系统,防止部分节点的损坏对整体区块链产生的影响, 同时, 由于时间的不可逆性使试图篡改链内数据的行为易被追溯, 可以有效限制相关的不法行为 [ 20 ] 。本平台在国家、区域、企业三级数据中心建立区块链账本, 从采集的大量数据中抽取元数据作为上链原始数据, 通过区块链的共识机制维护所有账本的一致性, 完整性审计机制保障数据防篡改, 数据安全审计实现数据安全风险防控, 区块链的可信智能合约实现安全运行计算,实现公共服务平台跨域数据管理、数据防篡改和动态可追溯。
智能网联汽车数据具备复杂性、多样性、精确性等特点, 虽然在车企数据中心进行了隐私数据和重要数据的脱敏处理, 但这些数据一旦遭到泄露、 非法获取和非法利用, 仍然可能产生难以预料的影响。因此, 有必要应用加密传输、访问控制等技术, 确保数据在三级平台中传输、存储和应用的安全性。理论上, 采用最高程度的数据加密处理可以尽可能地降低数据泄露风险, 但这样会延长数据处理的时间, 影响数据交互和存储的时效性。由于平台采集的数据主要用于算法模型的构建和训练, 不会对自动驾驶车辆的决策和控制产生影响, 而且分别在车端和车企平台进行了脱敏处理, 所以降低了数据泄露后产生的影响。同时, 要实现数据应用价值的最大化, 还需要保证数据采集和传输的实时性。综合考虑面临风险、数据实时性, 以及平台承载数据量和算力上限等要求, 本平台采用 SSL 加密数据链路, 同时采用非对称加密算法对数据进行加密处理, 由国家管理中心统一分发密钥, 既在一定程度上保证数据安全, 又能充分保障数据传输的时效性, 减少算力资源的消耗。为保证平台数据在合法、合规的前提下被处理和应用, 遵循并符合 “最小权限原则”, 本平台还应用了访问控制技术, 根据智能网联汽车数据的重要程度进行分级管理, 在数据被访问前进行严格的身份或系统认证, 重要数据必须经过授权后方可在限定的时间内和限定的范围内使用, 同时, 针对越权使用数据的现象进行有效防御, 防止非法用户或合法用户的不慎操作造成破坏。
智能网联汽车作为集汽车和其他交通参与者、 道路设施、通信设备以及云端大数据平台为一体的信息物理系统, 随着系统复杂性的增加和实现功能的进一步丰富, 其在正常行驶过程中产生和涉及的数据范围非常广, 大致可以分为基本属性数据、运行控制数据、环境感知数据、应用服务数据、用户个人数据 5 个主要类别 [ 21 ] ,还可进一步划分为若干细分类别, 已量产 L2 级智能网联汽车实时采集传输的数据种类超过 100 个, 更高级别的智能网联汽车采集上传的数据种类将会更多。同时, 由于智能网联汽车数据具有精度高、颗粒度精细等特点, 单台车每日产生的数据量非常大, 如果接入的车辆达到百万级甚至更多, 对数据平台的处理性能、稳定性及带宽等都会带来严峻考验。考虑到这些数据在后期分析应用中涉及的具体场景和产生的实际价值不同,对采集存储数据的精度、颗粒度要求也不尽相同。因此, 为充分保障平台高效稳定的运行以及满足不同类别数据挖掘应用的要求, 将采集传输的数据分为周期类上传数据和事件类上传数据, 周期类上传数据为按照一定的时间间隔重复产生的数据,按照数据应用需求又分为高频(10Hz)和低频(1 Hz)两类; 事件类上传数据为在特定事件发生后才会产生的数据, 各数据类别所包含的数据示例如 图 3 所示。
“国家-区域-企业”三级数据平台之间进行数据交互既可以采用 TCP/IP 协议, 也可采用高级消息队列协议(Advanced Message Queuing Protocol, AMQP), 以实现技术的可伸缩性和模块化性。如 图 4 所示, 当采用 AMQP 进行通信, AMQP 实体应部署在服务端平台内, 服务端为每个客户端分配不同的消息队列和用户名密码, 客户端平台将消息发布到 AMQP 实体上, 服务端平台异步消费 AMQP 实体内的数据。
客户端平台向服务端平台发起通信连接请求, 当通信链路连接建立后, 客户端平台应自动向服务端平台发送登入信息进行身份识别。服务端平台校验正确时, 返回成功应答; 校验错误时, 存储错误数据记录并通知客户端平台。事件类数据传输可使用超文本传输安全协议(Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure, HTTPS) 或 AMQP, 统计数据传输可采用 TCP/IP、AMQP、文件传输协议(File Transfer Protocol, FTP)、超文本传输协议(HyperText Transfer Protocol, HTTP) 或 HTTPS 等多种方式。
