In response to the characteristics of high mobility of combat platforms, mechanical motion, complex terrain, and dynamic external environments, achieving high-precision antenna pointing is crucial for vehicle-mounted phased array radars to ensure accurate target positioning. Focusing on the antenna of vehicle-mounted phased array radars, this study investigates the sources of mechanical pointing errors and establishes error models for evaluation and sensitivity analysis. Combined with the engineering feasibility, the precision decomposition of each device is carried out, sensors are deployed to monitor deviations, while design-based precision compensation and safeguards are implemented from the design point of view. Precision testing is conducted for individual components and the integrated system under segmented conditions. Combined with the instrument accuracy and test data, antenna mechanical pointing errors are compensated. Validation is performed through two types of far-field experiments. Data comparison demonstrates that the proposed analysis and testing methodology enhances the accuracy and reliability of antenna mechanical pointing in vehicle-mounted phased array radars, offering valuable insights for engineering applications.

针对作战平台高机动、机构运动、所处地形复杂、外部环境多变等特点,车载相控阵雷达要准确测量目标位置,高精度的天线指向尤为重要。本文以车载相控阵雷达天线为研究对象,研究了机械指向误差的来源,对所有误差进行建模评估和敏感度分析,结合工程实现对各装置进行精度分解、设置传感器进行监测,从设计角度进行精度补偿、保证。根据各装置的特点,分时分段测试各装置及整车状态下的精度,结合测试仪器精度和测试数据,对天线机械指向进行补偿,结合远场两种试验进行验证。经数据比对,该天线指向精度分析与测试方法可以提高车载相控阵雷达天线机械指向准确度和可信度,具有一定的工程参考价值。

针对作战平台高机动、机构运动、所处地形复杂、外部环境多变等特点,车载相控阵雷达要准确测量目标位置,高精度的天线指向尤为重要。本文以车载相控阵雷达天线为研究对象,研究了机械指向误差的来源,对所有误差进行建模评估和敏感度分析,结合工程实现对各装置进行精度分解、设置传感器进行监测,从设计角度进行精度补偿、保证。根据各装置的特点,分时分段测试各装置及整车状态下的精度,结合测试仪器精度和测试数据,对天线机械指向进行补偿,结合远场两种试验进行验证。经数据比对,该天线指向精度分析与测试方法可以提高车载相控阵雷达天线机械指向准确度和可信度,具有一定的工程参考价值。

In response to the characteristics of high mobility of combat platforms, mechanical motion, complex terrain, and dynamic external environments, achieving high-precision antenna pointing is crucial for vehicle-mounted phased array radars to ensure accurate target positioning. Focusing on the antenna of vehicle-mounted phased array radars, this study investigates the sources of mechanical pointing errors and establishes error models for evaluation and sensitivity analysis. Combined with the engineering feasibility, the precision decomposition of each device is carried out, sensors are deployed to monitor deviations, while design-based precision compensation and safeguards are implemented from the design point of view. Precision testing is conducted for individual components and the integrated system under segmented conditions. Combined with the instrument accuracy and test data, antenna mechanical pointing errors are compensated. Validation is performed through two types of far-field experiments. Data comparison demonstrates that the proposed analysis and testing methodology enhances the accuracy and reliability of antenna mechanical pointing in vehicle-mounted phased array radars, offering valuable insights for engineering applications.

