Focusing on the thermal management and waste heat recovery of a fuel cell bus, an integrated vehicle thermal manage system is developed, and 9 corresponding operation modes are proposed. A simulation mode is established based on AMESim to analyze the temperature control characteristics and energy consumption of the system under high, low and extremely low temperature conditions. The results show that under hightemperature conditions of 34, 37, 40 °C, the thermal manage system can maintain key components within an appropriate temperature range to meet their respective cooling requirements. Under lowtemperature conditions of 10, 5,0,5 °C, the thermal management system can meet the heating needs of the key components. Additionally, the waste heat from the fuel cell stack and motor can meet the cabin heating requirements when the ambient temperature is above 15 °C. This can save up to 10.44% of the vehicle's driving energy consumption compared to using pure PTC for cabin heating. Under extreme cold conditions of 30, 25, 20 °C, the waste heat alone is insufficient to meet the cabin heating demand, requiring the use of PTC for auxiliary heating. The additional equivalent hydrogen consumption for PTC heating is 44.10, 36.89, 33.5 g, respectively.

着眼于某款燃料电池客车的热管理及余热回收,构建了集成式整车热管理系统,提出9种热管理运行模式,基于AMESim建立整车热管理仿真模型,分析系统在高温、低温和极低温工况下的温控特性与能耗特性。结果表明,在环境温度为34、37、40℃的高温工况下,热管理系统可以使关键部件维持在适宜温度范围内,符合各自冷却需求;在环境温度为10、5、0、5℃的低温工况下,关键部件均可被满足其加热温控需求,考虑到余热回收座舱供暖,电堆和电机的余热量可满足15℃及以上环境温度下车舱的制热需求,整车行驶能耗较纯PTC供暖最高可节省10.44%;在30、25、20°C的极低温工况下,仅靠余热难以满足座舱加热需求,需通过PTC和余热联合供暖,PTC加热额外增加等效氢耗量分别为44.10、36.89、33.50g。

着眼于某款燃料电池客车的热管理及余热回收,构建了集成式整车热管理系统,提出9种热管理运行模式,基于AMESim建立整车热管理仿真模型,分析系统在高温、低温和极低温工况下的温控特性与能耗特性。结果表明,在环境温度为34、37、40℃的高温工况下,热管理系统可以使关键部件维持在适宜温度范围内,符合各自冷却需求;在环境温度为10、5、0、5℃的低温工况下,关键部件均可被满足其加热温控需求,考虑到余热回收座舱供暖,电堆和电机的余热量可满足15℃及以上环境温度下车舱的制热需求,整车行驶能耗较纯PTC供暖最高可节省10.44%;在30、25、20°C的极低温工况下,仅靠余热难以满足座舱加热需求,需通过PTC和余热联合供暖,PTC加热额外增加等效氢耗量分别为44.10、36.89、33.50g。

Focusing on the thermal management and waste heat recovery of a fuel cell bus, an integrated vehicle thermal manage system is developed, and 9 corresponding operation modes are proposed. A simulation mode is established based on AMESim to analyze the temperature control characteristics and energy consumption of the system under high, low and extremely low temperature conditions. The results show that under hightemperature conditions of 34, 37, 40 °C, the thermal manage system can maintain key components within an appropriate temperature range to meet their respective cooling requirements. Under lowtemperature conditions of 10, 5,0,5 °C, the thermal management system can meet the heating needs of the key components. Additionally, the waste heat from the fuel cell stack and motor can meet the cabin heating requirements when the ambient temperature is above 15 °C. This can save up to 10.44% of the vehicle's driving energy consumption compared to using pure PTC for cabin heating. Under extreme cold conditions of 30, 25, 20 °C, the waste heat alone is insufficient to meet the cabin heating demand, requiring the use of PTC for auxiliary heating. The additional equivalent hydrogen consumption for PTC heating is 44.10, 36.89, 33.5 g, respectively.

