To address the issue of insufficient ventilation in kitchen exhaust systems operating under high‑resistance conditions，this study proposes reducing resistance by placing a duct fan downstream of the range hood.A test platform was constructed to simulate a kitchen environment with high exhaust resistance，and the feasibility of using duct fans in series to assist exhaust in systems equipped with several types of range hoods was investigated.On this basis，the study analyzed the impact of adding a duct fan on the system's air volume and noise when the exhaust air volume fails to meet the empirical requirement of 11 m³/min due to excessively high pipeline network resistance.Experimental results showed that when the selected duct fan operates at a constant speed of 2 800 r/min，the operating air volume of all 4 selected range hood models increases by approximately 2 m³/min，meeting the 11 m³/min exhaust air volume requirement.Increasing the range hood's rotation speed to achieve a 2 m³/min increase in air volume will result in a noise increment of 5 dB~6 dB，while the series‑connected duct fan scheme has a 3 dB~7 dB advantage in comparison.Moreover，the higher the pipeline network resistance，the greater the noise difference.This research can provide a theoretical reference for the engineering application of series‑connected duct fans in assisting exhaust，and its experimental method is applicable to the study on the practical value of various systematic exhaust schemes.

针对目前厨房排烟系统运行于高阻力环境时通风量不足的问题，提出将管道风机置于吸油烟机后端进行减阻。搭建了模拟高排烟阻力厨房环境的测试平台，研究了数款烟机所在排烟系统中串联管道风机辅助排烟的可行性，并基于此分析了当管网阻力过高导致排烟风量不满足11 m3/min经验要求的情况下，加装管道风机对系统的风量、噪声的影响。试验表明，所选管道风机采用恒转速2 800 r/min，使得所选4种不同烟机的工况风量均提升约2 m3/min，达到11 m3/min排烟风量的要求；通过提升烟机转速实现2 m3/min的风量增量将产生5 dB~6 dB的噪声增量，而串联管道风机方案同比具有3 dB~7 dB的优势，且管网阻力越高，噪声差值越大。研究可为串联管道风机辅助排烟的工程应用提供理论参照，其试验方法适用于各类系统性排烟方案的实用性价值研究。

针对目前厨房排烟系统运行于高阻力环境时通风量不足的问题，提出将管道风机置于吸油烟机后端进行减阻。搭建了模拟高排烟阻力厨房环境的测试平台，研究了数款烟机所在排烟系统中串联管道风机辅助排烟的可行性，并基于此分析了当管网阻力过高导致排烟风量不满足11 m3/min经验要求的情况下，加装管道风机对系统的风量、噪声的影响。试验表明，所选管道风机采用恒转速2 800 r/min，使得所选4种不同烟机的工况风量均提升约2 m3/min，达到11 m3/min排烟风量的要求；通过提升烟机转速实现2 m3/min的风量增量将产生5 dB~6 dB的噪声增量，而串联管道风机方案同比具有3 dB~7 dB的优势，且管网阻力越高，噪声差值越大。研究可为串联管道风机辅助排烟的工程应用提供理论参照，其试验方法适用于各类系统性排烟方案的实用性价值研究。

To address the issue of insufficient ventilation in kitchen exhaust systems operating under high‑resistance conditions，this study proposes reducing resistance by placing a duct fan downstream of the range hood.A test platform was constructed to simulate a kitchen environment with high exhaust resistance，and the feasibility of using duct fans in series to assist exhaust in systems equipped with several types of range hoods was investigated.On this basis，the study analyzed the impact of adding a duct fan on the system's air volume and noise when the exhaust air volume fails to meet the empirical requirement of 11 m³/min due to excessively high pipeline network resistance.Experimental results showed that when the selected duct fan operates at a constant speed of 2 800 r/min，the operating air volume of all 4 selected range hood models increases by approximately 2 m³/min，meeting the 11 m³/min exhaust air volume requirement.Increasing the range hood's rotation speed to achieve a 2 m³/min increase in air volume will result in a noise increment of 5 dB~6 dB，while the series‑connected duct fan scheme has a 3 dB~7 dB advantage in comparison.Moreover，the higher the pipeline network resistance，the greater the noise difference.This research can provide a theoretical reference for the engineering application of series‑connected duct fans in assisting exhaust，and its experimental method is applicable to the study on the practical value of various systematic exhaust schemes.