车载雷达具有高集成、高机动、所处地形复杂等特点,通过载车平台的调平装置、雷达升降装置、雷达俯仰装置、雷达方位转台等多个机构动作来实现车载雷达的工作展开状态和撤收运输状态的转换[1-4]。车载相控阵雷达要实现准确测量目标位置,高精度的天线指向是必要条件;而车载振动、冲击、风载荷等复杂运动场景下的多物理场耦合误差建模,低成本硬件与高可靠、高精度需求的矛盾,所处平台各装置的多样性和复杂性带来的加工、安装、传动误差及其综合作用,这些都将影响天线指向精度[5-7]
孙京、李岩等人以星载天线、光电设备为例,主要从天线、光电双轴指向机构的装配误差、方位运动误差、俯仰运动误差、热变形误差等方面进行了指向精度分析,未考虑星载平台带来的误差[8-9]。张赟霞、韩旭等人以相控阵天线为例,从天线行间距、架设、热变形,机械转动误差、空气折射误差等方面进行指向精度分析,未考虑天线装载平台带来的误差[10-11]
目前较为常见的是在天线系统中增设导航/姿态仪设备,而车载雷达天线的高机动、小重量尺寸要求,使得该方案在车载雷达中工程实现较为困难。本文以某典型车载相控阵雷达为例,针对天线指向机械精度误差、标定误差进行研究,考虑载车平台、升降装置、高频箱天线等静结构的误差来源及补偿,再对各误差进行建模、敏感度分析、补偿。
图1所示为相控阵雷达天线的展开工作状态,天线阵面安装在高频箱体70°倾角的面上,俯仰方向为电扫描;高频箱体安装在方位转台上,实现360°方位机械扫描;方位转台安装在升降装置上,实现天线架高;升降装置安装在载车平台上,载车平台在调平装置作用下调整至指定水平精度,进而实现雷达在野外阵地稳定工作。
图1可知,该雷达架设动作为载车调平→举升→方位旋转。天线指向精度误差按方向分为方位测角误差和俯仰测角误差,这两类误差按机械结构组成分为各装置运动精度及其安装面的加工精度,包括:方位转台的伺服控制精度、动态水平度;升降装置的扭转精度;载车平台的调平精度,以及各级装置安装面的加工精度等,如图2所示[12]。根据雷达任务书指标,总体设计师结合经验与仿真计算,分配到天线方位测角机械精度误差为6′,天线俯仰测角机械精度误差为6′。
为明确各装置误差对天线指向精度的影响,先确定绝对坐标系,再根据各误差的特点建立总误差矩阵,将误差通过空间坐标变换转化到天线指向坐标系(误差坐标系)中,再选取雷达天线威力范围内的目标点,求得目标点在绝对坐标系和误差坐标系下,方位角度的差值和俯仰角度的差值,即为天线指向误差E
式中,E为总误差变换矩阵,Ei为各系统误差变换矩阵,n为误差变换矩阵个数。
天线指向误差E主要包括以下部分:1)载车调平后,横(X方向)、纵(Y方向)方向的误差α1α2,载车平台结构安装面形位公差产生的角度横(X方向)、纵(Y方向)偏差α3α4;2)升降装置的扭转误差α5,上、下安装面平行度产生的角度偏差α6α7;3)方位转台伺服控制误差α8,方位转台动态水平度误差α9;4)导航装置的平面度产生的角度偏差α10;5)天线阵面的倾斜度误差产生的角度偏差α11
以载车所在位置建立绝对坐标系O1。在载车调平状态下,沿坐标系O1x轴旋转α1、沿y轴旋转α2后建立坐标系O2,变换矩阵为E1(公式(2));沿坐标系O2x轴旋转α3、沿y轴旋转α4后,在举升机构底面建立坐标系O3(平移距离量级与雷达威力相比很小,可忽略不计,下同),变换矩阵为E2(公式(3));沿坐标系O3z轴平移h后,在举升机构顶面建立坐标系O4;沿坐标系O4z轴旋转α5x轴旋转α6、沿y轴旋转α7后建立坐标系O5,变换矩阵为E3(公式(4));沿坐标系O5z轴旋转α8x轴旋转α9后在方位转台回转支撑处建立坐标系O6,变换矩阵为E4(公式(5));沿坐标系O6z轴旋转α10x轴旋转α11后在天线中心建立坐标系O7,变换矩阵为E5(公式(6))。各坐标系之间的转换如图3所示。
为得到雷达实际工作时,雷达威力范围内,俯仰工作角度下,各方位角度的天线指向误差,沿坐标系O5x轴旋转γ(在该雷达中,俯仰工作角度γ取70°)、沿z轴旋转β得到实时天线指向坐标系,变换矩阵为A
选取雷达初始状态的目标点P0,经过公式(8)计算后得到P
式中:P0为雷达初始状态(β=0、γ=0)时的坐标点,为[0 0 R 1],其中R为雷达的威力范围半径;P为考虑误差E因素的条件下,俯仰工作角度下,不同方位角度的坐标值。
故雷达的方位指向误差Δβ和俯仰指向误差Δγ
式中,βE为当绝对坐标系的方位角度为β时,天线指向坐标系下该点的方位角度;γE为当绝对坐标系的俯仰角度为γ时,天线指向坐标系下该点的俯仰角度;(xyz)为该点在天线指向坐标系下的坐标。