发展新能源汽车是全球共识, 近年来, 新能源汽车的渗透率显著提升。氢燃料电池汽车作为新能源汽车的典型代表, 具有清洁、高效、长续驶里程等诸多优势, 被认为是未来实现低碳化的有效途径之一。受益于 “双碳” 目标的提出,氢能的发展被推向新的高度 [ 1 - 2 ] ,我国也不断出台政策支持燃料电池汽车产业的发展 [3-5]
热管理系统在保障氢燃料电池汽车的热安全性和提升其使用寿命方面发挥着至关重要的作用, 成为燃料电池汽车技术发展的重要支撑。此外, 整车节能特性也成为热管理研究的重要内容, 因此, 热管理系统正向整车集成化方向发展。由于燃料电池汽车具有动力系统部件多、温控差异大的复杂性, 使整车热管理系统的设计难度大幅提升 [ 6 ]
整车热管理系统 2 个主要功能属性为: 高环境温度下的冷却和低环境温度下的加热。目前,整车热管理系统的冷却和加热技术主要依靠空气、液体、热管和相变材料,其中,液体换热是最常用的技术,特别是在满足大功率系统的要求时[7-10]。在冷启动方面, 性能提升主要包括外部辅助启动策略和内部辅助启动策略。外部辅助启动策略主要通过辅助设备和材料来实现, 如 PTC 加热器和热泵系统;内部辅助启动策略主要取决于燃料电池自身结构或控制策略的优化 [ 11 - 13 ] 。XU Jiamin 等 [ 14 ] 通过设计一个集成化的热管理系统, 将燃料电池、电机和动力电池包的冷却与加热协同联系, 使温度控制在理想的范围内。林佳博 [ 15 ] 提出了一种燃料电池汽车动力总成的热管理系统控制策略, 将动力电池和电机热管理系统回路进行集成, 同时设定动力电池和电机进行热管理的优先级, 通过同一散热器对其进行散热冷却, 并且可利用电机的余热为动力电池加热,对节省车载能源有一定的积极作用。 CHENG Siliang 等 [ 16 ] 通过在软件 Simulink 中设计更精准的控制器, 对城市客车的燃料电池进行精准的热管理控制。李栋军等 [ 17 ] 考虑充分利用电驱电控系统产生的废热加热电池包,结果表明低环境温度下余热回收可以减少电池包加热能耗, 余热回收下电池包由-10、-5、 $0{}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 加热至 ${15}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 能耗分别降低 209.50、406.40、460 kJ。ZHAO Zhen 等 [ 18 ] 设计了一种基于热泵空调的整车集成式热管理系统, 通过热泵空调对燃料电池、动力电池和车舱进行热量管理, 对该热管理系统的冷却性能、加热性能和几种不同热源的加热能耗进行了研究, 结果表明该热管理系统具有良好的加热和冷却性能, 并且当采用电堆余热供暖时, 与 PTC 供暖相比等效耗氢量可降低 15% 左右。ZOU Huiming 等 [ 19 ] 研究了一种将热管电池冷却与热泵空调系统相结合的纯电动汽车热管理系统, 结果表明, 该设计能满足基本的乘员舱和电池包的冷却需求。热泵系统虽然能节省车载能源, 但在极低温的条件下加热性能不如 PTC。LEE 等 [ 20 ] 提出了一种电堆回路与热泵二次回路耦合的冷却方案, 并提出了在不同的工况下合适的冷却方法和配置。YANG Qiao 等 [ 21 ] 建立了燃料电池汽车集成热管理系统模型, 对车辆在高温环境下的启动和运行场景进行了动态仿真, 结果验证了系统模型的有效性和高温工况下冷却控制策略的合理性。 QU Yan等 [ 22 ] 提出了一种集成式燃料电池客车热管理系统, 以解决独立式热管理系统温度控制差与能耗高等问题, 通过回收电堆与电机等部件余热, 较 PTC加热的等效氢耗量可降低 12.21% 左右。
现有关燃料电池汽车整车热管理的研究以乘用车为主,而以大型客车为研究对象的相对欠缺。客车与乘用车在行驶工况、结构配置和功能属性等方面皆存在差异, 在座舱制冷与制热、动力系统功率输出与生热等方面存在不同的特性, 导致乘用车的热管理系统及控制方案难以直接移植于客车。因此, 开发面向燃料电池客车的专用热管理系统, 分析其性能特性, 对保障客车热安全性和提高经济性具有重要作用。
本文基于 AMESim 建立了燃料电池客车整车热管理系统模型, 分析了不同环境温度下所设计的热管理系统的冷却和加热性能, 并且也对极低温环境下利用燃料电池和电机余热为车舱供暖时的制热效果进行了模拟, 结果表明, 在余热不足时, 及时利用PTC补热, 可保证人体的舒适性, 以期为燃料电池客车热管理系统的研究提供借鉴。
燃料电池客车整车热管理系统由燃料电池与电机热管理子系统、动力电池热管理子系统、车舱热管理子系统和空调子系统组成, 系统原理如 图 1 所示。燃料电池对冷却液的电导率有严格要求, 需安置去离子器以维持冷却液的电导率在合理水平, 燃料电池通常设置单独冷却回路, 借助换热器与整车热管理偶联。本文主要从整车热管理的角度展开分析, 所以简化了燃料电池热管理系统的相关管路, 忽略了去离子器等辅助部件的标注。