2015年，中国城镇家庭居住在8层以下的低层建筑的比例为56%，但随时间推移，新建高层建筑占比迅速上升［1］。研究表明，在使用公共烟道的高层住宅中，中低层用户的油烟机实际通风量通常低于高层用户［2］。GB/T 17713—2022《吸油烟机及其他烹饪烟气吸排装置》［3］中明确规定，除0 Pa背压条件下的半消声室噪声以外，排烟器具还需满足规定阻力下的工作风量与工作噪声的指标要求，即开始对实际通风量提出了相似的规定。
实际通风量由通风系统风压-风量特性和管网阻力决定，提升系统性能或降低烟机后端阻力均可提升通风量［4-7］。根据相似理论，提升风机叶轮转速可改变其既定的特性曲线，进而使风机所在管网系统工况点向大风量方向偏移，该方案可通过调整烟机的电控逻辑实现。这种调节方法具有能量利用率高的特点［8］。此外，还可采用2台或多台风机串联运行的方法以提高全压，该方法也可视为减少了烟机后端阻力。
所有使吸油烟机工况点向大风量变化的方法都会产生额外的噪声，这一代价在家电领域中恰好是不可忽略的。一些研究人员曾探讨双风机串联排烟系统的可行性。杨原兮等［9］开展了管道风机对吸油烟机工作性能的影响研究，通过试验方法分析了管道风机、吸油烟机及二者组成的系统的外特性性能，串联管道风机使烟机工作风量提升0.6~0.7 m3/min，且由于烟机转速的降低，其噪声降低约2.8 dB。这意味着管道风机产生的噪声贡献量可以借助吸油烟机噪声的降低加以平衡。然而，现有研究的对象仍局限于吸油烟机本体，还未扩展至整个厨房。
为进一步研究管道风机串联排烟方案的实用性，本文搭建接近用户使用条件的厨房环境，探讨串联管道风机方案提升通风量时增加的厨房噪声，并与电控提升烟机转速的方案进行对比，分析其在噪声方面的优势。
1　研究对象及方法

1.1　串联排烟系统与目标工况
研究管道风机辅助排烟需明确串联系统、烟机、管道风机及管网阻力各自的特性。以2台同型号风机为例，串并联的工况变化如图1所示。
图中，曲线①为单风机系统性能曲线，曲线②为双风机串联系统性能曲线，曲线③为双风机并联系统性能曲线；横坐标Q为风机输送的空气流量，纵坐标P为风机克服管道阻力所需的风压，∆P为系统对气流的阻力，表征不同管网对气流的阻碍特性。阻力曲线∆P=KQ2，其中，K为管网的阻力系数。风机性能曲线与管网阻力曲线的交点表示风机在当前管网下产生的风量、风压。
从图中可见，当管网阻力特性如曲线a，其阻力系数较大时，阻力曲线较陡，串联与并联分别将风量提升至A点与B点，串联提升的风量更大；若管网阻力特性如曲线b，并联与串联分别将风量提升至C点与D点，此时并联对系统风量的提升更大［10］。
根据工程经验，为保证良好的吸烟效果需要通风量至少达到11 m3/min左右。主要针对无法满足该要求的高阻力场景进行研究，管网阻力系数通常不低于2.9，因此，串联方案相比并联更具有优势。
1.2　管道风机选择
不同风机串联示意如图2所示。图中，曲线①和曲线②分别为送风能力不同的2台风机的性能曲线，曲线③为2台风机串联系统性能曲线。从图可见，串联系统的送风量甚至低于单风机2，串联未产生增益。其原因为目标风量超过了风机1的最大风量，即所选风机的性能不足或目标风量制定不合理。本文的背景是阻力系数K过大导致烟机实际工作风量不足，但烟机本身性能曲线中最大风量大于目标工况。因此设计串联系统时仅需要确保管道风机的最大风量高于目标工况。
直流管道风机辅助排烟结构如图3所示。其内部为混流风机，动叶外径限制为200 mm，以符合安装条件，该风机可无级调速。图4示出风机额定转速为3 000 r/min时的空气性能曲线，从图中可以看出，管道风机最大风量可达18 m3/min左右，高于厨房排烟所需通风量。
1.3　管网阻力的模拟
吸油烟机风量转速特性曲线如图5所示。可以看出，吸油烟机工作风量增大时，其转速单调降低。通过串联管道风机实现工况点向大风量偏移，必然会使烟机的工作转速下降，从而降低吸油烟机本体的噪声。
综上可知，串联方案的实用性表现在：其不对烟机软硬件做更改，并在噪声体验方面优于电控调节烟机转速增大风量的方案，从而平衡用户在管道风机上的额外支出。
串联风机排烟系统噪声主要来源于烟机本体噪声、气流经波纹烟管产生的噪声，以及管道风机噪声3个部分。基于前述的烟机运行特性可分析得出，管网阻力的增加会导致烟机运行时的噪声增大，这有利于掩盖管道风机噪声，但管网系统的差异也会影响管道风机自身负载，进而改变其声源大小。因此，仍需进一步的试验才可确定不同管网阻力中串联管道风机方案是否始终具有噪声优势。
在工程实际中，高排烟阻力环境主要有3类场景：
（1）别墅或自建房此类面积较大的住宅中厨房位置设计不合理导致需要接较长烟管；
（2）日本等国家多采用的水平贯通公用通风系统，其连接了包含烟机在内的多种通风设备，设备之间互相给与阻力；
（3）国内高层楼房的中低层区域，排烟阻力来源于烟管及公共烟道。
本文探讨的是长烟管场景下串联风机的表现，但研究结果对其他可能排烟不畅的住宅类型也具有参考价值。
管网阻力受到烟管长度的影响，通常工程上建议烟管长度控制在1.5~2.5 m。延长烟管对烟机工况的影响如图6所示。
从图中可以看出，即使是高性能的直流烟机，在烟管长度达到5 m以上时，其工况已接近良好排烟效果所需临界风量11 m3/min，可以认为此时排烟系统后端阻力较高，需要采取措施以改善排烟情况。同时，图中曲线斜率随烟管长度增加而减小，当烟管长度大于9 m时，烟机工作风量变化不显著。
由上述分析可知，更高的管网阻力一方面使烟机转速和噪声增大；另一方面需要管道风机具有更高的通风能力，以达到目标排烟工况，即11 m3/min的排烟风量。因此，烟管长度5，9 m可作为高阻力工况的上、下限条件，并选择该长度作为试验变量。其中，9 m烟管条件也用于确定管道风机满足目标工况要求所需的管道风机转速。
1.4　试验平台搭建
搭建带有铝扣板吊顶的模拟厨房，房间高度为3 m，其中，吊顶高度为0.3 m。墙壁为光滑硬反射面，烟机对面墙壁下侧开有通风窗，模拟厨房示意如图7所示。在有管道风机辅助排烟的方案中，管道风机安装于吊顶上方并使其前端距离弯头4倍管径以上。而在无管道风机的对照方案中，该位置将用一段烟管作为替代。
文中主要关注厨房通风量与噪声的变化，前者影响吸油烟机的油烟捕集能力，后者为家电产品主要关注的指标［11-17］。厨房通风量可等同于吸油烟机工作风量，基于前述烟机风量与转速的关系，通风量可通过测量风机转速后计算得到。噪声通过声级计测得，噪声采样点位置参考GB/T 17713—2022中工作噪声测试方法中的建议，即距地面1.5 m，离墙面0.7 m。
2　试验方案