基于图2,明确各项误差的取值范围和方向,单独分析某项误差对指向精度的影响,见表1
选定8个β值,确定每个目标点Pi的坐标,以x方向水平度α1y方向水平度α2为自变量,确认变换矩阵后再根据公式(9)和公式(10),求得Δβ、Δγ相对于α1α2的函数,如图4所示,并取最大值记录在表2中。
计算过程中发现,天线指向误差随方位工作角度的增加满足周期变化的规律(周期90°),为简化计算量只取0°≤β≤90°范围内进行研究。将表2中数据分别进行拟合,得到在工作角度下,水平度引起的指向偏差最大值的分布情况,如图5所示。
图5可知,在方位工作角度(0°~90°)范围内,俯仰指向偏差和方位指向偏差均是先增大后减小,最大值均出现在方位45°的位置。
水平仪、升降装置等结构安装面由于存在加工误差会产生形位公差,根据表1可得,经变换后的形位公差方向、取值与调平精度的取值一致,误差矩阵相同,故其对天线指向精度的影响也一致。升降装置上下安装面平行度对天线指向精度的影响也采用同一计算方法。
升降装置采用多级伸缩缸筒结构,受加工装配因素影响,在举升过程中会产生扭转,该误差会直接影响天线的指向精度。计算方法同1),求得Δβ、Δγ相对于α5的函数,得到扭转度与指向偏差的关系,如图6所示,扭转度对天线俯仰指向偏差无影响,方位指向偏差与扭转度呈正比例函数关系,斜率为1。在方位工作角度(0°~360°)范围内,方位指向偏差的最大值始终为3′。
天线方位旋转由伺服系统驱动,采用负反馈的控制逻辑保证天线方位转动精度,数据齿轮的回差、编码器的误差、伺服的控制误差会直接作用在天线方位指向偏差上,计算方法与3)相同,伺服控制精度对天线俯仰指向偏差无影响,方位指向偏差与伺服控制精度呈正比例函数关系,斜率为1。在方位工作角度(0°~360°)范围内,方位指向偏差的最大值始终为1′。导航主机安装面的位置公差对天线指向精度的影响也采用同一计算方法,变换矩阵相同,最终结果也相同。
计算过程如1),以动态水平度α7为自变量,求得Δβ、Δγ相对于α7的函数,并取最大值记录在表中。计算过程中发现,天线指向偏差随方位工作角度的增加满足周期变化的规律,为简化计算量只取0°≤β≤180°范围内进行研究。
表3数据进行拟合,得到在工作角度下,动态水平度引起的指向偏差的最大值分布情况,如图7所示。
图7可知,在方位工作角度(0°~180°)范围内,俯仰指向偏差先减小后增大,最小值出现在方位90°的位置,最大值出现在方位0°和180°的位置;方位指向偏差先增大再减小,最大值出现在方位90°的位置,最小值出现在方位0°和180°的位置。
天线阵面的位置公差变换矩阵与动态水平度类似,但由于天线阵面安装在方位转台之上,故其不影响方位角度偏差,只影响俯仰角度偏差,在方位工作角度(0°~360°)范围内,俯仰角度偏差最大值为定值0.5′。
将公式(1)~公式(10)编入MATLAB软件中,α1α11取最大值求解,得到各项误差共同作用对天线指向精度的影响,如图8所示。
图8(a)可知,在方位工作角度(0°~360°)范围内,方位角度偏差先减小后增大,再减小,最大值出现在方位309°,为10.17′;最小值出现在方位130°,为-0.17′。由图8(b)可知,在方位工作角度(0°~360°)范围内,俯仰角度偏差先增大后减小,再增大,最大值出现在方位39°,为14.21′;最小值出现在方位219°,为-14.21′。
载车平台是雷达设备的承载平台,工作时调平设备将载车平台水平度控制在3′内。为此,将载车水平仪、定位定向导航设备安装在升降设备前后两侧,并与升降设备底部安装基准面共面,且与底盘大梁固连。在水平仪旁设置一个标校水平仪安装面,与水平仪安装面共面;在定位定向导航设备旁,设置一个定向标校棱镜安装面,与底部安装面垂直,如图9所示。水平仪和定位定向导航设备均可实时反馈安装面的水平度,二者可以进行数据对比与校正。
升降装置主要是将雷达天线举升至工作高度,避免受周围建筑、树木影响。升降装置采用升降筒多级双作用油缸举升方式实现雷达天线举高;通过多级内置液压机械锁锁定、多个楔形定位机构过约束定位,实现高、低位时上下安装面的水平度误差3′以内,高低位时上下安装面扭转误差3′以内。
为此,将雷达水平仪安装在升降装置顶部,如图1所示,与方位转台安装基准面共面,可以实时检测升降装置上安装面的水平度,并将此数据实时上传至雷达显控台。