鉴于电机与电堆的控温水平相当, 为了减少系统冗余,将燃料电池热管理和电机热管理并联至同一热管理回路, 由电机支路设置的比例阀控制流经电机的冷却液流量, 并假设去离子器可有效吸收各零部件所释放的阴阳离子, 由此改变电堆与电机回路传统的间接偶联形式; 车舱热管理系统与动力电池热管理系统有机结合, 高温环境下可通过空调系统对动力电池进行温度管控, 低温或常温环境下通过液冷方式对其进行温度管控; 建立燃料电池和电机热管理系统与车舱的联系, 可利用燃料电池和电机的余热为车舱供暖。
燃料电池的工作温度控制在 ${65} \sim {80}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 之间, 采用循环液冷的方式将电堆热量带出并散发至环境; 当燃料电池低于自启温度时,则通过 PTC 进行预热直至电堆温度达到 ${10}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 。电机许用工作温度区间较宽,在 $- {40} \sim {125}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 之间 [ 23 ] ,仅需考虑对其冷却,最佳工作温度控制在 ${80}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 左右。燃料电池和电机热管理系统回路的冷却液均采用 50% 乙二醇水溶液。
动力电池的高效工作温区范围较窄, 依据环境温度的不同, 采用不同措施对其进行温度控制: 当环境温度低于 ${32}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 时,通过液冷方式对动力电池进行散热,当环境温度高于 ${32}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 时,则借助空调制冷对动力电池进行散热, 目标均为将动力电池温度控制在 ${28} \sim {32}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 之间;当动力电池温度低于 ${20}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 时,则依靠辅助加热设备 $\mathrm{{PTC}}$ 对动力电池进行预热,可保证动力电池温度更快到达 20°C。
车舱温度是驾乘舒适性的重要指标之一, 车舱热管理是整车热管理中温度要求最严格且能耗最高的方面。高温时,车舱依靠空调系统进行制冷降温,车舱温度控制目标为 ${23}^{ \sim }{27}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ ;低温时,依靠外部加热将车舱温度维持在 ${18} \sim {22}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 之间。在本文的空调系统模型中,制冷剂选用R134a; 车舱供暖优先利用整车余热,即满足余热利用条件时, 通过回收电堆和电机的余热为车舱供暖;若余热量不足,则通过 PTC 为车舱补热。通过最大化回收利用余热资源,达到节省车载能源的目的。
针对纯电堆配置在低功率工况下输出效率低的缺点, 本文采用 “燃料电池+动力电池” 混合配置驱动模式, 以降低对燃料电池功率和动态特性的要求, 同时能有效回收车辆制动能量。此外, 针对车辆在运行过程中动力源的不同工作模式, 设定其功率分配策略, 见 表 1
考虑到燃料电池在运行中还会驱动其他动力部件, 因此, 将燃料电池驱动电机的输出功率上限设置为 ${60}\mathrm{\;{kW}}$ ;动力电池驱动模式临界值设置为 10 $\mathrm{{kW}}$ ,即当需求功率低于 ${10}\mathrm{\;{kW}}$ 时,由动力电池单独为驱动电机供能,当高于 ${10}\mathrm{{kW}}$ 时,则由燃料电池为驱动电机供能; 当驱动电机需求功率超过 60 $\mathrm{{kW}}$ 时,通过燃料电池和动力电池共同供能; 当减速制动时,工作模式则切换至制动能量回收模式; 动力电池充电模式的 SOC 阈值设为 20% 和 70%,当 SOC 低于 20% 时, 电堆以最大功率运行, 在满足整车驱动所需功率的同时提供额外功率为动力电池充电, 直至 SOC 达到 70% 时停止充电。