智能网联汽车数据包含大量与驾驶员、乘客和行人相关的个人隐私数据, 具体包括人脸信息、操作习惯、地理位置、行车轨迹等,一旦被过度采集或非法滥用 [ 22 - 23 ] ,将会严重损害驾乘员的身心健康和财产安全 [ 24 ] 。《个人信息保护法》对个人信息的收集和处理进行了体系化规定, 中央网络安全和信息化委员会办公室等 5 个部门发布的《汽车数据安全管理若干规定(试行)》聚焦汽车行业, 对个人信息和重要数据的采集、存储、加工、提供等作了更为详细的规定, 要求也更加具体和严格。要想实现用户权益保护和数据开发利用之间的平衡, 应用包括匿名化在内的数据脱敏技术是重要的解决方案 [ 25 ] 。对于 “企业-区域-国家” 三级数据平台体系, 为有效避免敏感信息的泄露, 每级数据中心根据管理权限和功能作用的不同进行差异化脱敏处理。其中, 企业端承担的任务最为关键, 要完成对驾驶员、乘客个人信息和重要数据的脱敏处理,以确保在后续的数据传输及应用过程中不损害用户权益。对于区域数据中心和国家管理中心而言, 则要在开展数据共享或提供数据服务的过程中,将企业、品牌、车型等信息进行脱敏处理,确保企业的研发和商业机密不被窃取和泄露。
经第 3 方测试机构评估, 该平台具有实时数据采集与共享的能力, 并满足信息系统安全的要求, 包含了平台登录、总览、数据分析评价、基础管理、运行分析、空中下载技术(Over-The-Air, OTA)升级、人工智能(Artificial Intelligence, AI) 预警、可信存证、系统管理等模块并实现了相关功能。平台已接入不低于 13 万辆的智能网联汽车, 故障信息更新时间在 $3\mathrm{\;{min}}$ 内,历史数据统计分析时间在 $7\mathrm{\;{min}}$ 内,具备数据节点的扩展功能。
根据平台采集和存储的海量数据资源, “企业- 区域一国家”三级数据平台可实现自动驾驶算法训练、运行监测和性能评价、用户个性化服务,以及城市智能交通建设等数据应用, 其中, 国家管理中心职能主要是围绕车辆安全监管开展数据应用开发,其功能模块举例如下。
自动驾驶系统及驾驶辅助系统的评价,目前主要以典型工况下车辆安全运行情况作为参考依据, 但车辆实际行驶环境和条件都与封闭道路典型工况差别很大, 且复杂多变, 因此, 评价结果不能完全反映车辆实际智能驾驶水平。当前逐渐推广应用的驾驶辅助系统, 平台采集存储的数据均为车辆在实际道路上行驶时产生, 因此, 基于系统开启开闭时间、使用频次、所处工况, 以及失效情况等数据, 能更加准确地评价系统的性能, 同时, 也可在多种车型之前进行横向比较。展示了驾驶辅助系统评价平台系统界面,可以进一步细化到自动紧急制动 (Autonomous Emergency Braking, AEB)系统、车道保持(Lane Keeping Assist, LKA)系统、驾驶员监测系统 (Driver Monitoring System, DMS)、盲区监测(Blind Spot Detection, BSD)系统等功能的评价。
平台基于企业数据中心、区域数据中心上传的大量数据, 采取大数据挖掘等手段, 可以全面统计接入车辆数量、行驶总里程数、驾驶辅助系统使用情况, 以及发生的故障和一致性问题等信息, 综合分析我国智能网联汽车产业发展趋势、存在的问题等, 并在国家管理中心通过多种类型的图表进行集中呈现, 如 图 5 所示, 通过分析挖掘产生的时效性、便捷性、易读性隐藏信息可为政府决策提供支撑。特别是当车辆发生故障或事故时, 可以通过采集的数据及时发现并处置。此外, 调取事件类数据和发生点前后的周期数据, 能更加精准地还原现场情况、判定发生原因。
车辆OTA升级可以及时、便捷地修复智能网联汽车系统缺陷, 实现产品迭代升级, 提升使用体验等功能, 但同时也带来了潜在的风险, 加强监管势在必行。平台通过实时采集车辆上传的数据, 可以清晰地展示车辆进行 OTA 的次数以及升级的具体内容等信息, 实现软件升级有关情况的追溯。
5 结论
随着云计算、人工智能、大数据等新一代信息技术应用逐渐走向成熟, 智能网联汽车数据资源将在自动驾驶系统的研发改进、车辆安全监管和事故预警、用户个性化服务等方面发挥重要作用,开发建设行业级 “智能网联汽车数据交互与综合应用公共服务平台”, 可以充分发挥好基础性支撑作用, 有助于海量数据资源的集聚共享和开发利用。依托物理分散、逻辑协同的 “企业一区域一国家” 三级数据平台体系,各级数据节点在实现协同配合的同时, 可以根据管理权限和功能职责开展特定的数据综合应用、提供数据服务, 从而有效促进数据融合与价值挖掘。基于已开发建设的平台, 可以证明满足高吞吐、低延迟、高可靠的设计需求, 融合应用区块链技术、数据脱敏、数据加密与访问控制技术, 能保障安全防篡改和可追溯, 几种典型应用示例也充分证明了平台建设的价值和未来发展空间, 为推动行业共建共享全量数据分析和基础支撑平台提供了参考借鉴。