方位转台主要由回转轴承、动力齿轮箱、数据齿轮箱和复合汇流系统等部件组成,实现天线、电子设备的光电液旋转导通,实现天线360°机械扫描、调转功能。方位转台的传动误差由传动齿轮的加工精度保证;传动回差在装配过程中通过调整齿轮中心距保证;动态水平度由回转轴承的齿隙、轴承端面的跳动及安装面的加工精度保证。上述3种误差在方位转台装配时可通过测量得到[9]
实际使用中,伺服系统通过编码器反馈的角度值实时修正天线的真实方位角度,即将传动误差、传动回差等合并成伺服控制误差。
高频箱为天线的主支撑部件,只需保证高频箱底部安装面的加工平面度,高频箱的70°倾角面的平面度、倾斜度。在高频箱内、底部设置一基准面,如图1所示;天线框架侧面设置一基准面,天线框架正面倾斜度设置若干标校点基准面,如图10所示。
α1α11各项误差进行标定修正,修正后的α1α2为水平仪的精度;修正后的α3α4α9α10α11为激光跟踪仪的精度;修正后的α6α7为标校水平仪的精度,α5α8无法进行实时监测标定,结果见表4
将修正后α1α11的最大值代入公式(1)~公式(10),得到修正后各项误差共同作用对天线指向精度的影响,如图11所示。
修正后方位角度偏差的最大值为4.21′,最小值为3.89′;俯仰角度偏差最大值为0.43′,最小值为-0.43′。与修正前天线指向偏差变化规律一致,虽然方位角度偏差最小值增大,但偏差值的幅值由10.34′降至0.32′;俯仰角度偏差极值、幅值均大幅减小。故设计值能满足技术指标要求。
在各装置出厂前,机械加工精度(安装面)、装配精度,可在检验阶段使用三坐标测量仪进行测试并记录;升降装置的扭转精度在单机出厂前,可通过带载试验通过经纬仪进行测试并记录。该测试的意义是控制精度范围,防止总装结束后偏差过大。
阵面安装在高频箱上后,再与方位转台结合,组成天线系统,然后进行整车总装。整车总装后,在展开状态,使用激光跟踪仪测试阵面的倾斜角度、阵面侧面标校面与导航定向标校面的平行度,旋转一周,每45°记录一次。该测试的意义是记录数据,进行天线机械俯仰、方位误差的补偿修正;每年定期或重大任务前,测试并补偿修正。
在载车平台总装调试阶段,使用高精电子水平仪、陀螺寻北仪分别对载车水平仪(水平仪标校面)、导航定向进行标校,确保其精度达到要求。在整车总装结束后,使用高精电子水平仪,测试高频箱内基准面,在展开状态旋转一周,每45°记录一次,并同步记录雷达水平仪数据。该测试的意义是标校雷达水平仪,确定总装后的动态水平度;每年定期或重大任务前,测试并补偿修正。
将各测试数据进行汇总处理,结合测量仪器的精度,得出各误差项目的实际补偿修正值,如表5所示,再填入雷达显控补偿界面中完成天线机械指向精度的补偿修正。
在远场,有以下两种方式进行测试验证:1)探测地标,车辆停放在已知坐标的点,探测多个已知坐标的静态地理目标,通过雷达数据录取解析获得探测静态目标的距离、方位数据,与静态地理目标相对车辆点位的距离和方位真值进行对比,即可测试验证天线方位精度。由于静态目标与车辆停放点的相对海拔高度差值较小,验证天线俯仰精度具有一定的局限性。2)探测靶机,车辆停放在已知坐标的点,探测携带北斗定位/GPS定位装置的固定翼/多旋翼靶机,靶机飞行一般为固定航线,航线相对雷达定高(海拔高度5km以上),结合定向或定距(30km以上),解析北斗/GPS数据真值和雷达探测值,即可对距离、方位、俯仰值进行比测验证。
将远场测试值分解得到天线指向机械精度总值,如表6所示,方位机械精度优于设计值、俯仰机械精度劣于设计值;经过设计、测试、标定得到的补偿值,补偿至数据处理中,天线指向机械精度值优于指标要求。
车载相控阵雷达固定在载车平台上,经各类机构将雷达收拢至小包络尺寸内,载车高机动、机构运动、外部环境多变等因素都将导致雷达天线指向机械精度的下降。研究天线指向机械精度的来源、重要度分析、设计与保证、复测与补偿具有十分重要的意义。通过研究可以得出以下结论:
1)车载相控阵雷达的天线指向机械精度误差,要全面考虑误差来源,包括载车平台的调平精度,升降机构的扭转、高低位水平精度,方位转台的伺服控制精度、动态水平度,高频箱、天线的加工、安装精度,导航设备的安装面加工安装、安装精度,以及各类传感器及标定传感器的精度。
2)经误差建模分析,敏感度从大到小的顺序为:升降装置的扭转度、方位转台的动态水平度、载车水平度、装置的加工安装精度;只有升降装置的扭转度是个随机值,未做补偿,其余均可由水平仪、激光跟踪仪、陀螺经纬仪等设备进行测试和补偿修正。
3)通过机械指向误差的来源、建模评估和敏感度分析,开展设计保证、复测和修正补偿,经过远场测试,天线机械指向精度达到了设计指标,该方法具有一定工程参考价值。后续可针对升降装置的扭转度在工程实现方面开展研究,进行补偿,进一步优化方位机械指向精度。