整车热管理系统的工作模式是通过逻辑门限值控制策略进行调节, 实时反馈关键部件的温度值, 利用PID控制水泵转速以及风扇风速, 来改变各种介质流量, 实现相应的温控需求。逻辑门限值控制状态的逻辑框架如 图 2 所示。电堆温度用 ${T}_{\text{stack }}$ 表示, 动力电池温度用 ${T}_{\mathrm{{bat}}}$ 表示,驾乘员舱温度用 ${T}_{\mathrm{{cab}}}$ 表示,电机温度用 ${T}_{\mathrm{{mot}}}$ 表示,环境温度用 ${T}_{\mathrm{{amb}}}$ 表示。具体工作模式设置为以下 9 个。
模式 1: 电堆冷启动, 电堆和动力电池处于加热状态,车舱不加热。 ${T}_{\text{stack }} < {10}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C},{T}_{\text{bat }} < {20}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$

根据所构建的集成式整车热管理系统框架, 基于 AMESim 软件建立整车热管理系统仿真模型, 如 图 3 所示。整车热管理系统模型主要由燃料电池与电机热管理系统、动力电池热管理系统、车舱热管理系统和空调系统组成。整车相关设计参数见 表 2 。电堆模型为软件 AMESim 燃料电池库中的 FCPEMFC2D00。该模型是通过数据驱动的电堆模型, 根据运行过程中产生的数据, 通过单体电池的工作原理,对单体电池建立电流密度输出特性公式; 其次, 对单片电池电压建立对应的输出特性公式; 最后, 输入电堆片数并对公式中的系数进行修正, 得出电堆的输出特性和温度特性。动力电池在运行过程中会因自身内阻、荷电状态、温度及工作时的电流和功率等因素的影响而呈现出复杂的状态。因电池详尽参数特性的获取受限, 且本文主要考虑动力电池的温度特性, 最终选择 AMESim 软件中的电池模型 ESSBATPA01。驱动电机模型为永磁同步电机 DRVEM01, 是一个多模块集成模型, 包括永磁同步电机的控制模块, 车舱模型为 ACCAB000。
燃料电池在反应过程中的生热量为 [ 22 ] :

式中: $N$ 为燃料电池单体数; ${I}_{\text{stack }}$ 为燃料电池电流, 单位 $\mathrm{A}$ ; ${U}_{\text{stack }}$ 为电堆电压,单位 $\mathrm{A}$ ; ${U}_{\text{equal }}$ 为单体电池等效电压, 单位 A。
单体动力电池生热速率依据 Bernadi 提出的方程 [ 24 ] 为:

电机的产热功率通过输出总功率和效率进行计算 [ 22 ] :

空调压缩机耗功为:

式中: ${m}_{\text{comp }}$ 为制冷剂质量流量,单位 $\mathrm{{kg}}/\mathrm{s};{h}_{\text{suc }}$ 为压缩机吸气比焓, ${h}_{\mathrm{{dis}}}$ 为等熵压缩排气比焓,单位 $\mathrm{{kJ}}/$ $\mathrm{{kg}}$ ; ${\eta }_{\mathrm{{is}}}$${\eta }_{\mathrm{{em}}}$ 分别为压缩机等熵效率和机械效率。
换热器的换热功率基于牛顿冷却定律:

表征为:

式中: $\lambda$ 为介质的导热系数,单位 $\mathrm{W}/\left( {\mathrm{m} \cdot \mathrm{K}}\right) ;{Nu}$ 为努塞尔数; $d$ 为通道的当量直径。
本研究采用中国城市客车行驶工况(China Heavy-Duty Commercial Vehicle Test Cycle for Bus, CHTC-B)作为模拟仿真时的循环工况, 如 图 4 所示, 该工况基于中国各城市实际路况并结合大量客车道路行驶数据而制定,包括低速(399s)和高速 (911 s) 2 个速度区间,共 1310 s。本文模拟仿真时对其循环两次,共计 ${2620}\mathrm{\;s}$ ,如 图 3 所示。考察环境温度运行工况分别为:
高温: ${34}\text{、}{37}_{\text{、}}{40}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ ;
低温: $- {10}\text{、} - 5\text{、}0\text{、}{5}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ ;
超低温: $- {30}\text{、} - {25}\text{、} - {20}\text{、} - {15}{}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$
在各工况下验证所构建的整车热管理系统的合理性和有效性, 并分析其在低温和超低温工况下余热回收方案的节能潜力。