基于搭建的厨房环境试验平台，开展了管道风机辅助排烟相关的试验研究，目的是探讨串联管道风机方案提升通风量时增加的厨房噪声，以及相比于电控提升烟机转速的方案，其在噪声方面的优势。试验所用4种吸油烟机侧面示意如图8所示，通过改变烟管总长度实现管网阻力的调节。为了对比仅提升烟机转速和仅串联管道风机辅助排烟2种方法，对在风量增值相同情况下的噪声增量进行测量，具体方案见表1。由于需要调节烟机转速，选择的烟机均为直流型。
3　结果分析

3.1　风量增值
管道风机的恒转速控制不要求其能够识别前端烟机的型号并相应地改变自身性能，是具有较高经济性和可实现性的控制方法。图9示出4种类型烟机在不同管网阻力情况下通过串联恒转速2 800 r/min的管道风机所实现的风量增量，均约为2 m3/min。
由图可知，恒转速管道风机在用于助力多种不同机型时，均能实现相近的工况风量变化。其原因为，多数直流烟机虽然在外形和内部风道上存在差异，但在7~14 m3/min风量区间的P-Q特性比较接近。
表2列出9 m烟管阻力条件下，原始通风量和串联系统改善后的风量。可以看出，在极高管网阻力下应用的管道风机，采用2 800 r/min的恒转速控制方法能使厨房通风量达到或基本接近于11 m3/min的要求，因此，后续噪声试验中管道风机也将沿用2 800 r/min转速。
3.2　噪声增值
图10示出不同方案下，通过试验得到的噪声增值结果。由图可见，提升烟机转速普遍使得厨房噪声上升约5 dB，相比该方法，通过串联管道风机使工况点偏移至相同通风量的方法具有约3 dB~7 dB的噪声优势，并且，该量值与后端阻力明显相关。方案5~8中，串联管道风机方案的噪声优势普遍达到5 dB以上，在提升通风量的同时，实现了厨房噪声的降低，因此，越是排烟不畅的环境，串联方案越具有实用价值。
串联管道风机在提升系统通风量的同时，可能具有降低厨房噪声的效果，该方法类似于减少烟机后端阻力，导致烟机运行工况向大流量偏移，此时，烟机转速相应下降，烟机本体噪声下降。当其余声源（如管道流动噪声与管道风机噪声）增加的噪声量能被烟机降噪量完全抵消时，厨房噪声就不会增大，甚至反而下降。
4　结论

（1）串联动叶外径200 mm，运行转速恒为2 800 r/min的管道风机，可在满足安装空间限制条件下，使高管网阻力的厨房排烟系统达到11 m3/min的良好通风量，并且在与不同直流烟机的匹配中，具有风量增量基本相同的特点。
（2）通过提升烟机转速也可使工况点向大风量偏移，但在提升约2 m3/min风量的情况下，该方法导致厨房噪声显著上升5 dB左右。
（3）在高阻力场景中，串联管道风机辅助排烟的可行性较高。控制方面仅需采用恒转速方法，不要求进行复杂的前置工作；噪声方面，与提升烟机转速相比具有3 dB~7 dB的噪声优势，并且阻力越高，优势越明显。
