The typical maize-growing area in Tancheng was selected as the experimental area, and traditional round rollers, multi-angled rollers, and rigid-flexible coupled rollers were selected for field comparative experiments. The results showed that the rigid-flexible coupled roller performed better in reducing the grain breakage rate, drop rate, and improving the fruit ear integrity rate, and had certain advantages in energy consumption control and operation efficiency. The results of orthogonal experiments and variance analysis indicated that the roller speed and roller gap had significant effects on the loss reduction effect, with the optimal combination being a roller speed of 950 r/min and a roller gap of 30 mm. The mechanism analysis showed that the flexible buffer layer could effectively disperse the impact force, improve the force state of the fruit ear, and thereby reduce the risk of grain damage. This study provided theoretical basis and practical reference for the structural optimization and parameter matching of the ear-threshing device of maize harvesters.

以山东郯城典型玉米种植区为试验区域,选取传统圆辊、多棱辊和刚柔耦合辊开展田间对比试验。结果表明,刚柔耦合辊在降低籽粒破碎率、掉粒率和提高果穗完整率方面表现较优,能耗控制和作业效率具有一定优势。正交试验与方差分析结果显示,辊速和辊间隙对减损效果影响显著,其中辊速950 r/min、辊间隙30 mm为最优组合。机理分析表明,柔性缓冲层能有效分散冲击力,改善果穗受力状态,从而降低籽粒损伤风险。本研究为玉米收获机摘穗装置的结构优化与参数匹配提供了理论依据和实践参考。

The typical maize-growing area in Tancheng was selected as the experimental area, and traditional round rollers, multi-angled rollers, and rigid-flexible coupled rollers were selected for field comparative experiments. The results showed that the rigid-flexible coupled roller performed better in reducing the grain breakage rate, drop rate, and improving the fruit ear integrity rate, and had certain advantages in energy consumption control and operation efficiency. The results of orthogonal experiments and variance analysis indicated that the roller speed and roller gap had significant effects on the loss reduction effect, with the optimal combination being a roller speed of 950 r/min and a roller gap of 30 mm. The mechanism analysis showed that the flexible buffer layer could effectively disperse the impact force, improve the force state of the fruit ear, and thereby reduce the risk of grain damage. This study provided theoretical basis and practical reference for the structural optimization and parameter matching of the ear-threshing device of maize harvesters.