当环境温度为34、 ${37}^{ \circ }$${40}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 时,电堆温度变化趋势如 图 5 所示。在整个 CHTC-B 工况运行中, 电堆温度维持在目标范围内。在 ${1310} \sim {1759}\mathrm{\;s}$ 期间, 电堆温度相对较低, 是因为此阶段车速相对较慢, 电堆产出热量减少, 因而电堆温度在热管理系统的控制下可维持在 ${70}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 左右。从放大图可看出环境温度越高, 相对稳定时期的电堆温度也越高。 电机的温度变化如 图 6 所示。环境温度越高, 电机达到目标控制温度 ${80}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 的时间越短。在电机支路比例阀的控制下,电机温度稳定在 ${80}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 左右,上下浮动在 1 ℃ 以内。
以环境温度 ${40}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 为例,观察流经电堆和电机的冷却液流量变化如 图 7 所示。由图可知,大循环完全开启时, 电堆冷却液流量有一短暂的阶跃, 这是因为在大循环开启过程中, 小循环支路未完全关闭, 此时流经电堆的流量为两支路流量之和, 待小循环完全关闭后, 电堆流量与大循环流量相等。在 ${2000}\mathrm{\;s}$ 时,电机温度达到 ${80}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ ,电机支路比例阀开启, 通过 PI 控制不断改变阀门开度大小, 使电机温度得以稳定, 电机支路流量变化如 图 7 所示。由于电机支路开启, 电机支路流量增加, 导致电堆支路流量减少,同时由 图 5 可知, ${2000}\mathrm{\;s}$ 后电堆温度整体相较前一循环相应时刻高出 ${2}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 左右;在此阶段水泵转速提高, 回路中总流量增加, 风扇风速相应提升,以应对增加的产热量,使电堆和电机温度得以控制。
当环境温度为34、 ${37}^{ \circ }$${40}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 时,通过空调系统对动力电池进行制冷, 如 图 8 所示。可知, 动力电池在空调制冷作用下, 温度下降速率较快, 随环境温度由低到高,到达目标控制温度 ${28}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 的时间分别为 ${275}\text{、}{392}\text{、}{537}\mathrm{\;s}$ ,此时动力电池支路关闭, 液冷回路中的水泵继续工作以保证动力电池内部温度的均衡。动力电池温度继续下降是因为液冷回路中的冷却液温度较低,持续冷却动力电池,随工况的运行,动力电池不断产热使其温度回升。
车舱温度变化如 图 9 所示, 可看到车舱温度在短时间内降至目标温度 ${25}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ ,之后在车辆行驶过程中,车舱温度可保持稳定。随着环境温度的升高,车舱热负荷增加,车舱散热所需的制冷量增加, 致使车舱降至目标温度值的时间延长, 分别为 114、210、363 s。
高温环境下整车能耗如 图 10 所示。当环境温度为34、 ${37}_{ \smallsetminus }{40}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 时,整车耗氢量分别为988.59、 ${1051.46}\text{、}{1145.03}\mathrm{\;g}$ 。工况运行过程中耗氢量有所降低是因为考虑了动力电池制动能量回收时计算的等效耗氢量。环境温度每升高3 ${}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ ,耗氢量增长幅度分别是 6.36% 和 8.90%,增长幅度随环境温度的升高而增大, 主要是由于环境温度越高, 车舱制冷和动力电池冷却的需求越大, 而空调系统本身能效却降低。
当环境温度为 $- {10}\text{、} - 5\text{、}0\text{、}{5}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 时,燃料电池热管理系统执行低温冷启动模式, 动力电池热管理系统执行低温预热模式, 此过程中所需电量由动力电池提供,即电堆和动力电池的温度变化分别如 图 11图 12 所示。电堆和动力电池的 PTC 加热功率分别为 ${10}\mathrm{\;{kW}}$$5\mathrm{\;{kW}}$ ,在冷启动模式下, 为电堆和动力电池预热的能耗分别为 2.59、1.94、 ${1.32}\text{、}{0.67}\mathrm{\;{kWh}}$ ,等效氢耗分别为 109.70、82.05、 55.76、28.28 g。
电堆温度变化如 图 13 所示。电堆温度达到 ${10}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 后,电堆启动,车辆开始运行。在 ${793} \sim {941}\mathrm{\;s}$ 期间, 电堆温度上升速度平缓, 因为此阶段循环回路转入大循环, 大循环回路中冷却液流量相对较低, 同时环境温度又低,散热能力较强,电堆入口冷却液温度下降,导致该期间电堆温度上升速度缓慢。 完全进入大循环后,电堆稳定在 ${70}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 左右,整体温度上下浮动在3 ${}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 内。
电机温度变化如 图 14 所示。电机温度随整个工况的运行呈上升趋势, 循环结束后, 随环境温度的升高,电机温度分别达到 47.04、51.93、56.82、 ${61.70}{}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 。由于电机质量较大,且电机产热功率相对较低, 致使电机温度上升缓慢, 在循环工况结束时, 电机热管理系统仍未开启。
动力电池温度变化如 图 15 所示。动力电池由于在冷启动阶段为电堆预热供能, 同时进行自身预热,致使其初始温度高于环境温度。在冷启动阶段,动力电池温度未达到 ${20}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ ,所以动力电池在工况运行中继续执行预热。当动力电池温度达到 20°C后, PTC停止加热,动力电池通过自热使其温度上升。
车舱温度变化如 图 16 所示。车舱升温阶段, 电堆和电机温度未达到余热开启的温度, 则通过 PTC加热器为车舱供暖。当环境温度为 $- {10}\text{、} - 5\text{、}0$${5}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 时,车舱温度达到目标温度 ${20}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 的时间分别为 ${342}\text{、}{246}\text{、}{176}\text{、}{122}\mathrm{\;s}$ ,环境温度越高,车舱制热需求越低,制热所需时间随之缩短。
车舱制热过程中 PTC 功率变化如 图 17 所示。 电堆温度升至 ${70}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 后,则通过电堆余热为车舱供暖, 即可看到 PTC 关闭, 这时回收并利用电堆余热可将车舱温度稳定维持在 20°C 左右。
低温环境下整车能耗如 图 18 所示。当环境温度为 $- {10}\text{、} - 5\text{、}0\text{、}{5}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ ,电堆温度达到 ${70}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 时,电堆和电机热管理系统执行余热利用模式, 循环工况结束后,整车耗氢量分别为 984.17、952.71、922.42、 890.12 g。不同环境温度下,耗氢量增加幅度升高是因为环境温度越低, 为动力电池预热和车舱制热的时间越长, PTC能耗则越多。通过纯PTC模式为车舱供暖的整车能耗情况如 图 19 所示, 整车耗氢量分别为 ${1098.93}\text{、}{1045.17}\text{、}{992.40}\text{、}{941.89}\mathrm{g}$ 。 不同供暖模式下的整车能耗对比见 表 3
为进一步探究极低温环境下电堆和电机余热回收利用的供暖效果,对环境温度在 $- {30}\text{、} - {25}\text{、} - {20}$ 、 -15 ℃下的温度及能耗情况进行仿真分析。设置电堆的初始温度为 ${70}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ ,电机的初始温度为 ${80}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ , 结果显示两者均能正常工作且发热稳定, 车舱温度变化如 图 20 所示。可看到当环境温度为-30、-25、 $- {20}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 时,车舱温度始终达不到目标温度 ${20}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ ; 在 -15 °C的环境温度下,车舱温度在 ${990}\mathrm{\;s}$ 时达到目标温度, 之后在暖风质量流量的调节下能保持稳定。
因余热量不足以维持座舱温度, 考虑利用PTC 为车舱进行补热。 图 21 为在 PTC 补热情况下车舱温度的变化趋势。可知,当环境温度为 $- {25}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$$- {20}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 时,车舱可快速达到目标控制温度 ${20}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 并保持稳定。当环境温度为 $- {30}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 时,车舱温度在 ${1639}\mathrm{\;s}$ 时可达到目标温度, 但维持一段时间后会有小幅度的下降, 这是因为此时车速增加, 导致车体外壁对流换热增加,车舱向外传热增加,最终车内温度略有降低,但仍处于合理范围内。
补热过程中 PTC 功率变化如 图 22 所示, 开始阶段 PTC 功率较高是由于车速较低, 电堆余热相对较少,需 PTC 供给更多的热量;当车速提高,电堆余热量增加后, PTC 功率相应降低; 当车舱温度不断升高且趋于稳定时, 不同环境温度下 PTC 输出功率趋于统一。
在 PTC 补热情况下, 等效耗氢量见 表 4 。随环境温度的降低, PTC能耗随之增加:在 $- {25}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 的环境温度下, PTC加热能耗较 $- {20}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 下增加 10.12%; 在 $- {30}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 的环境温度下, $\mathrm{{PTC}}$ 加热能耗较环境温度 -25 °C增加 19.54%。
本文基于 AMESim 建立了燃料电池客车集成式整车热管理系统回路模型, 提出了热管理系统 9 种运行模式, 分析并讨论了高低温环境温度下该系统的热管理特性。结果表明, 该热管理系统具备良好的冷却和加热性能, 能使动力系统各部件的温度稳定在适宜区间。在高温环境下, 当环境温度由 34°C升至 37°C时,整车能耗增加 6.36%,由 37°C 升至 ${40}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 时,能耗增加 ${8.90}\%$ ,环境温度越高,整车能耗增幅越大。在低温环境下,环境温度从 ${5}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 降至 ${10}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ ,通过余热为车舱供暖时,整车能耗较纯 PTC 可降低 ${5.50}\% \sim {10.44}\%$ 。在极低温下,电堆和电机的余热可满足 $- {15}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 以上的环境温度下车舱的制热需求,环境温度低于 $- {20}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 时则需通过 $\mathrm{{PTC}}$ 进行补热;PTC 补热时,环境温度由 $- {20}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$ 降至 -25 °C时, PTC能耗增加 10.12%,由-25 °C降至 -30 °C时, PTC能耗增加 19.54%。
